Повний текст джерелаAn accurate and complete cardiac tissue characterization is essential to diagnose and treat heart problems. To characterize cardiac function from different perspectives, large amounts of data of different nature from the same patient are acquired in clinical practice, providing information that is useful for heart assessment. Although the different data obtained from each patient are often analyzed separately to assess cardiac function from different perspectives, the effective combination of this heterogeneous information may be useful for a better insight into heart anatomy and function. The main objective of this thesis is to develop methods to integrate images and information of different nature for a more complete and accurate cardiac tissue characterization.
