An integrated information system is needed in an enterprise to support businessprocesses run by an enterprise. SMPNegeri 1 Jambi can be viewed as an enterprise because there are entities that should be managedthrough an integrated information system. Since there has been no unification of different elementsin a unity yet, enterprise architecture model using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) isneeded which will obtain strategic planning of enterprise information system in SMP Negeri 1Jambi. The goal of strategic planning of information system with Enterprise Architecture Planning(EAP) is to define primary activities run by SMP Negeri 1 Jambi and support activities supportingprimary activities. They can be used as a basis for making data architecture which is the entities ofapplication architecture. At last, technology architecture is designed to describe technology neededto provide environment for data application. The plan of implementation is the activity plan madeto implemented architectures by enterprise.

The paper is focused on study of information systems that can be applied in the process of marketing planning. General terms from information systems theory are examined from marketing perspective, particular examples of marketing activities support are identified on the basis of literature review and global structure of the Marketing Information System (MkIS) is proposed. The main subsystems of MkIS – internal reporting system, marketing intelligence system, marketing research system, and decision support system are discussed in higher level of detail. The main attention is paid not only to supported marketing processes but also to technologies that can be used in individual parts of MkIS. The result is the architecture that integrates isolated marketing applications into one comprehensible framework. This architecture also creates a framework for following research in the field of marketing activities support.

This study aimed to understand the problems faced by self-planning travellers when they plan for a trip by searching travel information from the Internet and propose a system to facilitate the self-planning travellers to obtain useful travel information. An online survey was conducted via social media to understand the problems, the search criteria and types of content of travel itinerary needed in facilitating the planning. A total of 65 responses were collected. The results showed that there were too many unrelated information on the Web and travellers were unsure of where to start the search. Also, the result revealed that the search criteria needed to generate travel itinerary were travel date, travel duration, travel country and travel budget. Finally, flight schedule, hotel accommodation, sightseeing places, travelling route and things to do were the information required by travellers for their travel itineraries. Based on the results, a travel itinerary recommendation system named eTravelPlanner is proposed.

Strategic Information System Planning (SISP) is instrumental in making informed decisions to achieve the health organizations' goals and objectives. This paper undertakes a systematic review to gain insight into existing studies on SISP in healthcare organizations. Our systematic review of papers on SISP from 1985 to 2011 examines the background and trend of research into SISP in the healthcare industry, classification of topics in SISP, as well as sets of tools and guidelines to aid practitioners and the research community alike.

The planning process for roadway construction involves a large amount of information on design, construction methods, quantities, unit costs, production rates, and site conditions. Therefore, it is very important to acquire, manage, and process the necessary information efficiently to produce a rigorous construction plan. The geographic information system (GIS) is a very effective tool for integrating and managing various types of information, including spatial and nonspatial data, required for roadway construction planning. This paper proposes a GIS-based system for improving roadway construction planning with its "interactive space scheduling" and "operation level planning" functions, which are supported by the integration of various data required for planning. The proposed system can assist construction planners in a unique way by integrating design and construction information and creating modularized design elements for space scheduling in real time using its interactive space scheduling function. In addition, operation level planning on earthwork can be conducted via the ability of the system to analyze haul routes in three dimensions and selecting the best equipment combination. It is expected that the proposed system could improve the efficiency of roadway construction planning.Key words: geographic information system (GIS), roadway construction planning, information integration, space scheduling.

This study aims to produce a strategic plan for information technology M Group. The research method used is John Ward and Joe Peppard’s framework for strategic planning of information technology and Scott A. Bernard’s Enterprise Architecture documentation. This study uses SWOT analysis, IT Balance Scorecard and Cost Benefit Analysis as a strategic tool to analyze the needs of Information System on M Group. After conducting the analysis then the Information System(IS) strategic planning is propose for M Group for next years (2020), which includes business strategies IS, IS / IT Management Strategy, Information System(IS) strategy and future application portfolio. The result of analysis and proposed strategies on M Group documented using the Enterprise Architecture Documentation.

Since the top-down/bottom-up clash of the early 1970s, IS planning has been a subject of persistent controversy. The lack of consensus is symptomatic of weaknesses which demand evaluation aid reconstruction of available theory. To provide a stable foundation for such efforts, the basic purposes of the planning process are re-examined. The analysis Is based on an open model of the organizational information system - the set of all manual and computer-based systems that produce information in a firm. This model suggests that overall viability depends upon the relationships between system outputs and their users; system inputs and their sources; and systemic processes and their input/outputs. The three concepts effectiveness, economic efficiency, and technical efficiency are defined as success criteria of these relationships, and their impact on overall system viability has been expressed in a simple algebraic formula. In a dynamic environment, the formula predicts that overall viability will continually decline unless there are compensating increases in effectiveness, economic and technical efficiency. Thus these three success criteria constitute permanent objectives of information systems planning.

As technology develops, information systems become very important in institutions. Information systems support the delivery of information quickly and accurately. The system is a reference at the Persada Islamic Boarding School Ahmad Dahlan University to develop an information delivery system using applications integrated. Manual systems cause the information to be less relevant, requiring an integrated and comprehensive system that can effectively and efficiently deliver information to students. The application developed using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) methods. The application of these methods requires two main steps, including determining ERP and RAD for implementation. The process for obtaining an ERP method requires steps such as Material Requirement Planning, Close-Loop, and Manufacturing Resource Planning, and Enterprise Resource Planning. The RAD method requires steps such as Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. Application testing used black-box and alpha testing. Each of these tests obtained an accuracy of 95% and 97.7%. Thus, this application can be implemented in Persada very well on mobile and desktop platforms. Besides, the app used information broadcasting to users in real-time for any information in Persada.

Анотація:
Watershed management and planning requires a reliable information system for the storage and manipulation of data and knowledge for an integrative approach to solve environmental problems. An approach to develop such an information system is described, with the focus on the requirements both for data analysis and for knowledge processing. Examples based on the results of a prototype system for three different watershed studies are presented to demonstrate the representation and visualization of data and knowledge. While the prototype system is found to be viable, its usefulness depends on the ability to link with existing software systems and on the commitment of expert partners in the formulation of an accurate knowledge base for watershed management and planning.
