With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology and the widespread popularity of electronic equipment, communication among people is more dependent on the Internet. The Internet has brought great convenience to people’s lives and work, and the Internet data is constantly being recorded. People’s data information and behavior information, which provides the basis for data mining and recommendation systems, mining users’ information and behaviors, and providing “user portraits” for each user, can provide better services to users and it is also an important part of the recommendation system. In one step, this article takes MOOC education resources as the research goal. In order to improve the effective management of MOOC platform resources based on traditional methods, this article combines relevant data sets and recommendation techniques to initially build a learning platform, implements a deep neural network algorithm, and recommends related services. The request and response data were explained, and through the online learning data set, based on the learner’s historical learning records, the learning resources were simulated and recommended to the learners. The resource customization module was elaborated. Through the results of resource recommendation, a personalized learning resource recommendation platform was initially realized, which more intuitively demonstrated the recommendation effect and better realized the teaching management of the MOOC platform.

Анотація:
The optimal allocation of higher education resources is related to the growth of the regional economy and the development of innovation ability. Therefore, it is essential to deal with the relationship between quality, scale, efficiency, and fairness in the process of regional educational resource allocation. This study uses a method that combines empirical and normative analysis to classify and integrate regional educational data using the grey relational method and to improve the status quo of regional educational resource distribution. The infrastructure and resource-sharing mode of a regional university information resource grid database is designed in combination with the network security method. Various performance indicators are used to evaluate the quality of resource sharing. The assessment of resources sharing using performance indicators can enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of resource sharing among colleges and universities in the region. The feasibility of the scheme is verified through the educational information integration test, which can effectively promote the regional development of higher education and improve the quality of educational services.

Information and Communication Technology is significantly relevant in all domains of today’s economy specifically in higher education. In this study, the researchers wanted to identify the opportunities and challenges available in the ICT integration with particular interest in educational curriculum at the University of Rwanda - College of Education. Framed on Constructive theory, the study is not only descriptive but also quantitative as it includes some quantifiable information. Using Yamane’s table of sample determination; 150 respondents were selected from 1984 people. Questionnaire, observation and focused discussions were used as research instruments. Results disclosed a range of ICT opportunities such as computer laboratories, loudspeakers and microphones, internet, projectors and personal mobile phones among others. As to how those resources are used profitably; findings revealed the provision of online assignments; urging students to use social networks responsibly especially for academic purposes, using personal computers, projectors, audio equipment and internet sharing in their daily practices of teacher - education journey. The identified challenges affecting effective integration of ICT in education include insufficiency of computers, limited skills of using ICT resources; slow network; big class size and for lecturers’ overload, among others. Findings also revealed that there is a need for provision of enough computers to students; increase of connectivity and other ICT infrastructure; reduction of lecturers’ workload and number of students in one classroom; train people in ICT usage and design a dual - mode policy to allow students and lecturers to use it as an accepted way of learning paired with the normal face to face method.

According to a continuously increasing amount of information in all aspects whether the sources are retrieved from an internal or external organization, a platform should be provided for the automation of whole processes in the collection, storage, and processing of Big Data. The tool for creating Big Data is a Big Data challenge. Furthermore, the security and privacy of Big Data and Big Data analysis in organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions also have an impact on the aspect of designing a Big Data platform for higher education institute (HEi). It is a digital learning platform that is an online instruction and the use of digital media for educational reform including a module provides information on functions of various modules between computers and humans. 1) Big Data architecture is a framework for an architecture of numerous data which consisting of Big Data Infrastructure (BDI), Data Storage (Cloud-based), processing of a computer system that uses all parts of computer resources for optimal efficiency (High-Performance Computing: HPC), a network system to detect the target device network. Thereafter, according to Hadoop’s tools and techniques, when Big Data was introduced with Hadoop's tools and techniques, the benefits of the Big Data platform would provide desired data analysis by retrieving existing information, to illustrate, student information and teaching information that is large amounts of information to adopt for accurate forecasting.

<p class="0abstract"><strong>Abstract—</strong> Information technology encourages various forms of organizations to always adapt to changes so that they can sustain their business for a long time. Higher education institutions are organizational entities required to use information technology to support existing business processes. This study aims to examine the extent to which information technology resources have an influence on innovation performance in higher education. Quantitative research methods are used to determine this influence by involving 97 respondents who work in higher education institutions in Garut, Indonesia, besides processing and modeling research using SmartPLS. The results of the analysis show that information technology resources have an essential role in creating innovation performance improvement in higher education institutions, especially in terms of product innovation. The research was conducted only at private universities in Garut Regency. Therefore, further research involving universities in a nationwide scope is recommended. The results of this study imply that it is necessary for universities, which are expected to be ready for changes, to involve information technology in the creation of innovation in order for them to survive. The effect of information technology resources on the performance of innovation in private universities in Garut Regency has never been studied before; therefore, we consider that our study provides a novel contribution to the field.</p>

Aiming at the problem of difficult selection of physical education online course resources, a method of recommending online course resources based on machine learning algorithms is proposed. The information recommendation model is established through the expression of a collaborative filtering algorithm and resource feedback matrix. According to the feedback score of any user on the same data resource in the project set, the interest matching degree is established by comparative analysis, and the matching degree is substituted into the cosine similarity function to calculate the similarity threshold between each item and so on, calculate the similarity threshold number of all items, select the project resource that best matches the user according to the threshold number, and complete the recommendation. The experimental results show that the recommended method of physical education network curriculum resources based on machine learning algorithm is relatively excellent in recommendation accuracy and efficiency; this method can realize the innovation of higher physical education network curriculum teaching mode.

Universities establish strategic plans to achieve their goals. However, these plans may not be successful if the needed resources are not available. Arguably, the most valuable resources in any university are the expertise of its faculty and staff; its intellectual capital. Therefore, if a university effectively measures and manages these valuable resources, it can more effectively create and deploy strategies to achieve its goals. This paper explores methods to effectively measure the intellectual capital in a university. It examines methodologies in the for-profit sector, creates analogies in the academic world, and then seeks to develop classifications which are meaningful in an academic environment. A study is done which mines an institutional repository to analyse expertise and proxy measures of intellectual capital. The results are analysed according to a production possibilities frontier theory.

It is intended to provide an integrated network of subject centres to enhance learning and teaching activity in UK higher education. The subject centre responsible for Information and Computer Sciences is responsible for promoting quality information, resources and expertise in computing and library and information science. The LTSN - ICS is addressing its strategic aims by creating networks and establishing contacts within the discipline. The Centre has made available a development fund to support small academic projects in teaching and learning from both information and computer sciences. The successful projects are described here, as is the detailed refereeing process that was undertaken to determine the final destination for the development fund money.

This paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the construction of an English digital resource library for higher education through the cloud platform. The cloud platform allows the English resource library to achieve integration, efficiency, scalability, and interactivity and then solves the problems of how to realize the co-construction and sharing of resources among multiple platforms in vocational institutions and improve the utilization rate of resources. The construction of the English resource library in higher vocational institutions cannot be separated from the collaboration between institutions and enterprises, and institutions must face up to the problems existing in the construction of the current resource library. Firstly, the requirements of various aspects of the higher vocational English digital resource library system are given from three aspects, functional requirements, performance requirements, and operational requirements, in strict accordance with the requirement analysis steps; secondly, the overall technical architecture and network topology architecture of the education cloud platform where the higher vocational English digital resource library system is located are analyzed and given in general to ensure the security, scalability, and ease of operation of this platform and then the resource collection and resource storage. The application of cloud computing technology can solve the problems of difficulty in obtaining teaching resources, insufficient storage space, limited communication, and slow circulation; it can realize the integration and integrated management of various resources through technologies such as networking, virtualization, and distributed storage. Finally, based on the optimization strategies proposed in this paper, the core modules of the higher vocational English digital resource library system are designed and implemented, and some important and representative interfaces and source codes are demonstrated. To ensure the operation performance, the situation of multiple users operating the higher-level English digital resource library system at the same time is simulated, and the overall performance of the higher-level English digital resource library system is evaluated for the common operations such as uploading resource files, downloading resource files, and querying resource files, which confirms the rationality of the design strategy in this paper and greatly improves the user experience and increases the utilization rate of teaching resources.

Higher education has completed a revolutionary transition stage from traditional elite education to mass quality education, and the improvement of higher education quality has increasingly become the focus of social attention. Courses are the most basic unit of university teaching, and the quality of courses directly affects the quality of personnel training. The expansion of higher education has resulted in insufficient teaching resources and a decline in the quality of courses. Improving quality is the eternal theme of higher education reform. How to formulate scientific curriculum quality standards and objectively evaluate curriculum quality is the most concerned issue of the society. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the factors that affect the quality of the curriculum and the establishment of the curriculum quality evaluation system and method has certain practical significance for improving the quality of the curriculum. This work combines the evaluation of higher education courses with deep learning models and proposes a network MSACNN for quality evaluation of higher education courses. This work proposes to use an attention-based multiscale network to explicitly learn the relationship between the qualities of various higher education courses. By using parallel networks with different convolution kernels, it combines different scale features at the same spatial location to better learn the relationship between the quality features of higher education courses. This work conducts sufficient experiments on the higher education curriculum quality dataset, and the experimental results demonstrate that the multiscale network based on the attention mechanism exhibits superior performance. MSACNN surpasses other machine learning methods in both precision and recall metrics.

Fifth-generation (5G) network is a digital cellular network communication technology that allows for more data traffic and wireless connectivity. The global demand for wireless communication networks is increasing as the number of wireless users grows and new wireless services are presented. Fifth-generation (5G) wireless networks are expected to provide higher data speeds, expanded coverage, improved cost-effectiveness, resource utilization, security, flexibility, and scalability in the future. To attain higher-order teaching abilities, include cutting-edge technology into the curriculum. Teachers should use network resources, notably 5G network communication tools, to reform English teaching since the rapid advancement of network communication technology provides a new viewpoint for English education in colleges and universities. Researchers are concentrating their efforts on maximizing the benefits of the information technology revolution. It has become a hot subject among academics to use it as an opportunity to innovate in English education. As a result, this study proposes a paradigm for revamping English instruction using 5G integrated wireless connectivity technologies. To preprocess the input data, the Butterworth filter and the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) are employed. To extract data features, a Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) is employed. For classification, the decision tree approach is used. The File Transport Protocol (FTP) is used for data transfer, which may be enhanced with the Revamped Artificial Bee Colony Optimization Algorithm (RABCOA). Using the MATLAB simulation tool, the proposed system is simulated and its performance is assessed. The outcome of the study’s shows that the scholars are usually unsatisfied with old style English classroom education and are more interested in the instructional innovation of 5G integrated wireless networking technologies.

The article discusses the internationalization of education: diversification and growth of financial income through attracting foreign students to paid education; expansion of curricula and training of their students in foreign partner universities; expansion of the regional network of the university for the effective use of its resources; improving the quality of education and research through the participation of students and teachers in the international process of knowledge exchange, etc. The development of international interuniversity cooperation makes it possible to organize joint research projects, exchange programs for students and teachers, special programs for foreign students. Most modern universities are involved in international activities, but this is usually the simplest degree of internationalization. At a higher level, the internationalization of higher education can be seen as a process of systematic integration of the international component into education,research and social activities of higher education institutions. In this sense, by no means many institutions, even from large centers of academic education, can be considered international in a true sense.

The utilization and accessibility of big data and digital media technology by common people have decreased technological prices. Professional education has been pushed to modernize curricula and boost talent development efficiency. The vocational education curriculum system must take into account the usage of new technologies in a comprehensive manner to ensure the availability of knowledge and ability structure. To accomplish the goal, the application techniques and approaches of teaching and practice utilizing big data and digital media technologies in vocational education are explored and researched. To improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education, with the help of big data, this paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on the application of digital media technology in higher vocational education. Firstly, the teaching management system of higher vocational education is constructed. Secondly, the structure, efficient units, architecture, and database of the teaching management system are pronounced. Thirdly, fuzziness mining and teaching data scheduling are used to optimize and regulate the storage structure. According to the multiparameter optimization method, the teaching feature screening and resource scheduling are completed improving the capability of parameter recognition and online identification related to teaching resources. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can make the teaching methods of higher vocational education more diverse. It is anticipated that it can help the reform process and growth of vocational education, as well as the development of innovative and entrepreneurial skills. As the data receiving rate of teaching resources is high, therefore, the ability of teaching resource scheduling is also strong along with a high application value.

With the large expansion of the number of universities, the shortage of teaching resources has reached a bottleneck of the quality improvement of higher education in China. In the face of such a dilemma, the integration of computer network technology and curriculum teaching and the realization of the efficient integration of limited resources are an effective way to solve the pressing challenge. Standardization of educational resources and advanced use of appropriate computer knowledge to construct an efficient educational management system is integral for the modern system of education in the age of digitalized education. In the context of this need, this study is aimed at analyzing the Apriori algorithm of education resource management system and its implementation. The Apriori algorithm is analyzed and studied in this paper. Firstly, the background and function of the Apriori algorithm are summarized. Secondly, the content of the Apriori algorithm is introduced in detail. The educational resources managed by this system all follow the Apriori algorithm. It is the most widely used distance education standard at present. In addition, the idea and method of making educational resources in the specification are also expounded. The educational resources made by using this method have higher sharing and reuse. The article analyzes the present situation of the education resource management system, for the insufficiency in its function. The solution for different shortcomings has been dealt with one by one and presented as a grid with an Apriori algorithm for technical support. Moreover, various heterogeneous education resources have been integrated to a unified standardization conforming to the Apriori algorithm. It has been scientifically designed to provide an application platform that can store and manage educational resources efficiently and query educational resources conveniently. The universities can not only effectively manage their own educational resources but also use the resources of other schools, so as to avoid the repeated construction of educational resources. This enables them to achieve the whole Apriori within the scope of resource sharing and reuse. On this basis, this paper gives the system architecture diagram and topological structure diagram of educational resource management system on the Apriori algorithm based, puts forward the design scheme of the system, and describes the system’s technical architecture and functional architecture, respectively.

Анотація:
Evaluation analysis of educational information of higher education investing benefit can be said to be a complex project, the benefit mainly includes three aspects: teaching benefit, science researching benefit and management benefit. According to the evaluation mechanism construct strategy of investing benefit for higher informationized education, we have been conducted investigations. The results show that the main factors influenced the investing benefit for higher informationized education include infrastructure, staff size, computer high branch technology, the utilization of multimedia network and the utilization of information resources on scientific research. In order to understand the influence factors of the investment benefit, maximize the benefit of investing for higher informationized education, and highlight the effect of informational, this paper have conducted corresponding research in the system of higher informationized education.

Purpose – After the official definition of Open Educational Resources (OER) at the Forum on Open Courseware for Higher Education in Developing Countries in 2002, the concept was soon introduced to China and popularised among scholars, practitioners, and educators. After ten years of proliferation, it is important to explore the landscape of Chinese OER research. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – This paper adopts social network analysis (SNA) to analyse the network defining the citations of 133 OER journal articles published in China. Findings – The findings illustrate that the academic circle of OER in China is small, which leads to restricted innovation. Most publications are produced by researchers working at comprehensive universities and normal universities (teachers colleges). Research limitations/implications – In these universities, a number of active OER researchers are emerging, but no OER research team can be identified from their citation networks. Currently, most OER research is still descriptive research, and only few case studies are being to gradually be conducted. Practical implications – As the Chinese OER research is still in the initial stage, more research projects in OER need to be explored to construct higher quality and more influential open content to achieve deep openness. Originality/value – In the literature, no one has adopted the SNA to analyse the citation network of Chinese OER research.

In students’ education, other educational methods cannot take the place of aesthetic education. This study investigates the creation and use of aesthetic education resources and develops a recommendation model for these resources based on the CF algorithm. The conventional CF algorithm is also enhanced by this study. One by one, the solutions are presented with a focus on the traditional CF algorithm’s cold start and data sparseness issues. Additionally, the system’s requirements, business process, and functional structure are examined in the section on system design. The front-end diagnostic test, the background instructional resource management system, and the recommendation of instructional resources are all realized in the realization section. According to the experimental findings, this algorithm’s 95.8% recommendation accuracy is 5.87% higher than the user-based recommendation algorithm and 6.03% higher than the item-based recommendation algorithm. The outcomes demonstrate the accuracy and dependability of this algorithm. It can suggest appropriate resources for aesthetic education, fostering the beneficial and healthy growth of students’ aesthetic education.

Aiming at improving the quality of online education, a higher education system based on parallel association rules algorithm is designed. In this study, the functional structure module of the system is divided into six modules, namely, the home page module, course module, teacher module, student module, administrator module, and personal center, so as to carry out a comprehensive treatment for students, teaching, and education resources. On the basis of mining the data association rules of the education system, the parallel association rules algorithm is used to identify and analyze the original data of the system, so as to fundamentally improve the ability of the system to process data and complete the personalized recommendation of educational resources and teaching evaluation feedback. Experiments show that the design system has greater information throughput, a short response time, and a resource utilization rate of more than 90%. In addition, the audio teaching resource plays better, which proves that the system effectively achieves the design expectation.

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of organization of the educational process in the discipline «Physical Culture» in higher education institutions during the pandemic period. The aim of the article is to analyze and summarize the world research literature on the problem of research. It was found out: first, teachers and students faced technical difficulties; lack of educational resources; insufficient information literacy of teachers; the difficulty of implementing regular curricula online; secondly, these are psychological problems: in practical classes, traditional teacher-student communication has been replaced by student-computer-teacher communication; limited conditions for students to study at home and doubts about online physical education. But, despite the difficulties, the practice of physical education classes was as follows. In China, a mixed method of teaching physical education has been proposed – learning using an online course + push notifications of a public WeChat account, ie (synchronous and asynchronous learning). In Northern Macedonia, teachers used various forms, such as live online classes, recorded videos, student assignments, projects, or links to go. Weekly «movement diaries» were practiced in Hungary. In Italy, teachers were invited to teach through distance learning. In the US, SHAPE America has provided virtual online resources on health and physical education, #HPEatHome, including videos with theoretical and practical content. Teachers conducted online classes and performed one hour of physical activity daily. Teachers in Turkey read online courses through an educational information network called EBA, prepared by the Ministry of Education. Conclusions. The period of self-isolation, in world practice, has identified several types of distance learning that teachers have used to ensure the educational process of «Physical Education». This is synchronous and asynchronous learning, or blended learning. This is synchronous and asynchronous learning, or blended learning. Physical education teachers have gained a wealth of experience gained during the pandemic and can use it when they return to normal activities.

Aim/Purpose: This study aimed at recognizing and analyzing the trends of ICT use (hardware, software, and digital educational resources) by higher education professors in the Antioquia region (Colombia), and characterizing this population according to their context. Background: The inexorable growth of ICT and the convergence of networks have produced great changes in human culture, and particularly in the educational environment. As a result, the development of appropriate technological competencies and the study of the trends of ICT use to meet this requirement become necessary. Methodology: The study follows a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and correlational design. The sample consisted of 97 professors from different universities of the Antioquia region (Colombia), age between 21 and 60 years old, selected in a non-aleatory way, to fill in an online survey. Contribution: A contribution is the identification and characterizing of an active population in higher education and the trends in use of digital resources in the classroom from the professors’ perception that allows recognizing the pedagogical potential of these resources to enrich the process of social and educational appropriation of ICT in higher education institutions (HEI). Findings: Findings show the level of use (low and high) of ICT (hardware, software, and digital educational resources) by university professors, identifying those that still maintain a predominant use (e.g., desktop PC); those that are innovative (e.g., laptop, smartphone), and those that appear with low frequency (e.g., apps, digital blackboard, clickers). These results show some factors that may influence the development of these trends, such as technological infrastructure, HEI support, teachers’ training, the accessibility and availability of resources, and preference for digital open resources. Recommendations for Practitioners: According to the results, universities should provide technological resources and suitable connectivity necessary for educational innovation to professors. Besides, it is suggested to strengthen the pedagogical use of ICT by training according to the trends of use and professors’ competency levels. Recommendation for Researchers: This study made evident professors’ great preference of using storage, display, and sound devices, among them the desktop PC and the laptop continue being the key tools to boost the educational process, in contrast to the low use of tools to detect plagiarism, social networks, and apps to boost activities with emergent technologies. Considering the potential and richness these tools may offer in the educational processes, it should be interesting to carry out studies on factors or motivations that influence the little inclination to use them. Impact on Society: The analysis of the trends of ICT use from the perspective of university professors about hardware, software, and digital educational resources may suggest greater attention to the permanent training to take advantage of the pedagogical and technological potential of these tools. Future Research: This study allows thinking of other ways and lines of research that are the base to develop future proposals exploring the reality of new generations of professors. It also could be the base to carry out comparative studies in other regional contexts, which permit to compare, contrast and enrich professors’ diversity. On the other hand, this research also shows the importance of carrying out mixed studies that offer a greater level of comprehension, analysis, and reflection about the target population and the trends of use of ICT.

Network methods for planning various processes and managing production are now becoming increasingly popular in many areas of activity. In educational activities, the human resource of teachers is the main asset, on whose effective use the quality of learning depends to a large extent. This article shows an example of the use of one of the network planning tasks in educational activities, namely the assignment task. A software application has been developed that will automatically generate lists of the most qualified teachers for each elective discipline. The result of using the application is the distribution of elective disciplines among teachers with a high rating in these disciplines. The article provides an example of the use of this application on the example of the distribution of elective disciplines of Computer Science at Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University.

Antiblackness has a long and storied history in higher education in the United States, and unfortunately, antiblack attitudes and practices continue in the 21st century. With implications for countering antiblackness in higher education and institutionalizing support for cultural health and wellness, we documented experiences of antiblackness in the African American Student Network (AFAM). AFAM was a weekly networking group, co-facilitated by Black faculty and graduate students, where Black undergraduates could come together and share their experiences. Participation in AFAM was associated with Black holistic wellness, and AFAM was a source of cultural health, where we conceptualized cultural health as having a sense of pride and resilience in one’s cultural background. We analyzed notes of 277 AFAM discussions from 2005–2006 to 2017–2018 using an adaptation of consensual qualitative research methods to identify four domains of antiblackness: racial trauma (n = 51), racial microaggressions (n = 34), racial rejection (n = 33), and systemic racism (n = 25). In moving from antiblackness to cultural health, we advocate for institutional resources in higher education, such as an institute for cultural health on campus, that values the cultures of Black students and students of color, and that focuses on building communities in which students can generate a wellspring of pride and resilience in their cultural backgrounds.

Though there is considerable research to support using Game-Based Learning (GBL) in higher education, its implementation is lagging behind K-12 education by an order of magnitude. By considering the current state of GBL from leadership, primary consumer, academic and technical perspectives, the authors frame the main issues involved with successfully implementing these efforts. These issues involve obtaining the resources required to make mature serious games that are similar in presentation, functionality and effectiveness to the commercial-based products so widely used today, while ensuring that they are imbued with academic content worthy of college curricula. After motivating a compelling case for GBL, despite a number of constraints and difficulties, the authors present two higher education efforts that are designed to augment the core curriculum for undergraduate and graduate level courses associated with the field of Trauma—a field enhanced by virtual efforts due to its challenging subject matter.

The design and application of multimedia and network technology provide opportunities for students and teachers to use the latest technological trends. It effectively promotes the information technology to enter the classroom and integrate it into subject teaching. To improve the teaching quality of higher education and the level of running a school, universities and colleges have started the innovation and strengthening school projects and quality engineering construction. One of these is the construction of excellent resource courses. It uses an information platform to build several high-quality teaching resources and promote the co-construction and sharing of high-quality educational resources. It also promotes education and teaching refinement in universities and colleges. The subjective difficulties encountered by college English teachers in the process of developing and utilizing English curriculum resources are mainly reflected in their lack of professional knowledge and existing resources. The professional knowledge is 45.4%, while the existing resources are only 36.3%. However, every person is confident in their own development consciousness and ability. This paper studies the building of the university ELT resource base based on a cloud platform. The cloud platform has the ability to enrich teaching resources by optimizing the management and evaluation of these resources and provide much broader space and viable options for the learning of students and facilitation of teachers. The suggested platform in this article implements unified data management, security, application, and other management in the “cloud” and helps consumers focus on their core business rather than on management. This concept significantly reduces the amount of money spent on education informatization and alters the way the government invests in education. It will produce more cost-effective and realistic solutions, as well as increase economic benefits.

The personalized recommendation method of higher education resources currently cannot carry out multidimensional association analysis of learners, situations, and resources and cannot extract accurate resources for learners, resulting in a large error. This study constructs a personalized recommendation method for higher education resources based on multidimensional association rules. This algorithm clarifies the multidimensional association rules, extracts the key data from massive educational resources, and groups the same kind of data by using a frequent itemset algorithm for mining association rules, namely, the Apriori algorithm. Combined with traditional data mining technology, this study constructs a new personalized recommendation model for education resources based on multidimensional association rules, which achieves the accurate extraction of higher education resources and ensures the matching degree between learners and resources. The experimental results show that the personalized recommendation model of educational resources in this study effectively makes up for the disadvantages of the traditional data mining algorithms, with a small root mean square error and short data mining time, within 20 ms.

The collection of entrepreneurial employment education resources in colleges and universities is a basic project and a key link to promote the rapid development of education informatization. Data mining has various applications in different fields such as health care, smart agriculture, smart cities, smart businesses, and education, but is playing a vital role in the field of education and businesses. The applications of data mining provide new technical tools and development directions to realize the common construction, sharing, and collection of entrepreneurial employment education resources in colleges and universities. The closed nature of teaching resources within colleges and universities leads to the inability of external search engines to search them, which hinders the search and access of teachers and students and seriously affects the smooth implementation of current innovation and entrepreneurship employment work. Aiming at the real demand of entrepreneurial employment education resource collection in colleges and universities and the characteristics of on-campus resources, this study proposes a data mining-based algorithm for entrepreneurial employment education resource collection in colleges and universities. The algorithm obtains entrepreneurial employment demands from the academic affairs system, collects on-campus online teaching resources through internal crawlers, and provides services for teachers, students, and employees through online teaching resource collection drive subalgorithm and quick recommendation subalgorithm. We also compared the proposed model with the CLR model. The case analysis and performance experiments show that the proposed algorithm has a good resource mining effect, high user satisfaction, and high recommendation efficiency, occupies fewer system resources, and shows high performance as compared to the CLR model.

Introduction. The modern education system has undergone serious changes in recent years – the content of educational programmes is being revised; electronic, mixed, mobile learning is being actively introduced; the practical activities of future specialists are being strengthened. The use of computer networks, web applications, and interactive services makes education more accessible, stimulating the cognitive interests of students, increasing motivation for education. One of the most significant innovative trends in modern education is gamification, which is most often considered as a system that uses components of computer games in non-gaming situations. Aim. The current research aims to analyse the conceptual foundations of gamification in education, to determine a system of tools that can present unique opportunities for gamification, features of its promising use for turning into an innovative experience in the development of higher professional education. Methodology and research methods. The study of the problem of gamification involves the analysis of pedagogical and psychological literature of foreign and Russian authors; systematisation and generalisation of pedagogical concepts, practice-oriented materials, and facts. The gamification methodology includes systematic, personality-oriented, activity-based approaches. An attempt is made to determine the components of the gamification system and their role in the organisation of modern education. The analysis of gamification resources makes it possible to identify approaches to increase motivation and involvement of students, and, in addition, to find out ways to include elements of game design (task definition, feedback, levels, creativity), computer games in the educational environment. On the basis of a personality-oriented approach, the influence of gaming technologies on the development of student personality is considered. The activity approach makes it possible to identify the basics of the organisation and management of the activities of subjects of education, to establish the features of the use of educational technologies, practices and methodological techniques. The activity-based approach in the context of gamification determines an active, ever-increasing activity as a source of personal development of students. Results. In the course of the research, the theoretical foundations of the use of gamification in modern higher education were formulated; tools for the prospective inclusion of gaming practices in the training system were identified; mechanisms of internal and external motivation of students, regulation of the behaviour of future specialists when using game elements were identified. Scientific novelty. The concept of gamification of education is part of the concept of the game and reflects the current trends in the development of education based on the strategy and tactics of gaming activities, structured in a special way taking into account the resources of game principles, mechanics, methods and techniques. Gamified learning can become a leader in the process of training specialists using innovative practices, stimulating motivation, regulating behaviour, implementing ideas of friendly competition and creative cooperation in various educational contexts. Practical significance. In the context of determining the promising foundations for the development of modern higher education, the ideas of original technological support for personnel training are proposed. The implementation of practical measures to develop the involvement of students in the educational process, the regulation of motivation, behaviour and practical activities of students, emotional self-realisation, and the system of relationships will contribute to improving the quality of education in higher education. An important result of the study was the conclusion about the expedient combination of traditional and innovative options for conducting training sessions with students, the inclusion of a variety of gaming practices in the educational process.

In the era of big data, cloud computing, and machine learning, this has become essential to promote the better development of ideological and political education (IPE) in institutions and universities. In fact, we must pay close devotion to the integration and utilization of online teaching resources, take full benefits of the assistances of big data, machine learning, and continuously collect and sort resources that are conducive to IPE in higher vocational academies, so as to optimize the educational process. In fact, the resource allocation within the context of the IPE is not well-addressed in the existing literature; and the allocation of resources is quite unreasonable. In higher vocational education, the form and content of the IPE will enhance its effectiveness. In this paper, we use the ant colony algorithm to efficiently obtain the solution set for resource allocation, thereby addressing the issues of unreasonable allocation of IPE resources and inefficient testing. In addition, the local search method is incorporated into the ant colony optimization technique to perform a local search on the solution set of the obtained resource allocation in order to increase the algorithm’s performance. On the standard test set, algorithm comparison experimentations are carried out to validate the efficacy and efficiency of the suggested algorithm.

This work intends to classify and integrate music genres and emotions to improve the quality of music education. This work proposes a web image education resource retrieval method based on semantic network and interactive image filtering for a music education environment. It makes a judgment on these music source data and then uses these extracted feature sequences as the emotions expressed in the model of the combination of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Attention Mechanism (AM), thus judging the emotion category of music. The emotion recognition accuracy has increased after improving LSTM-AM into the BiGR-AM model. The greater the difference between emotion genres is, the easier it is to analyze the feature sequence containing emotion features, and the higher the recognition accuracy is. The classification accuracy of the excited, relieved, relaxed, and sad emotions can reach 76.5%, 71.3%, 80.8%, and 73.4%, respectively. The proposed interactive filtering method based on a Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network can effectively classify and integrate music resources to improve the quality of music education.

To monitor the classroom status of college students in real time and achieve the purpose of balanced distribution of educational resources, the facial expression recognition (FER) algorithm is applied to the management of higher education in universities. Firstly, the convolutional neural network (CNN) is studied in depth, and secondly, the process and method of FER are explored in detail, and an adaptive FER algorithm based on the differential convolutional neural network (DCNN) is constructed. Finally, the algorithm is applied to the CK + database and the BU-4DFE database. The results manifest that the designed algorithm has an accuracy of 99.02% for keyframe detection in the CK + database and 98.35% for the BU-4DFE database. The algorithm has a high accuracy of keyframe detection for both expression databases. It has a good effect on the automatic detection of keyframes of expression sequences and can reach a level similar to that of manual frame selection. Compared with the existing algorithms, the proposed method still has higher advantages. It can effectively eliminate the interference of individual differences and environmental noise on FER. Experiments reveal that the proposed FER algorithm DCNN-based has a good recognition effect and is suitable for monitoring students’ classroom status. This research has certain reference significance for the application of AI in higher education management in colleges and universities.

The pandemic is forcing universities to carry out digital transformation simultaneously. However, the pandemic opened Pandora’s box revealing the fundamental weaknesses of universities that make them unprepared to adapt to changing times. However, the pandemic can be an opportunity to transform the entire workforce in universities so that their existence remains relevant. The critical factor in this transformation is the leader. Today’s leaders must change from traditional to digital. Digital leaders can be a catalyst for change to oversee digital transformation in universities. Therefore, this study intends to explain how the implementation of digital leadership in universities in Indonesia, especially since the world has been hit by a pandemic. The author uses the literature study method and interviews stakeholders in universities. The author finds that three fundamental challenges must be overcome: culture and mindset, human resource competence, and infrastructure. Higher education leaders must resolve these three challenges to ensure that digital transformation runs smoothly. The author argues that universities are still relevant to producing quality human resources and abilities according to the times. To maintain the relevance and role of universities, leaders need to implement changes holistically, starting by creating a holistic grand design, increasing human resource competencies, infrastructure development, developing a new mindset, creating progressive culture, to organizational restructuring.

At present, art education curriculum reform is in full swing. Art education in China started late but as an important element of quality education. Art education is particularly important today with rapid economic development and advanced technology. The art subject is the sum of the teaching content of the art subject and the execution of teaching activities expressed through the network, including two components: the teaching content organized according to specific teaching objectives and teaching strategies and the network teaching support environment. Unlike existing multimedia courseware, several features reflect the advantages of online education, unlike online courseware. Each school generates a large amount of student performance data every year, and existing systems only perform simple backups, queries, and statistics on these data, which do not reflect the weaknesses of education in a centralized and comprehensive manner. Data mining can extract valuable information hidden behind the data from a large amount of data and has been applied in more and more fields with good results, which helps people to make correct decisions. In this study, we propose a decision tree model-based repository and search platform for school art and painting education resources, briefly outline the decision tree model, and analyze the architecture and operation of the school art and painting education resources repository and search platform. The experimental results show that the Virginica accuracy of the decision tree model is 0.42 higher than that of C4.5, which greatly improves the accuracy of the preferred class and ensures the overall accuracy remains unchanged. Therefore, this system realizes the art education resource repository system and realizes the needs of college users to share art professional information and resources.

This paper compares students’ perceptions of support provided in the acquisition of various thinking and team-building skills, resulting from the various activities, resources and technologies (ART) integrated into an upper level Distributed Computing (DC) course. The findings indicate that students perceived strong support for their acquisition of higher-order thinking skills and team-building skills from the offline resources, but moderate support from the online resources and technologies provided in the course, which was in opposition to the grades received. It also seems that those in the traditional computer lab setting perceived online resources as more supportive of higher-order thinking skills than those in other sections and those in the electronic classroom perceived the least support. The results were mixed for team-building skills and for offline resources support for higher-order thinking skills. In particular, distance students deemed the text and material in Blackboard less important for developing these skills than onsite students.

Private and academic institutions are embracing E-learning as an attempt to improve the learning process, encourage knowledge transfer and compliment their existing learning environment. For many countries with a large population, limited resources and remote geographical areas like Indonesia, E-learning holds the key to better education and provide better access to knowledge resources. E-learning is still new in Indonesia and there are not many studies reported in the literature. This study aimed to provide some ideas about the state of E-learning in Indonesia, specifically in higher education institutions. A survey was carried out to reveal the state of E-learning in higher education institutions in Indonesia. Sample of the population consists of lecturers, developers and researchers who work for higher education institutions in Indonesia. While the study showed that most of the E-learning projects are new and the level of participation is slow, the quality of E-learning courses is perceived as fair. As E-learning development in Indonesia is still in its early stages, serious efforts are needed to facilitate E-learning in higher institutions. The study identified infrastructure problems and staffs' reluctance to adopt E-learning as the main problems for the slow implementation and adoption of E-learning. Despite these problems, E-learning is expected to gain momentum in Indonesia as it is perceived as an effective way to educate the population of Indonesia.

People’s ability to find data using cloud computing technology (IT) has improved. This paper analyzes the division and optimal allocation of talent types in universities, in combination with the development strategy and HR characteristics of universities, and provides strategies for the rational allocation of talents in universities, as well as support for the information relationship of HR in universities, using DM technology research. The emergence of DM technology alleviates the problem of data accumulation-induced information explosion. In today’s universities, there are an increasing number of talents. In terms of talent allocation, the information-based talent allocation scheme offers new approaches to talent acquisition and university education development in the modern era.

Comprehensively improving the quality of teaching is the highlight of current higher education. Also, it meets the basic needs of China’s current transformation into a country for strong education. Mathematics is one of the most important subjects in education these days, which is widely applied in research, social life, and understanding various science theories and laws. Hence, improving the quality of teaching mathematics in colleges becomes an important task in modern college teaching. In particular, the wireless integration of information has enriched and diversified the teaching methods of higher education. Vigorously promoting the application of wireless network technology in mathematics teaching is not only an effective way to solve the insufficient supply of educational resources but also a bold attempt to innovate the mathematics teaching mode in colleges and universities. Firstly, this work proposes an IACO-BP (improved ant colony optimization-based backpropagation) network to evaluate teaching quality for higher level mathematics in a wireless network environment. It improves the traditional ant colony optimization algorithm from three aspects, namely ant colony pheromone adaptive volatility coefficient, pheromone iterative elite selection strategy, and population iteration, adding a variation factor to construct IACO. Then, we use IACO to optimize initial weight and threshold to solve the issue of BP network’s falling into local optimum and improve network performance. Secondly, this work puts forward a series of countermeasures for the construction of mathematics teaching system in colleges. The correctness and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified by comparing the mathematics teaching quality in colleges before and after using the proposed strategies. Various aspects of mathematics teaching, such as teaching objectives, teaching content, and teaching process, are evaluated before and after using these strategies. These features are improved by a significant margin, up to 2.6%, after applying the proposed strategies.

Machine learning techniques developed to handle AI-related challenges are known as cognitive web services. Adaptive education methods and good knowledge path design can help achieve the goal of studying whenever. In addition, mobile learning devices' display capabilities are becoming a critical determinant of students' attention and time to proficiency. Getting the necessary mobile learning components is now a hot issue. Current mobile learning environments do not include cognitive learning services to be self-adaptive to improvise the standard of the intended service. Student Performance ratio 92.11%, Students' efficiency ratio 89.9, Professional teaching ratio 95.23%, Error rate 43.86%, English learning ratio 93.32%, Interactive ratio 92.5% and Learning flexibility ratio 94.86% are obtained as the experimental results for the suggested method, which proves that the system is more efficient.

Mental health is an important part of the growth of students. Many mental health monitoring systems have many problems. When the resource capacity is large, traditional systems have problems such as poor stability, more resource fragments, and untimely system response. For this reason, this paper designs a system of mental health education resource integration for higher vocational students based on a fuzzy clustering algorithm. It builds the overall system architecture based on the SOA service architecture and designs each functional module of the system so that the system has the functions of teaching resource submission, resource audit management, user service, and resource storage. The density function method is used to initialize the initial resource clustering center to obtain the data clustering objective function, and the fuzzy clustering algorithm is used to establish the task model to realize the integration of the mental health education resources of the vocational students. System verification results show that the system has strong stability, fewer node resource fragments, and higher resource integration efficiency.

Informatization of architectural design, in particular the increasing use of specialized CAD and software for static and dynamic visualization of architectural and design projects by architects in their activities requires adequate comprehensive modernization of all components of the methodological system for training future architects at university, which in turn determines the introduction of appropriate changes to the paradigm of higher architectural education.The implementation of modern Information Technologies for Architectural Design into the training process of future architects in university has actualized a number of problematic issues among which the most difficult ones are the necessity of modern computers and software, the need for continuous technical service of hardware, network and software, the appropriate level of professional competence of the teaching staff. These problematic issues require considerable financial resources and are mainly related to the use of traditional methods of teaching higher-education disciplines in the teaching process. At the same time, modern ICTs make it possible to abandon established methodologies to a certain extent and reduce the cost of the software and hardware support for the teaching process. Pedagogical innovation is based on the latest "cloud computing" technology and makes it possible to successfully overcome the above-mentioned difficulties in engaging students in mastering modern network technologies.

With the development of the Internet, “Internet Plus” has been widely used in various fields, and the Internet has become a great opportunity to transform CET. People’s demand for education, especially higher education, has also increased rapidly. With the attention and investment of the state in recent years, higher education has developed rapidly, accounting for half of China’s higher education. However, the increase in the number of students has brought great pressure to CET. How to improve the teaching efficiency of large classes is an urgent problem to be solved. The development of sci and tech, especially computer, has brought us new hope. Computer-assisted instruction has been introduced into CET. However, there are some unreasonable points in the design of computer-aided marking system in China, which is not suitable for CET. It is very important to research and design a computer-aided marking system that can expand CET methods and maximize the integration of English instructional resources. This paper introduces the principle, characteristics, and application fields of AI; analyzes the problems faced by CET; and puts forward a CET path based on computer-aided technology.
