Анотація:
The present study examines the results of an empir-ical research of gender differences in parameters of emotional intelligence of a person entering adoles-cence. The analysis of theoretical and empirical studies on this topic in the works of foreign and Russian scientists is given. There is described the essence of “emotional intelligence” as a set of char-acteristics that provide emotional regulation of ac-tivity. The data of foreign and Russian researchers determining the features of development of an emo-tional sphere of adolescents and the possibility of relief and prevention of negative personal experi-ences in adolescence are presented. It is established that specific manifestations of emotional intelli-gence of a person in adolescence are expressed in the following: low level of self-motivation, presence of trends in development of empathy, weak ability to understand your own emotions and emotions of others, desire to manage the emotions of people around. Gender differences in parameters of emo-tional intelligence of adolescents are determined. It is more typical for boys to understand and regulate their own emotions, while girls tend to understand and regulate emotions of others.

Анотація:
Creativity is defined as a general ability that combines general intelligence, personality traits, and the ability to think productively. The creativity of psychology students is a mandatory characteristic of a holis- tic personality because of the appropriate psychological and pedagogical conditions and the high level of formation of his professional and personal qualities. The purpose of the article is to systematise the process of increasing the creativity of psychology students with the help of mechanisms and elements of the func- tional model of IDEF0 in the context of the philosophy of education. It allows us to improve the process of developing students’ creativity by using the modern management model IDEF0, which is unique and in- teresting. For the specification of the methodology for increasing creativity among psychology students, it has been chosen the methodology of functional modelling and a graphical description of processes (IDEF0). The article considers the specifics of students of higher educational institutions and psychologists in particular. In the future, the IDEF0 model should be applied to other students in the context of the phi- losophy of education.

Introduction. There is an urgent need to establish a democratic environment of economic life of society in the conditions of formation of free enterprise and market economy in Ukraine. This gives grounds to interpret the essence of entrepreneurial competence of the individual not only as part of the formation of values of democratic life, improving the welfare of each person and the economic condition of the country and society as a whole, but also as a component of a culture of democracy in students. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to highlight the essence of the phenomenon of entrepreneurial compe-tence, the definition and characterization of the structure of this concept Results. Based on the theoretical analysis of the views of modern scientists, the content of entrepreneurial competence of high school students is considered in the unity of the following components: the value sphere of personality, its orientation, the ability of the individual to self-realization in socio-economic life. These components manifest themselves on the cognitive, emotional and activ-ity levels.This led to the separation in the structure of entrepreneurial competence of cognitive, emotional-value and activity-practical components.The cognitive compo-nent is characterized by awareness of the essence of the values of democracy and basic economic laws as the basis of entrepreneurial consciousness and self-awareness of students.The emotional and value compo-nent is determined by the democratic orientation of the behaviour of student youth in the socio-economic life of society. Activity-practical component is characterized by self-determination and self-realization of high school students in the socio-economic sphere of public life, the accumulation of personal experience as subjects of demo-cratic interaction. Originality. In the context of the culture of democracy, it is proposed to define entrepreneurial competence as a set of knowledge, skills, habits, values, attitudes and experience, which together will ensure the successful operation of high school students as subjects of democrat-ic interaction in the socio-economic sphere of public life.Students are preparing to become competitive profession-als in adult life, get acquainted with the basic economic laws and problems of society, choose a future profession, learn to work in a team, take an active part in community service, realize themselves as future taxpayers, get ac-quainted of consumer rights and learn to protect them in legitimate ways both individually and through civil society institutions. It is emphasized that entrepreneurial competence is characterized by students' awareness of the purpose and motives of their own activities in a market economy, mas-tering the ability to plan, act independently and carry out self-assessment of actions and deeds, the ability to gain experience in a democratic environment of socio-economic life. Here are defined the terminal, instrumental and oper-ational values on which the entrepreneurial competence of student youth in the conditions of a democratic society is based. Terminal value “welfare” as a goal of a democratic society is provided by the realization of such instrumental values as “private property”, “free enterprise”, “socially useful work” and implies the presence in the personal system of such operational values as ability to profes-sional self-determination, readiness to become a competi-tive specialist, ability to socially useful work.Mastering these values will help high school students realize their self-worth in a democratic society, will help to understand how a person should live, build one’s own destiny, to evaluate oneself and one’s own existence, what purpose to long for. The article deals with qualitative characteristics of en-trepreneurial competence of a high school student, based on the values of democracy, democratic behaviour and activity, ability to self-determination, self-realization in various spheres of life related to their own social status and well-being, as well as the development of society and the state as a whole. Conclusion. Elucidation of the essence of entrepre-neurial competence in the context of the culture of individ-ual democracy, definition and characterization of its com-ponent structure will promote the development of theoreti-cal and practical principles of specially organized educa-tional process that will ensure self-determination and self-realization of high school students as subjects of demo-cratic interaction in the socio-economic sphere of public life.

Анотація:
Within the article, the state of the international tourism on the eve of military events and their current impact on the international tourism is revealed. Historical aspects of the international tourism formation in Ukraine and a radical change in the positive situation after 2014 are highlighted. It is concluded that despite all circumstances, Ukraine was and remains attractive for foreign tourists. It is proved that the impact of military events in Ukraine on the domestic and global tourism industry is avery relevant area of research, which has both theoretical and practical significance.It is shown that in addition to the required restoration of the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the nation, tourism has serious economic functions related to the development of small businesses, job creation, and general activation of the economic environment of the territories, resulting in stability of tax revenues to the budget.It is noted that a very important point in modern conditions is social responsibility of representa-tives of the tourism industry and what role in the voluntary activity was and is played by representatives of the domestic tourism business, and what great importance was their personal contacts with interna-tional partners, which logistically covered international touristic flows.The factors that currently hinder the development of the inbound tourism under martial law are described, including as follows: military operations on the territory of Ukraine pose a real danger not only for tourists, but also for entire population of Ukraine, especially in the areas of active occupation and military operations; loss of a significant part of the tourist and recreational resource; damage to the infrastructure in the area of military operations;closure of airspace for Civil Aviation; destruction of communication routes on the territory of Ukraine, etc.It is concluded that the tourism industry business in Ukraine cannot only survive in extremely difficult conditions, but also be effective in terms of the ability to constantly implement the network structures based on flexible micro-integration of various enterprises (usually small) related to the tour-ism business and innovations in this area. It is noted that there is a need to find new organizational forms of such tourism, taking into account safety requirements. Emphasis is placed on the problems of forming anti-crisis business structures using diversified forms of the network micro-integration of small tourist businesses that can potentially serve international tourist flows.

Анотація:
The article discusses the matters of working with adolescents with deviant behavior at the current stage of educa- tional system development on the basis of assignment of subjective traits of the minors. Aspects of changing the position of the adolescent’s personality are viewed from the point of the following characteristics: independence, commitment, ability to self-reflecting, pursuance of self-development, creativity, internal locus of control. In respect to the highlighted characteristics, a perspective of personal positions is given using the possibilities of educational organization under different conditions, including the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic completely upended the camping industry, posing unique and significant challenges to youth summer engagement experiences, with many camps choosing not to operate in the summer of 2020. These canceled programs resulted in staff layoffs and loss of revenue. Some state requirements necessitated camp closures, while other camps closed due to uncertainty about the ability to provide a safe, healthy camp experience that retained the essence of summer camp. The small portion of camps that did open were forced to be cre-ative in how they offered programs. Some camps chose to run limited in-person programs, some offered family camps for family units, while others transitioned to virtual camp experiences. For these camps that did run in some capacity, several national organizations were able to gather data regarding operational challenges and benefits. Using document analysis, this project examined research findings from four national camp organizations. This cross-organizational analysis high-lights the experiences of camps offering in-person summer programs and services in implementing nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission in 2020. Camps used a variety of NPIs that involved both personal responsibility and community cooperation to create a camp experience that was socially distant and as sanitary as possible. This study also examines the experiences of camps offering virtual programs and services as a means to connect with individuals and support socialization needs of youth. These virtual programs varied widely, but all provided youth the opportunity to connect with like-minded campers and staff to have community building experiences despite isolation. In the context of many COVID-19 challenges, this study identifies positive benefits associated with operating camp in the summer of 2020. These unexpected positive impacts encompass health center operations, food service, programmatic changes, changes to the structure of camper units, and a shifting focus toward mental, emo-tional, and social health. Many of these positive outcomes are perceived by camp administrators as beneficial changes that will likely remain after the pandemic and continue to impact the camping industry for the foreseeable future.

L’objectif de cette thèse était de conceptualiser un modèle des compétences politiques adapté au contexte organisationnel français. A partir d’une réflexion interculturelle entre les modes de fonctionnement organisationnel français et américain, le Political Skill Inventory (PSI) développé par Ferris, Treadway, Kolodinsky, Hochwarter, Kacmar, Douglas & Frink (2005) a été étendu aux niveaux positionnel et idéologique de la théorie psychosociale de Doise (1982), à la dimension formelle des organisations (Mintzberg, 1983) et à l’analyse stratégique de Crozier et Friedberg (1977). Quatre études ont permis de développer une structure factorielle à quatre dimensions (accès à la connaissance formelle, influence interpersonnelle, intuition des relations stratégiques, propension à l’apprentissage) et de montrer la validité initiale de l’échelle de mesure: le French Political Skill Inventory (FPSI). Nous avons montré que la structure factorielle du FPSI n’est pas maintenue en contexte organisationnel américain. Le modèle antécédents dispositionnels/aptitudes personnelles de Ferris, Treadway, Perrewé, Brouer, Douglas & Lux (2007) a révélé une bonne adéquation à notre modèle. Suite au constat que les hommes ont déclaré des scores de FPSI significativement plus élevés que les femmes, nous avons montré que les différences sexuées observées sont dues à des variations de l’identité de genre et non au sexe biologique. En particulier, les profils androgynes ont rapporté des scores de FPSI significativement plus élevés que les profils féminins et indifférenciés
The aim of this thesis was to conceptualize a model of political skill adapted to the French organizational context. Based on an intercultural reflection between the modes of French and American organizational functioning, the Political Skill Inventory (PSI) developed by Ferris, Treadway, Kolodinsky, Hochwarter, Kacmar, Douglas, & Frink (2005) has been extended to positional and ideological levels from Doise’s psychosocial theory (1982), to the formal dimension of organizations (Mintzberg, 1983) and to the strategic analysis of Crozier and Friedberg (1977). Four studies have led to the development of a four-factor structure (access to formal knowledge, interpersonal influence, intuition of strategic relationships, propensity for learning) and gave evidence of the initial validity of the scale of measurement: the French Political Skill Inventory (FPSI). We have shown that the factor structure of the FPSI is not maintained in the American organizational context. The dispositional and personal ability antecedents of political skill from Ferris, Treadway, Perrewé, Brouer, Douglas & Lux (2007) revealed a good fit to our model. Following the finding that men reported significantly higher FPSI scores than women, we showed that the gender differences observed are due to variations in gender identity and not in biological sex. In particular, androgynous profiles reported significantly higher FPSI scores than female and undifferentiated profiles
