The systematic cause of integration crisis within politics of immigration in France, is related to persistence of intercultural asymetric relations. Confronted to this crisis, we have proposed the central concept of culture augmentée. Culture augmentee is the internally capacity of every culture, because of his nature and his form, to develop and universalize his self; by integrating symmetricaly the others sociocultural entities. The symmetrical integration or co-learning multilateral and pluridimensionnal facilitates the enrichment important for the authentic developpement and for universalisation of the cultural amounts. The symmetric integration implies and amplifies the systematic proceeds working in the universal faculty of learning, which constitutes the culture universal form. In fact, learn means integration. Those processes are: the argumented discussion or inter-understanding; the intelligent and critical practice or reappropraition by trial error protocol throughout operative and multimodal relations; the co-construction or co-validation and operationnalization of different cultural amounts

In this thesis, we are interested in modeling diffraction of electromagnetic waves by axisymmetric and highly heterogeneous objects. Our method consists in a coupling between partial differential equations and integral equations. This idea is mainly interesting for two reasons : heterogeneities are handled naturally in the formulation and integral equations give an analytical representation of solutions outside the object based on surface currents.These advantages allow us to limit the domain of simulation to the object itself. In addition,using Fourier series combined with the rotational invariance property of the object, the 3D problem is reduced to a countable set of 2D problems. The study of these problems is split into several parts. Each part has to deal with aspecific problem as for example the numerical integration of singular integrals which is difficult to achieve. As a first step, we study time-harmonic Maxwell’s equations in a bounded domain for which we develop a new high-order finite element method and present its efficiency and accuracy on many examples. Secondly, we consider the diffraction of plane waves by perfect electric conductors to analyse integral equations for these kind of object.The boundary finite element method applied is defined by extension of the previous one via tangential trace operator. Then, we solve the coupled problem using a well chosen formulation based on the previous studies for which our finite element method is naturally adapted by construction. In order to evaluate its efficiency, a comparison is performed between our program « AxiMax » and one based on a purely 3D model. To conclude, in the last two chapters, we present the numerical integration method and the multi-processing algorithm developed in AxiMax. In all cases, we put forward the fact that our finite element method provides accurate results depending on the quality of the simulation parameters

The main purpose of this thesis is to study real singularities using arguments from motivic integration as initiated by S. Koike and A. Parusiński and then continued by G. Fichou. In order to classify real singularities, T.-C. Kuo introduced the blow-analytic equivalence which is an equivalence relation on real analytic germs without moduli for isolated singularities. This notion is closely related to the notion of arc-analytic maps introduced by K. Kurdyka, thus it is natural to adapt arguments from motivic integration to the study of the relation. The difficulty lies in finding efficient ways to prove that two germs are equivalent and in constructing invariants that distinguish germs which are not in the same class. We focus on the blow-Nash equivalence, a more algebraic notion which was introduced by G. Fichou. The first part of this thesis consists in an inverse theorem for blow-Nash maps. Under certain assumptions, this ensures that the inverse of a homeomorphism which is blow-Nash is also blow-Nash. Such maps are involved in the definition of the blow-Nash equivalence. In the second part, we associate a power series to an analytic germ, called the zeta function of the germ. This construction generalizes the zeta functions of Koike-Parusiński and Fichou. Furthermore, it admits a convolution formula while being an invariant for the blow-Nash equivalence

With the development of offshore activities, the costs of maintenance and monitoring of offshore plants in terms of crew members, boats, and money have greatly increased and are still growing dramatically. This encouraged the development of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). These are still very expensive because of the numerous high-end sensors they need to embark on to accomplish their missions. Thus their number is relatively low. Therefore research is made to develop low-cost AUVs that could be produced in a larger amount to perform the same missions. This thesis comes within the scope of this research field. One of the main problems when dealing with AUVs is the localisation of the vehicle which will be the one addressed throughout this work. To tackle it, we present a new guaranteed integration method, which is more robust to the uncertainties on the initial condition than the ones currently available, based on Lie symmetries. This method is first presented through different simple theoretical examples. We then apply it to a localisation problem in a robotic context
