Повний текст джерелаThis study provides educators with an opportunity to share their commitments and biases, their beliefs about what these learners need and what, as educators, they have to offer them. The study focuses specifically on what curriculum educators believe should be offered to the youth in these centres. It is important to note that the focus of the thesis is on the educational debates and challenges within SYCECs, and not on the overall goals and role to be played by these institutions in rehabilitating youth. This piece of work acknowledges the systemic issues that impact on learning and development of youth, but foregrounds what learners in SYCECs should be taught and why. This is its main contribution.

In the recent years, not only school teaching but also social education changes in many different ways. Moreover, meta-analysis of related researches revel that the acquirement of knowledge is greatly influenced by learning environment. This study therefore examined the practices of the scientific studying activities designed to promote nation-wide scientific education, exemplified by the current work of the scientific teachers at the National Taiwan Science Education Centre. Major findings of this study are as follows: 1.Teachers thought that the acquirement of knowledge was progressive, but students didn’t have to accomplished the task step by step. 2.Scientific terms must be introduced and explained before hands. 3.Teaching program and activities varied according to teachers’ values.

Education is the root of a country, educational reform is regarded as one of the ways to make the country rich and powerful in modern China. In 1917, The National Association of Vocational Education of China, which was founded by Huang Yan Pei, was the first vocational education group founded by the civil society in modern China and the beginning of the systematic introduction and promotion of vocational guidance. The National Association of Vocational Education of China take the vocational education as the volunteer and promote the vocational guidance as a bridge between vocational school and the social public. At the same time, the concept of Western vocational guidance in China's society, to find the most suitable for modern China. And the Chinese society for a large number of people, but also more vulnerable groups: farmers, workers, women experiments to promote. They through the promotion of vocational guidance, achieve education improve vocational and vocational promotion education. In the development of social history and education history of modern China, The National Association of Vocational Education of China undoubtedly has special contribution.

ABSTRACT Information technology (IT) is developing very fast, more and more universities apply IT achievements to aim improving the quality of teaching, research, management and supplying education services. In Vietnam, many universities have built development strategy with IT is top-ranking prior area and Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), too. Now, HNUE is building development strategy in the period 2009-2020 with the goal makes major changes about quality of training following approach to advanced standard in the world. Although IT is reputedly one of main factors to improve quality of teaching and research but in development strategy of HNUE does not orient the development of this period. So, the author proposes to the Rector entrust Centre for Information Technology with build IT development strategy in period 2009-2020 with major goals include finding financial resources, planning human resources, delineating information system infrastructure in now and orienting development in the future, deploying and applying E-Learning in teaching, research at HNUE. Base on development ideas from some universities, research works and data is gathed from units, the author has demonstrated developing information system in the period 2009-2020 of HNUE with research goals are true. In this thesis, the author uses qualitative research method that descripes in the model will be indicated.

Abstract Historical heritages and cultural relics are the important inheritance of human being. They are the structuralized remains of our development. They are the witness of the past and the tracks of cultural evolve. Thus, reserving these historical heritages and cultures had already been highly focus by all human being. Therefore, through investigating the connotation of all-out defence, one can prompt and educate the aspect of cultural reserve to all citizens and government organizations deeply in heart, in order to enhance the reserving historical heritages and cultural relics. This thesis analyses references, compares the analytic outcomes and contrasts among case studies, in order to collect all relevant references, books and all sort of data which are about all-out defence, all-out defensive education, cultural heritage, and defensive relics, regardless domestic or international resources. Furthermore, this thesis arranges, generalizes and analyses the researched references to investigate the management mechanism, advantages and disadvantages, and features of educating on cultural heritage reserve in US and Japan. In addition, collecting the current guideline on reserving cultural heritages national wide through promotion and education, and recent investigated reports on progressive status. At last, this thesis organizes the analytic results to develop the course of action for all-out defence education. This thesis concludes and suggests the followings: 1. Setting an administration with specific duty for overall planning, management and census. 2. Raising the level of defensive relics, through various activities and marketing manner to educate people inductively. 3. Combining local resources, to organize proper places for educational aid purpose. Expecting this thesis, which rely on reserving, educating and promoting defensive relics, will provide more cognition to citizens about cultural heritage reserve, further to advance and popularize the idea of all-out defence.
