Анотація:
The research on brain cognition provides theoretical support for intelligence and cognition in computational intelligence, and it is further applied in various fields of scientific and technological innovation, production and life. Use of the 5G network and intelligent terminals has also brought diversified experiences to users. This paper studies human perception and cognition in the quality of experience (QoE) through audio noise. It proposes a novel method to study the relationship between human perception and audio noise intensity using electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. This kind of physiological signal can be used to analyze the user’s cognitive process through transformation and feature calculation, so as to overcome the deficiency of traditional subjective evaluation. Experimental and analytical results show that the EEG signals in frequency domain can be used for feature learning and calculation to measure changes in user-perceived audio noise intensity. In the experiment, the user’s noise tolerance limit for different audio scenarios varies greatly. The noise power spectral density of soothing audio is 0.001–0.005, and the noise spectral density of urgent audio is 0.03. The intensity of information flow in the corresponding brain regions increases by more than 10%. The proposed method explores the possibility of using EEG signals and computational intelligence to measure audio perception quality. In addition, the analysis of the intensity of information flow in different brain regions invoked by different tasks can also be used to study the theoretical basis of computational intelligence.

Geometric ability includes elements of identification, conceptualization, combination, drawing, and reasoning, and graphic perception is an important part of it. Kindergarten science education includes geometry instruction. Children are guided to perceive the relationship between shapes and figures through direct perception, first-hand experience, and practical operation through concentrated educational activities, and form image-concrete thinking over time, enhancing their perception and experience of the relationship between shapes in the objective world, and accumulating certain mathematical perceptual experience. Clustering is a branch of unsupervised pattern recognition that is very useful. Fuzzy clustering, which establishes the uncertainty description of samples to categories and can objectively reflect the real world, has become the mainstream of cluster analysis research. The graphics perception education of children is investigated using fuzzy clustering analysis. The main topic of this paper is how to apply children’s graphics to the design of children’s educational institutions and open up new creative perspectives for the design of children’s educational institutions. The method of graphic perception education: perception education for preschool children is proposed based on the multichannel characteristics of preschool children’s aesthetic perception and with reference to the theory of perception. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm reduces segmentation time by 171.48 s when compared to the traditional FCM algorithm for both noisy and high-quality images and that it is significantly faster than the FCM algorithm in terms of segmentation speed. As a result, the model construction of a set of children’s graphic perception education for the cognitive characteristics of the age group children can provide corresponding references and references for related topic research.

To promote the sustainable development and safety of bicycle traffic, survival analysis of the risk perception sensitivity of cyclists is proposed. The cumulative probability of survival serves as an index of risk perception sensitivity, and a Cox regression model is established. The proposed method is applied to middle school cyclists, and the factors of their risk perception are analyzed. Data are collected by questionnaire and traffic conflict survey and are quantified by factor analysis. The model results show that active and extroverted personality, negative peer influence, unsafe riding behavior intention, non-motor vehicle flow and speed, and a lack of separation facilities have negative correlations with risk perception sensitivity. Positive attitude towards traffic rules, good family education, heightened traffic safety awareness, motor vehicle flow and speed, pedestrian flow, and non-motorized lane width have positive correlations with risk perception sensitivity. The conflict type has no correlation with risk perception sensitivity. This study aims to improve the sensitivity of risk perception, prevent traffic conflicts and provide a theoretical basis for risk perception research on vulnerable traffic participants.

Comparing frequency distributions of experimental data is a routine engineering task in the semiconductor industry. The existing statistical approaches to the problem suffer from several limitations, which can be partially overcome via the time-consuming visual examination of frequency histograms by an experienced process engineer. This paper presents a novel, fuzzy-based method for automating the cognitive process of comparing frequency histograms. We use the evolving approach of type-2 fuzzy logic to utilize the domain knowledge of human experts. The proposed method is evaluated on the actual results of an engineering experiment, where it is shown to represent the experts' perception of the visualized data more accurately than a wide range of statistical tests. We also outline the potential directions for integrating the perception-based approach with other methods of data visualization and data mining.

Through the way of creating model, this paper deeply explores and analyses the extraction of Miao embroidery cultural factors, endows traditional embroidery with new vitality, further enriches the cultural connotation of products, inherits the fine Miao embroidery culture and endows it with new vitality, promotes it to be further developed on the basis of adapting to the development environment of the new era, and better meets the diversification and individualization of various users. Firstly, this paper collects data from various channels, collects appropriate morphological samples according to relevant standards or requirements after integrating them scientifically and reasonably, chooses the method of semantic difference which is widely used at present, and compiles a five-point psychological scale which is reliable, reasonable, standardized and effective. At the same time, it discusses it comprehensively and deeply through the classical analytic hierarchy process. Various factors affecting the vocabulary of stylistic features and their importance are ranked to determine the most significant and prominent cultural factors. The main purpose of this paper is to combine the two different fields of culture and design rationally, so as to promote the further enrichment of product culture on the basis of inheriting and developing traditional culture.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the perception and experience of physical education teachers for project based learning, and to derive implications for revitalizing physical education classes to which project based learning is applied. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted targeting 198 secondary school physical education teachers nationwide, and a total of 182 data were collected and frequency analysis was conducted. Results Results of the study First, physical education teachers recognized that project based learning was necessary in physical education classes. Based on high awareness and interest in project based learning, it was found that the necessity was recognized and expectations were high. Second, physical education teachers recognized that project based learning had a large impact on physical education classes. Only 39.4% of PE teachers had experience of project based learning in PE class, and although it was found that the experience was concentrated in the area of expression with strong creative elements, they recognized the effectiveness and strength of project learning. Third, physical education teachers recognized that the realization of project based learning in physical education classes was sufficiently possible. For this purpose, it was recognized that it was necessary to systematically plan lessons and strengthen organizational competence of physical education teachers through teacher training and teacher learning community. Conclusions Based on the above results, the following implications were obtained. First, project based learning is a learning method necessary for realizing learner-centered physical education classes linked to real life. Second, physical education classes applying project based learningcan realize a balanced holistic education of body, intelligence, and personality. Third, the possibility of realization in the field should be expanded by strengthening the competency of physical education teachers for project based learning.

This study aims to determine student perceptions of hybrid learning practicum on the topic of qualitative analysis protein-based constructivism Needham's 5-phase. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Perception assessment is carried out by referring to 3 dimensions of perception consisting of 4 perception indicators, namely Perception of lecturers, perception of the teaching and learning process, perception of the social environment, and perception of assessment. Data was collected using online questionnaires via google form to students taking biochemistry practicum courses using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the perception of lecturers obtained a perception level of 74%, the perception of the teaching and learning process was 79%, the perception of the social environment was 81%, and the perception of the assessment was 78%. The percentage of the average perception level was 78%, indicating the feasibility or success of the hybrid learning practicum of qualitative analysis protein based on Needham's five-phase constructivism. Overall, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the hybrid learning practicum on the topic of qualitative analysis protein based on constructivism Needham's five-phase got the level of perception in the good category

This study aims to find out the needs of English material for Islamic economics students. The method employed in this research is descriptive. Forty students and ten stakeholders were asked to complete the questionnaire, and ten stakeholders were interviewed. The result of the research: 1) the highest themes or topics needed based on students' perception is the relevance of Islamic economics, meanwhile based stakeholders' perception is the methodology of Islamic economics; 2) the highest discourse texts needed based on students' perception is Islam as a way of life, whereas based on stakeholders' perception is facts and theories of Islamic economics; and 3) the highest English Skills needed to be based on students and stakeholders' perception is speaking skill. In sum, the researchers concluded that speaking is an important skill needed by the Islamic economics study program of the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.

The main target of cooperative banks is not to maximize profits but to jointly manage a business. With this in mind, assuming a stakeholder-oriented behavior of cooperative banks, we address whether cooperative banks consider multiple stakeholder values and take a sustainable governance approach. We conduct a content analysis of the annual reports of German cooperative banks, with reference to two research questions: Are the basic principles and values of cooperatives optimally realized and communicated to external stakeholders? Can cooperative banks comply with the requirements of the triple bottom line, namely the economic, environmental and social responsibility? We find that cooperative banks do not effectively communicate their cooperative values and thus inadequately manage to demonstrate the implementation of their core values. Yet cooperative banks avail of a sustainable business model that offers the potential of sustainable business conduct.

Unmanned technology is an important development project of today’s cutting-edge science and technology, which has a significant impact on social and economic development, national defense construction, and scientific and technological development. The rapid development of industrial information technology has driven the unmanned intelligent vehicle system to innovate and gradually enter the public’s view, and at the same time, the driving safety of unmanned intelligent vehicles is also widely concerned. Target information perception system is the foundation of unmanned system and the fundamental guarantee of safety and intelligence of unmanned vehicles. There are three key problems of target recognition in unmanned driving, namely, target classification, localization, and attitude determination. In the implementation of a networked virtual environment system, a flexible and complete perception model is needed as the guiding model of the system. Since 3D point cloud data can provide more spatial information than 2D RGB image data, it is more beneficial to determine the target category, position, and pose in 3D. In this paper, based on the existing research of unmanned intelligent vehicle perception system, we combine the application of fusion of 3D target information perception model and develop a nighttime unmanned system based on multiview fusion of 3D target information perception model. This system can simultaneously perform the detection of multiple categories of objects and predict the center point, length, width, height, and orientation of the objects, so that the unmanned car can sense the location of the surrounding objects when driving in the actual scene.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the positioning of the marketplace in Indonesia based on consumer perception. The data used are primary data through questionnaire distribution to 350 respondents with a Linkert measurement scale. The analysis technique uses Multidimensional Scaling Analysis (MDSA). From the results of this study, it was found that the marketplace position in Indonesia has similarities and differences based on consumer perceptions. Marketplace shop and Lazada have similarities in ease of use, information quality, application design, and ability to control process (process controllability). In contrast, Tokopedia has similarities in ease of use (ease for use), customer service (customer service), and price).

The naive Bayes classification algorithm is used to determine the plane feature vector, and the color image enhancement algorithm based on the visual characteristics is used to improve the local contrast of the plane visual image. In addition, based on the visual perception intensity of each region of the interactive interface and the importance of visual perception elements in the edge contour, a hierarchical optimization model of graphical HMI is established, which is solved by the genetic algorithm. Finally, it has been proved that this system has high efficiency in image color processing, and the image enhancement effect is better, which meets the requirements of human visual perception. The contribution of this study lies in the design of the human-computer interface plane visual image color enhancement system, so as to improve the visual effect of plane visual image color.

The purpose of this study is to understand the actual status of teachers' performance perception of innovative education district projects, verify the effect of participation experience on teachers' perception, and analyze goal perception according to the characteristics of performance perception. To this end, a survey was conducted on 950 teachers in seven areas of the Incheon Education Innovation District. As a result of the study, first, the school area-linked vision and planning, sustainability, and educational cooperation system were derived as four sub-factors of teachers' performance perception of innovative education district projects. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in performance perception according to the experience of participation in the innovative education district project, the perception of teachers with experience of participation was higher than that of teachers without participation experience. Third, based on the characteristics of teachers' performance perception of innovative education districts, it was classified into four clusters, such as; 'a cluster with very high overall perception', 'a cluster with very low overall perception', 'a cluster with high overall perception'. and 'a cluster with low overall awareness'. Fourth, according to the teacher's performance recognition cluster, the level of goal recognition showed a significant difference, and the higher the performance recognition, the higher the goal recognition. Based on the research results, policy and practical measures were proposed for the development of sustainable innovative education districts and business operation.

Public opinion is a crucial factor for government policy making, implementation, evaluation, and social development. This paper analyzes the public opinion perception of intellectual property subject based on microblog data and puts forward the concept and calculation model for the breadth, depth, and comprehensive value of public perception. Then, taking the opinion evaluation in microblog platform as an example, this paper studies the public perception of intellectual property subject and illustrates the changing trend of public perception through related events in microblog. The results show that the four topics of trademark, intellectual property, copyright, and patent are the hot topics of public perception, the breadth, depth, and comprehensive value of public perception for the four topics fluctuated greatly, on the whole. In addition, when the content of microblog is related to personal benefits, business benefits, and personal interests, it can cause widespread public concern. Additionally, the public mainly participate in the dissemination of public opinion on intellectual property subject through forwarding. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of how to maximize the effect of intellectual property policy.

To clearly understand the mechanism of drivers lane-changing decision, based on drivers perception of external information, integrated cognitive judgment and game theory, the decision-making model was established, then the structure and operating mechanism of the model were detailedly analyzed. By introducing game theory-related knowledge, the non-cooperative mixed strategy game between the object vehicle and the following vehicle in the target lane was further discussed. Then, the benefits and Nash equilibrium solution of the participants in the game were deeply researched. Analysis shows that lane-changing decision is composed of information perception and three judgment-decision processes, the factors which would affect decision-making level include information source characteristics, the ability of drivers perception and comprehensive cognitive judgment, driving behavior characteristics and so on. The Nash equilibrium solution of the lane change game is determined by driving safety level, journey time and importance degree of the revenues.

Several very recent examples are critically discussed of philosophical aestheticians using psychological data allegedly showing the cognitive penetration of visual perception in order to build arguments on major issues in aesthetics: How art expertise functions (Stokes, 2014); the (in)validity of an important aspect of Arthur Danto?s theory that is based on his ?gallery of indiscernibles? (Nanay, 2015); and the claim of ?automatic? emotional impact of paintings (Bullot & Reber, 2013). The present critique of these aestheticians? theoretical endeavors is based largely on the recent analysis by Firestone and Scholl (2016) - sweeping, but most likely justified - to the effect that visual perception is encapsulated and that cognition does not affect visual perception. Additional theoretical and empirical support for the critique is derived from a nonemotivist theory of the effect of paintings (Konecni, 2015a).

Abstract Understanding the perception of Sustainable Development can help to identify misconceptions surrounding the concept in order to design better education plans and public policies on this subject. Evaluating the perception of sustainability issues by focusing on the young generation as is an important proxy to imagine what the future holds for in terms of addressing sustainable development. We conducted 177 in-person interviews on a heterogeneous group of students and random volunteers in four cities in Poland to assess their perception of Sustainable Development. The vast majority (89.3%) of the respondents were familiar with the term ‘Sustainable Development’. However, part of them (57%) associated it only to the human and social development dimensions and its institutions, whereas 17.5% related it with its environmental aspects. The results supported by the literature review highlight challenges concerning the path towards a comprehensive perception of Sustainable Development and hence the achievement of the SDGs. Based on these results, we identify opportunities and incentives to bring Poland towards 2030 Agenda.
