Agricultural lands of the Russian Federation are intensively subjected to degradation and desertification as a result of irrational economic activity, which, against the background of unfavorable climatic factors, led to the destruction of natural ecosystems, degradation of the soil cover and ultimately to the creation of the unfavorable ecological environment. About 65 % of 130 million hectares of arable land, are exposed to water and wind erosion. Only by water erosion, 10 % of arable land lost 30–60 % of fertility and almost 25 % lost 10–30 %. As a result of deflation 25million hectares of agricultural land in the European part of the Russian Federation are degraded to varying degrees. The concept of the anti-degradation arrangement proposes to use environmental-economic geoinformational monitoring. Within the framework of this approach, the development of cartographic and mathematical models in three time environments is proposed: pre-agricultural, modern degraded, and certainly improved condition. The ecological and economic analysis makes it possible to synthesize information flows and analyze the most important degradation processes. The most important tool for implementing ther adaptive-landscape anti-degradation arrangement of agricultural landscapes is precision farming, which consists of several subsystems: decision-making, monitoring, agronomic techniques, specialized equipment, etc. Computer technologies and telecommunications allow to speed up and optimize production by combining technology and people, which helps reduce costs. Precision agriculture is impossible without using modern advances in collecting, processing and storage of various, often heterogeneous, agricultural information.

The use of information technology in the management of construction projects has become a decisive factor for the successful completion of projects, taking into account time, quality and financial costs. There are challenges in visualizing the planning process and integrating information between stakeholders. The paper considers some aspects of the development trend of information technology in construction. The element base, including the risks arising during the design and construction, associated with the direct use of computer and mathematical models of the object in the design is considered. The generated information models will provide basic information for the participants in the design process, which ultimately will be the basis of the element base of an effective tool for ensuring project life cycle management. The following methods were used: system analysis, logical-mathematical modelling, systems theory, economic-visual modelling, research methods of operations, economic and mathematical methods. A basic block diagram of 4D modelling is presented to minimize the occurrence of risks during design. The model allows considering the possibility of assessing the duration of the project, the level of labour productivity, as well as visualizing the construction process. The presented analysis indicates the importance of using 4D modelling in relation to the life cycle of the object in order to prevent the possibility of construction risks.

The article contains the results of theoretical and practical aspects of researching the level of economic sustainability of regional systems. The conception of modeling the sustainability of the economic system of regional system is proposed, an aggregate of models for determining the level of the economic sustainability of region is formed. The research is aimed at improving the instrumentarium of systemic assessment and forecasting of economic sustainability of regional systems in strategic, tactical and operational directions, allowing to increase the efficiency of the State regulation in conditions of insustainability, inequality and deformed self-organization of regional socio-economic systems, as well as to obtain synergistic effect in ensuring the parameters of mutually coordinated development of components of economic sustainability of region. Taking into account the modern instrumentarium of methods and models for assessing and analyzing the economic sustainability of regional system, a conceptual methodological basis is proposed, the innovative nature of which consists in the application of the methodology of project analysis and business processes, instruments of economic and mathematical modeling, reflecting various systemic aspects according to a number of criteria and components, among which are distinguished the following: financial, technical and technological, personnel and intellectual, communication and information components. The proposed technology for assessing the level of economic sustainability of region includes three stages of research: formation of a set of models to determine the components of assessing the economic sustainability of region; diagnostics of environment threats and modeling of their impact on the level of economic sustainability of region; forecasting the level of sustainability of the regional system. The proposed methodological basis for assessing the economic sustainability of the regional system allows to quickly and adequately solve the problems of diagnosing sustainability and to form managerial decisions for the response of the economic system to the impact of external and internal threats.

An effective alternative for water purification is reverse osmosis (RO). Laboratory-scale RO modeling is widely applied worldwide, and allows the evaluation of the behavior of the system to find the most convenient operating variables to be applied in future industrial scale-ups. Statistical models provide a wide range of information that allows a statistical prediction of the operation of the plant, and allows us to obtain efficiency indices in its development; these are useful in the planning, operation and monitoring process in RO plants. The mathematical models describe the physical behavior of the membrane and allow the identification of optimal operating conditions, taking into account economic aspects, guaranteeing a greater implementation of RO technology in developing countries which have problems with water contaminated with toxic heavy metals. The present work shows a review of different statistical and mathematical models, and the suitability of these in the analysis of RO in the separation of heavy metals in drinking water that can be applied in countries with serious environmental problems. Bolivia and several river basins, such as the Guadalquivir and Milluni, present this type of problem. A comparative method is proposed to establish the advantages and selection criteria to apply the different models in RO.

Companies are more and more dependent on information technology (IT) and the buzzword digitization is present everywhere. Some companies are inventing new business models based on disruptive innovation supported by information technology. Others adapt these business models as followers. All these new business processes and underlying information technology need to be managed, serviced, and supported by IT organizations to ensure business continuity. Traditionally heads of the IT department have been fully responsible for all aspects of IT usage in the company – including IT cost, IT governance, IT & process planning and implementation and IT operation. This results in the fact that there is a need of more intensive business-IT alignment to ensure the adequacy of the overall IT architecture in a company and ensure the economic value contribution of IT as a whole. In the last two decades researchers have investigated the area of CIO effectiveness by doing empirical research looking at IT roles/tasks, interaction and strategic importance of IT, personal background of CIOs. As a side effect some researchers have constructed and used demographic variables both as control and causal variables. This article looks on the comparability and the source of such demographic data especially on the case of Gender information and highest academic title. It also discusses the question if survey results could be compared with representative datasets to evaluate validity of the sample and responses of empirical studies.

The article describes the relevance and feasibility of implementation Data Science courses for leading economics majors: 051 Economics, 075 Marketing, 073 Management. Application of computer technology, mathematical methods and models, statistical analysis in the study process for economics students became routine long time ago, then why is Data Science linked mostly only to the faculties of information technologies? The specificity of economic professions requires the acquisition of skills in the work with large data sets, qualitative evaluation of statistics, predicting a large number of economic phenomena, so the economist of the future should be not only a specialist in the main subject area, but also a specialist in Big Data and Data Mining. The study outlines the underlying background for essential changes. The article analyzes relevant educational and professional programs, blocks of disciplines, providing qualitative assimilation of new information by students and acquisition of those abilities and skills that are needed by the modern specialist in the field of economy and will form student as a serious competitor in the labor market. It has been conducted the analysis of modern international commercial on-line courses, specifying the topics and aspects necessary for the future economics graduates. The logical scheme of Data Science specialties introduction which follows the relevant cycle of the existing disciplines of general and professional training is proposed. Mastering the knowledge of qualitative data analysis and tools for optimal work with them should be one of the main tasks of the methodological system of education and research at the faculties of economics. Modern educational technologies and scientific facilities of universities should help to expand the understanding and perception of the economist, marketologist, and manager profession, because the digital advertising, SMM, social networks, online applications, project management, State in a Smartphone, and other rapid transformations encourage to train not classic specialists, but universals who will be able to adapt quickly to the needs of the future.

The article is devoted to the definition of features and directions of increasing the efficiency of enterprise management with the help of budgeting technology. Research of theoretical and methodological, organizational and practical aspects of budgeting process management is implemented through the introduction of software products. On the theoretical basis of the formation of budgets of enterprises, which are considered from the standpoint of the implementation of management activities through the implementation of management functions: planning, organization, coordination, motivation and control. The stages, sources of information security and features of budgeting in modern conditions are defined. The need for budget activities of enterprises at the strategic and tactical levels. Effective budget execution is proposed to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The article presents further improvement of software implementation based on software budgeting technologies, which are integrated into it SyteLine Budgeting technology (the process of budgeting based on the synthesis of business process management systems). This technique is an effective alternative to traditional structural resource budgeting and is relevant for companies that are on the path of business process reengineering and application of economic and mathematical models of optimal choice, which will allow the company to develop specific tactical (operational) tasks to form a budgeting system. significantly reduce the complexity of budgeting at both the operational level and strategic management. Scientific principles and practical recommendations formulated in the work allow to increase the efficiency of management of organizations of all forms of ownership and activity by creating an automated budget system at the level of divisions and operational processes of the company, which will develop budgeting and methodological approaches to its formation, in particular, with the use of the normative budget of the project.

PurposeThe main purpose of the present study was to improve and develop previously proposed models for Iran telecommunication networks. It should be noted that the six-dimensional (6D) sustainability model used in this study will be a useful and comprehensive model for industries. Since, the new dimension of IT along with the five well-known economic, social, environmental, technical and institutional aspects of organizations is considered to have great impacts on supply chain sustainability; the proposed framework can be practical.Design/methodology/approachAccording to the related literature review, there are two research streams in supply chain management. The first stream is exploratory research, seeking out conceptual discussions in this area. The second one is associated with mathematical models and techniques, aiming to set decision-making rules in this regard (Agrell et al., 2004). In this study, evaluation was performed using the FMEA method as an analytical technique based on the principle of pre-occurrence prevention to identify potential failure factors in sensitive systems (Mohammadfam and Kianfari, 2008).FindingsAfter identifying the risks and causes of the incidence and effects and consequences of risks, preventive and risk control measures and advisory strategies were presented. Customers with 45.76% share in critical risks are threatening to maintain supply chain in these companies. During this study, it was found that 33.9% of the main source of supply chain critical risks was customers, constituting 45.76% of such risks, accompanied by organization, having a 38.88% share of critical risk generation. The study findings also revealed that 33.9% of critical risks were mainly (equally) related to economic and technical aspects of supply chain sustainability in telecommunication networks. Moreover, as a newly-introduced sixth dimension, IT represented 10.17% of critical risks threatening supply chain sustainability in such networks. Critical risks are mainly related to the economic and technical aspects (equally) with the sustainability of the telecommunication networks supply chain. Also, as a new finding and the sixth dimension, 10.17% of the critical risks that threaten the sustainability of the telecommunication networks supply chain have the information technology dimension.Originality/valueThe internet and fixed and mobile data services are provided by several private companies in Iran, which are relatively similar in terms of their supply chains. In order to manage the sustainability of Iran's telecommunication supply chain, telecommunication networks affiliated to Iran Telecommunication Company (ITC), operating in the field of data and internet services and fixed telephone were selected in 31 provinces. The intended networks were also providing an important part of the country's needs including Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran, a subsidiary of Iran's telecommunication networks, as one of the top companies in this industry. Accordingly, all the networks studied in this study needed to be identified with regard to communication sustainability risks, since they provide management solutions to each other by segregating risks. In this study, 68 managers and 72 experts participated in different work teams of telecommunication networks.

Film is an essential expression of a country’s cultural soft power in terms of cross-cultural exchange. In addition, film is also the most direct and favourable means of communication. Along with the expansion and development of the Chinese film market, outstanding animation films have emerged in recent years. Animated films have both artistic and commercial properties and can not only have a cultural impact but can also contribute to economic growth. For this reason, our country is now paying more and more attention to the development of animated films. Specifically, animated films not only represent a country’s cultural soft power and national image, but they are also a symbol of the strength of a country’s cultural industry. As a reflection and extension of China’s culture and ideology, animated films play an important role in enhancing cultural confidence and cultural export. In recent years, China’s economy has shown a steady and sustained growth trend. At the same time, with the rapid development of internet technology, social networking has gradually penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives. Various social networking forums, websites, and sites have emerged. While satisfying a wide range of needs, they also provide information on product reviews, social reviews, and service reviews. These reviews contain feedback from the reviewer about the subject of the review. Tapping into the emotions in these reviews can provide consumers with shopping references and help businesses to optimise their products and improve their business strategies. With the help of modern internet technology and information technology, the modern movie industry, such as Cat’s Eye Movies and other internet entertainment service platforms, has developed a model of online ticketing, offline movie viewing, and online reviews and feedback. The content of the reviews on these movie websites fully reflects the attitudinal views of the movie-going community. These reviews play a decisive role in the box office and the further spread of culture. As a result, in order to better understand the audience’s emotional tendencies and needs, it is necessary to carry out sentiment analysis and deep semantic mining of animated film reviews. As the evaluation of film works considers many factors and is complex and variable, the choice of model is crucial in the process of sentiment analysis. Machine learning models represented by deep neural networks are more tolerant of sentence noise and have strong information discrimination and feature self-learning capabilities. As a result, intelligent machine learning is more advantageous for sentiment classification tasks. This study is a combination of textual data mining and statistical analysis from the perspective of viewers’ comments to study the online reviews of animation films from different countries. At the same time, this research hopes to uncover meaningful information from the film reviews and the gap between Chinese and other countries’ animation films, in order to provide a little help for the rise of domestic animation films.

Teaching econometrics has been studied by a number of researchers, however, there is little information available on the quality of examination and on simplification of tests for demonstration the high-quality knowledge by students in concrete topics of econometrics or mathematical economics.One can note the following main goals of studying the basics of mathematical economics or econometrics by students: forming the notions of mathematical model and of modeling economic processes and phenomena; understanding a role of using mathematical models for economics research and obtaining scientific results; formatting skills for constructing mathematical models in economics, for solving economics problems by mathematical modeling.The main goal of this paper is to simplify test tasks, is to help to students to demonstrate the high-quality knowledge in certain areas of mathematical economics, and also is to construct a system of testing tasks, in which the emphasis was placed on the knowledge and understanding of an algorithm of solving the problem.In the present paper, to quality examine the student knowledge in the basics of mathematical economics, a certain system of tests was constructed and is considered. The main attention is also given to algorithms and techniques of solving some tasks (problems) of mathematical economics. The following topics of mathematical economics are viewed: constructing mathematical models of linear programming, the input-output model, the Monge-Kantorovich transportation problem, the simplex method of linear programming, the graphic method of linear and nonlinear programming, the method of Lagrange multipliers in mathematical optimization. Some primary basic results of studying linear programming, nonlinear programming, and the input-output model are noted.A new system of tests that satisfies the aim of this paper is modeled. The described tests require less time for solving than usual tasks. Here we do not focus on the repetition of auxiliary mathematical knowledge and arithmetic skills. These tests are simplified versions of standard tasks and help students to demonstrate knowledge in the mentioned topics of mathematical economics. The tasks are focused only on the knowledge of basic formulas, techniques, and connections between mathematical objects, economic systems, and their elements.

After this problem, our country’s economy began to focus on economic input and output in the subsequent development process. And, related personnel have also studied the economic input-output technology and model, which is an economic quantitative analysis method that has been widely used in various aspects of the economic field since its emergence. This paper firstly elaborates the theoretical knowledge involved, such as economic data, economic variables, and visualization techniques. Secondly it analyzes the application of scientific visualization techniques in the processing of economic variable data, which includes the techniques of preprocessing, mapping, drawing, and displaying the data. Finally, this paper investigates the application of mathematical models in economic variables input and output and the application of mathematical models in economic research, which can help us to better understand and use the knowledge of economics, thus providing strong support for solving practical problems. The article is devoted to determining the role of economic and mathematical modeling and information technologies in conducting a marketing audit. The importance of a relatively new direction in marketing science – marketing audit – is emphasized. The main areas and directions of its implementation, in particular the audit of marketing environment, strategy, systems, products, as well as marketing functions – goods, prices, advertising, sales promotion, product promotion, sales staff – are identified. Emphasis is placed on key methods of marketing audit, in particular general scientific, general economic, marketing ones, and the directions of their use are determined. The importance of mathematical and statistical methods in making management decisions and solving marketing problems is noted. The main methods that play a key role in solving the tasks of marketing audit, in particular correlation-regression, dispersion, variational, discriminant, factor, cluster analysis methods, are named. It is noted that balance sheet, optimization, network planning methods, inventory management models, demand and consumption modeling, queuing theory, game theory, decision making in the conditions of uncertainty and risk are the main economic and mathematical models in marketing. It is emphasized that information technologies are a key tool in conducting a marketing audit. Modern capabilities of computer technology create the conditions for accurate, high-quality, timely information and provide its high-quality, scientifically sound processing. It is noted that information technologies provide the development and implementation of management decisions. It is substantiated that with the help of information technologies the access of audit specialists to the data and knowledge bases necessary for the analysis, as well as for the implementation of economic and mathematical models, without which it is impossible to imagine a modern marketing audit, is open. It is stated that information technologies have also become a key means of communication, transmission of information, holding operational business meetings and conferences.

Forecasts of the labour market change connected with automation of working places and mass unemployment cause concerns. The task of risk management in the personnel training system for introduction of new information technology is considered. The purpose of the research is development of the methodology based on the models of competences including requirements for safe application of information-measuring systems, as well as for an education level, work experience and permit-to-work documents in new conditions. A complex of new mathematical models, methods and technologies providing safety of the process of information technology introduction owing to the systemic approach to risk minimization is taken as a basis of the methodology. Invariant models provide economic effectiveness of processes of designing the system of safety and planning of educational paths. Models of personal paths of development and classes of competences provide didactic safety. Decision-making methods provide information, psychological, social and economic safety of the process of information technology introduction. The methodology is realised when introducing distance learning technologies in educational organisations of Chelyabinsk and the Chelyabinsk region.

OPTCON is an algorithm for the optimal control of nonlinear stochastic systems which is particularly applicable to economic models. It delivers approximate numerical solutions to optimum control (dynamic optimization) problems with a quadratic objective function for nonlinear economic models with additive and multiplicative (parameter) uncertainties. The algorithm was first programmed in C# and then in MATLAB. It allows for deterministic and stochastic control, the latter with open loop (OPTCON1), passive learning (open-loop feedback, OPTCON2), and active learning (closed-loop, dual, or adaptive control, OPTCON3) information patterns. The mathematical aspects of the algorithm with open-loop feedback and closed-loop information patterns are presented in more detail in this paper.

Abstract The article contains regression mathematical models that describe the effect of mechanical and automatic microclimate control systems on the growth and development of Arbor Acres broiler chickens in Sayan broiler agro-industrial complex in conditions of on-ground keeping. The following microclimate parameters are considered: temperature, humidity, illumination. Cramer-Welch, Wilcoxon criteria are used to test the statistical hypothesis of homogeneity of the two considered samples. The Chow test is taken on the possibility of constructing two different mathematical models of the same type that describe the patterns of development of simulated indicators. Statistical estimates of the significance of the constructed models and factors included in the models are calculated. The Fisher criterion is checked to see the differences in the constructed models and choose a more acceptable one to describe the effect of the microclimate on the production of young birds. The results of regression analysis are interpreted in relation to the subject area under study. Graphical visualization of analysis of initial and output data of built models is performed. Factors are ranked by degree of their effect on the resulting index using elasticity coefficients and share of their influence. The main production indicators are calculated according to the results of population cultivation - average daily growth, absolute growth, relative growth rate, liveability. The article calculates the economic effect in one complete cycle of broiler chickens growing.

Existing approaches to information security do not readily extend to this complex multi-party world. The authors argue for a mathematical model-based framework for the analysis and management of information stewardship that makes explicit both the expectations and responsibilities of cloud stakeholders and the design assumptions of systems. Such a framework supports integrated economic, technology, and behavioural analyses, so providing a basis for a better understanding of the interplay between preferences, policies, system design, regulations, and Service Level Agreements. The authors suggest approaches to constructing economic, technology, and behavioural models and discuss the challenges in integrating them.

Introduction. Mathematical methods and models are an effective tool for studying complex economic systems at different levels of enterprise management. Economic mathematical modelling is actively developing not only as a scien-tific field but also as a means of substantiating management decisions in business, in the analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes and phenomena. In the arsenal of economic and mathematical modelling now are using- modern computing methods and computer technology. Libraries of economic and mathematical models are an integral part of the architecture of decision support systems in specific areas of the economy. The rapid development of computer technology stimulates the emergence and formation of new theoretical volumes and applied areas of modelling.Purpose. Like any large and complex field of knowledge, mathematical modelling is evolving in different direc-tions, acquiring new flexible research methods. Therefore, based on new hardware, technology and software platforms it is necessary to create new information systems using economic and mathematical models in particular for forecasting of enterprise activities.Results. The article analyses the methods of modelling and forecasting the enterprise, considers the principles of software design. Using systems analysis, the design problem was analytically divided into parts. Also were investigated the connections and relationships between these parts, in particular, were implemented the problem tree and the goal tree. Implemented business process modelling performs based on created structural-logical diagrams, namely the IDEF0 dia-gram, which helps to visually display data and information that affect software development, a server part, input data and users. Using the results of research, the authors developed an automated information system for modelling and forecasting the activities of the enterprise, which uses models of Holt, Brown, exponential smoothing and Box-Jenkins for modelling. Part of the developed system is a designed software product that implements the objectives of the research. The obtained program results allow creating a clear forecast of the future activities of the enterprise.Conclusions. Based on the built graphs of modelling and forecasting of the Cisco Systems company financial activity with using of the developed automated system, we established that the Brown model is the best for providing educational sampling and a forecast of activity. The development of the automated system in the future involves the expansion of functionality, improvement and increasing of quality, as well as the creation of powerful analytics for more detailed forecasting.

Objectives. The purpose is to study possibilities for improving the methodology for economic risk analysis of organizations through modern information technologies, innovative tools, and mathematical models. Methods. The study rests on methods of quantitative, qualitative analysis, popular scientific and empirical research in the field of economic sciences, including comparative, structural and functional methods of economic analysis, the desk study, methods of expert assessments, situation analysis, statistical assessment, testing parameters, etc. Results. The offered methodology is aimed at risk assessment and risk analysis of organizations. The results of the study contribute to the implementation of new tools of internal control, audit and analysis, in particular, the self-assessment procedure and the coefficient of reliability of results, which have a positive impact on efficient risk management and the enhancement of investment appeal of organizations. Conclusions. The automation of the risk analysis process and selected procedures and techniques should create conditions for a logical transition to more accurate (as compared to currently prevailing in practice) quantitative measurement methods, and for building the mathematical models that make it possible to predict and obtain results based on empirical data rather than on expert estimates.

In the context of the rapid development of the modern economy, information is particularly important in the economic field, and information determines the decision-making of enterprises. Therefore, how to quickly dig out information that is beneficial to the enterprise has become a crucial issue. This topic applies data mining technology to economic intelligent systems and obtains the data object model of economic intelligent systems through the integration of information. This article analyzes the interrelationship between its objects on this basis and uses data mining-related methods to mine it. The establishment of economic intelligence systems not only involves the establishment of mathematical models of economic systems, but also includes research on the algorithms applied to them. How to apply an algorithm to quickly and accurately extract the required economic intelligence domain information from the potential information in the database, or to provide a method to find the best solution, involves the use of association rules and classification prediction methods. The application of data mining algorithms can be used to study the application of economic intelligence systems. This paper develops and designs an economic intelligence information database and realizes the economic intelligence system on this basis, and realizes the research results. Finally, this paper has tested the dataset, and the results show that the classification accuracy of this algorithm is 2.64% higher than that of the ID3 algorithm.

The problem of techno-economic approaches to evaluating energy transition pathways has been constantly reported in the literature. Existing research recognises the critical role played by social aspects in energy systems models. System dynamics (SD) has been pointed out among modelling techniques as a suitable tool to evaluate the interdisciplinary nature of energy transitions. This paper explores how energy system-related SD models have incorporated social aspects through a literature review. Models were assessed based on their geographical resolution, time horizon, methodological approach, and main themes: supply-demand, energy-economy-environment (3E), energy-transport, water-energy-food (WEF) nexus, and consumer-centric and socio-political dynamics. Social aspects considered include behaviour and lifestyle changes, social acceptance, willingness to participate, socio-economic measures, among others. As expected, the representation of social aspects was not standard among the papers analysed. Socio-economic aspects were most commonly included in supply-demand and 3E models. Energy-transport and WEF models mainly incorporated changes in travel and consumption habits, respectively. The last theme had a more diverse approach to social aspects that deserves further attention, especially for energy access and justice issues. Other research lines include modelling approaches combination, enhanced participatory and transparent processes during model development, and use of SD models in policy-aiding and stakeholders’ information processes.

The research review of the subject field on the research of the digital transformation of economic and social systems is carried out. The research includes two parts. In the frost part the conceptual and mathematical models based on them research considered to apply digital technologies for various types of activities. Based on the systematic use of the review of the subject field, a complex of “white spots” is revealed — inconsistencies of the conceptual and mathematical models necessary in practice, methods of mathematical research of digital transformation of systems of different types, on the one hand, and the available theoretical means for such research, on the other. A significant amount of such inconsistencies is caused by insufficient investigation of the complex of pragmatic, practical aspects of activity based on mathematical forecasting of the results of using modern (digital) technologies in systems of various types. We proved that a pragmatic mathematical study of activity could make it possible to design and improve the digital transformation of systems of different types. We could do such a study by evaluating the activity results, analyzing them using mathematical models, and then synthesizing the activity with mathematical methods based on the analysis of the effects of using information technologies. Such a synthesis can, for example, provide the best results of activities due to the choice of the composition and characteristics of digital technologies.

The studies were carried out in order to justify the possibilities of increasing crop production based on the effective use of approaches and methods used in information systems for the choice of agricultural technologies, taking into account the agroecological, soil-climatic and production conditions of agricultural producers. Evaluation of information systems developed for the farms of the Russian Federation was carried out according to the following indicators: consideration of factors limiting grain production; availability of criteria for assessing agricultural technologies; type of information system. Agroecological, soil, climatic and production conditions, as well as the level of intensification, are identified as factors limiting grain production. The selection includes both search databases and management decision support systems that highlight approaches and methods for solving the problem of choosing agrotechnology for the production of grain crops. In approaches based on the general principle of taking into account the influence of factors of the location of the economy and its production conditions, economic evaluation of options is carried out after the choice of agricultural technology. When using economic and mathematical models, the choice of agricultural technologies is based on the economic assessment of alternative options. These approaches are implemented both in the form of local information systems, and systems based on cloud technologies. Based on the research results, systems based on economic-mathematical models and made in the form of web applications are recognized as the most promising. A generalized architecture of applications executed in the form of Web applications is given. The use of information systems (cloud technologies) for the analysis of natural factors, the use of technology and the potential of agricultural practices, crops and varieties will allow us to predict the possible result from making managerial decisions aimed at increasing grain production due to the integrated consideration of the agroecological, soil-climatic and production conditions of a particular agricultural producer.

This forces enterprises to look for effective development strategies aimed not only at implementing their social functions, but also at increasing their independence and economic independence, so the mechanism of forming a strategy for the development of machine-building enterprises in Kharkiv region is an urgent task for effective operation. The improved methodical approach to application of models of the organizational and economic mechanism of information and communication development of the enterprises of machine-building branch gives the chance for construction of mathematical models of coordination of administrative decisions. It is proposed to use existing software products and international standards for analysis and forecasting to develop the strategy of the enterprise, without which it is impossible to build an adequate mathematical model with given parameters, which will help to describe each process in production. The created elements of mathematical and software allow to receive adequate mathematical models, to reduce energy and computational expenses for research of objects, to make more qualitative and effective management and forecasting of their behavior. Finally, the research methods proposed in this paper are a mathematical model that contains interconnected disparate resources, the operation of which is subject to a set of rules and objectives for information and communication infrastructure of the enterprise, its socio-economic development and effective organization of business processes. The article reveals the problems of “measuring” economic dimensions of global sustainable development of modern society, improves the existing set of indicators for an adequate quantitative assessment of economic growth and develops optimal mathematical models for integrated assessment of economic dimensions of global sustainable growth. The subject matter of the study includes the most important challenges of sustainability and direction relevant to economic activities, and also the main indicators of effectiveness of public economic policy, which provide information and scientific knowledge useful for identifying key factors of development. The main significant results of using methods of mathematical modeling for building models of economic growth have been examined. The main problem of mathematical modeling of economic component of sustainable development is an adequate choice of qualitative and quantitative indications, as well as development of more complex device for mathematical and computer modeling for analyzing features of economic phenomena and economic aspects of the function of sustainable development. It is claimed that the long-running economic crisis, a growing gap in access to advantages of economic progress, age disparity in wealth, income inequality in developed countries and increasing ecological degradation due to unsustainable practices have lead to the situation when economic policies of many countries do not adequately meet the needs of public welfare and society. The authors state that the problems enumerated above along with the sluggish growth call into question the efficiency of traditional models of economic growth. In addition, it is indicated that geopolitical tension and unstable currency are slowing down economic growth. The study provides a correlation analysis, factor analysis (principal component method), discriminant analysis (developing classification functions), and data mining (classification trees). A factor model for the quantitative assessment of economic component of sustainable development has been developed. A country classification by economic growth indicators is developed and the results are presented as a tree solution. An optimal discriminant model for building classification functions of country allocation by the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) is constructed. This index is one of the basic dimensions of a long-term economic growth relevant to analyzed economic indicators of sustainable development. It is found that GCI is an adequate dimension of economic component of global sustainable development. The Global Talent Competitiveness Index, ICT Access Index and Corruption Perception Index are the most significant for country allocation by its levels

Due to the rapid development and implementation of the latest information technologies in many fields of science and technology significant changes have taken place. In particular, new mathematical theories have emerged; they can be effectively used in building and improving existing mathematical models of various phenomena and objects. Mathematical modeling is currently one of the main methods in scientific research of technological, social, economic processes and natural phenomena. No research thesis is complete without the use of mathematical methods and algorithms. In view of this it is important to acquaint young scientists with modern trends in mathematical modeling during their training for PhD degree, in particular. The development of information technology has contributed to the emergence of new approaches to obtaining, processing and analyzing information in scientific research. In this way, the theory of new information operators, which is widely used in mathematical modeling, was created. The analysis of the existing research reveals the need to consider the theoretical basics of new information operators and their application to the numerical integration of several variables functions. The example of the problem of numerical integration of two variables functions shows the way how to create cubature formulas depending on the type of the input information about function. The paper presents new cubature formulas for the approximate calculation of double integrals, in the case when the information is given by the set of traces on lines and values of the function at points. The proposed formulas have high accuracy but use much less input information compared to classical formulas for numerical integration of double integrals. All the results are supported by numerous examples made in the computer mathematics system Mathcad. The implementation of the developed methodology of using new information operators in scientific research has shown its efficacy during seminars with Master and PhD students.

This provides the importance of mathematical training, as one of the fundamental, which primarily forms the skills of abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. Thus, a new function of an educational institution arises in the process of providing educational services - the formation of a competence model of professional education of specialists. The article substantiates the expediency of introducing mathematical modeling based on Mathcad in the process of forming professional competence of future economists. The essence of the concepts of "professional competence" and "mathematical competence" of future economists are considered. It is argued that mathematical training is an important component of professional competence. Today, it is the results of mathematical modeling of real processes that generate the most progressive directions of development in science and technology. Therefore, the concept of an economic-mathematical model plays a fundamental role in the training of economists. The formation of professional competence of future economists, anticipating the integration of professional and personal development, should be carried out using mathematical modeling, starting with junior courses. However, despite the fact that the mathematical model of the process or phenomenon being studied in economics is always its generalized abstract reflection, the mathematical apparatus used is usually quite cumbersome. This is a significant obstacle in strengthening the applied orientation of mathematics in the first years. In our opinion, one of the effective ways to eliminate certain contradictions is the introduction of information technologies The purpose of this publication is to substantiate the feasibility of introducing mathematical modeling based on Mathcad in the process of forming professional competence of future economists, to determine the main didactic requirements and explore the impact of technology on the main components of mathematical training: motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, communicative. On the basis of what was studied, we concluded that for a specific specialty it is worth highlighting professionally significant topics, questions, concepts of classical sections of mathematics, which have their application in professionally-oriented disciplines. The introduction from the first course of professional-oriented tasks related to the specialty, even at the level of the simplest models, allows you to implement the principle of continuity in learning. Since the new content of mathematical disciplines becomes a reliable base for the study of professionally-oriented, within which more complex models are studied, with the help of which the key problems of the future profession are solved In the process of mathematical training of specialists, we used the universal integrated system Mathcad, which allows you to simply and visually enter the original data, carry out the traditional mathematical description of solutions and get the results of calculations using graphical interpretation. This made it possible to consider the simplest mathematical models and, using a complex mathematical apparatus, to develop universal models and algorithms. The main mathematical models of economic systems that are appropriate to consider in mathematical courses are highlighted. Examples of mathematical modeling based on Mathcad are given. The advantages of introducing mathematical modeling into the process of professional training are demonstrated. On the basis of the study, conclusions were drawn that mathematical modeling based on Mathcad allows to improve the main components of the process of mathematical preparation: - motivational and value (the formation of a sustained interest in the mastery of mathematical knowledge and information technology with a view to their application in professional and research activities); - cognitive (obtaining fundamental knowledge from the classical sections of mathematics and the ability to apply them in the process of mathematical modeling) - operational-activity (self-realization in professional activity by means of mathematical modeling based on the integration of knowledge across professional-oriented and mathematical disciplines using information technologies); - communicative (possession of ways of presenting the results of its activity-communicative (possession of ways of presenting the results of its activities). The study showed that the introduction of mathematical modeling should provide the following didactic requirements: - a fairly correct idea of ​​the teacher about the holistic picture of the future educational and professional activities of the student; - definition of goals and purpose of the introduced new content in the content of mathematical disciplines; - Compliance of the learning task with the ideas of the personal approach (updating the personal functions of specialists, consistency with the problems of practical training in production); - approbation of the skills and skills produced in practice. This allows you to organize student-centric education.

With increasing role of transnational corporation (TNC) questions of corporate financial soundness analysis and prediction methods are gaining momentum. This article highlights the key aspects of financial soundness of corporations. The author compared the economic notion of financial soundness in theory and in practice. Also, specified the concept of financial soundness («stability», «sustainability», «solvency», «soundness», «financial distress) used in Russia and internationally. The existing academic approach in terms of financial soundness assessment is different from the view of international organizations and corporations. The article stated that Russian researches in general see financial soundness as a mix of liquidity and solvency whereas in practice the financial soundness is a more multivariate concept. International Monetary Fund, Ministry of Regional Development and Central Bank of Russia extend the concept of financial soundness adding the profitability and specific ration into the analysis. Foreign authors use different models of financial soundness ranging from statistical, mathematical to special ratings. In practice there is also no definitive understanding of financial soundness based on the analysis of financial information of Rosneft, Alrosa, and Tatneft.Compared Russian and foreign academic approach, government and international instructions of IMF, Ministry of Regional Development and Central Bank of Russia and stated the main characteristics of financial soundness, an author gives its definition.

After nearly 30 years of development, service robot technology has made important achievements in the interdisciplinary aspects of machinery, information, materials, control, medicine, etc. These robot types have different shapes, and mainly in some are shaped based on application. Till today various structure are proposed which for the better analysis’s need to have the mathematical equation that can model the structure and later the behaviour of them after implementing the controlling strategy. The current paper discusses the various shape and applications of all available service robots and briefly summarizes the research progress of key points such as robot dynamics, robot types, and different dynamic models of the differential types of service robots. The current review study can be helpful as an initial node for all researchers in this topic and help them to have the better simulation and analyses. Besides the current research shows some application that can specify the service robot model over the application.

Practical modeling uses not only theoretical approaches, but also management issues, therefore, it is not entirely correct to compare theoretical and mathematical models. The concept of demand exists as an independent unit, has an independent meaning, and the demand model is represented in the form of an increasing curve and, like any model, contains various explicit and implicit conditions. The paper provides an analysis of existing classification approaches on the adaptation of economic and mathematical models in the issue of finding the most appropriate criteria for optimality from the point of view of using the mathematical apparatus. A detailed representation of the top-level structure is given, reflecting the basic requirements for the information necessary for drawing up a model passport, and conditions are also given that limit the area of existence of an operator that determines the corresponding payment matrix of an arbitrary game. The possibility of establishing the number of restrictions on the used variants of the game, which does not change the content of the game, is analyzed, which will allow choosing the most optimal strategies for each case. The proposed and justified, from the point of view of mathematical formalization, approach to making the most optimal decision on managing the behavior of a commercial organization based on preliminary monitoring of economic functioning is of interest from the point of view of the following aspects: the possibility of identifying the key elements that determine the system in choosing a format that characterizes the state of the elements of interest; development of a virtual model that reproduces the behavioral features of the modeled system.

The goal of the series is to provide a platform for rapid communication and exchange of ideas concerning the COVID-19 epidemic. It is new and unlike the known virus-induced diseases. There is a significant research effort, including mathematical modelling, to understand the characteristics of the virus SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) and the epidemiological dynamics of COVID-19, the disease caused by it. Due to their novelty, the research is often likely to produce results only on specific aspects of the disease, provide just partial answers to research questions, or collect evidence for formulating hypothesis yet to be tested. We believe, however, that the significance of the pandemic for the human population makes it essential to share even such partial results as soon as they are available to facilitate the advancement of the research on this disease. While eventually, a more comprehensive picture of both the virus and the disease will emerge, even incomplete but timely and scientifically-based information will help the authorities to make sound decisions on the course of action during the epidemic. For the series, we invite publications on any aspect of the COVID-19 epidemic. Specifically, the series aims to cover • the biological research, providing an understanding of the relevant structures and causal relationships in the epidemiological environment, which can facilitate mathematical or statistical modelling, • mathematical models of the structures, causal interactions and epidemiological data, and their analysis, • mathematical models and analysis of the socio-economic aspects of the pandemic, • any new mathematical methods, applicable to the study of any of the mentioned topics. Education system is viewed as an important constituent of sustainable development of a society. The spread of information technology reduces the need for mastering the computing apparatus of mathematics. On the other hand, firstly, the role of mathematics is not limited at least to its computing apparatus, the other components of the mathematical apparatus (for example, conceptual, methodological, etc.) and other aspects of mathematics (historical, activity, education of “intellectual honesty”, the formation of specific types of thinking, for example, geometric, ampect, linked with modelling, etc.) are also significant issues; secondly, the use of a computing apparatus is actually the final stage of other types of mathematical and “near-mathematical” activities. The article identifies three factors that ensure the relevance of mathematical education for the sustainable development: 1) the system of teaching mathematics should form the ability to use the mathematical apparatus for solving problems of business, management, engineering, social development, etc. (five components of this factor are highlighted); 2) focus on working with educational material at the level of typical strategies and methodology, not limited to typical algorithms; 3) presentation of mathematics as a multidimensional cultural phenomenon, in which scientific, technical, aesthetic, historical and economic as well as historical and social aspects are distinguished (this in many cases requires the processing of the teaching methods constituents, in particular, curricula alongside with the educational and methodological support).

Previous studies by various scientists of the process under consideration were focused on the economic conditions for the development of integrated structures, which are fundamentally different from modern ones. The article presents the methodological foundations of the development of rational solutions governing the information support of the diversification of integrated structures based on optimization models for the management tasks that are being solved. The results of the study allow us to develop certain aspects of the theory of strategic management, the theory of financial management, the theory of economic and mathematical modeling. Their practical application provides an increase in the quality of management of the diversification process of integrated structures and an increase in the efficiency of their activities.

Social media technologies provide the opportunity for teachers to engage students in online classes, thereby supporting the development of skills and learners to achieve competency. In addition to students, the opportunity is also open to outside the community to get information that can add knowledge. This case study provides a platform for M-Learning based learning that facilitate student learning also helps society size to obtain information more easily. In order to ensure the project period, installation quality and economic benefit, Building Information Models (BIM) technology is introduced to solve construction safety problems of subway station project. The purpose of this paper is to propose a BIM framework focusing on the issues of practicability for real subway station projects. From aspects of BIM pipeline comprehensive and 4D construction simulation, contents and methods of BIM application and effect are studied. It has been found the project period can be decreased by 15 percent. However, comprehensive issues in terms of BIM effectiveness need to be further developed.

This article focuses on the sustainable, equilibrium development of Russian enterprises engaged in the extraction and processing of gold. The conditions for the effective activity of companies in the field of gold mining were considered. The main factors causing crisis situations and problems in the strategic management of gold mining enterprises of the Russian Federation were highlighted. The main objective of the study was to develop proposals for improving the model and mechanism of the strategic management of the gold mining company. The study analyzed a wide range of theoretical sources, identified gaps in scientific works in contact with the topic of this work. These gaps were associated primarily with the inadequate reflection in the existing models of industrial enterprise management of the specifics of the activities of gold companies and the lack of key components of the model, affecting sustainable business development. The methodological basis of the study was: Systems theory and systems approach, economic and mathematical models of firm management, investment design, theoretical studies in the field of business valuation. In connection with the growing risks, socio-economic instability, the fall in the growth rate of gold mining, the problems presented in the study are relevant. Maintaining competitiveness and improving performance indicators requires the improvement of the process of the strategic management of mining companies. This article discusses the fundamental components of an improved model of strategic management of gold mining enterprises proposed by the authors, presents a graphical model, suggests directions for describing an improved management mechanism for a gold mining company using mathematical modeling methods designed to link the most problematic components and gold mining business processes: investment, technology intelligence and gold mining, capital investment, timing of the project Comrade, the profitability of production. The dynamic simulation model of strategic management presented in this study and strategy assessment tools based on the concept of the organization’s life cycle take into account the specifics of the activities of gold companies in Russia; were introduced into the practice of the enterprises of Siberia, Sakha-Yakutia, which led to increased economic sustainability and improved financial performance of these companies.

The main research subject is an assessment of a current state of the economy and the population well-being using conventional economic indicators. The article presents main trends that are available when people apply information and communication technology to business models and products that transform the economy and social and economic interaction. The analysis completed has showen that as an indicator in terms of digital economy the gross domestic product has no longer adequately presented an increase in a number and variety of services and complexity of the solutions developed. Authors propose new approaches to valuating a digital product based on measurements of the consumer surplus. Authors have shown that to solve problems of measuring the digital economy, we need reliable statistics for activity in the digital economy, so that the ongoing national economic policy does not have negative consequences for the country. There is the conclusion that in the near future, due to the lack of alternatives, the gross domestic product as an indicator will still be in use for measurements of the population well-being. Therefore, statistics quality, techniques for such data analysis, and efficient managerial decision-making based on them have been getting the most relevant.

The results of the analysis of the theoretical provisions for determining investment attractiveness and stakeholders of construction enterprises are presented. An economic and mathematical model for the formation of stakeholder groups in the system of relations with construction enterprises is proposed. A system of information and analytical support for an integrated assessment of the level of stakeholder relations and investment attractiveness of construction enterprises has been formed, which creates the basis for economic and mathematical modeling. The directions, methods, and models for assessing investment attractiveness and the level of stakeholder relations of construction enterprises are proposed. The practical aspects of their implementation are determined. The results of economic and mathematical modeling of the investment attractiveness of construction enterprises in the system of stakeholder relations are presented. The subject of the research is the directions of formation and realization of economic and mathematical modeling of investment attractiveness of enterprises in the system of stakeholder relations. The formation of the research methodology is carried out on the basis of the theoretical and methodological platform for determining the investment attractiveness of enterprises and stakeholders that interact in the relevant field. In addition, a set of methods is used to conduct the study: analytical (to determine indicators of investment attractiveness); expert assessments (to determine the index of stakeholder relations); method of analysis of hierarchies (to assess the importance of the impact of stakeholders (customers of construction products; workers of construction enterprises; top management; managers of various levels of construction enterprises; owners of construction enterprises; government bodies influencing the formation and level of interaction of stakeholders with construction enterprises; public organizations influencing activities in construction and architecture; corporate governance bodies of construction enterprises; the bodies of internal and external control interacting in the construction industry; the competitors of construction enterprises; the suppliers of inventories interacting with construction enterprises; stakeholders interacting in the formation and use of spatial, urban, environmental information and creating investment attractiveness of construction enterprises; the design organizations; other stakeholders interacting with construction enterprises) at the level of stakeholders from noses of enterprises); economic and mathematical modeling (to establish causal links between the level of stakeholder relations and the index of investment attractiveness of enterprises); generalization and systematization (to obtain and interpret research results). Under the influence of digitalization, we can see an active spreading of a new class of companies — global digital platforms (GDPs), and platform business models significantly affect the strategies of traditional transnational corporations (TNCs). The emergence of the first digital platforms (DPs) dates back to the 1990s because of the rapid growth of the global information and communication technology (ICT) market, as well as the development of the global Internet. As hierarchical business systems fade into the background and global value chains (GVCs) are optimized (by removing redundant elements from them), appears a platform model that reflects digitalization processes in the system of modern international economic relations. In this article, we have analyzed the main scientific approaches to the identification and classification of GDPs and their competitive advantages in the system of modern international economic relations. There were identified the directions of platformization of traditional TNCs, which strengthen their competitive positions in foreign markets. There were identified the possibilities of forming at the national and international level an adequate system of regulation of GPCs, which will help to build an effective competitive environment in the context of increased rivalry between traditional TNCs and digital platforms.

The current status of intelligent logistics and cold chain shipping research is a hot topic worldwide. Meanwhile, the study of regional logistics and regional economy, shipping logistics and regional economic theory and application methods, and the empirical analysis of the correlation between the Yangtze River shipping and the Yangtze River shipping economy have attracted a lot of attention. This research has revealed that the Internet of Things of Yangtze River shipping has a great impact on the Yangtze River and the importance of inland river economic development. This study presents the empirical analysis on the correlation between shipping logistics and the inland river economy, starting from qualitative and quantitative aspects, and taking Yangtze River shipping as the representative. The proposed mathematical models and qualitative data analysis are made on the relevant effects of intelligent logistics and cold chain shipping on an inland river economy including its impact on the industrial layout, international trade, and urbanization. The research results provide administrative decisions or guidance values for the economic development of inland river ports in the Yangtze River.

Detection of a correlation signal against the background of noise (occurence) is an important task of primary information processing in modern radio engineering systems of information transmission, control, navigation, radio monitoring and radiolocation. The reception of radio signals is accompanied by many accidental factors, which lead to the fact that the additive mixture very often has a non-causal distribution. For this reason, the methods of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics are used for the acceptance and processing of the accepted signal, and the acceptance and detection is regarded as a mathematical problem. Receiving capabilities of radio engineering systems are largely determined by the detection characteristics, which, in turn, depend on the tightness with the received signal. In order to ensure the compliance, it is necessary to know the law of distribution of the intensity and probability of the output effect of the receiver. The knowledge of the distribution of the probability of frequency determines the characteristics of the detection of the receiver of radio engineering systems and provides a wide range of functional possibilities in the execution of statistical tasks in the primary processing of information. Analytical expressions that determine the probability of correct detection through the probability of the hibnothreshold signal/noise ratio at the receiver output for coherent signals with a uniform initial phase and a nakagami-like amplitude are presented. On the basis of the obtained analytical expressions a family of curves was created for signal models, where fluctuations are very small or absent in general and which are adequately described by Nakagami’s law of dispersion.

The paper highlights the results of a regression model contest organized using the computing technology and presents the mathematical models of the impact of economic indicators (the cost of exported crude oil, petroleum products, natural gas, direct investment abroad and to Russia, the volume of GDP) on the amount of exports and imports of telecommunications, computer and information services (ICT). The choice of such output indicators in the model is stipulated by a significant growth of the ICT world market over the past decades. Besides, the relative growth of telecommunications, computer and information services is much more dynamic compared to services in the conventional spheres such as transportation, construction, and goods processing. Another important reason for choosing these particular indicators is a high level of participation of IT enterprises in the ICT services export. According to some estimates, about 2,000 firms in the in-dustry are involved. In other words, more than 60% of ICT enterprises in Russia are exporting their services to foreign countries, the most countries-importers of ICT services from Russia being the European countries and the United States. The amount of ICT services, as follows from the formal and meaningful analysis of the constructed models, is more than 50% provided by the level of de-velopment of the country's economy, in which GDP is the main indicator. At the same time, the dynamics of both export and import of telecommunications, computer and information services is also significantly influenced by the cost of exported raw materials: crude oil, oil products and natural gas. The models presented in the work can be effectively used for further detailed analysis of the influence of macroeconomic factors on the development of information and computer technologies and for solving a wide range of medium and short term forecasting problems.

Abstract In this paper we describe how the digital transformation (i. e., the adoption of digital technology) of society affects National Metrology Institutes like VSL. The presented ideas represent the personal viewpoint of the author, who works at the Dutch national metrology institute VSL. They don’t necessarily correspond to the vision of VSL as institute. This digital transformation has many different aspects of social, economic and technical nature. In this paper we will mainly focus on some mathematical and statistical aspects which are important for modelling measurement instruments and analyzing measurement data. We will discuss how modern techniques like artificial intelligence, digital twins, digital calibration certificates and the introduction of the new definition of the SI system of units affect national metrology institutes. Important changes are the usage of complex algorithms and models in measurement instruments, as well as the introduction of novel calibration approaches and the digitalization of the services provided by NMIs.

BIM is the rapidly growing technology of information support in design, development, construction and operation of various facilities. In terms of its capabilities to take into account various risk characteristics and the influence of components under study, this information model makes it possible at a higher qualitative level to justify economic and technological decisions during construction in the Arctic zone and to maintain a particular facility entire life cycle. This model is best suited to be introduced in this complex high-risk construction area. BIM technology makes it possible to operate with the most detailed information, when making investment decisions difficult under conditions of building in the Arctic zone. Systemic integration of the BIM technology capabilities with models of the geoinformation systems' geodynamic risks and technologies ensures design, construction and maintenance of modern buildings and facilities at the fundamentally new level of quality and safety assurance, as well as to monitor stability and safety thereof in relation to the Arctic conditions. Mathematical model of the deformation energy migration is presented to evaluate geodynamic stability in the construction areas. It is advisable to take into account geodynamic factors in information simulation using the mathematical model that describes construction area in the form of a system of nodes and of the geological medium tectonic fault abnormalities connecting them and represented in the aggregate in the form of the Kolmogorov system of differential equations
