Повний текст джерелаAbstract Approcciando il tema delle emigrazioni dei giovani italiani appare importante rintracciare nella storia la dinamica migratoria dei flussi che hanno caratterizzato il passato del nostro Paese. In quest’ottica è stata strutturata l’analisi della storia dell’emigrazione italiana a cui è dedicato il primo capitolo che ha, pertanto, lo scopo di delinearne le principali caratteristiche in termini di cause, destinazioni e impatto sul sistema nazionale dei flussi di emigrazione nel corso dei secoli. Dal momento che il fenomeno ha radici lontane nel tempo, si è proceduto con una disamina delle principali caratteristiche che esso ha assunto nel corso dell’Età medievale, moderna e contemporanea. Su quest’ultima fase, per ragioni di prossimità temporale, ci si è maggiormente soffermati, analizzandone più nel dettaglio le caratteristiche e i flussi che l’hanno caratterizzata. Il secondo capitolo ha lo scopo di fornire un’analisi complessiva della mobilità italiana oggi, utilizzando le fonti di dati ufficiali a disposizione (Dati Aire; iscrizioni e cancellazioni anagrafiche da e per l’estero 2010-2012 Istat, dati provenienti dagli schedari consolari del Ministero degli Affari Esteri). L’intento è quello di restituire un’istantanea delle principali caratteristiche socio-demografiche della porzione di popolazione italiana residente all’estero che le rilevazioni ufficiali sono in grado di raggiungere. Questi due primi capitoli hanno la finalità di ripercorrere il presente e il passato dell’emigrazione italiana, ponendo anche in rilievo quanto il fenomeno dipenda dal contesto sociale e demografico da cui origina. La Seconda Parte si apre con il terzo capitolo, dedicato allo studio dei principali paradigmi che la sociologia delle migrazioni ha messo in campo nel corso degli anni per analizzare il fenomeno migratorio nel suo complesso. Il fine di questo percorso di analisi è quello di fornire un quadro generale sul tema attraverso l’esposizione dei principali paradigmi interpretativi prodotti nel corso degli anni. Ciò che si desidera porre in rilievo definendo quelli che sono i principali fattori che portano i soggetti a compiere la scelta di emigrare, è la complessità del fenomeno e quanto questo incida nel complesso della vita del soggetto. Il quarto capitolo ha invece lo scopo di realizzare un’analisi diacronica del concetto di identità così come viene approcciata nell’ambito della sociologia. L’analisi di tre tra i principali approcci sociologici al tema (il funzionalismo, l’interazionismo simbolico e la fenomenologia sociale), verrà utilizzata come strumento di comprensione degli elementi che, nella contemporaneità, risultano più o meno adatti per condurre una lettura calata nel contesto della post-modernità. L’analisi giunge dunque ad una riflessione alla luce delle nuove necessità messe in campo della società liquida e multiculturale che innalza il grado di incertezza e pone il soggetto davanti ad una serie sempre più ampia di scelte e opzioni. A questo proposito, attraverso le posizioni di Baumann, Beck e Hall che ben sintetizzano il contesto fluido e incerto nel quale gli individui sono inseriti, vengono delineati i presupposti sociali nel quale le emigrazioni dei giovani italiani oggi prendono forma e, di conseguenza, vengono gettate le basi per l’interpretazione delle loro testimonianze a riguardo. In un contesto in cui la vita è essa stessa “creatrice di differenze” (Maalouf 2009), ciò che accomuna gli esseri umani è, infine, la loro diversità. L’analisi così impostata consente di comprendere come si sviluppa l’auto percezione degli intervistati a fronte anche dell’esperienza migratoria in corso. Essa appare funzionale a comprendere la necessaria evoluzione del concetto a fronte delle esperienze di plurilocalismo (Albera, Audenino e Corti citati in Luconi 2011) e di mobilità vissute oggigiorno dai giovani emigranti italiani. Stabiliti nella Prima e nella Seconda parte i principi teorici, il lavoro si chiude con una Terza Parte che comprende il capitolo conclusivo contenente l’analisi della metodologia della ricerca utilizzata per la conduzione della rilevazione. A partire dai presupposti legati alla scelta del metodo, viene presentata la traccia utilizzata per le interviste semi-strutturate, condotte tra novembre 2012 e ottobre 2013. Dal momento che lo scopo del questionario è quello di riprodurre le biografie in transizione dei soggetti intercettati, ponendo l’accento sull’evoluzione del percorso migratorio che ne deriva, ampio spazio viene dato all’analisi delle testimonianze emerse dal racconto dei soggetti intercettati dalla ricerca. Essa, ponendo in rilievo la storia e le motivazioni legate dell’evento migratorio così come vengono raccontate e percepite dal soggetto, ha come finalità quella di rendere evidenti alcune delle caratteristiche legate all’emigrazione dei giovani dall’Italia. Analizzare i perché e i per come alla base di questa scelta pone in evidenza come, nell’attuale contesto economico e sociale, l’emigrazione non sia esclusivamente supportata dalla ricerca di migliori condizioni economiche ma come essa sia anche l’esempio e la testimonianza della nascita di una nuova mentalità appartenente ad una élite globale (Bauman 2006) per cui la mobilità è prima di tutto un valore.

Повний текст джерелаThis paper introduces research on young carers in an Italian context. This topic describes the issue of caregiving performed by children. The activities of care begin when one family member has a chronic illness or disability and there are no alternatives for coping with these difficulties. There are many factors associated with the issue of absence of alternatives, such as: few financial resources, a weak informal support network (relatives, friends and neighbors) and insufficient aid from social and health services. Even if the phenomenon has been studied in different countries, it has not been widely investigated in Italy. There are two possible explanations for this lack of research: the Italian welfare system and the concept of childhood. In Italy welfare is familistic. It means that the State has only a residual role in providing resources or services to support citizens. Furthermore, families are mandated to provide care by themselves. One would argue that the work of care is usually associated with adult figures, in particular women, but not with minors. As the new sociology of childhood suggests, this happens because minors are considered without autonomy and their own agency and dependent on adults. . Since they are identified as a hidden group, it makes them hard to reach. In order to overcome this obstacle, a participatory approach has been used in a research on Italian young carers. Its aim was to engage people who are traditionally considered objects of research to enhance the knowledge about this topic. This way the objects of research become actors and acquire the role of co-researchers. This inversion of prospective is possible only by recognizing co-researchers being “experts by experience”, since their “experiential knowledge” comes from experiencing everyday life problems. The co-researchers work together with a researcher in a “Steering group”, which carry out the design of research and analyse the data. Inside a “Steering group”, the co-researchers develop awareness, rework their identity and mature their need for social change. The issue of this research project was analysed with a mixed-method research with three levels of analysis. Firstly, a secondary analysis on Istat data (multipurpose survey on “Aspects of life”- 2015) was useful to understand the characteristics of children and teenagers and to compare foreign verses Italian families and the differences between northern and southern Italy. Secondly, a survey in middle schools in Milan, was helpful to understand the outcomes connected to the child’s role. Lastly, focus groups were organised with young carers, in which the aim was to understand their needs, awareness and the perceptions of young caregivers. Italian young carers have the same characteristics as other young carers world-wide. The phenomenon is hidden and unrecognized. Consequently, young carers and their families lack recognition and welfare provision. The analysis shows the activities that young carers provide in their family: instrumental and care-related. The outcomes are connected to school, peer relations and personal wellness and sometimes to mental health problems.

Повний текст джерелаWe examined the role of parental divorce and gender in young adults' involvement in dysfunctional family processes, as well as in their difficulties of separation-individuation and their psychological well-being. The first study is quantitative and was conducted with a sample of 264 subjects, aged between 20 and 30, who filled in a self report questionnaire. Results showed that children of divorced parents express more feelings of unfairness towards their family of origin, and emphasize their emotional independence from their parents. Females feel the burden of emotional caregiving for their parents more than males and are more vulnerable to depression. Moreover, females are more afraid of losing their parents' love. In the second study we used a mixed method approach to study generational boundaries and separation-individuation difficulties in a small sample of young women with divorced parents. Results showed that the transition to adulthood may either be hindered by the emotional burden of children's responsibilities towards the parents (especially the mother) or accelerated by the need to put one's familiar experience at a distance. In the third study, through two case studies, we explored some of the results obtained in the multimethodological section. This analysis suggested the importance of considering the role of the paternal function in helping young women separate from their mothers in single parent families.

Повний текст джерелаLa presente ricerca sorge dalla volontà di comprendere le cause del fenomeno tutto italiano chiamato ‘famiglia lunga’ (Scabini & Donati, 1988) caratterizzato dalla prolungata permanenza dei giovani adulti presso la famiglia d’origine. L’ipotesi di partenza implica un’associazione tra tale fenomeno e la prevalenza di un attaccamento ansioso nei giovani; la loro tendenza a connettere alla morte la separazione dalle figure d’attaccamento; una forte ansia nei confronti della morte, percepita come la fine di tutto; deboli convinzioni personali, spirituali e religiose; un basso livello di felicità . Nella ricerca quali-quantitativa sono stati coinvolti 1570 studenti dell’Università di Padova di età compresa tra i 18 e i 38 anni, con una media di 22,11 (std. 2,508). Lo stile d’attaccamento è stato misurato con il Relationship Scales Questionnaire (Griffin, Bartholomew, 1994). Il disimpegno civile morale è stato indagato tramite la scala del disimpegno morale (Caprara, Fida, Vecchione, 2009). Due domande hanno consentito di investigare, da un lato, la rappresentazione della morte come annientamento o passaggio, dall’altro il vissuto psicologico relativo alla stessa. È stato chiesto ai partecipanti se abitassero per conto proprio, presso la casa dei genitori o in un’altra situazione residenziale. È stato somministrato il WHO QOL srpb per indagare la forza delle loro convinzioni spirituali, religiose e personali. La felicità soggettiva è stata misurata attraverso il Subjective Happiness Scale (Lyubomirsky & Lepper, 1999). Alla generale conferma dell’ipotesi di partenza da parte dei risultati è seguita una proposta pedagogica, che si rifà all’ampio concetto di Death Education e ad altri affini dispositivi educativi (quali educazione alla creatività e psicodramma) e implica l’educazione alla gestione del vuoto e alla separazione dalle sicurezze esterne, con il fine ultimo di indurre i soggetti a costruire una forza interiore indistruttibile, declinantesi in solide e al tempo stesso flessibili convinzioni personali; nella consapevolezza e accettazione della ineludibile realtà della morte; in un considerevole impegno nelle dimensioni della civitas/communitas e dei rapporti umani.

Повний текст джерелаThe thesis is about Giovanni Iacopo Dionisi (1734-1808), canon of Verona’s cathedral and librarian of the Biblioteca Capitolare, known as one “of the most well-deserving man of the Dante studies, […] at the end of the previous century, the beginner of a new criticism on the poet’s works” (G. Carducci). Dionisi’s books, i.e. the eight “Aneddoti”, the "Preparazione istorica e critica alla nuova edizione di Dante Allighieri" (full of exegetic and textual hints about Dante’s works), and his edition of Dante’s “Commedia” (published by Bodoni in 1795), are for the first time analysed with the point of view of modern Dante criticism. The controversy between Dionisi and Baldassarre Lombardi, editor of the “Commedia” in 1791, is taken in account as well. My thesis proves that Dionisi solved many difficult textual points in Dante’s works, so that many are the readings proposed by Dionisi you can find also in Petrocchi’s edition of the “Commedia” and in Brambilla Ageno’s edition of the “Convivio”, as is shown in a table in the thesis’ appendix, where the reader also finds seven unpublished Dionisi letters to Bartolomeo Perazzini, parish priest of Soave and fond of Dante, and twenty-one extracts from other letters between the two, that show how tight was the collaboration between the two scholars.

Повний текст джерелаThe thesis proposes a monographic study on the Florentine Giovan Battista Strozzi the Younger also known as the Blind (1551-1634). He was a writer with connections in cultural circles across Renaissance Italy, including Medici’s Florence, Barberini’s Rome, Borromean Milan and the Roman cenacles of the Aldobrandini and the Humorists. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the participation of Strozzi the Younger in the activities of two lively groups in his hometown: the Florentine Academy and the Alterati Academy. The second chapter discusses his poetical works – for the most part still unpublished –, including dozens of versified epistles in loose hendecasyllables, an unfinished poem in honor of Amerigo Vespucci, as well as a rich corpus of madrigals. The drafting of this last corpus proceeded together with Strozzi the Younger’s theoretical speculation around the new sixteenth-century appearance of this ancient lyrical genre. The third section considers the contribution of Strozzi the Younger to the discussions on poetics (Dante’s ‘Comedy’, the heroic poem, the Aristotelian units) that went on in Italian literary circles in the second half of the sixteenth century. In this work, we aimed to restore the appropriate historical depth to each of the writings examined, through the exegesis of texts combined with the biographical reconstruction conducted on a large number of published and unpublished epistolary documents. We also tried to reconstruct the different cultural contexts in which these writings were composed and attempted to analyze the dense network of relationships, both human and literary, that loomed in the background. The thesis is completed by a bibliography of ancient and modern works, an index of manuscripts and an index of names.

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of the present work is to provide a thorough analysis of the critical production of Pietrobono concerning Giovanni Pascoli with a particular emphasis on the influence that he exercised in building the literary and interpretative tradition on Pascoli’s poetic heritage. The research project is focused on the critical analysis of Pietrobono as a literary man, as an interpreter and close friend of Giovanni Pascoli. The analysis builds on the study of his activity in light of the comments to the opera Poesie of Pascoli made by the “Scolopio” father and of the common relations that clearly emerge from a critical assessment of their respective production. Particular attention has been devoted to the building of the florilegium and to the editorial choices and to the comment to the Pascoli’s anthology first published in 1918 and then re-edited several times. This works presents a detailed and careful analysis of the different editions and in particular of the different choices concerning the works included and of the changes in the comments. A section of the present research work is focused on the epistolary correspondence between Luigi Pietrobono and Maria Pascoli that started in 1912 and continued up to 1950. From the letters it clearly emerges a close relationship and very productive literary-editorial interaction between the two writers that advise and support each other concerning their works on Pascoli’s production. These letters, preserved in the archive of the Casa Museo di Castelvecchio, have been transcribed and commented in the present research work.

Повний текст джерелаThe literary career of Giovanni Papini can be divided into two phases: the iconoclast and the catholic. The present research aims to test the reception of the Florentine writer in Brazil, through his works translated into Brazilian Portuguese and by the survey of notes, reviews, short stories and articles published in some of the major national newspapers. In the beginning, he is read and discussed, especially by modernist intellectuals, in the clash between Italian Futurism and Brazilian Modernism; later, through the translation approach, mainly by religious themed works. As the theoretical foundation of the analysis, concepts relating to translation studies are discussed, as literary polysystem, patronage, rewritten and gatekeeping, developed in the studies of Itamar Even-Zohar, André Lefevere and Susan Bassnett. Similarly, relations that are established between writer and readers are thought from the perspective of the theories of aesthetics of reception related to the History and Sociology of Literature, in the studies of Hans Robert Jauss and Regina Zilberman.

Повний текст джерелаThis dissertation aims to investigate the most relevant passages of Myrmedon, focusing on the analyse of a not well-known poem of Giovanni Pascoli. Moving from an overview of the theme of memory in Pascoli, linked with the motif of phylogenetic memory, the INTRODUCTION, in five chapters, reconstructs the theoretical assumptions and the artistic purposes of Myrmedon, and separates the interpretation of this poem from the exegesis of Pecudes and Canis (all this poems are part of the Ruralia). The most substantial source of Myrmedon is Virgil’s Georgics (4, 1-115; 149-280); this point has been analyzed in the fourth chapter. Finally, the introduction explains the poem’s greek title and the inscription. This section is followed by TESTO E TRADUZIONE, and then by six chapters dedicated to a close reading of the vv. 1-14 (6 PROTASI); 22-32 (7 I CARUSI SICILIANI); 33-40 (8 LA VISTA DELLE FORMICHE); 225-238 (9 SCHIAVE); 261-290, 65-75 and 223-224 (10 ANCORA SUL LESSICO DEL MYRMEDON); 301-312 (11 NOZZE). These chapters contain a specific introduction about the motives and peculiarities of the sections, and a wide commentary on: formal aspects, biographical notice, and psychological, theoretical, intertextual influences of the poem. The final chapter (ASPETTI STILISTICI E FIGURATIVI DEL MYRMEDON) analyzes some fragments of the poem clearly linked to impressionistic tendencies and to the fin de siècle decorativism (Myrm. 61-64 and 97-99). Повний текст джерелаLa tesi propone l’edizione critica e commentata dell’ Ismenia, opera reale e pastorale (Bologna 1638-1639), ultima ‘creazione’ drammatica data alle stampe da GiovanBattista Andreini (1576-1654) nel corso della sua pluridecennale carriera di attore e autore principalmente , ma non solo, teatrale. Il testo è stato ricostruito sia criticamente sia storicamente, attraverso un’attenta collazione di tutti i testimoni noti della tradizione (a stampa) dell’opera, in seguito a un accurato censimento delle principali biblioteche e risorse archivistiche italiane ed estere che ha portato anche alla riscoperta di preziosi materiali manoscritti dell’autore (inseriti in appendice), utili a illuminare proprio il giro d’anni che interessa l’officina dell’Ismenia, a cavallo tra la metà degli anni Trenta e i primi anni Quaranta del Seicento– gettando così luce su quelle che sono sempre state considerate le principali ‘zone d’ombra’ dell’attività e biografia andreiniana, proprio al centro, anzi, nel cuore del secolo. L’Ismenia si presenta dunque come il canto del cigno di un autore barocco pronto a sfoderare tutto il proprio «stravagante» genio creativo, dando vita a un ‘monstrum’ drammatico capace di dispiegare il folto arsenale di risorse letterarie e drammatiche andreiniane, maturate nell’arco di una vita intera spesa nel e per il teatro: l’audace contaminazione non solo di generi, sotto il segno del tragicomico, ma anche di registri formali e linguistici (con l’alternanza tra l’idioma letterario dei personaggi ‘nobili’ e i dialetti delle figure riprese dalla commedia dell’arte), la brulicante rete di fonti e rapporti intertestuali, perfino interdisciplinari, che sanno avvicinare l’Ismenia tanto al mondo del nascente dramma in musica quanto agli intramontabili modelli romanzesco-cavallereschi,1allo stesso tempo forsegià guardando, con una sorta di premonizione, al teatro inglese shakespeariano, nominalmente La tempesta, questo stesso pure nutrito di quel fertile ‘sottobosco’ dell’improvvisa che emerge fra le righe di questa fabula regia. Si spera così di rendere, se non giustizia, almeno testimonianza al valore di un testo che perfino rispetto alle misure del secolo barocco si può solo che definire, insieme ad Andreini, «non ordinario».

Повний текст джерелаIn Western countries, the religiosity and self-identification of youths with a Muslim background is shaped by a double dynamic: on one hand, they face negative discourses that cast Islam as “Different” and “Other”; on the other, their religion undergoes a process of deculturation (Roy 2004) - that is, the disconnection between culture and Islam in contexts of emigration. On the basis of a qualitative study (60 in-depth interviews and participant observation) carried out in two Italian cities (Milan and Turin), this thesis investigates how Italian descendants of Muslim migrants articulate and live their religious belonging, by analysing the “everyday lived religion” (Ammerman 2007) of youths acting as volunteers or staff members in the Italian branch of Islamic Relief (the largest Sunni international humanitarian NGOs) and of youths who are not active or involved in any religious or ethnic/national organisation. Hence, the study examines how feelings of religiosity and resources mobilized for identity-building differ between “hyper-visible” young Muslims - i.e. publicly active, vocal and devout (Jeldtoft 2013) - and “non-visible” ones - who have less of an obvious group bound. The study develops a typology of different forms of “religious reflexivity” and explores forms of visible and invisible religiosity.

Resumo: Esta dissertação trata da Reforma Educacional promovida pelo filósofo Giovanni Gentile em 1923, procurando compreende-la em suas raízes históricas e filosóficas. Para tanto, dividimos o trabalho em três momentos. No primeiro, buscamos localizar as origens históricas do fascismo, na conjuntura de grave crise econômica e social que assolou a Europa do pós-guerra. Focalizamos, em particular, a crise do modelo liberal de Estado e a emergência de alternativas políticas na Itália e na Alemanha. No segundo momento, analisamos os textos que compõem a Reforma Gentiliana, buscando relaciona-la com os rumos da sociedade e da política nos primórdios do regime fascista. Enfim, procuramos o lastro filosófico da Reforma, reconstruindo a noção de Estado ético de Gentile, em sua relação com as concepções de Estado derivados do idealismo alemão, em particular de Hegel e de Fichte
Abstract: The present dissertation deals with the Educational Reform promoted by the philosopher Giovanni Gentile in 1923, and aims to understand it in its historical and philosophical roots. To do so we have divided this work into three moments. In the first moment, we try to localize the historical origin of fascism within the scenery of the deep economical and social crisis which ravaged the Europe of the post-war. We particularly focus here the crisis of the State liberal model and the arisen of political alternatives in Ita1y and Germany. In the second moment, we analyze texts about the Gentilian Reform, trying to relate it to the course of society and politics in the beginning of the fascist regime. Finally, we study the philosophical support of Reform, reconstructing Gentile's notion of an ethical State in its relation to State conceptions derived from the German idealism, particularly Hegel's and Fichte's

Повний текст джерелаFor long time research has studied migration as a social problem, focusing on the disadvantages connected with it. However, it has recently proved that migration has become increasingly differentiated along social, economic, gender and cultural lines. Against this diversifying background, the research intends to unravel the concept of migration by introducing social class as a crucial intervening variable. Since the economic crisis started in 2008, the social and economic gap between the North and the South of Europe has widened. A major effect has been the increase of migratory flows of young people. In metropolises like Berlin or London, young South Europeans have almost doubled within ten years. While migration has become a central node of European politics and research, however, these migratory flows have been largely neglected. In urban contexts characterized by growing population and exploding rent prices, such as Berlin, young South Europeans are framed at one time as economic migrants repopulating the guest workers routes and lifestyle migrants moving to the gentrifying neighborhoods of the city. The research questions the political and analytical grounds of such processes of categorization of human mobility. It suggests considering mobility as an income-generating resource unevenly distributed across the population. The exploration of differentials of mobility, i.e. the different access to power and control over fixity and mobility, is the analytical key to open the black-box of migration. How does the social class of migrants affect their mobility and the ways how it is incorporated into a migration regime? How is mobility related to processes of class formation in contemporary capitalism? The analysis oscillates between the two research questions, contributing to the fields of Class Analysis and Migration Research in two distinct ways. Firstly, the theoretical part tackles the rise, decline and renaissance of the class concept, showing the blind spots of class analysis. It pleads for the re-discovery of the Weberian concept of life conduct to hold together the role of production and reproduction in people´s practices of livelihood. Secondly, the empirical part, i.e. a web survey, 40 interviews and 3 focus groups, explains how Italian migrants access resources in Berlin developing a life conduct predicated on mobility. The imperative to move spills over from the domain of spatial mobility into the domain of work, with the refusal of doing the same job “forever”, and into that of reproduction, with the construction of flexible forms of emotional engagement. Newcomers enter processes of social differentiation on the housing and labor market, in interaction with “differential inclusion” operated by state and market. The logic of “the best and the brightest” applies to them via a mix of requirements for getting a registration, the key to fixing oneself to the city. Once registered, they formally become migrant subjects placed in a quite privileged position within the hierarchy of citizenship status. Those who are stuck in the fatiguing process of registering, however, are formally considered as tourists, while they are experiencing deprivation and hyper-exploitation. Exposed to strong centrifugal forces such as housing, occupational and relational precarity, they often engage in clubbing and drugs. The research highlights how migrants participate in the construction of symbolic boundaries between deserving and undeserving movers, based on the valorization of hard work and moderated hedonism. Finally, migration from the South to the North of Europe, far from being “free” and frictionless, is managed by processes of differential inclusion placed at the local level. Endless mobilization, rather than migration reduction, appears as the main policy goal for the governance of intra-EU migration. If mobility is a resource, then, the crucial issue is about its ownership and control in contemporary societies.

Initially, we rebuilt the relationship between Monaldo Leopardi and his family with the Society of Jesus (XVI-XVIII Century), pointing out the model of «Christian hero» he embodied during his jesuitical homeschooling. Then, we analysed Monaldo Leopardi’s literary production (1800-1806) considering three different aspects: first of all, the connection with the Italian Accademie that we investigated thanks to archives resources, with a special focus on the Accademia dei Disuguali Placidi Ravvivati (1801-1803) he founded; afterwards, we studied his poetic and theatrical works referring to the volume "Opere del conte Monaldo Leopardi Gonfallonieri da Recanati" (1803). Finally, we decided to examine the development of this literary production with main Christian traits, by comparing father’s and son’s literature and by focussing on the journal “La Voce della Ragione” (1832-1835) and the letters between Monaldo and the jesuitical general Jan Philip Roothaan.

Esta tese tem como objetivo principal apresentar a tradução comentada da obra poética completa da poetisa e tradutora Giovanna Bemporad (Ferrara, 1928 ? Roma, 2013), publicada na sua quarta e última edição no ano de 2011, com o tÃtulo de Esercizi vecchi e nuovi [ExercÃcios antigos e novos]. Com tal objetivo em vista, discorre-se sobre a vida e a obra da autora; em seguida, comenta-se, por meio de análises de tipo preponderantemente estilÃstico a sua obra poética e, ao mesmo tempo, faz-se uma apreciação crÃtica de conjunto. Discute-se também, com base numa digressão histórico-literária e nos estudos métricos, a utilização praticamente exclusiva do hendecassÃlabo não rimado na poesia da autora. Por fim, faz-se uma análise dos esquemas métricos presentes nos poemas do livro e uma avaliação crÃtica daqueles propostos nas traduções correspondentes.
Riassunto : L'obiettivo principale di questa tesi è di presentare la traduzione commentata dell'opera poetica completa della poetessa e traduttrice Giovanna Bemporad (Ferrara, 1928 - Roma, 2013) pubblicata in 2011 con il titolo Esercizi vecchi e nuovi. A questo proposito, in un primo momento, si presenterà succintamente la vita e l'opera dell'autrice, in seguito si commenterà la sua poesia con strumenti analitici di tipo stilistico e simultaneamente si farà una valutazione critica globale. Verrà discusso anche, sulla base di una digressione storica-letteraria e degli studi metrici, l'uso praticamente esclusivo dell'endecasillabo sciolto nella poesia dell'autrice. Per ultimo si proporrà un'analisi degli schemi metrici presenti nelle poesie del libro e anche in quelle tradotte, facendo alla fine una valutazione critica dei risultati ottenuti.
