Анотація:
The purposes of this research is to the differences in mathematical problem-solving skills enhancement and self-efficacy among students who had learned Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach and students who received conventional instructions. Reseach use quasi-experimental was used pre-test research design posttest control group design. The experimental group was treated using RME approach while the control group gain use conventional approach. To gather the instrument is the form of mathematical problem solving ability test, and a questionnaire to determine students' self-efficacy toward mathematics. This research was conducted at Secondary Islamic School . The population is grade VIII students MTsN Model Banda Aceh inl year 2012/2013. The samples were two classes, VIII-7, class as the experimental class and the control class VIII-6, by purposive sampling technique. The researc found that studens mathematical problem-solving ability which were taken by with RME approach better than conventional approaches. Based on the analysis of self-efficacy RME class increases more than the self-efficacy of students who received conventional learning. Furthermore there a relationship between the ability of solving mathematical problems with self-efficacy of students in the experimental class and control with very low qualifications.

Анотація:
The purpose of this researc was to describe (1) students ability to complete story test before usedproblem solving approach. (2) students ability to complete story test after used problem solving learning. (3) the significant difference of students ability to complete story test before and after used problem solving approach. This researc was to pre experimental design, and this design is one group pretest-posttest . this research did to the threeth grade students at SDN 1 Saya, there have 24 students with 14 boys and 10 girls. Data analysis on this research are normality test, test of homogenity, paired sample t-test, and n-gain test. The result of this research: (1) Students ability to complete story test before used problem solving approach look on the pretest shown that value average of the students are 42. (2) Students ability to complete story test after used problem solving approach look on the pretest shown that value average of the students are 75.83. (3) It shown that signifanct difference of students ability to complete story test before and after used problem solving approach.Keywords: Ability to complete story test, problem solving.

Анотація:
Using biogas instead of fossil fuels decreases pollutants such as solid particles, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides concentrations in the environment. Green energy and development of relevant infrastructure improves air quality considerably. Chemical, physical, biological methods are used for biogas purification. The main difficulties using biological methods are selection of suitable microorganisms’ suspensions and making optimal conditions in photobioreactor. Different origin and structure microalgae suspensions are used applying biological treatment methods. Monoraphidium griffithi, which is widespread in fresh water, has relatively high potential. Microalgae’ cultures absorb the main components of biogas – carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S). Absorbtion processes are based on photosynthesis. Microalgae absorb specific components of biogas when there are suitable light source and nutrient solvent. The main purposes of the research are to asses emission of biogas using different substrates (chicken manure and wastewater sludge). Also, it was measured main physical and chemical characteristics of both substrates: acidicy, temperature, redox potential, conductivity, biohemical oxygen demand. According results of the research, emission from wastewater sludge is greater than from chicken manure so sludge was chosen in teh next stage of the research. The next stage – asssessment of purification efficienty using Monoraphidium grifftihii suspension. Raw biogas was supplied to photobioreacor (with microalgae suspension). Alterations of methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulphide concentrations were measured precisely. According to results concentration of methane in the beginning of the researc was 62%, after 35 days – 69%. Meanwhile carbon dioxide – 37% and 31% by analogy. Experimental research alows to assess Monoraphidium griffithi absorption capacity of ballast components. Results were compared to different scientists’ results which were present in scientific journals and publications. Comparative analysis alows to assess practical possibilities to use Monoraphidium griffithi as biological treatment of raw biogas.

Анотація:
The paper presents results of the experimental research of a middle-size combine harvester when used for harvest of winter wheat and spring barley in heavy harvest conditions. Based on the results obtained, it was possible to determine the effect of field conditions on the crop mass flow in combine harvester, grain losses, fuel consumption, and combine harvester field performance. It was found that grain moisture content and conditions of the crop stand have a significant effect on the work indicators of the combine harvester when compared with its technological parameters and crop mass flow.

The structure of the dry material plant is made up of a cell tissues system. The walls of the cells are formed by cellulose and lignin, ingredients difficult to biodegrade. Therefore, the aim of the breeders performed a variety of energy plants, providing a high yield of dry matter in the green state. This applies particularly to herbs, grown on agricultural and arable land (for example cereals, maize, sorghum, hemp, amaranthus, mallow, sugar beet, potatoes, fodder crops on arable land, permanent grassland and other). The subject of the experiment was to evaluate selected varieties of maize and sorghum and to determine the suitability of the materials on the device model for anaerobic fermentation mixed with beef slurry, and ferment from the biogas plant. Among the varieties of maize there are the significant differences in the production of biogas in the same conditions. Of the three maize varieties (Fixxif, Saxxo, Benicia), the most powerful was Saxxo.

Chronic periodontitis is a common dental disease, resulting in destruction of gingival tissue, periodontal ligament, cementum, alveolar bone and, consequently- teeth loss in the adult population. Experimental animal models have enabled the study of periodontal disease pathogenesis and are used to test new therapeutic approaches for treating the disease The purpose of this review study was to draw the evidence from animal models, required for future assessment of destructional and regenerative processes in periodontal tissues. Material and methods: a rat experimental periodontitis models of ligature, streptozotocin, and immune complexes induced periodontitis, periodontal defect, altered functional loading, stress exposures and surgically created chronic acid reflux esophagitis models. Histomorphomorphological/-metrical, immunohisto (-cyto)chemical and histopathological analysis, micro-computed tomography, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, polarizing light and confocal microscopy, spectrophotometry, radiographic and biomechanical analysis, descriptive histology and computer-assisted image analysis. Results and discussion. Scaling and root planing may not always be effective in preventing periodontal disease progression, and, moreover, with currently available therapies, full regeneration of lost periodontal tissues after periodontitis cannot be achieved. However, in 70.5% of the results of experimental studies reported, irrespective of the defect type and animal model used, beneficial outcome for periodontal regeneration after periodontal ligament stem cell implantation, including new bone, new cementum and new connective tissue formation, was recorded. Therefore, platelet-rich fibrin combined with rat periodontal ligament stem cells provides a useful instrument for periodontal tissue engineering. Conclusion. There is sufficient evidence from preclinical animal studies suggesting that periodontal tissue engineering would provide a valuable tool for periodontal regeneration. Further elaboration of the developed in preclinical studies experimental techniques should justify progress to clinical studies and subsequent medical application

<p>華德福實驗教育學校強調靈性教育,在臺灣實驗教育發展中佔有一席之地。本研究針對一所華德福實驗教育學校進行個案研究,主要藉由訪談法探討校長的課程領導行為,並比較其與傳統領導觀點的差異。研究發現個案學校校長將領導力視為一種靈性教育上的努力,透過重視精神感召、批判反思、整體原則、參與式體驗及生命共同體文化的領導行為,在某種程度上轉化了學校三元組織中成員信念與課程結構,發展出在地化的校本靈性課程;而在此過程中,校長亦於課程願景、教師教學素養、課程設計、課程評鑑與學校文化等領導主題上,展現其異於傳統的領導行為。這些研究結果有助於其他學校理解華德福學校靈性教育的領導智慧,並為因應全球化與未來教育的挑戰,提供了重要參考。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p> The Waldorf School of Experimental Education emphasizes spiritual education and has a place in the development of experimental education in Taiwan. This case study of a Waldford School of Experimental Education, conducted mainly through interviews, explores the principal’s curriculum leadership behavior and compares differences with traditional leadership. The research found that the case school&rsquo;s principal viewed leadership as a spiritual education effort, with an emphasis on spiritual calling, critical reflection, holistic principles, participatory experience and leadership behavior as part of the culture of a life community, to transform the members’ beliefs and the curriculum structure in the school’s threefold organization, and to develop a localized school-based spiritual curriculum. In this process, the principal also worked on curriculum vision, teacher teaching literacy, curriculum design, curriculum evaluation, and leadership themes such as school culture, to demonstrate leadership behaviors that are different from the traditional ones. These findings help other schools understand the leadership wisdom of Waldorf School’s spiritual education and provide a key reference for addressing the challenges of globalization and the future of education.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Работа посвящена разработке эффективного механизма взаимодействия заповедников с туроператорами, который позволяет находить финансирование для приоритетных проектов, а также привлекать на рынок новых участников и создавать новые туристические продукты для потенциальных клиентов. Существующая схема распределения, препятствующая входу на рынок новичков, не позволяет раскрыть потенциал экологического и познавательного туризма. Предложенный механизм, главной составляющей которого является аукцион мест доступа, решает проблему неэффективности. В то же время, нерациональное поведение экономических агентов может нивелировать общественный выигрыш от аукциона. Пилотная серия экспериментов, проведенных как на студентах-экономистах, так и с участием представителей заповедника и туристических компаний, позволила оценить глубину возникающей неэффективности и скорость обучения участников. The paper dwells upon developing an effective mechanism of interaction between the reserved areas and tour operators which allows to raise funds for priority projects, to involve new participants into the market and to create new tourism products for potential clients. The existing scheme of access points arrangement, hampering the new entrants, doesn’t allow to realize the potential of ecological and educational tourism. The proposed mechanism, the principal element of which is the auction for the access points reservation, eliminates entry barriers, helps to redistribute quotas effectively, to raise money for the most important projects and investigations, and in general to solve the problem of inefficiency. In particular, the reserved areas always have portfolios of tourism, environmental and scientific projects. At the same time the lack of the budget funding doesn’t allow them to realize all of those projects. Besides, there is no reasonable experience of involving business into such issues solution. The proposed mechanism allows the reserved areas to get funds from tour operators even for noncommercial projects. The firms supporting any of the projects financially (one or several, wholly or partly) become the partners of the reserved area. This is of interest for the partners not only for the purposes of advertising themselves or for improving their reputation. Tour operators get the whole amount of the transferred money (and in some cases even some additional bonus) to their virtual accounts. They can spend these funds to buy permits for serving tourists on the top-requested routes. The reserved areas offer some access points to be arranged (in the future all of them) by the auction. If a tour operator would like to enter the market or increase the number of available permits, it makes bids in the format (p, q), i.e. the price and the corresponding number of tourists whom it is ready to serve at this price. The number of bids is unlimited. After the time expiration the access points are arranged by the multi-auction at the (n+1)-price (multi-version of the Vickrey auction). Access points are granted to the companies that have made the maximum bids. It is possible to establish (by the decreasing coefficients) priorities in favor of certain companies, for example, long-term partners of the reserved areas, local tour operators, etc. This, in particular, can reduce skepticism regarding the transition to a new model of interaction between tour operators and the reserved areas. At the same time any other companies also have the opportunity to enter the market and receive the desired permits. As for the important features of the auction format, determining its choice as the proposed mechanism, we can mention, that the auction shows the market price. This format allows to determine the real wish of the firm to pay for the tourism activities in the reserved areas. Indeed, it is at the Vickrey auction where each bidder could demonstrate its real demand. In addition, what is especially important for this format is a large number of permits and tour operators participating in the auction and that helps to solve the traditional issues of participants’ collusion and possible auctioneer opportunism. At the same time the agents irrational behavior can eliminate social effects of the auction. The pilot series of experiments performed involving students-economists as well as the representatives of the reserved areas and tourist companies allowed estimating the arising inefficiency and the learning rate. After updating the proposed mechanism is planned to be applied on the electronic platform of the recreational and tourist services developed at the FEFU together with the staff of the Kronotsky Biosphere Reserve. Upon successful testing, it can be adapted and applied in other protected areas.

Planimetric analysis is a well-known and commonly used method for determining the content of a given component in the area of the analyzed surface. In geology, it is used to determine both the mineral and maceral composition, and its results are helpful in solving a wide range of research problems. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between the obtained results of planimetric analysis and the density of the measurement grids, which can be adapted to specific situations in geological samples in order to optimize the ratio of the accuracy of the result to the time of analysis. The research was divided into two stages. Models were used in the first stage, while in the second, coal samples were investigated. In the first stage, a virtual grid of measurement points with dimensions of 100 by 100 points was created, which gave a total of 10 000 points. After creating the measurement grid model, 102 scenarios were established, differing in the content of the analyzed component A (0.1%, 0.5% and from 1 to 100%). In each of the adopted scenarios, 100 combinations were carried out so that the arrangement of points on the measurement grid corresponding to component A was random. Then, the number of measuring points was reduced several times from the original 10 000 to 100 and each time content of component A was calculated. The obtained average component A content in most cases turned out to be only slightly different from the original, which cannot be stated in the case of both minimum and maximum values – here a wider range of results is observed. In the second stage, 3 coal samples of varying maceral composition complexity were investigated and a measurement grid of 100 by 100 points was used. The original grid density was gradually reduced (down to 144 points) and maceral composition was calculated each time. Results obtained from models as well as from samples show a clear trend of decreasing accuracy with decreasing density of the measuring grid. The obtained results were also analyzed in terms of the established acceptance criteria for which the content of the component was assumed to be different from its content based on a grid of 10 000 points by up to 5%, 10% or 30% of the original value. The analysis of the relationship between the accuracy of the obtained results and the time of conducting the analysis seems to indicate that the choice of the measurement grid based on 500 points is optimal.

Проведенные в работе как теоретические, так и практические исследования выявили преимущество предлагаемого способа тепловой обработки и показали возможности улучшения структурных характеристик бетона при тепловой обработке в среде с пониженной влажностью (γ = 5–10%) при условии покрытия открытых поверхностей бетона пленкообразующими составами и уменьшения напряженного состояния при тепло- и массообменных процессах по сравнению с тепловой обработкой в среде влажного насыщенного пара. Это обусловлено двумя обстоятельствами. Во-первых, при таком способе тепловой обработки возникают меньшие, чем при пропаривании, и противоположно направленные градиенты температуры и влажности, а во-вторых, возможное частичное испарение воды затворения в начальный период способствует некоторому уплотнению твердеющей системы и ускоряет образование искусственного камня. Физико-механические свойства бетона, прошедшего тепловую обработку по предлагаемому режиму, приближаются к свойствам искусственного камня нормального твердения. Показана возможность применения данного способа тепловой обработки для изделий с большим модулем открытой поверхности и низким начальным влагосодержанием, а также с повышенными требованиями по долговечности.
