Повний текст джерелаEnvironmental, climatic and societal issues, which raise issues about the sustainability of livestock farming systems (Dedieu, 2019), are calling on livestock farmers to commit to the agroecological transition. This, along with farmers' desire to change their working conditions, is profoundly altering practices and the profession, including the identity and meaning dimensions of the job (Servière et al., 2019).In this context of agroecological transition, which we apprehend as a psychosocial transition (Baubion-Broye, 1998), our thesis aims to understand breeders' commitment to agroecological practices. We apprehend commitment not as a linear process, but as a multidimensional, subjective and developmental process. We have articulated the model of plural and active socialization (Almudever et al., 2013) and the Clinic of Activity (Clot, 1999), in order to make a clinical analysis of the professional activities of breeders, while taking into account the plurality of their spheres of life. This empirical research relied on a three-phase data collection process: two in situ clinical interviews on 13 farms (25 breeders) in the Occitanie region and a collective interview (with 9 breeders) grounded on the analysing of professional practice. Lexicometric analysis of the clinical interviews enabled us to identify the psychosocial dimensions at work in different commitment dynamics. The pragmatic analysis of the collective interview enabled us to observe the building of the commitment dynamics within a collective of peers. The results show that the complexity of the breeding activity calls for an analysis that takes into account the psychosocial dimensions of the activity's reality. In addition, we show that the dynamics of commitment are built at the crossroads of individual and collective intersignification processes enabling self-development and the development of the profession.A perspective of this thesis could be to explore more deeply the process of collective intersignification, in order to draw up recommendations for developing support for groups of different stakeholders concerned by the agroecological transition, then enabling them to build collectively and individually the meaning they wish to give to this transition

Повний текст джерелаThis thesis implies upon peculiar practices of selection of a group of stock breeders in Franche Comté. By leading a collective action, these ones claim their self-sufficiency in their work and at the same time, their independence face to the formal organizations of selection of milk cows. This regrouping of stock-breeders within the country people of Franche Comté, conceals in fact the defense of their own identity. So, the matter is not only about a professional practice but as well about a social practice around which the membership called montbeliarde selection is organized the achieved work shows how the m. S race acts as a criterion of identity, meaning that the choice's criterions upon the race are not only economical but refer actually to political, ethical, and social ones. Gathered to up hold the m. S race, the m. S group champions first of all a social identity

Повний текст джерелаOur objective is to understand what is the part of individual choice in change ; how does an individual select between many possibilities and act to modify his positions when one part of his whole activities is interfered with. It it is also to understand the role of social interactions in the choices individually. Made. As our basis we have taken the theory of "activities system" (cnrs 259) to show that when the subject adopts a strategy (choice of organizing his activities in such a way as to respond to the disturbance and to build a new equilibrium) this is his "model if living" which intervenes because it constitutes taking a stand in relation to practices conflicts (modern traditional). The results obtained through statistical computation questionnaire send to 80 breeders allow us to say that : - it is by the interpersonal exchanges (coopera- tive or conflict ridden) that the subject manages to take a stand in relation to pratices conflicts and transforms his "model of living" ; - this taking a stand is made easier, is speeded up by some interactive situations produced in the midst of the "local professional group" (j. P. Darre) ; - it is according to the sens he gives to the innovation that the subject make an effort or not of his "appropriation". So the innovation can't be perceived as a simple process of adaptation and, because it arouse an activity of "intersignification", the technical change can no longer be studied independantly of the others

Повний текст джерелаThis study aims at breaking apart the mechanisms of collective action in altitude pasturing. From the diachronic point of view, it raises the question of permanencies and discontinuities in the managing of the mountains of Ariège and rests on the analysis of the standards governing the access and the use of collective altitude pastures. Based on the assumption of a deep renewal of mountain farming and pastoralism, the description of a double historical and space discontinuity in pastoral practices allows one to affirm the emergence of new relations between the breeders and altitude pastures. In spite of the apparent diversity in the ways of managing, the systems of standards of altitude pasture breeders are characterised by a remarkable homogeneity and their great coherence enables them to associate operational, social and symbolical objectives. Altitude pasturing, beyond its strict technical functions, is at the origin of complex social and identity constructions which brings it to the level of space ideology

Повний текст джерелаBovine transhumance invites, every season, humans and animals to a symbiosis with mountains. As it stands today, practice has decreased in Austrian, Swiss and French Alps and in Vosges, since rural exodus and industrialization. Bovine transhumance is perfectly adapted to mountains of temperate zone. Indeed, the principle on which it is grounded consists in following spring grass during the summer, by remaining in harmony with bovine natural instinct. This pastoralism takes place in a territorial unity which is determined by natural relief. Today, this practice embodies the research of authenticity for a population, which looks for its roots. The different actors understand the transhumance in two ways, what leads to two different speeches. The patrimonalization appropriates this ancestral practice and creates a link between past and present throughout traditional products, landscapes and folklorization. This work studies this modern point of view in comparison with an ethno-ecological analysis of the traditional one. Moreover, the bovine transhumance is an intricate social building, which is connected to fundamental structures like time, space and relation with bovines. A structural identification of human groups with bovine groups draws the contours of nomadic and democratic societies, which appear and disappear every year. The transhumance divides the calendar year in two periods linked to two extreme poles, antithetic and defined by two syntagmatic series. Summer, up, stands in opposition with winter, down, like masculine and feminine, outside and inside, wild and domestic. Alternation of that two estates, renewed by seasons, is marked by rites like masquerades and transhumance parties. This wavering, throughout the “fruit” or cheese production in summer, leads to cyclic regeneration of this society and to transition rites

Повний текст джерелаThe social history of cattle trade and its actors in Brionnais-Charolais, from the late 19th century up to nowadays merges into the history of the setting up of the cattle industry which has built itself around three fields : breeding, feeding and trade. My thesis reveals the different stages which have marked it up : from the development of cattle feeding in the second half of the 19th century, then the gradual access to wealth by farmers-breeders during the 20th century, to a questioning of old practices since the 1960s, replaced by brood cows breeding. I have carried out my thesis from very fragmentary sources into an assembly of facts (which had required great inventiveness) and shown how much contribution it could bring to the knowledge of rural, social and economical history. I propose a new perspective on the successive adaptations to a profoundly changing agricultural society. I have analyzed in a pioneering way the changes in the family as well as the farm or the trade fields. Thanks to a prosopographical approach, from a corpus of feeders and cattle dealers, this study brings the actors of specialization to light. In the same way, I have revealed the methods and the networks in which cattle and money circulate and which have contributed to opening up the studied area. Until the mid-20th century, the rural Brionnais society had rested on a patiently acquired equilibrium, soon shaken by a modernized agriculture and the Common Agricultural Policy. In the second half of the 20th century, the industry got itself organized gradually. The professionalization of cattle trade goes through the end of cattle dealers and the setting up of cooperatives. In the early 21st century, one has to wonder about the evolution of cattle traders and of breeding itself in the birthplace of Charolais cattle

Повний текст джерелаThe monts du forez, a small granitic massif in the massif central, at a maximum height of 1640m. ,have suffered from a crisis about sheperds and flocks like many other hilly regions in france. These hills being very close, it has enabled to keep a type of farming which remanied traditionalup to 1960. Theese making with the "fourme", was the bases of this agricultural life for centuries and dairy intensifying witch milk collecting organisation has caused a crisis. Being considered as over by many authors, however 42 farmers are left today : they spend the summer in the hills and live in a house called, a "jasserie", a scale model of the main farm. The use decreased in the years 1960-1970, but with the influence of the farmers'associations born by 1960, one can see an improvement of this area thanks to the general setting of fences. Today, heifers and sheep graze about 5,000 hectares and this new kind of use mingles witch relentlers traditionalists who are still present. But today, a level seems to be reached in the use and to improve the unused areas following the living away. New initiatives loom: tourism, ski, rural inns
Rat-Aspert, Olivier. "Liens entre outils de gestion et stratégies collectives : une analyse de la transaction entre producteurs et transformateurs de lait." Thesis, Université Paris-Saclay (ComUE), 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018SACLA012/document.
Повний текст джерелаThis thesis analyses the relationships between appropriation of management tools, and emergence and effectiveness of collective strategies, which are two sides of one object in management sciences: Collective action. The chosen field of study is the transaction between dairy farmers and factories, in France. This transaction is particular because it requires the use of several management tools and because the management system that regulate this transaction has been reconsidered. Three approaches are used in this thesis: a historical approach of the management system, a case study approach to enlighten the current evolution of this apparatus, and a longitudinal observation approach of connections between a group of dairy producers and their customer. This thesis shows that management tools and strategies are embedded. The national management system is a strategic construct of value-chain’s representatives. It constitutes the basic rules that constrained local apparatus. The thesis reveals back and forth between the national adaptations of the apparatus and the local appropriations of the tools, and the strategic designs that lead this interrelationship. It also reveals that power relationships, in the end, persist. (Last and final summary in the thesis)
