In this paper, a constrained discete model predictive control (CDMPC) strategy for a greenhouse inside temperature is presented. To describe the dynamics of our system’s inside temperature, an experimental greenhouse prototype is engaged. For the mathematical modeling, a state space form which fits properly the acquired data of the greenhouse temperature dynamics is identified using the subspace system identification (N4sid) algorithm. The obtained model is used in order to develop the CDMPC starategy which role is to select the best control moves based on an optimization procedure under the constraints on the control notion. For efficient evaluation of the proposed control approach Matlab/Simulink and Yalmip optimization toolbox are used for algorithm and blocks implementation. The simulation results confirm the accuracy of the controller that garantees both the control and the reference tracking objectives.

Verifica-se em que medida, as funções sociais da cidade não podem se limitar àquelas previstas nas Cartas de Atenas, mas devem abranger e concretizar igualmente os princípios, objetivos, programas, direitos e garantias constitucionais.Palavras-chave: Direito da cidade; política urbana; funções sociais da cidade; Carta de Atenas; Constituição de 1988. AbstractThe identification of a notion and content of the social functions of the city in face of the insufficiency of normative regulation and doctrinal divergence, which adapts the aims of the political order and the promotional function of Law, as well as to the fundamental goods and values protected by constitutional order is the subject of debate. La satisfacción del turista, depende en gran medida de la calidad del servicio que se preste, particularmente en un hotel, el área de alimentos y bebidas; abarca todos los procesos y subprocesos relacionados con el servicio gastronómico, desde su producción hasta la venta, incidiendo la forma como se configura y la asociación a un sinnúmero de experiencias. Este proceso garantiza la salud y la regeneración de energías que permite el desarrollo de las actividades, no solo como turista, sino como ser humano. En este contexto, el trabajo tiene como objetivo, evaluar la calidad del servicio en el proceso alimentos y bebidas de un hotel en la ciudad de Manta, para la contribución de su mejora. Se utilizaron métodos, técnicas y herramientas, como: revisión bibliográfica, entrevista, plan tipo, observación científica, revisión de documentos oficiales, diagrama de flujos, criterio de especialista, entrevista, lluvia de ideas, ponderación, estadística descriptiva, matrices. La metodología resultante es adaptable a otras entidades similares; se estructuró en cinco fases: I. Caracterización del hotel y el área de alimentos y bebidas, II. Identificación de los sub procesos asociados, III. Esquematización de los subprocesos identificados, IV Identificación de indicadores de evaluación y fase V. Medición del desempeño del proceso objeto de estudio. La aplicación a una empresa hotelera permitió en cada uno, de trece procesos correspondientes al área, la identificación de las brechas para la mejora de la prestación de los servicios afines.

ABSTRACT
Tourist satisfaction depends largely on the quality of the service provided, particularly in a hotel, the food and beverage area; It covers all the processes and sub processes related to the gastronomic service, from its production to sale, influencing the way it is configured and the association to countless experiences. This process guarantees the health and regeneration of energies that allow the development of activities, not only as a tourist, but also as a human being. In this context, the work aims to evaluate the quality of the service in the food and beverage process of a hotel in the city of Manta, for the contribution of its improvement. Methods, techniques and tools were used, such as bibliographic review, interview, type plan, scientific observation, review of official documents, flow diagram, specialist criteria, interview, brainstorming, weighting, descriptive statistics, and matrices. The resulting methodology is adaptable to other similar entities; it structured in five phases: I. Characterization of the hotel and the Food and Beverage area, II. Identification of the associated sub processes, III. Schematization of the identified sub processes, IV Identification of evaluation indicators and phase V. Measurement of the performance of the process under study. The application to a hotel company allowed in each of thirteen processes corresponding to the area, the identification of gaps for the improvement of the provision of related services.

With the growing population of older adults, the identification of treatment strategies to prevent or ameliorate age-related cognitive decline has been an important topic in recent years. After reviewing cross-sectional, longitudinal, and experimentally designed studies, as well as evidence from narrative and meta-analytic reviews, the authors concluded that behavioral approaches such as physical activity, cognitive training, and dietary interventions show promising results. In addition, given the likelihood that multiple underlying mechanisms support cognitive function, research is currently focusing on how to combine lifestyle factors into multi-component interventions to generate greater and more meaningful effects. Though evidence for these enhanced benefits exists from animal studies, few multi-component studies have been performed with humans. However, the findings from these studies are promising and a continued pursuit of multi-component behavioral interventions to benefit cognitive performance is warranted. Given the world’s aging population and accompanying age-related health issues such as cognitive decline and dementia, future research should focus on understanding the biological mechanisms responsible for these effects in order to allow for the development of behavioral lifestyle prescriptions to benefit cognitive performance.Keywords. aging, cognitive function, exercise intervention, oxidative stress, cognitive engagement.Resumen. Con la creciente población de adultos mayores, la identificación de las estrategias de tratamiento para prevenir o mejorar el deterioro cognitivo relacionado con la edad ha sido un tema importante en los últimos años. Después de revisar estudios con diseños transversales, longitudinales y experimentales, así como la evidencia de revisiones de literatura narrativa y meta-analítica, los autores concluyen que los enfoques conductuales como la actividad física, el entrenamiento cognitivo y las intervenciones dietéticas muestran resultados prometedores. Además, dada la probabilidad de que múltiples mecanismos subyacentes apoyan la función cognitiva, las investigaciones se enfocan actualmente en la manera de cómo combinar factores del estilo de vida en las intervenciones con múltiples componentes para generar efectos mayores y más significativos. Aunque existe evidencia de estos beneficios a partir de estudios en animales, se han realizado pocos estudios de componentes múltiples en humanos. Sin embargo, los resultados de estos estudios son prometedores y se garantiza un seguimiento continuo de las intervenciones conductuales de componentes múltiples para beneficiar el rendimiento cognitivo. Teniendo en cuenta el envejecimiento de la población mundial y los problemas de salud relacionados con la edad que la acompañan, tales como el deterioro cognitivo y la demencia, la investigación futura debería centrarse en la comprensión de los mecanismos biológicos responsables de estos efectos con el fin de permitir el desarrollo de las prescripciones de comportamiento de estilo de vida para beneficiar el rendimiento cognitivo.Palabras claves. envejecimiento, funcionamiento cognitivo, intervención con ejercicio, estrés oxidativo, participación cognitiva.

Introdução: As pessoas com deficiência têm garantido pela legislação brasileira os seus direito como cidadãos, mas a efetivação destes ainda apresenta-se insuficiente. Objetivo: mapear os serviços oferecidos no município de Agudo, RS, voltado para as pessoas com deficiência e apresentar contribuições da Terapia Ocupacional para essa população. Método: Abordagem qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso. A coleta de dados ocorreu no período de agosto a outubro de 2014, esta foi realizada em três etapas: identificação dos serviços de saúde ofertados às pessoas com deficiência; entrevista com gestores destes serviços; e levantamento do número de pessoas com deficiência físico-motora usuárias dos serviços, após estas etapas realizou-se o cruzamento dos dados do município com os dados secundários informados pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística -- IBGE, levantamento censitário de 2010. Os dados desse estudo forma analisado considerando a Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Os dados levantados pelo IBGE, censo do ano de 2010, mostraram que a população de pessoas com deficiência físico-motora do município é de 1.559 pessoas, deste total apenas 42 (3%) são acompanhadas por algum serviço do município. Conclusão: Conclui-se que há falta de conhecimento sobre a realidade em que vivem as pessoas com deficiência neste município e sobre as suas necessidades de saúde. Observa-se que não há efetivação dos direitos humanos preconizados em lei e o funcionamento de um sistema de saúde igualitário e integrado para a população pesquisada, que caminha de forma lenta para o enfrentamento da exclusão social e garantia de ações para qualidade de vida. Abstract Introduction: People with disabilities are guaranteed by Brazilian law to their rights as citizens, but their implementation is still insufficient. Objective: to map the services offered in the city of Agudo, RS, designed for people with disabilities and present Occupational Therapy'contributions to this population. Method: Qualitative approach, presented as a study case. Data collection took place in the period from August to October 2014, which was carried out in three stages: identification of health services offered to people with disabilities; interview with managers of these services; and a survey of the number of people with physical and motor disabilities using the services. Following those steps, the data about the city were cross-checked with the secondary data reported by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), from their census of 2010. The data from this study were analyzed considering the Content Analysis. Results: The data collected by the IBGE, census of 2010, showed that the population of people with physical and motor disabilities in the city is constituited by 1,559 people, among which only 42 (3%) are supported by some service of the city. Conclusion: We conclude that there is a lack of knowledge about the reality in which people with disabilities live in this city and about their health needs. It is observed that there is no effectiveness of the human rights advocated by law, as well as the functioning of an egalitarian and integrated health system for the population surveyed, which moves slowly towards the confrontation of social exclusion and the assurance of actions for quality of life.Keywords: Deficiency; Inclusion; Occupational Therapy.

A partir da identificação e demarcação da Terra Indígena Boqueirão, buscou-se discutir a base para demandas recentes de ampliação de terras indígenas, a partir do entendimento de que mesmo que o Estado faça os procedimentos legais, isso não garante uma situação de pleno direito a terra e de possibilidade real de reprodução física e cultural. A pesquisa adotou como procedimentos metodológicos o estudo de documentos a partir do Processo da Fundação Nacional do Índio n. 3437/81-76. Os resultados indicam que ocorre uma disputa pela terra entre índios e fazendeiros, e o Estado é o mediador dos conflitos garantindo a terra, porém, áreas reivindicadas pelos índios como essenciais para a vida são excluídas, configurando ao final do processo, uma situação de necessária revisão de forma a atender o direito garantido na Constituição Federal de 1988.Palavras-chave: Demarcação; Terra Indígena; Roraima; FUNAITHE POLICY OF DEMARCATION OF INDIGENOUS LANDS: THE CASE OF THE BOQUEIRÃO INDIGENOUS LAND - RORAIMA – BRAZILAbstract: Based on its identification and demarcation of Boqueirão Indigenous Land, it aimed to highlight the basis for recent demands for expanding indigenous lands, based on the understanding that even if the State does its legal procedures, it does not guarantee a full right situation the earth and the possibility of real physical and cultural reproduction; The research has adopted as a methodological procedures the study of documents from the process of the National Foundation of the Indian/FUNAI n. 3437 / 81-76, and interview with community leadership. La proposta centrale di questo articolo è quella di comprendere e discutere la situazione generata dalle continue siccità che affliggono l’economia agricola di diverse regioni del Rio Grande do Sul negli ultimi decenni, in particolare con l’adozione di modelli produttivi degradanti e inquinanti dagli anni ’70. Discutere anche alcune informazioni sui fenomeni naturali che intensificano la siccità costante, così come l’azione umana nel peggioramento della siccità. Per questo, abbiamo condotto un’ampia ricerca bibliografica e interviste con ricercatori della zona. Da ciò, è stato identificato che l’agroecologia come modello di agricoltura sostenibile è un’alternativa per sostituire il modello dipendente e degradante degli ecosistemi nella produzione di alimenti per gaúchos e per l’esportazione. Inoltre, con questo modello di produzione sostenibile negli agroecosami, è possibile garantire miglioramenti ambientali, economici e sociali alle famiglie degli agricoltori di tutte le regioni agricole, oltre a mitigare le continue siccità e siccità che sono diventate frequenti negli ultimi decenni, causando enormi perdite economiche e ambientali per tutta la produzione del Rio Grande do Sul.

La garde à vue est toujours un sujet d'actualité aussi, l'évoquer selon l'angle des garanties, permet d'exorciser ce que la notion par elle-même renferme d'obscurité et d'incertitude. Leur identification au travers du cadre juridique, puis envisagées relativement aux droits de la personne, a mis en relief les points communs mais plus encore, la différence entre les législations française et jordanienne. Pour la première, la caractéristique principale tient à son évolution, sous la pression des instances européennes, vers un procès plus équitable, les droits de la personne s'affermissant. La seconde, pèche par des règlementations insuffisantes, dominées par l'intérêt général et la manifestation de la vérité, au détriment des droits de la personne. Une protection efficace des garanties, pendant la mesure privative de liberté avant jugement, passe par l'examen de leur contrôle par des moyens humains et techniques, toujours en droit comparé. Deux mots résument les effets de ce contrôle, pour les deux droits, ils sont instables et théoriques. L'équilibre à trouver, entre les nécessités de l'enquête pour confondre les auteurs de l'infraction et la protection de la personne gardée à vue, s'avère complexe et fluctuant, quelquefois en fonction d'un contexte d'insécurité. Le droit français sans offrir la panacée absolue d'une législation importante sur la garde à vue devrait permettre de guider la réflexion jordanienne, à partir de ses réussites, mais aussi de ses manques vers une formalisation plus importante dans son Code de procédure pénale, et le souci d'une adaptation conforme à ses valeurs culturellesArrest is always a topical subject, so, to evoke it from the point view of public safety, makes it possible to eliminate the associated notions of darkness and uncertainty. Re-examining arrest through the legal framework and with respect to human rights has highlighted commonalities but, more importantly, differences between French and Jordanian legislation. For the former, the main characteristic is its evolution, under the pressure of European authorities, towards a fairer trial, with the rights of the individual being strengthened. The latter is characterised by insufficient regulation, dominated by the general interest and the manifestation of truth, to the detriment of human rights. Effective protection of public safety, during the deprivation of liberty before trial, requires the verification by human and technical means, always in comparative law. Two words summarize the effects of this control, in these two rights, they are unstable and theoretical. The balance to be found between, on the one hand, the needs of the investigation to confound the perpetrators of the offence and, on the other hand, the protection of the person in custody, is complex and fluctuating, sometimes depending on the context of insecurity. French law, without offering the absolute panacea of an important legislation on police custody, should help guide Jordanian reflection, based on its successes but also its shortcomings, towards becoming more formalized in its Code of Criminal Procedure, in the desire for an adaptation in conformity with its cultural values

Atualmente, o uso de técnicas para a correta identificação de indivíduos vivos ou mortos faz-se necessária para que este, ou sua família, possa usufruir dos direitos que lhe cabem e, assim, para que se possa buscar justiça nas sociedades a que pertencem. Os direitos mais fundamentais foram negados a um grupo significativos de pessoas durante os anos do regime de exceção vividos em nosso país. A negação, sobretudo, de conhecer as verdades dos fatos alcançou as famílias que não puderam enterrar ou desconhecem o paradeiro de seus entes presos e desaparecidos políticos da ditadura militar brasileira. Neste contexto que a antropologia forense figura como importante ferramenta para identificar restos mortais humanos. A dissertação buscou, a partir de pesquisa exploratória realizar um levantamento sobre a forma praticada pela pelos agentes da ditadura para desaparecer com as evidências dos crimes cometidos, mormente os corpos, e a aplicação da antropologia forense na identificação atual destes corpos exumados de valas comuns e covas clandestinas. Relata as dificuldades encontradas pela antropologia forense brasileira e a experiência do grupo argentino de antropólogos forenses. Por fim, reitera a importância da identificação dos mortos para trazer alentos às famílias e permitir eventual responsabilização do Estado.
Nowadays, the use of techniques for the identification of alive or dead is needed for this, or your family can enjoy the rights that fit you and thus, so that they can seek justice in the societies to which they belong. The most fundamental rights were denied to a significant group of people during the years of authoritarian regime lived in our country. Denial, above all, know the truths of the events reached the families who were unable to bury or unaware of the whereabouts of their loved political prisoners and missing the Brazilian military dictatorship. In this context that the forensic anthropology appears as an important tool to identify the human remains. The dissertation sought, from exploratory research to survey the form practiced by the dictatorship of agents to disappear with the evidence of the crimes committed, especially the bodies and the application of forensic anthropology in the current identification of these bodies exhumed from mass graves and clandestine graves. Recounts the difficulties encountered by Brazilian forensic anthropology and experience of the Argentine group of forensic anthropologists. Finally, it reiterates the importance of identifying the dead to bring breaths families and allow potential liability of the state.

Ces travaux de thèse portent sur le développement d’une nouvelle méthodologie pour l’identification de défauts de bâtiments performants et connectés afin d'aider à la garantie de performances. Nous avons dans un premier temps resitué nos travaux dans le contexte énergétique actuel en montrant le rôle majeur des bâtiments dans la réduction des consommations énergétiques. Nous avons ensuite présenté notre méthodologie en argumentant sur les techniques à utiliser avant d’effectuer un choix final. Cette méthodologie se compose de deux blocs principaux : le premier vise à réduire les incertitudes liées à l'occupant et à l'environnement et le second étudie l'écart entre la simulation et la mesure par une analyse de sensibilité couplée à un algorithme bayésien. Nous l'avons ensuite implémentée dans un outil que nous avons nommé REFATEC. Nous avons alors soumis notre méthodologie à différents tests dans des conditions idéales afin d’éprouver sa précision et son temps d’exécution. Cette étape a montré que la méthodologie est efficace mais montre quelques faiblesses dans le cas d’une saison estivale ou d’un défaut très localisé. Enfin, nous l’avons mise en situation face à un cas réel afin de traiter les nombreuses questions que soulèvent l’utilisation de mesures in-situ dans la perspective de la garantie de performances et de la détection de défauts, avec notamment la fiabilité des mesures et les incertitudes encore nombreuses qui doivent être traitéesThis thesis deals with the development of a new methodology for fault detection within smart high-performance buildings helping the performance guarantee. We first have placed our work in the current energy context by focusing on the major role of buildings in the decrease of energy consumption. Then we introduced our methodology and we argued about various techniques that could be used before making a choice. This methodology is made up of two main parts : the former reduces the uncertainties due to the occupant and the environment and the latter studies the gap between simulation and measurements thanks to a sensitivity analysis coupled with a bayesian algorithm. Then we implemented it within a tool that we named REFATEC. We carried out various tests in controlled conditions in order to evaluate its precision and its calculation time. This step showed that our methodology is effective but it has some difficulties when the studied period is during summer or when the faults are very located. is a very located fault. Eventually we confronted our methodology to a real case where we faced numerous questions that appear when dealing with measurements, especially their reliability and the uncertainties that still need to be taken care of, in the perspective of performance guarantee and fault detection
