Dalam Pembangunan system industry 4.0 salah satu yang menopang pembangunan adalah teknologi 3D Printing. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah merancang mesin Printer 3D dengan Microkontroller Arduino MEGA 2560, RAMPS 1.4 Shield, Motor stepper NEMA 17, DVR8825 motor driver, Filament PLA, E3D v6 HotEnd, Memory Card, Smart LCD. Konstruksi rangka rancang bangun alat Printing 3D dengan melakukan perakitan rangka mesin printing 3D, Motor Stepper Mesin 3D, Limit Endstop XYZ, dudukan exstruder, dudukan bed, perakitan HotEnd untuk heater pemanas. Proses pencetakan dapat terhubung dengan PC atau menggunakan dukungan memory card, dan instruksi pengoperasian ditampilkan dalam monitor LCD. Penelitian ini menghasilkan printer 3D berbasis Arduino dengan teknologi FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) yang akan memudahkan pengguna dalam mengoperasikan printer 3D dengan layar LCD dan Pencetakan tidak harus selalu terbuhung dengan PC karena menggunakan memory card yang dapat menyimpan file dan menghasilkan pencetakan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian model Linier Sequential Model (LSM). Model ini sering disebut dengan “Classic Life Cycle” atau model waterfall. Metode ini terdiri 5 tahapan yang berulang yaitu tahap analisis studi literatur, tahap desain/perancangan sistem, tahap perakitan hardware, tahap pengkodean, dan tahap pengujian (Pressman, R.S, 2012).

Досліджено сучасні електронні системи 3D-принтеру. Розроблено модель та підключення електронних систем принтера для тривимірного друку. Розроблені засоби підвищення ефективності програмного забезпечення 3D-принтеру. Виявлено переваги та недоліки принтеру. Розроблено програмне забезпечення для автономної роботи 3D-принтеру. Робота містить докладний опис технології 3D-друку. Детально описаний принцип роботи електронної системи 3D-принтеру. Проведено порівняльний аналіз технологій 3D-друку. Запрпонованно принцип підвищення ефективності програми управління 3D-принтера. Змодельовані електронні системи 3D-принтеру, та проаналізовано принцип його роботи. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для побудови сучасних принтерів для тривимірного друку.

Purpose: to develop recommendations for the practical implementation of electronic systems for 3D printers. To achieve this goal, an analysis of modern 3D printing technologies. Modern electronic systems of the 3D printer are investigated. A model and connection of electronic printer systems for three-dimensional printing have been developed. Developed tools to improve the efficiency of 3D printer software. The advantages and disadvantages of the printer are revealed. Software for autonomous operation of the 3D printer is developed. The work contains a detailed description of 3D printing technology. The principle of operation of the electronic system of the 3D printer is described in detail. A comparative analysis of 3D printing technologies. The principle of increasing the efficiency of the 3D printer control program is proposed. The obtained results can be used to build modern printers for three-dimensional printing.

Beside the main functions related to the control and transformation of power, safety-critical electromechanical actuators require many additional functions for power routing, protection and limitation. In practice, these functions are implemented mechanically because their realization at motor drive level is not acceptable for performance and reliability reasons. Contact forces play a major role in these mechanical devices (e.g. endstop, lock, brake, torque limiter, etc.), being either functional to serve the need, or parasitic due to their alteration of performance. The virtual prototyping of such mechanical power management functions therefore requires normal and tangent forces to be modelled with the right level of realism and reduced complexity. This communication provides some proposals to be used as foundation for the system-level modelling and simulation of these types of mechanical power elements that can be found in electromechanical actuators. Special focus is given to the model architecting, decomposition and block-diagram implementation, using the example of normal contact forces. The illustrative example concerns an integrated landing gear extension/retraction electromechanical actuator which embeds free-fall and autolock features. It shows how a well implemented single model (e.g. generic normal contact force model) combined with a right model decomposition can meet various modelling needs (e.g. droppable end-stop, lock and shearable axial stop). The proposed models are made compatible for integration in a 2x1D mechanical model architecture (axial and rotational motion) developed by the authors in previous reported work.

Nexia Solutions are currently running a small European network entitled “European Network on the Determination of Site End Points for Radiologically Contaminated Land (ENDSEP)”. Other network members include NRG (Netherlands), UKAEA (UK), CEA (France), SOGIN (Italy), Wismut (Germany), Saxon State Agency of Environment and Geology (Germany). The network is focused on the technical and socio-economical issues associated with the determination of end points for sites potentially, or actually, impacted by radiological contamination. Such issues will cover: • Those associated with the run up to establishing a site end point; • Those associated with verifying that the end points have been met; and • Those associated with post closure. The network’s current high level objectives can be summarized as follows: • Share experience and best practice in the key issues running up to determining site end points; • Gain a better understanding of the potential effects of recent and forthcoming EU legislation; • Assess consistency between approaches; • Highlight potential gaps within the remit of site end point determination and management; and • Consider the formulation of research projects with a view to sharing time and expense. The programme of work revolves around the following key tasks: • Share information, experience and existing good practice. • Look to determine sustainable approaches to contaminated land site end point management. • Through site visits, gain first hand experience of determining an appropriate end point strategy, and identifying and resolving end point issues. • Highlight the key data gaps and consider the development of programmes to either close out these gaps or to build confidence in the approaches taken. • Production of position papers on each technical area highlighting how different countries approach/resolve a specific problem.

Pretensioned concrete prisms made with five different prestressing strand types (four 7-wire strands and one 3-wire strand) were load tested to failure to understand the effect of strand indentation types on the development length and bonding performance of these different reinforcements. The prestressing strands were denoted SA, SB, SD, SE and SF. SA was a smooth strand while the other four were indented strands. All strands utilized in manufacturing ofprisms had diameter of 3/8″ (9.52 mm). Among all types of strands, SF was the only 3-wire strand and the remaining strands were all 7-wire strands. For all types of strands, four straight strands were embedded into each concrete prism, which had a 5.5″ (139.7 mm) × 5.5″ (139.7 mm) square cross section. The strands were tensioned to 75 percent of ultimate tensile strength of strands and gradually de-tensioned when the concrete compressive strength reached 4500 psi (31.03 Mpa). A consistent concrete mixture with type III cement, water-cement ratio of 0.32 and a 6-in. slump was used for all prisms. Prisms were load tested in 3-point-bending at different embedment lengths to obtain estimations of the development length of each type of strand. Two out of three identical 69-in.-long (175.26 cm) prisms were load tested at one end and one was tested at both ends for each reinforcement type evaluated. First prisms were tested at 28-in. (71.12 cm) from the end, while second prisms were tested at 20-in. (33.02 cm) from the end. Third prisms were loaded at 16.5-in. (41.9 cm) from one end and 13-in. (33.02 cm) from the other end. Thus, a total of 20 load tests (5 strand types × 4 tests each) were conducted in this study. During each test, a concentrated load with the rate of 900 lb/min (4003 N/min) was applied at mid-span until failure occurred. Values of load, mid-span deflection, and strand endslip were continuously monitored and recorded during each test. Plots of load-vs-deflection were then compared for prisms with each strand type and span, and the maximum sustained moment was also calculated for each test. The load tests revealed that there is a large difference in the development length of the strands based on their indentation type.
