AbstrakTulisan ini menjelaskan sebuah konsep dari pemikiran Soekarno mengenai Marhaenisme yang dianalis dan dibedah sesuai dengan sumber kepustakaan yang ada. Kemudian, berisi sebuah wacana terhadap Indonesia tentang kewajiban pemerintah melindungi kaum Marhaen di tengah pandemi covid-19. Marhaenisme identik sebuah ideologi perjuangan yang melawan kapitalisme yang tumbuh dan berkembang di dunia ini. Marhaenisme lahir dan tumbuh berdasarkan rasa senasib dan sepenanggungan yang diakibatkan oleh kolonialisme dan imperialisme. Akibat penjajahan yang dilakukan oleh bangsa asing membuat rakyat Indonesia hidup dalam penuh penderitaan dan kesengsaraan. Dengan adanya ideologi ini diharapkan Indonesia yang terjajah segera bangkit dan pulih kembali. Kemudian, mampu mengelola kekayaan negeri sendiri tanpa tunduk kepada orang lain. Marhaenisme berusaha menghapus segala bentuk pertentangan dan perbedaan dalam kehidupan. Dalam hal ini, ideologi tersebut berusaha menjadi pembeda dengan ideologi lainnya.Kata kunci: Soekarno, Marhaenisme, Ideologi AbstractThis paper describes a concept from Soekarno's thoughts on marhaenism which is analyzed and dissected according to the available literature sources. Then it contains a discourse against Indonesia about the government's obligation to protect the Marhaen in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. Marhaenism is identical to an ideology of struggle against capitalism that grows and develops in this world. Marhaenism was born and grew based on a sense of shared destiny and shared responsibility caused by colonialism and imperialism. As a result of colonization by foreign nations, the Indonesian people live in full of suffering and misery. With this ideology, it is hoped that colonized Indonesia will soon rise and recover. Then, they are able to manage the wealth of their own country without submitting to others. Marhaenism tries to erase all forms of contradictions and differences in life. In this case, ideology is made trying to be different from other ideologies.Keywords: Soekarno, Marhaenism, Ideology

AbstractIdeology is important in the order of social and state life. Philosophically, the concept of ideology is very subjective. There are those who consider ideology as dogma, while others are concerned with linking ideology as political discourse and political views. Meanwhile, some think that ideology is based on the concrete interests of social class which is marked by the absence of interest on an economic basis. In the socio-historical context of the Indonesian nation, ideology is used as a "tool" for the struggle to form the mental, character, spirit and thoughts of anti-colonialism, so as to create a manifestation of the fundamental values of Indonesia in the form of Pancasila formulated by national figures. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the concept of Sukarno's Marhaenism ideology which became the forerunner of thoughts/ideas about Pancasila. The method used is concept analysis with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results show that marhaenism conceptually emphasizes aspects of the struggle of the marhaens, namely the groups exploited by imperialism and capitalism so that they have difficulty being able to prosper themselves. The important elements in the ideology of Marxism are socio-nationalism, socio-democracy, mass-action, machtvorming, non-cooperation, and self-reliance. and self-reliance.--------------AbstrakIdeologi menjadi hal yang penting dalam tatanan kehidupan sosial maupun bernegara. Secara filosofis, konsep ideologi sangatlah subjektif. Ada yang menganggap ideologi sebagai dogma, ada juga yang menyangkutpautkan ideologi sebagai diskursus politik dan pandangan politik. Sedangkan sebagian lagi menganggap ideologi didasarkan pada kepentingan konkret kelas sosial yang ditandai oleh tidak adanya kepentingan atas dasar ekonomi. Dalam sosio-historis bangsa Indonesia, ideologi dijadikan sebagai “alat” perjuangan untuk membentuk mental, karakter, semangat dan pemikiran anti kolonialisme, sehingga terciptalah manifestasi dari nilai-nilai fundamental keindonesiaan berupa Pancasila yang dirumuskan oleh para tokoh nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis konsep tentang ideologi Marhaenisme Sukarno yang menjadi cikal bakal pemikiran/gagasan mengenai Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konsep dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa marhaenisme secara konseptual menekankan pada aspek perjuangan kaum marhaen, yaitu kelompok yang dieksploitasi oleh imperialisme dan kapitalisme sehingga mereka kesulitan untuk bisa mensejahterakan dirinya. Adapun unsur-unsur penting dalam ideologi marhaenisme yaitu sosio-nasionalisme, sosio-demokrasi, aksi-massa, machtvorming, non-kooperasi, dan self-reliance.

Marhaenisme has three basic values, namely Sosio<br />Nasionalisme, Sosio Demokrasi dan Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa. The results show<br />that taxation policy does not take into account the unique characteristics of SMEs,<br />allegedly only concerned with a certain type of dolongan and loaded with the spirit<br />of materialism. This research has a policy contraibution that provides a discourse for<br />the government on a fair tax implementation scheme, especially for MSMEs.</p>

The purpose of this study is to know the political ideology and platform of PDIP with the ideology of Marhaenism and PKB with moderate Islamic ideology in every political and political policy that is good in the legislature and executive. The theory of which in this study is into the language that refers to Gabriel A. Almond on the Study of Political Systems, namely and function. The results obtained from this study are clearly a mismatch between the political ideology of Marhaenism in PDI Perjuangan and Moderate Islam in the PKB against political platforms and political ideologies in both the legislature and the executive. This is because of the lack of political parties in the function of politics against the cadres of his party so as to have an impact on the lack of public to and the absence of political parties. The passage of this research shows the hope and truth between political ideology and political means, for him the degree of political pragmatism and political politics that fileirar corruptive and arid kese Ke mana, political parties fail in conducting political ideological process against cadres of political parties.

Krisis ideologi dalam dinamika partai politik paska reformasi (democratization) menjadi hal yang sangat anomali, mengingat demokrasi mensyaratkan adanya kebebasan dialektika ide-ide politik dan ruang publik yang simetris. Pertarungan partai politik secara elektoral maupun di dalam sistem politik yang kompleks rupanya hanya mengedepankan hal-hal yang sifatnya simbolik dan artifisial. Kritik antar elit, perpindahan kader antar partai dan mati lahirnya partai politik bukan semata-semata pertarungan politik yang ideologis-filosofis. Politik terdegradasi menjadi komodifkasi antar elit maupun elit dengan masyarakat. Untuk membongkar asumsi-asumsi di atas, peneliti mengangkat tiga partai politik sebagi objek penelitian yaitu PDIP, PSI dan PKS karena ketiganya dianggap memiliki diferensiasi ide dan nilai serta gagasan politik yang khas, dari latar belakang sejarah terbentuknya sampai keputusan-keputusan politik di dalam ruang publik demokrasi. Menggunakan Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif-kualitatif di mana menghasilkan PDIP yang memiliki landasan historisitas politik yang kuat dengan nasionalisme-marhaen memang di dalam naskah AD-ART nya sangat eksplisit mengelaborasi ide-ide Soekarno tersebut. Namun seringkali secara riil, kebijakan politik PDIP, terutama ketika di eksekutif nasional maupun lokal masih ada paradoks. PSI, karena partai baru berdiri, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa secara teks AD-ART juga sangat eksplisit menawarkan ide-ide politik demokrasi sosial (sosialisme demokrasi), meskipun masih perlu pembuktian ketika di pemerintahan. PKS, partai yang mengalami transformasi ideologi secara transparan, yaitu dari latar belakang politik Islam Fundamentalisme menjadi Islam Moderat, dimana nilai-nilai nasionalisme-sekuler juga mulai tumbuh-kembang di partai ini paska pemilu 2004.

Marhaenism is a pure thought sparked by Soekarno which departs from the most substantial and universal human life needs, namely the Social Conventions of Man, which requires the realization of the welfare of human life that can only be fulfilled if the harmonization between individual independence and social justice has been created. In reality these demands could not be found at the time, and this concern over the problems (the fate of the Indonesian nation) was the starting point of Sukarno's study in giving perspective to the ideology of marhaenism. This group of poor and destitute people is what Soekarno called the Marhaen.

The research method in data collection uses primary data and secondary data and the technical model of data analysis uses an inductive model. The Week of Admission of New Members (PPAB) for the GMNI Luwuk-Banggai Branch Leadership Council will be held on 24-26 September 2022 at the General Assembly Hall (BPU) of Luwuk Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency with the theme "Forming Progressive Marhaenis Members Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045". The participants of the activity were students from Luwuk Muhammadiyah University, Luwuk Tompotika University and Luwuk Banggai Computer and Informatics Management Academy. Many understandings that were born in the period of the movement, including the Marhaenism which was triggered by Sukarno. Marhaenism was born from Sukarno's awareness of the fate of the Indonesian people and people who are constantly impoverished and suffering by the practice of Colonialism This made Sukarno aware of his desire to be independent and determine the destiny of the country WITHOUT foreign interference. Marhaenism became an ideology in fighting for the fate of the oppressed Indonesian people. Marhaenism became the foundation of the PNI's struggle which was founded in 1927. PNI was a tool to defend the colonized Indonesian people. The desired concept of independence is economic, social and political independence that can be felt by all Indonesians. The hallmark of Marhaenism is the Socio-Nationalist principle, Socio-Democracy which describes the spirit and principles of the Marhaen who want independence. We can feel this Marhaenism influence in every mass oration made by Sukarno. Where Sukarno always gathered masses in large numbers and shouted Marhaen as the ideology of the oppressed Indonesian people. Prior to the establishment of the PNI, Sukarno first established an association named Studie Club, which became the forerunner of the establishment of PNI which was continued by Partindo to continue the spirit of Marhaenism.

Photography is a form of nonverbal communication in visual form, and an intermediary medium to interpret something, a form of expression, and to create, produce, and change meaning or reality. On this basis, this study examines the representation of President Jokowi's photographic text in online media news. The purpose in the photography represents the similarity of meaning patterns to photography in the era of President Sukarno, who always carried the ideology of marhaenism, which took the concept of creativity. Through qualitative text analysis on photography in online media, we will examine the image of the marhaenis ideology that underlies President Jokowi's populist concept. The purpose of this study is to disassemble the representation of the meaning of the ideology of marhaenism in Joko Widodo's photo in Online Media and to examine the design of an image that is full of imagery meaning in influencing choices in the presidential election that has been held and won by Jokowi. The theories used in this research are social semiotics (Theo van Leeuwen and Gunter Kress) and gestalt theory. The approach in this research is qualitative text analysis with exploratory type. The method used is the method of critical social semiotic analysis. This research data was obtained directly from the observation of the research object by downloading, observing, and analyzing photo data of Joko Widodo and Sukarno, which had visual similarities in online media. Next, the researcher observes, records the signs, analyzes, and discusses the selected photos. The results of this study indicate that Joko Widodo has since started his presidential candidacy campaign until now with the help of the success team or communication team or consistently reproduces images from Sukarno's photographs. Sukarno's picture and the concept of marhaenism have been adopted, produced, and harmonized with Joko Widodo. Joko Widodo, through his photo, managed to bring back memories of the steps of the proclaimer of the Republic of Indonesia Sukarno and the ideology of marhaenism he created.

This study illustrates the progress and dynamics of GMNI as a cadre organization after the 1998-2018 reform. The research conducted was focused in 2005. To study this phenomenon researchers through several stages of research, the interview stage is considered capable and can find out the main problem to be investigated. This researcher focuses on the impact arising from the influence of GMNI for a policy. The theoretical framework used is ideology, Marhaenism, the concept of social organization, and the concept of functions of student organizations. The research method was carried out qualitatively and using descriptive research. In data collection used interviews, documentation, while for qualitative data analysis based on the use of complete and in-depth information in interpreting non-quantitative data. Based on research it can be seen that when organizational leaders at the national level experience stagnation to have a serious impact on the existence of the organization, although the activities of the socio-political movement in the region can slightly cover the obstacles faced by GMNI at the national level. The strengthening of the authoritarian rule of the New Order placed GMNI in two choices: Resigning in the sense of organizational disbandment so that its members were more focused on subjective issues, as students, or against all injustice practices of the authorities. When resisting, the actualization of the movement will be formulated in such a way in various forms of the anti status quo movement as an anti - Neo Colonialism Imperialism movement, ranging from study groups to radical movements.

Today, one of the issues that occupies the most tafsīr researchers is “the nature of tafsīr”. Different approaches have been presented regarding the issue of to what extent all interpretations of the Qur'an should be accepted as tafsīr. As a result of the dominance of the “social interpretation understanding”, which made its presence felt in the 20th century, the Qurʾān became the “book of guidance and life”; not just theoretical issues; The theme that it is a branch of science that produces solutions to individual and social problems has been brought to the agenda more. Especially in geographies affected by the Menar school and exposed to colonization, the Qurʾān and the related science of tafsīr are subject to re-reading; It is seen that it has gained functionality again as a source of information that “produces value” in different areas of life such as political, social, economic and education. Indonesians, who had a great struggle for independence and freedom in the 20th century, started to solve their own problems on this axis as a part of this process. In this study, the doctrine of Merhametizm (Marhamism), which was developed by the young leader of Bukittinggi of the Council of Indonesian Muslim Associations Darwis Thaib’s (1927-2008) texts of the Qurʾān and the basic starting points of socialism, against Sukarno’s (d. 1970) models such as Marhaenism and Tan Malaka’s (d. 1949) Murbaism was examined. Accordingly, a number of issues such as the relevance of Mercy to the science of tafsīr, the possibility of grounding it with revelation, the internal and external dynamics that were effective in the development of this thought, and the pros and cons of producing similar doctrines constitute the main subjects of our research. Darwis Thaib refers to Surah Beled as the basis of the doctrine of Mercy. According to him, “the struggle for freedom, independence and independence”, “social solidarity, cooperation and cooperation”, “the ability to empathize and think about others”, “love and respect”; Themes such as “the understanding of unity and togetherness” form the basis of the concept of “Social Justice”. Thus, Darwis Thaib came to the fore in Indonesia as the founder of a doctrine that we can call a kind of “practical commentary” by examining the theme of mercy, one of the key concepts of the Qurʾān, on a social and political level. Darwis Thaib stated that overcoming the “aqaba” (steep slope/hill) mentioned in the aforementioned surah requires serious effort and sacrifice and suggested that Muslims make this an agenda item. In our opinion, such efforts are meaningful and valuable as long as they do not conflict with the other main concepts of the Qurʾān. As a matter of fact, Buya Hamka (d. 1981) expressed his regrets that the doctrine of Mercy remained obsolete and criticized the politicians who did not take care of it. It is a fact that every step taken for the correct understanding of the Qurʾān is valuable, and it is equally necessary to produce new models based on a correct interpretation methodology for the problems of the period and to be able to present new proposals.
