<p>No es fácil encontrar un caso en la historia del cine en que un director haya cogido a un actor siendo niño y haya seguido con el mismo personaje y actor hasta ya muy adulto. Hace 60 años François Truﬀaut , genio de la <em>Nouvelle Vague</em>, creó a Antoine Doinel, personaje semiautobiográﬁco encarnado por el actor Jean-Pierre Léaud. Solo cuatro largometrajes y un corto le bastaron al cineasta para contarnos la historia de su alter-ego Antoine Doinel. Lo conoceremos en blanco y negro a ﬁnales de los 50. Cinco cintas para ser testigos del difícil tránsito de la adolescencia a la juventud y de esta a la frustrante madurez.</p><p>Con todo esto, resulta esencial la música compuesta para tal fin. Partituras realizadas por tres compositores exclusivamente franceses, Constantin, Duhamel y Delerue, para las diferentes etapas evolutivas del personaje Doinel, sobre las que se realiza un análisis somero, no por ello sin dejar de ser ameno, dividido en una introducción y su respectivo análisis, éste agrupado en apartados, según sus propias características, y así optar a una mayor comprensión que, en definitiva, persigue obtener unos resultados musicales críticos para poder cotejarlos entre ellos y obtener una visión conjunta de la música que ha acompañado al personaje durante toda las saga.</p>

Colocamos em destaque o drama de Antoine Doinel, protagonista do filme, que re-apresenta um episódio semelhante ao da trajetória do jovem protagonista Félix de Vandenesse, do romance de Balzac.

Анотація:

Indigenous and decolonising geographies should be unsettling and challenging to the ontological foundations of the geographical discipline. Yet despite many scholars recognising and arguing for the need for these perspectives, Indigeneity remains marginal and Indigenous knowledge has been denied academic legitimacy within geography. Using ‘doings’ as an active, emergent, and evolving praxis, this paper examines how we can do Indigenous and settler geographies better. It illustrates how knowledge, emotions, feelings and intuition only come into being through the doings of the body with other bodies, places, and objects, including non-humans. Action and thought are indistinguishable, feeling is knowing, and the world becomes known through doing and movement. In these doings, place – particularly the land and sea – is an active agent in the making of beings and knowledge. By focusing on active doings in place, and acknowledging the temporalities of Indigenous ontologies, geographers are better able to support political and everyday struggles, situate our work in relation to colonialism, recognise and value everyday practices of resurgence, and spend time building relationships. ‘Doing’ geography differently would decentre academics as the source of knowledge production, employ more diverse voices in our teaching and provide embodied and material resistance to colonialism and neoliberal capitalism.

Die ethnographische Differenzforschung leistet u.a. dadurch einen Beitrag zur Forschung zu Bildungsungleichheiten, dass sie den Fokus auf die Prozesse der Differenzierung und damit die Untersuchung von Differenzierungspraktiken als Eröffnung ungleicher, hierarchisierter Positionierungen untersucht. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Vorschlag für die Weiterentwicklung ethnographischer Differenzforschung zu Unterricht diskutiert, der auf die Kontingenz der Aktualisierungen von Differenz im Zusammenhang mit der Konstruktion von Leistung und weiteren sozialen Kategorisierungen im Unterricht zu antworten versucht. An zwei empirischen Beispielen werden Entwicklung und Ertrag eines Forschungsansatzes diskutiert, der die Frage danach, wie welche Differenzen im Unterricht aktualisiert werden, im Forschungsprozess immer wieder zu öffnen versucht.

As overweight is becoming a serious worldwide health issue, a great amount of commercial books, programs and blogs are offering help in establishing healthy eating patterns. A factor that has commonly been blamed for overweight is the growth of portion sizes. This phenomenon of supersizing portions has created a distortion of portion sizes throughout the food industry and has been suggested to lead to overeating. The present study investigates the influence of locomotion and assessment orientations on food consumption quantities in conditions of distorted portion sizes. A survey was conducted in which participants (N = 75) watched a short movie whilst being presented with a distorted food portion. The results of this study show that when controlling for an individual’s level of hunger and movie engagement, locomotion decreases food consumption quantities. To conclude, it is suggested that when food portions are distorted locomotion assists in limiting an individual’s food intake.

Die Fallstricke des Helfens bleiben auch rund fünf Jahre nach der Hochphase ehrenamtlicher Solidarität im Kontext der Fluchtzuwanderung um 2015 meist unthematisiert. Allzu häufig wird angenommen, die ehrenamtliche Begleitung Geflüchteter sei per se förderlich für deren gesellschaftliche Teilhabe. Doch inwiefern (re-)produzieren sich geschlechtsspezifisch-rassifizierende Verhältnisse im Ehrenamt mit Geflüchteten und in welcher Verbindung steht das mit der sozialstaatlichen Rahmung von Ehrenamt und FluchtMigration? Dieser Beitrag liefert darauf empirisch fundierte Antworten. Auf Basis qualitativer Forschung mit Ehrenamtlichen in Westdeutschland zeigt er ihre Selbst- und Fremdadressierungen sowie damit einhergehende Selektionen und Überlastungen, die sozialstaatlich forciert, aber nicht flankiert werden.

AbstractOf great importance to many non-consequentialists is a claimed moral difference between doing and allowing harm. I argue that non-consequentialism is best understood, however, as consisting in three morally distinct categories where commentators typically identify two: standard doings of harm, standard allowings of harm, and denials of resources. Furthermore, the moral distinctness of denials of resources is independent of whether denials are doings or allowings of harm, I argue. I argue by way of matched examples, as well as by way of two widely accepted features of non-consequentialism: stringent rights of persons, and the susceptibility of resources to distribution within political society.

Анотація:

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to deepen and expand our understanding on how strategic/market orientation (SO/MO) and a cohesive/shared social vision affect performance in the social enterprise (SE) context. Design/methodology/approach A survey was conducted in Greek SEs. Stepwise and simple regression analyses were applied in order to test the hypothesized relationships among the study variables. Additionally, Baron and Kenny’s (1986) recommendation for exploring mediating effects was followed. Findings The results indicate the crucial role of customer orientation dimension of SO/MO in enhancing commercial effectiveness and subsequently profitability, whilst a cohesive/shared vision was found to have positive direct associations with the social effectiveness and profitability elements of SEs performance. Moreover, the findings provide some indications for the mutually reinforcing relationship between the social and commercial aspects of SEs functioning. Originality/value The current paper contributes to the ongoing quest to understand the strategic management element of SEs and the challenge they face in managing rival logics. Also, it addresses the gap related to the type (mainly qualitative) and geographical concentration of SE research.
