Introduction. At the present stage, the occupational pathology of the skin remains one of the significant medical and social problems. In this regard, special attention is paid to the early diagnosis of sensitization to industrial chemical allergens to target occupational allergic diseases. The aim of the study was to study the changes in clinical and laboratory parameters in the formation of allergic skin diseases in workers during nickel plating. Material and methods. Three hundred eighty-nine employees of the machine-building enterprise were examined. The leading group consisted of 214 people exposed to harmful chemical factors of production. Group of intact persons 175 people is represented by employees who do not come into contact with harmful factors of the production environment. The condition of the skin of workers was analyzed. Laboratory studies of oxidative metabolism and immune status were performed according to unified methods. The nickel content in the urine was determined by voltammetry. Results. At the studied enterprise, 38,3% of workers were diagnosed with occupational skin diseases (epidermosis, allergic dermatitis, eczema). In the formation of dermatological morbidity, an increase in the activity of alkaline (ALPn) and acid (ACPn) phosphatase of neutrophils by 1,7-2.2 times and inhibition of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and neutrophil myeloperoxidase (MPn) by 1.2-1.5 times relative to the control group was found. On the part of the immune system, there was an activation of the suppressor function of T-lymphocytes (CD8+); B-lymphocytes (CD20+), an increase in the content of immunoglobulins IgG, total IgE, circulating immune complexes by 1.5-2.0 times and a decrease in the levels of immunoglobulins IgA, IgM by 3.0-5.0 times compared to the control. The relationship between the nickel content in the urine of workers and changes in the indicators of ACPn (r = 0.76), MPn (r = -0.87), (CD4+) (r = -0.91), (CD8+) (r = 0,86), general IgE (r = 0.92), indicating the priority role of nickel compounds in the formation of allergodermatoses in workers. Conclusion. The proposed complex of biomarkers aims to detect early the initial forms of allergodermatosis and the formation of risk groups for the timely rehabilitation of electroplating workers.

Abstract. The activity of enterprises in modern economic conditions is exposed to threats caused by the uncertainty of the market environment. One of the options for overcoming the crisis and reducing the level of economic risk for enterprises is to develop and implement effective anti-crisis measures, which should be implemented comprehensively and using the results of the continuous diagnostics. That is the reason why the purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical and methodological provisions for building a system for diagnosing crisis situations of enterprises. Unlike other approaches to building such a system, the authors focus on the calculation of an integrated indicator, partial indicators of which reflect the level of crisis situations in the enterprise by areas of origin, taking into account the provisions of the balanced scorecard (BSC). Systematizing the research of scientific sources, as well as taking into account the provisions of the balanced scorecard (BSC), the authors propose to distinguish depending on the scope of four components of the financial and economic crisis in enterprises: financial, operational (production), staffing and marketing crisis. It is proposed to diagnose the crisis of the enterprise by determining the integrated indicator using the analytic hierarchy process (T. Saaty method) and expert survey (to calculate the severity of crises and indicators), as well as the method of rationing (to bring indicators of crisis diagnostics, which are different by types, to a single information orientation and dimension). The system of indicators of diagnostics of financial, operational, staffing and marketing crisis at the enterprises is formed and for their further rationing, their characteristic values are defined. To generalize the level of crisis in the enterprise, the authors proposed to use the universal Harrington scale. According to this scale, the authors identified five levels of crisis in the enterprise and provided their characteristics. HR management is one of the most important areas of a machine-building enterprise activity. The most important HR management functions are motivation, managing employee relations, training and development, managing employee’s quality. The personnel qualitative characteristics are reflected in the degree of professional and qualification suitability for work. Upgrading the skills of the enterprise’ personnel and their acquiring of new competencies should be based on lifelong learning system and continuous professional training. Personnel training are important part of the enterprise’s HR management system. It contributes to the development of organizational processes, the achievement of the enterprise’ goals and objectives. Personnel training aimed at their developing and motivating are a long-term investment in the enterprise employees.

Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of the conceptual foundations of strategic management to ensure the economic security of the enterprise in the process of building systems of economic protection of the results of activities of agro-business subjects as an effective mechanism for counteracting external and internal threats. Methodology of research. Scientific methods are used in the writing of the articles, in particular: theoretical generalization – to understand key theories of strategic management; synthesis and analysis – to detail the systems of economic protection of the results of the activity of the subjects of agribusiness as an object of research by its breakdown into parts; abstract and logical method – during the study of the structure of the components of the system of economic protection of the results of the enterprises. Findings. The toolkit of economic protection of agribusiness entities, which can be further transformed and supplemented according to the research of the peculiarities of functioning of their activity in the current market conditions, is investigated. It is substantiated that economic protection of the results of the enterprise activity should include a system of diagnostics and risk management, which will further ensure within the enterprise itself to make prompt decisions on strategic risk management both internal and external environment. The scheme of risk management in the system of economic protection of investment activities of agribusiness entities is proposed. The systems of economic protection of the results of activity of enterprises are improved. Originality. The main criteria of efficiency of economic protection of interests and results of activity of subjects of agro-business in the long term are substantiated: profitability of own capital and economic equilibrium, which characterizes rationality and prudence of management of economic resources and creates a basis for achievement of strategic goals of the enterprise in the long term. Practical value. The introduction of the proposed research results into the activities of agribusiness entities for the use of conceptual principles of strategic planning will contribute to the establishment of a system of economic protection of the results of business activity and dynamic development. Abstract Background and purpose: Employees with their knowledge, skills and values are a connecting link between the deep organizational transformations and new technologies. In this regard, the human resource management system needs new approaches and tools for the diagnostics, training and personnel development based on the synchronization of the organization and the employee’s values. The study aim is to develop a comprehensive methodology for building an employee’s soft skills profile in order to form personalized educational trajectory and an adaptive management system creation. Methodology: An approach to the soft skills profile’s formation through broadcasting of the description of personality’s behavioral indicators into actual supra-professional competencies is considered. Modeling and automation of the employee profile’s soft skills was carried out. Statistical observation and empirical confirmation were used to evaluate the developed methodology. 115 respondents from different fields of science and technology from Reshetnev University took part in the diagnostic. Results: The results show that the proposed complex automated personality diagnostics is valid. And it allows you to visualize the soft skills profile, determine the level of competencies’ expression and identify the directions of the employee’s individual development. Conclusion: The study offers a comprehensive integrated methodology which allows you to assess the formation level of representatives’ soft skills of various fields of activity. This development can be used both in the educational environment to form an education ecosystem in accordance with the requirements of the innovative economy development and in the enterprise management system to increase the production potential of both employees themselves and enterprises.

The article is aimed at analyzing the external operational environment of machine-building enterprises in the context of economic security and identifying the prerequisites for motivational management of the economic security of enterprise. Nowadays, effective management of the economic security of enterprise is one of the established imperatives that provide for the sustainable development and protection of the enterprise’s interests in the face of the contemporary challenges. Industrial enterprises operate in conditions of constant uncertainty and variability, which contributes to the search for effective instruments to ensure the proper level of protection of economic interests of a particular economic entity and industry in general. The article analyzes some indicators of activity of enterprises of machine-building industry of Ukraine. It is concluded that, despite the reduction of indicators such as the share of the processing industry in the GDP of the country, the number of employed people in the enterprises of the industry and the number of enterprises, along with the other, equally important indicators, show growth. First of all, it’s a question of the growth of sales volumes, net profit and profitability, which indicates the existing potential of the industry to implement the motivational management of economic security, because it provides not only for satisfying interests of the owners of enterprises, but also of all elements of the economic security system. Prospects for further research in this direction are the definition of the main elements, stages and methods of implementation of motivational management of economic security at machine-building enterprises.

The article develops an image of a perfect innovatively active organization and tests of its diagnostic capabilities at the enterprises of the machine-building industry. The current conditions of functioning of organizations that actively carry out innovative activities have led to the use of post-neoclassical managerial rationality as a converging epistemic paradigm, which allows to systematically examine the phenomenon of innovative activity. When constructing the image of a perfect innovatively active organization, the existing pool of managerial knowledge, taking into account dynamism, non-linearity, complexity and uncertainty of conditions, was systematized and synthesized on the basis of the use of synergistic approaches, which provided possibilities to form systemic ideas about the characteristics of an organization capable of organic coevolution with the external environment. The hypothesis used for the present study is as follows: the modern market environment is characterized by inequality and dynamic organization, which can be coevoluted only by applying the cognitive potential of a wide social environment. This, in turn, involves an appeal to the mechanisms of self-organization, which are able to create management models of a fundamentally different order of complexity, are sensitive to changes in the external environment, and are able to produce relevant adaptive reactions to these transformations. In the course of the study, the synergistic approach was used to select the congruent properties of a perfect innovation-active organization. The list of progressive management practices of a perfect innovation-active organization is typologized and synthesized. On the basis of the proposed image, a questionnaire is developed, allowing to diagnose the quality of management of innovative development of enterprises of the machine-building industry.

Анотація:
The labor conditions of workers of key professions of selwynite concentrating manufacture (drying machine operative, granulation machine operative, dosing of drying-granulating room machine operative, centrifuge operative, filtration operative, transporter of drying granulating room, engineer of mill machine) are characterized by effect of physical factors of industrial environment. The noise is the most significant of them. It is established that level of noise at working places of workers of analyzed specialties attains 83-98 dBA that on 18 dBA is higher of maximum permissible level of 80 dBA. In examined workers a reliable increasing of level of homocysteine and lipoprotein (a) up to 3.8 times is established against the background of decreasing of production of nitric oxide in blood serum up to 1.2 times and increasing of level of malonic di-aldehyde up to1.3 times relatively to similar indices in workers of comparison group. The consequence of these processes can be a disorder of structure and endothelial function of vessels, increasing of permeability of endothelium, loss of its elasticity and as a consequence disorder of functional activity of vessel wall. The substantiation is given to indicator indexes (level of lipoprotein (a), homocysteine in blood serum and content of malonic di-aldehyde in blood plasma), having higher and average degree of occupational conditionality and forming biochemical profile of endothelial dysfunction as a predictor of arterial hypertension in workers of selwynite ore-dressing and processing enterprise undergoing effect of noise. The given biochemical indices are appropriate to be applied in early diagnostic and prevention of endothelial dysfunction in workers of the mentioned enterprises.

The purpose of the research is a complex of theoretical and applied provisions on the formation, evaluation, and improvement of the methodology of evaluation of the investment attractiveness of enterprises. Methodology. In the process of research, the following methods were used: methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis is used in determining the features of conceptual approaches to the concept of investment attractiveness of an enterprise and the formation of the author’s definition of this category; method of diagnostic evaluation is used in the evaluation of existing models for analysing the investment attractiveness of enterprises; method of expert evaluation is used for the building of flexible limits of levels of investment attractiveness of the enterprise; methods of system and structural analysis is used for developing the basic elements and the general structure of the model of interpretation of the method of graphical integration; the method of graphic integration is used within the construction of graphs of investment attractiveness of enterprises A and B. The aim of the study is to justify of the approach to create a model that can justify of the feasibility of investing and determine the factors and conditions of investment attractiveness of the enterprise for different participants of the investment process. The findings of the study. The results of the research suggested an improved definition of the concept of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, which took into account the following disadvantages of existing approaches to the present essence of the concept: the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is often associated with the system of financial and economic indicators of the activity of enterprise, while not taking into account also an important social and psychological factor, since the very name of the term “investment attractiveness of the enterprise” includes the social-psychological element in the form of the concept of “attractiveness”, which is widely used in economic literature; the subjective view of the potential investor on the fact that the object being considered for investing to satisfy the investor’s expectations regarding the economic or social effect is significant. This aspect is key in determining of concept of investment attractiveness of the enterprise, when choosing an investor of an enterprise to invest its capital for the purpose of investing; it is necessary to achieve consistency and symbiosis between the evaluation of financial and economic, socio-psychological, industrial, innovative, environmental and other factors, which in the complex form the investment attractiveness of the enterprise; using the expression “high level of profitability on investment with minimal risks” is partially incorrect in some definitions of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise since obtaining high profits involves a certain level of risk and each investor knows about this; the importance of increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise has the level of involvement of innovation in the activities of the enterprise in the frames of use of investment capital; the targeting of almost all definitions only on high financial and economic indicators, which, depending on the situation, are not always correct. A complex system of indicators for evaluation of the investment attractiveness of an enterprise is proposed, consisting of six groups of indicators (market position, property complex, profitability, financial stability, risks, innovative potential), each of which includes six coefficients determining the level of investment attractiveness for this group. The features and advantages of this system of indicators are: complexity and complementary to standard methods with indicators of the level of investment risk and innovative potential of enterprises; standardization of indicators; unidirectionality of indicators; Flexibility of the recommended limits for each coefficient. The method of graphical integration of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, which has several advantages over other methods, proposed in the scientific literature, is offered because: it is a combination that includes the advantages of an integral method, as well as a market, and partially matrix method; it allows quantifying various aspects of economic activity of the enterprise by the elementary calculation of a certain number of coefficients; it does not require significant time to spend on the evaluation; it has a mathematical justification since the final indicators for comparing the investment attractiveness of several enterprises are calculated using the numerical integration method; it has the flexibility of determining the level of investment attractiveness of an enterprise by incorporating into the methodology in accordance with the socio-psychological component of the concept of investment attractiveness and the interests of the investor; gives a visual interpretation of the results of investment attractiveness assessment.

Aim. The purpose of the study: the analysis of morbidity of workers of the ship-building and ship-repair enterprises of the city of Astrakhan taking into account a quantitative estimation of influence of determinants. Material and methods. Sociological survey, methods of nonparametric statistics and mathematical modeling. For a detailed assessment of the influence of risk factors on the health of workers in shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises, an analysis of risk factors was conducted. As a tool for assessing the effectiveness of a determinant on the health of shipbuilders using a predicative analysis and predictive model of a mathematical assessment of the development of medical, social and production determinants on the health of workers. Results and its discussion. According to the results of the study, the most significant production hazards were revealed, as well as the statistically significant effect of the duration of work in conditions of industrial hazards on the incidence of male workers in shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises in the city of Astrakhan.The results of the study testified to the high level of medical and social activity of workers in shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises in contact with industrial hazards and identified the reserves for its further growth in the framework of the continuous introduction of prevention programs. The revealed correlation between the frequency of registration of the pathology of shipbuilders and ship repairmen and their work experience has made it necessary to construct a predictive model with the identification of the determinants of morbidity. And the construction of a predictive model on the basis of actual data provided an opportunity to manage these determinants without further monitoring and forecasting. The conclusion. The reduction of the risk of occurrence of industrial hazards associated with industrial hazards in shipbuilding and ship repair workers is promoted by annual medical and preventive measures, timely diagnostics and qualitative medical examination, as well as improvement of working conditions for employees of the enterprise.

In order to ensure sustainable development and efficiency, domestic enterprises must respond actively to threats of the internal and external environment, address market challenges, adapt to change, and manage market pressures. Business process management is a necessary component of manufacturing and strategic management to achieve the business goals of the modern enterprise. The article considers the current methods of business process management. Using a machine-building company as an example, the stages of change management were examined. The directions of strategic changes in operating activities in accordance with the principles of adapting business processes to market conditions to improve the efficiency of the management system and realize the enterprise’s main business objectives are developed. According to the article, business process management can be leveraged as a key component of strategic change. Based on scientific approaches, the essence of business process management is evaluated based on efficiency and effectiveness. An article presents evidence for introducing strategic changes in the activity of automobile manufacturing enterprises and indicates key directions for optimizing operational efficiency. An optimization department has been created to effectively interact with production units as part of the «Lean production» Project in AutoKrAZ. Modern production concepts for the operation of domestic machinery will help to keep the state of the business up-to-date, improve its performance, and ensure a competitive position in the markets. Based on scientific approaches the essence of business process management on the basis of efficiency and effectiveness is formulated. The article substantiates the introduction of strategic changes in the activity of automobile manufacturing enterprise and suggests the directions of optimization of operational activity. In order to optimize operational processes, a scheme of interaction of administrative subdivisions of automobile manufacturing enterprises was developed.

The insufficiency or lack of available diagnostic instruments to predict the probability of a company bankruptcy is associated with the absence of practices to capture downturn trends in financial and business performances which translates into a dangerous process of latent transition from the company temporary local inability into the total failure to meet its obligations, that is, to a loss of financial stability. The fundamental premises of this study is to identify the factors that ensure financial stability of an enterprise. To attain the research objectives, the method of statistical analysis and logical generalization has been employed to consider a pull of enterprises that are losing their solvency and are on the verge of bankruptcy; a substrate approach was implemented to justify and group a range of internal and external factors affecting the enterprise financial stability. This article argues that a critical indicator in evaluation of a company performance is assessing its financial position which affects its competitiveness, and guarantees to all parties and business participants (both the enterprise and partners) that the realization of common economic interests will be effective. The company financial and economic position when its solvency remains constant over time together with an optimal ratio of equity to debt capital is a certain indicator of a company financial stability. Most analytical studies on enterprise financial stability view the amount, allocation and use of working capital as the most significant indicators, their accounting provides further opportunities to evaluate financial stability and financial position of an enterprise, as well as to identify potential problems and concerns that will lay the basis for choosing a relevant crisis management strategy aimed at designing and implementing effective pathways to respond to crisis. Undoubtedly, it is advisable to obtain an aggregated index that takes into account all the enterprise activities. Such index should include the following indicators: working capital availability; return on capital; independence on external financing. Thus, the essential factors in enhancing the enterprise financial management in a market environment are continuous planned analysis and timely diagnosis of changes and trends in the enterprise external and internal environment, as well as timely and maximum effective response to such changes to ensure financial stability and solvency of the enterprise. In the current business realia, characterized by a high level of economic uncertainty, achieving strategic financial goals and ensuring long-term financial stability of an enterprise is impossible without building an effective strategic financial management framework, the integral elements of which are the mechanisms and systems of risk management to prevent a drop in financial stability and mitigate shocks from external and internal environment negative effects on enterprise activity, as well as creating favourable environment for efficient decision making and planned actions to promote enterprise development.

Because the transport and logistics system (TLS) of the business enterprise is exposed to obvious and hidden high risks for the owners, its business processes need effective management throughout the value added chain. The purpose of the article is to present theoretical and methodological justification of TLS operation at enterprise level from the perspective of integrated management of business processes involved in the transport and logistics services. The article focuses on elaborating and constructing a diagram of the three-vector approach to building up TLS in the business enterprise, based on the compliance with the regulatory norms (national and international regulatory framework, intramural regulations, compliance with contract terms), risk orientation (economic forecasting of TLS performance, optimization of TLS capacities, analysis of contracting parties operation, computerization of business processes, economic projecting and strategic management), and client orientation (high quality of the provided services, infrastructure improvements, free competition, effective marketing, rationalization of supply chains, provision of guarantees; price policy). It is proposed to group the key business processes involved in TLS by transport and logistics activities, with account to the activity specifics and size of the enterprise, terms of service delivery and other factors of value added creation. A set of indicators for performance assessment of TLS is constructed, classified in the following groups: quality of transport services, efficiency of freight transport, business indicators of diagnostics of the transport activities as a component of the logistics system, assessment of logistics rules, transport efficiency. These indicators will provide an effective tool for performance assessment of TLS at enterprise level.

The problem and the goal.The urgency of the problem of mathematical description of dynamic adaptive testing is due to the need to diagnose the cognitive abilities of students for independent learning activities. The goal of the article is to develop a Markov mathematical model of the interaction of an active agent (AA) with the Liquidator state machine, canceling incorrect actions, which will allow mathematically describe dynamic adaptive testing with an estimated feedback.The research methodologyconsists of an analysis of the results of research by domestic and foreign scientists on dynamic adaptive testing in education, namely: an activity approach that implements AA developmental problem-solving training; organizational and technological approach to managing the actions of AA in terms of evaluative feedback; Markow’s theory of cement and reinforcement learning.Results.On the basis of the theory of Markov processes, a Markov mathematical model of the interaction of an active agent with a finite state machine, canceling incorrect actions, was developed. This allows you to develop a model for diagnosing the procedural characteristics of students ‘learning activities, including: building axiograms of total reward for students’ actions; probability distribution of states of the solution of the problem of identifying elements of the structure of a complex object calculate the number of AA actions required to achieve the target state depending on the number of elements that need to be identified; construct a scatter plot of active agents by target states in space (R, k), where R is the total reward AA, k is the number of actions performed.Conclusion.Markov’s mathematical model of the interaction of an active agent with a finite state machine, canceling wrong actions allows you to design dynamic adaptive tests and diagnostics of changes in the procedural characteristics of educational activities. The results and conclusions allow to formulate the principles of dynamic adaptive testing based on the estimated feedback.

Introduction. At present, the patterns of changes in the levels of biomarkers and the relationship of changes in their values with the pathogenesis of diseases caused by the impact of adverse factors of labour activity are not sufficiently studied. The most unresolved issues are the choice of informative laboratory indicators and diagnostic test systems in investigating the impact of physical factors on the working environment (vibration and physical overload) neurohumoral regulation: pituitary-adrenal pituitary-thyroid, pituitary-gonadal system and hormonal indicators of carbohydrate metabolism. The aim of the study was to determine diagnostic hormonal markers and integral indices to identify early changes in the neurohumoral status in the body of workers under the influence of working environment factors. Materials and methods. 330 workers of mining and machine-building enterprises were examined. Of these, 128 people with vibration disease, 45 people - with lumbosacral radiculopathy, combined pathology (vibration disease and lumbosacral radiculopathy) was detected in 60 persons. The preclinical stage (initial signs of diseases) was noted in 97 workers. Laboratory studies included hormones and integral indices of the pituitary-adrenal, pituitary-thyroid, pituitary-gonadal system, carbohydrate metabolism. To select the diagnostic significance of laboratory biomarkers, diagnostic sensitivity, prenosological value, pathognomonicity, direction, severity, and selectivity of changes in biomarker levels were evaluated. Results. The combined effect of vibration and physical overload on the body of workers was found to have a unidirectional and systemic impact on the levels of hormones of the pituitary-adrenal, pituitary-thyroid and pituitary-gonadal systems, increases insulin resistance. The severity of changes in neurohumoral regulation indicators depends on the nature and severity of the occupational neurological disease. The highest diagnostic sensitivity (Df = 72-74%) in vibration disease and its combination with lumbosacral radiculopathy was obtained for pituitary-gonadal hormones and indicators of insulin resistance. The lowest values of Dh are typical for the hormones of the pituitary-thyroid system (no more than 14%). To identify early changes in neurohumoral regulation in the body under the influence of vibration and physical exertion, it is most informative to determine the concentration of total testosterone, luteinizing hormone and insulin, as well as the integral pituitary-adrenal index, insulin resistance indices. To identify hidden disorders of the pituitary-thyroid system, the definition of the essential thyroid index can be used. Discussion. The results obtained allowed us to assess the nature of changes in the levels of hormones of the pituitary-adrenal, pituitary-thyroid and pituitary-gonadal systems and carbohydrate metabolism and to propose informative laboratory biomarkers reflecting early changes in neurohumoral regulation under the influence of physical factors of the working environment. Conclusions. To identify early changes in neurohumoral regulation in the body of workers under the influence of vibration and physical exertion, the most informative is the determination of the concentration of total testosterone, luteinizing hormone and insulin, the integral pituitary-adrenal index, and insulin resistance indices. To identify hidden disorders of the pituitary-thyroid system, the definition of the integral thyroid index can be used.

The article summarizes the results of the research on building a theoretical model of the system developing readiness of transport university students for innovative professional activity. The suggested theoretical model consists of nine interrelated links, each with its own functional focus, its own local purpose, didactic significance, theoretical and practice value. The original link of the theoretical model is goal setting, which means developing readiness of transport university students for innovative professional activity. The second link reflects the structure and content of the concept of students’ readiness for innovative professional activity. The third link presents the information didactic basis of developing readiness of transport university students for innovative professional activity. The competence practice-oriented technology of developing readiness of transport university students for innovative professional activity is provided by link four. The elements of this technology include students’ activity to carry out practice-oriented term papers and degree qualification projects, their activities for the performance of work under industrial practice programs in enterprises as well as conducting practice-oriented research work. The criterium diagnostic apparatus is presented by link five comprising the following components: the criteria to evaluate students’ readiness for innovative professional activity, the test package for identifying the levels of students’ readiness for innovative professional activity, the methods of conducting summative and formative assessments for identifying the levels of students’ readiness for innovative professional activity. Link six is the control procedure; link seven shows the results of students’ readiness for innovative professional activity; link eight is self-correction, and the educational process correction is presented by link nine. The practical significance of the suggested theoretical model can be formulated as follows: it is used as an algorithm in the consistent and continuous implementation of all the interrelated phases of the study allowing to identify the role of each structural link of the model and its influence on the outcome; moreover, it will promote an imaginative and holistic view of the process of developing students’ readiness for innovative professional activity as a holistic and purposeful system.
