The paper considers the major theoretical concepts of the interrelation between higher education systems, science, technological system, and business in creating and disseminating innovations. The purpose of the paper is to consider motivations of the main actors of these systems and problems of interaction between them. Each of such systems creates its own institutions and types of organizations based on their missions. Initially, science had minor effect on creating and disseminating innovations, while higher education and scientific activities were closely linked to each other in European universities. Along with the spread ofhigher education, the links between science and the development of technology are becoming closer because of wider opportunities for information dissemination and appearance of new relevant institutions. It was the state who played a special role in the formation of our modern innovation system that brought new problems to the development of science and business. However, it is business who would play a main role in the creation of an effective innovation system. The development of science requires new subject areas, staff rotation, and discussions, as well as to enlighten the public.

In cinematic art, along with science, the ongoing processes at the intersection of several fields and spheres acquire greater significance. Cinematography synthesizes the expressive means of various arts. The subject of this research is the analysis of the key points of interrelation and mutual influence of Kyrgyz cinematography and music. The main goal lies in examination of the fundamental problems of synthesis of Kyrgyz cinematography and music by the means of historical-culturological artistic analysis of the national narrative films with detailed consideration of musical peculiarities. The examination of main boundaries in interrelation and mutual influence of Kyrgyz cinematography and music defines the scientific novelty of this article. The research results may be used in future articulation of culturological problems of Kyrgyz cinematic art, as well as in practical activity of the workers of Kyrgyz cinematographic industry. In the current conditions of the development of cinematography, examination of interrelation between Kyrgyz cinematography and music allows conducting a comprehensive analysis of polyfunctionality of the film score.

Water is an abundant commodity and has various important functions. It stabilizes the structure of biological macromolecules, controls biochemical activities, and regulates interfacial/intermolecular interactions. Common aspects of interfacial water can be obtained by overviewing fundamental functions and properties at different temporal and spatial scales. It is important to understand the hydrogen bonding and structural properties of water and to evaluate the individual molecular species having different hydration properties. Water molecules form hydrogen bonds with biomolecules and contribute to the adjustment of their properties, such as surface charge, hydrophilicity, and structural flexibility. In this review, the fundamental properties of water molecules and the methods used for the analyses of water dynamics are summarized. In particular, the interrelation between the hydration properties, determined by molecules, and the properties of molecules, determined by their hydration properties, are discussed using the lipid membrane as an example. Accordingly, interesting water functions are introduced that provide beneficial information in the fields of biochemistry, medicine, and food chemistry.

Animals possess a range of defensive markings to reduce the risk of predation, including warning colours, camouflage, eyespots and mimicry. These different strategies are frequently considered independently, and with little regard towards predator vision, even though they may be linked in various ways and can be fully understood only in terms of predator perception. For example, camouflage and warning coloration need not be mutually exclusive, and may frequently exploit similar features of visual perception. This paper outlines how different forms of protective markings can be understood from predator perception and illustrates how this is fundamental in determining the mechanisms underlying, and the interrelation between, different strategies. Suggestions are made for future work, and potential mechanisms discussed in relation to various forms of defensive coloration, including disruptive coloration, eyespots, dazzle markings, motion camouflage, aposematism and mimicry.

This article aims to prioritize and assess each architecture element to ensure its compliance with the users’ needs, leading to interaction, and holistic interrelation as well as systematic solutions. As a result, fundamental data, and needs for the landscape architecture elements, were collected using a structured questionnaire with residents living in Muang District, the main service district. A structured interview was conducted with current visitors to the park and collected data concerning physical components for collaborative analysis. Article findings suggested that the elements are ranked and put into three groups: Group 1, the element of providing access, Group 2, the element of leading to activities, and Group 3, the element of creating a good environment. Consistent and more frequent visits represent the success of a designer. The designer could prioritize and assess each component to ensure compliance with the users’ needs, leading to interaction, holistic interrelation, and systematic solutions.

This paper discusses the idea of fundamental nature of the university mathematics education. In the conditions of university education there are three interconnected groups of factors, which form the basis of the conceptual model of mathematicians training fundamentalization. The first group of factors is focused on updating the ways of specialist training of the increased creative potential – training for modern mathematicians. The second group of factors is connected with the need of strengthening fundamental and humanitarian training, ensuring interdisciplinary communication within educational process, interrelation of mathematical, technical and humanitarian knowledge. The third group of factors includes the concept of university principle of education, the concept of fundamentalization and the concept of humanitarization of technical education at classical university. There is a model of the fundamental nature for training mathematicians.

Cultural globalization, as well as the process of globalization itself, is a highly ambiguous and highly contradictory phenomenon that has both positive and negative features and consequences. Since the globalization of culture is a direct and inevitable consequence of the process of globalization itself, its positive and negative impact on certain cultures is unscientific to consider in isolation from this process. The close relationship between these two phenomena, in which cultural globalization is defined as a whole by the process of globalization as such, obliges us to consider some fundamental aspects, properties of the latter, in order to identify those features of cultural globalization that are objective in the sense that they can neither be prevented nor avoided, nor give any other direction to the processes caused and determined by these features. The article examines the relationship between these two processes and their main contradictions.

While these are really disparate terms, the one designating a sociolect and the other a language register, the author maintains that the old confusion between Colloquial and Vulgar Latin is not merely due to flawed reasoning within an insufficient model of linguistic variation, but rather reflects a fundamental development that took place in the social history of Latin.

In this respect, we consider it useful to highlight the role of histamine, so we discuss some aspects about its history, metabolism, and function, as well as its interaction with H3 type receptors that are considered as neuroreceptors, which define and typify it as a neuromediator at both levels of the nervous system, central and peripheral.

Subject. The article addresses the principles of circular economy in their relationship with the principles of sustainable development and green economy. Objectives. The aim is to clarify the principles of circular economy and green economy, establish the relationship of principles of these concepts, propose new principles of circular economy. Methods. The study rests on methods of analysis, synthesis, comparative and causal analysis. Results. The paper presents a comparative analysis of principles of the green economy. On its basis, a new interpretation of the concept principles is offered. Taking into account the interrelation of the concepts of green and circular economies, the paper also clarifies the principles of the circular economy. The framework of the circular economy is supplemented by principles of regional specificity, recovery, regeneration and reclamation. I propose to consider the framework of circular economy from the point of view of "principles-conditions" and "principles-actions". Conclusions. Despite its popularity, the paradigm of the circular economy has not been properly formed. The scientific literature still lacks a systems and comprehensive analysis of its conceptual foundations. The principles of circular economy should reflect the relationship of the concept with the fundamental principles of sustainable development and the green economy, though have their own specifics.

The article deals with the fundamental categories of company analysis in a market economy such as its financial results and financial condition. Special attention is given to the study and justification of the mutual influence and dependencies between them with the help of formalized analytical models, non-formalized logical and empirical studies and conclusions. In particular, the authors of the article justify the mechanism of the influence of profit and profitability on bankruptcy risks. They underline the importance of obtaining the required amount of profit and the correctness of its use. Moreover, the authors propose criteria for evaluating the rational distribution and use of the company's net profit. The influence of the profit capitalization factor is confirmed by the example of a model of sustainable economic growth. The authors emphasize the importance of the issues under consideration in the development of management decisions, including the formation of dividend policy. The article also presents the authors' approach to some methodological aspects of analyzing the use of profits. The research is based on the financial statements of Russian construction companies. However, these models can be applied to commercial companies in other fields of activity.

The paper presents methodology of doctors fundamental training in additional vocational education. The analysis of trends (humanization, standardization, informatization, integration, ecologization and fundamentalization) of doctors biological training development in continuous medical education has made it possible to determine how to improve physicians biological training in the aspect of solving the research problem - to determine methodology of doctors fundamental training in additional vocational education. The tendency of informatization of doctors biological training is determined by intensive development of biological sciences, as well as the widespread introduction of theoretical and technological approaches into medical practice. Integration as a trend determines modernization of goals, content, forms, methods of physicians biological training in the aspect of enhancing the interrelation and interdependent integrity of physicians biological and special training. The necessity of ecological regularities understanding and scientifically grounded attitude to nature requires systemic doctors biological training and dictates introducing a wide range of biological and ecological disciplines into doctors training and development program. These disciplines can help to understand the place of man in the environment and the biosphere as a whole from the standpoint of biocentric and polycentric approaches. Fundamentalization as a tendency for physicians biological training development requires training construction on the basis of a conceptual presentation of the educational content that contributes to the deepening of theoretical, scientific and vocational training of trainees and the expansion of their vocational training profile. Standardization defines requirements for physicians training level in biological disciplines (anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, immunology, genetics, etc.) of all medical specialties as well as requirements for medical personnel ecological literacy increasing. The tendency of humanization manifests itself in openness, in understanding the social role of a person in improving doctors professional competencies, contributes to imparting a personal meaning to the acquired knowledge and determines the preservation of the individual identity.

The article examines the relationship between the theoretical categories “quality of education” and “competitiveness of education”, as applied to educational activities of higher educational institutions. Based on a review of the scientific literature, the author adduces the examples of the opposition and mixing of the quality and competitiveness of education. The quality of education and its competitiveness are characterized as fundamental values that are the objects of analysis and evaluation in the university management system. The author’s definition of the competitiveness of educational organization as a feature reflecting the relative superiority over rivals at the pre-active stage is proposed. The author considers the relationship of competitiveness and quality of education by highlighting the methods and indicators of their evaluation and analysis in the intra-university management system. The mutual dependence of the quality and competitiveness of education is manifested in the formulation of indicators and methods for their evaluation. Assessment of the competitiveness of education and evaluation of its quality have a methodological commonality – using assessment approaches based on the “resource” and the “resultant” methodology. It has been proved that when evaluating the competitiveness of education, the results of educational activities should be taken into account, and using only an approach focusing on the resources of educational activities to assess the competitiveness of education will make such an assessment incomplete. The “quality” – “competitiveness” matrix built by the author allows to reveal four types of universities.

The purpose of this article is to describe the right to collective action in crossborder employment contexts, recognised as a fundamental social right at the national and European levels. On the one hand, some national Constitutional Courts, such as the Portuguese and Italian ones, have dealt with social rights and the economic crisis, and have clearly stressed the prevalence of constitutional social rights over austerity measures. On the other hand, Council of Europe documents and European Union law recognise social rights, but they do not offer a proper means of protection. The European Court of Justice case-law shows a complex interrelation between social rights and economic freedoms. The main issue concerns the existing EU private international law on collective action, which has led to an inconsistent system. A new European collective action framework could be a possible solution to effectively guarantee fundamental social rights.

<p>The article features the development of initiative budgeting practices in Russia and some elements of foreign experience. It highlights the lack of theoretical elaboration and methodological support of the initiative budgeting process, which does not contribute to the objective institutionalization of initiative budgeting and prevents the dissemination of best practices and social learning among stakeholders. The research reveals the importance of solving the fundamental scientific problem and developing evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of budget expenditures in various discrete institutional alternatives as well as forming the mechanisms of product budgeting at the level of Russian municipalities is shown. Elements of scientific discourse in this sphere are shown in the context of the development of issues of public management modernization and the budget process in particular. With regard to development practices in the regions, it is noted that processes in the sphere of open budgeting and initiative budgeting are more likely to occur at the stage of «informing», whereas for the success of the system it is necessary to move to the stage of citizens engagement and coproduction. The article lists some opportunities of open budgets and initiative budgeting use as elements of direct democracy for the development of single-industry cities along with other instruments of strategic management.</p>

The limitation of free territories in large cities is the main reason for the active development of high-rise construction. Given the large-scale projects of high-rise buildings in recent years in Russia and abroad and their huge energy consumption, one of the fundamental principles in the design and reconstruction is the use of energy-efficient technologies. The main heat loss in buildings occurs through enclosing structures. However, not always the heat-resistant wall will be energy-efficient and dry at the same time (perhaps waterlogging). Temperature and humidity distributions in multilayer walls were studied in the paper, and the interrelation of other thermophysical characteristics was analyzed.

Mitochondria play a critical role in providing energy, maintaining cellular metabolism, and regulating cell survival and death. To carry out these crucial functions, mitochondria employ more than 1500 proteins, distributed between two membranes and two aqueous compartments. An extensive network of dedicated proteins is engaged in importing and sorting these nuclear-encoded proteins into their designated mitochondrial compartments. Defects in this fundamental system are related to a variety of pathologies, particularly engaging the most energy-demanding tissues. In this review, we summarize the state-of-the-art knowledge about the mitochondrial protein import machinery and describe the known interrelation of its failure with age-related neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases.

The works of bishop Theophan (Govorov) the Recluse on Christian ethics are considered fundamental in studying the history of the formation of Christian psychology in Russia. The style, narrative and vocabulary of the works echo his Russian edition of the “Philokalia”. However, contrary to the common perception that Saint Theophan the Recluse thought exclusively in the language of Holy Fathers, the present study provides examples showing that the saint borrowed some ideas from the classical German philosophy of romanticism. Under the influence of his teachers from the Kiev Theological Academy (P.A.Avsenev), he addresses the subject of the “human spirit”. Arguing with representatives of natural philosophy, whose names he does not mention, Theophan asserts that the spirit is the highest faculty of human nature, the breath of life, the image of God, which enables man to communicate with the Creator. For St. Theophan, as for many other academic scholars of the mid-19th century, “moral philosophy”, “anthropology” and “psychology” were interchangeable concepts. As shown in this study, in matters of psychology and pedagogy, the reflections of Theophan the Recluse are based on the same model that was actively developed by the philosophers of modern times (Schelling, Hegel). Despite serious worldview differences in relation to religion, Saint Theophan reads, filters and continues to develop some ideas that originated in German philosophy.

A conceptual framework is proposed for analyzing how differences in supplier's R&D reserve can impact on a supplier's decision to increase its R&D activities. A central finding is that the integration of product markets can generate an added incentive to undertake R&D activities to buyer's location. A three-stage analysis of a non-cooperative game is proposed, which entails cost-reducing process innovation in a supply chain model of duopoly. Each supplier's technological efficiency depends not only on its investment in applied R&D, but also on its absorption of supplier and buyer fundamental R&D, as well as the extent to which the latter are substitutes or complements. In a first stage, a supplier's absorption of buyer fundamental R&D can be impacted by a decision to focus R&D activities to buyer's location. The interrelation between this decision and initial production costs is also explored.

The content of the work reveals systemacy as a basic requirement of the legislation. The article demonstrates the contradictory nature of the criminal law, the imbalance of its elements, the tolerance of the legislator and society as a whole to the actual unsystematic nature of law. In the aspect of the need to implement a systematic approach, the author discloses in sufficient detail the issues of the origins of the systemic problems of the criminal law, the delimitation of criminal and non-criminal, the mutual influence of the norms of the General and Special parts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the correspondence of the punishment for a specific crime to the gravity of the latter, the admissibility of using certain measures of legal response as a criminal-legal or otherwise, related problems of systematization of domestic legislation in a global sense are touched upon. 92 IUS PUBLICUM ET PRIVATUM The basis of the legislative system is analyzed. Considering the requirement of consistency as a key point of legislative design the author tried to demonstrate the need to consolidate the interrelation of its elements on the basis of common criteria. Special attention is paid to the latter in the article. In this regard the necessity of using the appropriate tools for systematization is substantiated: a scale for measuring the general level of public danger, a scale for measuring the level of public danger, a scale for determining the level of punitive influence, a scale for determining the level of punitive influence of measures of state coercion within the framework of various branches of law. In general terms measures are proposed to resolve the shortcomings of the criminal law in terms of unsystemacy.

This article maps the complex and changing interrelation of madness (μανία) and truth (ἀλήθεια) in the erotic speeches of the Phaedrus. I try to show that μανία is not merely a secondary aspect but rather a fundamental element within the structure binding together the sequence of speeches. I will show how what starts as an apparently simple binary opposition between μανία and ἀλήθεια in Lysias’ speech and Socrates’ first speech suffers an important modification at the beginning of the palinode, and is finally turned upside down in the radical reappraisal caused by the focus on erotic μανία. The result is a different understanding of μανία, as well as a reassessment of the status and cognitive reliability of day-to-day human perspective.

This article advocates for a particular understanding of curriculum history that enables educational research to emancipate itself from national idiosyncrasies. It suggests focusing, in the frame of a cultural history, on the interrelation between the constitutions, which define the ideal social order and the envisaged ideal citizens, and the curriculum, which provides “educational opportunities” – that is, pre-organised or preconfigured pathways of educational careers. The article thereby stresses that the fundamental notions of this research program – nation, society, and citizen – need to be handled as floating signifiers that are materialised differently in the various individual nation-states. The article argues that against this background, a European education history that respects national or cultural distinctions without getting trapped by national idiosyncrasies is possible.

In the present study, flame propagation statistics from turbulent statistically planar premixed flames obtained from simple and detailed chemistry, three-dimensional Direct Numerical Simulations, were evaluated and compared to each other. To this end, a new database was established encompassing five different conditions on the turbulent premixed combustion regime diagram, using nearly identical numerical methods and the same initial and boundary conditions. A detailed discussion of the advantages and limitations of both approaches is provided, including the difference in carbon footprint for establishing the database. It is shown that displacement speed statistics and their interrelation with curvature and tangential strain rate are in very good qualitative and reasonably good quantitative agreement between simple and detailed chemistry Direct Numerical Simulations. Hence, it is concluded that simple chemistry simulations should retain their importance for future combustion research, and the environmental impact of high-performance computing methods should be carefully chosen in relation to the goals to be achieved.

To achieve the goal, a bibliographic review is combined with analysis of primary and secondary datas. It is pointed out that despite the intrinsic relations and some overlaps between such notions, they differ. Sustainability presupposes a collective understanding, and, like health, it is fundamental in the objective dimension, but not only on that, conserning its strong interrelation with the quality of life. The influence of musical traditions on Ciaran Carson’s work has long been noted. Carson’s use of fugue forms, especially in For All We Know (2008), however, suggests a different, and perhaps more political, relation to form than can be found in his earlier collections. As can be seen with comparison to the work of Paul Celan, Carson uses fugue to navigate through what Pierre Nora calls the ‘fundamental opposition’ between memory and history. The doubling and repetition inherent to fugal forms provide a way to reconceptualise the past, highlighting the interrelation of multiple corresponding voices. Carson, like Celan, uses fugue to approach historical moments that resist language, and in so doing reconceptualises the demands the past makes on the present, and the ability of language to reflect those demands.

AbstractHaving been inspired by the tremendous progress in material nanoscience and device nanoengineering, hybrid phototransistors combine solution processed colloidal semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) with graphene or two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor materials. Novel detectors demonstrate ultrahigh photoconductive gain, high and selective photoresponse, low noise, and very high responsivity in visible- and near-infrared ranges. The outstanding performance of phototransistors is primarily due to the strong, selective, and size tunable absorption of QDs and fast charge transfer in 2D high mobility conductors. However, the relatively small mobility of QD nanomaterials was a technological barrier, which limited the operating rate of devices. Very recent innovations in detector design and significant progress in QD ligand engineering provide effective tools for further qualitative improvements. This article reviews the recent progress in material science, nanophysics, and device engineering related to hybrid phototransistors. Detectors based on various QD nanomaterials and several 2D conductors are compared, and advantages and disadvantages of various nanomaterials for applications in hybrid phototransistors are identified. We also benchmark the experimental characteristics with model results that establish interrelations and tradeoffs between detector characteristics, such as responsivity, dark and noise currents, the photocarrier lifetime, response, and noise bandwidths. We have shown that the most recent phototransistors demonstrate performance limited by the fundamental generation recombination noise in high gain devices. Interrelation between the dynamic range of the detector and the detector sensitivity is discussed. The review is concluded with a brief discussion of the remaining challenges and possible significant improvements in the performance of hybrid phototransistors.

The paper deals with the problem of the fundamental training of doctors on the basis of solving various groups of educational and professional tasks in continuing medical education. Analysis of various scientists views allowed the authors to determine that the continuity and integrity of education is ensured by continuity in solving educational and professional tasks, formed from professional tasks. Due to the fact that in health care there is a fairly rapid introduction of the basic sciences (molecular biology, biophysics, biochemistry) achievements results into the processes of medical care, the knowledge-intensiveness of labor functions increases, their diversity increases, which leads to an increase in professional tasks. The interrelation of types and classes of educational and professional tasks ensures the continuity of the content of the fundamental training of doctors. Intra-subject relationships are formed between groups of educational and professional tasks (invariant and variable), ensuring the integrity of the content of the biological training of doctors. Division of educational and professional tasks into classes and types allows to systematize the content of fundamental training of doctors in accordance with the actual educational needs of the trained doctors and the requirements of practical public health, which in turn ensures continuity, expressed in the sequence and consistency of the content, forms and methods of the educational process; in the consistency and coherence of training at various stages of medical education.

Summary The ne bis in idem principle is of fundamental nature to the legal order of every democratic society. The concept of this principle refers to the prohibition, on behalf of State authorities, on prosecuting the same person more than once for the same conduct. In two preliminary ruling procedures, the national courts set questions to the Court of Justice regarding the compatibility of articles 54 and 55 CISA respectively with article 50 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. In the first case, the Court ruled that article 54 CISA is compatible with article 50 of the Charter whilst, in the second, the Court, essentially, found unnecessary to reply to the question. The aim of this paper is to offer a review on the impact of these two judgments in the formulation of article 50 of the EU Charter and subsequently, propose an alternative approach on the interpretation of this provision, in line with the core of the ne bis in idem principle, in order to underline the significant role of the Charter in the future of the Union.

The basis of adaptive landscape diagnostics and assessment of the structure of the soil cover of the reclaimed territories is based on the basin principle, since the drainage basin is the prevailing geosystem that forms the landscape everywhere, the fundamental concept of which is based on the idea of the interrelation and interdependence of all natural phenomena of the earth’s surface. The key geosystem unit for mapping the soil cover structure and its diagnostics in the catchment area is the transect-catena. In the transect-catena, as a natural body, not torn out of the space and time of regional development of the territory and being its full-scale model, and an information key, the areal «geometric shape» (cartography) of the soil cover is combined with catenary (geochemical conjugation) and with structural functionally organization of geosystems.

Abstract Low-pressure carburizing (LPC) is a recipe-controlled process for surface layer hardening. These recipes are mainly based on experience and contain the process parameters used to achieve the desired hardening result. The process parameters influence the chemical gradients which have set in the boundary layer, the local microstructure and the depth distribution of the process-induced residual stresses. Within the scope of this work, a systematic parameter study and advanced characterization was carried out to quantify the influence of these process parameters on the resulting material state. The varied parameters include the carburizing temperature, the hardening temperature, the quenching rate as well as the number of repetitions and durations of the carburizing cycles’ steps. The results obtained should help to extend the fundamental process understanding of the LPC process. The analyses showed that the retained austenite content and its depth profile change significantly for certain process parameter variations, reaching contents of up to 45 vol% in the near-surface region. The differences regarding the residual stress states of the case-hardened samples can first and foremost be related to the formation of varying depth distributions of the retained austenite.

The subject of this research is teaching scientific style of speech to Chinese students. This question has been discussed since 1950’s – 1960’s and still remains polemical. The scholars described multiple aspects on the topic in their fundamental works, which are the foundation for further research in this area. At the same time, current practice face new challenges. In the course of this study, the following methods were applied: analysis of scientific literature and various statistical data, analysis of curricula for foreign students, review of accessible information on the universities accepting Chinese students. It is worth noting that the formation of foreign language communication competence of the students requires development of the unified education system, oriented towards practical needs of the future specialists. The foundation of foreign language education should become the interdisciplinary interaction of teachers, as well as close interrelation of general and specialty disciplines.

<p>The article makes the first ever attempt to carry out a systematic examination, based on the historical, publicistic, poetic and epistolary body of work of Tyutchev, of the interrelation of different levels and aspects of the concept of “Russophobia”, introduced by the poet. His fundamental concern with the hierarchic relation of Christian ontology and anthropology, with historical processes, with different results of dynamics of the theocentric and anthropocentric perception of existence and history in Russia and in the West is emphasized. It is shown in the article how the analysis of the religious, historical, cultural, anthropological mainstays leads Tyutchev, in his own way, to Pushkin’s conclusion that the history of Russia, as compared to the history of Europe, needs a “different thought, different formula”. It’s demonstrated how different interpretations of those mainstays cause issues, discords.</p>

Bone tissue engineering is an interdisciplinary field where the principles of engineering are applied on bone-related biochemical reactions. Scaffolds, cells, growth factors, and their interrelation in microenvironment are the major concerns in bone tissue engineering. Among many alternatives, electrospinning is a promising and versatile technique that is used to fabricate polymer fibrous scaffolds for bone tissue engineering applications. Copolymerization and polymer blending is a promising strategic way in purpose of getting synergistic and additive effect achieved from either polymer. In this review, we summarize the basic chemistry of bone, principle of electrospinning, and polymers that are used in bone tissue engineering. Particular attention will be given on biomechanical properties and biological activities of these electrospun fibers. This review will cover the fundamental basis of cell adhesion, differentiation, and proliferation of the electrospun fibers in bone tissue scaffolds. In the last section, we offer the current development and future perspectives on the use of electrospun mats in bone tissue engineering.

In this work we discuss a non-trivial effect of the interfacial curvature on the stability of uniformly and suddenly accelerated interfaces, such as liquid rims. The new stability analysis is based on operator and boundary perturbation theories and allows us to treat the Rayleigh–Taylor and Richtmyer–Meshkov instabilities as a single phenomenon and thus to understand the interrelation between these two fundamental instabilities. This leads, in particular, to clarification of the validity of the original Richtmyer growth rate equation and its crucial dependence on the frame of reference. The main finding of this study is the revealed and quantified influence of the interfacial curvature on the growth rates and the wavenumber selection of both types of instabilities. Finally, the systematic approach taken here also provides a generalization of the widely accepted ad hoc idea, due to Layzer (Astrophys. J., vol. 122, 1955, pp. 1–12), of approximating the potential velocity field near the interface.

The authors have determined that the personally-oriented approach presupposes that each student must fulfill as much as possible all their individual traits in their diversity and uniqueness; the integrative approach contributes to overcoming the contradictions between the principle of unity of knowledge and its division into fundamental and special ones, as well as those between the ever-increasing amount of knowledge and the limited school time to learn it; the environmental approach promotes the creation of the informational and communication environment of a higher educational institution which influences the formation of informational and communication competence of future specialists in preschool education and is an influential factor for introducing the innovations in the educational process and gives students an opportunity to choose free the content and form of activity; the competence-based approach defines the ability of a future specialist in preschool education to apply the information and communication technologies in the educational process, use information, be flexible and adapt in a changing information space in accordance with their own needs and requirements of the modern society. It has been established that the process of formation of the information and communication competence of future specialists in preschool education is conditioned by a special organization of the teaching and educational process at a higher educational institution which ensures the unity, interrelation, consideration and development of the professional and information and communication components in future specialists in preschool education, with proper purposefulness, the relevant gradual organization and procedural and content-related support. The subject of this research is the dynamics of conceptualization of the phenomenon of cultural reproduction, expressed in the concepts of tradition and cultural memory, as well as the related concepts of the invention of tradition, historical memory, and post-truth. The article analyzes the transformation of epistemological approach that took place in the late XX century towards reproduction of culture, reflected in the change of the fundamental conceptual metaphor – from “delivery”(traditio) to “memory”, which means a shift in the dominant approach towards the structure of cultural continuum that appears to be attributed not to the objective reproducible content, rather than its construction by the subject. It is suggested to examine the questions of current interrelation between post-truth and public consciousness. The author creates an instrumental approach towards tradition, which is characterized by pragmatism expressed in the intention towards management of social relations, where tradition is a tool for managing the present through the formation of representations about the past, and constructivism, which implies that tradition is a construct of perception formed in the present, not reflecting the past itself. Being internalized in a broad social context, the instrumental approach is realized within the framework of the state of post-truth, which does not consider the past crucial for the formation of public opinion compared to other personal beliefs, as well as management methods applied to the latter. Problematization of the theme of post-truth demonstrates the internalization of instrumental approach into a broad social context, indicating the cross-effect pf epistemological and general cultural social context with regards to problem of interrelation between the social past and the present.

Vivimos en una era con cambios en todos los sentidos y unos de estos es aquel en el que se da la oportunidad de estudiar a todas las personas por igual, por ende, una identificación temprana de las necesidades educativas especiales transitorias permite continuar con el proceso educativo de manera justa y equitativa sin discriminación alguna. El articulo muestra un enfoque y una perspectiva hacia una educación que permita a todas las personas estudiar, sin ser discriminados; a vincularnos como seres humanos y ser capaces de fomentar y buscar las mejores estrategias didácticas incluyentes que permitan desarrollar en correcto ciclo de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el sector educativo y porque no decirlo también en todo espacio ya sea público o privado. El uso de estrategias didácticas es fundamental en el desarrollo de los y las estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa “Paulo Emilio Macías”, y a la vez es muy importante para el desarrollo integral, ayuda a la socialización, a la interrelación, al compañerismo, a la inteligencia, a la coordinación, a la comprensión, al razonamiento, entre otros; además de adquirir destrezas pedagógicas que ayuden a los docentes a utilizar correctamente las habilidades de sus estudiantes en sus clases diarias, y que éstas sean aplicadas en distintas áreas del saber, con esto se logró aportar a un más al aprendizaje de los estudiantes; además de desarrollar confianza e interrelación entre compañeros.

THE USE OF TEACHING STRATEGIES AND THEIR INCIDENT IN THE CALIDE OF THE EDUCATION AT THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT PAULO EMILIO MACÍAS SABANDO OF THE PORTOVIEJO CITY
ABSTRACT
We live in an era with changes in all the senses and one of these is the one in which the opportunity to study all people is given equally, therefore, an early identification of transitory special educational needs allows us to continue with the educational process in a fair and equitable manner without any discrimination. The article shows an approach and perspective towards an education that allows all people to study, without being discriminated against; to link ourselves as human beings and be able to promote and search for the best inclusive teaching strategies that allow us to develop in a correct cycle of teaching and learning in the educational sector and why not also say it in any space, whether public or private. The use of teaching strategies is fundamental in the development of the students of the Educational Unit "Paulo Emilio Macías", and at the same time it is very important for the integral development, it helps the socialization, the interrelation, the companionship, the intelligence, coordination, understanding, reasoning, among others; In addition to acquiring new strategies and skills that help teachers to correctly use the skills of their students in their daily classes, and that these are applied in different areas of knowledge, this was achieved to contribute to a more student learning; In addition to developing trust and interrelation between colleagues.

The article is devoted to the issues of quantitative assessment of the identifiability of the pipeline systems (heat, water, gas supply systems etc.). Identifiability is first considered as a complex property, including such particular properties as observability and parametric identifiability. A brief description of the topic relevance and a review of available development in this sphere allow giving the structuring of identifiability analysis problems. The technique of differentiate quantitative analysis of this property is disclosed. It based on the use of analytical expressions for covariance matrices of parameters. New concepts of experimental matrices, parametric identifiability and observability of pipeline systems are introduced. Analytic expressions for these matrices are given. The substantiation of the integral indicators of the pipeline systems identifiability is presented, including the covariance matrix determinant for the estimated parameters and the relative variance of the prediction for non-measurable state parameters. The analytical interrelation of these indicators is opened. These indicators can be accepted in a role of criteria at decision of synthesis problems for optimal measurements composition.

The relevance of the study is dictated by the interest of contemporary creators and researchers in various fields of science to the problem of unfinished works. The appearance of the latter is associated with the historical situation and philosophical and aesthetic ideas of the time, with the psychological characteristics of the Creator's personality and the peculiarities of his thinking, as well as with the originality of the individual design of the work. In musical art, a productive direction in substantiating the specifics of unfinished works is their consideration both through the “prism” of the philosophical and aesthetic ideas of the time, cultural and historical context surrounding the composer, and based on fundamental theoretical teachings.
The aim of the research is to establish and substantiate the “zones” of action and mutual influence of categories that are important and system-forming for theoretical musicology — musical genre, musical form and composition technique within the boundaries of unfinished works.
The scientific novelty of the research is reported by: 1) the definition of the artistic and aesthetic phenomenon of “incompleteness”, which is universal for works of art, formulated and proposed for the first time; 2) the classification of unfinished works presented in relation to musical art; 3) analytical observations of the process of interaction of genre, form and technique of composition in conditions of various degrees of manifestation of incompleteness of musical works.
The research methodology is based on the works of various fields of scientific knowledge — philosophical and aesthetic research (U. Eco, J. Gartner, etc.), works on the history and theory of art (S. Stupin, E. Abramovskikh, etc.), research in the field of theoretical and historical musicology (Y. Kholopov, E. Ruchevskaya, M. Pereverzeva). The main research methods are the general scientific observation method and the comparative method, as well as various methods of analyzing a piece of music.
The results of the study reflect the following conclusion. A progressive tendency is clearly visible from work to work, which in music belongs to the category of “unfinished”: from a ghostly “hint” expressed through the genre, through a meaningful idea “underlying” the form, to the assertion of the principles of an “open work” through total interdependence genre, form and technique of composition.
The study is undoubtedly of practical value. It significantly supplements and expands knowledge about some new genres that are little studied in music (fragment, sketch, etc.) and their compositional originality.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the interrelation between dynamic and total individual performance indicators of gaming behavior in the "PLines" game with test measurements of general intelligence and divergent creativity (N = 151). It is demonstrated that the dynamics of point accumulation in the game can be used, with a great likelihood, for relating subjects to determined groups with a certain level of ability (high intelligence and creativity vs low intelligence and creativity). The data that it is the high-test indicators of cognitive abilities that determine the effectiveness of the gaming behavior of the subjects, and not vice versa is another fundamental result of the study. The subjects of discussion are the prospects for further use of this computer game in the diagnosis of ability sets in real life, the need to expand the pool of investigated psychological indicators that contribute to decision making in a situation of uncertainty, and the benefits of referring to the procedural characteristics of solving problems in psychological diagnostics.

Symphysiopathia is one of the complications of the musculoskeletal system that occurs in the second half of pregnancy and childbirth, which can limit the functionality of patients and worsen the quality of life. Symphysiopathia often becomes an interdisciplinary problem that requires participation in the diagnosis and treatment of not only obstetricians and gynecologists, but also traumatologists, urologists and other specialists. Information about the frequency of occurrences of symphysiopathia is contradictory and registered in the range from 0,03 to 2,8 %. These contradictions are caused by the lack of clear criteria for diagnosis, overall terminology and low clinical alertness of treating doctors. The terminology «symphysitis» is not relevant, because it indicates the inflammatory genesis of the disease. Currently, the most appropriate term is «symphysiopathia», which reflects the leading (but not the only) symptom of the disease-pain. Modern research shows that the development of symphysiopathia in pregnant women is based on a combination of several fundamental factors – biomechanical causes, undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia and magnesium and calcium deficiency.There is no consensus about cause-and-effect interrelation, and this problem needs to be studied.

Problems associated with the development of parliamentarism and democracy are fundamental and mostly are of polemical character. In legal science, meticulous attention is given to revelation of the essence and categorical analysis of these institutions. The theoretical-legal substantiation of their organic interrelation is being developed to a far lesser degree. The article analyzes the views of researchers upon the representative nature of legislative power, determines its place within the system of popular representation, and describes the meaning of electoral legal relations as a source of correlation between parliamentarism and democracy. The author proves that consensual declaration of will expressed by the representative legislative authority in its bills, is intended to be the permanent, legal, objectified representation of will and interest of the people. Critical assessment is given to the current state of Russian parliamentarism, which represents a dynamically development state legal institution. A conclusion is substantiated that without efficient functionality of the national mechanism of parliamentarism, the full implementation of the constitutional principle of democracy in Russian is impossible.
