Анотація:
This paper presents a new software developed in MATLAB for analyzing on-line data of an aerobic SBR, detecting faults and, in this case, proposing the most probable causes of fault. Process diagnosis is achieved using a statistical method divided in two main phases: off-line model building and on-line data diagnosis. The off-line model identifies the correct working conditions of the system (standard operative conditions). It includes the characterization of the deviation of the system from these standard conditions in the case of changing in the biomass properties or carbon and nitrogen load characteristics. The on-line diagnosis aims at collecting and analyzing all the available data available through industrial sensors, and at classifying the behavior of each treatment cycle. The diagnosis performance of the proposed method is tested using a data set of an aerobic SBR pilot plant.

The simulation analysis of the cantilever construction process was carried out with the structure analysis software. This paper provides an overview of the geometric control and the overall computation according to actual criterion, taking into account the effect of temperature, concrete shrinkage and creep, pre-stressed tension and so on. The elevation monitoring was carried out by comparing the calculated values with testing data. The analysis and control of the line shape are good to perfect the construction control technology of the closure section, enhance the closure quality and ensure the smooth of entire line shape and the rationality of the main beam internal force.

After the high-voltage transmission line is cut off due to a fault, the bearing transmission power will be transferred, which may cause overload. If overload cannot be eliminated quickly and scientifically, it is very likely that the line backup protection will be activated, which will trigger chain trip or even blackout accidents. In view of this, this paper proposed a cross-voltage level optimization load shedding control strategy based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Through step-by-step progression in the three indexes of line overload degree, load importance degree, and unit load shedding cost, the lower-level lines of the overload line are selected for optimal line removal, thus achieving the goal of optimizing load shedding across voltage levels.

Magnetic properties of hard and soft magnetic materials are strongly anisotropic, i.e. they depend on the crystal direction in which they are being considered. Technological materials are usually polycrystalline. Hence, their properties are orientation mean values of the properties of the crystallites with the texture of the material as the weight function. Inspection and control of magnetic properties of materials thus requires inspection and control of the materials texture which can be carried out off-line by taking samples from the finished material and investigating them in the laboratory. If, however, the texture of the material is to be controlled during the production process then a fast non-destructive on-line texture analyser is required the output signal of which can be used to control the production process.

The use of computers in the process industry is set to increase. However, the implementation of conventional computer technology is not adequate for executing the complex supervisory tasks. This paper speculates upon the use of on-line expert systems which have been developed for working in non-linear, non-algorithmic problem domains. Expert systems for supervisory control are explored, and the potential benefits for optimisation and improved accuracy of control are outlined. The complexity and multi-tasking nature of real-time supervisory control points to an expert system structure which is distributed. A modular expert system design is proposed and the potential benefits for the approach are evaluated.
