For mechanical processing, with the evolution of human civilization, especially the progress of scientific and technological life, technology has made great progress in this field. There are also many researches in this field. However, after studying the relevant articles, it found that most of them discussed the ability to increase material use and its appearance dimensions, and seldom to discuss the productivity of mechanical processing. Therefore, the research used a machine works company limited in central Taiwan as an example, through the product performance as the starting point to analyze the weighting of items affect the product performances, and the method of GM(h,N), which applies little data and multivariate in the grey system theory, was proposed. The factors affecting the product performances in the first half of 2016, including daily working hours, defective products, daily output, personnel costs and power costs totally five factors are used as analysis factors. Using the product performances as output, the weighting of each factor can be calculated, then, we can identify the impact of the product performance as a reference to enhance productivity. Through the practical analysis and mathematics calculation, it can achieve the relevant weighting of each factor in product performances. The rank of sorting are: daily working hours, defective products, daily output, personnel costs, and power costs, the results show that daily working hours and defective products are classified as clustering I. Daily output, personnel costs and power costs are classified as clustering II, which are quite consistent with the real situation in mechanical processing field. It not only can appliy to future mechanical processing efficiency, but also can be used as references of improving operating efficiency and achieving high economic income for factor.

Since the 20th century, due to the human beings’ excessive depletion of resources on earth, there is a rapid increase in the concentration of carbon dioxide, and the greenhouse effect is cause by the hole in the Arctic and Antarctic ozone which also exacerbates global warming and leads to abnormal climate. Hence, resource recycling and reuse have become popular issues, the paper aims to establish the analytical concept of resource recycling by using the mathematics method, and it is also hoped that the key factors which influence the management of resource recycling could be found and become the reference to the ecological environment. The main research design is to choose a medium-sized of resource recycling company in central Taiwan as the research object. Methods of GM(h,N), which is the external system weighting of self-analysis in the grey system theory is used in the research. The analytical factors are the classified resources in the resource recycling company and the weightings between factors will be calculated to find out the focus of managing the recycling business. Through the comparison of mathematics analysis and research target, the results with the real situation are in a quite matching, which can be applied to the reference for managing the recycling business.

Along with the progress of living civilization of human being, the basic necessities of daily life have improved from basic requirement to life quality promotion, life convenience and recreation. Especially, the progression of technological life and living custom has been changed greatly. World Health Organization (WHO) statistics indicates that there are about ten million people in Taiwan need wearing glasses to aid their vision. This numerical value reveals a huge market to the optical industry. Also according to the past studies, the optical industry behavior mode has shown that quick selling items are their major requirement. However, the weight of impact factors in the studies did not reveal. Therefore, the paper adopts GM(h,N) method in grey system theory which to analyze the weight of impact factors to the system. In addition, The Eight-Fold Glasses in Feng-Chia night market is taken as the analyzed subject. Totally, there are 10 impact factors for selling items. Then, the paper calculates the weight of individual impact factors toward total amount of sales and to find out the significant that influences the business operation. After the analysis of the impact factors, it not only can promote the operation benefit, but also can achieve the high economical income effect in the management toward optical industry.

With the progress of civilization in human life, the basic necessities of life, which from basic requirement level to demand of quality level, and then evolved into the state of leisure. Especially in the developed countries, to help increase the quality of life, it has been upgraded from the basic material life to the spiritual level. And hope to reach the purpose of leisure in them stressful life. Because of this, it results in a lot of accommodations, such as a hotel, clubhouse and B&B, etc. In the main purposes of this system, due to the behavior of economic, they are hoping to sell quickly and reach full room rate. Therefore, many accommodations are set up in the tourist areas. In this study, the Hotel, which locates at Hualien in Taiwan, is chosen as the research subject. The method of GM(h,N) in grey system theory is used because it has the features of uncertainty state, and very satisfy for our subject. Hence, in our study, ten influence items are presented as the analysis factors, which based on the customer satisfaction surveys in recent year, and through the analysis and calculations form GM(h,N) to get the weighting for the ten influence factor. As a result, it not only can improve the operational efficiency, and achieve the effect of high economic income, but also can provide a reference for future operations for the Hotel. 7-11 was originally started from the franchise, and it was founded in the United States. Now it is the largest chain convenience store worldwide. In November, 2005, the Japanese 7&I holding company had purchased the American 7-11. After that, 7-11 was positioned as a Japanese company. Nowadays, modern people are busy working, and they can’t deal with the basic issues, like food, clothing, shelter and transportation. Hence, it enables the growth of 7-11. Currently, 7-11 has about 46,000 stores worldwide, and they distribute in the countries of whole world. 7-11 can not only solve the general problems, like food, clothing, shelter and transportation, it also provides collection business services in Taiwan. From the above explanations, we can understand that 7-11 is the company which makes a lot of profits, has marketing ability and vast network system. Hence, how to develop operating policies has become the first priority. In the past, there were many relevant studies and they provided good results. However, this paper started from the regional 7-11 business concept and proposed soft-calculation math method to analyze the bulk of purchasing items. Therefore, the paper used seven 7-11 convenience stores in a county in southern Taiwan as the research subject. Then the paper used the GM(h,N) method in the grey system theory to analyze the yearly six business items, including beverages, bread, tobacco, alcohol, books and stationery. Also, the total turnover of the year was calculated as the output. The weighting of each impact factor can be reached and the main operation points can be found. Through the practical analysis and step by step math calculation, the relevant weighting of each factor in the turnover can be obtained. The order of the results is stationary, books, bread, beverages, alcohol and tobacco. The results showed that stationary and books were ranked as the first and second place, the results not only provide purchasing and stocking policies to operate chain enterprises, they also enhance operational efficiency and increase high income. With the progress of human civilization, and the increasing of population in large city, mankind had upgrade their needs in food, clothing, living and moving that to let the live level from basic level to high quality situation. In order to increase the live convince and ability of material use, a lot of garbage had been generated, and the research results tell us that the treatment of garbage becomes a very important and must be resolved problem in modern society. Hence, the paper presents the mathematics model of GM(h,N) in grey system theory to analyze the data of garbage in Changhua city which the data from the first half year of 2015 to the second half year of 2016 at Sanmin road, Zhongzheng road, Zhongsing road, Nanping.street, Yide south road and Gongyuan road six fixed recovery points. Through the practical analysis and mathematical calculation step-by-step, the paper gets the relative weighting of each month in the total amount of garbage, the top four month are 2015/07, 2015/12, 2015/10 and 2016/05, and the least two month are 2015/08 and 2016/01. After the results had got, it can be used as a citing for future research in the management and the garbage collection model.
