This study aims to determine the implementation of management control systems and internal controls on the performance of medical service employees at health centers in Jambi city. The data used in this study is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to puskesmas employees who work at Jambi city health centers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 10 accredited health centers. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The first study results indicate that the management control system on the performance of medical service employees at the Jambi City Health Center has been implemented effectively. Second, internal control on the performance of medical service employees at the Jambi City Health Center has been implemented effectively. Third, the performance of employees at the Jambi City Health Center has been effective. Fourth, implementing the management control system and internal control on the performance of medical service employees at the Jambi City Health Center has been carried out effectively and efficiently.

Multisolution phenomenon is an important issue in P3P problem since, for many real applications, the question of how many solutions could possibly exist for a given P3P problem must at first be addressed before any real implementation. In this work we show that, given 3 control points, if the camera’s optical center is close to one of the 3 toroids generated by rotating the circumcircle of the control point triangle around each one of its 3 sides, there is always an additional solution with its corresponding optical center lying in a small neighborhood of one of the control points, in addition to the original solution. In other words, there always exist at least two solutions for the P3P problem in such cases. Since, for all such additional solutions, their corresponding optical centers must lie in a small neighborhood of control points, the 3 control points constitute the singular points of the P3P solutions. The above result could act as some theoretical guide for P3P practitioners besides its academic value.

In the disaster areas of much-needed supplies to the shortest possible time delivery to the disaster area, improve the distribution efficiency, reduce the losses caused by disasters, but also ensure the material distribution in an orderly manner, avoid the invalid distribution.

A dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator was employed to reduce the passage vortex generated in a turbine cascade. This study focused on the burst mode drive of a plasma actuator and examined the relationship between flow field changes and the burst ratio and frequency. The non-dimensionalized burst frequency was fixed at F+ = 1.26, and the burst ratio was varied from 0.01 (1% operation) to 1 (100% operation, continuous mode). Generally, an increase in the burst ratio weakens the passage vortex, and the center of the passage vortex moves more toward the upper endwall surface and blade suction surface side. However, the velocity distribution, secondary flow streamlines, turbulence intensity distribution, and vorticity distribution did not change proportionally with changes in the burst ratio. Furthermore, the burst ratio was fixed at BR = 0.5, and the non-dimensional burst frequency varied from F+ = 0.013 to 62.9. Low burst frequencies led to a decrease in the peak velocity of the passage vortex, vorticity at the passage vortex center, and negative peak vorticity; however, an increase in the distance of the center of the passage vortex from the upper endwall surface and the turbulence intensity at the vortex center was observed. In contrast, high burst frequencies resulted in a decrease in the position of the vortex center and the turbulence intensity of the passage vortex center, while the peak velocity of the passage vortex, vorticity at the vortex center, and negative peak vorticity increased. The non-dimensionalized burst frequency around F+ = 1 is appropriate because both effects are balanced.

Cold chain transportation refers to a logistics method that transports fresh, perishable, and perishable items from the place of production, processing or warehouse to the place of consumption under certain temperature conditions. As consumers have higher and higher requirements for food safety and quality, the cold chain logistics industry has also developed rapidly. However, the high cost of cold chain logistics, the difficulty of technology, the difficulty of ensuring service quality and other problems have also arisen, and how to optimize cold chain transportation has become a hot issue in the cold chain logistics industry. Cold chain transportation optimization refers to the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of goods, through reasonable transportation paths, transportation methods, temperature control and other measures, to minimize the cost of cold chain transportation, improve efficiency and service quality. In order to achieve the optimization of cold chain transportation, it is necessary to establish a reliable cold chain logistics distribution center to ensure the safety and quality of goods during transportation. In order to solve the problem of location selection of cold chain logistics distribution center, this paper first defines the service reliability and calculation method of cold chain distribution center. Then, the location model of the cold chain logistics distribution center and the trust domain optimization algorithm model were established. The model aims to minimize the total cost, while considering multiple factors such as transportation distance, temperature control, facility construction, etc., to ensure the reliability and operational efficiency of the cold chain logistics distribution center. Finally, this paper introduces an example for calculation to prove the feasibility and universality of the model in the location problem of cold chain logistics distribution center. Through the calculation of examples, it can be seen that the model can effectively reduce the cost of cold chain transportation and improve the service quality and efficiency of cold chain logistics distribution center. In summary, this paper proposes a reliable location model and trust domain optimization algorithm model for cold chain logistics distribution centers to solve the challenges faced by the cold chain logistics industry. This model can provide guidance for cold chain logistics companies to gain a greater advantage in a highly competitive market.

Key populations such as PSP (Female Sex Workers) are one of the factors that have the potential to influence the number of HIV-positive cases. The prevalence of HIV cases in Indonesia in the PSP group is 2.1%. This study aimed to examine the spatial distribution of HIV cases in PSP (Women Sex Workers) in Palembang City. This type of research is descriptive with an ecological study design. The population groups studied were 41 Public Health Center, 14 hospitals, and other HIV services such as Class I Rutan and Class IIA Women's Prisons in 18 sub-districts in Palembang City. The study used secondary data from the KT, and TIPK HIV Reports from the City Health Office, while spatial data were obtained from government websites and Google Maps. The results showed that the distribution area of ​​the PSP key population was at most 23 Ilir, Merdeka health center and Campus health center, and in the working area of ​​hospitals, detention centers, and women's prisons, there was no distribution of PSP key populations. Then, the distribution of HIV-positive cases in the PSP key population found no distribution of HIV confirmed cases in the working area of ​​the public health center or the working area of ​​hospitals, detention centers, and women's prisons. The need for further attention to policymakers on the unequal distribution of VCT services and socialization from health workers is also needed to increase awareness of PSP key populations regarding the importance of conducting VCT to prevent and control HIV cases in key populations to suppress HIV cases in Palembang City.

Based on the negative correlation between warehousing costs and distribution costs, this paper introduces urban development coefficient and identifies the cost-effective distance of transport (CEDT) for urban distribution centers using quantitative calculation method and qualitative analysis including center of gravity model. In addition, with land availability and urban traffic control measures as related constraints, this paper identifies the locations of urban distribution centers and conducts an empirical analysis using Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province as an example.

Purpose Relief item distribution to victims is a key activity during disaster response. Currently many humanitarian organizations follow simple guidelines based on experience to assess need and distribute relief supplies. However, the interviews with practitioners suggest a problem in efficiency in relief distribution efforts. The purpose of this paper is to develop a model and solution methodology that can estimate relief center (RC) performance, measured by waiting time for victims and throughput, for any RC design and analyze the impact of key design decisions on these performance measures. Design/methodology/approach Interviews with practitioners and current practice guidelines are used to understand relief distribution and a queuing network model is used to represent the relief distribution. Finally, the model is applied to data from the 2015 Nepal earthquake. Findings The findings identify that dissipating congestion created by crowds, varying item assignment decisions to points of distribution, limiting the physical RC capacity to control congestion and using triage queue to balance distribution times, are effective strategies that can improve RC performance. Research limitations/implications This research bases the RC designs on Federal Emergency Management Agency guidelines and assumes a certain area and volunteer availability. Originality/value This paper contributes to humanitarian logistics by discussing useful insights that can impact how relief agencies set up and operate RCs. It also contributes to the queuing literature by deriving analytic solutions for the steady state probabilities of finite capacity, state dependent queues with blocking.

Анотація:
2nd order implicit format is implemented in the Navier-Stokes code to deal with instantaneous item unsteady flows. Three simulations are made to testify the method on flow control. First, the external flow fields of synthetic jets are simulated, the mean velocity on the center line, the jet width and velocity distribution are compared well with experimental results. Secondly, the flow fields of synthetic jet in a crossflow are simulated, orifice slot, the mean velocity on the center line and velocity distribution are compared well with experimental results. Finally, the flow control experiments on separation of airfoil are simulated, control methods include steady suction and synthetic jets. Both methods show their ability to favorably effect the flow separation, shortening the length of separation bubble and improving the pressure levels in separation areas in different degrees.

The Radiation Safety Information Computational Center (RSICC), founded in 1962 at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), is a specialized information analysis center under the auspices of the Office of Science and Technical Information within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). RSICC is the sole organization responsible for the distribution of the MCNP® Monte Carlo code that is a reference tool for testing and evaluating nuclear data libraries. MCNP® is one of the primary tools utilized by the Validation of Nuclear Data Libraries (VaNDal) subgroup under the Working Party on Evaluation and Cooperation (WPEC) of the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Since 2010, RSICC has distributed over 23,000 copies of the MCNP® code to our Worldwide customer base. Over the past decade, RSICC has distributed over 1,000 copies of MCNP® annually to our customers located in the U.S. and abroad. Approximately 50% of the MNCP® software packages distributed have been provided to U.S. universities and sponsored organizations whereas over 27% of the packages have been provided to foreign organizations and over 22% to domestic organizations that are not supported by RSICC’s sponsors. While there is high demand for the code, the distribution of the code is restricted to only approved countries because the code is regulated by the U.S. DOE. This paper provides a general overview of RSICC’s activities, services, and systems; provides information regarding Federal export control regulations for codes such as MCNP®†; and provides recommendations for the control and use of RSICC.

Abstract This experiment was conducted to evaluate three insecticide treatments for controlling beet armyworm larvae. ‘Greenback YR’ variety cabbage was seeded on 24 Sep into single-row beds with 40 inch centers at the Texas Agricultural Research and Extension Center, Weslaco, TX. Soil type was a Willacy fine sandy loam. Plots measured 30 ft by two beds, and were arranged in a randomized complete block design. Plots were inoculated 21 Nov with 48 h old beet armyworm egg masses obtained from a laboratory reared culture. Five plants were selected from the center of each plot and inoculated by attaching three egg masses/plant to a leaf with a paper clip. Five additional plants, located adjacent to the Ave that were inoculated with eggs, were infested with two-week old beet armyworm larvae that had been reared on artificial diet. Each plot received 50 larvae. Treatments were applied on 5 Dec through a C02 powered, ground sprayer at a rate of 5 gal/acre finished formulation. Efficacy was evaluated on 8 and 12 Dec by recording all beet armyworm, cabbage looper, and diamondback moth larvae on the ten plants that had been previously infested with beet armyworm larvae. Since we violated the assumption of normal distribution by infesting only five plants, we utilized the RANKS procedure to weight each plot within a replication according to the number of beet armyworm larvae present.

The goal of this work was to help in the control of particle deposition in manufacturing cleanrooms by the application of statistical quality control methods, specifically for the Class 1 cleanroom at the Semiconductor Research and Development Center at IBM East Fishkill. Each week a set of silicon wafers was inspected and the number of particles present were recorded ("precount"). The wafers were then put in various locations throughout the cleanroom. The wafers were left exposed to cleanroom air for one week, and then the number of particles were determined again. The quality control approach was the "Six Sigma" system developed originally by Motorola, Inc. In another paper, we described how these measurements were put into a Six Sigma framework: upper specification limit, target level, and estimates of the standard deviations.1 Here, we present results from 30 weeks of measurements and discuss the choice of assumed measurement distribution function (for example, the normal versus the lognormal distribution). Some locations had lognormal count frequency distributions. Others had count distributions with normal distribution components or with unclassified distribution components. Values of skewness and kurtosis were almost all greater than what would be expected from a normal distribution. In particular, this means that larger percentages were outside the limits μ±κs than would be true for a normal distribution, so that predictions of percentages of nonconforming instances would be erroneously low if the normal distribution were assumed.

As the basis of power distribution network automation, the feeder automation plays an important role in the distribution network. The traditional feeder automation system has a long fault isolation time, the frequent switching and outgoing and then overlap power filter troubleshooting repeatedly. 10 kv feeder automation system in the thesis is controlled by the upper PC computer system and the lower machine system, and the lower machine system's intelligent controller collects the operation information of the voltage and current of the line being monitored in real time with AC-sampling technology, and through the GPRS wireless communication network will field data is passed to the remote control center. When the short circuit faults occur, the controller will immediately disconnect the switch, and the incorrect information will be sent to the remote control center, the remote control center to collect incorrect information from all the controllers, then provide the fault judgment and control strategy through relevant logic. Practices have proved that the system could improve the level and reliability of power distribution network effectively.

Objectives: Suicide by self-poisoning is a serious public health problem that accounts for global morbidities and mortalities. This work aims to study the incidence, trend, and determinants of suicide by self-poisoning in two Egyptian provinces. Methods: The current study is a bi-designed two-phases observational study carried out in two Egyptian poison control centers including Menoufia Poison Control Center (MPCC) and Tanta Poison Control Center (TPCC). A total of 7,802 patients were enrolled. The first phase of the current study was conducted retrospectively to show the trend of suicide attempts over 2016, 2017, and 2018 when the cases diagnosed as suicide by self-poisoning were extracted from medical record. The second part was conducted prospectively (January 2019-Januaray 2020) among cases of suicide by self-poisoning and accidental poisoning. Results: The current study revealed that incidence of poisoning exposure no matter what its type represented 34.99/100,000 (CI95%: 33.84–36.20) distributed as 28.18/100,000 (CI95%: 27.14–29.26) for suicide by self-poisoning and 6.82/100,000 (6.32–7.36) for accidental poisoning. The suicide by self-poisoning death rate represented 2.08/100,000 (1.90–2.49). The suicide by self-poisoning was significantly associated with young age <25years, low socioeconomic status, being a student or not working. Conclusion: Suicide by self-poisoning shows a continuous increase across time raising a serious concern. Collaborative Efforts are required by to conduct health education and enforce legislation to overcome this serious condition. Keywords: Aluminum phosphide; Egypt; pesticides; self-poisoning; suicide

The spatial distribution of receptors and the specific recruitment of receptor subunits to the cell membrane is crucial for the regulation of signaling and cell behavior. However, it is challenging to define what regulates such spatial patterns for receptor localization, as cell shapes are extremely diverse when cells are maintained in standard culture conditions. Bone morphogenetic protein receptors (BMPRs) are serine-threonine kinases, which build heteromeric complexes of BMPRI and II. These are especially interesting targets for receptor distribution studies, since the signaling pathways triggered by BMPR-complexes depends on their dimerization mode. They might exist as preformed complexes, or assemble upon binding of BMP, triggering cell signaling which leads to differentiation or migration. In this work we analyzed BMPR receptor distributions in single cells grown on micropatterns, which allow not only to control cell shape, but also the distribution of intracellular organelles and protein assemblies. We developed a script called ComRed (Center Of Mass Receptor Distribution), which uses center of mass calculations to analyze the shift and spread of receptor distributions according to the different cell shapes. ComRed was tested by simulating changes in experimental data showing that shift and spread of distributions can be reliably detected. Our ComRed-based analysis of BMPR-complexes indicates that receptor distribution depends on cell polarization. The absence of a coordinated internalization after addition of BMP suggests that a rapid and continual recycling of BMPRs might occur. Receptor complexes formation and localization in cells induced by BMP might yield insights into the local regulation of different signaling pathways.

Background: The biomechanical outcomes of intra-articular calcaneal fracture treatment have not been fully explored. The purpose of this study was to analyze pedobarographic assessments of balance and body weight distribution over the lower limbs in patients following calcaneal fracture treatment with the Ilizarov method and to compare the results with those of a control group. Materials and Methods: The data for our retrospective study came from cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated with the Polish modification of the Ilizarov method in the period between 2021 and 2022. The experimental group (21 patients; 7 women, 14 men) included Sanders classification calcaneal fractures type 2 (n = 3), type 3 (n = 5), and type 4 (n = 13). The control group comprised 21 sex-matched healthy volunteers, with no significant differences from the experimental group in terms of age or BMI. The examination included an assessment of balance and weight distribution over the lower limbs. The device used was a FreeMED MAXI pedobarographic platform (SensorMedica). Results: The mean displacement of the center of gravity in the experimental group was significantly higher at 1307.31 mm than in the control group (896.34 mm; p = 0.038). The mean area of the center of gravity was not significantly different between the groups. An analysis of weight distribution over the operated and uninjured limb in the experimental group and the non-dominant and dominant limb, respectively, in the control group revealed no significant differences. We observed no significant differences in the percentage of weight distribution over the lower limbs between the operated limb in the experimental group and the non-dominant limb in the control group, or between the uninjured limb in the experimental group and the dominant limb in the control group. Conclusions: The use of the Ilizarov method in calcaneal fracture treatment helps normalize the percentage weight distribution in the lower limbs, with the results comparable with those obtained in the healthy control group. The mean displacement of the center of gravity was worse in the experimental group than in controls; whereas the mean area of the center of gravity was comparable between the two groups. Treatment of calcaneal fractures with the Ilizarov method does not help achieve completely normal static parameters of lower-limb biomechanics. Patients treated for calcaneal fractures with the Ilizarov method require longer and more intense rehabilitation and follow-up.

Different from the previous articles on multi-echelon cold chain system, in addition to traditional transportation/distribution, warehousing and inventory control, DC value-added services, such as joint order processing, product processing and customizing, picking and assorting, joint distribution, etc. are employed to improve the performance of the cold chain system. Case study and sensitivity analysis demonstrate that (1) DC revenue is mainly from processing and customizing service for all kinds of products; (2) Of the value added services, picking and assorting cost has a significant effect on the total profit. These conclusions present good theoretical and managerial insights.

The supply chain consists of a distribution center DC) and single retail-vendor (RV). Arrival of demands to a retailer node is assumed to be Poisson and lead times are exponentially distributed at retailer node and Distribution center with parameters µ0 and µ1 respectively. The items are supplied to the retailer in packs of fixed size. The system is formulated as a Markov Decision Process (MDP). A stationary cost structure is imposed and an optimal stationary policy is obtained by using Linear Programming technique. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the problem.

By conducting an in-depth investigation and analysis of the health human resource framework within the Urumqi Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this study aims to offer valuable insights for the objective assessment and future enhancement of its talent development endeavors. A questionnaire survey was administered, followed by a descriptive analysis, involving the healthcare professionals affiliated with the Urumqi Center for CDC. The Urumqi Center for CDC exhibited a lower compilation number than its on-duty personnel count. When compared to county (district) level, the municipal level CDC displayed a higher educational attainment, a more favorable title distribution, and a younger workforce demographic. The human resource count in both Urumqi’s city and county (district) level CDCs has decreased, but the relative numbers have improved, indicating enhanced quality and a younger workforce. The municipal-level CDC boasts a superior human resource structure compared to the county (district) level, with better fairness in population distribution by area than geography. Allocation equity within the central urban area is higher than in distant urban areas, highlighting regional disparities as a significant factor.

So the low-voltage distribution network integrated parameter measurement and control has been widely used. This paper introduces a design method of combining two sets of reactive power compensator and distribution network measuring and controlling device into one part. The distribution network measurement and control, power factor correction and reactive power compensation are realized. In a word, the system has simple structure, high precision, and strong anti-interference ability, among other advantages, with great market potential.

Poisoning is an important clinical emergency and represents a major contributor to morbidity and mortality worldwide. However, early diagnosis and management of poisoning significantly affect mortality and morbidity as well as health care costs. Understanding the characteristic of poisoning cases is important for treatment. The present study investigated the characteristic of poisoning cases in Baghdad Poisoning Control Center (PCC). Data on all poisoning cases reported in Baghdad PCC during 2014 were retrospectively obtained from the medical records. A total of 804 reports of poisoning caseswere analyzed according to geographical distribution, age of victims, gender, the type and class of poisoning agent, and the follow up after poisoning. The results of this study showed thenecessity to continue collecting data of patients admitted to emergency departments and poisoning control centers andaddress the main obstacles facing the management of poisoning cases and decrease morbidity and mortality.

An improved TS algorithm is put forward on the condition that reactive power compensation location and capacity have been identified in rural distribution lines. The Algorithm is based on capacitor optimal on-off model aimed at a minimum network loss, it can control the capacitor on-off according to the load changing and the system operation status and keep real-time voltage qualified and network loss minimum. A distributed control system is designed by using the algorithm to realize reactive power optimization, which is composed of reactive power optimal terminals and background control center. The terminal is in charge of data collection and transmission, on-off instruction receiving and executing. The control center in in charge of receiving data from every compensation point, calling control algorithm to process data, forming and sending instructions. GPRS technology is adopted to realize the system’s foreground-background communication. The actual application in some experimental networks has proved that the system can realize global optimal control for distribution lines, and is suitable to be widely used in rural distribution network.

A data center energy-saving system and method based on virtual IT technology resource distribution technology is proposed in this paper. Through monitoring virtual environment resources in data center, the limited IT resources can be dynamically migrated and the auxiliary equipment resources such as air conditioner can be rationally managed. Then the resources can be reasonably and efficiently allocated by monitoring the virtual environment. With a closed-loop feedback control mechanism, it effectively improves the utilization of data center resources, and ultimately achieves the operation and maintenance for data center of green energy-saving target. This method was implemented in a true data center for cloud computing. Test results show that the total energy consumption of this system can be reduced by 13%, and the power usage effectiveness drops to 1.5.

Emergencies cause uncertainty in supply chain environment and risks of disruption. Mitigating such risks in emergency supply chain relies on efficient relief material distribution, and in the distribution logistics system, emergency facility location interacts with material allocation clearly. This paper aims to provide a collaborative optimization for the location allocation of temporary emergency distribution centers, with objectives of minimizing rescue time and maximizing demand satisfaction rate. A location allocation model of emergency logistics is formulated by considering uncertain demand and supply information at the response stage of disaster relief. The model is solved by a plant growth simulation algorithm. At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm in practical application are verified by evaluating a case of COVID-19 prevention and control in Handan city. This paper provides references for decision makers to accomplish the location allocation of emergency facilities and material distribution when dealing with actual situations.

Show the prospects for the development of local electric networks with distributed generation. Recent changes in the electric power industry are forcing the revision of the requirements for both infrastructure and power facilities. Show that the connection of distributed generators and consumers of electrical energy to the network is fraught with certain difficulties. Solving the problem of high-quality and uninterrupted power supply to consumers requires a new approach associated with the use of modern Smart Grid technologies, equally related to energy and information technology. It is noted that for the implementation of such a large-scale task, the "road map" "Energynet" of the National Technology Initiative was developed, among the main directions of which are the digitalization of the infrastructure of distribution networks and the deep decentralization of electricity production. Consider, in accordance with the identified areas, the segments of the smart energy market, which include: reliable and flexible distribution grids, smart distributed energy and consumer services. Propose a solution to the problem using the example of a local low voltage microgrid with distributed generation. METHODS. The solution to the problem is proposed on the basis of creating a simulation model, with the help of which it is possible to perform a number of tests and obtain the optimal network mode within a given error area. implement various options for the structure of the microgrid, the number and type of generators, the load level. The structural diagram of the local network is proposed. RESULTS. The article describes the process of managing power flows between producers (local distributed sources) and consumers of electricity. This process is carried out through a single control center, which receives information about the state of the micro-grid objects - the level of electricity generation by generators and the level of the current load of consumers. Based on the results of information processing in the control center, a decision is made on the redistribution of power between objects. A scheme describing the dynamic process of power transfer for efficient resource management in the power distribution network is proposed. CONCLUSION. The considered power management algorithm is a simple implementation of classical load balancing, and at the same time allows for optimal energy distribution within a given error. Optimal, in this case, will be the state of the system, in which all distributed renewable energy sources are used in full to meet the needs of the local micro-network, while reducing to a minimum the consumption from the network. At the same time, it is also necessary to introduce corrections for the unevenness and instability of electricity generation by renewable energy sources.

In normal lymph nodes, BCL-2 protein was most abundant in the small lymphocytes of primary lymphoid follicles and the mantle zones of secondary follicles, virtually absent within germinal centers, and of variable abundance in many interfollicular cells. In contrast, the distribution of BCL-2 mRNA was roughly reciprocal to that of the protein with intense hybridization signal in germinal centers and almost none in mantle zones. Discordant BCL-2 RNA and protein levels were also observed in tonsillar epithelial cells and cortical thymocytes. Concordant and abundant expression of BCL-2 mRNA and protein was detected in biopsy tissues and cell lines from t(14;18)-carrying lymphomas. The contrasting distributions of BCL- 2 protein and RNA in normal lymphoid tissues suggest that translational and posttranslational control mechanisms play a significant role in regulating BCL-2 protein levels in germinal center cells, epithelial cells, and cortical thymocytes. AbstractThe location of wagon gravity center for a loaded wagon is underestimated in a vehicle–track coupled system. The asymmetric wheel load distribution due to loading offset significantly affects the wheel-rail contact state and seriously deteriorates the curving performance in conjunction with the height of gravity center and cant deficiency. Optimizing the location of gravity center and cruising velocity, therefore, is of interest to prevent the derailment and promote the transport capacity of railway wagons. This study aims to reveal the three-dimensional influencing mechanism of mass distribution on vehicle curving performance under different velocities. The wheel unloading ratio is regarded as the evaluation index. A simplified quasi-static model is established considering essential assumptions to highlight the influence of lateral and vertical offset on curving performance. For a more accurate description, the MBS models with various locations of wagon gravity center are built and then negotiate curves in different simulation cases. The simulation results reveal that the distribution of wheel unloading ratio determined by loading offset is like contour lines of ‘basin’. Based on the conclusions of quasi-static analysis and dynamics simulations, the regression equation is proposed and the fitting parameters are calculated for each simulation case. This paper demonstrates the necessity of optimizing the location of wagon gravity center according to the running condition and offers a novel strategy to load and transport the cargo by railway wagons.

Medium voltage grids are subject to a change in load situation due to the installation of decentralized generation plants. Predominantly load symmetry, active and reactive power as well as the required capacity of earth fault compensation is affected. Inverter-based plants as well as consumers using switching power supplies or phase control cause distortions of frequency. Simultaneously electrical energy storage is gaining importance within rural distribution networks to compensate fluctuating generation plants. A hybrid compensation system includes a transformer, a multi-phase inverter, diverse storage systems and a communication-capable control unit, which may be connected to the control center of the distribution system operator (DSO). It is object to current research activities to design and evaluate the functions of the superordinate control unit, which has to parametrize individual components, coordinate the energy flows between them and to embed several measuring instruments. Within the present work, basic considerations for design of system control are outlined.

Анотація:
The goal of this paper is to present a new method to control pushing operations with several fingers. We take into account some dynamical aspects that have not yet been investigated in pushing studies such as the object's center of mass acceleration correction and optimal force distribution. To do this, we use a general method for multi-chain mechanisms based on a dynamical control with finger coordination. We first detail the problems encountered in this type of manipulation and the way to take these points into account with specific constraints definition for the support contact. According to the parameters of the model such as optimization criterion and object characteristics, we present simulation results of object pushing with two fingers for a rotational and translational motion.

In recent years, global warming and environmental problems have become more serious due to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Harvesting solar energy for production and logistic activities in supply chains, including factories and distribution centers, has been promoted as an effective means to reduce GHG emissions. However, it is difficult to balance the supply and demand of solar energy, owing to its intermittent nature, i.e., the output depends on the daylight and season. Moreover, the use of large-capacity solar power generation systems and batteries incurs higher installation costs. In order to maintain low costs, demand-to-supply management of solar energy, based on appropriate seasonal analysis of power generation and consumption and the capacity planning for power generation and the storage battery, is necessary. In this study, the on-demand cumulative control method is applied to actual power consumption data and solar power generation data estimated at a distribution center. Moreover, the monthly, seasonal, and temporal characteristics of power generation and consumption at the distribution center are analyzed. Additionally, the total amount of power purchased is investigated for solar energy demand-to-supply management.

A prospective study was performed in distribution center environments in order to determine which physical exposure measures related to a reduction in low back function. Workers in 50 distribution jobs employed in 21 distribution centers were monitored over at least a 6 month period for changes in spine function. Job exposures were monitored with a sonic-based exposure tracking system (laboratory in a backpack) that captured 197 physical exposure metrics per lift. Based upon the database containing over 60,000 lifts, a multivariate model was developed capable of predicting jobs characteristics associated with a decrement in spine function over time. The sensitivity and specificity of the model were 85% and 87.5%, respectively. These results provide valuable information for the control of risk in these environments and offer valuable insight regarding the biomechanical functioning of the spine.

The problem that often occurs in management management is the lack of control in logistics management. The logistics distribution management control policy will have an effect on increasing the performance of the company in distributing demand from producers to customers and managing product inventory in distribution centers. In terms of management performance, PT. Surya Pamenang in fulfilling the needs has been optimal. However, in supporting the performance of supply chain management which is inseparable from the influence of distribution center location on distribution distance, smooth transportation in distribution to consumers and the availability of products at the distribution center to meet the demands of each consumer, it needs to be re-evaluated. With this research it is hoped that it can help in overcoming the problems faced by PT. Surya Pamenang. This study concludes that companies can be more efficient and effective in minimizing the risks that may occur for the company. The performance of logistics management supports positive improvements for the companyPermasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pengelolaan manejemen dalam hal ini kurangnya pengendalian dalam manajemen logistik. Kebijakan pengendalian manajemen distribusi logistik akan berpengaruh dengan terhadap meningkat performa kinerja perusahaan dalam mendistribusikan permintaan dari produsen kekonsumen pelanggan dan mengatur persediaan produk di pusat distribusi. Dilihat dari segi kinerja menejemen PT. Surya Pamenang dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sudah optimal. Akan tetapi dalam mendukung kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan yang tidak terlepas dari pengaruh lokasi pusat distribusi terhadap jarak Pendistribusian, kelancaran transportasi dalam pendistribusian ke konsumen serta ketersediaan produk di pusat distribusi untuk memenuhi permintaan dari setiap konsumen perlu dievaluasi kembali. Dengan adanya penilitian ini diharpakan dapat membatu dalam mengatasi permasalahan – permasalahan yang di hadapi PT. Surya Pamenang. Penelitian ini menyimpulakan bahwa perusahan dapat lebih efisien dan efektif dalam meminimalisir dari resiko yang dapat terjadi bagi perusahaan. Kinerja dari manajemen logistik mendukung peningkatan yang positif bagi perusahaan.

Management accounting systems need to be implemented in a company to provide a basis for making business decisions so that management can be better prepared to manage and carry out the control functions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of management accounting systems on quality management processes at PT. Telkomsel Distribution Center. The type of this study is quantitative research. The location of this study is Telkomsel Distribution Center Manado which is in form of survey with distributing questionnaires that had been prepared previously to conduct research. The population and sample are all employees at the Telkomsel Distribution Center Manado with 40 respondents. Retrieval of data using saturated samples. Data analysis using simple regression with hypothesis testing. The results of the study are on relationship model between management accounting systems and process quality management. There is a positive and significant relationship of management accounting systems to the management of process quality. The suggestion is that in an effort to improve management of process quality, management should improve management accounting systems of the company. The higher management accounting system the better it improve process quality management of Manado Telkomsel Distribution Center.

A single-subject experimental design was used to evaluate the effects of center of gravity biofeedback on retraining balance control in a 72-yr.-old male hemiparetic patient. For both assessment and training the subject stood on dual force-plates enclosed on three sides by a visual surround. A 4-wk. training period consisted of subject-initiated shifts in body weight to control movement of a real-time computer display of the subject's center of gravity. A Sensory Organization Test and evaluation of weight distribution indicated that biofeedback retraining positively affected balance control during dynamic conditions and when the ground support moved forward.

The outbreak of multiple disaster sites during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has presented challenges due to varying access time intensity, population density, and medical resources at each site. To address these issues, this study focuses on 13 districts and counties in Wuhan, China. The importance of each research area is analyzed using the improved PageRank and TOPSIS algorithms to determine the optimal site selection plan. Additionally, a particle swarm algorithm is used to construct an emergency material dispatching model that targets both distribution and site selection costs to solve the multi-distribution center dispatching problem. The results suggest that constructing 10 distribution centers can satisfy the demand for epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan city while saving costs associated with site selection and material distribution. Compared to the previous optimal solution, the distribution and site selection costs under the optimal solution decreased by 27.9% and 17.82%, respectively. This approach can serve as a basis for dispatching emergency materials during public health emergencies.

Aircraft Electrical Load Management Center, an important part of the aircraft power supply system, solves the automatic management of aircraft load via a multi-channel transmission bus and a solid-state power controller. Using micro-computer technology, instead of manual operation, for automatic control and management of the load has improved the existing method of distribution and load management, which has enhanced performance of aircraft and its maintenance of power system. This paper studies the overall structure and composition principle of ELMC and details ELMC’s functions of each component modules and the implementation of hardware and software. System test results show that the automatic load management techniques greatly improve the aircraft power system reliability and maintainability.

Rapid urbanization has triggered large changes to both the urban landscape and the yield and degree of confluence of runoff. The annual runoff volume control rate (ARVCR) is the key target identified in sponge city overall planning and is based on local natural and social conditions. However, the large impact that landscape patterns have on the runoff process causes the capacity to implement the targets to differ between those patterns. Refinement of ARVCR targets based on landscape pattern indices is therefore needed. This study identified statistical relationships between landscape indices and runoff control targets in the delta pilot region of the Beijing urban sub-center and extended the statistical model to the Beijing urban sub-center, an area almost 20 times larger than the pilot region. Landscape factors were quantified based on their area, shape, and distribution. In the delta pilot region, the runoff control volume for each block was obtained from a simulation using the SWMM model, and the correlation between landscape indices and runoff control volume capacity in different functional land-use blocks was identified by multiple linear stepwise regression. Because the distributions of landscape indices were similar in the pilot delta area and the Beijing urban sub-center, the model could be extended to the much larger study area. The statistical model provided a runoff control scheme that produced a refined assignment of the total annual runoff control target and provided guidance that could be implemented in land-use planning.

Анотація:
This paper studies a plankton–fish model with distributed delay in the context of marine plankton interaction together with predation by planktotrophic fish. The delay indicates that the growth of the zooplankton depends on the past density of phytoplankton. The positive equilibrium point and its local stability are investigated. Using the average time delay as bifurcation parameter, we obtain the conditions of the existence of Hopf bifurcation. Based on the normal form and center manifold theorem, stability, direction, and other properties of bifurcating periodic solutions are derived. Moreover, a state feedback control method, which can be implemented by adjusting the harvesting for zooplankton population, is proposed to drive the plankton–fish system to a steady state. Numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness of results and the related biological implications are discussed.
