In addition, the advancement in computer software, hardware, networks, information technologies and integration has been gradually reshaping the manufacturing companies by shifting from the industrial age to the information and knowledge era. Due to these elevated competitiveness and advanced computer technology, a number of new manufacturing and management strategies (e.g., Lean production, Just in time, Kaizen, Concurrent Engineering (CE), Cellular Manufacturing (CM), Agile manufacturing, Business process re-engineering (BPR), Agent-based systems (ABS), Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), virtual manufacturing system have emerged for the innovation of manufacturing industries. The developments in organizational concepts created new concepts such as Smart organizations, Centers of excellence, Intelligent enterprises, Integrated enterprises, Virtual enterprises, Virtual enterprises networks, Dynamic enterprises, Extended enterprises, Agile enterprises, Lean enterprises, Process-driven organizations, e-enterprises, Borderless enterprises, Complicated or complex manufacturing systems, Flat structures and others. These terms have been used by researchers to describe various aspects of enterprises and its operational aspects. Although they have different definitions and scopes, there are several common issues: integration of enterprise functions; integration of enterprise resources; and collaboration. A way to gain a competitive advantage in the enterprise while helping to link it to other key functions of the organization in the enterprise Resource Planning integration systems, which tend to focus on both the essential elements and the results of the task, together with all human resource roles mentioned in the literature. shows. The changes taking place in the world, taking into account the impact of new and professional people on domestic competition and socio-economic development, resulting in a high level of global migration, large-scale steps to shape the scientific community, exemplary measures to improve the quality of human resources requires a re-evaluation of all theoretical approaches. The main work in improving the quality of human resources activities is the proper organization of enterprise resources. Proper human resource management is a key part of the new ERP. In recent times, in order to increase human resources in the world, changing the quality indicators sought in people, the formation of the concept of "human capital", along with economic, administrative, psychological and social means in human resource management began to use modern new management. As we have mentioned, one of the most important issues in the management of any enterprise is the application of the enterprise resource system, which is a tool designed to accelerate the registration and management processes of enterprise resources in enterprises and organizations. At a time when foreign and domestic competition is strong, the development of leadership in production, services and other areas is purely about how to manage human resources. For this reason, states and large enterprises attach greater importance to the use of human resources, and in this regard, the role and use of enterprise asset planning (ERP) programs in improving quality are of particular importance. Enhancing competitive features is one of the main goals of ERP apps. For this reason, all the functions of the system are focused on that implementation. To achieve this, it is possible to build a transparent and clearer business process management system based on complete and accurate information about the enterprise. In the new era, changes in the quality indicators sought by people to increase human capacity in the world, the formation of "human investment", the use of modern new basic management in the management of human resources, along with the dual, administrative, psychological and social means. As in all areas of humanity, the human factor is currently very much in the country of Azerbaijan, but also in the field of enterprise planning (ERP) is being done to increase the quality of human resources activities. Our country's development in terms of joining and growing global competition, use of more modern technologies in the human and economic space, increase in demand for education and other points written at the top “Record of organizational resources in increasing the efficiency of human resources activities (ERP) application capabilities of programs as well as their role” emphasizes the importance of research in the theme. The task of drawing up an optimal production plan for an enterprise with limited resources and problem solution of bridging production bottlenecks for only one enterprise are of limited interest. New technical capabilities due to the volume and speed of data transmission and processing, allow you to solve new problems in which the apparatus of the duality theory can be fully used.The authors consider the problem of planning the optimal production company (firm, industry, ministry) volume, which structurally has a certain coordinating (managing) center and a network of enterprises (branches), which can be located in different regions, and are not connected with each other. Each of the branches has its own technological matrix of resource costs for output, resource reserves, expected profit from the sale of each type of product unit.An iterative algorithm for finding production plans for each of the enterprises is proposed, when implementing which the total profit of the company can be increased. The Center finds the optimal production plan for each of the enterprises according to this algorithm and using the classical formula of the optimal production planning problem. Further, for each of them, the Center, solving the problem of resolving production bottlenecks for each of the enterprise, determines the supply volumes of resources scarce. The Center supplies scarce resources to enterprises and forms a new adjusted output plan for each of the enterprises. If it is impossible to supply scarce resources to meet the needs of all enterprises in the company, the options for the most promising planning models are offered, under which the total profit of all enterprises in the company will be the greatest.The implementation of the planning scenarios proposed below becomes real when switching to digital production management methods.

Reaching international agreements, certification of enterprises with quality standards and increasing purchasing power in Kosovo, is influencing Kosovar enterprises to produce more and more for the domestic market, but also for the international market by increasing exports. The growth trend of Kosovar manufacturing enterprises is positive and based on the current situation, this research conducted through the survey aims to bring information about human resource planning in manufacturing enterprises in Kosovo as an instrument to achieve their goals for next year, but also for the future in general. The article is dedicated to pointing out the main principles of choosing modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for highly technological domestic enterprises. The article provides criteria for choosing ERP system and the risk group for their implementation. The close dependence of the success of the implementation of ERP systems on the proportion of projects for which the budget has not been exceeded has been revealed; the share of projects for which the excess of the actual period over the planned period of the project occurred and the share of implementation of solutions of the “box” type. The authors conclude that it is necessary to develop an information system that meets the specifics of a particular enterprise, as well as careful planning for the timing and cost of implementing this system.

Introduction. The system of restrictions in resource use in agriculture is ineffective, because it is artificiality in managerial influence. However, objective conditions have a significant impact. On the one hand, the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise is based on mechanism of biological systems development and management practice should be based on them. On the other hand, the management of an agricultural enterprise is guided by the strategic goal of maximizing the return of resources and its purpose in generating profit. Thus, there is a contradictory process of ensuring the productive capacity of natural resources and the formation of appropriate financial and economic performance of attracted resources at the heart of resource potential management. Methods. Studies are conducted on the basis of abstract and logical, and constructive methods. The methodological basis in preparing the material made dialectical method of knowledge of social and economic phenomena. Results. The initial problems of instability of resource use are analyzed in the course of the research. The solution of it is put in the formation of the main components of the mechanism of resource management of agricultural enterprises potential. It is established that a mandatory element is to take into account the time factor when planning resources and forecasting the profitability of the economic model of an agricultural enterprise. It is proved that the mechanism of resource management of agricultural enterprises potential should be based on the development of the economic potential of management practice. It is proposed to use the principles and methods of financial and investment management in the resource potential management system of agricultural enterprises. Discussion. Therefore, the of resource management of agricultural enterprises potential is to determine ecologically acceptable sequence of technological regimes for growing cultures in science-based agriculture and implementation marketing benefits in existing and future financial and economic conditions. The implementation of the mechanism concept ensures effective balancing of a wide range of tasks, which is the basis for sustainable development of an agricultural enterprise. Human resources are the first resource for enterprise development, and a reasonable human resource structure will increase the effectiveness of an enterprise’s human resource input and output. The reality is that even if an enterprise designs a human resource allocation plan in accordance with the corporate strategy, it is impossible for the enterprise to operate in full accordance with the plan during the operation process, so the human resource allocation plan only reflects the law of the enterprise’s human resource needs during the enterprise development process. Giving effective guidance to the specific work of human resources is difficult. It is impossible to carry out effective human resources structure adjustment to adapt to changes in human resources demand due to changes in corporate tactics, business, scale, and other factors, especially when the current domestic human resources market has not yet fully formed. This paper examines the impact of key factors such as the company’s business growth scale and production efficiency improvement on human resource needs with the goal of improving team structure, optimizing staff allocation, controlling labor costs, and improving efficiency and benefits. In this paper, we attempt to develop a human resource demand forecasting model based on business development and economic benefits and guided by intensive human resource development. We analyze and forecast the enterprise’s total human resource employment, personnel structure, and quality structure using this model. In light of this, this paper employs an improved BP neural network to construct a human resource demand forecasting system, resulting in a new quantitative forecasting method for human resource demand forecasting with strong theoretical significance. Simultaneously, the human resource demand forecasting system developed can enable enterprises to carry out personnel demand forecasting from the actual situation, making forecasting more applicable, flexible, and accurate, allowing enterprises to realize their strategies through reasonable human resource planning.

Today, enterprises are multitasking, with branches set up all over the world. Virtual enterprises are created to make better use of existing resources, improve the quality of manufactured products and agilely respond to customer requirements. In order to fully meet the requirements of enterprises, a decentralized structure of data registration and transmission and authentication of network users is needed. The information collected via the Internet of Things and flowing based on the properties of the Blockchain (BC) network facilitates enterprise resource planning and enables the integration of internal processes, especially when planning, changing the current or introducing new production. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of using a common data register in BC technology, which enables a number of applications related to the automation of the process of selecting human resources for production tasks. The paper presents an analysis of the problem related to the integration of production scheduling and human resource management with blockchain technology. Also presented is a literature analysis on scheduling, blockchain technology and data storage in the blockchain network. The analysis presents how the blockchain network works and how exactly it fits into production engineering with its advantages and disadvantages. An employee evaluation method based on the resource work history and determination of its current value within individual competencies is presented. The integration of production scheduling and human resource management with the use of BC technology is simulated. The most important advantage is faster and more effective planning thanks to the elimination of all intermediary channels in the flow of production transactions. Production tasks are balanced with production capacity in entities belonging to the virtual enterprise in parallel. For future research, different online planning algorithms will be developed and compared to achieve consortium members’ consensus on production and human resources planning.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a managerial solution based on information technology which objective is integration and information circulation among all organization sections such as financial, manufacturing, human resources, supply chain, and customers, management that makes the facilitation of planning and rapid and on-time response into customers. So, the present research has been compiled with studying the critical factors of success in implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) of enterprise (firms) of Mazandaran province. Methodology: The methodology is descriptive-survey and is conducted in field. Research statistical universe includes all managers, experts and specialists of IT systems and integration system in export enterprise of Mazandaran province (250 people) that 151 people were selected as sample based on Kokran formulation. Finally 132 questionnaires received. The realized questionnaire was used to evaluate the critical factors effective on implementing ERP from realized questionnaires. In order to test research hypothesis, Kolomogrov-Smirnov thatunit-sample t-test, binomial test and Fridman test in SPSS software were used. Results: Based on findings obtained of t-test, organizational culture (t=6.99, p=0.001), organizational structure (t=4.54, p=0.001), MA (t=6.87, p=0.001), project management (t=5.75, p=0.001) and project team (t=6.17, p=0.001) are critical factors of success in implementing ERP in enterprises in Mazandaran. Conclusion: Similarly, results of binomial test showed that advisors (p=0.021), experts (p=0.000), hardware (p=0.000), software (p=0.000), web and internet (p=0.000) are also critical factors of success in implementing ERP in enterprises in Mazandaran. But users (p=0.082) of success in implementing ERP in enterprises in Mazandaran. So, it’s necessary that managers of enterprises of the province pay attention into aforementioned factors to attain objectives of integration of human resource and organization success.

Background: Planning and scheduling of manufacturing enterprises are required to be rapid and accurate, which make is easy for the traditional enterprise resource planning system to meet the needs of enterprises. Objective: This paper introduces the theory of constraints and explains the control methods for production planning and scheduling. Methods: The main characteristics of the advanced planning and scheduling system are analyzed. Then, the modeling method based on the theory of constraints is used to study the scheduling path. Results: An example is given to validate the scheduling model and realize the optimization of production tasks on the bottleneck resources. Conclusion: The feasibility of the advanced planning and scheduling methods based on the theory of constraints is proved.

The prerequisites of optimal plan for resource management of an agricultural enterprise to get the maximum profit with ensuring acceptable dynamics of resource potential are analyzed in the article. It is established that the maximum level of economic return is possible in special condition with corresponding alternation of resource-restoring and intensive mode. Moreover, the intensive mode is inefficient in special economic conditions due the aftereffect of this mode critically reduces the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise. It is proved that the optimal plan of the proposed mechanism resource management has common features with an intensive resource using mode than with a resource-restoring one. It indicates about the economic orientation of optimal resource management. The resource-restoring practice is a necessary tool for ensuring a sustainable level of resource potential. Based on the results of a comparative analysis with alternative scenarios for the development of resource management practices, the effectiveness of the optimal plan is proved. Effective management of production conditions that form the resource potential of agricultural enterprises creates competitive advantages in the form of additional economic benefits. This is a necessary prerequisite for the reproduction of resources of an agricultural enterprise as the basis of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. It is proposed to use the principles of dynamic programming in the resource management of agricultural enterprises. Dynamic programming is defined as an effective alternative to adaptive mechanisms for improving the management of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises. The main advantage is the implementation of the goal-setting function of the management system in the system of strategic planning of enterprise development.

The article considers the components of investment management processes to reproduce the resource potential of agricultural enterprises, which include investment strategy, principles and methods of management, objects and subjects of management. It is generalized that expanded reproduction is a constantly regenerative process of conducting production activities on an increased scale, which in agricultural enterprises is carried out under the influence of bioclimatic, economic, social factors that determine its specificity and characterize the use of resources and production and economic relations. It is argued that the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise should be considered as a set of labor, material, intangible, financial, innovative and managerial resources of a certain quantity and quality, which will help achieve development goals taking into account natural, climatic and economic conditions. The constituent elements of management of investment processes of reproduction of resource potential of agricultural enterprises are substantiated, which include: investment strategy, management goals, management factors, principles and methods of management on factors, management resources. The set of principles as a basis of tools of development and realization of investment strategy is systematized and supplemented by general economic principles and principles of planning, principles of coherence of investment strategy. .It is offered at development of investment strategy to supplement the allocated principles with the principle of a priority of a choice of directions of investment activity that will allow to allocate projects of the priority realization which correspond to the strategic purposes of the enterprise. It is argued that the specifics of investment activities of agricultural enterprises are due to the following factors: natural and climatic conditions, organizational and economic mechanism of management, investment climate (regulatory regulation of investment), and features of agriculture. It is highlighted that the main task of investment activity as an element of the reproductive system of the enterprise is to create sufficient resources at the initial stage - on the terms of simple reproduction, at the second stage - on the terms of expanded reproduction. The paper considers a new approach to planning and forming a stock of spare parts necessary for the smooth functioning of transport enterprises. The basis of the author's approach is the developed simulation model of the warehouse adapted for any type of enterprise that serves and (or) operates road transport. The need for spare parts in this model is defined as a mixture of probability distributions of demand of various kinds, which makes it universal. The model was based on the new patterns of influence of following factors on the size of the stock revealed by the authors: the statistical indicators of the need for spare parts, the type and location of the enterprise, the target level of reliability of the supply system, etc. The proposed approach allows connecting the main indicators of the resource management effectiveness: the shortage rate, the cost of stock, the level of system reliability. It allows planning and forming a stock of spare parts reasonably. It is expected that the proposed approach will increase the efficiency of transport enterprises and the degree of satisfaction of consumers of their services.

This paper presents a critical approach to the way organizations justify adopting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. An earlier critical theory provides a framework for exploring the themes of communication, rationality and domination. Technology, process and organization are forms of domination that may appear in the context of ERP adoption. The literature on the formal and informal (qualitative) justification of information technology investment is reviewed and assessed. The significance of ERP systems is examined and also motives for their adoption. The data used for the study are electronically mediated justifications of ERP adoption that were presented by universities. A content analysis is applied to these data. The paper concludes that, despite reservations about the sensitivity of domination and emancipation to identification and measurement, there is some evidence to suggest people are considered to occupy a subservient role to technology, process and organization.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the efficiency of Korean insurers that have adopted enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to improve their efficiency. Design/methodology/approach – The study uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with several inputs and outputs to measure both technical and scale efficiency. With the efficiency measures and using the ordinary least square with the hetereoscedacity consistent standard errors, the study further investigates the factors affecting efficiency, and the association between ERP and efficiency. Findings – This study finds a strong positive association between ERP implementation and the insurers’ efficiency and profitability. However, firms may experience a decrease in efficiency and profitability during the first and second year after ERP implementation. Research limitations/implications – Although the findings of this study are consistent with extant studies, the study’s findings may lack generalizability because the samples are limited small Korean Property/Casualty (P/C) insurers. Originality/value – This study investigates the impact of ERP implementation on P/C insurers in an emerging market.

Enterprise Resource Planning, a collective integrated approach for all business solutions, has been broadly accepted across various industries since 1990 as the upcoming generation of Manufacturing Business System and Manufacturing Resource Planning software. ERP can be taken as to be “the cost of entry for running and growing a business” (Kumar and van Hillegersberg, 2000). An ERP is an information system, which seamlessly integrated and configured for planning, execution and managing all the resources and their maximum use in the enterprise, and streamlines and incorporates the business threads within and across the functional or technical boundaries in the enterprises. With the use of such information system, an organization can automate its elementary business requirements by reducing the complexity and cost of the related integrations for its components. Enterprise may also apply business process reengineering for optimum utilization of its ERP system, and finally output as growth in business can be recorded. Thus, ERP Security plays major role in protecting an organization business data and their employee’s and customer information as well. Study of Access Control Model of ERP Security is very important to keep the enterprise IT environment safe and secure. This paper proposes extensible business objects framework, by which service-oriented componentization of business objects are modeling and a homogeneous component enterprise business system is constructed. The framework described in this paper enables enterprises to develop enterprise resource planning systems that systematically map their business logic to externally applied entities called business objects. Practice shows, when using the toolkits supplied by this framework, the ERP systems will be flexible, extensible and easy-to-develop.

Cloud enterprise resource planning (Cloud ERP) is an internet- and cloud computing-based enterprise information system developed on the cloud platform. Cloud ERP has lower costs and shorter development time compared with traditional ERP system, but it remains in a state of information isolated island. To maximize the advantages of cloud computing and make up the deficiency of traditional ERP systems, it is necessary to break down the "wall" between enterprises, making cloud ERP enter a more open and interconnected ecological environment. The model-driven development approach contributes to a better resilient scheduling capability of ERP system, leading to faster development and deployment of it. In this article, the authors propose a “knowledge + data” model-driven open ecological cloud ERP and explain the definition and functions of each model layer. Finally, the effectiveness of model layers is demonstrated in the open ecological cloud ERP reference architecture.

This study aims to find out (1) the implementation of ERP in seven state-owned enterprises in Bandung, (2) the quality of financial statements in seven state-owned enterprises in Bandung that have implemented ERP, and (3) how the relationship of ERP implementation with the quality of financial statements at seven state- Bandung. The variables tested were Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and quality of financial statements. This study uses primary data for both variables in the form of questionnaires to seven State-Owned Enterprises in Bandung.The method used in this research is descriptive method. Population in this research is 20 SOEs in Bandung that have implemented ERP. Sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling so taken 7 SOEs from the population as a sample. The unit of analysis in this study is the financial manager. The hypothesis proposed in this study is "There is a strong relationship between the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with the quality of financial statements". This hypothesis was tested by using Spearman Rank correlation statistical analysis while the coefficient of determination used to know how big the influence.From the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) ERP implementation in seven SOEs in Bandung has very good with score 32,7; (2) the quality of financial statements at seven SOEs in Bandung City which have implemented ERP is very good with score 30,3; And (3) ERP implementation has a strong relationship with the quality of financial statements with correlation coefficient value 0.697. Based on the calculation of determination coefficient obtained 48.58% results, which means 48.58% quality of financial statements in seven SOEs in Bandung affected by Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the remaining 51.42% influenced by other factors.
