Abstract. Assessing jobs-housing balance (JHB) is crucial for the optimization of urban spatial pattern and transportation planning. However, due to the limitations of traditional data and the inability to integrate evaluation indicators, the evaluation results may be bias, conflicting with common sense. Considering interaction of multiple factors, a Job-housing balance measurement model (JHBM-SEM) was proposed to accurately evaluate the degree of JHB in a certain area. To address the problem of multi-indicator fusion, the structural equation model is used to incorporate the advantages, limitations and complementary relationships of each evaluation indicator into the evaluation process. A function relationship is defined between factor loadings, path coefficients, and variable scores to construct the measurement model and obtain comprehensive evaluation results. In addition, by integrating multi-source spatiotemporal big data mainly based on mobile signaling data, the paper can effectively mine the current status of job-housing balance in cities, and solve problems such as low precision and granularity of traditional data. The model was validated using Shanghai as an example, and the results show that compared with classical methods, the model's results are more consistent with the real situation of regional jobhousing patterns. It can identify the pseudo-balance phenomenon in underdeveloped areas of the suburbs and make reasonable evaluations, and the intermediate process can explain the direction of the imbalance factors in the region.

This present study aimed to investigate the effects of various cooking times (1 h, 1.5 h, 2 h, 2.5 h, named as JHBP-1, JHBP-1.5, JHBP-2, JHBP-2.5) on the antioxidant activity and peptide profile of Jinhua ham broth peptides (JHBP). The peptides extracted from uncooked ham were used as an uncooked group with the name of JHBP-0. The results revealed that the antioxidant efficacy in the four cooked groups changed dramatically compared to JHBP-0. After cooking, the DPPH radical scavenging activity, hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and superoxide anion radical scavenging activity decreased, except for the Fe2+ chelation and ABTS+ scavenging capacity which increased significantly. However, the cooked groups still showed a strong antioxidant capacity. In particular, the superoxide anion radical scavenging ability and the Fe2+ chelation action were significantly stronger compared to glutathione (GSH) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) (p < 0.05). JHBP-1.5 also displayed stronger antioxidant capacity than the other three cooked groups, and its secondary structure and mass distribution changed significantly after cooking, specifically with an increased proportion of helix and <1 kDa peptides. Moreover, the constitution of free amino acids (FAAs) and the types of peptides released in the broth increased significantly with a longer cooking time. In total, 1306 (JHBP-0), 1352 (JHBP-1), 1431 (JHBP-1.5), 1500 (JHBP-2), and 1556 (JHBP-2.5) peptide sequences were detected using LC-MC/MC. The proportion of <1 kDa peptides also gradually increased as the cooking time extended, which is consistent with the molecular weight distribution measurements.

Relatively high proportions of proinflammatory M1-like macrophages in tissues may lead to vascular impairment and trigger numerous diseases including atherosclerosis-related cardiovascular disease (CVD). Jisil Haebaek Gyeji-tang (JHGT), a polyherbal decoction, is traditionally used to treat various human ailments including chest pain, angina, and myocardial infarction. In the present study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of JHGT on lipopolysaccharide- (LPS-) stimulated M1 macrophage polarization generated via the mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) pathway in RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages. The reducing power of JHGT was also investigated using DAF-FA DA in a zebrafish model. JHGT significantly reduced inflammatory mediator levels, including iNOS, COX2, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, as compared with LPS-stimulated controls in vitro and ex vivo. Furthermore, JHGT suppressed the ERK1/2, JNK, and p38 MAPK pathways and reduced p-IκBα levels and the nuclear translocation of NF-κB in RAW 264.7 cells. In addition, treatment with JHGT significantly reduced the NO levels in LPS-treated zebrafish larva ex vivo. Our findings show the potent anti-inflammatory properties of JHGT are due to its suppression of MAPK signaling, NF-κB translocation, and M1 macrophage polarization.

Juvenile hormones prevent molting and metamorphosis in the juvenile stages of insects. There are multiple genes encoding a conserved juvenile hormone binding protein (JHBP) domain in a single insect species. Although some JHBPs have been reported to serve as carriers to release hormones to target tissues, the molecular functions of the other members of the diverse JHBP family of proteins remain unclear. We characterized 16 JHBP genes with conserved JHBP domains in Drosophila melanogaster. Among them, seven JHBP genes were induced by feeding the flies with methyl lucidone, a plant diterpene secondary metabolite (PDSM). Induction was also observed upon feeding the juvenile hormone (JH) analog methoprene. Considering that methyl lucidone and methoprene perform opposite functions in JH-mediated regulation, specifically the heterodimeric binding between a JH receptor (JHR) and steroid receptor coactivator (SRC), the induction of these seven JHBP genes is independent of JH-mediated regulation by the JHR/SRC heterodimer. Tissue-specific gene expression profiling through the FlyAtlas 2 database indicated that some JHBP genes are mainly enriched in insect guts and rectal pads, indicating their possible role during food uptake. Hence, we propose that JHBPs are induced by PDSMs and respond to toxic plant molecules ingested during feeding.

A novel Gram-positive, aerobic bacterium, strain JH1T, was isolated from deep-sea sediment of the East Sea, South Korea, and identified by methods of polyphasic taxonomy. The strain was oxidase-positive, motile and coccus-shaped. The genomic DNA G+C content of strain JH1T was 47 mol%. The major fatty acid of strain JH1T was anteiso-C15 : 0 and the predominant menaquinones were MK-7 and MK-8. Similarity of the 16S rRNA gene sequence (1452 nt) of strain JH1T to those of species of the genera Planococcus and Planomicrobium was 96.0–98.2 %. The signature nucleotides in the 16S rRNA gene sequence were compared with those of previously studied type strains of species in the genera Planococcus and Planomicrobium, and suggested that strain JH1T belongs to the genus Planococcus. In addition, phylogenetic analysis showed that strain JH1T was located within the cluster comprising Planococcus antarcticus and Planococcus kocurii. DNA–DNA hybridization showed that it had 9.3 % genomic relatedness with Planococcus antarcticus DSM 14505T and 22.9 % with Planococcus kocurii DSM 20747T. On the basis of the phenotypic, phylogenetic and genomic data, a novel species of the genus Planococcus, Planococcus donghaensis sp. nov., is proposed, with type strain JH1T (=KCTC 13050T=LMG 23779T).

This writing discusses the implementation of the Old Age Insurance (JHT) benefit policy in Gorontalo Province. JHT membership in Gorontalo Province is still low. JHT is a social security needed by workers and can be enjoyed when entering retirement age. This writing uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through the study of literature. The result of this paper is that the implementation of JHT benefits policy in Gorontalo is influenced by the content and context of the policy itself. One context is the existence of community needs which are seen as not having placed JHT as an important thing in social security for workers. This emphasizes the need for BPJS Employment to improve socialization, education and expand partnerships for better JHT sustainability. Penulisan ini membahas mengenai implementasi kebijakan manfaat Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) di Provinsi Gorontalo. Kepesertaan JHT di Provinsi Gorontalo masih rendah. JHT merupakan jaminan sosial yang diperlukan oleh tenaga kerja dan dapat dinikmati ketika memasuki usia pensiun. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur. Hasil dari penulisan ini yakni implementasi kebijakan manfaat JHT di Gorontalo dipengaruhi konten dan konteks kebijakan itu sendiri. Salah satu konteksnya ialah adanya kebutuhan masyarakat yang dipandang belum menempatkan JHT sebagai hal penting dalam jaminan sosial bagi pekerja. Hal ini menekankan perlu BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk meningkatkan sosiallisasi, edukasi dan memerluas kemitraan untuk keberlangsungan JHT yang lebih baik

Three strictly anaerobic, methanogenic strains JH1T, JH4 and JH8 were isolated from rumen of the Korean native cattle (HanWoo; Bos taurus coreanae) in South Korea. The colonies were circular, opaque, and slightly yellowish. Phylogenetic analyses of 16S rRNA gene and mcrA (encoding α subunit of methyl-coenzyme M reductase) sequences confirmed the affiliation of the novel strains with the Methanobacteriales , and Methanobrevibacter wolinii SHT was the most closely related species. The 16S rRNA gene and mcrA sequence similarities between strains JH1T, JH4 and JH8 and M. wolinii SHT were 96.2 and 89.0 % respectively, and DNA–DNA hybridization of the isolates and M. wolinii DSM 11976T showed a 20 % reassociation. Strain JH1T exhibited 92 % DNA–DNA relatedness with strains JH4 and JH8, and their 16S rRNA gene and mcrA sequences were identical. Cells stained Gram-positive and were non-motile rods, 1.5–1.8 µm long and 0.6 µm wide. The strains were able to use H2/CO2 and formate. The optimum temperature and pH ranges for growth were 37–40 °C and pH 6.5–7.0. The DNA G+C content of strain JH1T was 28 mol%. Based on data from this study using a polyphasic approach, the three strains represent a novel species of genus Methanobrevibacter , for which the name Methanobrevibacter boviskoreani sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is JH1T ( = KCTC 4102T = JCM 18376T).

Purpose. Macrophages serve as sweepers of microbes and inflammation-derived wastes and regulators of inflammation. Some traditional Japanese medicines are reported to have adjuvant effects by modifying macrophages. Our aim was to characterize the actions of jumihaidokuto (JHT) for treatment of skin inflammations including acne vulgaris, in whichPropionibacterium acneshas pathogenic roles.Methods. Dermatitis was induced in rat ears by intradermal injection ofP. acnes. JHT or prednisolone (PDN) was given orally, and ear thickness and histology were evaluated. The effects of constituents and metabolites of JHT on monocytes were tested by cell-based assays using the human monocytic THP-1 cell.Results. JHT and PDN suppressed the ear thickness induced byP. acnesinjection. Histological examinations revealed that JHT, but not PDN, promoted macrophage accumulation at 24 h after the injection. PDN suppressed the macrophage chemokine MCP-1 in the inflamed ears, while JHT did not affect it. The JHT constituents liquiritigenin and isoliquiritin increased expression of CD86 (type-1 macrophage marker) and CD192 (MCP-1 receptor) and enhanced phagocytosis by THP-1.Conclusions. JHT suppressed dermatitis, probably by enhancing type-1 macrophage functions, with an action different from PDN. JHT may be a beneficial drug in treatment of skin inflammation induced byP. acnes.

Old-Age Security (JHT) is an employment social security program that has the objective of providing cash benefits through a lump sum payment when participants enter retirement age, pass away, or experience permanent total disability. Where this mechanism is the embodiment of the mandate of Article 28H Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. However, the practice of implementing JHT has experienced several problems, for example changing implementing regulations in a short time, which raises two problems: First, regarding the dynamics of JHT arrangements in Indonesia, and the perspective of Human Rights in the implementation of JHT. This study uses a normative juridical method with library data collection techniques. This study concludes that the regulatory changes that have occurred in the regulations surrounding JHT are the government's efforts to adapt regulations to developments so that workers can enjoy JHT, but the government is not optimal in disseminating regulations to JHT beneficiaries. Meanwhile, from a human rights perspective, it can be concluded that the government is already present in realizing the fulfillment of the right to social security through JHT, which is through a legal umbrella in the form of Government Regulations and Ministerial Regulations. It's just that changing legal products in a short time is the main obstacle that has resulted in JHT not running optimally, so that workers have not been able to fully enjoy the fulfillment of their rights to JHT. Therefore, this study concludes that the government needs to create permanent regulations that do not require changes in a short time to fulfill JHT rights as a form of legal certainty.

Robert F. Hébert was the eighteenth president of the History of Economics Society, from 1991 to 1992. He studied at Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge from his undergraduate degree (completed in 1965) to his PhD (obtained in 1970). During his academic career he taught economics in the US at Clemson University (South Carolina, 1970 to 1974), Auburn University (Alabama, 1974 to 2000), and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (2000 to 2005); and in France at Université de Paris 1 (Sorbonne, 1995) and at the University of Caen (2004). Currently Professor Hébert is Russell Foundation Professor of Economics (Emeritus Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies) at Auburn University, and he resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This interview was done in writing from November 6 to December 18, 2019.

This issue of JHET marks the end of one era and the beginning of another. Don Walker, the only editor that JHET has ever had, has stepped aside after 9 years on the job. Under Don's guidance, JHET developed into a highly respected outlet for scholarship in the history of economic thought, to the point where the supply of high quality submissions prompted the move to quarterly publication in 1988. His labors on behalf of the Journal stretched well beyond the standard editorial function: he handled or oversaw all aspects of the physical production of the Journal, the mailing of the Journal, and numerous other messy details that the present editor has the luxury of passing off to Carfax (that, too, largely owing to Don's efforts).

AbstractThis study was conducted to investigate whether and how Jumihaidokuto (JHT), a traditional Chinese medicine, prevents UVB-induced skin damage in male HR-1 hairless mice. JHT has been traditionally prescribed for patients presenting skin disorders with redness and swelling, and, in Japan, it is approved for prescription to patients with acute and/or purulent skin disorders, hives, acute eczema, and athlete’s foot. Considering the traditional use of JHT, we hypothesized that oral administration of JHT might emerge as an effective strategy to prevent UVB-induced skin damage, such as edema and erythema. Here, we pretreated mice with JHT (1000 mg/kg, p.o.) for 3 weeks and then administered a single dose of UVB irradiation (250 mJ/cm2) on the dorsal skin. UVB irradiation increased the erythema index and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and decreased the skin water content in the epidermis at 72 h post-irradiation. JHT treatment inhibited the increase of TEWL and the loss of water content in the epidermis, but not the elevation of the erythema index. Moreover, administration of JHT suppressed UVB-induced epidermal hyperplasia by blocking the proliferation of keratinocytes and also inhibited irradiation-triggered reduction of collagen fibers and infiltration of immune cells into the dermis. Lastly, administration of JHT suppressed UVB-induced production of proinflammatory mediators, such as prostaglandin E2 and interleukin-1β. These results suggest that JHT prevents UVB-induced skin damage and that the underlying mechanism involves the inhibition of proinflammatory mediators.

The local pig breeds in Guizhou possess exceptional meat quality, robust adaptability, and resilience to harsh feeding conditions, making them ideal for producing high-quality pork. With over 10 local pig breeds in the region, we focused on 7 specific breeds: Baixi pigs (BX), Congjiang Xiang pigs (CJX), Guanling pigs (GL), Jianhe White Xiang pigs (JHBX), Jiangkou Luobo pigs (JKLB), Kele pigs (KL), and Qiandong Hua pigs (QDH). Unfortunately, these breeds face threats such as introduced species and inbreeding, resulting in a decline in population size and numbers. To better protect and utilize these breeds, we employed genome-wide single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers to investigate the population structure, genetic diversity, and selection characteristics of 283 pigs across these seven breeds. Our findings revealed distinct ancestral sources between Chinese and Western pig breeds, as demonstrated by principal component analysis, adjacent tree analysis, and ADMIXTURE analysis. Notably, JHBX exhibited a distant genetic relationship from the other six local pig breeds in Guizhou province, showcasing unique genetic characteristics. While the genetic diversity of the six Chinese native pig populations, excluding JHBX, was generally moderate in Guizhou province, the JHBX population displayed low genetic diversity. Therefore, it is imperative to intensify selection efforts to prevent inbreeding decline in JHBX while further enhancing the protection measures for the other six pig populations. Additionally, we identified candidate genes influencing the size disparity among pigs in Guizhou province through signal selection. Our study outcomes serve as a reference for developing effective conservation and utilization plans for pig breeds in Guizhou province and deepen our understanding of the genetic mechanisms underlying pig body size.

Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) merupakan program jaminan sosial yang memberikan manfaat tunai kepada peserta pada saat mencapai usia pensiun, cacat tetap, atau meninggal dunia. Pemberian manfaat JHT diatur dalam Undang-Undang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN), dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP), serta dilaksanakan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 (Permenaker No.2 Tahun 2022). Namun, permasalahan muncul ketika adanya pertentangan mengenai pengaturan pembayaran manfaat JHT yang terdapat dalam peraturan tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perbedaan pengaturan antara Pasal Pasal 37 ayat (3) UU SJSN yang membolehkan pencairan dana JHT dengan minimal keanggotaan 10 tahun, sedangkan dalam Pasal 5 Permenaker No. 2 tahun 2022 pencairan dana JHT harus menunggu hingga usia 56 tahun. Oleh karena itu, penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan mekanisme pembayaran manfaat JHT yang terdapat dalam peraturan tersebut beserta upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan terkait permasalahan ini. Penyusunan artikel ini menggunakan metode penulisan hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statuta Approach) dimana merujuk kepada beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan.

The Old Age Guarantee Program (JHT) is one of the BPJS programs. JHT has a benefit value that can be claimed by former employees. In practice, the calculation of JHT claims must be in accordance with the BPJS policy. When viewed from Islamic law, the guarantee is called kafalah. However, in the kafalah contract, the calculation of JHT claims and the value of the benefits has gaps that are not in accordance with Islamic law. This thesis is focused on answering three important things, 1) How is the calculation on the BPJS policy regarding JHT for PT IMARA employees. 2) What are the benefits received by former employees of PT IMARA on JHT claims. 3) What is the perspective of the kafalah contract on the calculation of claims and the value of JHT benefits for employees at BPJS PT IMARA. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive analysis with a sociological normative approach, where the data obtained comes from observations and interviews. The results of the study show that, first, the calculation of old age security claims is a combination of the basic salary and fixed allowances reported by PT IMARA to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The amount of JHT contributions for participants receiving wages is 5.7% of income, with details of 3.7% being borne by the company and 2% being borne by the employee himself which is deducted from the salary. Second, the benefits of JHT are in the form of cash, the amount of which is the accumulated value of the contributions plus the results of the development. Third, the calculation of JHT claims and JHT benefits in the perspective of the kafalah contract that is applied to PT IMARA when viewed from the pillars of kafalah is in accordance with the Shari'a. However, under the terms of the kafalah contract, this is contrary to the Shari'a because the contributions of BPJS participants are developed by placing them in several portfolios, including conventional bank deposits or bonds based on interest loans. In the development of claims there is also a 5% interest where the interest follows the BI Rate system.

Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) in Langsa is a Public Legal established to organize social security programs for workers. The program is managed by PT. JAMSOSTEK with 4 programs one of which is JHT (Jaminan Hari Tua / Old Age Protection). JHT program is a long-term program that is given periodically at once before participant enter retirment. This research aims to increase the number of claims of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in JHT program with ARIMA model, through the forecast BPJS can increase service with the number of claims from year to year so that the satisfaction level of JHT program participants is guaranteed. Data processing uses MINITAB 18 software with data stationary initial steps, tentavie model identically (p,d,q) model parameter estimation, diagnostic test, and last model used for forecasting. The ARIMA model obtained is ARIMA (4, 1, 2) with a MAPE value of 6.87% which shows excellent forecasting results. The result forecast the number of JHT program claims in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan period August 2019 to December 2019 as may as 444, 403, 419, 336, 404 people, respectively. Based on the results of the forecast, especially that the number of JHT program claims fluctuated, this indicates that BJPS Ketenagakerjaan in Langsa needs to increase the equivalent service for the JHT program.

Jaminan Hari Tua atau JHT merupakan bentuk dana pensiun yang diberikan oleh pemerintah maupun lembaga tertentu kepada mantan tenaga kerja disuatu perusahaan, baik itu perusahaan milik negara atau BUMN maupun perusahaan swasta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna JHT bagi para tenaga kerja yang telah purna tugas di Jember, khususnya yang mengambil JHT pada kantor pos besar, Cabang Jember atau KCU Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan snowball sampling, dan teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan kepada beberapa pensiunan didapatkan manfaat yang berbeda-beda, diantaranya yaitu sebagai uang untuk pendidikan anak, memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga, membuka usaha, juga untuk mengambil pinjaman pada koperasi atu Bank. Hal tersebut dilakukan dikarenakan dana JHT yang kurang atau tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Namun demikian manfaat dari adanya JHT ini dirasa sangat membantu untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup para pensiunan di hari tua mereka setelah pensiun dari bekerja.

Old Age Security (JHT) is an important program in the social security system in Indonesia which is organized by the Employment Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). Despite being a vital form of social protection, JHT claims management is often in the spotlight due to the various challenges it faces, including effectiveness, efficiency and fairness in disbursement of claims. In this context, this research aims to analyze JHT claims management at the Pratama Rantau Prapat BPJS Employment Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with officers and participants, as well as analysis of documents related to the claims process. The research results show that the JHT claims process faces various challenges, including the long time it takes to complete a claim, a lack of transparency and communication, and gaps in understanding between participants and officers. The conclusion of this research is that significant improvements are needed in JHT claims management. Recommendations for improvement include increasing process efficiency, increasing transparency and communication, and simplifying claims procedures. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve the quality of JHT claims services and provide greater benefits for participants in their preparation for a more financially secure retirement.

Pendahuluan pemerintah telah menetapkan salah satu program, yaitu Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja yang di wadahi oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sebagai bentuk perlindungan dasar bagi tenaga kerja untuk menjaga harkat dan martabatnya sebagai manusia dalam mengatasi risiko yang timbul. program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang dinilai memiliki manfaat besar dalam menopang kehidupan tenaga kerja, baik saat ini maupun di masa tua nanti adalah program JHT. pelayanan pengajuan klaim program JHT dapat dilaksanakan melalui online, onsite dan manual dimana pengajuan online dapat dilakukan melalui website lapakasik.bpjsketenagakerjaan .go.id atau melalui aplikasi berbasis mobile yang disebut (JMO). Dengan demikian pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai prosedur pengajuan klaim program JHT melalui JMO, Online, Onsite dan manual. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi data. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yaitu pengajuan klaim program JHT bulan Januari-Desember Tahun 2022. Data dianalisis berdasarkan hasil dari instrumen penelitian. Hasil dari 22.740 pengajuan klaim program JHT, terdapat 13.924 klaim melalui online, 5.808 klaim melalui aplikasi JMO, 1.568 klaim melalui onsite dan 1.440 klaim melalui manual. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan prosedur klaim program JHT di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Juanda sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dapat dilihat bahwasanya sebagian besar peserta mengajukan klaim melalui online akan tetapi masih terdapat sebagian kecil peserta yang mengajukan klaim program JHT melalui manual dan onsite. Rekomendasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan perlu mendorong peserta agar mendapatkan sosialisasi khusus secara jelas dan terarah agar peserta terbiasa. Sehingga harapannya peserta dapat melakukan pengajuan pelayanan melalui online tanpa harus datang ke kantor cabang.

Artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan alternatif dalam merevitalisasi program jaminan hari tua (JHT) yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan untuk menghindari potensi bencana kependudukan. Dalam penyusunan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan membangun konsep revitalisasi menggunakan data sekunder dari buku dan sumber yang relevan. Revitalisasi program JHT dapat menstimulus para pekerja untuk ikut serta dalam program tersebut. Implementasi dari pada revitalisasi JHT bisa berperan sebagai mitigasi dalam bencana kependudukan. Mitigasi bencana tersebut dilakukan oleh penduduk sendiri melalui persiapan dalam menghadapi usia tidak produktif dengan megoptimalkan masa masa produktif untuk menabung dalam menghadapi hari tua. Progam yang ditawarkan ini memiliki potensi untuk berperan sebagai langkah mitigasi dalam menghadapi bencana kependudukan dengan menciptakan keberlanjutan sosial dan ekonomi bagi para peserta program JHT.

Salah satu program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang wajib diikuti ialah program Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT). Untuk mengetahui berapa saldo yang kita dapatkan setiap tahunnya, kita bisa mengetahui nya melalui sebuah aplikasi mobile untuk jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) yaitu aplikasi BPJSTKU. Aplikasi BPJSTKu merupakan aplikasi mobile untuk memberikan pelayanan bagi peserta yang dikhususkan pada tenaga kerja untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) beserta rincian dari Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) tahunan. Selain itu aplikasi tersebut menyediakan informasi mengenai data perserta BPJSTKU, simulasi Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) juga menyediakan Formulir pengajuan Klaim pengambilan JHT secara online. Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan atau kekecewaan dari pengguna aplikasi BPJSTKU ini, karena kepuasan pengguna itu merupakan salah satu faktor untuk menentukan tingkat usability sebuah aplikasi. Untuk menemukan masalah usability pada desain aplikasi BPJSTKU, penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi Heuristic. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena mengukur kepuasan pengguna dengan Tingkat severity ratings pada masalah usability yang ditentukan dengan skala 0 sampai 4. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Karawang dengan sampel staf STMIK Rosma yang menggunakan Aplikasi BPJSTKU. Dari hasil pengukuran evaluasi heuristic menunjukkan kategori minor usability problem, perbaikan masalah ini diberikan prioritas yang rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 1.88 atau skala 2. In addition, the application provides information on BPJSTKU participant data, Simulation of Old Age Security Balance (JHT) also provides an online claim form for taking JHT. The purpose of this research is to find out the satisfaction or disappointment of the users of this BPJSTKU application, because user satisfaction is one of the factors to determine the usability level of an application. To find usability problems in the BPJSTKU application design, this study was made using the Heuristic evaluation method. This type of research uses quantitative methods because it measures user satisfaction with severity ratings on usability problems which are determined on a scale of 0 to 4. The research location was conducted in Karawang with a sample of STMIK Rosma staff who used the BPJSTKU application. From the results of the heuristic evaluation measurement, it shows the category of minor usability problems, repairing this problem is given a low priority with an average value of 1.88 or a scale of 2. Salah satu program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan adalah program jaminan hari tua yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Permenaker) Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 Tentang Tata Cara Dan Persyaratan Pembayaran Manfaat Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT). Permenaker ini menuai berbagai polemik di masyarakat, terutama adanya penolakan dari kalangan pekerja. Terjadinya kontroversi terhadap keputusan pemerintah untuk mengembalikan JHT kepada fungsi awalnya, tidak lepas dari pengaruh media sosial, berupa penyampaian wacana dalam berita riil maupun hoaks dalam menggiring opini masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengetahui strategi dan konstruksi wacana yang ditimbulkan oleh media sosial mulai dari awal sosialisasi JHT pada awal tahun 2022 hingga akhirnya direvisi menjadi Permenaker No.4 tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pewacanaan dibangun oleh BPJS-TK dan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan mengenai tata cara dan persyaratan pembayaran manfaat JHT melalui media sosial resmi mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis isi (konten) dengan model analisis Teun A. Van Dijk dan ciri-ciri wacana oleh Eriyanto dengan menggunakan aplikasi software NVIVO. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah unggahan yang berkaitan dengan JHT pada media sosial resmi BPJS-TK dan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan tidak memperhatikan dimensi struktur makro, struktur mikro dan suprastruktur dalam wacana ditampilkan. Selain itu, informasi yang terpusat pada media sosial menggunakan bahasa yang misleading dan bukan untuk pekerja usia pensiun. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan pekerja pada usia produktif yang salah paham, dan menolak kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengembalikan fungsi JHT sehingga terbitlah Permenaker No. 4 Tahun 2022 untuk meredakan kontroversial yang terjadi di masyarakat terhadap pemerintah.

Background: The objective of this study was to determine the functionality of 3-dimensional (3D) printed orthoses for upper extremity immobilization compared with conventional immobilization. Methods: Twelve healthy volunteers were fitted with a 3D custom printed short arm cast and a short arm fiberglass cast in separate sessions. The Jebsen Hand Function Test (JHFT) was used to test function and dexterity in each cast. All volunteers completed a modified version of the Patient-Rated Wrist Evaluation (PRWE). Skin complications were recorded. Results: There were no significant differences during the JHFT between casts, although one-third of the participants in the 3D cast could perform the tasks in a normal time, which they could not in the fiberglass cast. The average PRWE function score was lower in the 3D cast group than in the fiberglass group (45.5 vs. 80.8). Minor skin irritation was noted in 42% of patients in the fiberglass cast group compared with only 1 patient (8%) in the 3D cast group. One patient in the fiberglass group required a cast change due to inappropriate fit. Conclusions: Both casting techniques demonstrate similar objective function based on the JHFT. Patient satisfaction, comfort, and perceived function are superior in the 3D printed casts.

Social security is a crucial thing that everyone must have, as this has been regulated and guaranteed by the state, and the state has an obligation to fulfill the rights of these citizens. In connection with this matter, the Indonesian government has regulations regarding social security regulated in Law No. 40/2004 concerning the National Social Security System, including health insurance, work accident insurance, death security, and one that will be concern of discussion in this research is a program regarding Pension Security or commonly called Jamaican Hari Tua (JHT). The regulations regarding this matter have changed several times, but still aim to focus on ensuring that Indonesian citizens who are the JHT participants can enjoy a decent life after entering retirement. Provisions for disbursing funds for participants have changed from the initial regulations to the updated regulations, for example changes to implementing regulations regarding the JHT, namely the Ministerial Regulation of Manpower No 2/2022 concerning "Procedures and Payment of Pension Security", one of the problems that arises is regarding the conditions for disbursing the JHT funds especially by participants affected by Termination of Employment or commonly called Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) different from the previous Ministerial Regulation of Manpower, which did not require the age of participants who were affected by the layoffs. This raises the pros and cons in society. This research focuses on protection for the JHT participants who are laid off before they are 56 (fifty six) years old, so they can withdraw the JHT contributions that have been paid, thus achieving the goal of Law No. 40/2004 to ensure people's lives.

Dalam melayani peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang melakukan klaim Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) sering terjadi penundaan proses klaim. Hal ini diakibatkan karena berkas pengajuan klaim yang diberikan belum lengkap, petugas kewalahan karena penumpukan berkas semakin banyak dan harus membagi waktu untuk melakukan tugas yang lain di luar kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat variabel mana antara kelengkapan data dan kepenuhan jam kerja yang lebih berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penundaan klaim Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan (BPJSTK) Cabang Belu dan mengetahui model regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kelengkapan data lebih berpengaruh signifikan dibandingkan dengan kepenuhan jam kerja terhadap penundaan klaim JHT. Model regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y^ = 144.458 – 118.141 + 66.814 .

In mediaeval logic a common term is often said to supposit simply, if it supposits for a concept and not for the elements of its extension. Due consideration of the logical texts of the 13th century, however, gives rise to the assumption, that a) the common aspect of the several uses of a term which are referred to as simple suppositions is not so easy to be found and that b) for some authors simple supposition was an extensively used tool for the logical analysis of sentences. In my paper I will enlarge on this second aspect with particular reference to the syncategoremata of William of Sherwood. My study leads to the conclusion that simple supposition in the 13th century is sometimes used to analyse scope ambiguities between the existential quantor and another operator. This is due to the fact that mediaeval logicians did not conceive of anything equalling an existential quantor.

Van Dijk dengan berfokus pada struktur mikro tataran sintaksis yang memakai sumber data berwujud artikel berita yang dikutip dari Majalah Tempo. Strategi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini analisis isi. Analisis ini memberikan penekanan pada ragam bahasa yang dipakai oleh para jurnalis terkhusus pada penulisan berita di Majalah Tempo. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mencatat dan mengamati sejumlah data laporan utama berita Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) pada Majalah Tempo. Dalam kajian wacana mikro tataran sintaksis, pada artikel berita JHT dalam Majalah Tempo memiliki elemen koherensi, bentuk kalimat, dan kata ganti. Wujud elemen yang terdapat pada elemen koherensi, ditandai dengan kalimat-kalimat yang menggunakan kata hubung untuk menghubungkan sebab akibat dan juga koherensi penjelas yang ditandai dengan adanya konjungsi penjelas. Elemen bentuk kalimat yang digunakan di dalam artikel berita JHT dalam Majalah Tempo ini adalah kalimat aktif, kalimat aktif transitif, dan kalimat pasif. Bentuk kalimat yang paling banyak terdapat di dalam artikel berita tersebut berwujud verba transitif. Elemen kata ganti yang digunakan di dalam artikel berita JHT dalam Majalah Tempo ini berwujud penggantian nama diri atau orang lain dengan ditandai adanya penyebutan status masing-masing seperti kata saya, dia, ia, kami, dan mereka.

Sejak ditetapkannya ketentuan baru mengenai tata cara dan persyaratan pembayaran manfaat Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) di Indonesia melalui Permenaker Nomor 2 Tahun 2022, telah terjadi serangkaian gelombang protes dari para pekerja/ buruh serta serikat/ perwakilannya, baik yang terjadi melalui serangkaian aksi demonstrasi langsung maupun berupa petisi penolakan pada media digital. Salah satu yang dirasa memberatkan oleh pekerja adalah ketentuan baru pencairan JHT yang mensyaratkan usia 56 tahun, di mana pada ketentuan sebelumnya sesuai Permenaker Nomor 9 Tahun 2015 dapat dilakukan segera setelah kehilangan pekerjaan. Oleh sebab itu, studi kualitatif deskriptif ini dimaksudkan untuk menelusuri masalah polemik yang terjadi dari penetapan kebijakan baru JHT tersebut, dengan sumber data dari cuitan/ tweet masyarakat/ netizen pada media sosial Twitter, serta sumber data dari peraturan perundang-undangan, artikel jurnal, artikel media massa, dan sumber-sumber lain yang relevan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun desain kebijakan JHT dan kombinasinya dengan Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan (JKP) telah dipandang baik, namun kurangnya komunikasi/ public hearing yang dilakukan dalam perumusan kebijakan mengakibatkan kurangnya kesesuaian ketentuannya dengan harapan pekerja sebagai stakeholder kebijakan tersebut. Sehingga, ketika pemerintah merespon dengan mewadahi “suara” pekerja melalui serangkaian komunikasi langsung dalam rencana revisi Permenaker Nomor 2 Tahun 2022, maka protes dan sentimen negatif masyarakat pada cuitan Twitter pada akhir bulan Februari menjadi berkurang. Oleh sebab itu, untuk menghindari kejadian serupa terulang, kedepan pemerintah perlu lebih intens melakukan komunikasi/ jajak pendapat publik pada proses perumusan kebijakan publik, sebelum kebijakan tersebut benar-benar ditetapkan.
