Four pedons were selected for different soils in the forest cover, two in each of Mankeesh and Atrush areas in Dohuk governorate, under pine and oak trees, in order to study the distribution of the main groups of humic compounds (humic and fulvic acids) and their association with iron and manganese ions. The results showed that the variation in the nature of the forest cover and the speed of decomposition of its remains led to a difference in the distribution of the content of organic matter, the ratios of Humic acid / fulvic acid (FA / HA) and the amount of humic substances produced in each soil, regarding the optical density of the extracted humic compounds, which is expressed as E4/E6, this ratio depends on the chemical composition of these Humic compounds. It is noted from the results that this ratio between E4: E6 ranged between (0.43 - 1.79), low values reflect the presence of aromatic Humic compounds with relatively low molecular weights, while high values indicate the presence of aliphatic humic compounds, the study also showed a difference in the values of iron and manganese associated with humic and fulvic acid as organic complexes, which is consistent with the difference in the degree of decomposition of forest tree residues and plant residues, and in turn is reflected on the quantity and type of humic compounds resulting from the decomposition. The Atrush soil under pine forests excelled in its composition of chelated iron with fulvic acid, Humic acid and manganese chelated with fulvic acid, while the Atrush soil under oak forests excelled in the composition of chelated manganese with humic acid on the rest of the studied soils.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia storyboard of Smart Apps Creator (SAC) based on scientific literacy on transfer energy material. Feasibility is described in terms of content, construction, understanding, and multimedia aspects. This research is research and development (R&D) based on understanding by design framework to design learning media. This design is a backward design focused on learning goals as a result of instruction before plan for learning activities and teaching method. The research instrument is a validation sheet that is used to assess the feasibility of the storyboard.Validation sheets were given to 3 experts in science education, multimedia, and have doctoral degrees. The results showed that the SAC interactive multimedia storyboard developed was categorized as valid and very valid because the results of the validator’s assessment reached a value of more than 3. It can be concluded that the developed storyboard is suitable for making the interactive multimedia by using SAC application on the topic of interaction of living things.

LiCoO2 is currently the preferred cathode material in secondary Li-ion batteries. Stoichiometric LiCoO2 has rhombohedral symmetry and belongs to the R3m space group. This layered structure has Li and Co ions ordered along (111) planes to form alternating cation layers. The Co3+ ion, located in octahedral sites, forms a strong bond with neighboring oxygen atoms to produce O-Co-O sheets. Li layers are sandwiched between these sheets of CoO2.It has traditionally been accepted that in lithium metal oxides (LiMO2) the valence of the transition metal compensates for the charge on the intercalated Li. The theoretical boundaries for Li concentration in an electrode of LixCoO2 are 0≤x≤l. Using a simple ionic charge transfer model, the fully-lithiated material has ions with charges of Li+, Co3+, and O2-. in the CoO2 end member the ions have charges of Co4+ and O2- This simple model incorrectly leads to the conclusion that the oxygen valence is virtually unaffected by Li intercation.

The microstructure of single crystals of Y-Ba-Cu-O, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O and Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O prepared by different methods were studied by various physical techniques, in particular by Raman microspectroscopy.Correlations have been established between Raman spectra and structure, allowing the determination of crystalline geometry of the material versus the composition and the preparation parameters.For YBa2Cu3Ox, a relationship: x = 0.025 VH - 5.57 is proposed and permits to evaluate the oxygen content by measuring simply in ZZ scattering geometry the Cu-O stretching mode V'H along the c axis of the crystal. This frequency varies from 465 cm-1 in YBa2Cu3O6 to 503 cm-l in YBa2Cu3O7 (Fig.l).This technique also offers the possibility to follow the structural conversion Y124 into Y123 and TI2212 into TI1212 (Fig.2) by appropriate thermal treatment. The preferentiel departure of the “CuO” or “TIO” chain/layer (Fig.3) is explained by weaker interaction forces between these layers and the adjacent ones, compared to those between the remaining layers. This helps to predict the localization of an eventual intercation in Y123 and TI1212.

AimsTo determine predictors of transition from ultrahigh risk into psychosis.MethodThe Dutch EDIE trial has included 201 people with an ultrahigh risk for psychosis. These were included with both a referral based strategy and a screening all help-seeking people strategy. The study had a 24 month inclusion period and an 18 mont follow-up period with each patient. The preliminary results are presented.ResultsA loogistic regression was performed over 164 cases. 29 patients developed a psychosis.Predictor variables were depression, social intercation anxiety, positive symptoms on the CAARMS, negative symptoms on the CAARMS, quality of life, social functioning, genetic risk, and the personal beliefs about illness.The backward logistice regression (likelyhood ratio) discarded four variables. Predictors of psychosis were depression, positive symptoms, genetic liability and beliefs about illness at basline.ConclusionsPeople with hihd scores on depression and positive symptoms are likely to develop a psychosis. Also those who have a psychotic parent and positive symptoms a more lekly to make a transition. Interestingly people that consider their condition as hopeless, feel entrapped by their condition, excluded by other pople and not in control of symptoms also have a heightened chance for developing psychosis in this sample.

Introduction The Covid 19 pandemic has put the cardiovascular risk incurred when using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at the heart of the discussion. Based on the information currently available, WHO does not recommend the use of ibuprofen. the objective is to evaluate the inhibition of cyclo-oxygenase 2 by ibuprofen by validating molecular docking. Method The crystallographic structure of ibuprofen bound to cyclooxygenase-2 was obtained from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) at a resolution <3.00 Å. The receiver was visualized using Discovery Studio Visualizer version 2.5.5. It was efficiently prepared using AutoDock / Vina software. The 3D structure of Ligand (Ibuprofen) was downloaded from the Drugbak database (https://www.drugbank.ca/): Accession number DB01050 Results Molecular docking was chosen as the first-line discrimination of the ibuprofen-COX2 intercation for the in silico study of putative competitors. The complex formed by Ibuprofen-COX 2 from the experimental model gives a docking score (Affinity: -7.3 (kcal / mol) with a mean square deviation of (RMSD = 23.884). Conclusion The evaluation of the inhibition of cyclo-oxygenase 2 by ibuprofen was validated by molecular docking. Cardiovascular effects already reported in patients treated with traditional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and coxibs have been observed in patients with COVID 19. Molecular docking becomes an essential step in drug discovery to explore other drug targets

This study aims to identify patterns of social interaction and the basis of argumentation of Islamic groups in the history of the consensus formulation of the primary state of Indonesia. This literature research uses a normative-historical approach. Associative and dissosiative intercation patterns become theories of analysis. The results showed that the pattern of social interaction of Islamic groups in the history of the consesus of the basic formulation of the Indonesian state used associative interaction patterns in the form of compromising attitudes towards nationalist groups. There are five big reasons for the compromise to be considered. First, the threat of disintegration from the representatives of Eastern Indonesia if the seven words in the state basis and the Islamic clauses of the Constitution are passed. Second, Indonesia's condition at that time experienced a power vacuum, becoming a momentum toward independence. Third, the promise of the secular nationalist group, after independence, a special meeting will be held to discuss the basis of the state and the constitution. Fourth, General Election discourse six months after Indonesia's independence, if it wins, it is hoped there will be an Islamic constitution. Fifth, the replacement of the sentence "Almighty Godhead" from "Godhead, with the obligation to carry out Islamic law for its adherents." because it is by the teachings of tawhid. Theoretical implications require a symbiotic, inclusive, and moderate paradigm for Muslims to accept the essential pluralism and universalism of the Indonesian state as a multicultural country.

The main purpose of this research is oriented to the description of communication strategies or interactions that occur in learning English speaking skills through a virtual platform. Specifically, the objectives of this research can be: 1) Describe the teacher's communication strategy in learning English speaking skills through virtual platforms in coastal schools; 2) Describe the interaction of students in learning English speaking skills through a virtual platform. The subjects of this study were teachers and students in coastal schools, in this case SMA Negeri 1 Bone Pantai. The instruments used in this study were field observations and open interviews. The finding of this research oriented to teacher’s intercation at platform meeting by considering some emotional feature such approving feeling, encouraging, receiving students’ ideas, asking questions, lecturing, and confering direction. The students’ interaction to the teacher have been implemented by students’ questions and giving inititation. They shared each other the first before asking more to the teacher, and even for the teacher, they just asked difficult words or expression. Tujuan utama penelitian ini berorientasi pada gambaran strategi komunikasi atau interaksi yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris melalui platform virtual. Secara spesifik, tujuan penelitian ini dapat berupa: 1) Mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi guru dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris melalui platform virtual di sekolah pesisir; 2) Mendeskripsikan interaksi siswa dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris melalui platform virtual. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa di sekolah pesisir, dalam hal ini SMA Negeri 1 Bone Pantai. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi lapangan dan wawancara terbuka. Temuan penelitian ini berorientasi pada interaksi guru pada pertemuan platform dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa fitur emosional seperti menerima perasaan, memuji atau mendorong, menerima atau menggunakan ide siswa, mengajukan pertanyaan, ceramah, dan memberi arahan. Interaksi siswa dengan guru telah dilaksanakan dengan pertanyaan siswa dan pemberian inisiasi. Berkaitan dengan pelajaran bahasa Inggris, siswa berinteraksi dengan temannya dengan membicarakan kegiatan yang ditanyakan guru, mendiskusikan pertanyaan guru, dan menanyakan kata atau ungkapan yang sulit.

The Co-working space and Food Hall in jakarta is a facility that designed based on the needs and development of creative economy business that growing rapidly but there are no adequate facilities and support at this time. So the main design problem is how to create space that can convey identity and become an icon of the development of creative economy in Jakarta. Besides the needs for business developers to work productively, this project also raises special design issues, namely how to create social space and green space to support more productivity of users. The design approach used is a general approach and a symbolyc approach using intangible metaphor, taking from the main nature of business startup developers namely innovation. Then, the deepening of space characters is chosen to look at the completion of the needs from different workspaces according to users needs. This facility is different from the workspace in general because it prioritizes intercation space (interaction sapce) and also green space, but does not ignore the privacy needed by each user. Office and Co-working space designs are also supported by facilities such as cafetaria, gathering room, meeting room, and retail. AbstrakRuang Kerja Bersama dan Balai Boga di Jakarta merupakan fasilitas yang didesain didasari oleh kebutuhan serta perkembangan bisnis ekonomi kreatif yang kian pesat namun belum ada fasilitas yang memadai dan mendukungnya saat ini. Sehingga masalah desain utama adalah bagaimana menciptakan ruang yang dapat menyampaikan identitas dan menjadi ikon perkembangan ekonomi kreatif di Jakarta. Selain itu adanya kebutuhan para pengembang bisnis untuk bekerja secara produktif, maka proyek ini juga mengangkat masalah desain khusus yaitu bagaimana menciptakan ruang sosial dan ruang hijau untuk mendukung produktivitas lebih dari user. Pendekatan desain yang digunakan adalah pendekatan umum dan pendekatan simbolik dengan menggunakan intangible metaphore, mengambil dari sifat utama para pengembang bisnis pemula yakni Inovasi. Kemudian, pendalaman karakter ruang dipilih untuk mencermati penyelesaian kebutuhan ruang-ruang kerja yang berbeda sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Fasilitas ini berbeda dengan ruang kerja pada umumnya karena mengutamakan ruang interaksi (interaction space) dan juga ruang hijau, namun tidak mengabaikan privasi yang dibutuhkan setiap pengguna. Desain kantor dan ruang kerja bersama juga didukung dengan fasilitas seperti cafetaria, ruang berkumpul, ruang rapat, dan juga retail.

Sistem manajemen mutu pendidikan ISO 21001:2018 merupakan sistem yang diharapkan mampu memberikan keefektifan dan keefesienan pada pengelolaan institusi Pendidikan. Untuk itu, Akademi Telkom Jakarta saat ini akan melakukan pergantian standar mutu dari ISO 9001:2015 ke ISO 21001:2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan institusi dalam penerapan sistem mutu yang baru dan mengetahui titik lemah dalam pelaksanaan sistem mutu sebelumnya. Metode gap analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui kesenjangan penerapan 7 standar iso 21001:2018 (standar 4 sampai dengan 10). Sedangkan metode Intercative model diginakan untuk menganalisa penerapan sebelas prinsip ISO 21001:2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gap analysis mendapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 85,24%. Skoring dari nilai ini adalah penerapan standar dari setiap klausul diajalankan dengan baik dengan catatan tidak konsisten. Sedangkan hasil interactive model, dari sebelas prinsip dijalankan dengan baik kecuali prinsip ke-tiga tentang keterlibatan orang dan prinsip ke-empat tentang pendekatan proses. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Akademi Telkom Jakarta dapat melanjutkan sertifikasi ISO 21001:2018. Karena telah memenuhi standar dan prinsip sistem manajemen mutu Pendidikan. Akan tetapi perlu sedikit peningkatan pada komitmen dan pengelolaannya.

Background. Research has shown that musculoskeletal disorders were most commonly found in children aged 4 to 6 years (Daniusevičiūtė-Brazaitė et al., 2019). Therefore, if these negative trends continue, the growing health problems will pose a greater threat to human well-being and become a serious financial burden on the state and society. Currently, technologies are an integral part of everyday life, so the need for interactive games or animated programs cannot be doubted. Research (Lobel et al., 2016) showed that the use of play-based intervention for children significantly improves fine and visual motor performance. Hence, it is important to identify the possible factors to pre-school children’s irregular posture formation. Methods. Thirty children (15 girls and 15 boys) aged 5.6 ± 0.6 years (mean ± SD) participated voluntarily in the study. Interview method was used as a questionnaire for preschool children to determine the level of children’s physical activity, the characteristics of interactive animated educational gaming programs, their impact and motivation when engaging in game programs. Also the assessment of the biomechanical applicability of physical exercises was measured using an inclinometer and Myoton 3 system for muscle tone, elasticity and stiffness, as well as posture assessment. The methods were applied before and after the experiment. Results. All children liked the exercises of intercative animated program on the first (before) day of the study, and 98% answered on the last (after) day of the study. A greater proportion (67%) reported feeling excited when doing the exercises of the interactive animated program for the first time, whereas on the last day of the study, 48% reported feeling excited and 37% happy. Muscle stiffness scores increased on the last (post) day of the study. High measurement reliability was established for all muscle stiffness measurements. Conclusion. The exercises of the interactive animated game program were engaging – all the participants willingly performed the exercises and strong emotions such as excitement, surprise, fun/mischief prevailed during the exercises. The exercises of the interactive animated game program were performed correctly. The measured results of muscle frequency, elasticity and stiffness increased on the last day of the study. The main purpose of this study is: To compare the improvement of students’ Mathematics Reasoningbetween students who learn with Project Base Learning and students who learn mathematics conventionally based on learning class and Early Mathematics Ability (EMA). Besides that, the purpose of this study is to reveal the intercation between learning class and EMAtoward Mathematics Reasoningand students’ attitude after Project Base Learning is applied. Quasy experiment method is used in this study with quantitative data that collected through students’ ability test and questionnaire of students’ attitude. Meanwhile, qualitative data is gained from students’ interview. This study is conducted at two classess with class X Mathematics-Economy 1 as experiment class of ability test and X Mathematics-Economy 2 as control class. The data collection employed in this study is students’ ability test, questionnaire of students’ attitude, and interview. The findings indicate that: 1) The improvement of students’ Mathematics Reasoningwho learn with Project Base Learning is better than students who learn mathematics conventionally; 2) The improvement of students’ Mathematics Reasoningwho learn with Project Base Learning is better than students who learn mathematics conventionally, as seen from early mathematics ability (highly and lowly); 3) There is no interaction between early mathematics ability (EMA) and types of learning toward mathematics ability; 4) Students give positive attitude after learning project based is applied.

We theoretically investigate the energy band structure, nonlinear Landau–Zener tunneling dynamics and tunneling probability of spin-orbit coupled Bose–Einstein condensates in a one-dimensional accelerating optical lattice by using mean-field and two-mode approximation. The critical condition for the appearance of the loop structure is obtained numerically in parameter planes. When the intraspecies atomic interaction is less than the interspecies atomic interaction, the loop only appears in the lower band. In this case, Raman coupling inhibits the appearance of loop, while spin-orbit coupling (SOC) promotes the appearance of loop. If the intraspecies atomic interaction is larger than interspecies atomic interaction, the loop can appear in either the upper band or the lower band. In this case, Raman coupling promotes the loop appearing in the lower band, while SOC suppresses the loop appearing in upper band. Interestingly, when the interspecies atomic interaction is equal to the intraspecies atomic interaction, there is a critical atomic intercation value determined by the optical lattice depth, only when the intraspecies atomic interaction is greater than the critical value, the loop will occur only in lower band. Especially, the emergence of the loop structure destroys the Bloch oscillation of the system and results in the nonlinear Landau–Zener tunneling of the system. Furthermore, the Landau–Zener tunneling probability of the system is calculated, and it is found that the nonlinear Landau–Zener dynamics and the tunneling probability can be manipulated by SOC and Raman coupling.

Teaching learning process is a two-sided process which occures significantly. It will run well if teachers could give positive influence to their students based on their level of competency. In general, the influence covers cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric aspects. To have an effective process of teaching, teachers should be skillful in using appropriate method, media, and evaluation as well as all the supporting elements to make the intercative process could occur in the classroom. In teaching learning process, teacher should play active roles, so does students. In the classroom, teacher often face many problems, among others, there are still students who are lack of understanding to the material taught. Related to that, teacher should do remedial to the students aiming at diagnosing the students’ problem in mastering the concept. By doing so, they would know whether the instructional tools, or method, media, and evaluation technique are not appropriate to their students. From the literature review done , it is found that teachers should do the remedial teaching to their students. Besides, in order to set an active, creative, innovative, and fun teaching learning situation, teachers should have some competencies.

A gamma-pyrone derivative, comenic acid, activates the opioid-like receptor-mediated signaling pathway that modulates the NaV1.8 channels in the primary sensory neuron membrane. These channels are responsible for generation of the nociceptive signal; gamma-pyrones can therefore have a great therapeutic potential as analgesics, and this effect deserves a deeper understanding. The novelty of our approach to the design of a medicinal substance is based on a combination of the data obtained on living neurons using very sensitive physiological methods and the results of quantum-chemical calculations. This approach allows to correlate the molecular structure of gamma-pyrones with their ability to evoke a physiological response of the neuron. Comenic acid can bind two calcium cations. One of them is chelated by the carbonyl and the hydroxyl functional groups, while another one forms the salt bond with the carboxylate anion. Calcium-bound gamma-pyrones are fundamentally different in electrostatic properties from the free gamma-pyrone molecules. These two calcium ions are the key elements involved in ligand-receptor binding. It is very likely ion-ionic interactions between these cations and anionic functional groups of the opioid-like receptor that activate the latter. The calculated intercationic distance of 9.5 Å is a structural criterion for effective ligand-receptor binding of calcium-bound gamma-pyrones.
