Respondenterna i vår forskning var Fjorton handläggare från Olika kommuner i Sverige som Arbetar med Socialt stöd Ansökningar Enligt socialtjänstlagen. Studien gjordes i form av en vinjett studie. Resultaten av studien visade Att administratörer Int tolkar Begreppet På ett Liknande Sätt och Att bedömningarna Gors på Olika Sätt. Storleken på hjälpinsatser varierade i de Olika kommunerna travar Att de betygsatt Samma mål "Bertil 78 år". Dessa Skillnader sommen Bero på motsättningar Mellan ambitioner administratörer och lagstiftningen och även på Grund av Att administratörer Måste Följa de Ekonomiska ramar I sitt arbete.

The history of sciences enables us to locate the obstacles to be overcome as well as the conditions to be fulfilled so that this concept can be constructed. Moreover, an analysis of school schoolbooks - fooused both on * their diagrams - reveals more potential obstacles to the learning of the concept of regulation. The study of regulation phenomena is based on the use of models and on the schematization of their involved mechanisms, which require the often neglected training of specific skills. Indeed, the conceptual framework of this research focused on the precision of terms such as capital increase, financial difficulty, covenant of difficulty, concept of enterprise in difficulty and in particular on the indication of theories namely signaling and the balance sheet optional reading. We wish to emphasize that this framework has had interest to « contextualize » and to delimit the research topic. And to improve the delimitation of the topic, an exploratory study was conducted and it has identified the indicators of difficulty and test the event study methodology on a case. Finally, to validate this research and to allow generalization of results, event study methodology was applied to a sample of 30 cases of companies in difficulty. The aim of study was to measure the creation or destruction of shareholder value observable at the launch of this type of operation to measure the reactions of former shareholders. Furthermore, to better understand the perception of investors in this type of operation, the research is oriented analyzes of lexical meaning and textual. In the end, the topic studied can be apprehended as a last resort financing for companies in difficulty

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this work is to analyse the difficulties of secondary school's pupils in relation with concepts of crystal and magmatism and to spot the obstacles to overtake in order that pupils progress. So that, the author bases his argument on an historic study of these concepts (crystal, basaltic magma, granitic magma) which allows to show the gap existing between science which makes itself and that which is exposed. Like others researches, it calls back the difficulties's researcher to define the problem which is posed as well as which differentiates his thesis from his predecessors. The analysis of met obstacles in the pupils shows that those differentiate with difficulties new knowledges from their preexisting conceptions. Author notes which course should be followed to develop the learners toward higher levels of formulations beyond the pointed difficulties. The last part of this work is reserved to a study of many books in order to see how they place themselves in relation to the noted obstacles

Повний текст джерелаThis doctoral research on the Written language takes place in the field of developmental psychology. It can be focused on two main concepts and two main steps: reading and writing skills assessment on one hand, remediation of difficulties on the other hand. The reading and writing appropriation concept developed by Besse is used to link assessment and remediation and the Written language in all its dimensions (cognitive, social and more personal aspects) is taken into account. Based upon the use of the DMA method, 159 children from 1st to 5th grade were first met individually and activities relating to reading, writing and oral skills were proposed to highlight their Written language skills and representations. We were able to monitor the progress and we could analyze the development of reading and writing skills throughout elementary school. Different profiles of reading and writing skills were also identified, especially to differentiate children having problems with Written language.In a second step, remediation workshops were set up for three months with 21 5th grade children. The purpose was writing articles for the school newspaper in order to support children to another thought and appropriation of the Written language. The results are encouraging : they show some influence of remediation on representations and behaviors about reading and writing

Повний текст джерелаAfter presenting the situation in Lebanon, the main didactic concepts and the different methodologies implemented, a first set of results compares the conceptions on sexuality and sex education (SE) of Lebanese and French teachers, using their responses to the questionnaire of the European project Biohead-Citizen. Lebanese teachers' conceptions differ very significantly from those of their French colleagues, showing some unity between them regardless of their religion, but correlated to a large degree of belief and religious practice: less favorable to abortion in any situation, less supportive of "safer sex" and against introducing of most of the themes of the SE. The political importance of confessions in Lebanon, including in the school system, led us to identify the positions of different religions on the SE: firstly from a bibliographical approach to their official positions, then from interviews with socioreligious leaders involved in the Lebanese educational system. This second set of results shows convergence on the framework and purpose of teaching human sexuality, and about the need and the way to control the Lebanese education system, but it also shows little nuances with strict Catholic positions in the refusal of some topics related to human sexuality as contraception, abortion and artificial insemination (Muslim positions on these topics are more flexible). These nuances extend to the SE: Islam considers the religious text as the reference for SE while Christianity establishes a detailed approach involving the parents. Finally, a third set of results is revealed by an analysis of the status of the current reality of the SE in Lebanese schools, using three approaches. In conclusion, our work can speculate on several filters, brakes and obstacles to the implementation of the SE in Lebanon. For some, this deficit is specific for verbal information, for others, it is more general. The assumption that we defend in this work suggests that the deficit is specific and general. We examine this hypothesis by studying working memory processes involved in complex memory span tasks and in reading activities by second and fifth grade children. According to this developmental approach, we could at the same time take into account children's linguistic treatments expertise and working memory tests adapted for young children. Interesting results relating to the working memory development and to the nature individual memory differences could released. We argue that the identity (1) can be explained. Hence the so-called “explanatory gap” (EG) (an epistemic gap) is also absent. Moreover, from our point of view, the difference between the ontological and epistemic levels is relative. The naturalism/physicalism is true, but if and only if it is what we call a “normative naturalism/physicalism”. We find this kind of naturalism/physicalism in the second philosophy of Wittgenstein (W). The language games are natural (physical) and at the same time spontaneous (normative). In particular, the normative physicalism allows resolving the Hard Problem - the problem of identity between a state of phenomenal consciousness and a physical state. Повний текст джерелаFor many years, studying the concept of damage in bankruptcy proceedings had little interest since it referred only to the collective damage suffered by the creditors in relation with the opening of the proceedings, such damage being the reference in a field which, by definition, favours the collective to the individual. The compensation of the collective damage used to fall, and continues to fall, within the competence of the court nominee (“mandataire judiciaire” in French) who is legally in charge of the defence of the creditors’ collective interest.The different evolutions of legislation and case law occurred within the latest years tend to question the assimilation to the simple collective damage. This evolution appears under several aspects. Thus we can note the increasing number of decisions acknowledging the principle of compensation for personal injury suffered by a creditor within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings, even if the merits of the legal action are not always admitted by the courts. At the same time, the Supreme Court increases the number of decisions limiting the court nominee’s monopoly, which once seemed absolute. Indeed, certain damages, previously collective, nowadays come within the individual initiative. At the same time, the introduction of certain reforms under French law has, consequently, scrambled the limits of the concept of collective damage, previously omnipresent, as, for example, the “EIRL” (Individual Enterprise with Limited Responsibility) and the system of the unseizability declaration, which question of the ability of the court nominee to act in the interest of a creditor’s group.The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of this concept in bankruptcy proceedings (collective or personal damage, or even damage suffered by a few persons, creditors or not), all the more so as it is not defined. The analysis of positive law has enabled us to establish that the judge appreciates through opportunity the existence of a damage that may be compensated, even if this leads to a confusion between the admissibility and the granting on the merits of a legal action, by requiring, as early as at the step of the admissibility, the proof of the damage that may be compensated. This observation has led us to propose a new hierarchy of the damages that may be compensated in bankruptcy proceedings, based on the capacity of the plaintiff, and enabling to take into consideration the different types of damages suffered in this field

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o autoconceito de alunos não-leitores que estudam no terceiro ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública. A análise é baseada em uma perspectiva comparativa entre crianças não-leitoras e crianças leitoras nesta sala de aula. Visa ainda, a analisar as concepções que as crianças não-leitoras e as crianças leitoras têm de si mesmas em sala de aula; observar se as características do autoconceito, expressas através de desenhos têm relação com as habilidades de leitura; analisar as interações da professora, com os alunos não-leitores, os alunos leitores e os demais colegas em atividades de leitura. Trata-se de um estudo realizado com onze sujeitos entre oito e doze anos de idade, seis com dificuldades de leitura e cinco leitores. De natureza qualitativa, recorreu-se à seguinte metodologia: observação e filmagem de algumas aulas de leitura durante um semestre letivo; sessões de aplicação de desenhos, e entrevistas semi-estruradas com os sujeitos, e também com a professora. Os resultados mostram que na classe numerosa as aulas observadas eram repetitivas, pouco inovadoras, geradas pela desmotivação da professora. Todos os alunos não-leitores e três alunos leitores afirmaram que aprender a ler era difícil. Os alunos não-leitores responsabilizavam os colegas e a professora pela pouca ajuda que recebiam, enquanto os leitores responsabilizavam os colegas por não saberem ler, julgando que eram desinteressados, desatentos e pouco dedicados. Indicam ainda uma correlação entre o baixo autoconceito e as dificuldades de leitura e entre um autoconceito positivo e a habilidade de ler. A escola não favorece o desenvolvimento de um autoconceito positivo, especialmente para aqueles que ainda não lêem.

Повний текст джерелаRecent studies show a link between behavioural and physical indications; that is that, if behaviour shows complex and psychological conflict, then so will speech. This is why this study will examine the narratives of six-year-old children with behavioural problems (which will be followed up by RASED) in comparison with the speech of ordinary children. This study will confirm that the narrative is the fundamental process of the working psyche and its content, poor or good, must be connected to the nature of behaviour. Thus the theories of attachment and of object relations were examined. Certain aspects were looked at such as: the capacity to visualise, consistency of narratives, self-perception, representation of others including the representation of significant people (be it reassuring or not), as well as dominant interpersonal concerns. Projective studies, such as ASCT and TAT, were used and the results showed that each group possessed their own psychological function and that the existing links between these intra-psychological processes are inter-dependent. This study shows that an integrative approach to attachment theory and the theory of psychoanalytical connection with objects is both possible and useful. This is mainly to understand children brought up in socially poor surroundings. To sum up, the results of this study highlight how important it is to use narratives in order to pin point how to take charge of primary school children who exhibit behavioural problems

Повний текст джерелаChildren with language impairment, such as dyslexia, are often faced with important difficulties when learning to read and during any subsequent reading tasks. These difficulties tend to compromise the understanding of the texts they must read during their time at school. This implies learning difficulties and may lead to academic failure. Over the past fifteen years, general tools developed in the field of Natural Language Processing have been transformed into specific tools for that help with and compensate for language impaired students' difficulties. At the same time, the use of concept maps or heuristic maps to encourage dyslexic children express their thoughts, or retain certain knowledge, has become popular. This thesis aims to identify and explore knowledge about the dyslexic public, how society takes care of them and what difficulties they face; the pedagogical possibilities opened up by the use of maps; and the opportunities created by automatic summarization and Information Retrieval fields. The aim of this doctoral research project was to create an innovative piece of software that automatically transforms a given text into a map. It was important that this piece of software facilitate reading comprehension while including functionalities that are adapted to dyslexic teenagers. The project involved carrying out an exploratory experiment on reading comprehension aid, thanks to heuristic maps, that make the identification of new research topics possible, and implementing an automatic mapping software prototype that is presented at the end of this thesis

Повний текст джерелаLa presente tesis doctoral se ha centrado en el reto de conseguir, mediante Fabricación Aditiva (FA), modelos para ensayo quirúrgico, bajo la premisa que los equipos para obtenerlos tendrían que ser accesibles al ámbito hospitalario. El objetivo es facilitar la extensión del uso de modelos como herramienta de preparación de operaciones quirúrgicas, transformando la práctica médica actual de la misma manera que, en su momento, lo hicieron tecnologías como las que facilitaron el uso de radiografías. El motivo de utilizar FA, en lugar de tecnologías más tradicionales, es su capacidad de materializar de forma directa los datos digitales obtenidos de la anatomía del paciente mediante sistemas de escaneado tridimensional, haciendo posible la obtención de modelos personalizados. Los resultados se centran en la generación de nuevo conocimiento para conseguir equipamientos de impresión 3D multimateriales accesibles que permitan la obtención de modelos miméticos respecto a los tejidos vivos. Para facilitar la buscada extensión de la tecnología, se ha focalizado en las tecnologías de código abierto como la Fabricación por Hilo Fundido (FFF) y similares basadas en líquidos catalizables. Esta investigación se alinea dentro de la actividad de desarrollo de la FA en el CIM UPC, y en este ámbito concreto con la colaboración con el Hospital Sant Joan de Déu de Barcelona (HSJD). El primer bloque de la tesis incluye la descripción del estado del arte, detallando las tecnologías existentes y su aplicación al entorno médico. Se han establecido por primera vez unas bases de caracterización de los tejidos vivos – principalmente blandos – para dar apoyo a la selección de materiales que los puedan mimetizar en un proceso de FA, a efectos de mejorar la experiencia de ensayo de los cirujanos. El carácter rígido de los materiales mayoritariamente usados en impresión 3D los hace poco útiles para simular tumores y otras referencias anatómicas. De forma sucesiva, se tratan parámetros como la densidad, la viscoelasticidad, la caracterización de materiales blandos en la industria, el estudio del módulo elástico de tejidos blandos y vasos, la dureza de los mismos, y requerimientos como la esterilización de los modelos. El segundo bloque empieza explorando la impresión 3D mediante FFF. Se clasifican las variantes del proceso desde el punto de vista de la multimaterialidad, esencial para hacer modelos de ensayo quirúrgico, diferenciando entre soluciones multiboquilla y de mezcla en el cabezal. Se ha incluido el estudio de materiales (filamentos y líquidos) que serían más útiles para mimetizar tejidos blandos. Se constata como en los líquidos, en comparación con los filamentos, la complejidad del trabajo en procesos de FA es más elevada, y se determinan formas de imprimir materiales muy blandos. Para acabar, se exponen seis casos reales de colaboración con el HJSD, una selección de aquellos en los que el doctorando ha intervenido en los últimos años. El origen se encuentra en la dificultad del abordaje de operaciones de resección de tumores infantiles como el neuroblastoma, y en la iniciativa del Dr. Lucas Krauel. Finalmente, el Bloque 3 desarrolla numerosos conceptos (hasta 8), actividad completada a lo largo de los últimos cinco años con el apoyo de los medios del CIM UPC y de la actividad asociada a trabajos finales de estudios de estudiantes de la UPC, llegándose a materializar equipamientos experimentales para validarlos. La investigación amplia y sistemática al respecto hace que se esté más cerca de disponer de una solución de impresión 3D multimaterial de sobremesa. Se determina que la mejor vía de progreso es la de disponer de una pluralidad de cabezales independientes, a fin de capacitar la impresora 3D para integrar diversos conceptos estudiados, materializándose una posible solución. Para cerrar la tesis, se plantea cómo sería un equipamiento de impresión 3D para modelos de ensayo quirúrgico, a fin de servir de base para futuros desarrollos.

“The Deep Kindness of Parents and the Difficulty in Repaying ”Series of Natural Appearance-The Concepts and Analyses of Pastel panting by Huang Chiung-Ying Abstract The panting described“The Deep Kindness of Parents and the Difficulty in Repaying”The author, as a daughter and a mother, tried to reflect the relation of the mother love and present social environment changes in Taiwan. In addition, through the perspective of art creations, the author also tried to break the limit of traditional pastel paintings and relocate the pastel by combining the pastel and other materials. The creating process was based on the author’s life, the art works, the natural appearances, was the origin of life experiences and daily creations of the author. A. Motivation for the Painting Buddhism Sutra mentioned the praying from a mother to unborn or new born babies. The author experienced pregnancy, the pain of giving birth and raising babies. Hence the author discovered the greatness of mother love. Besides, the author hoped to the art works could convey the miracles of nature, society and life. B. Basis of Creative Concept First, through the meanings of the relative famous paintings, the author created and explored the effects of the mother love toward the art works. Secondly, the author tried to examine the family structure in associated with the mother, the mother love as well as focus on the social issues of child-abusing and the selfishness of mother love. C. Theoretical Basis The author studied the developmental of pastel art and the performance of color and composition. The theoretical basis was built on Sociology of Art. D. Content and Form Five series, the feature of mother love, combination of human and heaven, the hometown is the mother, the changes of mother love, and fly-away were included in the creation. In terms of the creation form, light relief sculpture and collage painting were adopted. E. Future Development The author expected that this creation could promote the authors’ intension and techniques toward art. Повний текст джерелаThis master's thesis constitutes a theoretical proposal in which I propose a conceptualization to understand the social construction of ADHD and its treatment with psychostimulant medication, focusing on the diagnostic process and the interactions it involves between members of the school ecology (teachers, professionals, students, parents, managers, trainers), but also between those and those of the medical field (general practitioner, child psychiatrist or psychiatrist, pediatrician, psychologist, neurologist). By providing a comprehensive picture of social and scientific knowledge of what is commonly referred to as ADHD, I present how a school disorder has been socially redefined in a medical disorder, i.e. how academic difficulties have been medicalized. This medicalization has made a social path to pharmaceuticalizing this non-compliance with school standards, while psychostimulant medication treatment has become an increasingly legitimate solution for many primary students in recent decades. However, while memory is not intended to deny the existence of such a neurological disorder, there are many factors that can be observed by social processes that can influence diagnostic rates and rates of medication treatment, while there is reason to believe that Quebec is in a situation of overdiagnosis and overprescription, mainly among the primary student population. From this perspective, this dissertation proposes a new sociological conceptualization that could allow us to better understand how these two phenomena are the result of social construction from social processes. A conceptualization that proposes as much to address and analyze ADHD from a macrosocial point of view as from a microsocial point of view.
