The community of Jelcz–Laskowice has been transformed from industrial society into informative society due to the rapid growth of electronic information and using communication and information technologies. This change is a very important element which ensures the quick and balanced socioeconomic development of the town.The aim of this research is to show the process of formation and functioning of the informative society in Jelcz–Laskowice. Some factors which have influenced formation and development of the informative society in the town are analyzed in this study. The author also characterizes the process of community transition from industrial to informative society. The citizens of Jelcz–Laskowice frequently use information technology not only at work, but also in private life. Having analyzed the society of Jelcz–Laskowice as an informative society, to study its formation the author used some selected rates. The research mainly focuses on the questions of accessing and using such technologies.

Sometimes information needs to be interactive and informative for people to be able to understand and catch the meaning or comprehension of it which is written in booklets, course materials or topics discussed through social media or classroom. Portion of multimedia elements that make information so valuable and accepted by students or a society is the one we called image, an important element that mainly acts as a communication line for transferring information. For better conveying, users or students usually change and modify an original image into a good quality image through image processing. Even in Electrical Engineering field image takes an important role because it used to represent a device, network, tool, component or system in brief description. A good and informative image facilitates the development of knowledge, clear information and supple communication. The idea is about informative image that merely focuses on parts of an image that need to be emphasized and showed to the audiences. This paper is conducted a research to create an informative image using three features: brightness, contrast, and picture effect. The research methodology is literature study, practice experience, and image processing method. The output gives a positive outcome and could help people to improve their skills in designing or editing a new excellent apparent of image for the purpose of information and communication.

The economic aspects of relations between an individual and society as the core of development of information society consisting of two new classes − netocrats and consumers are analyzed. The dual attitude of netocrats to scientists is noted. Different approaches to the problem of «planned obsolescence» of household objects are considered. It is emphasized that consumption stimulated by the aggressive impact of information technologies on people depresses their lives, thus destroying the environment. It is concluded that active online advertising attracts individuals to the rows of the consumer. The control over personal data of the computer can turn into a system of estimates of an individual's loyalty.

This article analyzes contemporary writings on the philosophy of information with special attention to the concept of informational scepticism. The author of the concept, Luciano Floridi, supposes that scepticism that arises as the result of the attempt to differentiate real and virtual objects in modern information society is epistemologically harmless, since the difference between the real and the virtual does not have any specific informative content. This article points out logical and epistemological difficulties of this theoretical viewpoint and proposes a way of overcoming them.

In the information society the knowledge becomes a commodity treated as a good – equal ormore valuable than material possessions. Knowledge delivered to society thanks to technologicalprogress – for example the Internet – makes it possible to execute a strategy for developmentservice of storing, transmitting and processing information. In Poland developmentaldisproportions result from the cultural heritage of socialism which directly influences the rateof economic and social changes. Catch up on developmental backlogs it benefit from buildinginformative society on the basis of others' experience. The development of informative and telecommunications technology accelerates the labor market transformations and creates newform of employment. In Poland labor structure is still behind the modern structures in high-developed countriesthat is why we hope that integration of European Union with Poland forces the necessity ofbuilding new informative systems which aid the development of economy and arrangingefficient administration by using informative technology. As a priority it is decided to createconditions where everyone has access to information, shaping society's consciousness and development of intellectual and economic potential.

Objectives. To get a deeper knowledge of the informative accompaniment being a tool to get social reforms adopted. Background. Sociocultural dynamics as for the fluctuations of modernity in a new fashion pose the problems of government democratization, public control over it, being some part of the citizens commissioned. The appearance of modern informative and communicative technologies gives an opportunity to complete certain ways of social management using the new communicative formats and some types of social activity implying the transition to the subjects of the society being self-organized on the basis of jointly constructed public opinion. Methodology. A synergistic approach is used within the framework of which the society is regarded as a text constructed by a collective author on the basis of a sociocultural project it has. It made social reforms possible like some corrections of this project proposed by one of the subjects of the society being grouped. Conclusions. The informative accompaniment of the reforms is analyzed in a dual context: it is a necessary component of the process to get reforms adopted which become a part of some processes the society is being modernized as it turns out. It has led to an expansion of its interpretations when in addition to spreading of some information about the reforms and organizing some communications with a potential audience being interested in reforms’ promoting, the informative accompaniment becomes a part of some processes the society to be self-organized. In this case, it’s a feedback tool allowing different subjects to introduce some changes into proposed projects of the modernized society. The expansion of the informative accompaniment has been traced meaning its path from the tool of the customer, adapted for the solution of its goals, to the tool of the collective participant of social reforms, attracted with the perspectives of their application becoming a tool for the self-development of the society, allowing all the subjects of the society to be involved into this process.

An article presents selected theoretical and empirical aspects of functioning information in social and economical dimensions of contemporary democratic political systems. Quantitative and qualitative levels of analysis were highlighted. New developmental forms of the information society were the object of consideration. Some skills related to the use of information and communication technologies were presented. The labour market’s situation in the digital economy was include in the analysis. Profession of the information broker was used as an empirical example of that situation. Lastly, a sequential model of information broker’s activity was proposed.

Modern political processes in Ukraine are characterized not only dynamic but also expansion of circle of subjects, improvement of existing and claim of new institutes of the state and institutes of civil society. In the article the institutional providing of informative human rights and freedoms is investigated in Ukraine. Authors are carry out the analysis of international normatively-legal documents and norms of the Ukrainian legislation, the generally accepted principles and standards of realization of informative human rights are certain in that.
Investigating the features of the institutional system of providing of informative human rights and freedoms, authors came to the conclusion, that a key role in her belongs to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, President of Ukraine, executive bodies, organs of local self-government, and also institutes of public society, that execute the plenary powers in obedience to the norms of legislation. On the basis of analysis of normative constituent of functioning of informative sphere, it should be noted that providing of informative human rights and freedoms is expressed in the legislative guarantees of freedom of speech and access to information for every citizen. In the practical measuring, a person has a right freely to expound the political looks that does not conflict with the norms of constitution, and also without difficulty to get complete and objective information.

The accumulated human knowledge becomes available in electronic format. Universal access to the global network is changing modern methods of teaching, education, and management. Learners are ready to use network technologies quite consciously and intuitively. The aim of the study is to identify and design the links between the development of modern society and the higher education system via information and communication technologies. The novelty of the study lies in the identification of an informative-conscious approach in the higher education system as an independent one. The study was conducted on the basis of the application of theoretical research methods. The methodological basis of the study was conceptual approach and an appeal to the origins of modern education informatization. In the field of the conducted research, aimed at the social-philosophical analysis of pedagogical activities and education, the close causality of the development of education from the development of the modern society informatization was educed. In the higher education system was individualized informative-conscious approach, that is based on the field of information and communication technologies and has the basis of an informative identity.

Abstract This article provides a comparative analysis of the content of Bachelors’ in Tourism informative training in Ukrainian and Polish experience. The content of Bachelors’ in Tourism informative training in Ukraine and Poland has been analyzed. The content of subjects, namely, “Information Technologies in Tourism” and “The Foundations of Bachelors’ in Tourism Information Culture” being the basis of Bachelors’ in Tourism informative training in Ukraine has been justified. It has been concluded that the study of foreign experience in specialists’ professional training, in particular, specialists’ in tourism, that requires critical analysis of achievements in education systems abroad and outlining of positive aspects of such experience, is extremely necessary for the development of higher education in Ukraine as the implementation of new information technologies into educational process creates optimal conditions for the forming of students’ information culture that is not limited to knowledge and skills in the field of information processing and implies the development of the personality, his/her preparation for professional careers in the information society.

Academic community service (KKN – kuliah kerja nyata) normally involves on-field activities and interaction between students and local communities. The emerge of covid-19 pandemic led to social distancing, a less ideal situation for on-field community service. Meanwhile, the advance of information technology brought society toward the fifth era. At this situation, the concept of society 5.0 was applied on community service conducted in Kulon Progo district, Yogyakarta. Programs dedicated to improve local community were arranged without direct contact with community members, but utilizing online information to identify the potentials in the location under study and challenges faced by the community. Through literature study, proposed improvement on the potentials and solutions for the problems were developed. The results were presented as ebook or video offering educative and informative contents that can be beneficial for community empowerment.

Modern blogs are means of public influence. The authors analyze communicative strategies, stylistic and lexical means used by Deborrah Blum, journalist and blogger involved in environmental issues discussion. The range of means under consideration is wide due to extreme topical significance. Ecological problems are challenge of modern society and blog’s author attracts contemporaries attention to them. Discourse analysis and content analysis are dominant research methods. The author of the blog, having an expert status uses such communicative strategies as regulative, metacommunicative, informative and modal-evaluative. Informative and influential potential of blogs is caused both by topical acuteness and virtual communication participants feedback, their joint and collective authorship. Blog discourse emphasizes topical social issues. Contemporary blog is of both informative and evaluative character. Virtual communication depicts cognitive and mental patterns of the Internet communication typical participants in information epoch.

I develop a signaling model of mass political action. I establish that rational, self-interested individuals may have incentives to engage in costly political action despite a free-rider problem. Their political actions are informative for a political leader who rationally takes a cue from the size of the protest movement. However, some information is trapped in extremist and rationally apathetic pockets of the society. Some extremists take political action regardless of their private information, to manipulate the political leader's decision. Others abstain hoping to benefit if the leader makes an uninformed decision. Rationally apathetic moderates abstain because, being nearly indifferent between the policy alternatives, they do not find it worthwhile to incur the cost of taking action. Only activist moderates take informative political action. The political leader discounts the observed turnout for extremist political action and shifts policy if the estimated number of activist moderates exceeds a critical threshold.

Finding out specific of socialization of a person under the conditions of virtualization of social processes is considered to be very actual nowadays. The problem of social virtual reality is becoming the subject of scientific research, but the social abilities of a given reality has been analyzed by scientists not enough yet. In the article much attention is paid to revealing the essence of the virtual reality on the one hand, but one should think it in a wide sense, connecting this only with computerizing the society, with Internet using, but on the other hand it different spheres of society related to it. The main constructive fact is the essence explanation of the virtual reality via the distribution in the society the so-called simulating processes and phenomena which may be connected with computerizing or may be out of it. The formation of the mass information culture of the mass man demonstrated the transition of society to a qualitatively different degree, associated with the emergence of a new type of personality, which is endowed with specific properties and characteristics, stereotypes of behavior and social functions. In other words, a person becomes a part of virtual reality, in which the phenomena and events of real and virtual space merge into a single whole. Virtuality is a phenomenon that can be interpreted not only as a result of human immersion in the information field, but also as an artifact of culture, created under the influence of information and reflecting the formation of a new type of communication. In modern socio-humanitarian knowledge, there are two approaches to defining the concept of «virtual reality». According to the first position, virtualization does not necessarily mean the replacement of reality by its image (simulation) with the help of computer technology. Thus, the virtualization of society and the formation of a network culture, on the one hand, complicate, and on the other - enrich the process of forming a personal identity. Virtual reality creates new opportunities for constructing identity, expanding the number of «others» with whom a person interacts. Network or virtual identity cannot be considered as independent entities, as subjects of behavior and activity, as alternatives to «real» personal identity. This is just one aspect of identity, the result of self-presentation of the individual in cyberspace.

Accounting for Taste examines the history of the US Food and Drug Administration's regulation of markets through labels as a form of public–private infrastructure, built through the ceaseless work (and antagonisms) of public regulators, the food industry, and expert advisors. From public hearings on setting “standards of identity” for foods to rule making on informative labels like the Nutrition Facts panel, it links a narrow history of institutional change in food regulation to broader cultural anxieties of twentieth-century America, arguing that the recurrence to informative labels as a political solution reflects a transformation in not only scientific understandings of dietary risk but also cultural understandings about the responsibility of consumers. In describing this “informational turn” in food politics, the dissertation foregrounds the important role of intermediaries, specifically consumer and health experts, and intermediate spaces, such as labels, in the framing of political debates about the production and consumption of everyday goods.

The need of introduction the e-learning course “Academic skills” for the third
year students-physicists after their having completed a two-years compulsory
English course is substantiated in the article. The course contributes
to further communicative competence forming. It implies informative foreign
language reading skills development. This could allow engineering students
to better understand general and complex scientific notions while reading
articles on their future speciality. The author considers e-learning to be in
demand in our modern society and this form of getting education distantly is
regarded as most popular one successfully involved in educational milieu.
It is e-learning developed within INFOMEPHIST system based on Moodle
and having strong methodical, didactical and technical support that became
popular in National Research Nuclear University (Moscow Engineering
Physics Institute). The announced e-learning course is expected to be inserted
in the unique education environment of the University.

Freedom of getting information is also one of democracy state’s features since it is expected to stimulate participation of citizen. Furthermore, if there is more public information which can be got freely, it will strengthen the tendency of the change of society type into informative society. Indonesia tried to facilitate its citizens by providing such a basic bill in order to access public information. As a communication policy, this regulation has been implemented since its validity 2 years ago. This implementation of policy such as Bill No. 14 of 2008 talks about Transparency of Public Information become such a complicated problem. Problem related to regulation’s article which has to be as operational as possible when it will be implemented and also about its accuracy are factors that become a success key for public policy implementation involved the communication policy.

The institution of permissible use of protected works (fair use) for informative purposes is one of the exceptions provided for in the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights which stipulates the possibility to use the copyrighted work beyond the limits set by its author (copyright owner). Regulated – above all – in art. 25 of the Copyright Act, it is intended to constitute the basis for the rapid dissemination of information, which is particularly important for the functioning of the information society. The author presents the conditions under which the indicated legal institution can be used, problems resulting from its use and proposals for their resolution. Over 1,500 respondents from a national online survey were randomly assigned one of five sources of written information about currently and formerly incarcerated people (CFIP) (three informative pieces and two sets of incarceree poetry). They then reported their views toward them and support for reentry policies. While no differences in support for reentry initiatives across conditions were uncovered, those reading poetry with a humanizing theme applied the least amount of stigma toward currently/formerly incarcerated people.

During natural and other types of disasters, our society has an acute need of reliable information which will reveal the essence of the threat in a timely manner, relieve panic tensions and mobilise society for survival in diffi cult conditions. In such conditions the mass media are called upon to play an informative role - their main goal is to reduce the level of uncertainty. However, often in extreme situations, the media become sources of false and biased information submitted out of time. As a result, the fl ow of rumors and false assumptions is growing - that contributes to the spread of public panic and loss of media confi dence. Analysis of the media work on the coverage of the environmental disaster that occurred in August 2018 in the Crimean city of Armyansk will reveal the shortcomings and diffi culties in the work of the media and will provide an opportunity to develop an eff ective strategy for information support of acute tragic events which aff ect large populations in order to reduce the destructive eff ects.

The issue of merging Islamic banking in Indonesia is important as an effort to increase market share and competitiveness, while the social responsibility practice of Islamic banking in Indonesia is in the lowest rank among Southeast Asian Muslim countries. Are two things important for public confidence in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, which has a less informative predicate and not implementing social activities performance. Purpose this paper to explaine implementation of social responsibility for state-owned Islamic banking. Qualitative descriptive research method using Ethnographic Content Analysis (ECA) technique from annual reports with purposive sampling technique are BNI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri and BRI Syariah at 2014-2018 using the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) Index by AAOIFI. The results showed are funding and investment with (68.89%), products and services (91.11%), employees (68.72%), society (75.15%), environment (46.67%), and corporate governance (88.44%), a whole revealed that the social responsibility of state-owned Islamic banking (73.16%). Conclusion predicate of implementing social responsibility is very informative (products and services as well as corporate governance), informative (funding and investment, employees, community) and less informative (environment) so that the implementation of social responsibility in state-owned Islamic banking is informative in the order of BSM, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah,

Nowadays media formation in architecture complements the conceptual approach to the creation of new objects, formation and development of urban spaces and helps to maintain communication with historical objects. The genesis of media architecture and its evolution during the human history is studied. Media formation is analyzed on three levels: a level of the city, a level of the public space and the level of architectural objects. Their features are identified. The connection between the media formation of architecture and political, social, cultural events that took place in the life of society has been established. Information is revealed as constant characteristics of architecture and urban spaces. The idea of the semantics of architecture and urban spaces is formed. The role of historical conditions of media formation in modern architectural practice is clarified because there are new requirements to the information essence and role of architecture in the life of society in conditions of modern design.

The purpose of this work was to study the influence of the computer environment on the cognitive activity and communicative abilities of students of a non-lingual university. Using ed.ted.com, Google test, Augmented Reality technology, QR code and some interactive methods (Case Study, Sinquain), we simulated the content of language education in the format of an academic class and developed methodological recommendations for introducing new approaches to foreign language learning side by side with traditional methods.

Essi Viding is Professor of Developmental Psychopathology at the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences, University College London where she co-directs the Developmental Risk and Resilience Unit. She is also adjunct faculty at Yale University Medical School Child Study Centre. Her research combines a variety of methodologies in an effort to chart different developmental pathways to persistent antisocial behaviour. Professor Viding has received several prizes for her work, including the British Academy Wiley Prize in Psychology, the British Psychological Society Spearman Medal, and the Royal Society Rosalind Franklin Award.To progress our understanding of how psychopathology develops, we need to combine different analytical approaches within a longitudinal, developmental, genetically informative framework. In this talk I will provide a brief overview of neurocognitive and genetically informative research into developmental risk for conduct disorder. I will use this overview as a framework for considering how atypical neurocognitive functioning may serve to generate and maintain maladaptive social interactions. I will argue that neurocognitive studies can inform our understanding of individuals as active agents in the generation of particular social ecologies and that unlocking the mechanisms of gene-environment and environment- environment correlation will be of key importance. Advances in this area of research have scope to inform theoretical understanding, as well as interventions designed to help children at risk of developing a disorder and their families.

Abstract We report the findings of a diachronic study of 100 research paper abstracts published in four different periods (from 1943 to 2018) in Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, one of the most prestigious astrophysics journals written in English. Our main results show that research paper abstracts have evolved over time in the sense that they have become longer, more informative and more precise. They also reveal an overall increase in the number of authors, active and modal verbs, self-mentions and compound groups per total number of words. Likewise, compound structures are becoming more and more complex. These outcomes may be explained in terms of a rising collaboration scenario and an attempt to increase authors’ visibility.

In the previous article [1], the authors considered the impulse wave mechanism of the interaction of mass media and the society as of a receiving side. An information impulse is an important factor of the aggregative state change of the respective societies. This impulse is changing continuously in accordance with the aims and objectives of the managing subject and with susceptibility of the managed object. In the 90’s, mass media as a means of society coordination got a significant bias towards negative news. Hostile issues (groundless and paid-for ones) became more important than positive news. The consequence was the loss of social optimism and the growth of intercommunal propensity towards conflict. Thus, the return to positive content of mass media is an issue of convalescent rehabilitation of the society and of its strategic survival. The above mentioned drawback of mass media, which appeared during the crisis of the 90’s, should be overcome by the managing subject with the use of totally new information impulses generators which take into account the modern realities of the media space. Mass media should not only reflect the moral character of the society, they should also provide a positive (sometimes ideal) focus to be oriented at. In the article, a hypothesis is suggested that the next stage of mass media development should be connected with four-component informative images which are combined into continued video sequences. The authors assume that the modern rapidly developing Internet networks can cause synergetic amalgamation of physically oriented, emotional, intellectual and axiological impulses. The common ethics of the individuals generating such impulses can become a basis of this amalgamation. Supposedly, the new synergetic impulse can overcome the destructive nature of the modern mass media and start a new form of society coordination.

AbstractThis article focuses on ‘generic moments of becoming’, historical sedimentation and patterns of recurrent protests to explain the structural drivers that sparked the dramatic increase in urban protests and riots in Niger between 2013 and 2018. It identifies several factors in the country's socio-political configuration as particularly important for understanding the protests: new media and politics by proxy, political machines, the social and political embeddedness of civil society, ethnicity and regional political strongholds, the legacy of Françafrique, religious reform movements, and male youth violence. In examining these drivers, the article aims to provide an informative overview of contemporary politics and society in Niger and to counter culturalist, ahistoric and Eurocentric notions of ‘African disorder’.

Renowned international and national speakers provided comprehensive updates, workshops and insights into novel scientific topics covering various areas of sport nutrition and strength and conditioning science. We were fortunate to have a wide range of speakers and presenters from all areas—strength training, conditioning to prevent injuries and improve performance, nutrition and supplementation for fitness and high-performance sports. A data-flash and poster session allowed for the presentation of the latest results of current research. Most importantly, the meeting provided ample opportunities to bring people together to discuss practical questions related to training and nutrition and plan scientific projects. The paper attempts to determine the place and role of ego - documents in historical source studies. Specific source material (memoirs of Akmolin detainees' detention camps for the wives of traitors to the Motherland) describes the features of this type of documents in historical, psychological, linguistic aspects. It is proposed to determine the following by the results of intelligence: first, ego - documents are described as part of a group of sources known in the scientific classification as sources of personal origin; second, the use of ego documents, according to the author, will enhance anthropocentric approaches to the study of particular topics and problems, especially those associated with periods of radical change in society, which have had mostly tragic consequences for individuals and families. These are the events of the 1930s, the Great Terror; thirdly, the reference to ego exclusively - the documents artificially narrows the original base of the study, and therefore offers a comprehensive approach to its definition in order to create an objective and multi-vector picture of our past.
For the researcher, the emergence of a new type of documentary base raises several questions: first, whether the term "ego - document" is not simply a modern synonym for an already established type of documents that we classify as documents of personal origin; secondly, what is the peculiarity of this type of documents, and, finally, thirdly, what information load the said documents carry. We will try to answer these questions in this paper, because that is exactly how we have defined its purpose.
In domestic historiography, interest in "ego - documents" has become particularly noticeable with the intensification of oral history research, which aims at "knowing and understanding the individual experience of man as the main protagonist of history", even if the term is rarely used by researchers.
It is these peculiarities that determine the significance of these documents for the researcher, because they make it possible to grasp the whole tragedy of the situation at that time, to understand the inner world of ordinary people, to define the true and not demonstrably propaganda features of the "Soviet man".

Information on the language and history of Iraqi Turkomen people was provided in the second section.In the third section, information was given about hoyrat chantsof Kirkuk Turcomen oral literature, which are types of verses consisting of stanzas that reflect the view of lifeand philosophy of the society,and narratethe emotions and reflections in a literary style, and the types of hoyrat chants in terms of format and structure. In addition to this, information was provided on the types ofhoyrat chants,which are essentialliterary elements to sustain the traditions and customs, culture, language,and history of Kirkuk Turcomenand pass them from generation to generation.Information on the qualitative methodused in the study and the population and sampling of the study was given in the fourth section.The fifth section presented information in the findings and interpretations sectionon hoyrat chants,whichexpressadvice and interpreted forty-seven hoyrat chants compiledin this context. In the sixth section, as a result, the hoyrat chants, which reflect the Turcomen spirit, their national feelings,and cultures, are at every stage of the Turcomen lives with their educational, instructive,and informative aspects. At the same time, hoyrat chants are an important form of historical oral literature that especially ensure preservation of national unity and solidarity, sharing of feeling and thoughts, sustaining traditions and customs and raising awareness of the society through advice. In this context, the evaluation of the reflections of hoyrat chants with themes of advice on the societywas madeby emphasizing the place and importance of hoyrat chants in the lives of the Turcomen society. This study aimed to contribute to the transfer of values and features of hoyrat chants that are a cultural heritage to future generations.

Peculiarities of leading Japan professional associations of specialists in information technologies activities in the aspect of assisting continuity and consistency of professional formation of experts in computer sciences have been defined. Special attention has been paid to the importance of creative analysis and implementation of foreign experience in the specialists’ training for the professional activity in the sphere of information technologies on the territory of Ukraine. Directions for upgrading higher education in our country and the prospects for subsequent research of the professional training practice of specialists in computer sciences have been outlined.

The Internet is changing the face of political campaigns in the United States; not since the introduction of television have the tools used to communicate with the electorate changed so notably. This study uses the 2004 campaign websites created by the Democratic primary candidates and President George W. Bush to evaluate both the ways in which websites can help voters participate in democratic decision-making, and the ways in which websites may help candidates gain public support. We find that, given a list of 41 criteria deemed important to an informative, participatory and easy to use website, the average candidate's site earned just over half the possible points. Still, initial correlation analyses suggest that better websites may mean more votes on Election Day.
