Spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch.). is the most harmful hop pest during the vegetative period. Pest control system foresees 6-8 treatments by different chemical preparations against him. The application of biological preparation Actofit had essentially decreased the pesticide load on hop agricoenosis and had improved the environment situation. Spraying of hop gardens against the spider mite had enabled receipt of high quality cones crop at level 8,2-10,3 c/ha in dependence on doze of preparation which was at level chemical preparation Demitan by quantitative and qualitative indices.

The paper presents results of investigations of the effect of a preparation based on natural zeolite on production results of fattening lambs. The experiment was performed on two groups of lamps (control ? K and experimental ? O), 15 animals per group, and for a duration of 90 days. The diet ration consisted of sheeps? milk, a compound mix for fattening lambs, and meadow hay. Lambs of the experimental group, contrary to those of the control group were administered preparations based on natural zeolite. The preparation Min-a-Zel? S (in the form of 25% suspension) was administered to lambs from birth until the 14th day of life, directly into the mouth, once daily (before the morning meal), 10 ml each. Min-a-Zel Plus was administered starting from the 15th day by adding it to the fodder mix (0.5%). Feeding was ad libitum. The average body mass of lambs at the end of the experiment, according to the sequence of treatments (K:O), was 24.40:26.94 kg (P<0.01). The daily groth of the lambs, during the course of the experiment, was 229:256 g, and was 27 g or 11.79% higher (P<0.01) in the experimental group. The experimental group had better utilization of dry matter, proteins and energy, which indicates that the use of a preparation based on natural zeolite in the diet of fattening lambs is justified.

Проблема и цель. Целью настоящего исследования являлось изучение эффективности препарата Гумистар на горохе посевном. Методология. Для достижения цели исследования и ответа на поставленные исследовательские вопросы изучен химический состав препарата на основе биогумуса, который сейчас общеизвестен и эффективен для сельскохозяйственных культур из-за высокого содержания питательных для растений веществ, улучшающих рост и развитие растений и, как следствие, повышающих урожайность. Исследования выполнены в КФХ Белоусов И.В. Старожиловского района при погодных условиях, близких к среднемноголетним. В опыте использовался препарат Гумистар при замачивании семян, опрыскивании растений гороха и поливе в разных комбинациях. Гумистар – это концентрированная жидкая форма биогумуса, представляющая водную вытяжку гуминовых веществ и микроэлементов. Для производства препарата использовался биогумус, произведенный червями в ОАО «Агрофирма «Грин-ПИКъ». Вода для приготовления раствора препарата бралась из пруда, расположенного в 20 м от горохового поля. По возделыванию зернобобовых Рязанская область стоит на 8-м месте в России, а по производству гороха – на 6-м. По площади посевы гороха занимают в регионе 14 место, им засевается свыше 3 % всех площадей, то есть более 29 тыс. га. Около 83 тыс. т зерна собирается в среднем в год. Объект исследования – горох посевной (Pisumsativum), относится к семейству Fabaceae, роду Pisum, у которого на метаморфизированных корнях формируются клубеньки. Вследствие этого наблюдается разная интенсивность потребления питательных веществ и воды в онтогенезе. Результаты. Поливы и опрыскивание растений гороха посевного препаратом Гумистар позволили достоверно доказать высокую агрономическую и экономическую эффективность на варианте 2 при поливах и опрыскивании: активизацию ферментов; увеличение массы клубеньков на корнях до 69 мг/растение; улучшение роста до 57 см и развития растений на 5-15 суток; рост урожая гороха до 27,7 ц/га; накопление сухого вещества в семенах до 59 г; рост уровня рентабельности до 80,7 %. Заключение. В результате исследования была установлена агрономическая и экономическая эффективность препарата Гумистар на горохе посевном при поливах и опрыскивании растений. Problem and purpose. The purpose of this research was to study the efciency of preparation Humistar on pea. Methodology. To achieve the research purpose and answer the questions, the chemical composition of the preparation based on biohumus was studied, which is now generally known and efective for agricultural crops due to the high content of nutrients for plants, which improve their growth and development and, as a result, increase the yield. The research was carried out at peasant farm Belousov I.V. in Starozhilovsky district when weather conditions close to the average annual. Preparation Humistar was used in the experiment, when soaking seeds, spraying pea plants and watering in various combinations. Humistar is a concentrated liquid form of biohumus, which is an aqueous extract of humic substances and minor elements. To produce the preparation, biohumus was used, produced by worms at OJSC "Agrofrm "Green-PIK". To produce the solution of the preparation, water was taken from a pond located 20 m from the pea feld. Ryazan oblast ranks 8th in Russia for the cultivation of legumes, and 6th for the production of peas. In terms of area, pea crops occupy the 14th place in the region, over 3 % of all areas are sown with them, that is, more than 29 thousand hectares. About 83 thousand tons of grain is harvested on average per year. The object of the study is pea (Pisum sativum), belonging to Fabaceae family, genus Pisum, having nodules on the metamorphosed roots. As a result, there is a diferent intensity of consumption of nutrients and water in ontogenesis. Results. Watering and spraying of pea plants with Humistar preparation made it possible to reliably prove high agronomic and economic efciency in option 2: activation of enzymes, an increase in the mass of nodules on roots to 69 mg/plant, improvement of growth to 57 cm and plant development by 5-15 days, an increase in the yield of peas up to 27.7 dt/ha, accumulation of dry matter in seeds up to 59 g and an increase in the level of proftability up to 80.7 %. Conclusion. As a result of the study, the agronomic and economic efciency of preparation Humistar on pea was established when watering and spraying plants.

The work presents studies of preparative laboratory forms of preparations containing nanoparticles of macro- and micronutrients by inclusion of stabilizers and solution modifiers on growth and development of spring triticale plants in the first phases of ontogenesis and spring wheat under field conditions. The preparations and their rates positively affecting germination energy, germination rate with the effect of 4-6% and plant growth under the influence of preparations on daily seedlings were isolated in laboratory studies. The preparations Mn, 10 ml/t, Ca, 10 ml/t, Mo, 50 ml/t, Titan M, 50 ml/t, biogenic Fe, 5 ml/t had a positive effect on energy and germination, while the preparations Mn, 10 ml/t, Ca, 10 ml/t, Mo, 50 ml/t, Titan M, 50 ml/t, biogenic Fe, 5 ml/t, Bor 5 mg/g + GC (10%) had a positive effect on sprout length, 1ml/t, Potassium, 1000 ml/t of which the variants with Boron 5 mg/g + GC (10%), 1ml/t, Potassium, 1000 ml/t had the greatest and significant effect, where the increase in sprout length was 1.0-3.2 cm or 7.8-25%, mass 0.5-1.4 g or 6-8%. In field studies, we evaluated the use of biogenic iron in the plant protection system as a stimulant in the treatment of seeds together with a seed dressing and plants during the growing season. The effect of the preparation on the development of plants contributing to increased yield was determined, especially the treatment of wheat plants in the earing phase, which provided an increase of 0.5 t/ha.

AbstractKitting – meaning to supply assembly with components in presorted kits – is widely seen as beneficial for assembly quality and efficiency when there is a multitude of component variants. However, the process by which kits are prepared – the kit preparation – is labour-intensive, and kit errors are problematic at assembly processes. The use of robotics to support kit preparation has received some attention by researchers, but literature is lacking with respect to how collaborative robots – cobots – can support kit preparation activities. The purpose of this paper is to identify the potential of a cobot to support time-efficient batch preparation of kits. To address the purpose, the paper presents a mathematical model for estimation of the cycle time associated with cobot-supported kit preparation. The model is applied in a numerical example with experimental data from laboratory experiments, and cobot-supported kit preparation is compared with manual kit preparation. The findings suggest that cobot-supported kit preparation is beneficial with diverse kits and smaller components quantities per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and provides less variability of the outcome, when compared to manual kit preparation. The paper reveals several insights about cobot-supported kit preparation that can be valuable for both academics and practitioners. The model developed can be used by practitioners to assess the potential of cobots to support kit-batch preparation in association with assembly, spare parts, repair and maintenance, or business to business industry.

The present article sought to evaluate the efficiency of various folk preparation methods commonly used in Europe for employing anticholinergic Solanaceae plants. The study aimed to uncover which folk methods were effective for the extraction of the anticholinergic tropane alkaloids of these plants, atropine and scopolamine. The folk extractions that were tested sought to simulate the preparation of teas, cold-water infusions, unguents, tinctures, fortified wines, and smoking. All preparation types and a control were then put through an extraction process to see what amount of the alkaloids had been maintained. These extractions were then analysed using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Cold- and hot-water preparations, tinctures, and fortified wines all proved to be effective means of extracting atropine and scopolamine from plant material under conditions seen in folk usage. Smoking and the oil-based unguent, however, yielded no alkaloids, suggesting a lack of efficiency for these preparations, a problem with our methodology, or possible chemical changes and losses associated with the preparation procedure.

Goal. was to research biological preparations efficiency usage in alternaria blight harmfulness decrease and to develop effective cultivar protection system. Methods. Field and laboratory — vegetative researches. Tubers were treated by allowed biological preparations as Lists of pesticides: Planrise (Pseudomonas fluorescens, strain AR-33), Phytodoctor (Bacillus subtilis); MicoHelp (Trichoderma, Bacillus subtilis, Azotobacter, Enterobacter, Enterococcus) for disease developing decrease. The present preparations were used for spraying in future. The treating during the growing period favoured the plant organism resistance to stress conditions of environment. The first plant treating was conducted at the blossoming beginning before alternaria blight appearing on plant’s leaves plants. The second spraying was conducted during the first spots appearing on the plates of early potato varieties. Results. The researches results biological preparations: Planrise, Phytodoctor, MicoHelp treating potato defeated plants by alternaria blight were proposed. The biological preparations relative high efficiency was determined. Conclusions. The researched preparations technical efficiency was also depended upon the conducting testing variety. The biological preparation MicoHelp (variety Serpanok) showed the highest technical efficiency (46.2%) during the plant treating against potato alternaria blight. The preparation MicoHelp (variety Svitanok Kyivskyi) showed the highest efficiency during the potato treating in vegetation period. So the biological control protection means usage in the modern potato varieties allows to decrease negative impact of used preparations and put into production effective and ecologically — friendly means for alternaria blight limit in terms of Western Foreststeppe of Ukraine.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to determine whether man-hour efficiency of picking is affected by the use of batch preparation, compared to preparation of one kit at a time. This paper focuses on small kit preparation areas. Design/methodology/approach – This paper is based on two experiments that were performed at a vehicle assembly plant and then analysed quantitatively. Findings – The results provide a strong indication of the advantages associated with batch preparation, in terms of man-hour efficiency. Practical implications – The fact that the effects identified during the experiments are substantial, over 20 per cent reduction of average time per picked component in Experiment 1 and 7 per cent in Experiment 2, indicates that the option of batch picking holds potentials for large cost reduction and should be considered when kit preparation systems are designed. Originality/value – Limited research has dealt with the design of kit preparation systems, thus leaving considerable knowledge gaps. Previous research dealing with batch picking focuses on other environments than kitting and on large picking areas where batching can reduce walking distances. In contrast, the current paper focuses on small picking areas, which are common in industrial kitting applications. This paper provides a considerable contribution by demonstrating improvements in time efficiency that batch preparation can offer to small picking areas in addition to larger areas. The discussion also provides a basis for future research, which could focus on aspects other than time efficiency, such as the quality of kit preparation, and variables that might moderate the effect of batching.

Aim — to investigate the methods of treatment, directed on increase in quantity of spermatozoa in an ejaculate.Material and methods. In investigation was used: chorionic gonadotrophin, anti-estrogen, recombinant preparations FSH, and also their combinations.Results. The worst efficiency (10%) was noted when using monotherapy by preparation HCG. Efficiency of monotherapy by a preparation of clomiphene was higher and made 20% concerning conception, and 63% concerning an oligoteratozoospermiya. Efficiency of the combined therapy of HCG in combination with recombinant FSH was 40% concerning conception, and 87% concerning an oligoteratozoospermiya.Conclusion. At the same time the studied types of the stimulating therapy are effective, safe and don’t lead to development of side effects.

Hypothesis/aims of study. The article is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of intravenous iron preparations in the treatment of anemia in pregnant women. The relevance of improving the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is due to an increase in morbidity and adverse effects on the course and outcome of the gestational process, the state of the fetus and newborn. The aim of this comparative study was to assess the efficiency of intravenous and oral iron preparations in pregnant women with IDA. Study design, materials and methods. The study included 131 pregnant women. The mean age of the patients was 31.75 (19; 49) years. Results. The intravenous preparation of iron carboxymaltosate, after a single administration, has a more pronounced dynamics of hematological and ferrokinetical blood parameters compared to the oral preparation of iron (III) hydroxide polymaltosate after one month of treatment. Conclusion. As a result of clinical and laboratory research, the expediency of the use of intravenous iron (III) preparations in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy has been substantiated. Iron carboxymaltose exhibits high clinical efficiency, quickly replenishing iron stores in the body. The absence of side effects and ease of use (single administration) allow recommending iron carboxymaltose for the treatment of IDA.

Optimal bowel preparation is essential for the safety and outcome of colonoscopy. A solution containing polyethylene glycol (PEG) is often used as a bowel cleansing agent, but some patients are intolerant of PEG, and this may lead to discontinuation of colonoscopy. Sodium phosphates (NaP) tablets are designed to improve patient acceptance and compliance. The objective of this study was to compare bowel preparation efficiency and patient acceptance of a 30 NaP tablet preparation (L-NaP) and a 2 L PEG preparation. Patients were randomized into either the L-NaP or PEG group. The primary endpoint was the efficiency of colon cleansing as assessed by a validated four-point scale according to the Aronchick scale by endoscopists and was verified by blinded investigators. The secondary endpoints were patients’ tolerability and acceptance. Colon-cleansing efficiency was not significantly different between the two preparations. However, patients’ overall judgment was significantly in favor of L-NaP, reflecting better acceptance of L-NaP than PEG. Additionally, more patients favored L-NaP over PEG in a hypothetical future occasion requiring colonoscopy.

The article presents the results of an experiment (2016—2019) to study the influence of humic preparation on the effectiveness of insecticides of various chemical classes. Phytosanitary monitoring, pests count before and after treatment were carried out in addition to calculating the biological efficiency of insecticides; the impact on chickpea productivity and nutrition regimen was considered against the background of the chemical protection system with the inclusion of the humic preparation BIO-Don10. Harmful objects are cotton budworm (Helicovera armigera Hb) and bean aphid (Aphis fabae). It was found that the pyrethroid class preparation is more effective against cotton scoop. The reduction in bean damage is 93.7%. The efficiency of organophosphorus compounds does not exceed 45.0% in view of the developed stability. The preparations under study showed high efficiency against bean aphid, the decrease in aphid numbers is 93.9 and 90.9% respectively. Humic preparation did not affect this indicator, but allowed to increase the saved crop on the option with pyrethroid by 46.4 - 56.0%, with dimethoate by 29.6 - 40.0%.

Abstract: Despite their efficiency, existing methods to dispose of drilling fluids used in the construction of oil and gas wells (chemical treatment of spent solutions, thermal method, thickening) are often expensive and unsustainable. Basidiomycota are natural xylotroph destructors that process lignocellulosic substrate – one of the most stable biopolymers in nature. Prospects for using enzyme preparations based on Basidiomycota as biodestructors of organic substances are evident due to the high efficiency and zero-waste production. The aim was to obtain an enzyme preparation based on the Trametes hirsute MT-17.24 Basidiomycota strain and evaluate its ability to biodegrade polyanionic cellulose, used as a viscosifier for drilling fluids in the construction and repair of oil and gas wells. Screening of cellulase activity of the following strains was carried out: Fomitopsis pinicola MT-5.21, Fomes fomentarius MT-4.05, Lactarius necator, Schizophyllum commune MT-33.01, Trametes versicolor It-1, Trametes hirsute MT-17.24, Trametes hirsuta MT-24.24. To obtain the enzyme preparation, the T. hirsuta MT-17.24 strain was selected, which demonstrated the highest coefficient of cellulase activity (10.9). A medium for solid-phase cultivation of this strain was selected. Enzymatic activity of the enzyme preparation was studied on a model drilling fluid. A 10-hour experiment showed that the use of a 1% enzyme preparation leads to a decrease in the plastic viscosity of the drilling fluid from 16 to 8 mPa·s. The research results demonstrate the efficiency of enzyme preparations based on Basidiomycota in the biodestruction of polyanionic cellulose.

In comparative aspect the clinical efficiency of natural estrogen - 17 - - estradiol and phytoestrogens for elimination of climacteric syndrome and age hyperlipoidemia appearing was studied. Climadinon can be considered as alternative classic substitute therapy preparation for the treatment of vasovegetal disorders within climacteric syndrome. The absence of side effects allows recommend this preparation on the first stage of patients treatment. Should the phytoestrogens effect became weaker, on the second hormonotherapy stage it is possible to obtain the disorders compensation by means of prescribing preparations, containing natural estrogens.

Slurry preparation is of paramount importance in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process. It couples the combination effects of chemical and mechanical ones. In this paper, the characteristics of the slurry particles used in CMP are firstly modeled, which includes the size and the concentration with primary priority. And then, the model is validated by experiments during hard disk wafer polishing. The slurry prepared contributes to a high quality hard disk surface processed with CMP, which leads to low waviness Wa and roughness Ra with suitable material removal rate (MRR) as well. The study will surely lay a feasible foundation to the CMP mechanism.

We determine the effects of the technology of obtaining potato protein preparation and of different variants of enzymatic hydrolysis on the chemical and amino acid compositions of the hydrolysates obtained. Potato protein concentrates obtained through their thermal coagulation in potato juice with calcium chloride, calcium lactate or without salt addition were subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis using two commercial hydrolytic enzymes: endopeptidase (Alcalase) and exopeptidase (Flavourzyme). Chemical (contents of ash, total and coagulable protein) and amino acid compositions of the hydrolysates obtained were determined. On the ground of the findings it was stated that the type of potato protein preparation used and conditions of enzymatic modification influenced on the properties of the hydrolysates obtained. Preparations obtained during the study were characterised by similar chemical and amino acid compositions, whereas the preparation obtained through thermal coagulation with the use of calcium lactate contained insignificantly more protein and essential amino acids. The least liable to enzymatic hydrolysis was the preparation obtained by using calcium chloride, particularly when only endopeptidase was used. The application of endopeptidase enzyme enabled to obtain 60% of proteolysis efficiency and the addition of the second enzyme (exopeptidase) to the protein solution insignificantly increased the proteolysis efficiency (to ca 70%), mainly when the preparation coagulated with the use of calcium chloride was hydrolysed. Proteolysis of the protein preparations obtained with the use of two enzymes was more favourable, particularly due to the quantity of free amino acids in and amino acids composition of the hydrolysates.&nbsp;

The efficiency of the application of microbial preparations enhancing soil properties as well as the diversified fertilization of spring wheat nitrogen was evaluated in the field experiment. Factors of the experiment referred to the levels of nitrogen fertilization: 0, 40, 80, 120 and 160 kg/ha as well as the application of microbial preparations, namely, Proplantan (disaccharide, and polysaccharide, lactic acid, carotene, riboflavin, thiamine, amylase, sea salt, minerals), Effective microorganisms (milk bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, yeast, actinomycetes, moulds) and UG<sub>max</sub> microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, actinomycetes, macro- and microelements). The quantity of N<sub>min</sub> in the soil layer of 0&ndash;0.9 m ranged in respective years from 72.8 to 98.5 kg/ha before the spring wheat seeding and from 58.6.8 to 68.2 kg/ha after the crop was harvested, whereas the amount of N mineralization ranged from 18.9 to 53.3 kg/ha. Grain yields of wheat developed at a high level from 3.26 to 8.31 t/ha. To create the biomass, spring wheat plants absorbed nitrogen ranging from 78 kg N/ha in objects not fertilized to 184 kg N/ha in objects fertilized with the dose of 160 kg N/ha, and the share of nitrogen accumulated in the seeds amounted on average to 82% of the total uptake of that element. The highest N use efficiency, N physiological efficiency, N agronomic efficiency and N apparent recovery fraction were detected in objects fertilized with the dose of 40 kg N/ha. Each increase in the level of nitrogen fertilization affected lowering of the values of evaluated fertilization efficiency ratios.

To improve the elements of winter wheat cultivation technology in order to reduce the loss of nutrients from the soil, research was conducted. The results presented in the article show the effectiveness of the use of mineral fertilizers with the application of a biological preparation to the granules. The influence of the method of applying a biological preparation based on Bacillus subtilis H – 13 on urea granules was evaluated. The influence of bio mineral fertilizers on the dynamics of nitrogen accumulation by wheat plants is established. The results obtained are the scientific basis for the use of rhizospheric bacteria Bacillus subtilis H - 13 as an effective strain for expanding the range of mineral fertilizers by creating bio modified forms and subsequent use in agricultural technologies.

The current study presents the results on evaluation the preservative efficiency of domestic biological preparations, based on enzymes, at the ensiling and haylage preparation of high-protein leguminous grasses. High-yielding varieties of alfalfa, red clover and fodder galega (Galega orientalis Lam.), that were developed in Williams Research Center of Forage Production & Agroecology were used as plant raw material. Plants were harvested in the optimal vegetation phases. The effect of the new biological preparations on safety and quality of fermented feeds in terms of organoleptic and biochemical parameters, the effect on the digestibility of nutrients and their bioconversion into the valuable animal products were studied in the laboratory and scientific-production conditions. The effective methods of preparation the qualitative feeds with high protein and energy content of legume grasses, were suggested on the base the obtained results. Fermented feeds with complex of enzyme-bacterial preparations are suitable for highly productive dairy and beef cattle.

Currently, special attention is paid to the study of the effectiveness of the immobilization method—microencapsulation. The aim of the research is to obtain a complex enzyme preparation from pepsin and papain by sequential microencapsulation of enzymes in a pseudo-boiling layer and to evaluate its tenderizing effect on pork. The objects of research were enzymes: pepsin and papain, which were microencapsulated in a protective coating of maltodextrin. It was found that the biocatalytic activity of the complex enzyme preparation is higher than that of pure enzymes. Microencapsulation allows maintaining the high proteolytic activity of enzymes for a long storage period. It has been shown that the thickness of the protective layer during microencapsulation of pepsin and papain in the pseudo-boiling layer of maltodextrin should be in the range of 4–6 microns. During the research, the physicochemical properties of pork were studied depending on the duration of fermentation. It was found that the maximum activity of immobilized enzymes is shifted to the alkaline side. Pork salting with the use of a microencapsulated enzyme preparation in the brine increases the water-binding capacity of proteins to a greater extent in comparison with brine with pure enzymes. The presented data show the high efficiency of sequential microencapsulation of the enzyme pepsin and then papain into a protective layer of maltodextrin in order to preserve their activity during storage.

The use of dry preparations is a cheap and environmentally safe method of feed chemical conservation. This can be proved by the results of economic and energy assessment of methods for preserving forage grain, performed using generally accepted methods. The analysis of various methods of preserving, storing and preparing for feeding raw forage grain showed that flattening, chemical preservation and storage in anaerobic conditions was significantly cheaper and less energy intensive than drying it to standard humidity and storing it in the open air. This method is comparable to storing grain of standard humidity, removed in favorable weather conditions and prepared for feeding by grinding it on a hammer mill. The analysis result seems logical due to lower energy costs when replacing grain crushing with flattening. In addition, the forage grain prepared in this way corresponds much to the animals’ physiological needs, and its preparation reduces the physical loss of feed.

Introduction. Correction of iron deficiency anemia in patients with malignant neoplasms is an important aspect affecting the quality of life and the effectiveness of special treatments. At the same time, the therapy of comorbid conditions significantly increases the cost of treating cancer patients.The aim of the study was to conduct a comparative pharmacoeconomic analysis of the two most common methods for correcting iron deficiency anemia in cancer patients: transfusion of erythrocyte suspension and intravenous iron preparations using iron carboxymaltose as an example.Materials and methods. An observational, analytical, cohort study was carried out, which included 120 cancer patients. The patients underwent laboratory examination. The tests were assessed: a general blood test with an assessment of the morphological characteristics of erythrocytes, serum iron, ferritin, CRP, total protein. An analysis of the costs of iron deficiency anemia therapy was carried out, taking into account the procurement cost of drugs.Results. It is economically more profitable to use intravenous iron preparations in comparison with transfusion of erythrocyte suspension for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in patients with malignant neoplasms. The cost of correcting iron deficiency anemia per patient was: when treated with carboxymaltosate iron (Ferinject): 7943.96 rubles, with transfusion of erythrocyte suspension: 16856.40 rubles.Conclusion. In the treatment of anemia in patients with malignant neoplasms with blood preparations (erythrocyte suspension), an improvement in hematological parameters is noted earlier and to a greater extent than with the use of iron preparation carboxymaltozate («Ferinject»). Nevertheless, the duration of the clinical effect when using erythrocyte suspension is lower than that of a parenteral iron preparation.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop a technology for enzymatic processing for depolymerization of polysaccharides in wheat straw to obtain the maximum yield of glucose and sorbitol. Cellulolytic enzymes endo-1,4-β-glucanase (EC 3.2.1.4) and cellobiose (1,3-β-glucosidase) (CF 3.2.1.21) were isolated and studied in local strains Tr. viride 121, which are grown under deep cultivation conditions. A technology has been developed for obtaining a complex preparation “Cellozyme G20x” with a high yield and specific activity of cellulase, xylanase, β-glucanase and pectinase, and a scheme for purification from cellulases by precipitation, ultrafiltration, and freeze drying is not inferior in efficiency to commercial preparations. The physicochemical properties of the preparation “Cellozyme G20x” have been studied, the optimal parameters of the action and stability of the enzyme preparation have been established. The efficiency of Cellozyme G20x for hydrolysis of straw polysaccharides was 35-40% in terms of glucose yield.

Spraying of the sweet cherry plantations with the biodestructor Ekostern and preparation Urea against Coccomyces hiemalis Higg. was carried out in the autumn 2016-2018. The highest technical efficiency (79.5 %) was achieved when applying Ekostern – 2.0 l/ha. The leaves affection was spot was the least – 6.9 % with the disease development intensity 1.1%. The larger amount of the affectioned leaves was detected in the variants with the combined use of Ekostern (1.0 l/ha) and Urea (25.0 kg/ha) (8.3 and 1.5 % respectively) as well as Urea – 50.0 kg/ha (11.8 and 2.8%). Owing to the fallen leaves mineralization the mass of the substrate on which the Coccomyces hiemalis Higg causative agent hibernated appeared to reduce as a result of which the resource of the primary infection sources and the disease spread intensity were limited in the springtime period. The researched preparation Ekostern concerning the sweet cherry leaves destruction activity exceeded the reference preparation Urea by 1.4 times. Under the combined application of Ekostern and Urea with half standards of cost these means technical efficiency decreased by 1.2 times as compared to the Ekostern separate application and in comparison with the full hectare Urea standard was higher by 1.2 times. As a result of the leaves treatment with Ekostern this mean inhibitory influence on the pathogene reproductive function displayed itself that expressed itself in limiting the fruiting bodies (apothecia) formation. Their number was less as compared to the control in all the variants. Urea in concentration of 5 % displayed the lowest effectivity, the preparations Ekostern (2.0 l/ha) without adding Urea and in the combination with it with the half standards of costs did the highest effectivity (83.3 %). Their efficiency was 1.5-1.7 times higher in comparison with the reference.

The paper presents the results of a research on the impact of products based on natural zeolite on the production results of fattening lambs. The experiment involved two groups of lambs (the control - C and experimental - E groups), each consisting of 15 heads, for a period of 90 days. The meal was made from sheep milk, feed mixtures for fattening lambs and meadow hay. The test group lambs, unlike the ones from the control group, were given mixtures based on natural zeolite. Min-a-Zel S mixture (in the form of 25% composite) was fed to lambs from birth till their 14th day of life, directly into the mouth, once a day (before the morning feed), in the amount of 10 ml. Min-a-Zel Plus was given to them from their 15th day of life, together with the feed mixture (0.5%). Feeding was at will. The average weight of lambs at the end of the experiment, in accordance with the sequence of treatments (C:E) was 24.40:26.94 kg (P <0.01). Daily weight gain of lambs, during the experiment, was 229:256 g and in the experimental group it was by 27g or 11.79% higher (P <0.01). The test group lambs had a better utilization of dry matter, protein and energy, which justifies the use of products based on natural zeolite in fattening lambs.

Анотація:
Three glycosides of middle chain aliphatic alcohols (hexanol and heptanol) were prepared by enzymatic glycosidation. The preparation of hexyl &beta;-D-glucopyranoside was achieved in moderate yields via reverse hydrolysis catalysed by defatted meals from almond, apricot, and peach kernels. The apricot meal as a cheap source of &beta;-glucosidase was found to have catalytic efficiency resembling to that of the almond meal. Hexyl and heptyl &beta;-D-galactopyranosides were prepared from D-lactose by transgalactosidation catalysed by commercial &beta;-galactosidases from <I>Aspergillus oryzae</I> in two-phase system. The improvement of the product yields was achieved by a simple replacement of the organic phase (serving as a pool of acceptor alcohol and extracted product) with a fresh portion of the acceptor.
