This study aims (1) to determine the effect of liquidity (CR), solvency (DER) and profitability (ROA) to partially affect stock prices (2) to determine the effect of liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and profitability (ROA). ) has a simultaneous effect on stock prices (3) to determine between liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and profitability (ROA), which have the most dominant influence on stock prices. The method used is quantitative. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = -1835,668 - 17268,634X1 - 18338,807X2 + 780022,088X3 + e. Partially liquidity (CR) has a negative and significant effect with tcount less than ttable (-2,445) <(-2.028) or sig α 0,019 < 0.05, solvency (DER) has no positive and significant effect, indicating that tcount is smaller than ttable (-0.644) >(2.028) or sig α 0.524 > 0.05, profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, indicating that the value of t is greater than t table (3.743)> (2.028) or sig α 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and profitability (ROA) have an effect on profit growth with the Fcount value of 6.071, the value is greater than Ftable, namely 2.87 or Fcount 6.071> Ftable 2.87. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is profitability (ROA) with a value of 6.071.

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational Efficiency (OEOI), Credit Risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) partially on Profitability (ROA), (2) to determine the effect of the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational efficiency (OEOI), Credit risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) simultaneously on Profitability (ROA), and (3) to determine which of the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational efficiency (OEOI), Credit risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) has the most influence on Profitability (ROA) in Islamic banking registered with the OJK for the period 2015-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The result of research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 21,756 + 0,11X1 - 0,349X2 + 0,507X3 + 0,117X4 + e. Partially CAR has no significant effect on the ROA, OEOI has a significant negative effect on the ROA, NPF and FDR has a significant positive effect on the ROA. Simultaneously CAR, OEOI, NPF and FDR partially to ROA. The most dominant variable in this research is OEOI with value -13,352. The predictive ability of these variables on ROA in this study was 89,1%, while the remaining 10,9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Simultaneously, accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover and sales growth have an effect on profitability with a value of 4.744, amounting to 2.87. The variable with the most dominant influence in this study is sales growth with a value of 3.368.

This study examines the effect of experiential marketing, features and trust on the satisfaction of Shopee application users, namely the students of the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, dominant test, and coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression results show that experiential marketing, features and trust variables have a positive influence on the Shopee application user satisfaction variable, it is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 3.348E-17 + 0.250 + 0.270 + 0.194 + e. It shows that the tcount value of the experiential marketing variable is 2.408 > 1.983 ttable. The feature variable is t. 4.078 > 1.983. The trust variable is t. 3.280 > t. Saleh Situbondo as a Shopee application user. Fcount 44,364 > Ftable 2,81, so it can be concluded that experiential marketing, features and trust variables have a simultaneous effect on Shopee application user satisfaction. Based on the dominant test the value of the service feature variable is greater than the other variables of 4.078.

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, price partially affect the consumer loyalty variable (2) to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, and price have a simultaneous effect on the variable of consumer loyalty (3) to determine the dominant influence among the variables of service quality, product variety, price, which is the most dominant on the variable of consumer loyalty. The t-count value for the service quality variable is 3.718. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, then t-count is 3.718 > t-table is 1.985. Means Ho is accepted or Ha is rejected. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05, meaning that the service quality variable has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. valueT for the variable diversity of products amounted to 3,150. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, so tcount is 3.150 > ttable is 1.985. means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning that the product diversity variable has a partial effect on consumer loyalty. The valuecalculated for the price variable is 2.747. The value in the 5% distribution table is 1.985, so tcount is 2.747 > ttable is 1.985. It means that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.007 > 0.05, meaning that the price variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneous statistical test or f test shows where the value of farithmetic > ftable 32.554 > 2.47 based on statistical testing using the f test method, where the significant level obtained is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that the quality of service, product diversity, price simultaneously affect consumer loyalty is acceptable.

This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) of Gunung Mulia Grenden, Puger and determine the priority development strategies that can be implemented by BUMDes. Analysis of the data used is a SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. The results showed that the IFAS matrix analysis had a total score of 3,312. The total value of the EFAS matrix is ​​3,273. On the IE Matrix (Internal Eksternal) BUMDes Gunung Mulia Grenden, Puger is in quadrant I, which means that it is in a position to grow and be built. From the results of the research on alternative organizational strategies that have been obtained and practical researchers to determine the development of strategies for the Gunung Mulia BUMDes that are in accordance with the situation and conditions as well as the objectives of the Gunung Mulia BUMDes. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of experiential marketing and brand image on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Kapal Api coffee in Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 354. The analytical technique used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Business Risk variables partially or simultaneously as well as the dominant variables on the expansion decisions of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, dominant test and determination test. Based on the research results, it is known that the results of multiple linear regression are Y = 9.328E-17 + 0.392X1 + 0.243X2 + 0.269X3 + 0.248X4 + e. The results of the t test show that the Liquidity variable tcount 3.172 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.003 < 0.05, Leverage variable tcount 2.134 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.038 < 0.05, Profitability variable tcount 2.136 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.038 < 0.05, business risk variable tcount 2.258 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.029 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H1) which states that the variables of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Business risk partially influence the decision to expand property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the F test are known that the value of Fcount 10,416 > Ftable 2.58 sig 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Business risk simultaneously affect the decision of expansion of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Liquidity variable that has a dominant effect. R square shows a value of 0.481 has a contribution of 48.1% meaning that it has a strong enough influence on the dependent variable (expansion decision) and the remaining 51.9% is influenced by variables not examined in the study.

The results of the t-test showed that the competency variable was tcount 2.822 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.009 <0.05. Work Environment variable value tcount 2.450 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.021 <0.05. The value of the Motivation variable is tcount 2.226 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.035 <0.05, namely Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that the variables of Competence, Work Environment and Motivation partially affect work performance. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount is 6.128 > Ftable 2.98 sig 0.003 < 0.05, that the variables Competence, Work Environment, Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Work Performance at the Bondowoso Population and Civil Registration Service. The dominant variable is Competence. R square contributes 41.4%, meaning that it has a strong enough influence on the dependent variable (Work Achievement) and the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Partially Human resource information system has significant postive effect with a tcount value of 7,915 ttable of 2.001, Competence has not significant positive effect with a tcount of -1,636 ttable of 2.001 and Work discipline has significant positive effect with a tcount of 2,103 ttable of 2.001. Simultaneously the Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline affect the performance of ASN with an Fcount of 63,522 Ftable of 2.76. The dominant variable in this study is the Human resource information system with a value of 7,915.

The sampling method in this study is a saturated sampling technique or census, so that the total population is a total sample of 43 employees. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20.00 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and communication have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of product diversity, price and location partially on purchasing decisions (2) to determine the effect of product diversity, price and location simultaneously on purchasing decisions (3) to find out which among the diversity of products, prices and locations which has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 2,888E-16 + 0,186 X1 + 0,475 X2 + 0,184 X3 + 0,088 e. Partially, product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 2,094> 1,985, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 5,317> 1,985, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 2,065> 1,985. Simultaneously the diversity of products, prices, and location together have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 11,172> 2.70. The dominant influential variable in this study is the price variable with a value of 5,317.

Organizational management requires good and appropriate management so that people who work in the organization can achieve optimal results or goals. Cafe Family Garden is a company that has duties, functions and authorities. In order to achieve the goals that have been set, it takes high loyalty from customers of Cafe Family Garden. One way to increase customer loyalty is by promotion, product diversity, and product quality. Statistical test results of the regression variable promotion (X1), product diversity (X2), and product quality (X3) have a positive influence on the customer loyalty variable (Y), this is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = -1.306E-16 + 0.163X1 + 0.348X2 + 0.453X3+ e. Partially the promotion variable (X1) tcount is 2,032 > ttable 1,985 with a sig value of 0.045 < 0.05, product diversity (X2) tcount is 3.901 > ttable 1.985 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, product quality (X3) tcount is 6.250 > t table 1.985 with sig value 0.000 <0.05. The promotion variable (X1) product diversity (X2) product quality (X3) has a significant positive effect on the customer loyalty variable. Simultaneously (together) promotion (X1) product diversity (X2) product quality (X3) simultaneously has a positive effect on customer loyalty variable (Y) because Fcount > Ftable, 81.729 > 2.70 with sig value 0.000 <0.05 . The dominant test of this research conducted is the influence value of the product quality variable (X3) of 6.250, which is greater than the value of the promotion variable (X1) of 2.032 and product diversity (X2) of 3.901. The coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained results of 0.723 meaning the influence of promotion variables, product diversity, and product quality had a contribution of 72.3% to the customer loyalty variable, the remaining 27.7% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand equity (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty) on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat products at Muhammadiyah University Jember students. Honda Beat products are now quite a trend among young people, especially students. Brand equity or brand equity is the variable raised in this study because it is a set of brand assets and liabilities related to a brand, its name and symbol, which increase or decrease the value provided by an item or service to the company or the company's customers. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study were students from the Muhammadiyah University of Jember who used Honda Beat motorcycles. The sample used was 75 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that brand equity (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty) has a significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat products for students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember.

Check-in counters are airport staff or officers in charge of providing services to passengers who carry out the check-in process at the departure terminal, this service is included in the pre-flight service that passengers receive when traveling using air transportation. Therefore, the quality of service affects the smoothness of the flight. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the check-in counter at the Tebelian Sintang airport. This research uses quantitative research. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was distributed to the passengers at the tebelian sintang airport. The data was processed with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) to test the research instruments, hypotheses, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the quality of tangible, responsiveness and empathy services had no effect on customer satisfaction at the check-in counter at Tebelian Sintang airport with a significant value <0.05. while the quality of service reliability and assurance simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at the check-in counter at tebelian sintang airport with a significant value > 0.05.

Partially, product quality has a significant positive effect with tcount greater than t table 10.035> t table 1.986 or sig 0.000 <0.050, the price indicates a value of 3.319> t table 1.986 or sig 0.001 <0.050 location indicates a value of 0.053 <t table 1.986 or sing 0.958> 0.050. Aviation Security (AVSEC) is a work unit formed by PT. Angkasa Pura in fulfilling international and national regulations as a manager and provider of airport security services must have the required license according to the position. The quality of security services provided by security officers or Aviation Security (AVSEC) at the Security Check Point (SCP) unit at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate is very important for passengers. the researcher got information from seniors who had already carried out On Job Training (OJT) where there were some passengers who complained about the service during the inspection. Therefore, the researcher aims to find out whether there is an influence on the quality of service of avsec officers at the security check point on passenger satisfaction and also to find out how much influence the quality of service of avsec officers at the security check point has on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate This study uses quantitative data. The data used in this study were taken from primary data based on questionnaires distributed to passengers at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate for the period February 2022. With a total of 96 people, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis, T test, coefficient of determination and normality test. The results showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is an influence of service quality for Avsec Officers at Security Check Point (SCP) on Passenger Satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. The T test results show tcount = 15.212> ttable value = 1.985. The results of the Coefficient of Determination test which show how much influence the service quality variable (X) has on the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) it is known that the determination coefficient value is 71.1%, which means that the service quality variable (X) contributes 71.1% to the passenger satisfaction variable. This study aimed to find out the effect of the debt, working capital, and sales variables partially, simultaneously and dominant variables that affected on the net profit variable. The research method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method, which was a research based on data collected during systematic research regarding the facts and characteristics of the object of the tudy and then interpreted based on theory and literature related to research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of multiple linear regression Y = 2584.01 + 0.053 X1 - 0.006 X2 + 0.043 X3 + e. The t-test for total debt has tcount of 763 > ttable of 2.028 sig of 0.001 < 0.05. Sales has tcount of 2,445 > ttable of 2,028 sig of 0.019 < 0.05. Then the debt and sales variables partially have a significant effect on net profit. Working capital has tcount of -0.853 > -ttable of -2.028 sig of 0.399 > 0.05. So the working capital variable partially has no significant effect on net income. The value of F test showed Fcount of 29.857 > Ftable of 2.87 sig of 0.000 < 0.05, that means all independent variables have a simultaneous effect on net profit. The debt variable (X1) has the largest or dominant value compared to the other two independent variables, which is 3.763. R square of 70.8% means that it has a strong effect on Y while the remaining 29.2% is affected by other variables which are not examined.

This study uses external secondary data sources obtained through literature studies which are arranged in the form of documents in the form of reports, books and other written sources related to the object of research and primary data sources, namely financial report data in the form of Balance Sheet reports and Profit and Loss reports for BUMDes Business. Prosperous period 2018-2020. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of this study indicate that the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios is quite healthy. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality, trust on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Klabang Bondowoso Motor Workshop. The population in this study is the consumer of Motor Workshop. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, Trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, Trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Trust on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Comparing the F-count (858.931) > Ftable (2.70) based on statistical testing using the f test method, where the significant level obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. One of the services that passengers experience for the first time when using Garuda Indonesia Airlines services before departure is the check-in (preflight) process. The check-in counter is a self-reporting process regarding the departure of passengers to make a trip. If the check-in counter service is good, passengers will feel satisfied and will not cause accumulation. However, there are still many obstacles experienced by passengers during the check-in process at the departure terminal of Sultan Babullah Ternate Airport causing dissatisfaction with the quality of check-in services (Siti FatmaBuhari, 2020). This study uses quantitative data. And using the data generated from primary data in accordance with the questionnaire distributed to Garuda Indonesia airline passengers at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate for the period September 2021 and totaling 96 people, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques, T-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of hypothesis testing with the T test stated that the value of tcount 10.450, the value of ttable 1.986 and the results of the Coefficient of Determination test showed how much influence the X variable had on the Y variable, with a value of 53.7% and the remaining 46.3% the cause was other factors not examined by researchers.

BRC cell adalah salah satu konter di Bondowoso yang menjual smartphone Realme, dimana nukman cell melakukan penjualan dengan memanfaatkan celebrity endorsement dari peusahaan Realme itu sendiri, mengenai kualitas produk dari smartphone Realme tidak dapat diragukan lagi, tentu hal ini akan menjadi Brand image(citra merek) tersediri di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari celebrity endorse, kualitas produk dan brand image keputusan pembelian Handphone Realme di BRC Cell Bondowoso. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen BRC Cell Bondowoso. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa celebrity endorse, kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Handphone Realme di BRC Cell Bondowoso.

Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution ttable is 1.988, then tcount 6.400 > 1.988 t table meaning that the Service Quality variable has a partial effect on Consumer Loyalty in Economics Students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. Price Variable (X2) Against Consumer Loyalty (Y) of 2.871. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution ttable is 1.988, then tcount 2.871 < ttable 1.988 meaning that the price variable has a simultaneous effect on Consumer Loyalty in Economics Students at Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. The Trust Variable (X3) on Consumer Loyalty (Y) is 0.983. Meanwhile, the value in the 5% distribution t table is 1.988, then tcount 0.983 < 1.988 t table. This study uses statistical applications. The population in this study were customers who visited Duta Minimarket Mimbaan Situbondo. The sample used was 99 respondents and used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (product variety, price, location) have a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely repeat purchases. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that Y = -1.005 E-16 + 0.290 X1 + 0.346 X2 + 0.404 X3 + e. The standard error is 0.080, meaning that all variables calculated in the SPSS version 22 test for Windows 10 have a confounding variable level of 0.080. The results of the t test, tcount product diversity (2.042), price (3.594) and location (4.447). The diversity of products, prices and locations have a partial effect on customer satisfaction tcount > ttable. The results of the F test show Fcount > Ftable, namely 19.855 > 2.70. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.385. This means that 38.5% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by product variety, price and location variables. The remaining 61.5% is influenced by other variables.

Pengamatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada kualitas pembangunan unit rumah di PT.RPPN Kota Probolinggo. Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode field research, serta melakukan studi kelayakan data teknik triangulasi dengan teknik wawancara tidak struktur dengan minimal tiga sumber informan namun dengan pertanyaan yang realif sama. Uji kredibilitas data dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta ditarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik mengambil sampel yang menerapkan metode snowball sampling. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa PT RPPN sudah memiliki SOP yang baik di setiap pembangunan unit rumah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan disetiap hasil kerja yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas yang dihasilkan tanpa menghilangkan peran SOP di setiap prosesnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan bersama.

The analytical tool used in this study is an analysis of aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth. Based on the analysis results show that the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, and growth is quite healthy. The factors that affect the health level of BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera in 2019-2020 are the estimated capital of BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera in meeting their operational needs. The ability of Dana Asri Sejahtera BUMDes to fulfill their short-term obligations, and the ability of Dana Asri Sejahtera BUMDes to produce SHU for capital or independence and or for institutional development, member dividends and operating expenses or expenses.

Service quality has a significant positive effect with a value of 15,030, of 1.986, price has a significant positive effect with a value of 3,101, of 1.986, and promotion has a significant positive effect of -2,686, amounting to 1.986. Simultaneously, service quality, price and promotions affect purchasing decisions with a value of 86,9673, 2.71.. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is service quality with a value of 15,030.

In this modern era, beauty manufacturers pamper their consumers by offering a variety of beauty products and all their advantages. This study aims to analyze and examine the role of price, brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions on Indonesian Scarlett Whitening products at Tokopedia. The type of data in this study used quantitative data in the form of an online questionnaire. The sample population used in this study was 110 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is supported by instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient of 3.307. Brand Ambassador has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient of 7.040. Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 with a coefficient of 4.005 and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.028 which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient of 3.297.

This study uses multiple linear regression analysis test. The population used by all groups of people with respondent criteria is customers who use the services of JNT Express Mlandingan branch at least 2 times. The number of samples used were 50 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. In the food and beverage sector, there are many kinds. Over time in the city of Jember, many food industry businesses have sprung up, one of which is the food chip industry, namely Ridho-Susi Silo Jember cassava chips. Where Ridho-Susi's cassava chips Silo Jember is one of the food industries that sells crispy snack products, which is currently experiencing a declining sales trend. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the product, price, promotion, location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions of cassava chips in Ridho-Susi Silo Jember. The population in this study were Ridho-Susi Silo Jember cassava chips consumers. The sample used was 80 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that product, price, promotion, location had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for cassava chips in Ridho-Susi Silo Jember.

This study is to answer whether there is an influence and how much influence the development of human resources has on the performance of avsec officers at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate This study uses quantitative data. The data used in this study were taken from primary data based on questionnaires distributed to avsec officers with a total of 74 people, observation data and secondary data in the form of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, T test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of hypothesis testing using the T-test show that there is a positive and significant effect with a tcount value of 8.490, a t-table value of 1.665 and the results of the Coefficient of Determination test show how much influence the X variable has on the Y variable, with a value of 0.500 or 50%, while the remaining 50% is caused by other factors. which were not investigated by the researcher.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions of MS Glow skincare products in Jember Regency. The population used in this study are consumers in the Jember Regency area who make purchases and use MS Glow skincare products. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed online to buyers and users of MS Glow skincare products. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tools. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on gender, it is known that male respondents are 17 respondents with a percentage of 21.3% while respondents with female sex are 63 with a percentage of 78.8%. It can be concluded that there are more female respondents. Because most of those who use MS Glow skincare products for facial care tend to be used by women. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on age, it is known that respondents aged 17-22 years amounted to 51 respondents with a percentage of 63.8%. Age 23-28 years jumalh 23 respondents with a percentage of 28.8%. There are 3 respondents aged 29-34 years with a percentage of 3.8%. While the age> 35 years amounted to 3 respondents with a percentage of 3.8%. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents are aged 17-22 years because the average user of MS Glow skincare products in Jember Regency is dominated by young people and students. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on work, it is known that the respondents as students amounted to 48 respondents with a percentage of 60.0%. Respondents who were still students amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Respondents who worked as employees amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Self-employed amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Meanwhile, there are 8 households with a percentage of 10.0%. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents by occupation are dominated by students. The test results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.680 or 100%. So it can be said that 68% of purchasing decisions are influenced by brand ambassadors, brand image, and product quality, and 32% are influenced by other factors. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. This research has implications for companies in making policies and preparing strategies. Several strategies that can be developed by the company are using brand ambassadors as a promotional tool to promote their products, form and create a good brand image, attractive, easily recognizable, and easy to remember by consumers, and continue to innovate to improve product quality and quality.

The theories used in this research are marketing management theory, service quality theory, and customer satisfaction theory. The research was conducted on customers of the Wooden Craft House. This type of descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 82 respondents. The nature of the research is explanatory. The test tool used is multiple linear regression, with SPSS software version 20.00. The t test results show that efficiency (0.003), fulfillment (0.006), system availability (0.001), privacy (0.000), and responsiveness (0.002) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. The regression test shows that efficiency (0.155), fulfillment (0.195), system availability (0.189), privacy (0.220), and responsiveness (0.210) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the coefficient of determination test is 93.7%, customer satisfaction is influenced by efficiency. , fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and responsiveness while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables outside of research.

Анотація:
Study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, price and features on Gojek customer satisfaction during the Covid-19 outbreak in Banyuwagi. The primary data source used in this study is the respondents' answers through questionnaire items. The population of this study is all Gojek customers in Banyuwangi whose number cannot be counted with certainty. Thus the number of samples in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Many regression test results indicate that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This proves that good service quality will increase Gojek customer satisfaction in Banyuwangi. Price has a positive effect on satisfaction. This proves that the right price will increase Gojek customer satisfaction in Banyuwangi. Features have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This proves that better features will increase Gojek customer satisfaction in Banyuwangi. The results of the partial test (t test) show that service quality, price and features have a significant effect on Gojek customer satisfaction.

Performance measurement is very important, because performance measurement can later be used as a performance evaluation in the future by taking into account financial and non-financial aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the BSC design in Koperasi Syariah Sekar Tanjung. This research is a qualitative research, that data in the form of descriptive explanations that explain a description of certain objects and results. This study uses the BSC perspective to design the BSC in Koperasi Syariah Sekar Tanjung Jember. The data analysis method used is describing the vision and mission, SWOT analysis, determining alternative strategies, causal relationships between perspectives, determining lead and lag indicators of alternative strategies as well as targets and initiatives of strategic objectives, and determining implementation mechanisms. Koperasi Syariah Sekar Tanjung Strategy, Arjasa District, Jember Regency, when designed using BSC seen from 4 perspectives, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources, improve the quality of excellent service to customers, increase customer satisfaction, and increase financial ratios.

Study aims to determine and analyze the effect of destination image, promotion, service quality on visitor satisfaction at Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu. The primary data sources used in this study were respondents' answers through questionnaire items. The population of this study were all visitors to the Ambulu Dira Swimming Pool whose exact number could not be counted. Thus the number of samples in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple regression test results show that the image of the destination has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. This proves that a good destination image will increase visitor satisfaction at Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu. Promotion has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. This proves that an attractive promotion will increase visitor satisfaction of Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu. Service quality has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. This proves that good service quality will increase visitor satisfaction of Dira Swimming Pool Ambulu.
