Improving energy efficiency and reducing the cost of creating an electrical complex of autonomous power supply for an oil-producing enterprise is an urgent problem and requires a rational solution. The goal is the construction of energy-efficient electrical systems of autonomous power supply for oil-producing enterprises, leading to a reduction in the unit cost of electricity per unit of production. A methodology for constructing an autonomous power supply system for an oil producing enterprise, optimized in length and number of generation centers is present. The results presented in the work were obtained using methods of the theory of electric and magnetic circuits, theory of electric drive, methods of optimization of power supply systems, methods of mathematical and computer modeling. The configuration of the power supply system of oil producing enterprises and the efficiency of its work is analyze. To test the efficiency of the methodology, the power supply system of an oil producing enterprise is simulate in the RTDS software package. The results of the work were introduced and used in the creation of energy-efficient electrical systems for autonomous power supply to oil-producing enterprises based on autonomous diesel generators and optimized by the length of power lines and the number of generation centers. Implementation of the results of the work allows reducing the specific energy consumption per unit of extracted products and reducing the cost of building an energy-efficient electrical complex of autonomous power supply for oil-producing enterprises.

Purpose – The behaviour of an enterprise (including ethical behaviour) strongly depends on the organization’s culture, values and beliefs. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that organizational culture differs according to enterprise life cycle stage. Also the importance of the knowledge and awareness of these differences to enterprises’ management in order to be able to ensure enterprises’ success is argued. Design/methodology/approach – The case study research methodology was applied to explore the differences in the type of organizational culture as well as cultural strength depending on the enterprise’s life cycle stage. For the empirical testing, the author have selected Slovenia, one of the most developed European post-socialist transition countries. Findings – The research revealed differences in the types and strengths of enterprises’ organizational cultures and showed their dependence on the enterprises’ life cycle stages. Practical implications – Knowledge of differences in organizational culture in relation to an enterprise’s life cycle stage can significantly contribute to the behaviour of the enterprise’s key stakeholders by ensuring the long-term and sustainable success of the enterprise. Originality/value – The available literature does not provide similar research of differences in organizational culture in relation to an enterprise’s life cycle stages.

The electric power and electric industries are basic and strategic emerging industries in China’s national economy. Based on the data of listed companies in China’s electric power and electric industries from 2015 to 2019, this paper empirically studies the impact of research and development (R & D) attention on corporate profitability. The results show that attention to R & D by listed companies in electric power and electric industries will significantly improve enterprise’s profit performance, and this kind of effect has yearly heterogeneity. From 2015 to 2017, R & D attention gradually improved the profit performance of enterprises, but the profit spillover effect of R & D investment in recent years needs to be further strengthened. Further study found that R & D attention has a significant effect on corporate profitability in the private enterprise group, the R & D attention of state-owned enterprises and R & D structure adjustment should be paid more attention; R & D investment can significantly improve the profitability of the electrical industry, but the promotion effect was relatively slow in recent years, and R & D investment has a significant effect on the profitability of listed companies in the electric power industry. Although the promotion effect is not obvious, it shows a steady improvement trend. After variable and model replacement, the empirical regression conclusion of this paper is still robust. The results of this paper help to deepen the understanding of the stage characteristics of the impact of R & D attention on profit performance, and it is of great significance to optimize the efficiency of R & D investment and pay attention to the adjustment of R & D structure in the electric power and electrical industries.

Reducing the cost of electricity consumption by industrial enterprises is the most important area of increasing the operational efficiency of their activities. The article is devoted to the issue of reducing the cost of paying for the service component of the transport component of purchased electrical energy from industrial enterprises that have technological connection to the electrical networks of electricity producers. The article makes an empirical study of the features of the pricing of payment for the services of the transport component of purchased electrical energy for industrial enterprises connected to the electric grids of electricity producers with the identification of factors influencing the overestimation of the cost of paid electricity, and calculating such overestimations using the example of a typical schedule of electricity consumption of a machinebuilding enterprise for various regions Russia. On the basis of the developed author's indicators (tariff coefficient for electricity transportation by the level of GNP, index of tariff coefficient for electricity transportation, weighted average price for electricity transportation, index of weighted average price for electricity transportation, integral index of efficiency of GNP tariffs) study of the effectiveness of the application of tariffs for the transport of electricity for industrial enterprises connected to the electric networks of electricity producers. Based on the calculated indicators, the article groups the regions into three main groups, with the development of recommendations for managing the cost of purchasing electricity by the component of the cost of the transport component of purchased electricity in each group. As the most optimal option for reducing the cost of electricity transportation, the author proposes the introduction of demand management for electricity consumption, which will reduce the costs of industrial enterprises that pay for the transport component of purchased electricity at unfavorable tariff configurations.

At industrial enterprises, a significant amount of energy resources, including electricity, are consumed during production processes. Therefore, reducing the consumption of electrical energy in the production of products is an important and urgent task, the solution of which ensures a cost reduction of products and an increase in the competitiveness of the enterprise in various markets. The solution of this problem is complicated by the fact that the level of electricity consumption at a particular enterprise depends on many factors, one part of which is expressed in the form of quantitative data, and the other in the form of qualitative ones. In addition, both the first and second groups of data in most cases have uncertainty and incompleteness of the information used. These features create significant difficulties in obtaining reasonable and objective estimates of the efficiency of the use of electrical energy in industrial enterprises. Overcoming such difficulties is possible with the use of the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic. The results obtained make it possible to see objective and reasonable estimates of the influence of various factors, expressed both in quantitative and qualitative form, on the efficiency of electric energy consumption in the production processes of industrial enterprises. The use of such assessments will allow developing and applying effective measures to reduce electricity consumption. The implementation of the results of the work contributes to efficiency increase of electricity in industrial enterprises, which ensures an increase in its competitiveness.

This paper studies how the blockchain technology applies the enterprise’s vertical value chain management and specifically studies how the blockchain technology is applied to the management of various transaction information involved in the enterprise’s vertical value chain management. This paper first analyzes the basic needs of the enterprise vertical value chain management, analyzes the decentralization, integrity, and authenticity of relevant transaction information in management, and designs and implements enterprise value chain management solution based on the blockchain technology, including the design and implementation of organizations, consensus mechanisms, data structures, and business processes. The simulation data is used for testing, and finally, the solution is evaluated in terms of security, transparency, efficiency, and scalability. The research in this paper shows that the blockchain technology can be applied to the enterprise’s vertical value chain management, which can ensure the authenticity, transparency, tamper resistance, and security of various transaction information of enterprises, thus improving the quality and reliability of the vertical value chain management of enterprises.

Forecasting of electric power consumption with due account of assessed impact of various factors helps to make efficient technical and managerial decisions to optimize the electric power consumption processes, including preparation of bids for the wholesale electric power and capacity market. The article uses multivariate methods of statistical analysis and econometric methods based on time series analysis for model designing. The paper presents the results of developing the following models: a multifactor model of electrical power consumption using the regression analysis, the Principal Component Method with the assessment of the impact of production factors on electrical power consumption using elasticity coefficients, as well as the energy saving factor based on a variable structure model; trend additive and multiplicative forecast models of electrical consumption that take into account the seasonality factor, models with a change in trends, a linear dynamic model of electrical power consumption that takes into account the production output; a forecast adaptive polynomial model of electrical power consumption as well as the Winters model. The developed forecast models have a sufficiently high accuracy (accuracy of the MAPE was below 7%). The choice of the model type to forecast the electrical power consumption depends on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the time series, the structural relation between the series, the purpose and objectives of the modeling. In order to enhance the accuracy of the forecast it is required to regularly refine the model and adjust it to the actual situation with the due account of new factors and production trends while building different versions of scenarios and combined forecast models of electrical power consumption

The purpose is to analyze the organizational management of large business entities; the results of improving the corporate quality of the work of structural divisions on the practical management principles. Based on the scientific literature review there were used methods of sampling, observation, systemic and economic analysis, and questionnaires to identify «gaps» in the management system. The scientific, methodological, and information base were the work of foreign and domestic scientists and economists in studying problems of the practical organization of management in the activities of industrial enterprises, which should be characterized with the sufficient level of innovative mechanisms implementation strategic management. The financial and economic activities of the enterprise were analyzed, based on a system analysis, an assessment of the internal environment and the PEST method was carried out, and an evaluation of the external environment was given, which allowed the authors to develop practical measures for the effective organization of project management. The key indicators are based on the estimated indicators to ensure the organization’s leadership in the production and industrial enterprise’s economic potential. The calculation of four integral indicators that contribute to vertical and horizontal interaction development is necessary for effective enterprise management. This methodology for assessing the management organization effectiveness in industrial enterprises helps small, large businesses to use rational mechanisms for effective management and develop targeted strategies for the enterprise’s development in the long term.

The problems of reactive power compensation and improving the quality of electrical energy in the power supply systems of industrial enterprises are inseparable. Their relevance is due to the widespread use of electric receivers that consume reactive power and distort the quality of electrical energy in the network, as well as the implementation of new technologies, systems and equipment into production that make increased demands on the quality of electrical energy consumed. An important characteristic of the quality of electrical energy rationed by GOST 32144–2013 is the non-sinusoidal voltage. The main reason for the non-sinusoidal voltage in the electrical networks of industrial enterprises is the use of electrical equipment with a nonlinear voltage characteristic, which is a source of conductive electromagnetic interference, in particular: adjustable DC and AC electric drives, uninterruptible power supplies of electric receivers, electric welding equipment, electric arc furnaces, induction heating installations, gas-discharge radiation sources. Due to the nonlinearity of the current-voltage characteristics, the above devices consume a non-sinusoidal current from the network, which causes harmonic distortion of the supply voltage, including the fundamental harmonic component and higher harmonic components that are multiples of the fundamental frequency. Non-sinusoidal voltage, in turn, causes additional losses of power and energy in the elements of the electrical network, causes overheating and accelerated aging of the insulation of electrical equipment, reducing its operational reliability and reducing service life, worsens the accuracy of electrical measurements, causes malfunctions in automation systems, telemechanics, relay protection, electronic systems and communications. Non-sinusoidal voltage significantly complicates the compensation of reactive power in the electrical network. Compensating devices are made on the basis of capacitors, whose electrical parameters (resistance, power, current) depend on both the magnitude of the supply voltage and its harmonic composition. The present article identifies problems and proposes solutions in terms of reactive power compensation and improving the quality of electrical energy in electrical networks containing thyristor voltage converters and frequency converters used in adjustable electric drive installations of industrial enterprises.

The cost of any product includes the cost of electrical energy in its production. Enterprises use various methods to reduce the cost of electric energy. One of the most common methods is to reduce the loss of active power in the distribution network of an enterprise. This is achieved by compensating for distortions in the power quality of electrical energy using compensating devices. The method presented in the article offers point compensation of distortions in the power quality indicators of electric energy. Point connection of compensating devices allows their small number to be used. But, at the same time, a greater effect is achieved. The connection points of compensating devices are determined by the developed method. The method includes three stages: collecting data on consumers of electric energy at an enterprise and on the topology of the distribution electric network, analyzing the results obtained using the developed algorithm, and determining connection points using the Pareto method. Also, the developed method was compared with the classical ones according to the criterion of the ratio of implementation costs to the effect of its application.

Enterprises’ green technology innovation is critical to achieving the “win-win” of enterprise competitiveness and environmental protection. The impact of environmental regulation on green technology innovation by enterprises has been widely considered, but the conclusion has not yet been determined, and needs to be studied in detail. To this end, we studied the impact of pollution charge policy on different types of green technology innovation by industrial enterprises in China. We found that (1) the impact of pollution charges on most types of green technology innovation by enterprises has increased significantly over time; (2) the pollution charge policy has a certain inhibition effect on the end-of-pipe technology innovation, but can promote the process improvement of reducing industrial wastewater emissions; (3) there is a U-shaped relationship between the pollution charges and some green technological innovation (e.g., emission intensity of SO2, industrial wastewater emission intensity, and industrial wastewater removal intensity), which is dynamically adjusted over time; and (4) the larger the enterprise’s solid assets, the faster the asset depreciation will inhibit the enterprise from adopting the green process innovation strategy.

This paper investigates the effect of the load factor of frequency converters and thyristor converters on electrical power quality. Recommendations for reducing the influence of higher harmonics and switching overvoltages on the characteristics of electrical power are provided. Higher harmonics were measured by a PKK57 complex device for controlling electrical parameters and a digital oscilloscope of the Tektronix TDS 2024V type. Impulse switching overvoltages were recorded by an active resistance divider of the DNEK-10 type and the above-mentioned oscilloscope. The obtained data were processed by the Loginom 6.4 software and the methods of mathematical statistics. The lower threshold level of the load factor of frequency converters and thyristor converters was set equal to 0.8, at which the sinusoidal distortion of voltage curves correspond to the RF standard of electrical power quality. The suppression degree of higher harmonics from the 5th to 17th frequency by power transformers with a capacity of 250–6,300 kV. A ranged from 95 to 45%. The use of the ‘transformer–converter–electric receiver’ system as applied to the power supply systems of mining and processing enterprises was substantiated. It was shown that electric motors with a capacity of up to 2,500 kW inclusively require protection against switching overvoltages. Conventional RC-absorbers based on RC-circuits connected to the terminals of electric motors are shown to be highly efficient for protecting electric motors against switching overvoltages. Thus, the quality of electrical power in power supply systems of mining and processing enterprises in Russia can be ensured by frequency converters and thyristor converters with a load factor of 0.8 or greater. Provided that the transformer capacity does not exceed 1,000 kV. A, a more efficient and less expensive ‘transformer–converter–electrical receiver’ system is recommended. Effective protection of electric motors of up to 2,500 kW inclusive can be provided using the proposed conventional RC absorber, which maintains the overvoltage rate at a level not exceeding 1.7.

To solve the enterprise participation motivation and low enthusiasm, unreasonable income distribution between enterprises and colleges, this article regard enterprises and schools as the main stakeholders involved in the modern apprenticeship, using the game theory, under a non-cooperative game and cooperative game situation, analyze the cost, net earning, enterprise effort and school subsidy coefficient of modern apprenticeship, research the income distribution problem in education of modern apprenticeship between enterprises and colleges.

Abstract Modern energy strategies aimed at the development of energy industry presuppose a significant change in the structure of process of formation, transmission, consumption of electrical energy and increasing energy efficiency by introducing modern technologies at all stages. The growth of capacities of industrial enterprises in the conditions of wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity in the modern energy system determines the need for development technologies of predictive control of power consumption process of these enterprises. The introduction of such technologies at the control rooms of the operational management of enterprises will allow to reduce the number of human errors, the number of emergency stops of technological process, increase the reliability of power system mode, rationally manage the process of power consumption of enterprises. In this regard, forecasting the load demand and consumption is an important stage in the functioning and planning of modern power systems. An accurate, correctly compiled forecast is the key to effective management of energy consumption process and reliable operation of the enterprise. Forecasting errors lead to imbalanced supply-demand, which negatively affects operating costs, reliability and efficiency.

Abstract Organic synthesis enterprises are characterized by multi-stage technological processes and large volumes of production of various products, the production of which is associated with a huge consumption of energy resources. First of all, the technological processes of such enterprises are associated with the conversion and consumption of water vapor and electric energy, which are transformed from external sources. Currently, there is a tendency in the energy industry to replace outdated capacities with new ones by the installation of efficient combined cycle power units, the construction of which is costly both financially and resource-wise, requiring the involvement of highly qualified personnel. All this leads to an increase in energy tariffs, which affects the financial performance of large consumers, including organic synthesis enterprises, whose technological processes are associated with the formation of secondary energy resources in the form of water steam, flue gases, combustion gases, hot water. This article offers a variant of the useful use of water steam for technological processes and the generation of electrical energy for the own needs of the enterprise.

The publication presents the most common and promising models and schemes for replacing the power supply system of industrial enterprises, and an example of their use in practice for power supply to sewage treatment plants of a chemical enterprise. Various types of models are considered (in tabular form, in the form of an electrical replacement circuit or in the form of a finite-state machine), as well as a logical-probabilistic approach to the representation of the power supply system. The use of automation systems in power supply systems of industrial enterprises can reduce the total number of accidents, prevent their development, reduce the time of disconnections of electrical installations and downtime of mechanisms, and also allows to transfer to work without constant maintenance a significant number of electrical installations of substations, which, in turn, leads to a reduction in the number of service personnel, increase labor productivity and reduce maintenance costs. One of the main tasks on the way to automating the power supply system of enterprises is to present it in the form of a model. The list of replacement models and schemes that can be used to represent the power supply system of enterprises is quite large, and choosing the appropriate model, for that best meets the requirements of the final goal is quite a complex scientific task. The purpose of this article is to analyze the most common and promising models and schemes for replacing the power supply system and provide recommendations on their application in practice for power supply to sewage treatment plants of a chemical enterprise. Presenting the power supply system in the form of a table allows you to simplify and visually perform certification of electrical equipment, identify problem and weak points in the power supply system of industrial enterprises. Such a table proves that a large amount of electrical equipment at lower levels depends on a single electrical device at higher levels. The representation of the power supply system in the form of a three-phase symmetric replacement circuit can be used to calculate short-circuit currents in symmetric and unbalanced modes in the MatLab program and similar. Using the model of the power supply system in the form of a finite-state machine allows you to visually check the reliability of power supply to consumers, simplify the design of the power supply system of an industrial enterprise, select the state of switching devices in the power supply system and take into account the advantages and disadvantages of each state. It is advisable to use the methods discussed in this article to represent the power supply system (in tabular form, in the form of a finite-state machine or a three-phase symmetric replacement scheme) and their further application and use in automated power supply systems of industrial enterprises. The logical-probabilistic method allows us to consider the issue of power supply reliability based on the theory of logical algebra.

The study of the relationship between their scientific and technological innovation capabilities and corporate performance is of far-reaching practical significance for guiding companies to formulate independent innovation strategies scientifically, improving their independent innovation capabilities, and promoting further transformation into an innovative country. In view of the large-scale technological innovation enterprise network, the traditional technological innovation enterprise performance prediction method cannot fully reflect the real-time technological innovation enterprise status. Aiming at the deficiencies of the existing short-term technology innovation enterprise forecasting methods, this paper proposes a technology innovation enterprise performance forecasting method based on deep learning. I analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of the data of technological innovation enterprises and divide the data according to the temporal characteristics of technological innovation enterprises. According to the spatial relevance of technological innovation enterprises, grouping is carried out by setting different correlation coefficient thresholds. The method of spectral decomposition is used to divide the data of scientific and technological innovation enterprises into trend items and random fluctuation items, to decompose the matrix of scientific and technological innovation enterprises, and to construct a compressed matrix using correlation. Using the deep belief network model in deep learning combined with support vector regression to establish a prediction model for technological innovation enterprises, this paper proposes a convolutional neural network model for performance prediction of scientific and technological innovation enterprises. Through the convolution operation and subsampling operation based on the concept of local window, the feature learning from the local to the whole is completed. This article uses the Naive Bayes model, logistic regression model, support vector regression model, and other mainstream methods to predict and compare the performance of technological innovation enterprises. I use the dropout method to reduce the impact of overfitting during training. The experimental results show that the deep neural network model method used in this article can achieve better prediction results than mainstream methods under the same characteristics. The experimental results on the data set confirm that the method of performance prediction of technology innovation enterprises based on deep learning used in this paper can effectively improve the results of performance prediction of technology innovation enterprises.

Application of mathematical methods of cost optimization for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of agro-industrial enterprises is one of the important and promising directions for increasing the efficiency of electrical equipment operation management in agriculture. Mathematical programming systems use graphical and related attributive information in solving optimization problems. As graphical information in these systems we used maps, plans, diagrams, schedules of preventive measures from which the list of equipment for certain types of repair and maintenance, their labor intensity for individual objects, types of equipment and in total for the enterprise are established. Databases of electrical equipment are used as attributive information to describe electrical equipment of agro-industrial enterprises. Due to joint processing of graphical and attributive information in optimization systems, all stages of work with spatial data are more operative. Beginning from spatial data search, selection and analysis we can make a specific decision during the operation control of electrical equipment. This article considers maintenance and repair operation (MR) as a task of mathematical programming with cost optimization and deals with three approaches to the organization of this task. The expediency of using each method of solution is analyzed. The structural schemes, equations describing mathematical models, advantages and disadvantages of the presented models are given. We marked prospect of using linear programming programs for the decision of the given optimization problem by means of the inverse matrix method, i.e. the modified simplex method and computing algorithm with a standard sequence of operations.

The efficiency of an enterprise’s power supply system depends on the quality of electricity and the losses of the latter in electrical networks; both being largely determined by the modes of voltage control and reactive power compensation. In practice, the problems of voltage control and reactive power compensation in power supply systems of industrial enterprises, including electric networks with a voltage of up to 1 kV, as well as 6, 10 kV and higher, are often solved separately. It triggers an irrational use of existing voltage control devices, underutilization of the installed capacity of compensating devices, and affects the voltage control in the electrical networks of the power supply organization. Since voltage management and compensation modes of reactive power are inseparable, they can be correctly determined only with the use of an integrated approach based on technical and economic criteria and taking into account technical requirements and local conditions. This article analyzes the mutual influence of voltage control and reactive power compensation modes in the electrical networks of industrial enterprises from the point of view of ensuring the quality of electricity and minimizing load power losses. The method and results of calculations (on the example of a specific industrial facility) for determining voltage deviations and losses in the electrical network as well as for selecting parameters for voltage control and reactive power compensation are presented. Due to the close relationship of these modes that affect all voltage levels, the effectiveness of measures cannot be ensured without the use of multifunctional devices for controlling the equipment of transformer substations.

The motivation of the paper is to find out the influence of demographic characteristic factors on employees’ career promotion in China’s state-owned enterprises and study the relationship between promotion mechanism and enterprise benefits. More than 6,500 pieces of human resource data from China’s state-owned enterprises were studied. Logistic regression is adopted to analyze the correlation between demographic characteristics and promotion. Meanwhile, different data mining methods are used to summarize the characteristics of promotion. On this basis, this study uses the principal-agent model of game theory to analyze the profits of employees and enterprises under different promotion mechanisms and demonstrates the conditions for enterprises to obtain the maximum benefit from the employees’ promotion. The results provide a theoretical reference for the assessment indicator selection of enterprise promotion and help executives better understand the impact of promotion mechanism on enterprises and employees. The application of results can reduce the information asymmetry in promotion incentive, prevent the emergence of adverse selection, and achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and employees.

Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals have proposed by many countries, including China. Meanwhile, China has also proposed the construction of a new-type electric power system with new energy as the main body, which will have great impacts on coal-fired power generation enterprises. The transformation of coal-fired power enterprises is imperative, and the evaluation of the organizational performance of coal-fired power enterprises is urgent, which can accurately determine the development status and even can find issues related to the transformation of coal-fired power enterprises. In this paper, a hybrid evaluation model is proposed based on the Variational Auto-Encoder algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method improved by a vague set to comprehensively evaluate the organizational performance of coal-fired power enterprises. Eight coal-fired power enterprises in North China are selected for empirical analysis. The results show that the YC coal-fired power enterprise has the best organizational performance, while the NK coal-fired power enterprise has the worst organizational performance. Moreover, sensitivity and comparative analyses are carried out to verify the robustness of the evaluation result using the proposed hybrid method in this paper. This paper focuses on the organizational performance evaluation of coal-fired power enterprises, which can provide a reference for the smooth transformation and sustainable development of coal-fired power enterprises in the context of “Dual-Carbon” goals.

The article discusses the role of human resources in the efficiency of an organization. Employees influence the result of the company’s activities and make the company competitive in the market. The authors consider incentives as part of the HR management system and analyze the relationships between an incentive scheme and labor productivity, an incentive scheme and staff turnover, an incentive scheme and competitiveness. The authors note the importance of the electric power industry in the economy of the Russian Federation, investigate the labor market in electrical engineering in St. Petersburg, and determine a range of problems. Incentives are classified into types. The incentive system of the enterprise includes material incentives and non-material incentives. Material incentives are divided into material monetary incentives and material non-monetary incentives. Material monetary incentives consist of basic wages and additional wages. Material non-monetary incentives are material benefits and rights, as well as non-monetary forms of remuneration. Features of material incentives in the industry are noted. Enterprises in the industry use a lot of material incentives. The study shows that the majority of workers in the electric power industry are satisfied with the material incentives. Non-material incentives consist of moral incentives, organizational incentives, and work time incentives. Systematic informing of staff, organization of corporate events, official recognition of achievements, and regulation of relationships in the team are moral incentives. Improving the quality of employees’ working life, managing an employee’s career, involving the team in the management process, and organizing labor competitions are organizational incentives. Provision of additional rest time, establishment of flexible working hours, and use of flexible forms of employment are work time incentives. Features of non-material incentives for personnel in the electric power industry are analyzed. Leading enterprises of the electric power industry use company websites to inform staff. Organization of corporate events is a common incentivization method at Russian enterprises. Sports activities are most effective for increasing productivity. Enterprises of the industry do not organize creative competitions, but such competitions are necessary for satisfying the need in the implementation of employees’ creative abilities. Official recognition of merit in the power industry is manifested in the placement of the best employees’ photos on the honor board and in the granting of awards. Relationships in the team are regulated by codes of corporate ethics. The results of a special assessment of jobs at enterprises of the industry demonstrate that there are no optimal working conditions in the electric power industry. Practice shows that the opportunity of career advancement depends on the scale of the enterprise: the larger the number of staff, the more ramified the management structure and the more opportunities for career advancement. Involvement of teams in the management is difficult due the large number of enterprises in the industry. Labor competitions for teams are organized, and they are very efficient for the industry. Enterprises do not give work time incentives. The authors make recommendations on how to use various incentives at enterprises of the energy industry and name the factors influencing the incentive system.

With the advent of the information age, the traditional logistics management model has been difficult to adapt to the current increasingly fierce market competition environment. In the management of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, warehouse management must establish a systematic and information-based logistics warehouse management system to improve the level of logistics management. Passive wireless RFID asset management provides a new idea for the construction of warehousing management system of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Through the application of RFID technology, the warehousing design scheme and process of cross-border e-commerce enterprises can be optimized and controlled to the greatest extent, so as to strengthen the optimization and integration of supply chain and improve the market competitiveness of logistics enterprises. Based on the wireless passive RFID asset management technology, this paper analyses the construction and optimization of the logistics warehouse management system of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The simulation results show that after the application of wireless passive RFID asset management technology, the warehouse operation efficiency of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is improved, the employee utilization rate is relatively reduced, and at the same time, it can also save a lot of manpower and reduce the labour cost.

The paper studies the problematic issues of assessing the potential and improving the energy efficiency at mining enterprises. The necessity of developing a methodology for determining the unreasonable losses of energy resources and introducing the fast-payback options is substantiated. In order to solve this problem, a systematic approach has been used, which is based on experimental data and accounting the global economic situation. An experimental-mathematical approach is proposed for determining the main components of technologically unreasonable losses of electrical energy resources, such as the modes of transformers and pumps operation, an impact of electrical energy quality on energy consumption. The methodology was approbated at the “Mineral” mining enterprise. The proposed solutions are able to reduce energy consumption by 10% of the total with an average payback period of up to two years.

The developed method allows you to effectively manage the risks of non-payment of industrial enterprises for electricity, as well as minimize the risks of restricting the supply of electricity to industrial facilities and disruptions in the operation of industrial equipment.

In order to accurately assess the financial risks of enterprises, a quantitative model of enterprise financial risk management based on nonlinear differential equations is designed. According to the hierarchical running track of enterprises, 30 evaluation indexes are selected, the index weights are determined, and the financial risk evaluation index system is constructed. The organizational and economic foundations for the formation of an investment strategy for the development of urban electric transport enterprises have been developed. The economic content of the main stages of the investment process at these enterprises has been clarified. A list of basic principles for the effective formation of the investment process has been compiled. It is proved that the enterprises of urban electric transport in Ukraine are currently unprofitable and the problems of investment support for them are extremely relevant and important. The main directions of the development of investment activity of urban electric transport enterprises have been investigated and strategic, tactical and operational methods of its activation have been proposed. At the same time, there are three main aspects of enhancing investment activity: investment, innovation and technological. The main provisions of the strategy of attracting investment sources by urban electric transport enterprises have been developed, which allows ensuring the required level of investment flexibility of the enterprise and independence in obtaining investment resources from various sources. The main stages of this process have been identified and substantiated, which include: the time of action, the formation of strategic goals, the algorithm for selecting and justifying the sources of investment resources and the practical implementation of the investment strategy. The practical aspects of rating sources of investment resources have been investigated, taking into account risk factors, time of use, investment prices, the ability of an enterprise and the state to influence the formation and use of investment sources. An integral indicator has been determined for each of the possible sources of investment resources, according to which the most acceptable for urban electric transport enterprises in terms of the cost of attracting and the likelihood of risk occurrence are own funds (32 points), as well as state budget funds (22 points) and local budgets (21 points). Practical recommendations on the use of the developed provisions have been formed

In the Internet plus era, the environment of the world’s economy is changing towards globalization and information. The development of Chinese enterprises is facing hitherto unknown opportunities. Meanwhile, the financial risks facing enterprises are increasing day by day, because the constraints of environmental factors, economic and market factors, laws and regulations, social and cultural factors, policy environmental factors, and other unpredictable environmental factors have brought uncertainty to the financial situation of enterprises. The way a company handles its own financial risk has a big impact on its overall success. Many enterprises fall into economic crisis early because they do not pay enough attention to financial problems in the early stages and do not take effective measures to deal with the crisis situation in a timely manner, resulting in internal management confusion, deterioration of the external environment, capital chain problems, and serious asset losses. It is difficult to recover, and individuals who are experiencing a more significant financial crisis are at risk of becoming bankrupt. As a result, the success or failure of an enterprise’s early development is determined by the success or failure of its subsequent development. As a result, in order to devote more resources to the study of enterprise financial risk, this paper develops a variety of dynamic early warning models of financial crises in publicly traded companies by analyzing relevant theories of financial risk and combining the particle swarm optimization algorithm. This model has great efficiency and scientific early warning capabilities, and it can better forecast business financial crises.

Industrial enterprises connected to the power grids of electricity producers spend a lot of money on the transport of purchased electrical energy. The present article introduces some opportunities to minimize the costs. The author studied the principles of pricing of the transport of electrical energy purchased by industrial enterprises connected to power grids of electricity producers and described the advantages and disadvantages of the existing pricing options. The new indicator generator of voltage tariff coefficient made it possible to analyze the effectiveness of the transport tariffs for electrical energy at various types of industrial enterprises in relation to the tariff field of several regions of Russia. The study revealed ineffectiveness of the current tariffs on the transport of purchased electrical energy applied by such industrial enterprises. The author developed recommendations to reduce the cost of electricity. The main priority option was the application of demand management for electricity consumption by regulating the schedules of energy-intensive technological processes. This measure takes into account the criteria of economic efficiency, system reliability, and sustainability. It will enable industrial enterprises to manage their own schedule of electricity consumption without having to change the planned production volumes, thus reducing all cost components.

Enterprise is an indispensable factor of production in the country’s economic and social development, and the operation of the enterprise is indispensable. The development of strategic operation of the enterprise is facing many problems, and the survival of the enterprise is facing serious threats. The purpose of this article is to study the method of establishing a reliable enterprise strategic management system based on GPRS wireless communication and neural network. Let the company continue to grow in a sustainable and healthy way. This article puts forward the importance of corporate strategic management under GPRS wireless communication. Strategic business management can improve the foresight and initiative of enterprises, overcome short-term behaviour, and provide a clear direction for the development of the enterprise. In the experimental data of this article, it can be seen from 2016 that the demand for talent management by enterprises is lower than that in 2019. By 2019, enterprises will have the demand is as high as 85.3%, so enterprise management development needs should be taken seriously. The error between the actual output of the network and the expected output is controlled within 5%, which shows that the established neural network has a good evaluation effect and can be used to evaluate the talents of business operators. This also shows that the established BP neural network can fully absorb the judgment experience of experts and the actual employment of enterprises. The results show that the evaluation results obtained according to the evaluation network model have certain guiding significance for the selection and assessment of employers and the self-evaluation of management talents.

At present, one of the most important issues at the level of various manufacturing enterprises is the development of ways for building and efficiently using renewable energy sources, especially solar energy. In this regard, this article proposes a mathematical model of the problem of determining the optimal daily mode of operation of a photovoltaic system in an enterprise with a private photovoltaic system connected to the electrical system. The effectiveness of the mathematical model was analyzed on the example of determining the optimal mode of operation of the photovoltaic system located on the territory of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. It is shown that the mathematical model can be used to determine the optimal operating modes of existing photovoltaic systems in enterprises and distribution networks, as well as to determine the optimal parameters in their design.

Rural networks are characterized by a large length and low load density. In the country, there are problems with the reliability of electricity supply to agricultural enterprises and the uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment. The average duration of consumer outages is up to 100 hours annually. In Western developed countries, it is statistically defined as an acceptable state of electricity supply, when for a medium- voltage network during the year, the total duration of interruptions is in the range of 15-60 minutes per year. The permanent functioning of the Russian agro-industrial complex is impossible without reliable and stable operation of rural electric distribution networks. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in studying the impact of electricity losses on the reliability of electrical equipment in the rural power grid of 0.4 kilovolt. (Materials and methods) The methods of ensuring reliability include: design features of the system, reliability of electrical equipment; provision of backup power, system management tools, organization of operation. The reasons for the decrease in reliability were: equipment failures, errors of operating personnel, excess of resource capabilities, deviation of the actual operating conditions of the equipment from the calculated ones. (Results and discussion) The article considers the issues of additional electricity losses in the low- voltage network of 0.4 kilovolts on the example of the power supply of an agricultural enterprise, caused by the flow of reactive energy. The article presents graphs of phase voltages and power consumption. Authors conducted experimental studies in a network of 0.4 kilovolts. The article presents the calculated reliability indicators of electrical equipment at an agricultural enterprise. The increase in reliability when installing a compensating device in the 0.4 kilovolt network are described. (Conclusions) The increase of reliability of electrical equipment is revealed, the probability of failure operation of the electric motors decreased by 3 percent; the probability of failure operation of the electric motors decreased by 19 percent; reducing the failure rate by 15 percent; decrease in failure rates by 14 percent.

Abstract The article discusses the issues related with a digital platform for distributed energy resources in the framework of mining enterprises. The paper examines the directions of sustainable development of the infrastructure of a mining enterprise, among which it is necessary to highlight the use of digital twins, taking into account the relationship of technological processes with the processes of transport of electrical energy, the development of small generation and the use of renewable energy sources. The authors proposed a two-level architecture of a coal mine control system, the implementation of which is possible with the introduction of IoT devices. It includes the EDGE layer and the Cloud / on-premise layer, which implement the corresponding functions. In the future, such a control system will make it possible to implement the concept of unmanned mining with the effective use of machine learning methods. In conclusion, it was noted that it is important to ensure the synergy of the developed platform solutions in the electric power industry and the mining industry to reduce the total costs of creating digital mining enterprises and step-by-step implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept.
