Анотація:

It is proved that every planar surface NEC group Γ admits a fundamental region, called a normal region, which is a hyperbolic right-angled polygon with several pairs of identified sides according to a pattern. Conversely, each such a polygon can be taken as a fundamental region of a planar surface NEC group. By means of these regions the Teichmüller space of Γ is studied, obtaining a parametrization by means of congruence classes of marked polygons. The parameters are certain lengths in these polygons, and from them explicit matrices of the generators of the associated group are obtained.

Анотація:

Appropriate management of energy sources is one of the basic undertakings in the energy sector. Climate policy changes and the development of technologies enabling the acquisition of energy in a way to reduce the negative impact on the natural environment lead to diversity in the structure of the energy sources being used. Therefore, it is important to assess the impact of these changes on the development of energy sectors by particular countries. The article contains the analysis of various energy sources utilization by European Union (EU) countries and the assessment of the energy production sector potential, and the development of this potential in relation to changes in the energy sources structure. For this purpose, a multidimensional comparative analysis was used. The data for the analysis are derived from the Eurostat database for the years 2017 and 2019 for 28 EU countries and they concern the use of energy sources such as combustible fuels, coal and manufactured gases, natural gas, oil and petroleum products (excluding biofuel portion), hydro/hydropower, wind power, solar photovoltaic, nuclear fuels and other fuels n.e.c. As a result of the research, it was proved that in most EU countries the changes introduced in the structure of the use of various energy sources, according to EU climate policy, have a positive impact on the development of particular energy sectors.

SummaryNasal mucus clearance (N.M.C.) varies with geographical conditions. Studies on the evaluation of this important function have so far been done only in the western part of the world, but now the normal values of N.M.C. in India have been established by measuring the transportation of saccharine crystals through the nose. This has been compared with the values obtained in various diseases of the nasal and lower respiratory tracts, thus establishing the prognostic and diagnostic importance of measuring the nasal mucus clearance.

Introduced key technologies of Automated Testing Framework. Firstly, started from the opinion of software reusing, combined with the characteristic of Object-Oriented software and based on analyzing the feasibility of software reusing, this paper discusses the significance of Design Pattern. Secondly, in order to make the framework reusable, expansive, maintainable, referenced the idea of XUnit framework, Pattern generating Framework, this paper gives detailed introduction about the key technologies that are used in the ATF framework. The framework is implemented by using and applying many existing related design patterns and techniques such as Command, Observer, Composite, Adapter and Template Method, etc. In addition to the above, this paper also describes (Automated Testing Framework for N.E.W.), which is apply ATF to the functionality testing of N.E.W. It also analyses the test results, the framework’s shortage and provides the improved advices.

O artigo mostra que muitos dos projetos elaborados pela Repartição da Educação Especial do MINED, são dificilmente implementados como transformação das escolas regulares em inclusivas que seriam supostamente acolhidas todas crianças e jovens portadoras de deficiência, meninos da rua, crianças com problemas de aprendizagem ou falta de recurso para escolarização. Ao contrário, o que temos em sua base é o fracasso escolar dos estudantes com N.E.E. na aprendizagem das matérias curriculares. Desde o ponto de vista Pedagógico e Administrativo, a implementação de Políticas Municipais para a efetivação dos objetivos do projeto “escolas inclusivas”, a supervisão e a capacitação psicopedagógica dos professores e demais profissionais da educação, são as estratégias corretas para lidar com tais projetos sustentadas em princípios e matérias da educação inclusiva. O artigo enfoca casos de oportunidade de acesso à educação das crianças e jovens com N.E.E e atendimento educacional especializado em diversos níveis de ensino (Ensino Primário), além de outras dificuldades.

We refine a QED-cavity model of microtubules (MTs), proposed earlier by two of the authors (N.E.M. and D.V.N.), and suggest mechanisms for the formation of biomolecular mesoscopic coherent and/or entangled quantum states, which may avoid decoherence for times comparable to biological characteristic times. This refined model predicts dissipationless energy transfer along such "shielded" macromolecules near room temperatures as well as quantum teleportation of states across MTs and perhaps neurons.

In this study the assessment radon concentration in sludge of OilFields in North Oil Company (N.O.C.) of Iraq have been studiedusing CR-39 solid–state nuclear track detector technique. A total of34 samples selected from 12 oil stations in the company have beenplaced in the dosimeters. The average radon concentration was foundto be 162.29 Bq/m3 which is fortunately lower than the standardinternational limit. The potential alpha energy concentration andannual effective dose have been calculated. A proportionalrelationship between the annual effective dose and radonconcentration within the studied region has been certified.

In a study involving 12 diet combinations with 3 energy levels (2.6-3.0 Mcal/kg ME), 4 protein levels (14%-20%) 12 calorie-protein ratios (13.13-19.68 Kcal/gm protein) layer chickens performed better on a 3.0 Mcal — 18.45% protein diet (E3.oP18.45) than any other diet, in egg number, egg weight, feed efficiency, protein efficiency ratio, revenue-cost ratio and egg number-feed cost ratio. Average daily feed consumption was 90g. Diets coresponding to N.R.C. levels of E2.85 P15 supported less than 280 Kcal ME or 16.55 g protein daily intake, respectively, and were inferior to the E3.0P18.45 diet.

Previous studies on health effects of migration at the international level have seldom been directed to those concentrated in segregated enclaves. This study hypothesizes that in spite of the known deviations in certain demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of Chinatown (San Francisco-N.Y.C.) residents from the U.S. Chinese population, no consistent relationship seems to exist between these attributes and health risks, as reflected in the mortality levels of the two populations. A convergence in mortality was observed for a noticeable number of causes of deaths, with but a few disease-cause sets of non-convergence with statistical significance. The study results were interpreted in terms of varying degree of acculturation experience.

<p>El objetivo del estudio es analizar dos conceptos nucleares y vinculantes como sonla actitud docente y el etiquetaje, desde una panorámica global dentro del acontecer educativo. En base a esto, dimensionamos, por un lado, algunas connotaciones relacionadas con las actitudes del profesorado manifiestas hacia la integración del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales (n.e.e.) y, por otro, de manera más exhaustiva, hacemos hincapié en el papel que ha jugado el etiquetaje en ámbitos socio-educativos. Congruente con todo ello, nos ha parecido necesario desarrollar una trayectoria del tema, poniendo en evidencia el lenguaje normativo utilizado en diversos países. Igualmente, hacemos una pequeña matización en torno al concepto “estereotipo”, desde el punto de vista de los atributos que se le otorgan a una persona a partir de creencias generalizadas y discriminatorias.</p>

Para que a diversidade possa se fazer presente, a base da educação de alunos com necessidade educativas especiais (n.e.e.) precisa se construir numa abordagem de apoio colaborativo. Neste relato buscamos evidenciar o processo de repensar a avaliação educacional de um aluno da segunda série. A partir do trabalho com a professora e a pedagoga, definimos aspectos a serem avaliados e um projeto educativo para o aluno a ser trabalhado na sala de aula. O estudo deste caso desencadeou uma atitude de mudança quanto à avaliação nos profissionais das séries iniciais, trazendo à tona inúmeras questões sobre o processo de avaliação naquela escola. Os dados nos mostraram a processualidade do trabalho e como é difícil passar de uma avaliação diagnóstica por especialistas para uma avaliação pedagógica das condições de ensino-aprendizagem.

El presente artículo emerge de la reflexión realizada en la investigación: “La inclusión educativa: un escenario de expresiones afectivas como mediadoras del aprendizaje”, en el cual a través de un estudio de caso se indagó los procesos de inclusión educativa en dos maestras que han logrado llevar a cabo experiencias inclusoras significativas con niños y niñas con necesidades educativas especiales (N.E.E.) en una zona rural del Corregimiento de Zaragoza (Valle del Cauca). Los resultados del estudio evidenciaron el compromiso afectivo de las maestras en los procesos de aprendizaje de los niños y las niñas, condición que hace posible que las actividades pedagógicas provean los procesos didácticos pertinentes para el aprendizaje de éstos.Derivado de esta experiencia, el presente ensayo indaga sobre el rol del docente en la inclusión educativa, la importancia de las acciones afectivas ligadas a la inteligencia emocional y el reconocimiento, la afectividad como generadora de aprendizaje y las miradas y las palabras como puertas para el despertar.

A preocupação com a inclusão escolar de indivíduos com necessidades educativas especiais em Angola, continua ainda a ser um assunto de debate na esfera académica, na medida em que, procura-se compreender o facto, para a adoptação de melhores estratégias para sua efectivação concreta. Assim sendo, o presente artigo teve como finalidade analisar a inclusão escolar de alunos com N.E.E e desempenho profissional dos professores do Colégio Público BG-1080 Vale de Bênção IESA-Benguela, Angola. Metodologicamente adoptou-se o paradigma qualificativo, alicerçado por uma revisão bibliográfica, sendo que os dados foram colectados por meio da entrevista semi-estruturada realizada a 20 professores. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que, os professores não possuem nenhum conhecimento a respeito da inclusão escolar de alunos com necessidades educativas especiais, pelo facto de nunca terem participado em alguma formação que ensina como trabalhar com os referidos alunos. Portanto, a inclusão escolar de alunos com necessidades educativas especiais na escola, influencia negativamente no desempenho profissional dor professores.

This paper introduces the proposal entitled Project NEW-NORMAL which will provide substantial support in the learning modalities of students and cater the basic needs of teachers and students for the teaching and learning process. Different learning modalities provided various avenues to the learners to the most con-venient and available modes of learning to which they preferred to select and experience. Printed learning modality was one the options where provision of self-learning modules is necessary that could stand without the help of the teachers. Likewise, digitized learning modality offered the utilization of technological platform through social networking sites, media, fora, etc. to download the materials provided by the teachers and the Department. The increased of technological and adversity quotients created a strong hold to face the current situation brought by the pandemic.

The practical part of the study conducted in Animal Production Department / College of Agriculture and Forestry / Mosul University from 15 / 11 / 2013 to 1/ 4 / 2014 , to study the effect of adding the ginger roots in milk yield, some milk components and weights of ewes and their lambs in Awassi sheep, 32 Awassi ewes were divided into four homologou groups of age and weight, each group contains eight ewes. Ewes were fed on the same ration contain the same % protein and % Kcal energy (N.R.C. , 2007), but were differ in containing ginger roots only (0 , 10 , 20 and 30 gm ginger / head / day. The result revealed a significant increasing (P ≤ 0.05) in weekly and monthly milk yield for the treatment 20 and 30 gm/head/day, but the result of milk components during suckling period (Fat , Protein , Lactose and S.N.F) revealed no significant differences between the treatments , There are a significant increasing in milk yield during suckling period. For the treatment 20 and 30 gm ginger / head / day, this is a normal result for reflection in milk increasing during this period.

El estudio presenta tres años de experiencia en el uso de la radiocirugía (LEEP en el tratamiento de la neoplasia intraepitelial cervical (N.I.C) en el centro de patología cervical y colposcopia de la empresa social del estado (E.S.E) Metrosalud.Los resultados muestran las ventajas y desventajas del método en un reporte comparativo con conización hecha con bisturí frío. El LEEP permitió una mejor valoración reduciendo el subdiagnóstico principalmente en las pacientes con diagnóstico colpo-histológico de NIC II (37.5%); sin embargo se incrementó el porcentaje de compromiso de los bordes de resección (18.4% vs 4.8%), el cual disminuyó al lograr mayor experiencia con el método (5.8%).Se discute el manejo de los conos y LEEP con bordes comprometidos y la necesidad de un segundo procedimiento terapéutico ante la alta probabilidad de lesión residual (Cono frío= 66.7% y LEEP= 83.3 %).Finalmente, se propone marginar la conización con bisturí frío a los procedimientos diagnósticos en que este indicado en vista de su costo y morbilidad, y dejar de usarlo como procedimiento terapéutico reemplazándolo por la radiocirugía. En el futuro inmediato la radiocirugía permitirá también reducir el número de histerectomías por NIC.

‘The Girl from Ipanema’ – or, in Portuguese, ‘Garota de Ipanema’ – is without doubt the song that turned bossa nova into a household term the world over. It was written by Antônio Carlos Jobim and Vinícius de Moraes one afternoon in 1962, as they sat in the Veloso bar – now renamed ‘Garota de Ipanema’ – on Montenegro Street, where they had watched the young Helô Pinheiro walk past them on her way to Ipanema Beach. The song was first recorded in 1963 by Peri Ribeiro (Odeon) (Machado 1971), and since then over 300 other recordings have appeared on the market, both in Brazil and abroad (Cabral n.d.c, p. 10). When it was first launched in America on the ‘Getz/Gilberto’ album (Verve), interpreted by Astrud and João Gilberto in 1964, ‘The Girl from Ipanema' posed a serious challenge to the Beatles’ hegemony over the charts, rapidly moving to second place. With 4.2 million registered performances, it was only in the last four years that its ratings began to fall, but it is still among the world's most widely aired popular songs (Anon 1994c, pp. 124–5).

The ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) began in 1993. The hope of this agreement was that intra-ASEAN trade to grow rapidly turned out to be slow. Based on data from the ASEAN Secretariat in 2016, intra-ASEAN trade experienced a slow journey in the range of 20-24 percent over the past few years. This study empirically analyzed the influence of AFTA on Indonesia's trade structure towards ASEAN using TSI, GL / IIT, and CTB index. In the period of 2012-2017 Indonesia's trade balance against ASEAN suffered a loss. Despite the loss, there was a decrease in trade balance losses from 2015-2017 (after AFTA). To analyze trade there are 10 commodity classifications determined by SITC revision 3. Based on the results of the TSI analysis, there is a specialization of 6 commodities trading which have high export power. The CTB analysis is only commodities of Chemicals and related products, n.e.s, which contribute positively to Indonesian trade. Bertrand Russell’s educational thoughts significantly deal with reforming education for school going children and he also supported pre-primary education. He favored early childhood education for physical, intellectual and character development. His emphasis on character development of a child shows the significance of early years of life for development of an individual. This paper aims at exploring Bertrand Russell’s thoughts on early childhood education. It is an attempt to understand the significance of early childhood education for the holistic development of the children. Though there are early childhood education is prevalent in our country, but it was not mandatory to get early childhood education till the approval of National Education Policy (N.E.P., 2020). It has included early childhood education in compulsory school education for promoting better learning and well being of a child. It is a qualitative research in which historical method has been used where data has been collected from primary and secondary sources. The finding of the study shows that Bertrand Russell’sthought on early childhood education is relevant in present Indian context for developing good values, physical and mental development as well as in future learning. This shows that the encouragement to early childhood education and Bertrand Russell’s thoughts on early childhood education would be helpful for holistic development of children.

To fulfill the requirements of the industry, the feasibility of a transportable neutron spectrometer is under study by our collaboration. Preliminary studies have led to a solution based on a unique-multi-detectors-Bonner sphere, which has the advantage to simultaneously perform many neutrons-measurements through thermal neutron detectors placed at different depths inside a polyethylene sphere. The incident neutron energy is then reconstructed using unfolding methods. The optimization of the layout of the detectors in the sphere and of the diameter of the sphere was performed thanks to GEANT4 simulations, coupled to unfolding methods such as least-squares, maximum of entropy or maximum of likelihood. Different unfolding methods have been tested. For the time being, the best unfolding results were obtained by the computer codes M.A.X.E.D. and G.R.A.V.E.L., formalized by the Nuclear Energy Agency (N.E.A.). A “personal” method based on the maximum of entropy coupled to the maximum of likelihood gives good results as well, but a few convergence parameters have still to be optimized. In the present paper, a solution of a multi-detectors-Bonner sphere is presented as well as results of unfolded neutron energy spectra. The results obtained show a good agreement with unmoderated and moderated Am/Be and 252Cf spectra.

The number of women entering the field of psychology has steadily increased to nearly 75% over the past decade (APA, 2019). During this time, the number of women in psychology who identify as racial and/or ethnic group member has also increased (APA, 2019). The discipline of psychology prides itself on inclusivity and has worked to increase the retention of members with varying cultural and gender identities (APA n.d.b., & APA, n.d.c.). Shifts in composition, however, have not been reflected among higher ranking professionals within the field (e.g., faculty, supervisors; Office of Program Consultation and Accreditation, 2015). This disparity warranted a qualitative investigation on the experiences, emotions, and reactions to microaggressions for women emerging in psychology (n = 264). Although psychology-related professionals aspire to be more inclusive and maintain an explicit orientation to social change, microaggressions have a large purview from which no field is excluded. Findings from women’s narrative responses revealed 4 types of microaggressions, 11 elicited emotion themes, and 6 types of reactions to microaggressions. Results highlight how women manage their emotions and reactions to microaggressions in institutional environments while considering individual and collective stigma consciousness. Monitoring and documenting the social conditions of this field can increase support and allyship, which facilitates retention for women pursuing and earning doctoral degrees in psychology.
