The round raster is extensively applied in all kinds of high accuracy angular displacement measurement and control system.With the development of precise mechanotronics measuring instrument, machining center, CNC machine and various precise location testing technology, a higher request is put forward to the accuracy and the function of raster measurement system. In this article it is concluded that double readheads is the most reasonable configuration scheme through tests of single readhead scheme,two readheads and four readheads.

Анотація:
The article is devoted to improving the energy and performance characteristics of superminiature electric motors, which are widely used in modern devices of robotics and mechanotronics. With the development of digital and Autonomous robotic systems, the tasks of improving the efficiency of Executive micromechanisms that affect the functionality and duration of work in offline mode have become particularly relevant. Traditional design and technological solutions used in higher-power electric machines are not scalable to the field of superminiature electric machines. Domestic and foreign developers offer various design options and manufacturing technologies. The key design feature of the electric motor under consideration is a glass stator made by polycapillary fiber technology and an excitation system from rare-earth permanent magnets. In the wall of the glass case, holes are evenly distributed around the circumference, in which the control winding is laid. The motor excitation system is a two-pole permanent magnet located on the rotating rotor shaft. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of changing the design of the excitation system by changing the location of the magnetic poles. The research uses software that simulates the electromagnetic field using the finite element method. In the course of research, it was found that a decrease in the body of a permanent magnet leads to a decrease in the electromagnetic moment, which is not compensated by a decrease in edge effects at the boundary of the poles of the magnet. However, an increase in the value of the maximum magnetic induction in the air gap allows us to conclude that edge effects at the pole boundary have a significant effect on reducing the energy characteristics of superminiature micromachines. Thus, the solutions proposed in this paper are not sufficient to increase the efficiency of the engine, but the data obtained indicate the need to reduce the edge effects of permanent magnets.

Анотація:
In the paper there are considered new approaches to designing equipment allowing intensifying technological processes. Among different forms of mechanical effects upon dispersion systems used in technological processes of food and processing industry, vibration occupies a significant place as one of the most efficient means for the creation of an essential dynamic state in dispersion systems. The application of vibration equipment allows improving principally common technological processes and developing new ones. At the same time many processes are accelerated dozens of times. Vibration machines are considerably simpler and more efficient than common ones and consume less power. Alongside with the technological processes intensification at the vibration impact upon material worked the final product quality is also improved. On the basis of the results in theoretical and ex-perimental investigations with the use of a mechatron-ics approach at designing the authors have developed an automated complex for manufacturing a pectin concentrate from beet pulp through the method of vibratory extraction functioning on the basis of a module principle, and also the technology is offered allowing the realization of this process. At that the extracting degree increased by 30-35% in comparison with analogues and the period of extracting fulfillment decreased up to 30-35 min. In such a way, using mechanotronic approaches to the creation of technological vibratory machines containing the methods for dynamic systems formation taking into account inseparable ties with mechanical, electromagnetic, hydrodynamic and heat-mass exchanging processes, the theory of automated control and current micro-controller means of control one can speak about the creation of a fundamentally new direction at designing vibratory technique for food and processing industry.

Анотація:
Вивчено конструкцію, принцип роботи та характеристики автомата розливу та лінії в цілому. У магістерській дисертації виконано параметричні та кінематичні розрахунки. Виконано розрахунок пружини. З метою усунення недоліків автомата розливу а саме, малої швидкості розливу, складність конструкції вузла розливу, малої точності дозування було проведено патентно-літературний огляд конструкції. Результатом було обрано прототип конструкції розливного пристрою який розміщується безпосередньо у витратному резервуарі та має спрощену конструкцію, що дозволяє збільшити продуктивність та зменшити витрати на ремонт та обслуговування автомата в цілому. Для підтвердження модернізації було розроблено 3Д моделі в середовищі SolidWorks базового та модернізованого вузлів і проведений їх розрахунок в середовищі ANSYS. Також було виконано розділи: монтаж і експлуатація, автоматизація, охорона праці та було розроблено стартап-проект.
In the course of the Master's thesis, the technological line of bottling detergents in PET bottles was selected. The design, principle of operation and characteristics of the bottling machine and the line as a whole are studied. In the master's thesis parametric and kinematic calculations were performed. The spring was calculated. In order to eliminate the disadvantages of the dispenser, namely, the low speed of the spill, the complexity of the design of the spill node, low accuracy of dosing was conducted patent-literature review of the design. The result was a prototype design of the filling device, which is placed directly in the flow tank and has a simplified design, which allows to increase productivity and reduce the cost of repair and maintenance of the machine as a whole. To confirm the upgrade, 3D models were developed in the SolidWorks environment of the base and upgraded units, and their calculation was performed in the ANSYS environment. The following sections were also completed: installation and operation, automation, labor protection, and a startup project was developed.

Анотація:
A web based VRCC (Virtual Racing Car Championship) application is here presented. The application is intended for educational purposes to teach students a variety of topics of the teaching course “Vehicle Dynamics and Control” in Mechatronics Master Degree Course; the present application forces students to understand the relevant parameters that govern the dynamic performance of racing cars. The application relies on an optimal control library, which is capable of calculating minimum lap times of a racing car on the basis of a comprehensive symbolic description of an open-wheel racing car dynamic model. Students are enrolled in a number of teams competing in a Championship to attain the minimum lap time (i.e., the pole position) on three circuits by choosing the appropriate setup of the racing car. The ranking is based on the best lap time obtained in the qualification session. The application stimulates students to adopt a multidisciplinary approach in a challenging and instructive environment, where they are in a position to apply a broad range of knowledges and abilities they have acquired during the Mechanotronics engineering course.
