Повний текст джерелаConsumption is digital and we live in offline and offline spaces. In this context, it is necessary to understand the Internet user behavior. The study of the digital identity (DI) is a solution for its anaiysis. Our thesis aims at clarifying the DI ; measure the impact of digital consumption on the identity balance of individuels and thus identify the place of the DI in this link. We focus on adolescence, an age that combines an anchor between identity and technological ease. A qualitative study (n=33) reveals that the DI of an individual is its digital DNA, correlated or not with his real identity. It consists of four strands: the thoughts of the individual, its shares, its communications and its representations. The quantitative study (n=1335) stipulates that the measurement scale of the DI is divised in four dimensions. It identifies that the DI is the mediator of the relationship between the digital environment and the real identity. It states that there are five DI profiles that are created by practices. This thesis shows that the digital identity is an element on which marketers can rely on to do business by working on the dimensions of the measurement scale or identified profiles: Virtual reputation-Narcissist profile (product placement, brand content), Digital multiplied Self-Ultra-digital profile (user experience, virtual possessions) ; but also on new practices: e-sport, twitch. Tv. It also represents a societal and educational challenge for future generations that will be anchored in the digitalization of society

Повний текст джерелаThis thesis examines how Twitch.tv, a live streaming platform, fits into the context of hypermodernity and influences the passage to adulthood. In a world where traditional points of reference are shifting under the impact of social and technological transformations, this research analyzes how young adults invest in live streams to find narcissistic support, and weave new forms of social ties. Combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, the study reveals that Twitch.tv becomes a place of re-enchantment and identity construction, offering both narcissistic support and a framework for collective engagement. This thesis sheds new light on contemporary psychosocial dynamics, illustrating the central role of the digital in the complex process of becoming an adult in the hypermodern age

Повний текст джерелаThe massive and recent diffusion of mobile phone and internet have given to high-school students (11-15 years old) new ways to communicate. Unlike the family telephone, these new means of communication are individual and mobile and they might contribute to give them a new and significant autonomy. The objective of this thesis is to analyse their role in the socialization process of young adolescents. The first chapter of this thesis presents the issue with respect to the litterature and presents the tools as potential ressources for the claim of the status of "old" in the family. Chapter 2 analyses how the young high-school student negociates his teenager status in the family, through the acquisition and usage of these means of communication. Chapter 3 examines the dynamics with the peers, and among others, the construction of norms. At last, Chapter 4 details the role of mobile phone and internet in the building of gender and gender relationship. The results are based on 54 individual interviews with teenagers and 22 interviews with members of their family. We also conducted a quantitative survey with 435 students of a French college

Повний текст джерелаWhen entering adolescence, a subject must highly mobilize himself to confirm his new identity and become a dynamic and autonomous being, author of his life (Malrieu, 1973). Vietnamese society is currently passing through the cultural encounter between traditional values and modern trends, with the domination of information and communication technologies and the Internet. The adolescents must then experience their crisis period at the same time as contextual conflicts (Nguyen Khac Vien, 1997). The objective of our research is to study how the current generation of Vietnamese adolescents identifies with others and how these modes of identification influence the way they project themselves into the future. Our aim is also to analyze the impact of Internet use, a teenagers’ new practice, on the relationship between their modes of identification and future plans.Using questionnaires and projective tests (the TAT and the Test of Three Characters), we conducted our data collection from 102 Vietnamese adolescents (53 girls and 49 boys) aged 16.5 to 18 and regularly using the Internet. Our results show that among the adolescents in our sample, some defensive modes of identification are significantly associated with the positive aspects of their future plans as well as with an appropriate style of Internet use. Our results also confirm that the style of Internet use has a mediating effect on the relationship between the mode of identification and future plans; more precisely the positive link between the identification of dependence and the plans of relational and professional achievement is explained by the Internet practices serving school duties and tasks. Supported by theoretical advances in psychology, we analyzed, explained and clarified the salient results of our research in an interpretative way by replacing these results in the current context of Vietnamese society

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this study was to investigate bullying in schools. At first, we assessed the validity of a widespread questionnaire devoted to evaluate school-bullying. Second, we investigated the overlap between school-bullying and cyber-bullying. At least, we examined the relation between school-bullying and sleep. Individual interviews were conducted with 1422 middle- and high-school students (Girls = 47%, Boys=53%, Mean age=14.3±2.7 y.o).Results of our first study show that the French adaptation of the revised Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (1996) is a valid instrument for measuring bullying in adolescents (α= 0.75 ; χ²/ddl= 7 ; RMSEA=0.064 ; GFI=0.95 ; AGFI=0.93 ; construct validity). More than one adolescent in four is involved in bullying: 18% as “victim”, 9% as “bully” and 3% as “bully/victim”. Results of our second study show that cyber-bullying and bullying do not overlap: students involved in each of these forms of Bullying are not the same and they do not experienced the same psychosocial problems. Our third study shows that sleep is associated with profiles in school-bullying. Victims have higher complains related to subjective sleep quality. Bullies’ sleep/wake patterns are more irregular and their sleep duration is lower than their schoolmates. Then, there is a moderator effect of sleep on psychosocial problems related to bullying.Given the sizable proportion of adolescents involved in bullying and its significant relationship with health criterion, the issue warrants serious school and public health attention. More studies should be conducted in order to implement relevant school-based intervention programs
