Повний текст джерелаIn this research, at first, a new catalyst was synthesized by a new combustion method and it was also characterized and applied in a photo-catalytic reactor to degrade the organic compounds. Then, these photocatalysts were immobilized on the surface of nonwovens of polyamide nano fibers obtained by the electro-spinning process using a semi-industrial machine. Then, the mechanical behaviors of polyamide (PA) nano-fiber nonwovens were studied in the short and long term by tensile and creep test. This allowed on the one hand to evaluate finely the properties of nonwovens and on the other hand to model their behavior on average of analog models. The generalized Kelvin-Voigt model has shown its robustness. They were installed on the reactor wall in order to have a stainless steel fixed bed reactor and to avoid the disadvantages of a heterogencous system. The solution analysis results showed us a favorable degradation of organic compounds and intermediate products in a closed circulation system. Pressurizing the reactor confirmed, as shown in the mechanical tests, that the mechanical properties of the doped fibers were sufficient to withstand the mechanical stresses associated with the flow of the Jiquid

Повний текст джерелаDuring this study, the aim was to develop a methodology to elaborate and evaluate the quality of the fiber-matrix interface in a glass fiber reinforced polyamide 12 composite.At first, a macroscopic model was developed using a glass slide/polyamide 12 film assembly. Several organosilane adhesion promoters with different features and compatible with the polyamide matrix were tested. The grafting quality was characterized through appropriate physico-chemical analytical techniques (AFM, PM-IRRAS, Wetting…), and the adhesive performance of the assemblies was evaluated by specific mechanical tests (Peel test, Wedge test). In a second step, the deposition procedure described in macroscopic scale has been adapted to the glass fibers’ scale, more particularly to optical fibers. Specific mechanical tests were performed (fragmentation test) to assess the adhesive performance at the interface of the concerned assemblies.A study focused on the understanding of the interfacial mechanisms was also conducted to clarify the nature of the interactions established at the fiber-matrix interface. Thanks to the different physico-chemical characterization techniques, it has been possible to demonstrate the influence of various experimental parameters such as the surface treatment time, the grafting density and the chemistry on the treated surfaces on the crystallization of the matrix at the interface. The last part of this work concerns the transition to the semi-scale form of ribbons. The analysis of the interface’s properties and the mechanical characteristics has been investigated

Повний текст джерелаThe deformation of textile composite reinforcements is strongly conditioned by their fibrous composition. Classic plate and shell theories are based on kinematic assumptions that are not verified for textile reinforcements. Experiments show that the slippage between fiber (layer) in the thickness makes the specificity of fibrous materials. The RTM process (one of the forming process) is widely used to obtain composite parts with complex geometry is with great importance. In order to optimize the manufacturing of product, numerical models are necessary. Therefore, a 3D shell approach specific to fiber reinforcements is proposed which is based on two specificities: the quasi-inextensibility of the fibers and the possible sliding between the fibers. This approach is developed in the frame of continuum-based shell, the new assumption who based on the conservation of the thickness is applied to the kinematic equation. The theory of virtual power reflects the specific deformation of the fibrous reinforcements. It considers the tensile and bending stiffness of the fibers and the in-plan shear stiffness. The friction between fibers is taken into account in a simple way in connection with bending. The present approach is based on the real physics of the deformation of textile reinforcements. It simulates the 3D deformations of textile reinforcements and provides displacements and deformations for all the points along the thickness of the fabric and simulates the correct rotations of the material director. Finally, experiments and simulations performed on multilayer reinforcements are presented in this work, and a new method of experimentation is proposed

Повний текст джерелаIschemic heart diseases are the major cause of heart faillure, one of the most concerning disease in the world. The scarring process following myocardial infarction has been shown to be driven by cardiac progenitors celles (CPC), and PW1+ CPCs were shown to mediate and participate to this process. To target PW1+ cells, we are limited to a PW1nLacZ reporter mice model. We aim to find a membrane bound protein associated with PW1 presence to help to target specifically those cells. Using a prediction software suite, we predicted a specific membranome for PW1+ CPCs from RNA-Seq datas. We performed a mass spectrometry analysis to determine an observed membranome, and the combination of both approaches allowed us to find candidates to test. We then confirmed the expression of the candidates, and one showed strong sensibility and sensibility to describe PW1+ cells. The inhibition of this target by pharmacological drug in vitro and in vivo showed a significant decrease of fibrosis in a myocardial infarction murine model together with a significant increase of survival after treatment

Повний текст джерелаThis thesis is devoted to study the bending behaviour of textile reinforcements and thermoplastic prepregs by the experimental and numerical methods. At the high temperature, since the resin is melted, fibers would have the slippage between them, resulting the bending stiffness of thermoplastic prepreg is not directly related to its in-plane tensile modulus as the conventional continuous materials. Consequently, it's necessary to measure its value by the experimental method. A bending stiffness test approach was proposed for thermoplastic prepreg at elevated temperature. It was operated in an environmental chamber and a CCD camera was used to acquire the bending deflection shape. Bending moment and curvature were calculated along the midline of bending deflection shape. The slope of moment-curvature curve is the bending stiffness. With this method, bending tests were conducted for several types of thermoplastic prepregs at a range of high temperatures. In order to simulate the bending deformation of thick fibrous materials, a specific shell element was developed. This element was made of continuous fiber segments. Both the tensile and bending stiffnesses of fibers were taken into account. Local curve was constructed for any fiber segment and its two neighbors, which was used to characterize the tensile and bending deformations of fiber segment. Several bending simulation tests were performed with this specific shell element and were compared with the experimental results to show its efficiency. The results show this specific shell element has good capability to simulate the bending deformation of thick fibrous materials
