The article is to determine the role of the compliance culture as a part of the regional industrial enterprises’ corporate innovation management while ensuring their sustainable development. Any enterprise, operating in a market economy, aims to maximize profits as its main internal goal. Effective innovative development is an objective necessity for sustainable economic growth. The main goal of the innovative activity of enterprises or organizations can be designated as obtaining a certain number of innovations in the form of new products, technologies, raw materials, methods of organization and management with certain features. The formation of new and efficient innovation management systems by means of straight-line management is of great importance for industrial enterprise’s effective development management. The creation of new and efficient systems of management of innovation activity to direct it into an effective path is greatly important for effective development management of the industrial enterprise. Therefore, the innovation management corporate system creation and the study of its role in the effective development of the enterprise is extremely relevant. Introduction. The article deals with the main factors, conditions and mechanisms of implementation of innovative development of enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. The goal of corporate social responsibility and mechanisms of providing innovative socio-economic development of enterprises of agroindustrial complex are determined. It is established that one of the most important elements of the activity of agrarian enterprises should be the development of its innovation policy, which will include the implementation of social projects and tactical aspects of the development of social events. Goal. The purpose of the article is to justify the necessity of introducing corporate social responsibility into the system of strategic innovation management of agroindustrial enterprises with a focus on the creation and implementation of social projects. Method (methodology). In carrying out the research applied general scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, analogies and comparative analysis, the method of decomposition and the detail of processes. The use of these methods greatly contributed to the achievement of the research goal. Results It is proved that corporate social responsibility of a business is beyond the state requirements and therefore it is not subject to mandatory implementation. This is a voluntary enterprise response to social needs of society. Integrated effect is determined by the overall quality of enterprise management and awareness of leadership on social needs of society. Implementation of the basic principles of CSR in the implementation of social projects can significantly increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The main stages of the management process of social and economic projects of distributed organizational structures of the regional level are proposed.

Mentioning is considered one of the methods of training and developing of employees (mentoring activities), during which a more experienced worker (mentor) shares knowledge with his colleagues (mentee) for a certain time. The subject of the study is the factors that determine the mentoring activity of enterprises in the conditions of innovative development. The purpose is to identify the groups of factors that determine the mentoring activity at enterprises in the conditions of innovative development in order to increase the level of processes of management of enterprises, the acquisition of new knowledge by workers and their practical use in the process of labor activity, management of personnel reserve and use of its potential, etc. Objectives: comprehensive study of the enterprise's mentoring activity, identification of factors influencing it and its groups. Common scientific methods of systematization, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical researches are used. It has been established that mentoring activity is conditioned by four groups of factors: socio-psychological (personnel reserve and potential of employees, process of reproduction of corporate culture, independence in acquisition of knowledge, personalized learning, process of development and transfer of knowledge in the enterprise), economic (turnover of personnel, low productivity of labor, high expenses for stimulation, inefficiency of methods of stimulation), innovative (updating of education, system approach, implementation of know-how in the strategic aspect), organizational (professional adaptation of new employees, the psychological climate in the team, organizational development, career planning process, individual style of management). The identified groups of factors influencing the mentoring activity of enterprises in the conditions of innovative development should be used in order to ensure systematization of the processes of assessing the level of their impact and the formation of the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the development of mentoring activities of enterprises.

This article discusses the current state and main trends in the development of innovative activities of the enterprise. In recent years, there has been an increasing trend towards the formation of divisions by enterprises in order to secure an innovative development as well as departments for the development of innovative projects and the creation of Lin laboratories. Implementation of such innovative projects and introduction of innovations in enterprises is the main factor of market competition. It is determined that the intensity of innovative developments and improving the quality of human resources increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. Still a significant factor in the innovation activity of the enterprise is the proper need of the enterprise for innovations and the desire to implement them. It is worth focusing on organizational innovations in more detail, since that is the area where the largest decrease in the share of organizations by 0.6% in 2018 compared to 2015 is observed. It is exactly the type of innovations that affects the process of personnel management to a greater extent. Organizational innovations are subject to the fashion fluctuations, and companies are increasingly trying to implement the principles and methods of managing the turquoise organizations as innovative changes. A significant sign of the company’s innovative activity is the proper need of the company for innovations and the desire to implement them. The most common issues of innovative development of Russian enterprises are considered. For example, a key issue of implementing organizational innovations is the discrepancy between fashionable new trends and corporate culture. It is worth noting that at each stage of the company’s development, there is a change in the type of culture. In practice, Russian companies are at the stage of a culture of strength: few of them, while maintaining a culture of strength, have skipped the stage of rules and discipline and are implementing their activities with elements of a culture of success. Methods and tools of personnel management should be used taking into account the specifics of the type of culture in the enterprise. Examples of successful and unsuccessful implementation of innovations in the enterprise are given, taking into account the specifics of the type of culture, as well as the consequences of using these innovations. It is considered as completely unacceptable if an organization uses tools that are not appropriate for the next level of corporate culture, but for an even higher level. It is worth noting that the introduction of innovations is impossible without defining the strategy, goals and concept of development at the enterprise.

The article considers the stage process of a machine-building enterprise modernization management, the enterprise being a part of an integrated corporate structure, in response to the demand for an economic and technological breakthrough. The topicality of the study is determined by the problems of technical and process design renewal of the Russian industry, the lack of investment support of modernization programs in the production sector, and the development of new forms of public demand typical for the innovative economy. The authors have substantiated the role of economic integration processes in the development and modernization of machine-building enterprises based on the synergetic paradigm. The paper identifies and characterizes the stages of modernization management processes taking into account the mission and strategic goals of the enterprise development. The research has covered theoretical and methodological works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of economic integration and best practices of creating big integrated corporate structures. Modernization is considered as a set of measures aimed at improving the production and economic activities of enterprises participating in integrated corporate structures in order to ensure sustainable economic efficiency. Moreover, the paper identifies the factors preventing the sustainable development of domestic machine-building industry. A number of problems facing machine-building enterprises during the crisis period can be successfully overcome by them within the frame of integrated corporate structures which are entrusted with a leading role in the development and modernization of the machine-building complex. Among other things, the formation of such structures is aimed at the innovative development and creation of various types of knowledge-intensive industries with greater value added. The paper presents the mechanism for managing the modernization of enterprises within the frame of integrated corporate structures. Priority areas of investments in the implementation of modernization projects are proposed to be determined not only on the basis of the expected economic effect, but also taking into account the potential of the entities under modernization. The approach proposed by the author for managing the modernization of the enterprise within the frame of integrated corporate structures can be used both at the enterprises of the machine-building industry and the industrial complex as a whole in the context of improving the efficiency of the management system. The practical implementation of modernization measures will enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, increase their investment attractiveness and switch them to a higher level of economic sustainability with a focus on achieving the maximum impact in all spheres of activity.

The object of research: corporate image and enterprise economic security. Investigated problem: methodical approach to mutually agreed management of enterprise’s image and its economic security. The main scientific results: theoretical analysis of the opinions, which are presented in the scientific literature of enterprise economic security functional components and the mechanism of their formation, is carried out. The functional components of economic security related to the internal and external aspects of enterprise are studied in detail, and their close relationship with image components is determined. The stages of enterprise image management are schematically shown with taking into account the compliance of image economic security components levels. The area of practical use of the research results: the need to adhere to certain sequence of actions aimed at forming a positive image and managing it in enterprises is emphasized. It is advisable to use an approach to the formation of corporate image with taking into account the targeted influence of management entities on the business environment. Technological innovation: the enterprise economic security structure in the context of modern tendencies is proposed, the complex of measures which are recommended to be applied for enterprise image maintenance is determined. Scope of application for technological innovation: practical activity of Ukrainian enterprises is in interconnection with other business environment participants.

The paper presents a systematic approach to the analysis of digital transformation management processes that is proposed to be estimated by means of data on the innovative complexity and maturity of processes and projects of a modern enterprise. The innovation complexity is formalized as a set of multidimensional data on enterprise management processes, including the external environment, architecture, communication infrastructure data, key indicators of management process efficiency and enterprise innovation activity. The production model of corporate knowledge about the enterprise’s readiness for digital transformation has been is presented. Also, there have been provided a review of methods and models for assessing the maturity of processes or projects of organizations. The author has proposed the way of a managerial content for decision-making processes on readiness for enterprise digitalization formed using BIG DATA cognitive technologies of multivariate data analysis that can let implement a systemic approach to managing a digital enterprise.

The purpose of the article. The article analyzes the corporate culture as one of the tools with which you can effectively manage the personnel of the enterprise. The structure of corporate culture is determined. A number of meaningful characteristics inherent in any corporate culture is considered. The factors of formation of enterprise corporate culture are investigated. The degree of conformity of value characteristics of enterprise corporate culture to the task of development is estimated. For the development of corporate culture of a machine-building enterprise, a system conceptual model is proposed, which takes into account various factors of the internal and external environment.Methodology. The most important problem of any Ukrainian enterprise operating in market conditions is the problem of its survival and ensuring continuous development. An effective solution to this problem is to create and implement competitive advantages that can be largely achieved on the basis of a well-designed and effective enterprise development strategy. In the context of radical socio-economic changes, corporate culture has become a significant factor influencing the effective economic activity and competitiveness of machine-building enterprises.Corporate culture is seen as a means of creating favorable conditions conducive to improving the efficiency of enterprise management and achieving competitiveness in the market of goods and services. The general importance of solving problems, their lack of scientific development, misunderstanding and ignoring the role of corporate strategy, the need to analyze existing methods and their in-depth study, the role of strategy for further development of the enterprise, its profitability indicate the urgency of the problem.Results. For the successful realization of strategic goals of the enterprise, the understanding of the role of corporate culture by the management is becoming more and more important. Every company must form its own system of corporate culture in order, first of all, to achieve the set business goal. This system must consist of certain values and be shared by the leaders of this enterprise. That is why the emerging culture becomes a kind of business card of the enterprise, which can be used to draw conclusions about its carrier. At the enterprise, corporate culture creates a special internal atmosphere that mobilizes people to fulfill higher goals and missions: the quality and intensity of work of each employee increases, production conflicts are minimized. Today, most managers see corporate culture as a powerful strategic tool that orients all departments to achieve common goals.Corporate culture and climate in the organization are the main factors of productive functioning of enterprises, i.e. they form the ideal of integrity, which in practice allows the organization to function most optimally both within a given society and as a special social group. Every company has its own corporate culture, which to some extent corresponds to its mission and goals, and the degree of this compliance determines the efficiency of the enterprise. To assess the existing type of corporate culture, you can use the test to identify the type of corporate culture that prevails in the organizationPractical implications. The model of innovation is based on the orientation of corporate development of mechanical engineering industry to stimulate innovation activities related to the development and implementation of innovations. This requires the formation of an innovative corporate culture that operates on the principle of innovation, or change in this way the existing one. The structure of corporate culture carriers is also undergoing changes in the direction of increasing the share of innovation-oriented staff with a high level of development of personal research culture. The complex model, in contrast to the above, is based on the concept of hierarchy of business cultures, according to which the central place is given to the corporate culture of the enterprise, the development of which is possible on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of external and internal cultural environment.Value/originality. The application of strategic management at enterprises allows to characterize economic, organizational, technical possibilities of production and their maximum use, in due time to coordinate work on business plans of the development of the enterprise. Strategic corporations always have the opportunity to behave consistently and systematically in their business, in particular in a dynamic market environment in general, which increases the likelihood of achieving their goal. Therefore, the introduction of a strategic management system in Ukraine is an objectively necessary process in the field of business management, which increases the readiness of business organizations to respond adequately to unforeseen changes and contributes to a sound, agreed solution to both current and strategic problems.

The paper examines the areas and mechanisms of cooperation between business interests and Voronezh State University. It presents the successful practices of implementing joint projects in the field of creating high-tech industries and providing advanced training for engineering and technical workers. The general prospect of the cooperation is the development of the common educational, scientific and technological space of the Central Black Earth economic region. One of the effective tools for interaction between companies and universities is joint department. Voronezh State University has established joint departments “Molecular biotechnology”, “Power electronics”, “Communication Electronic Warfare Systems”. The other important area of university’s participation in the development of the regional industry is implementation of the federal target program “Research and development on priority directions of development of scientific- technological complex of Russia for 2014–2020 years”. In 2017 VSU was a participant of nine technological platforms. Another instrument to provide interaction between business and university is creation of small innovation enterprises. In 2017 there were 31 small enterprises at VSU. It is worth mentioning special projects related to working out of skill development and vocational training programs. VSU offers such programs at corporate learning centers (T-Systems, J&M Management Consulting, Atos IT Solutions and Services, PricewaterhousCoopers (PwC), DSR Corporation, OTSL Inc., NetCracker, DataArt, Microsoft, P&G and others). The effective scientific and educational environment based on the interaction between universities and enterprises will promote the development of interdisciplinary initiatives, joint researches, advanced educational programs, creation of joint research centers.

The mechanism of stimulation of employees taking into account the achieved personal results will help to increase the level of interest in reaching the goal of the organization, and to preserve its highly qualified work potential. The main features of innovation by industrial enterprises in the national economy are the long development and testing of innovations, the impossibility in some cases of full appropriation of it’s, the complementary nature of innovation, its close relationship with local conditions and high risk. The task of managing the innovation activity in industrial enterprises of the corporate type of the national economy branches at the present stage can be solved by applying adaptive approaches and adaptive management model. It is based on the formation of the program trajectory of the controlled system for a certain period and the creation of a management system action aimed at eliminating destabilizing disturbances that deviate the controlled system from the program trajectory. The efficiency of the national economy is largely determined by the interaction of science and practice, especially the introduction into production of advanced innovative technologies in industrial enterprises. The analysis of the peculiarities of the innovation process in the national economy shows that the introduction of innovation by enterprises is a process focused on the commercialization of innovations, which reflects the emergence, development and resolution of domestic science and practice, provided by the innovation potential of industrial enterprises.

Дисертацію присвячено поглибленню теоретичних положень, науково-методичного забезпечення та обґрунтуванню практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю корпоративних підприємств машинобудування. Визначено економічний зміст інноваційної діяльності, а також сутність управління нею. Ідентифіковано принципи функціонування системи управління інноваційною діяльністю корпоративних підприємств. Систематизовано фактори впливу на результати управління інноваційною діяльністю та обґрунтовано доцільність застосування результативного підходу до його оцінювання. Виявлено тенденції інноваційної діяльності, діагностовано фінансово-економічну спроможність до її реалізації, оцінено результативність управління для корпоративних підприємств машинобудування. Запропоновано наукові положення стратегічного управління інноваційною діяльністю корпоративних підприємств машинобудування, які базуються на діагностуванні сили та напряму впливу факторів середовища і дозволяють обирати раціональні стратегії інноваційної діяльності, інструментарій їх реалізації, здійснювати стратегічний контроль та аудит. Надано науково-практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю корпоративних підприємств бази апробації відповідно до типу інноваційної поведінки у частині вибору та реалізації стратегічних цілей.
The thesis is devoted to widening the theoretical provisions, scientific and methodological support and substantiation of practical recommendations to improve the management of innovative activity of corporate engineering enterprises. Economic content of innovative activity, as well as the essence of its management was determined. Principles of operation of the management system of innovative activity of corporate enterprises, which it was suggested to classify into system-wide, providing and resulting, were identified. Factors of influence on the results of innovative management were systematized and possibility of applying effective approach to its assessment was proved. Factors of influence are divided into the demand for innovation, public management of innovative activity and the internal potential of the enterprise. Tendencies of innovative activity were analyzed and revealed, financial and economic capacity for its implementation was diagnosed, an effectiveness of its management for corporate engineering enterprises was assessed. Based on the analysis of management system of innovative activity of corporate engineering enterprises it was revealed inadequate methodological support of assessing the effectiveness of strategic change in innovative activity of corporate engineering enterprises. This made it possible to offer scientific principles of strategic management of innovative activity of corporate engineering enterprises, based on the diagnosis of the power and direction of influence of demand for innovation, public management of innovative activity and the internal potential of the enterprise. They allow choosing the 23 rational strategy of innovative activity according to the type of innovative behavior (leaders, followers or outsiders), tools for their implementation in terms of goal-setting and exercising strategic control and audit. The criteria of the place and the role of innovative strategy in the system of corporate enterprise strategies were defined. Among them it should be noted: the need to accounting during development and implementation of all types of the strategies, accounting of the common vision for the organization, resource availability based on the strategic analysis at all levels and components of the strategies, availability of the rules of their distribution according to the ratio of standard and innovative activities, commensurate and reciprocal influence of goals of the strategies, impact on the degree of accessibility of the strategic development results, role in ensuring the potential of growth for the enterprise and its competitiveness, taking into account the basic conditions of environment and its subjects, ensuring internal and external synergies. It was determined that choice and change of innovative activity strategies in a volatile external environment and taking into account significant fluctuations in internal capacity of the enterprises should be gradual, stage nature, which contemplates the realization of the strategic goals, their audit with the subsequent decision on the further implementation according to the selected management tools. It was revealed that the corporate engineering enterprises have sufficient internal capacity to maintain the leading position both in domestic and foreign markets. Among those who implement the type of behavior of followers, many on the basis of the forecast will be able to improve the performance of innovative activity. On the basis of the findings there were given theoretical and practical recommendations on improvement of management of innovation activity for corporate engineering enterprises in selection and implementation of the relevant strategic goals and diagnosed their internal capacity to implement the recommended goals. These include, primarily, organizational and management, resource, technical and technological goals. In addition, general directions of efficiency increase of management of innovative activity were proposed for corporate engineering enterprises, including the need to implement the principle of differentiation of the public innovation policy and strategy.
Диссертация посвящена углублению теоретических положений, научно-методического обеспечения и обоснованию практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию управления инновационной деятельностью корпоративных предприятий машиностроения. Определено экономическое содержание инновационной деятельности, а также сущность управления ею. Идентифицировано принципы функционирования системы управления инновационной деятельностью корпоративных предприятий. Систематизированы факторы, влияющие на результаты управления инновационной деятельностью и обоснована целесообразность применения результативного подхода к его оценке. Выявлены тенденции инновационной деятельности, диагностировано финансово-экономическую способность к реализации, оценены результативность управления для корпоративных предприятий машиностроения. Предложены научные положения стратегического управления инновационной деятельностью корпоративных предприятий машиностроения, которые базируются на диагностике силы и направления влияния факторов среды и позволяют выбирать рациональные стратегии инновационной деятельности, инструментарий их реализации, осуществлять стратегический контроль и аудит. ENGLISH ABSTRACT: It has been suggested that without the ability to innovate, an organisation will not be able to survive the demands of an ever-changing operating environment. This raises the question: How can organisations ensure that they are able to innovate? Organisational culture has been identified as a critical variable in answering this question. The culture of the organisation determines to a large extent the degree of innovation in that organisation. Business leaders have made attempts to nurture a culture of creativity and innovation in their organisations through the recruitment of dynamic individuals with innovative traits. However, most of their attempts seemed insufficient in achieving their goals. The primary purpose of this research is to develop a framework for organisational culture that characterises an innovative organisation in small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs). The secondary objective is to identify the enablers and inhibitors of innovation. Research method: The research approach starts with a review of existing literature. This is followed by the development of the theory and empirical research. Data collection was also carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews with senior and middle management in innovative SMMEs. Main findings: The analysis of the findings indicates that an organisation cannot focus on any single aspect of organisational culture. Innovation is a system in the organisation that is strongly guided by the culture of the organisation. Recommendations: Future research on this subject will benefit from the selection of a larger sample of data. Given the dynamic nature of innovation and organisational culture, it is recommended to repeat this research over time in order to explore whether the same dimensions in determining innovative organisational culture still apply. The current research can also be followed up by a study on the sources of innovation in an organisation.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Inleiding: Sonder die vermoë om te kan innoveer, sal ’n organisasie nie kan oorleef in ’n bedryfsomgewing wat voortdurend verander nie. Dit laat die vraag ontstaan: Hoe kan organisasies seker maak hulle die vermoë het om te innoveer? Organisasiekultuur is geïdentifiseer as ’n kritiese veranderlike in die beantwoording van hierdie vraag. Die kultuur van ’n organisasie bepaal grootliks die mate van innovering in daardie organisasie. Sakeleiers probeer om ’n kultuur van kreatiwiteit en innovering in hul organisasies te koester deur dinamiese individue met innoverende karaktereienskappe te werf. Dit blyk egter dat die meeste van hul pogings nie daarin kan slaag om hul doelwitte te bereik nie. Die primêre doel van hierdie navorsing is om ’n raamwerk vir organisatoriese kultuur te ontwikkel wat ’n innoverende organisasie in klein, medium-grootte en mikro ondernemings (KMMO’s) kenmerk. Die sekondêre doelwit is om die moontlikmakers en inhibeerders van innovering te identifiseer. Navorsingsmetode: Die navorsingsbenadering begin met ’n oorsig van bestaande literatuur. Dit word gevolg deur die ontwikkeling van die teorie en empiriese navorsing. Data-insameling is uitgevoer in die vorm van semi-gestruktureerde onderhoude met senior en middelvlakbestuurders van innoverende KMMO’s. Vernaamste bevindinge: Die ontleding van die bevindinge dui daarop dat ’n organisasie nie op een enkele aspek van organisasiekultuur kan fokus nie. Innovering is ’n stelsel in die organisasie wat baie sterk deur die kultuur van die organisasie beïnvloed word. Aanbevelings: Toekomstige navorsing oor hierdie onderwerp sal baat vind by die seleksie van ’n groter steekproef van data. Gegewe die dinamiese aard van innovering en organisatoriese kultuur, word daar aanbeveel dat hierdie navorsing mettertyd herhaal word om uit te vind of dieselfde dimensies vir die bepaling van innoverende organisatoriese kultuur steeds van toepassing is. Die huidige navorsing kan ook opgevolg word deur ’n studie oor die bronne van innovering in ’n organisasie.

The field of research study is Swedish SMEs that belong to plastic industry. The issue is essentially important for small and medium businesses, which due totheir size and specifications are more flexible and can easily implement innovations. Due tothe fact, that Swedish market is filled with small and medium enterprises and innovativeactivities are among the most current and attractive for discussion, the research on the matterof innovation is seen as important contribution and necessary study for the modern market.The study focuses on importance of communicative processes between managers andemployees on the matter of innovation and innovative activities. The general researchquestion focuses on studying whether managers and employees can influence innovations andinnovative activities through communication. The research focuses on studying SwedishSMEs, on the case of plastic industry. SMEs in Sweden are well known for innovativeactivities, however, the research attempts to discover whether such activities are effective andwhether communication between managers and employees “makes or breaks innovativeecosystem” (Estrin, 2009). The motivation behind this research is to find how communicativeactivities in Swedish SMEs influence innovative processes and find whether managers andemployees can influence effectively innovations through communication for the benefit of theorganization.

У дисертаційній роботі системно досліджено та розвинуто організаційно-економічні основи реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів в маркетинговій діяльності промислових підприємств, з метою суттєвого підвищення рівня економічної ефективності діяльності промислових підприємств в період різких трансформаційних перетворень внутрішнього та зовнішнього бізнес-середовищ. Зокрема у роботі розвинуто теоретичні положення щодо розуміння реінжинірингу бізнес процесів у маркетинговій діяльності шляхом уточнення понятійного апарату реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів у маркетинговій діяльності промислових підприємств. Так під "реінжинірингом бізнес-процесу (чи їх сукупності)" запропоновано розуміти концепцію досягнення найбільш оптимальної організації бізнес-процесу (чи їх сукупності) та способів їх реалізації, що фізично досяжні за наявних можливостей розвитку науково-технічних засобів забезпечення діяльності та економічно обгрунтовані для заданих умов функціонування конкретного суб’єкта господарювання, на підставі досягнення вагомих покращень критично важливих для клієнта бізнес-процесу (чи їх сукупності) характеристик, та з метою задоволення визначених цілей конкретного суб’єкта господарювання. У той же час під поняттям "реінжиніринг маркетингової діяльності" пропонується розуміти фундаментальні організаційно-економічні перетворення діяльності підприємства, які забезпечують оперативне визначення вимог важливого для підприємства ринку (клієнту) та забезпечення їх своєчасного і якісного задоволення через організаційний, інформаційний, мотиваційний та інноваційний супровід; а також формулювання функцій маркетингової роботи суб’єктів господарювання під час проведення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів (мотиваційна, організаційна, культуро-творча та інноваційна). При цьому обгрунтовано, що визначальними в процесі здійснення реінжинірингу маркетингових бізнес-процесів є мотиваційна, організаційна, культуро-творча та інноваційна функції маркетингу, оскільки саме ці функції найкраще відображають характерні відмінності головних аспектів реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів в маркетинговій діяльності промислових підприємств, що принципово відрізняють його від реорганізації, реструктуризації, реконструкції, а також класичних маркетингових стратегій. Також автором удосконалено науково-методичний підхід до формування моделі організаційно-економічного забезпечення реінжинірингу у маркетинговій роботі підприємств шляхом інтеграції "алмазної моделі компанії" Хамера/Чампі та "інтегрального комплексу реінжинірингу маркетингу" Б. Гаджиєва з використанням змісту компонентів та властивостей постреінжинірингової організаційної структури компанії, зокрема її ітеративності та здатності до переходу у нові фази. Такий підхід дозволяє гармонізувати перепроектування внутрішніх процесів і відповідну реакцією зовнішнього середовища та формувати як концепцію пошуку стратегії маркетингового розвитку, так і концепції реалізації та досягнення ключових цілей заздалегідь визначеної маркетингової стратегії. Проведений у роботі аналіз стратегій машинобудівних підприємств виявив ряд недоліків, зокрема відсутність чітко вираженого позиціонування компаній по відношенню до різних типів контрагентів та різних ринків. Дослідження найбільш поширених теорій формування маркетингових стратегій виявило їх недостатню адаптованість, зокрема і для сектору машинобудування. Для вирішення цієї проблеми автором удосконалено науково-методичний підхід до ідентифікації та вибору оптимальних стратегічних тарґетів та формування стратегій розвитку маркетингової діяльності промислових підприємств шляхом формування системи зв’язків між сильними, слабкими сторонами, можливостями та загрозами, що дозволяє скоригувати напрямки реінжинірингу маркетингових бізнес-процесів та визначити найбільш оптимальні інструменти та таргети маркетингової діяльності для забезпечення максимальної результативності маркетингової стратегії компанії. Дослідження діяльності промислових підприємств в галузі машинобудування в період проведення реінжинірингу їх бізнес-процесів дозволило виокремити саме ті сфери діяльності підприємств, які мають найбільший вплив на формування маркетингового потенціалу. Такими сферами визначено зокрема: стан та динаміка ринку, на якому здійснюється діяльність підприємства, продажі підприємства, реклама та зв’язки з громадськістю, маркетингові інновації, маркетингове планування, залучення до маркетингової діяльності усіх підрозділів підприємства та сторонніх організацій, інвестиційна та фінансова політика, а також кадровий потенціал. Врахування цих результатів дозволило удосконалити методичний підхід до оцінювання маркетингового потенціалу промислового підприємства, шляхом обґрунтування специфіки та розробки механізму його оцінювання в період проведення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів з урахуванням змін критеріальної бази оцінювання маркетингового потенціалу в період проведення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, що дозволяє комплексно оцінити кількісні та якісні параметри маркетингової роботи компанії саме в цей період. У роботі розроблений механізм оцінювання інтегрального показника маркетингового потенціалу підприємства при проведенні реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, який базується на 24 показниках, які характеризують вище зазначені сфери впливу та дозволяє врахувати вплив реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів на маркетингову діяльність підприємства. Це у свою чергу дозволяє сконцентрувати управлінські дії на максимально релевантних напрямках діяльності компанії. Встановлено, що реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів може призводити до того, що різні сторони одного ж і того самого показника можуть становити як загрозу для організації, так і створювати їй потенційну можливість, більш того, одні і ті самі чинники – є загрозою для одних організацій, і можливістю створення переваги для інших. З урахуванням цього ефекту автором розвинуто теоретико-методичне забезпечення формування маркетингових стратегій на основі SWOT/TOWS матриць за рахунок визначення поняття "полярності" економічних зв’язків (такої характеристики економічних зв’язків між окремими елементами зовнішнього середовища та внутрішнім середовищем організації і навпаки, яка визначає характер наслідків впливу елементу зовнішнього середовища на організацію, за наявних у момент фіксації цих зв’язків обставин, та має властивість змінювати своє значення в залежності від внутрішнього середовища компанії) та "поляризації" внутрішнього середовища організації (здатності організації за рахунок наявних ресурсів, з урахуванням можливості залучення у короткостроковому періоді додаткових ресурсів, шляхом перебудови (реінжинірингу) бізнес-процесів, або без такої за рахунок використання "сильних сторін", забезпечити зміну значення полярності елементів зовнішнього середовища з "загрози" на "нейтральну" або "можливість", а внутрішнього середовища з "слабкої сторони" на "нейтральну" або "сильну сторону"), що дозволяє удосконалити методичні засади стратегічного планування маркетингових стратегій під час реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів. Також у роботі розроблено концептуальну схему формування кадрового забезпечення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів маркетингової діяльності, яка на відміну від існуючих передбачає формування компетенційної моделі реінжинірингової команди на основі запропонованих критеріальних показників та оцінювання відповідності реінжинірингової команди отриманій моделі, для чого було розроблено та апробовано авторську модель опитування; коригування реінжинірингової команди для забезпечення її відповідності компетенційній моделі, а також оцінювання вартості формування кадрового потенціалу реінжинірингу бізнес-процесу. Одержані результати знайшли практичне застосування в організації та здійсненні маркетингової діяльності промислових підприємств Сумської області (АТ "Сумський завод "Насосенергомаш", ТОВ "Сумський машинобудівний завод", НВП "Насостехкомплект"), в навчальному процесі Сумського державного університету. Основні теоретичні та методичні положення дисертаційної роботи доведено до рівня методичних розробок і практичних рекомендацій щодо використання організаційно-економічного забезпечення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів у маркетинговій діяльності промислових підприємств для якісного покращення ефективності та результативності їх основної діяльності.
The paper systematically examined and developed organizational and economic basis of business processes reengineering in marketing activity of industrial enterprises, which were devoted to significant improvement of economic efficiency of industrial enterprises’ activity during severe transformation within internal and external business environment. To manage this, it was made a research of native industry condition before business processes implementation, it was made the development of theoretical basis about business processes reengineering in marketing activity; it included definition apparatus of business processes reengineering in marketing activity of industrial enterprises and functions of business entity’s marketing activity during business processes reengineering. It was also developed a theoretical and methodical approach to innovative marketing of industrial enterprises under business processes reengineering including innovative marketing complex and studying the business processes reengineering as management innovation, which was being imported for the further preparation and execution of product and technological innovations’ effective export. On the ground of developed organizational provision mechanism of company’s activity under business processes reengineering it was improved the scientific and methodic approach to business processes reengineering carrying out in enterprises’ marketing activity; it included the scheme of organizational and economic provision reengineering in enterprises’ marketing activity, intending the components’ content and properties of organizational structure of reengineering company. Among defined properties it could be named: iterative and phase transition due to the time factor. The author developed concept basics of strategic management of marketing activity of industrial enterprises during business-processes reengineering. The concept was based on defined specific properties of SWOT-analyze elements and aimed to reach reengineering company’s best efficiency value within the range of crossing its marketing activity and actual market demands. The author improved methodical approach to choosing optimal marketing strategy of industrial enterpeise development during its business-processes reengineering. The improved methodical approach contains developed by the author criterial indicators of strength-weakness charecters of industrial enterprise’s marketing activity. The author formed the system of criterial indicators for intergral evaluation of marketing potential during reengineering business-processes. The criterial system was based on proposed by the author integral indicator of company’s merkting potential. The author developed organizational provision of personnel component at industrial enterprises during business-processes reengineering. Developed organizational provision contains the model of competences for members of reengineering team; the model includes author’s system of ctriterial indicators for personnel casting. Results of the research were taken in operational activity of industrial enterprises of Sumy region, particulary in organization and carrying out markering activity of those enterprises: JSC “NASOSENERGOMASH Sumy”, “SUMY ENGINEERING WORKS” Ltd, Scientific and Production Enterprise "Nasostechkomplect". The results of research were implemented in studying process of Sumy State University.

The role of innovation in the economy development is extremely significant. Within the framework of this work, the innovative activity of enterprises and its relation to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of particular interest. This study is aimed at modeling the project management of corporate innovation activity on the basis of CSR. The results obtained by the author for the Russian economy suggest that there is a positive relationship between the level of innovative development and CSR, both in general and in terms of investments in the transformation of human capital. In this regard, the model of project management of corporate innovation activity based on CSR is proposed. Author suggests, that this model's implementation for companies is promising, since transition to such a model should be resulted in an increase in the innovation activity of companies, regions and the whole country, as well as an increase in the economic, social and organizational effectiveness of innovative activity.

In the monograph reviewed the development of the inventory management of railway transport in the new economic environment of market economy. According to the results of theoretical research, innovative and production potential of the supply system of railway transport the main directions and methods of transformation of the restructuring process under the corporate changes of JSC "RZD", positioned value system of the logistics of railway transportation, and developed a classification model used logistical resources. Evaluation of activity of structural divisions of Russian Railways supply is proposed to be viewed through an integrated and comprehensive approach to the development of systems of balanced indicators of supply and prompt handling of material resources, the implementation of which allows to distribute the strategic objectives of the company "Russian Railways" activities in the system of logistics of the Railways and also to involve in economic circulation of excessive and unused inventories of material and technical resources and efficiently reallocate them among enterprises at the site of the railway. Recommendations for the implementation of the developed algorithms and models are long term in nature and are based on the concept of logistics management and improve the business processes of the logistics system. Will be useful for managers and specialists of directorates of logistics of Russian Railways supply, undergraduates and graduate students interested in the economy of railway transport.

The growth of micro-enterprises is a key driver of economic development. The ability of micro-enterprises to adopt IT can potentially increase their growth by 3.4% according to a World Bank expert. However these gains do not always take place as the challenges are many. Current theoretical models on IT adoption focus on the intent to adopt IT in large organizations where employees’ attitudes and perceptions are measured in terms of their objectives within the structures of accountability. Micro-enterprises are unique in that the intention to adopt is an individual decision made by the micro-entrepreneur. It is often the innovative ways in which IT is used that enable the gains to be realized by micro-entrepreneurs. This chapter describes a process that can be used to enable micro-entrepreneurs faced with limited resources to adopt IT to grow their businesses. This process of IT therapy involves diagnosis, interventions and an assessment of IT for development outcomes. Examples and guidelines are provided to enable this process to be used by practitioners. This chapter concludes with alternatives for sustainable development and guidelines for achieving these improvements in micro-enterprises.

In the research the problems connected with the problems of strategic management of adaptation of enterprises innovation activity to the conditions of sustainable development are examined. Theoretical aspects of the strategic management in conditions of the sustainable development are considered. Interrelations of the strategic management of innovative activity and problems of the sustainable development are defined. The principles of strategic management of the innovation activity of enterprises were formed. The practical aspects of the innovation activity of enterprises in macroeconomic conditions were revealed. The features of the formation of the innovative strategy of the enterprise are set out. The article has outlined some aspects of the innovative development of enterprises in modern conditions. The indicators of the innovative activity of industrial enterprises are considered. The structure of costs for innovation is analyzed. A number of factors influencing the level of innovation activity of Ukrainian enterprises have revealed. It was determined that the strategic management of the adaptation of the innovative activity of enterprises to the conditions of sustainable development should provide a balance between the effectiveness and potential.

The chapter considers issues connected with innovation creation in open innovation model. The knowledge flow in open innovation has been presented. The main “product” of knowledge economy—innovations (as a concept)—are symbolic goods, founded in symbols – not in atoms. This notion causes some consequences typical for information goods, like ease of replication or exchange, zero-marginal replication costs, and cheap storage. On the other hand, there are growing innovation production costs, and uncertainty and risk of innovation activity that discourage companies from being innovative. The idea of open innovation is being used in pharmaceutical industry more and more often in order to cut innovation costs and shorten the new drugs pipelines. One of the most “open” dimensions of innovation activity in pharmaceutical industry is crowdsourcing: a specific sourcing model, an internet-enabled business model that harnesses the creative ability of agents external to organization.

The importance of this research is caused by the leading trend in development and successful commercial performance of enterprises, including forestry, that is gained by introduction of information technology. In the era of the industrial revolution, the use of information technology allows businesses to change their own business model, through the use of modern digital technologies in management. In the context of digitalization of society, information itself, as a resource, has a dominant role in management processes and technologies. The issue on information support of management activities of forestry enterprises is vital for managers, as the correct solution of this problem allows to improve the processes of collecting, obtaining, using and storing the received information, which is the basis of information relations. The scientific research is based on the construction of an innovative information support system for forestry enterprises management. Search and formation of the mechanism of information resources management of the enterprises is adapted to application in modern conditions of economy digitalization and is a basis of the study. The subject of the paper is to prove the need of improving theoretical foundations of information support of management activities of forestry enterprises of Ukraine. The main purpose of the research is to clarify the essence of the concept of "information support", "information", "information economy", to determine the main principles of information resources of forest enterprises and to form a model of their management. To perform the study, authors used the following methods of cognition: the axiomatic method, comparison, observation, measurement, monitoring and formalization, defining the essence of the terms "information support" etc. The national economy development proves that the forestry complex is "an economically feasible system of enterprises whose activities are conditioned by the use of forest resources, which develop due to the achievement of competitive advantages and geographical concentration on the terms of public-private partnership." It is proved that in the management system of a forestry enterprise the effective use of information resources on the basis of modern information technologies ensures the strengthening of competitive advantages of the business entity. Until recently, management was seen as a creative, intuitive process based on the experience, trust, knowledge and other qualities of management staff, relevant managers. Under the pressure of information technology, the management principles are modified. It is becoming necessary to change the style and methods of enterprise management, review relationships and improve communication with consumers of services. The introduction of information systems in forestry is an urgent need, the solution of which will reduce the cost of production, assure the ability to control all stages of production, and in general, improve enterprise management. The authors focused on and demonstrated that information support, based on the widespread use of new information technologies, computer and communication equipment, allows to increase the efficiency of forestry enterprises, optimize the use of resources, reduce paperwork through the transition to electronic management technologies.

The aim of this chapter is to show that innovation can only produce value once it is legally protected. Indeed, the law is involved throughout the entire life cycle of innovation. Thus, legal protection helps to transform innovation into an intangible asset for the company (patent, trademark, designs and models, databases, etc.). The chapter presents the different legal choices that allow the firm to develop innovation internally or externally. The authors explain that the firm, as a taxpayer, must optimize its accounting and tax choices in relation to innovative activities. Moreover, legal management implies an optimization of the legal and tax structure of the corporate structure in the sense that it is important to choose the most suitable form for an innovative activity. They also show that protecting innovation helps to exploit it through several legal techniques of different natures, such as contractual assignment or concession tools (licenses) or other judicial tools. The legal management of innovation appears as one of the key factors for the success of the innovative firm.

Prospects for the implementation of the Export Strategy of Ukraine are analysed. Specific features of institutional support of export activities, which are carried out by state institutions and public and non-governmental organizations, are studied. The activity of the State Institution “Export Promotion Office of Ukraine” is examined. The Office is designed to strengthen the export potential of Ukrainian enterprises, promote Ukrainian goods and services abroad, establish cooperation and partnership between domestic and foreign businesses. The paper investigates the work of the institutions aimed at promoting the export activities of domestic enterprises, including the Exporters and Investors Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development Office, the Investment Promotion Office, the State Finance Institution for Innovations, Ukrainian Startup Fund, etc. A set of measures to stimulate domestic exports has been developed. A characteristic of innovation activity in Ukraine is presented and its influence on the formation of export potential is revealed. The priority directions of export stimulation are outlined, which envisage the application of technological platforms by Ukrainian exporters, establishment of a system of institutional support as a complex of interaction for consulting, information, marketing and technical support of exports, use of economic incentives for innovative enterprises.

Changes in economic activity on a global scale affect organizations due to modifications on their decision criteria, but also for the permanent character of the change. This situation implies an increase of the competition and also the appearance of new markets and opportunities. On the other hand the innovation not only offers major possibilities to guarantee the organization’s survival but also it allows to increase their competitive capacity; even turning into a generating element of the change and vice versa. But it will be the organization that inserts appropriately the above mentioned innovation, or that uses it better, the one that will be more competitive. The management of the organizational change, in this sense, turns into an influential factor in the creation of future and in the promotion of the available possibilities. This paper analyzes organizational management more adapted to the innovative processes of the Canary companies, as well as the underlying differences in the types of compared enterprises.

The problem of information exchange in the inter-enterprise cooperation process design is presented in the chapter. Development of an innovative character of an enterprise requires facilitating the initiation, creation, and extension of cooperative links among enterprises. Collaborative design process gathers enterprises which have to achieve a common objective related to a new product – innovation by information and knowledge sharing, with a high level of activities’ coordination. Development of methods and ways of data exchange in cooperation enables the creation of computer systems aiding production cooperation. System analysis of the cooperation process of enterprises, which is one of the most dynamically developing field of computer systems application in economic activity, and use of knowledge as the base of description and management described in this chapter are shown as the right approach to overcome different area specifics. Formal description of the cooperation process could be utilized also for innovation processes and links. Chapter could open new fields of application and research production engineering knowledge’s application in computer systems.

An essential part of the corporate sector is formed by small and highly innovative enterprises, the start-ups. They introduce highly innovative activities, new solutions, integrate research results into their activities, as well as apply new technologies in their everyday practice. Start-ups are increasingly popular in different sectors of the national economy since they are a vital part of the entrepreneurial environment. The entrepreneurial activity of start-ups focuses on highly innovative products or services with high added value for the target customer. The main goal of the current paper is to target the innovative activity of Slovak start-ups. The paper presents partial results of the research conducted by targeting Slovak start-ups. The research results conclude that innovative start-ups are the driving force of the entrepreneurial sector. The innovative activities of these businesses rank them among the highly competitive and successful players on the market, even in a challenging business environment.

Labor resources are active elements in the production of goods, the creation of material wealth and the provision of services to society. Human resources are important ones in all areas of the national economy. Human resources act as a creative component in the organization and management using their mental, spiritual and psychological capabilities. Human resources study and analyze technical, technological possibilities and financial sources, make management decisions as a leading resource in any organization. Research methodology is related in personnel policy and the comprehensive study of strategic human resource management. Human resource management in industrial enterprises is the main subsystem management system. This issue affects on the development of the enterprise, increasing the quality of products, economic efficiency and profits. The importance of the research paper - is to apply the results in the management of industrial enterprises. Human resource management contributes to sustainable operation in enterprises and organizations. The scientific novelty of the research is the definition of a successful personnel policy in the enterprise. Thus, the article identifies strategic goals in human resource management, and develops a corporate concept in this area. The article discusses the application of new technologies for career development. The application of innovations and methods in the implementation of management functions is the basis for motivating the workforce in an organization. All functions and management methods are applied in the process of strategic management of human resources. Management methods are social in nature, as well as ensure the direct development of employees, labor resources and actively influence on the outcome. Management methods lead to the expansion of financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the development of economic activities, the growth of labor resources. Management methods allow to increase competitiveness, as well as to attract partners, suppliers, customers and others. In this regard, our research can be commended in terms of the application of innovation in management.

This paper selects the data of listed companies on the small and medium board from 2011 to 2018 as a sample, and uses multiple regression analysis to study the impact of the development of digital finance on the level of corporate R&D investment. The research results show that: the higher the degree of digital finance development, the higher the level of R&D investment of enterprises. The article further analyzes the differences in the degree of influence of the three different dimensions of digital finance on the level of R&D investment of enterprises: Among them, the coverage of digital finance has the most significant positive effect on the level of R&D investment, followed by the depth of usage, and the degree of digitization. Based on the research conclusions, this article puts forward suggestions for enhancing corporate innovation capabilities from three perspectives: actively using new financing methods, accurately grasping the impact of digital finance, and categorizing policies to enhance policy pertinence.

The research problem was to determine the relationship between having an action plan related to innovations by innovative enterprises and the type and degree of these enterprises’ use of competitiveness factors. The objective of the research was to identify and assess competitiveness factors in innovative enterprises taking into consideration their strategic plans related to innovation management. For achieving this objective, the following research methods were used: analysis of national and foreign literature resources, survey measurement (observation technique), direct and indirect interview, research tool: questionnaire. The results were analyzed with statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, Mann-Whitney U test, Chi-square test (χ2), and measures of the association including Pearson's contingency coefficient and Cramér’s V coefficient were applied. The analysis of the results showed that the assessment of competitiveness factors such as innovativeness, quality, marketing and logistics activities differed with statistical significance depending on whether the firm had a long-term action plan related to innovations. The research also showed a relationship between competing using innovativeness and having an action plan related to innovations. However, this relationship was not statistically significant. As a result, the research hypothesis can be neither rejected nor confirmed. The conducted research proves that it is worth for innovative enterprises to develop long-term action plans related to innovations. Such enterprises boast a higher degree of utilization of competitiveness factors, which in effect may determine their strength and competitive position. It is also needed to mention that presented in the study results are only a part of the bigger one, concerning the level of innovative activity of innovative enterprises. At the same time, the research material presented in this article does not have a statistical character and cannot be the basis for the formulation of general conclusions. However, it may be the point of reference in in-depth research on these issues

In the contemporary economy, the sustainable growth of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can be ensured provided that innovations are implemented in enterprises. The innovative potential of enterprises can be raised through various methods, including cooperation with other enterprises and researchers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the innovation activity of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova and identify opportunities and barriers to cooperation of SMEs with other enterprises and research institutions in the Republic of Moldova in order to develop and/or implement innovations. The results of the research showed that in the Republic of Moldova, SMEs are quite reluctant and passive in cooperating with other companies and research institutions to implement innovations. Moreover, for the most part, Moldovan SMEs are not aware of the need to implement innovations based on research results, but researchers - of the need to market their results.

Small and medium-sized enterprises represent the largest scale of private enterprises both on an international and national (Slovakia) scale. These are often the companies that launch new conceptual solutions and improve existing products or services. Start-ups have a strong drive and expand entrepreneurial activity through innovation. In the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, start-up initiatives have an even greater opportunity to emphasize their business activity, as they can conduct their activity on­line and are not strictly tied to specific locations unlike other types of SMEs. This paper is addressing the field of entrepreneurship, management and development of innovative businesses. The aim of this paper is to present the latest research results in the field of innovative and start-up businesses in Slovakia. The article reflects on the up-to-date theoretical background of the issue based on empirical research on innovative activity of the SME sec­tor with a special focus on start-ups.

Purpose – the article explores the R&D personnel as a competitive factor of the innovative enterprises in Bulgaria. Research methodology – a wide literature review and survey are conducted on R&D personnel and its performance together with a comparative analysis of secondary data resources. Findings – the article presents the essence, the peculiarities, the innovation results, the R&D competencies in the context of the innovative enterprises in Bulgaria. A generalized classification of the innovation goals and results is developed. The approach and the model clearly describe the R&D personnel as a factor, influencing the innovation activity and focus on its improvement. Research limitations – lack of relevant research studies on the topic in Bulgaria. Practical implications – the results help managers to make decisions on how to raise the enterprise’s innovation activity. The model can be implemented in the enterprise's innovation system to distinguish the R&D personnel's needs for improving their innovation competencies, motivation or performance measurement, and management. Originality/Value – a model for decreasing the discrepancies between the R&D personnel and the organisationаl innovation requirements. Framing constructs for developing an approach for identifying the needs for more competitive R&D personnel and overcoming the innovation gaps in search of high innovation activity.
