Two female American Black Ducks (Anas rubripes) were initially observed during June 1982 with 20 Class Ib or 18-22 Class Ia-b ducklings in two wetlands in Hancock County, Cherryfield, Maine. Fifteen of 20 ducklings (75%) in one brood and 16 of 18-22 ducklings (72-89%) in the other brood survived to fledge. These large broods probably resulted from post-hatch brood amalgamation.

Abstrak: Teknisi yang tidak memiliki kualifikasi di bidang instalasi listrik dapat menghasilkan instalasi yang tidak aman. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut diperlukan peningkatan keterampilan dari teknisi instalasi listrik melalui pendidikan non formal berbasis pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yaitu Diklat Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DPM) Instalasi listrik. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan PKM adalah menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kualifikasi dalam bidang instalasi listrik. Peserta DPM Instalasi Listrik pada bulan juni 2022 ada sejumlah 20 peserta dari SMK Negeri 1 Madiun yang berlangsung dari tanggal 20 Juni 2022 sampai dengan 22 Juni 2022. Evaluasi diklat dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan secara langsung kemampuan peserta untuk menghasilkan hasil instalasi listrik yang dapat menyalakan beban lampu. Rata-rata peningkatan kompetensi dari peserta diklat instalasi listrik adalah 29,5% dari 5 (lima) indikator pengamatan yaitu pengetahuan akan komponen peralatan instalasi listrik, fungsi setiap komponen, pengetahuan akan simbol komponen instalasi listrik, mampu membaca dan memahami wiring instalasi listrik, serta memiliki kompetensi dalam intalasi listrik. Abstract: Technicians who are not qualified in the field of electrical installations can result in unsafe and reliable installations. To overcome this condition, it is necessary to increase the skills of electrical installation technicians through non-formal education based on Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), namely Diklat Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DPM) Instalasi listrik. The aim of implementing PKM is to produce qualified human resources in the field of electrical installation. There were 20 participants in the Electrical Installation DPM in June 2022 from SMK Negeri 1 Madiun which took place from June 20 2022 to June 22 2022. The training evaluation was carried out by directly observing the participants' ability to produce electrical installations that can light up the lamp. The average competency increase of electrical installation training participants was 29.5% as seen from 5 (five) observation indicators, namely knowledge of electrical installation equipment components, function of each component, knowledge of electrical installation component symbols, ability understand electrical installation wiring, and had competency in electrical installations.

AbstractThe objective of this study was to use fecal near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) to estimate the percent spotted knapweed in the diet of grazing ewes to fine tune grazing prescriptions. In trial 1, five ewes were randomly selected from a band of 900 ewes to estimate weekly variation in percent spotted knapweed in the diet. Fecal samples from these ewes were collected weekly from June 22 through August 17 (nine collections per ewe for a total of 45 observations). In trial 2, fecal samples were collected from 89 ewes in the band to estimate variability in percent spotted knapweed in the diet among sheep at two sampling dates corresponding to the bud (July 13) and postflowering (August 15) stages of spotted knapweed phenology. In trial 1, the percent spotted knapweed in the diet was similar (P > 0.05) on June 22, June 29, July 13, and July 20 but was greater (P < 0.05) on July 6 than June 22 and 29. Percent spotted knapweed in the diet was also greater (P < 0.05) from July 27 through August 17 than from June 22 through July 20. On July 13 in trial 2, 55% of ewes had 0 to 5% spotted knapweed in their diets, whereas 44% of ewes had 5 to 20% spotted knapweed in their diets. On August 15, only 1% of ewes had < 10% spotted knapweed in their diets, whereas 44% of ewes had 20 to 25% spotted knapweed in their diets. The estimated percent spotted knapweed in the diet of the 89 ewes in trial 2 was similar to that of the five ewes during the same time period in sampling trial 1 (5.3% compared with 5.0% for sampling trials 1 and 2, respectively, on July 13 and 22.0% compared with 20.7% on August 15 and 17 for trials 1 and 2, respectively). This is the first study to estimate percent spotted knapweed in the diet of individual grazing ewes. These data suggest that the best time to graze spotted knapweed–infested pastures would be in late July or early August, when spotted knapweed is flowering, but before viable seed production.

The size selectivity of traditional gillnets for whiting, (Merlangius merlangus euxinus) was investigated in the eastern Black Sea between June 2010 and June 2011. Experimental fishing operations were carried out by using gillnets of 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22 mm mesh size. A total of 2038 specimens belonging to 16 different fish species were caught during the experiment. The Share Each Length's Catch Total method was used to fit gillnet selectivity curves. Gillnet selectivity was best described by a bi-modal selectivity curve. The modal catch sizes were estimated as 14.81, 15.74, 16.66, 18.51 and 20.37 cm for 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22 mm mesh sizes, respectively. Modal lengths and spread values increased with increasing mesh size. The majority of fish (71.8%) caught by 16 mm mesh size were less than the length at first sexual maturity.

AbstractThe signature on Rembrandt's little sketch of Saskia in silver point on parchment, bearing the date '8 juni 1633', has long been a source of puzzlement. For how can Rembrandt's remarks - that Saskia was his wife and that on June 8 of that year the couple had been married for three days - be reconciled with the true date of their wedding, June 22 1634, recorded in the register of marriages of Sint-Annaparochie in Friesland? There is however an explanation for the mystifying caption. First, Rembrandt had written that Saskia was 21 years old. Her baptism was registered on August 2 1612, so that she was still only 20 in June 1633. Furthermore, it was compulsory by law to give notice of a marriage, after registration at the town hall and prior to the actual ceremony, by means of a public announcement in the next three weeks. The banns were usually called in church on three successive Sundays. Rembrandt's and Saskia's first bann was called in the church at Sint-Annaparochie on Sunday June 8 1634 - according to the Julian calendar still used in Friesland at that time, which was ten days behind the Gregorian calendar adhered to in Holland. On June 22, the Sunday of the third announcement, their marriage was solemnized. In the seventeenth century, however, many people regarded the day on which the banns were first called as the actual wedding-day, for the betrothed couple could no longer change their minds. Rembrandt and Saskia, then, regarded their wedding-day as June 8 1634 - according to the Frisian calendar. The caption to the sketch thus correctly reads: This is my 21-year-old wife, drawn three days after our wedding-day, and that was on June 8.

The provisions of Article 59815 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with Article 59816 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, enabling the threat of an order for payment and an order for payment for improper performance and non-performance of contacts, were found by the Constitutional Court in its Judgment dated 22 June 2022, to be incompatible with the provisions of Article 48 section 1, 2nd sentence, and Article 72 section 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland insofar as they cover situations in which the events covered by the disposition of the provisions under review are related to the behavior of the child, not caused by the person under whose custody the child is placed. The effectiveness and efficiency of proceedings for the performance of contacts, which have so far been alleged to be lengthy and ineffective in the wake of the judgment, will be significantly reduced, as courts reviewing applications filed under the provisions under review will be forced to examine whether there are any factual circumstances that may justify the unconstitutionality of the decisions. The study, in a synthetic form, includes a description of the circumstances surrounding the issuance of the judgment, the arguments adopted by the Constitutional Court and the postulated legislative actions, while focusing on the analysis of the negative consequences of the Judgment in the sphere of the application of contact performance regulations.

Abstract ‘Tonda gentile delle Langhe’ hazelnut bloomed from 22 Dec. to 19 Jan. Fertilization occurred about 5 months later, in the last 10 days of May. In the first days of June, the embryo was globular whereas the free nuclear endosperm had started to become cellular. Around the middle of June the embryo was heart-shaped and the endosperm was entirely cellular. In the following 2 weeks, the endosperm became vacuolated and then disintegrated. Cotyledons formed (torpedo stage) and grew quickly, filling the ovule by the end of June. The seed had its final shape and dimension by 20 July, but the embryonal axis continued elongating until nut maturity, 15 to 30 Aug. Mature embryos contained six to eight leaf primordia, the apical meristem, and the radicle.

The impact of today’s optimal planting dates on sudden death syndrome (SDS) (caused by Fusarium virguliforme) development and soybean yield loss are not yet well understood. Field trials established in Hancock, Wisconsin during 2013 and 2014 investigated interactions between planting date and cultivar on SDS development and soybean yield. In 2013, disease index (DX) levels differed among cultivars, but results showed no difference between the 6 May and 24 May planting dates. Significantly lower DX levels were observed for the 17 June date. Greatest yields were found in the 6 May planting date, and yield losses were 720 (17%), 770 (20%), and 400 kg ha−1 (12%) for the 6 May, 24 May, 17 and June planting dates, respectively. In 2014, cultivars again differed for DX, but results showed highest DX levels in the 5 May planting date, with little disease observed in the 22 May and 11 June dates. Yield losses were 400 (12%) and 270 kg ha−1 (9%) for the 5 May and 22 May dates, respectively, but no difference was found in the 11 June date. Despite the most symptom development, these results suggest early May planting coupled with appropriate cultivar selection provides maximum yield potential and profitability in Wisconsin.

This study analyzed the research trends centered on 192 keywords, with 96 keywords for 20 years, 60 keywords for 21 years, and 36 keywords for 22 years from 5 academic societies up to the last 3 years (20-22 years) according to the Korean Journal Standards (KCI). The keywords for 22 years are written only in the first half of June. The number of simultaneous occurrences of keywords by year was analyzed for frequency, and network analysis was performed using NodeXL to derive research keywords that are being studied in common at 5 conferences. the results are as follow. First, the research keywords that appeared the most in 20 years were nail design, three-dimensional art, and flat art. In 21, it was nail design, nail art, and three-dimensional art, and in 2022, it appeared as nail design, self-nail, and consumer value. In common, nail design was the center of research. As a result of the network analysis, the sub-elements of nail design showed expression methods, techniques, expression diversity, and patterns.

The population of Bali Mynah (Leucopsar rothschildi) has been released in the year 2007 in Bali Barat National Park should be monitored. Monitoring of the Bali Mynah (BM) population development was done in June 2008, June 2009 and October 2009. Monitoring method employed was direct observation focused on rations feeding site and surrounding areas at Tanjung Gelap (Menjangan Resort). The individual number that was released in June 2008 was 20 individuals, and that in June 2009 and October 2010 was, respectively, 20 individuals and 22 individuals. The Bali Mynah survival is approximately 77.27-110.53% in two respective years. The bird natality rate is 10.53%. The sex ratio is about 1:1 and birds age structure are 95.24% adult and 4.76% sub adult. The over-all population of Bali Mynah (BM) at Tanjung Gelap is in good condition. The important factors that support Bali Mynah survival in the wild habitat is through managed nest box, food rations, and BM safety.

On behalf of the Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology, we are pleased to present the Abstracts from the 2023 Annual Conference, titled “Co-designing Psychosocial Oncology: Optimizing Outcomes for All”. The conference was held in Montreal from 20 June 2023 to 22 June 2023. This conference brought together key stakeholders including multidisciplinary professionals from nursing, psychology, psychiatry, social work, spiritual care, nutrition, medicine, rehabilitation medicine, occupational health and radiation therapy for both adult and pediatric populations. Participants included clinicians, researchers, educators in cancer care, community-based organizations and patient representatives. Patients, caregivers and family members presented abstracts that spoke to their role in managing cancer experiences and care. Over one hundred (100) abstracts were selected for presentation as symposia, 20-min oral presentations, 10-min oral presentations, 90-min workshops and poster presentations. We congratulate all the presenters on their research work and contribution.

The optimal photoperiod and light quality for runner induction in strawberries ‘Sulhyang’ and ‘Maehyang’ were investigated. Two experiments were carried out in a semi-closed walk-in growth chamber with 25/15 °C day/night temperatures and a light intensity of 250 μmol·m–2·s–1photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) provided from white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In the first experiment, plants were treated with a photoperiod of either 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, or 22 h In the second experiment, a total of 4 h of night interruption (NI) light at an intensity of 70 μmol·m–2·s–1PPFD provided from either red, blue, green, white, or far-red LED in addition to 11 h short day (SD). The results showed that both ‘Sulhyang’ and ‘Maehyang’ produced runners when a photoperiod was longer than 16 h, and the number of runners induced positively correlated with the length of photoperiod. However, the plant growth, contents of chlorophyll, sugar and starch, and Fv/Fo decreased in a 22 h photoperiod. All qualities of the NI light, especially red light, significantly increased the number of runners and daughter plants induced per plant as compared with those in the SD treatment in both cultivars. A total of 113 broods of Ostrea edulis L. larvae from a closely-controlled hatchery conditioning regime, from specific broodstock treatments, and from brooding oysters taken from a wild population in Poole Harbour, was analysed for fatty acid composition. Major differences in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) were detected as the year proceeded, with increased levels of 20:5 (n-3) and 22:6 (n-3) from late June. Significant decreases in the PUFA content of both phospholipids and neutral lipids accompanied development from fertilized eggs to immediately pre-liberation larvae, but there was some evidence that the 20:4 (n-6) and 22:6 (n-3) content of phospholipids was protected. Fatty acid composition and content of newly liberated larvae were influenced by conditions during broodstock fattening and early gametogenesis (phospholipids) and by conditions during the later stages of oocyte development (neutral lipids).

Objective: To explore the KAP of medical students in Baghdad city towards COVID-19, during the year 2022. Methodology: This cross-sectional study was carried out from April to June 2022 and included 2000 medical students from four medical schools in Baghdad. A systematic random sampling technique was used and every second student was included from four colleges with 4000 students in all four colleges. Thus, 2000 students were included and a self-structured questionnaire was used. Results: Complete esponses were received from 1738 students. Most were aged 20 to 22 years, approximately equally distributed as males and females. About 46.49% of the students gained border-line knowledge scores. Students in age category of 20-22 years had non-significantly earned a higher knowledge score than those students of other age categories. Conclusion: Knowledge of medical students regarding the pandemic was inadequate.

Abstract Fair-weather data along the May–June 2002 International H2O Project (IHOP_2002) eastern track and the nearby Argonne Boundary Layer Experiments (ABLE) facility in southeast Kansas are compared to numerical simulations to gain insight into how the surface influences convective boundary layer (CBL) structure, and to evaluate the success of the modeling system in replicating the observed behavior. Simulations are conducted for 4 days, using the Advanced Research version of the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model coupled to the Noah land surface model (LSM), initialized using the High-Resolution Land Data Assimilation System (HRLDAS). Because the observations focus on phenomena less than 60 km in scale, the model is run with 1-km grid spacing, offering a critical look at high-resolution model behavior in an environment uncomplicated by precipitation. The model replicates the type of CBL structure on scales from a few kilometers to ∼100 km, but some features at the kilometer scales depend on the grid spacing. Mesoscale (tens of kilometers) circulations were clearly evident on 2 of the 4 days (30 May and 20 June), clearly not evident on 1 day (22 June), with the situation for the fourth day (17 June) ambiguous. Both observed and modeled surface-heterogeneity-generated mesoscale circulations are evident for 30 May. On the other hand, 20 June satellite images show north-northwest–south-southeast cloud streets (rolls) modulated longitudinally, presumably by tropospheric gravity waves oriented normal to the roll axis, creating northeast–southwest ridges and valleys spaced 50–100 km apart. Modeled cloud streets showed similar longitudinal modulation, with the associated two-dimensional structure having maximum amplitude above the CBL and no relationship to the CBL temperature distribution; although there were patches of mesoscale vertical velocity correlated with CBL temperature. On 22 June, convective rolls were the dominant structure in both model and observations. For the 3 days for which satellite images show cloud streets, WRF produces rolls with the right orientation and wavelength, which grows with CBL depth. Modeled roll structures appeared for the range of CBL depth to Obukhov length ratios (−zi/L) associated with rolls. However, sensitivity tests show that the roll wavelength is also related to the grid spacing, and the modeled convection becomes more cellular with smaller grid spacing.

A series of 22 patients was consecutively diagnosed with hypnic headache (HH) from June 2007 to June 2008 in two headache specialty centres participating in the French Observatory of Migraine and Headaches. Patients and headache characteristics were compared with the 2004 International Classification of Headache Disorders, 2nd edn (ICHD-II) criteria for HH and published series of HH patients. One-third of HH patients reported migraine-like headaches (pulsating/unilateral/stabbing) and > 20% were aged < 50 years at symptom onset. Of note, HH patients displayed typical motor activities during the headache (getting up, eating/drinking especially a cup of coffee, reading/ watching television) that differentiate HH from migraine and suggest relationships between HH and trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias. The functional and emotional impact of HH appears low and similar to that of migraine in patients consulting in primary care practice. Improvements in ICHD-II criteria are suggested, especially to introduce the typical motor behaviour acted out by HH patients.

E-commerce merchants usually want to bear low inventory costs while ensuring that the goods meet the demand, in order to sell a large number of goods, merchants will also carry out a variety of promotional activities, so e-commerce merchants need to accurately predict the promotional shipments of goods. In order to accurately predict the promotional shipments of goods, taking the double eleven data as an example, this paper adopts ARIMA time series analysis model and LSTM long and short-term memory model to predict the shipments of June promotions; the accuracy rate of 1-wmape of ARIMA time series model is 0.752, and the accuracy rate of 1-wmape of LSTM is 0.834, and the accuracy rate of LSTM is higher, the results are predicted by LSTM model. As a result, one of the merchants' promotional sales in June predicted by using LSTM model is 18, 19, 15, 12, 15, 7, 16, 22, 11, 32, 22, 25, 18, 16, 16, 19, 20, 22, 15, 13. However, the degree of recognition between the ARIMA time series model and the LSTM model prediction results is 80%, which can prove that the LSTM model reliability and rationality of the LSTM model.

This study discusses the occurrence of extreme waves in North Sulawesi waters from 17 to 24 June 2016 using Wavewatch III (WW3) model output data with resolution 0.125o x 0.125o extracted from MIDAS-BMKG. The extracted WW3 data is mapped using ArcMap and presented in graphical form. Based on the results of the study, the significant wave height is in the range of 0.0 to 1.0 m and the average wind speed ranges from 0 to 15 knots in the early phase of 17-19 June 2016. Significant wave increases in the peak phase of 20-22 June 2016 that reaches 1.5 - 2.0 m and average wind speeds reach 25 knots. The average wind speed and the significant wave height decreased after June 23, 2016. The high of the significant wave are influenced by the low-pressure circulation in the atmosphere near the Sangihe-Talaud Islands. Further study can be done as a comparison of this study e.g. using wave data from altimeter satellites or comparing with other parameters such as the influence of swell and wind sea.

This research activity aims to determine the growth and productivity performance of several maize varieties in the dry land of the Karo district. The study was conducted in Kutabangun Village, Tiga binanga district, Karo Regency from February to June 2019. This study used a Randomized Block Design with the treatment of 4 varieties of corn with the same components of the corn plant technology package as the integrated corn crop management approach. The varieties tested were: 1.) Pioneer 32, 2.) NK 22, 3.) BIMA 20 and 4.) NASA 29 and as replicates. 5 (five) farmers. Each farmer planted 4 varieties of corn on an area of 1 ha, so the land required for this test was 5 ha. The results of observations of dry-shelled seed weight (t/ha) showed that there was a significant difference between the four varieties planted where the dry-shelled seed weight (t/ha) ranged from 7.68 to 8.53 t/ha. The highest dry seed weight (t/ha) was produced by the Pioneer 32 variety, which was 8.53 t/ha, followed by the NK 22 (7.95 t/ha), NASA 29 (7.82 t/ha), and BIMA 20 ( 7.68 t/ha). Net income per hectare/season produced by the Pioneer 32 varieties (Rp. 19.490.000), Nasa 29 (Rp. 17.170.000), BIMA 20 (Rp. 16.65 million), and the NK 22 varieties (Rp. 16.090.000) and The B/C ratio per hectare of each variety is the Pioneer 32 (1.33%), Nasa 29 (1.17%), BIMA 20 (1.13%) and the NK variety 22 (1.12%).

Warm zone rainstorms and frontal rainstorms are two types of rainstorms that often occur in the rainy season in Jiangxi (located in the eastern part of China). The ability to correctly identify the type of rainstorms is important for accurate forecasting of rainstorms. Two heavy rainstorms took place in Jiangxi province. The first heavy rainstorm occurred from 20:00 BJT (Beijing Time) on 6 June to 20:00 BJT on 9 June (referred to as the “6.9” process) and another heavy rainstorm occurred from 20:00 BJT on 21 June to 20:00 BJT on 22 June (referred to as the “6.9” process), 2019. We analyzed the two rainstorms’ processes by using ground-based observation data, NCEP/FNL reanalysis data, ECMWF and CMA-SH9 numerical forecasting products. The results show that: “6.9” process is a warm area rainstorm, and a strong northeast cold vortex exists at 500 hPa geopotential height. The northwesterly flow behind the northeast cold vortex trough is stronger. The position of the northern edge of the subtropical high pressure is more south than that at “6.22” process. The rainstorm is in the precipitation zone of the warm temperature ridge over 925 hPa geopotential height, and with more convective character than “6.22” process. The process of “6.22” is a frontal rainstorm. The convective character of precipitation is weaker. The rainstorm precipitation zones are in a strong temperature front area at 925 hPa geopotential height and there is a tendency for vertical convection to develop into oblique upward convection in the late stage of the rainstorm. The precipitation location and intensity forecast by CMA-SH9 at the “6.9” process is better than that of ECMWF, while ECMWF’s prediction of the precipitation zone and weather condition of the “6.22” process is better.

The Constitutional Court in its judgment of 22 June 2022, ref. No. SK 3/20 declared the limited unconstitutionality of the provisions providing ordering for payment of a specified sum of money to the person under whose custody was a child nonperforming or incorrectly performing contact. In the opinion of the Constitutional Court, it is inconsistent with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland to order payment in a situation where non-performance or improper performance of contact is related to the child's behavior, not caused by the person who was in custody of the child. This decision, although it would seem in reverse, is a step towards the empowerment of the child and care for its well-being, upon deeper reflection, appears as a threat to the child's well-being in the long run. The judgment denies the accepted – though criticized – concept of contact as a right and duty of both the parent and the child. It should be emphasized that the challenged construction was adopted as a result of a number of ECtHR judgments in cases of fathers deprived of contact with their children – cases which the Republic of Poland was losing. Nor can one downplay the breach of procedure that was necessary for the judgment to be made.

Small-scale ionospheric irregularities affect navigation and radio telecommunications. We studied small-scale irregularities observed during the 22 June 2015 geomagnetic storm and used experimental facilities at the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISTP SB RAS) located near Irkutsk, Russia (~52°N, 104°E). The facilities used were the DPS-4 ionosonde (spread-F width), receivers of the Irkutsk Incoherent Scatter Radar (Cygnus A signal amplitude scintillations), and GPS/GLONASS receivers (amplitude and phase scintillations), while 150 MHz Cygnus A signal recording provides a unique data set on ionosphere small-scale structure. We observed increased spread-F, Cygnus A signal amplitude scintillations, and GPS phase scintillations near 20 UT on 22 June 2015 at mid-latitudes. GPS/GLONASS amplitude scintillations were at a quiet time level. By using global total electron content (TEC) maps, we conclude that small-scale irregularities are most likely caused by the auroral oval expansion. In the small-scale irregularity region, we recorded an increase in the precise point positioning (PPP) error. Even at mid-latitudes, the mean PPP error is at least five times that of the quiet level and reaches 0.5 m.

Introduction: infertility is regarded as an upsetting and difficult life experience for some women with elevated levels of anxiety & depression. Laparoscopy is the gold standard in diagnosing various aspects of female subfertility as well as treatment of some of them at the same time.Secondary level infertility care centre includes all those can manage every aspects of problems of infertily except IVF-ET and other advance aspects of management. Objective: To find out the role of laparoscopy in the management of infertile women in a secondary level infertility care centre. Study Design: Prospective cross sectional study. Setting: Fertility care centre, Department of Obst. &Gynaecology Dhaka Medical College Hospital from January 2018 to June 2018. Methods: During the study period 328 infertile women attended infertility outdoor. .Among them 48 were admitted for diagnostic laparoscopy. Results: Out of forty eight women 26 (54%) had primary infertility, 22 (46%) had secondary infertility.The findings were PCOS in 22% of cases, endometriosis in 14%, PID in 15% cases,unexplained in 20%, fibroid uterus in 6% cases congenital anomaly of uterus in 1% and others in 22% . Conclusion: Laparoscopy is the gold standard in evaluating infertile women.Some women would have a correctable problem found at laparoscopy that would not be discovered with any other fertility screening tests like endometriosis. The gall inducing insect Monarthropalpus buxi (Laboulbene) (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) has been recorded in Greece on 20/4/2004 in Athens (Ellinikon, GPS point: N 370 54’ 22”, E 23° 44’ 34”) on Buxus roduntifolia. Two-20 larvae per infested leaf were noticed but only 2-3 adults per leaf emerged. The majority (>92%) of the population of M. buxi completed one generation per year and adults emerged from late April to early May. A small proportion (<8%) of the population completed two generations per year and I generation adults emerged from late January to late March. Second generation adults emerged from late June to late July. In addition, during 2006 parasitism by Torymus sp. (Hymenoptera: Torymidae) on larvae of the fly has been noticed.

The article proposes a periodization of the history of the magistrate’s court in Russia, based on the methodology of chrono-discrete monogeographical comparative jurisprudence. As the boundaries of the periods, the dates of the adoption of regulatory legal acts that introduced, abolished or radically reformed the institution of the magistrate&apos;s court in Russia are proposed. In the history of the magistrate’s court in Russia, the authors distinguish six periods: 1) November 20, 1864 - July 12, 1889 - the period of the functioning of the magistrate’s court in the Russian Empire on the basis of the Judicial Charters on November 20, 1864; 2) July 12, 1889 - June 15, 1912 - the period of territorially limited action of the magistrate’s court in the Russian Empire, when there was a replacement in most places of justices of the peace with zemstvo district chiefs; 3) June 15, 1912 - March 3, 1917 - the period in which an attempt was made to restore the magistrate’s court throughout the Russian Empire; 4) March 3, 1917 - November 22 (December 5), 1917 - the period of attempts by the Provisional Government to reform world justice; 5) November 22 (December 5), 1917 - December 17, 1998 - a chrono-discrete pause in the history of the magistrate’s court in Russia; 6) December 17, 1998 - present - the period of functioning of the institution of the Justice of the Peace in the Russian Federation on the basis of the Federal Law “On magistrates in the Russian Federation” and the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

6509 Background: The ASCO Registry was created to analyze the impact of COVID-19 (COVID) on treatment (Tx) and outcomes of patients (pts) with cancer. Methods: The Registry includes pts with 1) a confirmed COVID diagnosis (Dx) and 2) clinically evident cancer receiving Tx/supportive care or resected cancer on adjuvant Tx <12 mos since surgery. Practices report data on cancer Dx and Tx at COVID Dx, COVID symptoms, comorbidities, cancer/COVID Tx, and survival. Kaplan-Meier estimation provided 30- and 90-day mortality rate estimates for pts with COVID Dx before or since 6/1/20 within pt subgroups with 95% confidence intervals (CI). Data submission cutoff for all practices was 10/24/20, except one that was 11/16/20. Results: This analysis reports on 453 pts with COVID Dx 3/5/20 to 10/22/20 who were on anticancer drug Tx for regional (9%) or metastatic (53%) solid tumors or hematologic cancers (38%) at COVID Dx. 38 practices entered data: health system-owned 51% of pts, privately-owned 25%, academic 24%. 53% of pts have ≥30 days follow-up or died ≤30 days from COVID Dx. Median age is 64 years; 53% of pts are female; 28% of pts are asymptomatic at COVID Dx. Multiple myeloma was most frequent cancer (17%). All-cause mortality rates (30 and 90 days) increased with pts’ age at COVID Dx [Table]. No mortality difference was seen based on sex, race, or comorbidities (hypertension, diabetes, pulmonary disease). Pts with COVID Dx before June 1 had worse survival than pts diagnosed on/after June 1. Pts with B-cell malignancies had higher mortality rates than pts with solid tumors. Conclusions: Severity of COVID illness and mortality were greater for patients with COVID Dx pre-June 1 than on/after June 1. Differences on/after June 1 may be attributed to improvements in COVID management, higher COVID testing rates, and more asymptomatic pts diagnosed. Variations in COVID-19 pt populations over time due to these changes should be considered when analyzing and interpreting pandemic data. Cancer pts with advanced age and B-cell cancers are at greatest risk of death but mortality rates for all groups (except those admitted to ICU) improved after 6/1/2020.[Table: see text]

This study aims to compare the income tax payable and income tax 25 due to the adjustment of the corporate income tax rate payable on CV KP which is a corporate taxpayer affected by the Covid-19 pandemic who undergoes the adjustment of the corporate income tax rate based on PERPPU No. 1 of 2020. The data collection technique used was documentation technique with comparative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that a 22% rate adjustment application result in relief of IDR 27.419.811,00 obtained by CV KP. The amount of income tax 25 by a 22% rate application and tax incentives in 2020 is IDR 15,266,362.00 for the April-June and the July-December is IDR 10,904,544.00, and income tax 25 in 2021 obtained relief of IDR 7. 739,900.00 for the period from April to June while the period from July to December returned to Rp. 15,479,801.00. CV KP should be able to save cash dibursement in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic to maximize the rate adjustment so that it does not cause a large overpayment. Thus, CV KP should make a separate calculation in determining the amount of income tax 25 by a 20% rate for the current year 2022.

Introduction: Down syndrome (DS) is the most common chromosomal aneuploidy to result in a live birth. Prenatal diagnosis of the affected fetuses can be performed using variety of sonographic features. Within the 11 to 14 weeks gestational age (GA) window, increased nuchal translucency has been the hallmark for identifying fetuses with Down syndrome. Objective: To estimate the Nasal Bone Length (NBL) of fetuses at 18 to 22 weeks GA in Bangladeshi population and establish the Nomogram of it and finally compare it with that of Caucasian population. Materials and Methods: The prospective observational study was conducted in Aklima General Hospital Limited, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh in the Feto-maternal Medicine Unit under Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department for tenure from February 2014 to June 2019. After considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 500 antenatal subjects married to Bangladeshi partners with singleton pregnancies attending the routine antenatal outpatient department for an anomaly scan (18-22 weeks) were included and followed up in the study. The nasal bone length was measured from the base of the nose closest to the frontal bones to the farthest extent of ossification on the nose. Results: The nasal bone lengths of the fetuses at 18 to 22 weeks were measured in 500 cases where for 19 cases of 18 weeks of GA fetuses have a mean NBL of 4.6 mm, 75 cases of 19 weeks of GA fetuses have a mean NBL of 4.8 mm, 161 cases of 20 weeks of GA fetuses have a mean NBL of 5.1 mm, 169 cases of 22 weeks of GA fetuses have mean NBL of 5.8 mm and 76 cases of 22 weeks of GA fetuses have mean NBL of 6.2 mm which is significantly shorter than those of Caucasian population. Conclusion: The nasal bone lengths of the fetuses at 18 to 22 weeks were significantly shorter to those of the Caucasian population. JAFMC Bangladesh. Vol 18, No 1 (June) 2022: 48-50

Background: Vesical calculus are the most common manifestation of lower urinary tract stones accounting for approximately 5% of all urinary stone diseases. In pediatric population bladder stones are most commonly due to malnutrition and poor socioeconomic factors. In adults they are most commonly associated with bladder outlet obstruction. In this context we study the different etiological factors and pathogenesis in the causation of vesical calculus.Methods: This is a prospective study that included 40 patients admitted with clinical diagnosis of vesical calculus at KR Hospital, Mysore from June 2016 to May 2017.Results: Maximum patients belong to age group of 51-60 years (30%) and minimum numbers belongs to age group of 1-10, 11-20 and 81-90 years age group. Male to female ration in present study is 5:1. In present study patients with bore well as source of water were highest in number i.e., 22 patients. Maximum number of patients i.e., 22 patients (55%) presented with history of pain abdomen and 15 patients (37.5%) with dysuria. Twenty-four patients (60%) had alkaline urine. Urine albumin was positive in 10 patients (25%), urine sugar was present in 8 patients (20%), pus cells were found in urine of 28 patients (70%) and RBCs were present in 24 patients (60). Klebsiella was the commonest organism isolated from the urine of 22 patients (55%) and E. coli was isolated in 8 patients (20%). Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis detected associated other conditions such as hydroureteronephrosis in 8 patients (20%), cystitis in 10 patients (25%) and benign prostatic hyperplasia in 20 patients (50%).Conclusions: Bladder calculi are most common in people of old age group indicating obstruction could be the cause for stone formation. They are rarely formed spontaneously. There must be an inciting event namely bladder outlet obstruction or infection to promote the stone formation.
