Cet article s’intéresse au rôle des administrations dans la mise en œuvre du droit au logement et dans la distribution inégale des chances et des délais d’attente pour l’accès au logement social. À l’image de ce que l’on observe depuis plusieurs années à l’entrée de l’enseignement supérieur, le placement des candidat·es au logement social s’opère aujourd’hui dans un champ toujours plus segmenté : diversification des filières, foisonnement de labels et de critères de priorisation, développement d’« itinéraires bis » pensés comme temporaires, multiplication des dispositifs d’accompagnement, etc. À l’appui d’un suivi statistique de 696 familles sans domicile hébergées à l’hôtel à Paris, cette enquête montre que l’inflation des labellisations « prioritaires » a engendré une spécialisation et une hiérarchisation entre les files d’attente dites « prioritaires » à l’entrée du parc social. Elle révèle de surcroît que toute sortie de la file d’attente se paye au prix d’une relégation durable dans la compétition. L’auto-élimination des candidat·es enregistre en premier lieu le poids exorbitant du capital économique dans le tri des prétendant·es. Elle affecte singulièrement les familles sans domicile les plus éloignées de l’emploi, mais aussi celles qui détiennent un petit capital social leur permettant de trouver d’autres portes de sortie chez des tiers ou dans le parc privé. L’article met, par ailleurs, en évidence le poids des stratégies de placement élaborées par les agent·es du guichet qui appartiennent, dans leur grand majorité, aux classes moyennes salariées du public. Les délais d’attente sont prescrits aux candidat·es en fonction d’attendus moraux mais aussi de stéréotypes sociaux. Pris dans leur ensemble, ces mécanismes de tri contribuent à la stratification interne aux classes populaires et à la redistribution inégalitaire dans l’espace résidentiel d’individus partageant pourtant, initialement, un certain degré de proximité sociale.

Анотація:
The functional classification of buildings is important for creating and managing urban zones and assisting government departments. Building function recognition is incredibly valuable for wide applications ranging from the determination of energy demand. By aiming at the topic of urban function classification, a semi-supervised graph structure network combined unified message passing model was introduced. The data of this model include spatial location distribution of buildings, building characteristics and the information mined from points of interesting (POIs). In order to extract the context information, each building was regarded as a graph node. Building characteristics and corresponding POIs information were embedded to mine the building function by the graph convolutional neural network. When training the model, several node labels in the graph were masked, and then these labels were predicted by the trained model so that this work could take full advantage of the node label and the feature information of all nodes in both the training and prediction stages. Quasi-experiments proved that the proposed method for building function classification using multi-source data enables the model to capture more meaningful information with limited labels, and it achieves better function classification results.

Building function labelling plays an important role in understanding human activities inside buildings. This study develops a method of function label classification using integrated features derived from remote sensing and crowdsensing data with an extreme gradient boosting tree (XGBoost). The classification framework is verified based on a dataset from Shenzhen, China. An extended label system for six building types (residential, commercial, office, industrial, public facilities, and others) was applied, and various social functions were considered. The overall classification accuracies were 88.15% (kappa index = 0.72) and 85.56% (kappa index = 0.69). The importance of features was evaluated using the occurrence frequency of features at decision nodes. In the six-category classification system, the basic building attributes (22.99%) and POIs (46.74%) contributed most to the classification process; moreover, the building footprint (7.40%) and distance to roads (11.76%) also made notable contributions. The result shows that it is feasible to extract building environments from POI labels and building footprint geometry with a dimensional reduction model using an autoencoder. Additionally, crowdsensing data (e.g., POI and distance to roads) will become increasingly important as classification tasks become more complicated and the importance of basic building attributes declines.

Un croisement de poulets de chair de type Label "Cou nu" et un croisement de type commercial standard ont été testés tous deux dans des conditions d’élevage courantes au Maroc, d’une part en saison d’hiver (éclosion le 19/01/90), de l’autre en saison chaude (éclosion le 05/06/90). La croissance, l’efficacité alimentaire et la mortalité ont été relevées jusqu’à l’âge de 70 jours dans le premier cas, de 49 jours dans le second. Les performances de croissance des deux croisements, comme prévisible, ont été très différentes. L’effet dépressif de la saison chaude sur le poids corporel et l’efficacité alimentaire a été moins marqué pour le type "Label", qui a présenté par ailleurs une très faible mortalité aux deux saisons. D’autre part, un croisement expérimental de type "pondeuse à oeufs bruns" réunissant les gènes "nanisme lié au sexe" (dw) et "Cou nu" (Na) a été testé pour des performances de production d’oeufs dans des conditions d’élevage courantes au Maroc, en même temps qu’un croisement "ponte" commercial , également de type "oeuf brun" (ISA-Brown). La persistance de ponte et le poids moyen des oeufs du croisement expérimental ont été inférieurs à ceux du croisement commercial. Par contre, le poids corporel et la consommation alimentaire plus faibles du croisement expérimental ont contribué à réduire le désavantage de ce type génétique pour l’efficacité alimentaire. Le taux de ponte a été légèrement favorable au croisement "naines Cou nu" jusqu’à l’âge de 35 semaines, probablement du fait d’une bonne thermotolérance associée aux gènes dw et Na. Les données suggèrent une moindre mortalité pour ce même croisement après l’âge de 40 semaines.

Gunung Anyar Tambak is one of the villages that is located adjacent to the UPN "Veteran" campus in East Java. Most (2/3) of the Gunung Anyar Tambak area is the pond area, which has the main yield is milkfish. Besides being sold in fresh form, milkfish from ponds from Gunung Anyar Tambak are also processed into a variety of processed products including shredded, crackers, soft thorns and milkfish “sapit”. Milkfish “Sapit” is a processed milkfish which is unique in its serving. The milkfish are clamped using bamboo stems and then processed using a choice of spices that make a distinctive taste in this dish. Processing by burning, causing a distinctive aroma that is not forgotten. Barokah is one of the community groups of “sapit” milkfish processing in RW I of Gunung Anyar Tambak Village which consists of 6 people. Chairman of UD. Barokan is Hj's. Khasibah, explained that most of the milkfish produced are only fulfilling orders from the surrounding area and orders from outside the city to be used as souvenirs typical of Surabaya. From observations and interviews it is known that the problem in processing milkfish is a very simple packaging that is a very thin plastic bag that is not closed. The second problem is that the packaging has no labeling at all, even though the label can identify the identity of the product in the package. The importance of labels on food products in addition to being the identity of the packaged product is also a communication between producers and consumers. Therefore a very absolute label must be given to the marketed food products. Training has been conducted on packaging and labeling milkfish “sapit” in UD. BAROKAH, Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya. Before being packed with a vacuum packer, milkfish saplings are first dried in a cabinet dryer for 3 hours at 60°C. Labeling on milkfish packaging is in accordance with the law on food labeling on primary (plastic) and secondary (carton) packaging. In addition to providing training, our team also donates dryers and Vacuum Sealers.

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an active microwave sensor with all-day/night and all-weather detection capability, which is crucial for detecting surface water resources. Surface water-body such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and ponds usually appear as dark areas in SAR images. Accurate and automated extraction of these water bodies can provide valuable data for the management and strategic planning of surface water resources and effectively help prevent and control drought and flood disasters. However, most deep learning-based methods rely on manually labeled samples for model training and testing, which is inefficient and may introduce errors. To address this problem, this paper proposes a novel water-body detection method that combines optimization algorithms and deep learning techniques to automate water-body label extraction and improve the accuracy of water-body detection. First, this paper uses a swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, Dung Beetle Optimizer (DBO), to optimize the initial cluster center of the K-means clustering algorithm, which is called the DBO-K-means (DK) method. The DK method divides the training images into four categories and extracts the water bodies in them to generate the water-body labels required for deep learning model training and testing, and the whole process does not require human intervention. Then, the labels generated by DK and training data set images are fed into the Classifier–Optimizer (CO) for training. The classifier performs a dense classification task at the pixel level, resulting in an initial result image with blurred boundaries of the water body. Then, the optimizer takes this preliminary result image and the original SAR image as input, performs fine-grained optimization on the preliminary result, and finally generates a result image with a clear water-body boundary. Finally, we evaluated the accuracy of water-body detection using multiple performance indicators including ACC, precision, F1-Score, recall, and Kappa coefficient. The results show that the values of all indicators exceed 93%, which demonstrates the high accuracy and reliability of our proposed water-body detection method. Overall, this paper presents a novel DK-based approach that improves the automation and accuracy of deep learning methods for detecting water bodies in SAR images by enabling automatic sample extraction and optimization of deep learning models.

A rotulagem de gêneros alimentícios constitui uma importante ferramenta de comunicação entre o setor alimentar e os consumidores, permitindo não somente fornecer informações dos produtos, como também ajudar na garantia da sua segurança. Desse modo, o objetivo deste estudo foi descrever o levantamento das não conformidades da rotulagem de ovos e de mel de supermercados de Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. Tratou-se de um estudo descritivo, no qual se avaliaram 24 rótulos selecionados aleatoriamente de mel e de ovos, considerando os seguintes critérios: identificação do produto, segurança sanitária, qualidade técnica do rótulo, qualidade de informação e informação sobre o atendimento ao consumidor. Os resultados foram analisados de forma descritiva, estimando-se frequências simples das variáveis do estudo por tipo de alimento. Verificou-se que todos os rótulos atendiam a legislação em vigor ao que diz respeito à identificação do produto e à qualidade técnica do rótulo. Nos demais critérios foram encontrados não conformidades, sendo as principais as que dizem respeito ao armazenamento e conservação e informações sobre o atendimento ao consumidor. Os autores consideram que os rótulos dos produtos analisados, de modo geral, apresentaram qualidade sanitária satisfatória, pois os aspectos que apresentaram maior percentual de inconformidades não devem ser considerados de risco para a saúde do consumidor. AbstractFood labeling is an important communication tool between the food industry and consumers, allowing not only to provide product information but also to assist in ensuring its safety. Thus, the objective of this study was to describe the nonconformities of eggs and honey labeling from supermarkets in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. This was a descriptive study, in which 24 randomly honey and eggs selected labels were evaluated, considering the following criteria: product identification, health safety, the lable technical quality, quality of information and information on customer service. The results were analyzed in a descriptive way, estimating simple frequencies of the study variables by type of food. It was found that all labels complied with the legislation in force regarding the product identification and the label technical quality. In the other criteria, nonconformities were found, the main ones being those related to storage and conservation and information on consumer service. The authors consider that the labels of the analyzed products, in general, presented satisfactory sanitary quality, since the aspects that presented greater percentage of nonconformities should not be considered of risk to the consumer health. In new-tier cities with rapid urbanization, the reorganization of urban spatial functions and the development of road networks have brought novel challenges to traffic congestion control. Urban land use patterns have a significant correlation with urban traffic congestion. However, whether and how land use patterns of cities close to the roads affect road congestion is less to be discussed. This article investigated the relationship between land use patterns close to the urban trunk road network and traffic congestion in new tier cities Xi’an, China. We adopted the DBSCAN algorithm to cluster POIs and use the mixed POI clusters to label the socio-economic functions of roads. We found the spatial heterogeneity of POIs on the trunk road network and identified the impacts of the scales and types of POI on road congestion based on the empirical analysis. Compared to the POIs as origin and destination of the trips, the POIs as stopover points of the trips cause significantly more road congestion. The POIs with bidirectional flows at entrances/exits are more likely to cause road congestion than the POIs with unidirectional flows. Moreover, the POIs with flexible traffic flows increase road congestion, while the POIs with predicted traffic flows have no statistically significant correlation with road congestion. The results help urban planners to plan the scale, type, and location of POIs close to roads and to optimize the socio-economic functions of roads and alleviate road congestion.

Location-Based Social Networks (LBSNs) contain rich information that can be used to identify and annotate points of interest (POIs). Discovering these POIs and annotating them with this information is not only helpful for understanding the social behavior of users, but it also provides benefits for location recommendations. However, current methods still have some limitations, such as a long annotating time and a low annotating accuracy. In this study, we develop a hybrid method to annotate POIs with meaningful information from LBSNs. The method integrates three patterns: temporal, spatial, and text patterns. Firstly, we present an approach for preprocessing data based on temporal patterns. Secondly, we describe a way to discover POIs through spatial patterns. Thirdly, we build a keyword dictionary for discovering the categories of POIs to be annotated via mining the text patterns. Finally, we integrate these three patterns to label each POI. Taking New York and London as the target areas, we accomplish automatic POI annotation by using Precision, Recall, and F-values to evaluate the effectiveness. The results show that our F-value is 78%, which is superior to that of the baseline method (Falcone's method) at 73% and this suggests that our method is effective in extracting POIs and assigning them categories.

Une action de conservation génétique a été entreprise sur 4 souches de poules créées à la Station INRA du Magneraud en vue d’être utilisées dans des croisements commerciaux mais dont la sélection selon cette optique a été abandonnée en 1977. Leur nom de code et les principales caractéristiques sont les suivantes : M-22, une Wyandotte blanche à crête simple ; M-33, souche synthétique provenant pour moitié de la race Marans ; M-88, souche synthétique à base des races Wyandotte et Rhode-Island et porteuse du gène de nanisme dw ; P-00, une Leghorn blanche à crête en pois et pondant des œufs à coquille bleutée. Le programme de conservation prévoyait une pression de sélection légère et un contrôle détaillé des performances. Pour la sélection, 50 % des poules contrôlées étaient gardées comme reproductrices sur la base du nombre d’œufs commercialisables pondus à l’âge de 42 semaines. Les résultats observés au cours de 5 générations obtenues de 1981 à 1985 sont présentés et discutés dans le présent article. La meilleure pondeuse s’est révélée être la souche P-00, suivie de la souche M-22. Les 2 souches M-22 et M-33, qui avaient des performances de ponte comparables aux souches nanifiées de reproductrices chair commerciales, pourraient être utilisées dans la production d’un poulet de type « label ». La souche M-33, qui donne des œufs à coquille brun foncé, pourrait intéresser tous ceux qui recherchent une coquille très colorée. La souche M-88 présentait le moins bon taux de ponte et le plus fort pourcentage d’oeufs cassés, mais le poids de l’muf était élevé malgré la présence du gène de nanisme. Un effort avait été entrepris pour améliorer la solidité de la coquille de ses aeufs, il faudrait le poursuivre.

La représentation corporelle est l’ensemble des fonctions cognitives permettant le suivi de l’état du corps. Elle est impliquée dans des situations diverses, comme la perception des dimensions physiques du corps, l’action, ou encore la génération d’attitudes à propos du corps. Pour réaliser ces fonctions, elle se base de manière flexible sur un ensemble d’informations sensorimotrices, ainsi que sur les croyances, attentes et émotions de l’individu. Parmi les sources d’informations disponibles à propos du corps, l’influence sociale peut être un facteur de risque, de maintien, et de sévérité des distorsions de l’image du corps. Pourtant, si l’influence sociale sur les aspects attitudinaux de la représentation corporelle est bien établie, il existe peu d’évidence expérimentale de telles influences sur ses aspects perceptifs. Cette thèse a ainsi pour objectif d’étudier l’intégration d’informations sociales à la dimension perceptive de la représentation de la corpulence. Pour cela, nous avons réalisé une série d’expériences auprès de jeunes femmes, une catégorie de la population particulièrement sujette aux distorsions de la représentation corporelle. Un premier axe se focalise sur l'influence interpersonnelle en testant l'effet de labels de poids sur des jugements perceptifs. Pour étudier leur influence informationnelle, nous avons fait varier la fiabilité de plusieurs signaux pour étudier la manière dont elles étaient combinées. Nos résultats indiquent que les labels de poids ont une influence réduite sur les jugements de corpulence. Un second axe porte sur l'influence médiatique. La surexposition visuelle à certains types de corps est associée à l’insatisfaction corporelle, et pourrait contribuer à expliquer certaines distorsions perceptives et attitudinales de la représentation corporelle. Dans ce contexte, l’adaptation visuelle à des corps pourrait expliquer comment l’exposition prolongée à des corps minces peut mener à une surestimation de la corpulence propre. Nous avons testé certaines hypothèses de cette théorie adaptative des distorsions de l'image du corps. Ces expériences soulignent certaines limites de la théorie adaptative ; en particulier, il est incertain que les effets d’adaptation puissent influencer la représentation que les individus ont de leurs propres corps. En conclusion, nos résultats indiquent que la dimension perceptive de la représentation de la corpulence pourrait résister à certains types d’influences sociales interpersonnelles et médiatiques
Body representation is the set of cognitive functions that track the state of the body. It is involved in a variety of situations, such as the perception of the physical dimensions of the body, action, and the generation of attitudes towards the body. To perform these functions, it relies on the flexible use of a range of sensorimotor information, as well as on the individual's beliefs, expectations and emotions. Among the sources of information available about the body, social influence can be a risk, maintenance, and severity factor in body image distortions. However, while social influence on the attitudinal aspects of body representation is well established, there is little experimental evidence of such influence on its perceptual aspects. The aim of this thesis is to study the integration of social information into the perceptual dimension of the representation of body size. To this end, we conducted a series of experiments with young women, a demographic that is particularly prone to distortions of body representation. A first axis focuses on interpersonal influence by testing the effect of weight labels on perceptual judgments. To investigate their informational influence, we manipulated the reliability of multiple cues to study how they were combined. Our results indicate that weight labels have a limited influence on judgments of body size. A second axis focuses on another type of social influence, media influence. Visual overexposure to specific body types is associated with body dissatisfaction, and could help explain the perceptual and attitudinal distortions of body representation. In this context, visual adaptation to bodies could explain how prolonged exposure to thin bodies can lead to an overestimation of one's own body size. We tested some of the hypotheses of this adaptation theory of body image distortion. These experiments highlight some limitations of the adaptation account; in particular, it is uncertain whether adaptation effects can influence the representation that individuals have of their own bodies. In conclusion, our results suggest that the perceptual dimension of the representation of body size may be resistant to some types of interpersonal and media social influence

Une mesure précise de l’activité physique en conditions de vie libre est nécessaire pour une meilleure compréhension de ses relations avec la santé. Le premier objectif de ce travail thèse a été de valider l’Actiheart (qui combine la mesure de la fréquence cardiaque et du mouvement par accélérométrie) par rapport à l’eau doublement marquée (EDM). Nous montrons un bon niveau de concordance entre la dépense énergétique liée à l’activité physique (DEAP) estimée par l’Actiheart et l’EDM. Une individualisation de la relation entre la fréquence cardiaque et de la DEAP par un test d’effort est nécessaire pour une estimation fiable de la DEAP au niveau individuel et pour évaluer des changements de DEAP tels qu’induits par une intervention. En laboratoire, nous montrons que la précision de l’Actiheart est activité dépendante. Ceci nécessite la mise en place de leur reconnaissance par de nouveaux capteurs et modèles mathématiques. L’adiponectine est une hormone du tissu adipeux qui a un rôle dans le métabolisme énergétique et dont la sécrétion diminue avec l’obésité. Les effets de l’activité physique sont en revanche contradictoires dans la littérature. Le second objectif de ce travail a été d’évaluer l’effet de l’activité physique et d’une intervention avec contrôle du poids sur les taux plasmatiques d’adiponectine. Nous montrons que l’adiponectine totale et à haut poids moléculaire sont associées négativement à la variation du niveau d’activité physique. D’autres travaux sont cependant nécessaires pour comprendre les mécanismes qui sous-tendent cette modulation de l’adiponectine plasmatique qui ne semble pas liée à des variations de synthèse dans le tissu adipeux ou musculaire
Accurate measurements of physical activity in free living are needed to establish what dose of physical activity is necessary for obtaining a specific health benefits. The first aim of this work was to validate the Actiheart (which combines heart rate and accelerometry sensors) with doubly labeled water (DLW). We show a good level of concordance between physical activity energy expenditure (PAEE) estimated by Actiheart and DLW. Individualization of the relationship between heart rate and PAEE by an incremental test is needed for an accurate estimate of the PAEE at the individual level and to evaluate changes induced by an intervention. In laboratory, we show that the accuracy of Actiheart is activitydependent. This requires the establishment of their recognition from new sensors and mathematical models. Adiponectin, hormone secreted by adipose tissue, has a role in energy metabolism and its secretion decreases with obesity. However the effects of physical activity remain in contradiction in published studies. The second objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of physical activity and intervention with weight control on plasma adiponectin. We show that the total and high molecular weight adiponectin were negatively associated with modifications of the physical activity level. Further work is however necessary to understand the mechanisms underlying this modulation of plasma adiponectin which does not seem related to changes in synthesis in adipose tissue or muscle

Categories are important elements of databases of Product Listings, for e-commerce platforms, or of Points of Interest (POIs), for location-based services. However, category annotations are often incomplete, which calls for automatic completion. Hierarchical classification has been proposed as a solution to impute missing annotations. We address this task in one of Naver’s production databases (POIs), in order to enhance its quality. In real-life applications, like ours, however, it is unrealistic to count on the existence of a perfectly annotated training set, and noisy training labels prevent us from casting the task as a straightforward classification problem. In order to overcome this difficulty, we propose an approach that takes into account the type of noise in the training set. We identified that the main deficiency is that the training labels tend to be under-specified i.e. they point to categories found at higher levels of the hierarchy than the correct ones. This results in a lot of under-represented and a few over-represented categories. We call categories that are over-represented, due to under-specified labels, joker classes. To allow robust learning in the presence of joker classes we propose a simple and effective approach: First, we detect problematic categories, i.e. joker classes, based on the misclassifications of an initial hierarchical classifier. Then we re-train from scratch, introducing a weight to the standard cross-entropy loss function that targets incorrect predictions related to joker classes. Our model has enabled the correction of thousands of POIs in our production database.

A percepção dos consumidores sobre questões de segurança e toxicidade ocasionadas por produtos sintéticos usados em alimentos está mudando nos últimos anos. Diante dessa tendência de consumo, o setor industrial busca alternaltivas mais saudáveis e o desenvolvimento de alimentos com rótulos limpos, também denominados clean label. Para atender essa demanda de saudabilidade, tem sido estudado o uso de extratos vegetais, comumente utilizados como especiarias na indústria da carne, como alternativa a substituição dos aditivos sintéticos. A elaboração de derivados cárneos com rótulos limpos é um desafio, pois eliminar ou reduzir aditivos sintéticos nesses produtos é uma tarefa complexa, devido as inúmeras funções por eles empenhada.
