Анотація:

The article reveals the results of theoretical generalization and suggests proposals to strengthen the level of economic security of agricultural enterprises. It is proved that the determining condition for the effective functioning of the agricultural enterprise is to support its economic security. The authors note that the state creates and regulates the economic conditions of agricultural enterprises. The article presents the author's position on the need to develop a set of measures to strengthen the economic security of agricultural enterprises at the macro and micro levels, timely detection and identification of threats, and the development of measures to address them.

Анотація:

The paper reveals interrelations between the concepts “economic security”, “economic sustainability”, “development” and “competitiveness” of an enterprise. Based on their consideration, the paper enhances theoretical and methodological principles of establishing competitive innovation development and economic security of an enterprise. Unlike the existing ones, these principles provide for not only alternativeness but also equal significance when choosing between achievement of high levels of competitiveness, development and economic security. Application of the elaborated suggestions enables more objective formation of the policy of management of an enterprise’s innovation development under unstable conditions considering the industrial field and the market position of the enterprise. It is proven that essential elements of enterprises’ sustainable development include innovative activity, production provision, export of science-intensive products and development of high technology services, this providing for efficient levels of enterprises’ economic security and competitiveness. Under conditions of uncertainty, there are some basic functions of an enterprise aimed at enhancing its competitiveness and economic security including the following: achieving the optimal level of an enterprise’s resulting indicators and efficient “income-risk” ratio, innovative activity, ensuring the quality of an enterprise’s intellectual capital, environmental safety and meeting required social standards.

Анотація:

Abstract. Today, in the current conditions of enterprise management, it is relevant to build and implement an effective economic security management system in the enterprise’s activities. Accordingly, as a control element, it is necessary to highlight the value of assessing the level of economic security in order to make the company’s specialists successful management decisions. Under the influence of momentary changes in management, it is problematic to select the theoretical and methodological foundations that will be used in such an element of enterprise management, including economic security, as an assessment. Some parameters that are obtained when assessing the level of economic security of an enterprise do not take into account all important aspects of activities. The main goal is to assess the level of economic security of innovatively active enterprises as the basis of the management process within the financial and legal field. The expediency of applying the Solow model to determine the level of economic security of innovatively active enterprises, based on the use of such quantitative indicators as the available labor resources, production assets, the volume of investment in innovation, the volume of non-productive consumption and the final product, is proposed and substantiated. The use of this technique allows us to conclude about the importance of resource provision and the dominant influence of the provision of labor resources to innovatively active enterprises. The research methodology assumes that at the present stage, the assessment of the level of economic security of enterprises is carried out using various methods and techniques. Agreeing with the permanent approaches proposed by economists, we propose to adapt to the system of methods for assessing the economic security of enterprises a method based on the use of the Solow model, the essence of which is that the economic security of an enterprise is considered as a whole economic phenomenon. Анотація:

The article “Economic Security of Small Agricultural Enterprises” aims at exploring the theoretical foundations of economic security for small agricultural enterprises. The basic approaches to definition of the category "economic security of the enterprise" are investigated. The theoretical bases of the definition of "economic security" are considered. The integration of Ukraine into the global economic space implies the modernization of the modern financial and economic system, which envisages the transition of market entities to a new level of relations and the leveling of traditional geographical boundaries. At the same time, the conditions of functioning of enterprises in a market environment become more stringent due to the expansion of the range of probable threats and dangers, which increase the risk level of conducting business activities, increasing uncertainty, and increasing competition. It is economic security that can provide the enterprise with effective functioning, economic stability, development and improvement of its competitiveness level. The main purpose of this work is to research and analyze the major achievements of economic science in the economic security of a small business and to present the author's vision of the essence of this concept. The set of research methods is the methodology of analysis and organization of major publications, legislation and laws, namely methods of generalization, comparison, chronologization, analysis and generalization. The author's vision of interpreting the concept of "economic security of enterprises" is a scientific novelty. The practical value of the study is to analyze the main publications on the definition of the essence of the concept of “economic security of the enterprise”, because today there is no single approach that would clearly interpret this concept.

The article is aimed at analyzing the external operational environment of machine-building enterprises in the context of economic security and identifying the prerequisites for motivational management of the economic security of enterprise. Nowadays, effective management of the economic security of enterprise is one of the established imperatives that provide for the sustainable development and protection of the enterprise’s interests in the face of the contemporary challenges. Industrial enterprises operate in conditions of constant uncertainty and variability, which contributes to the search for effective instruments to ensure the proper level of protection of economic interests of a particular economic entity and industry in general. The article analyzes some indicators of activity of enterprises of machine-building industry of Ukraine. It is concluded that, despite the reduction of indicators such as the share of the processing industry in the GDP of the country, the number of employed people in the enterprises of the industry and the number of enterprises, along with the other, equally important indicators, show growth. First of all, it’s a question of the growth of sales volumes, net profit and profitability, which indicates the existing potential of the industry to implement the motivational management of economic security, because it provides not only for satisfying interests of the owners of enterprises, but also of all elements of the economic security system. Prospects for further research in this direction are the definition of the main elements, stages and methods of implementation of motivational management of economic security at machine-building enterprises.

Анотація:

The purpose of the paper is to identify an effective method for assessing economic security and to formulate conceptual and strategic directions for raising the level of economic security of agricultural enterprises operating in conditions of instability and uncertainty. Methodology. In the process of research, general scientific and specific research methods were used. In particular, the method of statistical analysis was used in determining the dynamics of the number of agricultural enterprises. The methods of synthesis and analysis were used to identify the negative trends that affect the activities of agricultural enterprises. Using from abstract to specific methods, an algorithm for assessing the level of economic security of agricultural enterprises and the formation stages of the enterprise economic security concept were determined. Results. The article defines the main modern functioning tendencies of agricultural enterprises. It is suggested to use such means as financial, human resources, legal, informational, organizational to ensure the proper level of economic security of agricultural enterprises. The article states that the methodology for assessing the level of economic security consists of two approaches: qualitative and quantitative determination of the level of economic security. The authors systematize the indicators for assessing the level of economic security of the agricultural enterprise. The basic features of the economic security concept of agricultural enterprises are determined. The general strategies of the enterprise are described, which can be used both for agricultural enterprises and for other companies of different branches of the economy, in accordance with the level of economic security. Practical meaning. The article provides materials that give an understanding of the algorithm for assessing the level of economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The authors present the systematization of components and indicators for assessing the level of economic security, which in practice allows the most effective and reliable determination of the level of economic security. The detailed description of the company’s general strategies allows us to identify and implement precisely the strategy that will maximize the level of economic security of the enterprise. Strategic directions improved by authors for the formation of economic security of agricultural enterprises provide the opportunity to identify the necessary tools, with the help of which it is possible to achieve the maximum level of economic security of the enterprise. Value/originality. The paper analyses the methodology of evaluation and conceptual-strategic directions of economic security of agricultural enterprises, which proves the urgency and necessity of the considered issues. The presented results of the research and the propositions on the strategic improvement of the economic security level of agricultural enterprises can improve the efficiency of the enterprises of the agrarian sector. Taking into account the significant contribution of agriculture to the country’s economy, the research allows improving not only the performance of individual enterprises but also the effectiveness of the national economy as a whole.

Анотація:

It is noted that the constant and rapid change of environmental influences requires enterprises to identify and anticipate possible threats to their activities. This actualises the problem of timely assessing such a complex object as the potential for economic security, which is able to ensure continuity and rhythm of production and counterbalance the negative effects of individual factors, in some way to guarantee the preservation of such a complex socio-economic system as an enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop an approach to assess the industrial component of economic security of enterprises. The methodological basis of the research are scientific works of the classics of economic science, work and publications of leading scientists and specialists on the problem of enterprise security management, combining theoretical and scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, theoretical and logical generalization. An approach is proposed to evaluate the production component of an enterprise’s economic security, which allows to characterize the level of production resource adequacy to ensure extended reproduction, identify the main aspects of the enterprise’s activity that negatively affect the potential of economic security and provide the most acceptable directions for its enhancement. Based on the regression analysis, a multifactor model for evaluating the production component of the enterprise’s economic security potential is constructed. The indexes of the regression statistics of the model are presented, which show that the relationship between the integral index of the production component of the potential of economic security of enterprises and its factor indicators is characterized as high, close to close. It is suggested to interpret the integral index on a Harrington scale, which allows to give the indicator a meaningful content. It is noted that in accordance with the criterion scale of assessment during 2013 – 2018 the values of the integral indicator of the production component of the economic security potential of the studied enterprises are decreasing. This reflects their lack of activity in the production activity, which creates the preconditions for the fall in the level of economic security potential, hinders the introduction of scientific and technological progress. It is substantiated that the successful functioning of the enterprise requires a rational system of measures to ensure its economic security, with the main risks associated with the production component of the economic security of the enterprise.

Abstract. Ukraine’s desire to integrate into the international economic space poses significant obstacles to innovative enterprises due to the destabilizing impact of globalization. Among the most important are financial, economic and political instability, risks of insolvency and reduced financial stability, which leads to the inability to meet external and internal challenges and ensure the optimal level of economic security. Under such conditions, the need to effectively counteract the destabilizing factors and ensure high rates of efficiency and profitability, which can be achieved through innovation and improvement of financial relations. Innovative activity, despite its high cost and significant level of risk, is one of the priorities of the enterprise. The activities of innovative enterprises attract the attention of economic agents, so ensuring the proper level of their economic security is no less important. Given that there is still no single unified and legally established method of calculating the level of economic security of enterprises, it is important to find the most acceptable and rational methods of calculating the level of security of enterprises, as well as developing a legal mechanism for their consolidation, which is the focus of scientists and practitioners for a long time. However, the problem has not yet been resolved. The article examines the main approaches to assessing the level of economic security of innovative enterprises and identifies the importance of the factor of innovation and legal regulation of financial relations with other economic agents. The main indicators of economic security of the enterprise are systematized and their classification into macroeconomic, financial, foreign economic, investment, scientific and technological, as well as production is performed. The method of assessment the level of economic security of an innovative enterprise using the Solow model is substantiated and proposed. The purpose of the article is to identify problems in the operation of the enterprise and ensure its economic security; formation of a financial risk management system as an important component of economic security of the enterprise. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific and specific methods, in particular: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, systematization and generalization. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiated essence of the main dangers and threats, the nature of their impact on the economic security of the enterprise and the need to identify them to economic security. Conclusions. It is established that the structural composition of the economic security system is formed by domestic and non-industrial components. Many nonproduction components of economic security of enterprises are provided, which include market and information. The main components of economic security of enterprises are generalized and their essence is determined, the services responsible for them are specified. A group of principles for building a system of economic security of enterprises: legality, systematic construction, economic feasibility, efficiency of management decisions, efficiency, cost optimization, validity, complexity, balance, timeliness, continuity, continuous monitoring, activity, coordination and interaction, centralization, integration, direction on strategic goals, objectivity, efficiency and dynamism, variability, adequacy of response, adaptability, flexibility of management, development and improvement, incentives and responsibilities. Анотація:

Purpose. To create a mathematical model for assessing, analyzing and forecasting the economic security of the enterprise in a crisis. To create an algorithm for assessing the levels of economic security. Methodology. In the scientific research, the results of which are given in the presented article, general and special methods of cognition were used. The method of logical generalization is used to substantiate the relevance of the topic, purpose and objectives of the study, to determine the essential features of indicators of economic security of the enterprise. The method of comparative analysis, quantitative and qualitative comparison is used to identify an integrated indicator that correlates with the characteristics of economic security and to provide analytical and predictive results of profitability of all activities of the enterprises of the industry and on its separate branches. The method of mathematical formalization is used for the formation of a mathematical model and algorithm for assessing the level of threat to the economic security of the enterprise. Findings. It is proposed to create a mathematical model by integrating individual blocks that use different mathematical approaches. This model is designed for analytical study on various aspects of economic security of the enterprise. Algorithms are proposed for estimating the levels of economic security (critical, dangerous, unsatisfactory, satisfactory, optimal ones) and also determining them using an integrated indicator that characterizes these levels; finding its deterministic, probabilistic and fuzzy components; a step-by-step increase in the relevance of the analysis of the level of economic security. It is also proposed to compare the effects of the crisis on enterprises in different industries and to gradually calculate integrated indicators in the areas of economic security for a homogeneous group of enterprises selected by industry, size and region. This provides an opportunity to see more broadly the threats and depth of the crisis and to implement measures to neutralize its consequences more effectively. Originality. The mathematical model for assessing and forecasting the economic security of enterprises in crisis conditions has been created. It is proposed to conduct a permanent rapid analysis and forecast of the impact of the crisis on the economic security of the enterprise using a standardized integrated index of economic security. An algorithm of step-by-step increase in relevance of the analysis of the level of economic security is introduced. Practical value. The developed mathematical apparatus can be used both for scientific research on various aspects of economic security of enterprises, and for practical purposes to predict the impact of the consequences of the economic crisis and implement measures to prevent them. Using this mathematical apparatus, the analysis and forecast of profitability of industrial enterprises as a whole and by its individual branches were carried out. The results of this analysis can be used by the management of small, medium and large enterprises to develop production plans in a crisis.

Анотація:

The article explores the concept of economic security management strategy as a general, detailed plan of activities for the medium and long term, which should be based on the basic principles, tasks of the economic security management system of enterprises and be a way to achieve the main goal. The main purpose of this strategy is presented. Undetermined dynamics of the main indicators of the bakery enterprises in Ukraine in 2014-2019. The scheme of types of strategic behavior of the enterprises of bakery branch is considered and constructed. It is determined that the development and implementation of a new range and modern management techniques using the latest technological, information and management processes are key factors in increasing production by improving the organization of production and increasing its efficiency, expanding jobs with highly qualified personnel, high wages, attracting investment in innovation, improving product quality, rational use of available and potential resources, and, most importantly, all this ensures the appropriate level of overall economic security of the bakery industry. The main stages of managing the innovative potential of bakery enterprises in the context of strengthening their economic security are highlighted. It is outlined that the level of innovative safety of bakery enterprises is assessed by the stages of managing the innovative potential of enterprises: problem statement, management, analytical and control stages. As a result, the study concluded that the successful operation and development of the enterprise depends on an effective management system of economic security, which is based on the strategic behavior of the enterprise, which allows to develop scenarios for optimizing economic security.

The article is devoted to the definition of the essential characteristics of economic security of private enterprises and its main components; it is proposed to expand the main structural elements of the system of economic security of private enterprises. The main functional objectives of economic security are: ensuring the high financial efficiency of work, financial stability and independence of private enterprises on a industry scale; ensuring technological independence and achieving the high competitiveness of the technical potential of small business enterprises; achievement of high efficiency of management; achievement of a high level of personnel qualification and its intellectual potential; Minimizing the devastating impact of the results of industrial and economic activity on the state of the environment; qualitative legal protection of all aspects of the activity of private enterprises, etc. It is proposed to consider the system of economic security of private enterprises as an integral set of subjects and objects of security, an environment that ensures their interaction and purposeful activity in the internal and external environment in relation to countering threats, protection of economic interests and, in general, creation of safe conditions for functioning at the planned level indicators. Attention is drawn to European experience and standards in the field of business security, but to take into account the fact that private enterprises of Ukraine are forced to operate in more difficult and dangerous conditions than in developed countries, therefore, during the period of the current stage of reforms in the sphere of private entrepreneurship, it is recommended to introduce normative and legal base which would fine-tune the peculiarities of functioning of private enterprises and create favourable conditions for the emergence of the economic crisis in order to create a reserve of strength in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as private enterprises are a significant component of the economic security of the state.

Purpose. Justification of the methodological approach to the strategic management of reserves for the growth of economic security of enterprises and the provision of appropriate recommendations for this purpose (by the example of METINVEST HOLDING LLC, mining enterprises of the Kryvyi Rih iron-ore basin). Methodology. A system of the following general scientific and special methods was used to achieve the research goal: mathematical and statistical methods to assess the economic security of selected enterprises; methods of correlation and regression analysis to form a system of indicators of the greatest impact on the economic security of the enterprise; econometric modeling methods to predict the value of the integrated indicator of economic security of the enterprises; structured system method to determine the reserves of economic security growth for each business structure; matrix methods to form a strategic field and determine the place of each of the enterprises under study within this field. Findings. The authors have analyzed the dynamics of the economic security of mining enterprises in the Kryvyi Rih iron-ore basin from 2014 to 2018. Multivariate correlation and regression models have been built that allow determining the calculated (maximum possible) value of the integral indicator of the economic security of the enterprises under consideration. After comparing a defined (actual) and calculated value of economic security of the studied elements of the economic security system, its growth reserves for each business structure have been determined. The economic security trend of each mining enterprise in the Kryvyi Rih iron-ore basin until 2021 has been determined, which is characterized by an upward or downward slope of the economic safety values of the enterprises under consideration, predicted by the models and the prospect of achieving the maximum value of it. The resulting characteristics of the economic security value of enterprises predicted based on the trending models make it possible to build a strategic field of basic strategies according to Michael H.Mescon and determine the position of each enterprise within it. Originality. The authors offer a methodological approach to the strategic management of the growth reserves of the economic security of the enterprise, which is defined as a result of the study that is based on the improvement of the instrumental apparatus, which, in contrast to the existing ones, allows synchronizing both temporal and spatial parameters, significantly increasing the efficiency of managerial decision-making. Practical value. The methodological approach to the strategic management of the use of reserves for the growth of the economic security of the enterprise allows synchronizing the strategic management of the enterprise with the modeling of the economic security level. This ensures the economic security of the enterprise to a fuller extent.

Introduction. The functioning of agricultural enterprises in a competitive and natural environment causes the existence of specific threats, overcoming which necessitates the creation of an economic security mechanism. The Purpose. The purpose of the article is to identify problems of agricultural enterprises functioning, to protect producers from the effects of destructive influences, to ensure stable and maximally effective development of enterprises in the future. Results. It is established that the structural composition of the economic security system is formed by intra-production and non-production components. The plural of non-production components of economic security of agrarian enterprises are given, which include market and information. The basic components of agricultural enterprises economic security developed by scientists are summarized: their essence is defined and the services responsible for them are specified. The group of principles of the system construction of agricultural enterprises economic security is presented: legality, systematic construction, economic feasibility, effectiveness of managerial decisions, efficiency, cost optimization, validity, complexity, balance, timeliness, continuity, constant monitoring, activity, coordination and interaction, centralization, interaction focus on strategic goals, objectivity, responsiveness and dynamism, variability, responsiveness, adaptability, flexibility of management, development and improvement, promotion and responsibility. Conclusions. It is determined that the economic security of an agricultural enterprise is a state of its economic resources that provides a rational branch-organizational structure of the enterprise, taking into account the geographical location and natural and climatic conditions of its activity, under which it is able to effectively counter the possible threats to the internal and external environment, as well as to achieve the set goals and objectives based on the implementation of its chosen development strategy. The crisis conditions of economic development, the growth of the number of unprofitable enterprises, high level of bankruptcy and other unfavorable economic factors encourage the search for ways to improve the efficiency of economic entities and ensure their stable functioning. One of these areas is the provision of the economic security of an enterprise. The ways to ensure the economic security of enterprises have many features, so recently this problem has become a separate area of research. The purpose of the article is to determine and summarize the criteria and methods for the assessment of financial and economic security of domestic enterprises, establish the relationship between them on the basis of the analysis of existing scientific approaches. The paper presents the systematization and generalization of scientific works of many scientists, analyzes the existing conceptual apparatus of determining financial and economic security of an enterprise, and generalizes scientific approaches to the assessment of the level of financial and economic security at the macro level. The article analyzes the methods and approaches used to determine the level of economic security of a modern enterprise. The article defines the dependence between indicators of financial and economic activity of enterprises and a condition of their economic safety. The authors make the generalization of existing methods of assessing the economic security of an enterprise, analyze their features, and choose the methods which are expedient to the use in the diagnostics of economic security of a modern enterprise. The researchers analyze economic security of one of the largest enterprises of the Republic of Crimea – PJSC “Crimean Soda Plant” according to a set of indicators for the assessment of financial conditions and define the indicators and boundaries above (below) which the enterprise under analysis faces financial crisis. The prospect of further research in this direction is the choice of criteria (indicators) for the assessment of economic security of an enterprise, system of indicators charactering it, and methodological approaches determining the level of financial and economic security.

Determining the level of financial and economic security of an enterprise allows assessing the real possibilities to confront internal and external challenges and defining the potential for future development. To develop proposals on assessing this level, the study uses data on machine-building enterprises of Zaporizhzhia region (Ukraine) and applies integral method, regression analysis and normalization. The expert evaluation method was used to form the system of key parameters. The experts were economists, the accounting departments’ and the economic security departments’ members of the studied enterprises. The experts selected six indices that they consider to be the most representative of the financial and economic security of an enterprise. These parameters were used to calculate the integral indicator of the level of financial and economic security of enterprises. Harrington’s approach was used to group enterprises according to their level of financial and economic security (very high, high, steady, satisfactory and unsatisfactory). The calculations have shown that the integral indicator of financial and economic security of the enterprises of Zaporizhzhia region ranged from 0.32 to 0.66 for the period 2014–2018. It was justified that along with the support of financial stability, solvency, business activity, profitability, investment attractiveness and innovativeness and absent sharp changes in the environment, the level of financial and economic security of machine builders will increase from 0.4 to 11.9%. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and applied aspects of the impact of digital technology on business and the process of ensuring the economic security of enterprises. It is shown that a significant aspect of maintaining an enterprise in a state of economic security is the ability to adapt to the changing external environment in which the enterprise operates. The paper considers the main functional components of the economic security of enterprises. The features of the influence of digital technologies on the effectiveness of individual functional components of economic security are investigated. The list of objects of digital transformation processes for enterprises is determined in order to ensure economic security. Digital transformation objects are grouped into three blocks: the infrastructure for ensuring economic security using digital technologies, information and communication systems, business processes and management systems. The features of economic security of entrepreneurial activity and the main factors of the introduction of digital technologies in enterprises are highlighted. The author formulated the main tasks of the economic security system of an enterprise in the context of digital transformations. The basic requirements for creating the appropriate conditions for ensuring transformational information and technological processes are determined.

The object of research: corporate image and enterprise economic security. Investigated problem: methodical approach to mutually agreed management of enterprise’s image and its economic security. The main scientific results: theoretical analysis of the opinions, which are presented in the scientific literature of enterprise economic security functional components and the mechanism of their formation, is carried out. The functional components of economic security related to the internal and external aspects of enterprise are studied in detail, and their close relationship with image components is determined. The stages of enterprise image management are schematically shown with taking into account the compliance of image economic security components levels. The area of practical use of the research results: the need to adhere to certain sequence of actions aimed at forming a positive image and managing it in enterprises is emphasized. It is advisable to use an approach to the formation of corporate image with taking into account the targeted influence of management entities on the business environment. Technological innovation: the enterprise economic security structure in the context of modern tendencies is proposed, the complex of measures which are recommended to be applied for enterprise image maintenance is determined. Scope of application for technological innovation: practical activity of Ukrainian enterprises is in interconnection with other business environment participants.

The article considers the problem of ensuring the economic security of trade enterprises by forming an optimal pricing policy. The methodology of formation the minimum and maximum selling prices of trade enterprise, maintenance of margin of economic security, which based on research of turnover costs and working capital of trade enterprise is offered. Based on statistical data of trade enterprises, the types of prices by product range are determined, which form a stable economic situation and ensure economic security of trade enterprise. The necessity of formation the optimal price policy and selling prices of trade enterprises with the use of Pareto efficiency tools and construction of single-criteria and multi-criteria tasks, indicators of quality of commodity resources of trade enterprises is substantiated. Using the Excel software processor and the “Regression” function, economic-mathematical models of optimal prices for the product range of trade enterprises are built. The results testified to the effectiveness of the proposed model of the optimal pricing policy of trade enterprises, as the obtained values are within the minimum selling prices, which provides economic security of trade enterprises. The process of forming the pricing policy of trade enterprises to ensure economic security is proposed, which is based on the principles of pricing, appropriate methodological tools and monitoring of market environment factors. Organizational, economic, legal, social and market (marketing) mechanisms for the formation of effective pricing policy of trade enterprises aimed at ensuring economic security are identified. This study is practically interesting for personnel of trade enterprises, regardless of organizational-legal forms of ownership and activities, and theoretically – for researchers dealing with pricing.

This article revises the mission and the name of the accounting profession in the context of strengthening the economic security of enterprises under the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The authors note that in the contemporary conditions of economic management, enterprises should form and ensure the functioning of the economic security of the enterprise at the proper level. The necessity of in-depth research of economic security at microlevel was considered, the factors influencing the stability of the enterprise were highlighted. High level of economic security of the subject of management consists in guaranteeing him maximum effective and stable functioning now and in future. Subjects of economic security were individual enterprises, and objects — their economic interests. The main goals of ensuring economic security of the enterprise in the part of accounting were singled out, the tasks of accounting policy, aimed at ensuring economic security, were determined. The prospects of the accounting profession in the process of ensuring economic security and reliable safe presentation of the results of doing business in reporting are substantiated. The study contains proposals on the revision of requirements for the qualifications of accountants in order to emphasize their activities aimed at strengthening the economic security of the enterprise.

The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of identifying socioeconomic security as an object of management of the functioning and development of agrarian enterprises as micro-level subjects of economic management. It is about setting its goals, tasks, defining features, identifying the principles of implementation, establishing trends of development and priority tasks of management, including at the level of agrarian enterprises. The purpose of the work is to identify the essence of the category of socio-economic security and its practical identification; identification of features at the level of agrarian enterprises as an object of management in their management; establishment of principles and priority tasks of management. Methodological basis of the article became general scientific methods of cognition, generalization, method of comparative analysis and other methods of research. It was also a system-structural analysis and synthesis in establishing principles for the implementation of socio-economic security; problem-oriented approach in providing recommendations for further management of development and strengthening of socio-economic security of agrarian enterprises. Results of work. The main results of the paper are to clarify the categories of socio-economic security, to establish its features and identify features at the level of agrarian enterprises as an important element of their management and management of further development. The tasks of forming socio-economic security and the principles of implementation were identified. Identified development trends and priority management measures for strengthening at the level of agrarian enterprises. The field of application of the results is that the proposals on identification of the essence, features and features of socioeconomic security as a component of management in the management of enterprises are presented. The established principles of implementation and identified priority management measures can be used by managers and specialists of enterprises in order to increase their socioeconomic security in the future. In this case, special attention was paid to agricultural (agrarian) enterprises as a sphere of application of the received recommendations. Conclusions. In general terms, the study of socio-economic security at the level of agrarian enterprises needs further analysis in order to explore new options for finding existence on the market. The final choice regarding the use of any other approach or its separate components remains for each enterprise and depends on such factors as the size of the enterprise, its activities, the ambitions of the owners, etc. In order to achieve the highest possible level of socio-economic security, agrarian enterprises need to work to keep all their functional components in danger.

Introduction. Under such conditions, the problem of assessing the economic security of enterprises is actualized, which is designed to identify threats that arise in the competitive environment and the internal environment of the enterprise, to identify strengths and weaknesses in the activities of the enterprise, on the basis of which management decisions are made at the strategic level, to prevent negative situations at the operational levels of enterprise management. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the study is to assessing the economic security of forest enterprises in the Ukrainian Polissya region. Objectives of the study: generalization of scientific approaches to assessing the economic security of enterprises; determination of criteria for assessing the economic security of forestry; development and testing of methods for assessing the economic security of forestry in the Ukrainian Polissya region. Results. The calculations show a high and sufficient level of economic security in the studied forestry enterprises. However, there is a decrease in financial security indicators, which requires the adoption of current and strategic management decisions to improve financial results and improve the financial condition of forestry enterprises. The main problem is the inefficient structure of exports, namely the predominance of products with low benefit and insufficient investment in the development of technical and technological base. The proposed system of criteria and indicators can be significantly expanded depending on the ability of researchers to obtain additional information about the economic activities of forestry enterprises. Conclusions. A proposed method of assessing the level of economic security of forestry enterprises, which provides for determining the compliance of the current state of the business entity development goals (desired state), provides for the use of traditional indicators covering the main areas of economic activity of forestry enterprises. It is only important that the sample of forest enterprises is formed on the basis of belonging to the common forest area, similarity of forest area and forest area of these enterprises, as well as other factors that researchers may consider essential for the choice.

The modern stage of the development of the world economy, the level of competition and innovation-technological development significantly affect the economic security of hotel industry enterprises. Today, for the effective and secure economic development of the hotel industry, it is necessary to ensure the safety of guests, employees and others; maintain brand reputation; form an environment of safety and sufficient transparency of the information resources of the enterprise for hotel guests. Modernity constantly forms new requirements for ensuring the economic security of hotel and restaurant industry enterprises, which is due to many aspects of the world economy. Thus, globalization trends, technical and technological development, consequences of COVID-19 coronavirus infection and other circumstances create new risks and threats. The formation of conditions for the secure development of hotel and restaurant industry enterprises is influenced by many factors. The speed of technical and technological development creates new methods of providing services, such as: distribution systems, electronic bookings, rental apartments with a list of services to choose from. As a result, constant changes in the external environment of hotel and restaurant industry enterprises become a source of risks and threats to their economic security. The novel coronavirus infection, pandemic, global lockdowns, quarantine restrictions and insufficient development of the medical sector also affected the functioning and economic security of hotel and restaurant industry enterprises. Effective management of hotel economic security is achieved through a systematic approach to analyzing and assessing possible risks and threats to their safe development. In this process, one of the key aspects is the provision of information security as an element of economic security of hotel and restaurant industry enterprises. Risks and threats are detected at the hotel level through a variety of means, including the collection of operational information, quality audit, risk management assessment and internal audit. Research of risks and threats to economic security helps the enterprise to avoid reducing the efficiency of its economic activity and damage to reputation. An efficient system of economic security plays an important role in the daily activities of hotel industry enterprises. The article examines and characterizes the main risks and threats to the economic security of enterprises in the temporary accommodation sector. Their impact on the level of economic security of hotel industry enterprises is analyzed. The need for systematic analysis and monitoring of risks and threats to the economic security of the enterprise is substantiated.

The article is aimed at forming an idea of the coevolution process as the basis for managing the economic security of enterprise. It is noted that the current state of development of socio-economic systems, which include enterprises, are at the stage of post-industrial development. The development of any enterprise depends on its ability to adapt to changes in the exogenous factors of influence, which causes rethinking and the novel approaches to managing the economic security of individual enterprises as preventive measures for adaptation. At that, economic security management should be considered taking into account significant changes closely related to the coevolution process, which has its origin in biology and is understood as a mutually agreed action to change the elements that constitute the integrity of the developing system. It is noted that during the end of the XXth century - begin of XXIst century a transformation of the development of socio-economic systems took place, changing from industrial to noosphere, with its central element being the human, and the central scientific platform for research being the economics of knowledge. Under these conditions, coevolution is considered as the basis for managing the economic security of enterprises with the definition of purpose, objects and subjects of economic security management, with specific provision of the management system and the formation of appropriate management principles. The central element of the economic security management system of enterprise is approaches to management on a coevolution basis, the formation of which is based on the synthesis of general-basis and specific management approaches, namely: evolutionary, systemic, resource, resource-functional. The result of the proposed aspects is obtaining a more effective result from the process of managing the economic security of enterprises.

Goal. The goal of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and applied aspects of economic security complex assessment on the example of regional business structures with the use of the apparatus of mathematical modeling in Economics in modern conditions of business macro trends. The assessment of the state of economic security of enterprises is carried out through a system of criteria and indicators. The criterion of enterprises economic security is a measure of the state of the entity in terms of compliance with the established indicators of its activity with pre-established indicators reflecting the essence of economic security. On the basis of this goal, the question arises of solving such problems as: the possibility of developing a unified conceptual approach and tools for assessing the impact of indicators on the of regional business structures’s economic security; developing measures to improve the economic component of regional business structures. Research methods. Structural methods, comparative analysis of empirical data, abstract-logical generalization and mathematical modeling in Economics were applied to solve this scientific problem. Results. In the work on the basis of the methodological approach the model of assessment formation of the enterprise’s economic security has been grounded on the basis of impact of economic security indicators by means of logit and probit-functions. The model does not take into account group effects, that is, there is no analysis of fixed effects. In order to avoid cross-effects, when not only the variable itself influences the likelihood of a crisis, but the public crisis begins to affect the behavior of the variable, two groups of models are built: for the first group of regressions from the sample, all observations after the first year of crises are excluded; for the second group of regressions all data were used except for the crisis years after the first year of the crisis. Conclusions. The fundamental provisions of the scientific investigation will enable domestic regional enterprises to apply the algorithm of forming the economic security assessment of the enterprise using the apparatus of mathematical modeling in Economics.

Emphasis is placed on the need to analyze such key functional and structural components of economic security of industrial enterprises as intellectual and personnel, technical and technological, institutional and legal, product, environmental, power, information and financial. The characteristic of a condition of these components at the analyzed industrial enterprise is given. The set of the most significant threats to the economic security of an industrial enterprise has been identified in three blocks: economic, financial and institutional. Threats to the economic security of an industrial enterprise are classified according to the level of their probability, the amount of damage, the integrated impact indicator and the type of threat. The strategic priorities of the policy of strengthening the economic security of the industrial enterprise have been identified, which have been agreed in accordance with the key security threats according to the target standards, main implementation measures, deadlines and responsible entities. The applied value of the research results is to apply the developed author's approach to obtain the necessary information and analytical basis for making sound management decisions in the field of strengthening the economic security of operation and development of industrial enterprises. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the further development of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of analyzing the state of economic security of industrial enterprises, in particular in the connection of the obtained data and decisions that are made.

Abstract. Introduction. The article examines the place of personnel security as a component of the system of economic security at enterprises. The main approaches to the formation of the personnel security system of the enterprise are considered. The role of personnel security in the strategic and operational management of the enterprise is clarified. The algorithm of creation of the personnel security system of the enterprise is outlined. The relationship between personnel security tasks and threats has been established. The main aspects of the personnel security system are identified and their impact on the economic security of the enterprise is analyzed. The scheme of interaction of personnel security of the subject of economic activity with external and internal environment is offered. The main directions of ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise are systematized, namely in the process of selection of candidates for positions, work with the labor collective. The measures that need to be taken to organize this security, taking into account the risks and threats associated with staff, their intellectual potential and employment. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to establish the place of personnel security in the system of economic security to reduce the level and number of threats that weaken the degree of security of the enterprise by staff. Results. We believe that the most difficult part of the security system of enterprises is the person, and it is the human factor that can have a critical impact on the success of the business and the very existence of the business object. Personnel security occupies a leading place in the structure of economic security. It can be defined as the process of preventing potential and real risks associated with personnel, as a set of actions and relationships of personnel, in which the effective economic functioning of the enterprise, its ability to withstand internal and external influences and threats associated with personnel. Conclusions. The category of “personnel security” of the enterprise, its components and areas of support are currently a very complex and insufficiently studied industry. The proposed classification categories do not claim to be complete. In particular, it is necessary to determine the weight of each such component for the economic security of the enterprise. No less interesting is the study of the relationship between the components of personnel security, between personnel and other types of economic security. Given the significant (and possibly decisive) impact of personnel security on the economic functioning of enterprises, it is advisable to continue research in this direction. The paper aims to assess the factors affecting the financial security of agrarian enterprises to create the proper conditions for the stable functioning of agricultural enterprises. The research period covers the years 2013-2016. Agrarian business management is currently affected by times of instability and uncertainty leading to an increase in economic and financial risks. The situation in agriculture requires addressing – forming a mechanism for the financial security of agricultural enterprises and developing a methodology for its evaluation. In the study, essence and structure of organizational support of financial security management as a critical component of economic security of agrarian enterprises was revealed. The main preconditions for providing financial security of agricultural enterprises through a prism of their financial status based on the achieved results of recent years are considered. The analysis of the leading indicators of financial security of agricultural development is carried out. Threats of an enterprise’s financial security are identified. Identifying financial security threats contribute to the timely application of adequate tools to minimize the effects of risks or maximize the factors that positively impact the financial performance of agrarian enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to develop mechanisms to ensure the economic security of enterprises on the basis of identifying qualitative new patterns of its development, which are associated with digital transformation. The work uses methods of generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis — to understand the essence and components of economic security; a graphic method — to visualize the conceptual model and mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise in conditions of digitalization; monographic methods — for in-depth research of the tasks set; abstract-logical methods for theoretical generalization of research results and formulation of conclusions and proposals. The mechanism for ensuring the economic security of enterprises on the basis of identifying qualitative new patterns of its development, the action of which allows to ensure the necessary level of economic security of the enterprise is suggested. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of methods for assessing the economic security of enterprises based on the calculation of relevant local indicators and a set of indicators that characterize various aspects of economic security (production, human resources, finance, environment, digitalization), which allows to develop timely measures to improve economic security in relevant areas. The originality lies in the justification of the structure of the functional components of the economic security of the enterprise and the justification of the need to calculate its level on the basis of the integral index in order to develop measures to improve it. The purpose of this article is to study theoretical approaches to definition of economic essence and directions of economic security formation of agricultural enterprises at the region. Analysis of the theoretical aspects of the research object showed that currently there are different approaches to the economic security interpretation. It is considered as a process of meeting public needs, protection of the state national interests, the economic stability, the state of the national economy, in which the country provides its own sovereignty, a state of protection against a certain type of threats. Certain realities of a market economy require fundamentally new approaches to the formation and increase of efficiency of agrarian enterprises functioning, and thus ensure their economic security. In the context of the latest scientific dimensions, it has been found out that the economic security of agricultural enterprises is a complex of sophisticated branched processes, methods, tools, levers of influence on activity for the purpose of increasing the economic activity efficiency of entities. In this regard, there are many different opinions regarding the components of enterprises economic security. It is proved that the economic security of enterprises is characterized by certain features in the regional context of their formation and application to agricultural production. The proposed model Forsythe technology modernization of a regional mechanism of economic security at agricultural enterprises will allow to determine more efficiently the volume of investments, tax burden on the industry and crediting enterprises, depreciation deductions etc., which will effectively affect the activity of the enterprise, and hence ensure its basic – economic security. The article is devoted to the study of the economic security of light industry enterprises in the context of robotization through the prism of the principles underlying the formation of the competencies of specialists in the economic security of an industrial enterprise. Risks and threats to the economic security of the domestic light industry enterprises are revealed. It is shown how global trends in external and internal factors of the light industry and fashion industry contribute to the emergence of new risks and threats to the belarusian light industry. According to the results of the study, it was established that modern transformations of the economy and society contribute to the increase in risks and threats to the economic security of domestic light industry enterprises. In the conditions of the quick adaptation of world light industry leaders to the changes in the socio-economic landscape of the world economic system and individual national systems domestic enterprises are at risk of being on the technological periphery of the international division of labor. Actions aimed at depriving enterprises of the competitive advantages also can be considered as threats to the economic security and factors which shape these threats. Nowadays such actions can be carried out without a clear violation of the law. This fact explains the necessity of the professional economic security management of the enterprise. On the example of trends, risks and threats in the light industry, the conclusions that many risks and threats to the economic security of a country can be early identified and neutralized only at the enterprise level were confirmed. It is shown that many of the existing risks and threats to the economic security of light industry enterprises can be reduced due to digitalization and flexible robotization of the production and promotion.

The practical significance of the study is that the indicators of financial and economic condition of the industrial enterprise are revealed; the results of the analysis of the general economic and investment activity of the industrial enterprise are given; indicators of profitability and capital turnover of an industrial enterprise are analyzed; the characteristic of indicators of solvency and structure of assets of the industrial enterprise is resulted; the capital structure is revealed and the potential of the industrial enterprise to compensate for its possible losses is assessed. The obtained results are characterized from the standpoint of prerequisites for ensuring the economic security of an industrial enterprise. The comparative characteristics of financial and economic indicators of the enterprise and average industry values are given. Problematic aspects of economic security of an industrial enterprise have been identified. It was revealed that mining enterprises are poorly focused on rapid introduction of innovative technologies and developments in line with modern technological trends. Conceptual approach to ensuring the security of economic and informational enterprises` interests with innovative technological trends has been developed. Developed approach, in contrast to existing ones, makes it possible to determine directions of ensuring security in current period from perspective of future. It has been substantiated that proposed approach has high scientific explanatory potential for revealing substantive factors that determine current and desired enterprises` economic and informational interests’ security state. Highlighting security of economic and informational interests as component which is one of the first is responding to integration of innovation and technology degree will help to improve entire enterprise`s economic security ensuring quality. It is proposed to use ratio indicator of IT capital value to sum of fixed and intangible assets as indicator of security state of enterprise`s economic and informational interests. Verification of this indicator has been implemented. It is shown that automation of verification makes it possible to exclude subjective decision factor. On basis of verified indicator, state of economic and informational interest’s security of mining enterprises was assessed. The value obtained at PrJSC Northern GZK is 1, which corresponds to very high security state. Estimated values at all enterprises in sample are 0 and so they correspond to catastrophic security state. Obtained results are important, since they allow to reasonably make management decisions regarding the directions of ensuring the economic and informational interests security of mining enterprises on basis of IT capital value increasing

Abstract. The article establishes a causal relationship between economic security and efficiency of the enterprise and hypothesizes about the need to expand approaches to analytical evaluation of efficiency, taking into account the security priorities of the enterprise. It has been proved that in the present conditions, the effectiveness of the activities of domestic enterprises is characterized not only by achieving a positive value of the financial result (profit), but also by the ability to withstand modern economic challenges to ensure the continuity of statutory activities. Therefore, the purpose of the article was to develop a safe-oriented model for evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise and forming scientifically based recommendations for use as its methodological basis indicators that characterize the level of economic security. The methodological basis of the safety-oriented model is a system of balanced economic indicators, which ensures the evaluation of the efficiency of the enterprise from the standpoint of systemic integrity and enables multi-vector analysis of efficiency with trend determination and highlighting the most significant factors that influence the change in profitof the enterprise.. Unlike the classic efficiency assessment model based on coefficient analysis, which provides for the calculation of generalizing efficiency coefficients without taking into account external factors of influence on the activities of the enterprise, the safe and indicative model is based on methodological approaches to the consistency of certain groups of financial and economic indicators that characterize the impact of threats to the internal and external environment of the enterprise’s functioning to change the basic level of efficiency. The safety-oriented model of performance assessment was tested in the activities of agro-industrial enterprises . 2) in the emergence of reserves for increasing efficiency by leveling the impact of threats to the internal and externalenvironment; 3) establishing subordination between indicators in determining the general (effective) indicators that characterize the achieved level of efficiency of the enterprise; 4) the implementation of dynamic and factor analysis of the efficiency of the enterprise. The article is aimed at forming an express assessment of the level of economic security for a construction enterprise (which, unlike others, is based on an assessment of the level of efficiency of management of contractors and subcontractors) and the choice of a special package of measures to increase the level of economic security. The article analyzes the current state of the civil construction industry in Ukraine, market characteristics of this sector of the economy. There was a decline in the construction sector during 2020–2021, especially in the first half of 2021. Further, there is a slowdown in labor migration, some supply chains of building materials are interrupted; respectively, there is a need to resume economic activity. Also, theoretical studies of the authors allowed to highlight the main aspects of the formation of economic security of enterprise through the analysis of the relevant market and the dynamics of the civil construction industry. The relevance of creating an express assessment of the level of economic security of a construction enterprise is substantiated. An express assessment is proposed to be carried out on the basis of determining the level of efficiency of management of contractors and subcontractors – to what extent they adhere to the traditional policy of value and income formation. The assessment methodology includes four stages: questionnaire (containing 20 questions in four directions of evaluation); processing of questionnaire data (Delphi method is used); formation of an evaluation scale to determine the level of economic security of a construction enterprise; selection of a package of measures to improve the economic security of civil construction enterprises. The packages of measures to improve the economic security of civil construction enterprises are being developed for both the formal and the informal sectors. The authors believe that it is advisable to adapt the proposed package of measures to the characteristics of each individual enterprise using an individual approach. The proposed express assessment will allow monitoring the condition of the construction enterprise in a short time and identify latent crisis phenomena.

The paper summarizes the arguments for a scientific discussion on solving the problem of improving the efficiency of the enterprise in the context of social and economic security of the state. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the enterprise and on its basis to identify innovative measures and methods, effective marketing tools to improve it. The systematization of literary sources and scientific approaches showed that, based on a comprehensive assessment of the activity of the enterprise, there remained several unsolved problems regarding the improvement of the social and economic security of the state. The urgency of solving this scientific problem lies in ensuring social and economic security that is an extremely important problem in the current conditions of the country’s development. Methodical tools of the study are such methods as a logical generalization, systematic, comparison, mathematical calculations, graphical, method of expert assessments. The study period is 2014-2018. The object of the study is the sanatorium and resort enterprise since the social and economic security of the state on the micro-level is formed based on the activity of such enterprises. The research of the identified problem in the paper is carried out in the following logical sequence. The significance of the activity of enterprises as an integral part in shaping the country's economy in market conditions is outlined. The important role of domestic enterprises in ensuring the employment of the country's population, the formation of social relations and support of social stability, the social and economic security of the state at the micro-level is noted. The problems of provision of enterprises economic development as a component of socioeconomic security of the state in need of research are highlighted. The list of risks, which domestic enterprises are subjected to in daily activity, is described. It is noted that the economic development of enterprises is one of the components of securing social and economic security of the country at the micro-level. In this context, the theoretical basis for the formation of economic security of enterprises is investigated based on the evaluation of the efficiency of the activity on the example of sanatorium and resort institutions. An evaluation of the efficiency of activity of sanatorium-resort enterprises from the standpoint of the economic entity efficiency based on the calculation of integral index and directly by consumers with the help of an expert method is conducted. Based on the estimation of the integral coefficient of efficiency of the sanatorium and resort services provision on the example of the past five years, the unevenness of the fluctuations of the main economic indicators of activity, reduction of the coefficient of financial and economic activity efficiency has been proved. Based on surveys of consumers, the average mark of the effectiveness for the provided sanatorium services was set at 3.7 points, which at the five-point scale proves the need for improving the activity of sanatorium and resort facilities under present conditions and developing special events using effective instruments stimulating the development of such enterprises. To significantly improve the efficiency of sanatorium and resort enterprises and the impact on the improvement of social and economic security in the country, a set of actions and marketing tools based on the innovative technologies at the enterprise, regional and state level. The results of the conducted research can be used by sanatorium and resort establishments in practical activity and public authorities, local self-government bodies at the level of regions and territorial communities in developing projects of development of territories and taking measures to ensure social and economic security in the country. In this regard, the task of carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the main indicators of economic capacity building at the enterprises of the machine-building industry, which will be able to identify the main problems and threats to the industry, identify the strengths and opportunities to understand the main problems of building capacity of the machine-building complex to ensure economic security. Research results. The share of industrial innovation and active enterprises according to the types of implemented innovations has been analyzed. The development of economic potential of machine-building enterprises has been researched. The main problems and threats have been outlined for ensuring economic security and development of the industry. It has been established that the investigated branch has a number of strengths and opportunities, which, taking into account the condition of limiting the impact of weaknesses and threats, gives grounds for specific strategies for the development of machine-building enterprises. In the circumstances in the industry there is practically no development potential. Leading companies are working out the development programs that include expansion of production facilities, updating of production equipment, development of scientific base, increasing of consumer properties of released products and also of the one being produced. It must be admitted that this is the only possible way out of the crisis and the transition to the development of the industry. However, the implementation of these programs is complicated by the lack of adequate funding, as most enterprises carry out technological innovations mainly at their own expense. Conclusions. The main problems of increasing the economic potential of machine-building enterprises are as follows: relative non-competitiveness of products in comparison with products of developed countries; unpopularity of products of the domestic machine-building complex in world markets and the absence of world brands; imperfection of investment activity in most enterprises: insignificant level of implementation of development of scientific and technological progress in comparison with potential opportunities in the production of innovative products; significant level of depreciation of fixed assets, a significant lag of the state of fixed assets from the technological level of developed countries; use of outdated technological developments.

The article shows that in Society 5. 0 intellectual capital is a key factor forming economic security of enterprises. The priority of structural components of intellectual capital as a factor of enterprise economic security formation is determined. Features of mining and beneficiation enterprises operation are considered while structuring intellectual capital. The resulting criteria for assessing efficiency of the intellectual capital use during economic security formation are established. Three key groups of competences of personnel necessary for economic security formation are identified. It is substantiated that organic connection of intellectual capital structural elements will enable forming economic security of the enterprise during the current period and providing economic security parameters in the long term. Based on the data obtained from mining and beneficiation enterprises, it is demonstrated that this will be possible due to growth of an innovative level of technological processes which will contribute to product quality enhancement that, in turn, will expand the client base.

The article deals with the assessment of economic security by a number of factors that reflect the probability of proxy battle. In recent decades, the number of such acquisitions in Ukraine has increased significantly, which seriously reduces the level of economic security of economic entities both at the microeconomic level, and at the level of sectors of the economy, as well as the entire economic system of the country. The purpose of the study was to determine the possible impact on the economic security of the enterprise (which is proposed to be determined by a multifactor indicator of the attractiveness of enterprises for raiders) factors of financial stability, reputation, business model efficiency and attractiveness to potential buyers. The methods used in the study are as follows: generalization, grouping, systematization, and content analysis (to identify factors that could potentially signal the threat of a hostile acquisition); correlation and regression analysis (to determine from the totality of factors that have the greatest impact on economic security), the method of theoretical generalization (to identify the approaches of various scholars and scientific schools to issues of economic security and raiding); comparative (to determine the state of economic security of the enterprises under study in different years). As a result, the authors propose an integral indicator of the economic security of the enterprise, which makes it possible to identify the potential attractiveness of the enterprise for raiders. It consists of the following components: profitability (determines the effectiveness of the business model), autonomy ratio (determines the financial stability), ownership of real estate in the city center (resale), reputation (delays in fulfilling contractual obligations). Content analysis of economic security factors of enterprises was conducted according to the data on the raiding seizures of Ukrainian enterprises of all industries and activities, and the Economic Security Indicator was created on the basis of materials of Ukrainian construction companies. However, the methodological approach proposed in the article can be used to identify threats to the loss of economic security by enterprises of any sector of the economy, subject to the adaptation of the model to industry specifics. The use of the created indicator cannot replace the full-fledged system of monitoring the economic security of the enterprise and identifying threats to further activities, but it can be used as an indicator of express-diagnostics of economic security of the enterprise and making decisions on in-depth study of economic security to identify adverse factors delight.

There is a new meaningful interpretation of the concept of "integrated economic security of industrial enterprise"; the problems of analyzing complex economic security are substantiated. Based on the study of the regulatory and legal and methodological support of the process of managing economic security in modern economic and political conditions, generalizations and analysis of existing practice in Russia and abroad, the main shortcomings in approaches to assessing the integrated economic security of industrial enterprises have been identified. The article examines the methods for assessing economic security: matrix, product, operational, dynamic one and methods of assessment based on the market value of the company. The parameters of the integrated economic security of industrial enterprise are classified: financial and economic security, information, technological, material and technical, personnel, epidemiological security, conceptual model for assessing financial and economic and integrated security of enterprise has been developed. The practical implementation of the proposed developments has been carried out. It is recommended to use the developed model of economic security management as enterprise resource planning (ERP) module of the enterprise system.

Enterprises are an important component of the economic development of the state as they provide not only employment, but also the GDP of the country. In the recent years, the economic situation has become more complicated, which determines the negative social and economic results of the development of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. This has caused numerous studies in the field of economic security of enterprises. However, most of the researchers have not yet come to a unanimous agreement on these issues, including the conceptual apparatus and the content of the economic security of the enterprise. The issues related to threats to economic security receive more attention, unlike risk management. The authors emphasize that the risks of economic processes should become a prerequisite for economic security. Identification of risks and their further neutralization can lead enterprises on the way of safe development. Yet proper risk management requires appropriate information support. The authors have allocated four key components of information support for an enterprise: accountancy, analysis, control, and audit. Each of them is described providing the input, intermediate, and output information that corresponds to the system approach of researching the economic phenomena. It has allowed characterizing risks of economic safety of an enterprise in the context of components for information support. The results show the relationship between the risks of economic security and threats to an enterprise. The authors specify directions of the further researches within the limits of considered questions.

The complexity of modern production, rapid development of production technologies, changes in prices for raw materials and supplies determine a variety of threats to the economic activity of poultry enterprises and ultimately increase quite high competitive risk of the finished products. Effective risk management of the economic security function of a poultry enterprise requires modern information technology support, and is to contain interconnected information flows of accounting and analytical procedures. It is defined that accounting and analytical insights allow companies to identify the current state of the poultry enterprise, taking into account all the risks detected and assessed by the accounting system, as well as predict the future development of the business entity based on forecast calculations. The article examines the role of accounting and analytical support in risk management of economic security of the enterprise, and evaluates the economic security of poultry enterprises in terms of financial, resourceful, social and environmental components, as well as identifies the need to improve the quality of accounting procedures in order to minimize risks in management decision-making for strengthening the economic security in poultry enterprises. During the study of accounting and analytical support of the enterprises, we used such general scientific methods as system and abstract-logical reasoning to assess the economic security of poultry enterprises as well as methods of grouping and comparison, synthesis, economic and mathematical modeling, graphical analysis. We recommend to consider accounting and analytical support of economic security of the enterprise as a set of data, that includes methods and technologies of various types of accounting (e.g operational, accounting, financial and management, tax, social and environmental), analysis and control procedures to conduct management decisions to counter internal and external threats to security of the business entity and its sustainable development. The conducted studies and evaluations of the economic security of the poultry enterprise in terms of components revealed the limited formation of accounting and analytical information in the industry due to incompleteness and subjectivity. In the context of exacerbation of economic, social and environmental problems, the quality of accounting information, its reliability, completeness and accuracy, which will minimize risks to the business environment, make effective management decisions to strengthen economic security of the enterprise and industry.

Introduction. The level of economic security of enterprises is characterized by many indicators. The assessment of the state of economic security of enterprises is carried out through a system of criteria and indicators. The criterion of enterprises economic security is a measure of the state of the entity in terms of compliance with the established indicators of its activity with pre-established indicators reflecting the essence of economic security. Therefore, the problem of analyzing indicators of enterprises economic security and developing measures to improve their economic component in the context of the socio-humanitarian component. Aim and tasks. Justification of the need to develop measures to improve the assessment of economic security of enterprises based on the impact of indicators in the context of the socio-humanitarian component. On the basis of this goal, the question arises of solving such problems as: the possibility of developing a unified conceptual approach and tools for assessing the impact of indicators on the organization's economic security; developing measures to improve the economic component of enterprises in the context of the socio-humanitarian component. Results. For the analysis of the economic security state, indicators were chosen that characterize economic security in different spheres of enterprise activity according to the recommendations. For each indicator a matrix of values with the enterprises and indicators of values by years was formed. The analysis uses a multidimensional logit model, a case of binary selection. The model does not take into account group effects, that is, there is no analysis of fixed effects. In order to avoid cross-effects, when not only the variable itself influences the likelihood of a crisis, but the public crisis begins to affect the behavior of the variable, two groups of models are built: for the first group of regressions from the sample, all observations after the first year of crises are excluded; for the second group of regressions all data were used except for the crisis years after the first year of the crisis. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the investigated indicators and the determination of t the parameters of enterprises economic security in addition to economic methods, administrative and socio-psychological means can be used. They include methods of influencing individual workers, groups of employees or the collective as a whole to form a corporate culture that will help achieve the goals of this enterprise, will reduce the impact of socio-humanitarian factors of economic security on the enterprise. These methods include: training staff rules of safe behavior; work with managers, whose behavior serves as a reference for the company's staff; development of a program of work with new employees and its implementation; formation and adjustment of traditions of the enterprise; regulation of interpersonal and intergroup relations; moral encouragement; social planning; other methods. Quick methods for certain enterprises were also proposed to improve the economic component of their operation.
