Повний текст джерелаOur laboratory studies a morphogen molecule called Hedgehog (Hh) using Drosophila melanogaster as an animal model. The Hh signaling pathway is evolutionarily conserved from invertebrates to vertebrates, and plays regulatory roles in various aspects of animal development and tissue homeostasis, such as stem cell renewal, tissue repair, and organ regeneration. Hh is a dually lipidated molecule modified by cholesterol at its C-terminus and palmitic acid at its N-terminus, and therefore tightly binds the plasma membrane. Although the hydrophobic nature of the molecule, Hh exerts its function over a long-range of distance. One particular way cells adopted to communicate over long distances is through a new mechanism based on direct cell-cell contacts via long actin-based filopodia extensions, called cytonemes. This new modality for information transfer is at the core of my present project. In this work, we studied this Hh transport mechanism in a polarized epithelial tissue, called the wing imaginal disc, a larval precursor tissue from which the adult wings develop. Cytonemes have been extensively studied in this tissue with the use of the overexpression of a fluorescently tagged protein called Interference of hedgehog (Ihog). The expression of Ihog protein in the wing disc is necessary and sufficient to stabilize these long plasma membrane extensions, otherwise they would be too fragile and easy to be disrupted by conventional fixatives. Here we present Ihog, Hh and Disp as important players in cytoneme growth. In absence of different Ihog domains, we found a significant reduction of cytoneme length and numbers. In addition, Ihog/Boi loss of function was able to reduce the number and length of wild type cytonemes, marked with mCD8GFP. Further, we saw that in loss of function and gain of function genotype for Hh, cytoneme length was reduced and increased respectively, without any change at the cytoneme numbers. With this work, we suggest that Hh has a novel, non-canonical function in the cytoneme growth. To understand the role of cytonemes in Hh secretion we also analyzed discs entirely mutant for Dispatched (Disp). In disp mutants, the Hh gradient is strongly restrained, with most of Hh targets expressed only in anterior cells juxtaposing the A/P border. This phenotype could not be rescued by Ihog overexpression, despite the fact that Hh was very abundant on cytonemes in the disp mutant. Additionally, in the absence of Disp, we observed a reduction of cytoneme length, which suggests a role for Disp in the formation of these filaments, which is likely independent from its function in Hh secretion. In conclusion, although the aforementioned proteins contribute to the structure of cytonemes, we could not measure any direct correlation between the expression of Hh target genes and the simultaneous manipulation of cytoneme length in any mutant condition checked. Finally, we wanted to correlate the time of cytoneme initiation with the establishment of the Hh gradient. In order to do that, we have introduced in the laboratory an alternative system to study cytoneme formation: the abdominal histoblast model, which allowed us to directly analyze the formation and dynamics of membrane extensions in live animals. In particular, we looked at two separated dorsal histoblast nests of the pupal stage (distanced by 30 microns at the onset of pupariation) where the posterior group of cells produces Hh and the anterior cells show expression of various Hh targets. Approximately 15 hours after the onset of the metamorphosis, the abdominal histoblast cells begin to divide and migrate while simultaneously inducing apoptosis in the surrounding larval cells. Our results indicate that the establishment of the Hh gradient occurs before the juxtaposition of the two nests. Nevertheless, we could only observe cytoneme formation after the juxtaposition of the anterior and posterior histoblast cells and not when the two nests were still separated

Повний текст джерелаTiivistelmä Virhesijaintinen luutuminen on patologinen tila, jossa luuta muodostuu luisen tukirangan ulkopuolelle. Tätä voi tapahtua myös ihossa, kuten käy tietyissä sairauksissa. Ihon lukuisat jyvämäiset osteoomat on tauti, jossa pieniä luujyväsiä ilmaantuu verinahkaan ja ihonalaiskudokseen keski-iässä. Taudin syytä, osteoomia muodostavien solujen alkuperää tai sitä, mitkä viestinvälittäjät saavat esiastesolut siirtymään luusolulinjalle, ei tiedetä. Tässä työssä tutkittiin ihon lukuisia jyvämäisiä osteoomia ja virhesijaintista luutumista yhdistämällä kliinisiä ja solubiologisia menetelmiä. Laajasta kirjallisuuteen perehtymisestä ja viidestä omasta potilaasta saadut tulokset osoittivat ihon lukuisten jyvämäisten osteoomien olevan oma erillinen tautinsa, jossa virhesijaintinen luutuminen tapahtuu suoran luutumisen mekanismilla. Tauti ei näytä olevan yhteydessä aknearpiin, hormonihäiriöihin tai GNAS-geenin mutaatioihin. Soluviljelykokeissa hiiren ja ihmisen verinahan fibroblastien ja hiiren karvatupen nystyn solujen havaittiin erilaistuvan osteoblastityyppisiksi soluväliainetta mineralisoiviksi soluiksi. Luun morfogeneettisillä proteiineilla (BMP) 4 ja 2/7 oli merkitsevä vaikutus yllä mainittujen solujen erilaistumisessa. Yllättävää kyllä, ne edistivät hiiren solujen, mutta vähensivät ihmisen solujen erilaistumista. Hiiren karvatupen soluille ja ihmisen fibroblasteille BMP-2/7 oli tehokkaampi kuin BMP-4. Potilaiden osteoma-aluetta verrattiin heidän terveeseen ihoalueeseensa samoin kuin vastaaviin ihoalueisiin kontrollihenkilöillä käyttäen menetelminä solujen erilaistamista luuta muodostavaan suuntaan sekä geenien ilmentymisen tutkimista. Potilaiden iho erosi kontrollien ihosta sekä osteooma-alueella että terveellä ihoalueella, mikä viittaa taudin olevan koko elimistöön vaikuttava. Tulokset vahvistavat aikaisempia löydöksiä siitä, että geenien ilmentyminen ihossa on erilaista eri puolilla kehoa. Tämä voisi selittää osteoomien esiintymisen vain tietyllä alueella. Tämän tutkimuksen tulokset antavat uutta tietoa ihon lukuisista jyvämäisistä osteoomista ja virhesijaintisesta luutumisesta ja saattavat olla hyödyksi kehitettäessä taudin hoitoa. Tutkimus antaa uutta tietoa luun morfogeneettisten proteiinien erilaisesta käyttäytymisestä hiirellä ja ihmisellä, mikä herättänee keskustelua hiirikokeiden yleistämisestä ihmiseen ja luun morfogeneettisten proteiinien kliinisestä käytöstä

Os habitats de inovação são empreendimentos organizados sistematicamente para promover a inovação, propiciando a interação e a integração de diferentes atores. São fenômenos contemporâneos de grande relevância para o desenvolvimento de uma região ou de um país, pois operam com ativos de conhecimento. A implantação de um habitat de inovação implica, diretamente, no desenvolvimento socioeconômico e cultural da comunidade de seu entorno. Estes oferecem condições diferenciadas para desenvolver produtos e processos inovadores, com o propósito de fomentar as dinâmicas econômicas e sociais, locais e regionais, uma vez que tem a capacidade de reunir pessoas, tecnologias, recursos financeiros e conhecimento. A problemática levantada para esta pesquisa trata de como analisar as comunidades do entorno dos habitats de inovação em relação às suas necessidades, potencialidades e expectativas. O lastro teórico para esta tese está construído na intersecção entre os conceitos de habitats de inovação, parques tecnológicos, inovação, inovação social, tríplice e quádrupla hélice. O objetivo é elaborar uma metodologia para leitura e análise identificando, necessidades, potencialidades e expectativas das comunidades do entorno dos habitats de inovação. Esta pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratória descritiva. Desenvolve-se a partir de uma revisão sistemática para levantar os conceitos básicos e um benchmarking para identificar práticas de leitura de entorno. Com estes elementos propõe-se uma metodologia de leitura de entorno desenvolvida em três fases: elaboração, prototipagem e aplicação. A elaboração constituiu-se em um instrumento online, que foi prototipada no entorno do Orion Parque, na cidade de Lages. A aplicação da metodologia para sua conformação foi feita no entorno do Sapiens Parque, em Florianópolis. Os atores envolvidos nesse processo foram gestores de 8 parques tecnológicos visitados, 10 gestores de organizações internas do Sapiens Parque, 201 gestores de organizações externas e 622 famílias situadas no entorno do Sapiens Parque. O resultado alcançado com este estudo foi a conformação de uma proposta metodológica adaptável para diferentes tipos de habitats de inovação, que possibilita realizar a leitura e a análisedo entorno desses empreendimentos, gerando informações que caracterizam o perfil da população local em relação às suas necessidades, potencialidades e expectativas. Com a aplicação da InHab-Read ? IHR ? Metodologia de leitura de entorno para habitats de inovação é possível orientar políticas e ações conjuntas entre a população do entorno e as organizações internas dos habitats, potencializando a interação entre todos os atores, e ampliando as dimensões dos processos de inovação tecnológica e econômica para a inovação social.
Abstract : Innovation habitats are systematically organized enterprises to promote innovation and provide the interaction and integration of different actors. They are contemporary phenomena of high relevance for the development of a region or a country because they operate with knowledge assets. The implementation of an innovation habitat directly implies the socioeconomic and cultural development of the surrounding community. These provide differentiated conditions for developing innovative processes and products to foster economic, social, local and regional dynamics as it can bring together people, technologies, financial resources, and knowledge. The issue regarding this research analyzes the communities surrounding the innovation habitats about their needs, potentialities, and expectations. The theoretical background for this thesis is built on the intersection between concepts of innovation habitats, technology parks, changes, social innovation, triple and quadruple propeller. The aim is to develop a methodology for reading and analysis, identifying needs, potentialities, and expectations of communities surrounding the innovation habitats. The study is characterized as descriptive and exploratory. It develops from a systematic review to obtain basic concepts and a benchmarking to identify surrounding reading practices. With such elements, it is proposed a methodology of environment interpretation developed in three phases: elaboration, prototyping, and application. The elaboration was constituted by an online instrument that was prototyped in the Orion Park?s surrounding, in the city of Lages. The methodology application for its configuration was developed in the Sapiens Park?s surrounding, in Florianópolis. The actors involved in the process were eight managers of the technological parks visited, ten managers of internal organizations of the Sapiens Parque, 201 managers of external companies and 622 families located around the Sapiens Parque. The result obtained with the study relates to an adaptive methodological proposal for different types of innovation habitats, which makes it possible to read and analyze the enterprises? surroundings, generating information that characterizes thelocal population profile regarding their needs, potentialities, and expectations. With the application of InHab-Read - IHR - Environment Reading Methodology for innovation habitats, it is possible to propose common policies and actions between the surrounding population and habits internal organizations, enhancing the interaction among all the actors, and broadening dimensions of technological and economic innovation processes for social change.

Повний текст джерелаThe purpose of the study is to investigate how guidance counsellors in a Swedish municipally looks at the educational cooperation with guidance as well as the actions that can promote an equivalent way of working. To get answers to the above, we conducted thorough interviews with five guidance counsellors who work at primary schools, each of them against their respective schools principal.The background to the investigation is seen by examining the Swedish comprehensive school guidance and counseling, which reports an invalid and non equal educational cooperation.To analyze the collected data we have chosen the Action Theory. This is done using understood automatic and conscious actions, through taking a hold of and changing, as well as actual experiences, reflective observations, abstract thinking and active experimentation. The result shows that the guidance counsellors see the educational cooperation as substandard. That this is seen dependent in both educators as managerial approach, and that this work also may differ from school to school, which thus affects its equivalence.

Повний текст джерелаBakgrund: Det blir allt vanligare att företag i både privat och offentlig sektor bedriver verksamhet i projektform. Numera använder även vissa företag projektformen som det dominerande sättet att driva verksamheten. Projekt leder till att nya och större krav ställs på den anställde med okända svårigheter att övervinna, konflikter att lösa samt nya utmaningar att möta. Samtidigt ser vi en ökande utbredning av långtidssjukskrivna på grund av stressrelaterade sjukdomar. Beror denna stress på höga arbetskrav och nedskärningar i arbetslivet eller på nya organisationsideal som råder i dagens samhälle?
Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att utifrån individens perspektiv studera huruvida arbetsförhållanden motsvarande de kriterier vilka ingår i projektarbete, kan komma att leda till stress för individen. Vidare avser vi även att studera eventuella skillnader i stress kring två olika typer av projektmedlemmar med avseende på organisationstillhörighet. Dels personer som är anställda av kundföretaget, dels de som är anställda av det säljande konsultföretaget.
Genomförande: Vår studie bygger på besöksintervjuer av sammanlagt fyra anställda från två olika organisationer, som arbetar inom ett och samma projekt. Vi studerar dels medlemmar som på heltid arbetar i projekt och dels medlemmar som vanligtvis arbetar i linjearbete, men som utöver ordinare verksamhet även deltar i projektarbete.
Slutsats: Vi kan se att samband finns mellan fenomenen projekt och stress. Vi kan också se att olika faktorer påverkar den anställdes stress, beroende på dennes organisationstillhörighet.

Повний текст джерелаThe history of jews in Wriezen begins in 1677, shortly after Kurfürst Friedrich Wilhelm allowed jews to settle in Brandenburg again through his edict of 1671. However, during the whole of the 18th century Prussian policy toward jews was extremely restrictive . The results of this policy are clearly visible in the life of the jews of Wriezen: they always remained a small congregation since this was the will of the king for small towns. Life was dominated by the struggle for the right of residence. Status as "Schutzjude" (i.e. "Protected Jew") was restricted to few individuals, leading to the separation of families as younger siblings were forced to leave. State regulated economic policy strongly restricted the freedom of trade, the main source of income for the jews, leading to the impoverishment of most jewish families in Wriezen. In the 18th century, there was no organized congregational activity. This only developed in the course of the 19th century. The jews of Wriezen built their first synagogue in 1820, replacing it with a new and larger one in 1886. The emancipation edict of 1812 improved the general situation of individuals and the new freedom of movement led to an influx of jews to Wriezen. But full legal equality with other citizens was not achieved until the German Empire was founded in 1871. In the first half of the 19th century, the economic situation of the jews of Wriezen was still quite modest, only improving toward the end of the century. There were numerous fluctuations in the membership of the jewish community in the last decades of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. But the number of jewish inhabitants of Wriezen remained relatively constant at 100 -120 individuals. There is hardly any written information on the sudden and complete end of jewish life in Wriezen after 1938. At least 59 jewish citizens of Wriezen were deported and murdered between 1940 and 1945. The victims are commemorated in the public database of the Yad-VaShem Memorial in Jerusalem. There has been a jewish cemetery in Wriezen since 1730, in which 131 gravestones still survive today. The oldest dates back to 1773, the last is from 1940.

Повний текст джерелаFor 270 years there was Jewish life in the Brandenburg town of Schwedt on the Oder. The reader of this volume participates in the changing history of the Jewish people and their community. The first Jew to settle in Schwedt in the 17th century was Bendix Levi. After his house in Oderberg burned down, Kurfürst Friedrich Wilhelm granted him permission to take up residence in Schwedt. The Prussian Kings wanted only few Jews to live in small Brandenburg towns, so during the 18th century the Jewish community in Schwedt consisted of only three families whose heads were Bendix Levi, Simon Salomon and Wulff Salomon. Their life was dominated by the fight for residency and trade permits. Solidarity amongst each other was not always self evident, since the residency permit of one was often in real or imagined conflict with a permit for others. The extensive sources in archives in Berlin, Brandenburg and Jerusalem show intensely the consequences of the restrictive Prussian “Judenpolitik” on the life of Jews in Schwedt and they also give us insight into Jewish traditions and customs. We bear witness to a Jewish oath in the townhouse of Schwedt and take part in the ceremonial signing of a marriage treaty. The “Emanzipationsedikt” of 1812 finally made Jews into Prussian citizens and simplified their life by giving them freedom of settlement and trade. This resulted in considerable growth of the Jewish community in Schwedt which was also joined by the Jewish residents of the nearby town of Vierraden. The first of these new settlers in Schwedt was David Loewenheim from Tütz / Westprussia. No less than seven families from his hometown followed. There was also immigration from other towns, increasing the number of Jewish residents in Schwedt to 200 by the late 19th century. After about 1880 the community shrank again because many moved away, particularly to Berlin. Since 1840 Schwedt was the seat of a Rabbi. Nathan Hirsch Kuttner stayed in Schwedt until his retirement in 1895. Although this long sojourn might indicate an agreeable relationship between him and his community, this was certainly not the case in his first years. Kuttner had to fight for recognition by his community and even had to obtain a court order to collect his salary. The building of a new Synagogue in 1862 gave a new sense of cooperation to the community and calmed the struggles with the Rabbi. Under the impression of increasing anti-Semitism from the late 19th into the 20th century, the community joined organizations which attempted to resist anti-Semitic attacks. For example, in 1894 it joined the “Deutsch- Israelitische Gemeindebund” and in 1901 the “Verein zur Abwehr des Antisemitismus”. In 1922 the “Reuchlin Loge”, was formed within the “Independent Order of Bnai Brith”. Soon followed the fast and complete anihilation of the Jewish community in Schwedt by the national socialist mass murder. The Central Database of Shoah Victims' Names at Yad Vashem / Jerusalem preserves the memory of 71 murdered Jews of Schwedt who are known by name. Descendants of survivors are scattered to all parts of the world. Intensive genealogical research in cooperation with Peter Lowe from Hertford (UK), descendant of the Loewenheim family, and Yehuda Meinhardt (Israel), made it possible to reconstruct a number of family trees. The volume ends with a description of the Jewish cemetery and a record of the grave inscriptions. För att ta reda på mer om elevers lärande av laborationer, används som utgångspunkt litteratur om lärande, lärande i naturvetenskap och lärande med laborationer. Forskare har olika åsikter om laborationers användbarhet, vilket lett fram till frågorna: Hur påverkas elevernas förståelse av teorin, genom att laborera om den? Vad anser eleverna om laborationer som ett tillfälle att fördjupa sin kunskap? Detta undersöktes med kvalitativa metoder, där både enkäter och intervjuer användes. Frågorna var både kunskapsfrågor, förståelsefrågor och frågor om vad eleverna själva anser om laborationer. Resultaten visar att elevernas förståelse ökar genom att laborera. De visar även att elever är mycket positiva till laborationer och att de flesta anser att dessa ger ökad förståelse. För att förstå laborationer, poängterar många elever att det är viktigt med både för- och efterarbete.

Detta är en kvalitativ studie som belyser hur verksamma pedagoger i förskolan ser på den fysiska miljön och barns inflytande. Går det att påverka barns inflytande med hjälp av den fysiska miljön på förskolan? Studiens resultat visar att de flesta av respondenterna anser att det går. Vad som mer framkommer är att förskollärare skulle kunna använda sig mycket mer av den fysiska miljön än vad de faktiskt gör. Många belyser samma sätt att använda sig av miljön för att påverka barns inflytande och det verkar som att de inte har så mycket idéer om hur de skulle kunna påverka den fysiska miljön för att främja barns inflytande. Det finns däremot pedagogiska inriktningar som fokuserar och lägger ner väldigt mycket tid och energi på den fysiska miljön. Studien visar att förskolor utan särskild inriktning kanske bör ta efter dessa specialinriktade förskolor vad gäller arbetet med och kring den fysiska miljön.

Повний текст джерелаDetta arbete är för avläggande av kandidatexamen i informationsdesign med inriktning mot rumslig gestaltning. Examensarbetet har utförts i samarbete med OpenArt, en utställning som breder ut sig över Örebro citykärna vart annat år. Genom arbetet har jag utforskat hur utställningsrummet kan gestaltas för orienterbarhet, för att bidra till flöde och locka besökare. Vid tidigare utställningar har biennalen inte arbetat med tydliga system i stadsrummet för spontan orientering. Besökare har upplevt att det varit svårt att hitta och besöken försvåras ytterligare av långa avstånd och påverkas i högsta grad av stadens läsbarhet,som utforskats i detta arbete för att identifiera behov och en specifik plats att arbeta med. För att öka flöde har teorier kring wayfinding och berättande utforskats för att ta fram ett system som knyter ihop utställningen i rummen mellan verken. Systemet innefattar nodförstärkande ledmarkeringar med citat från tidigare besökare. Systemet kan användas för orientering direkt i rummet genom wayfindingstrategin track following. Resultatet har tagits fram genom dokumentära analyser, enkät och olika analyser av kartor, rörelsemönster och plats. Genom workshop och nära samarbete med OpenArt har berättelsen någon mötte staden och konsten kunnat identifieras, som föreslås vara tema för utställningsrummet.

Повний текст джерелаTo examine the gender?types that the protagonists reflect in the search for their identity, I will undertake an intratextual analysis of the text, based on the central premises of Michel Foucault's discourse analysis and Judith Butler's analysis of gender as construct. Within this constructivist paradigm of gender and identity, I will undertake a textual analysis of character representation to demonstrate how identity is formed within the constraints of hegemonic discourses, and how resistance against these preformed modes of identity is predicated by fixed notions of social norms.
The texts focus on the lives of the two female protagonists. Both are widowed and fail to break out of the constraints forced upon them by society. With the awakening of their sexual desire, they are caught in an identity crisis, their desires standing at odds with the asexual identity they must assume as widows. In their attempt to combine their sexual desires with their desire to remain respectable in the eyes of society, the widows eventually fail since normative discourses of gender identity do not allow for alternative identities. Although the texts demonstrate the impossibility of living identities that contravene the central tenets of social norm, that the individual is not free to fashion its own identity, Schnitzler's texts also debunk the myth of a natural gender identity and subvert its fatalistic message by demonstrating clearly the constructed character of gender almost a century before the advent of poststructuralist gender?theory.

Повний текст джерелаTwo common rules of arithmetic that students learn about in education are the order of operations and the counting from left to right. However, previous research has shown that students also use made-up rules which are not usually used in mathematics. The aim of this study is to investigate the rules of arithmetic created by the students themselves. The aim is achieved by examine what kind of less-known rules of arithmetic that students apply and also how consistent students are in their use of a type of rule. In the study, 55 students did a worksheet consisting of five tasks. In total, 16 of the 55 students used some kind of rule where numbers in the numerical expressions were paired in some way. Furthermore, 13 of the 16 students were interviewed about their way of thinking when solving the tasks. The data therefore consists of the students’ worksheets and transcriptions from the interviews. The study shows that, in addition to the usual conventions left-to-right and order of operations, students use three different kinds of rules of arithmetic. The three rules of arithmetic are based on the principle that numbers are paired in one way or another. Despite that almost none of the 13 students had been taught the conventional rules of arithmetic, most students use own rules that follow logical structures. In addition, the study shows that most students are not particularly consistent when it comes to choosing strategy. Many students choose to use different kind of rules of arithmetic when they are calculating expressions that are structured in almost the same way.

Denna studie redogör för utbildningens betydelse i fråga om nyexaminerade lärares pedagogiska och vetenskapliga förhållningssätt. För att studera nyexaminerade lärares beskrivningar av sin yrkesverksamhet samt sin syn på utbildningen, har kvalitativa intervjuer genomförts med tre lärare under former som säkerställt etisk riktighet, reliabilitet och validitet. De kvalitativa intervjuerna har, i studien, en låg grad av standardisering och fokus på ett visst tema, trots en relativt hög grad av strukturering. Vidare har intervjuerna analyserats utifrån den nuvarande lärarutbildningens intentioner och tidigare forskning där lärarutbildningens betydelse, det vetenskapliga och pedagogiska förhållningssättet samt tiden som ny lärare berörs. Tre tydliga infallsvinklar på utbildningens betydelse har följaktligen urskiljts, vilka sedan användes för att presentera resultatet. Infallsvinklarna var kunskapssynen, det vetenskapliga förhållningssättet samt förhållandet mellan teori och praktik. Dessa infallsvinklar användes även vid resultatdiskussionen. Uppsatsens författare anser även att nyexaminerade lärares pedagogiska och vetenskapliga förhållningssätt är påverkade av utbildningen liksom av tidigare erfarenheter i flertalet avseenden. Författarna är även av åsikten att studenterna tidigt bör erhålla en medvetenhet om sitt eget lärande och utbildningens syfte samt utformning för att utbildningens betydelse ska optimeras. Denna åsikt baseras på de positiva erfarenheterna som erhållits av uppsatsförfattarna.
This study describes the importance of the teacher education concerning newly graduated teacher.s pedagogical and scientific approach. Qualitative interviews have been conducted with the purpose of studying newly graduated teacher.s descriptions of their profession as well as their views on the education. The reliability and ethics have been taken into consideration. The qualitative interviews, in this study, have a low grade of standardization and focus on a certain subject, in spite of the relative high grade of structuring. The interviews have been analysed with regard to both the intentions of the current teacher education and prior research on the subject. From the interview data three distinct views on the importance of the education have been revealed, which has been used to present the result. The different views have been organized into three separate categories which have been named: Epistemological Beliefs, A Scientific Approach and finally Theory and Practice. These same categories are also used in the discussion. The authors of the essay conclude that the new graduated teacher.s pedagogical and scientific approaches are affected by the education as well as by their earlier experiences in many different aspects. The authors are also by the opinion that the students need to be aware of their own learning and of the purpose of the education at an early stage, so that the importance of the education is optimized. This opinion is based on the positive experiences that the authors have gained during the compilation of this study.
