Da'wah is not always through the pulpit to call for good but can be done through social-environmental practices. PT. Semen Tonasa carries out community development and environmental development as a means to spread goodness. This study was conducted using qualitative research methods and descriptive research types. PT. Semen Tonasa (shareholders) and interested stakeholders as research subjects and objects, namely implementing corporate social responsibility through community development at PT. Semen Tonasa (Persero). CSR through the Triple Bottom Line Theory, namely Profit, People and Planet. So corporate social responsibility is part of the company's activities carried out continuously in the long term with the impact shown by the company's operations. The concept is the application of the type of direct involvement of social institutions or organizations fostered by the company and in partnership with other parties. The da'wah bil-hal approach carried out by PT Semen Tonasa is solely to call on humanity to be able to avoid Surat Arrum verse 41.

The problems that occur to Muslims in the world including Indonesia are somewhat complex. Muslims are still in a circle of poverty. At the same time there is a gap between the lives of elite, Muslim leaders and the fate of most Muslims. This research was conducted to find out how important the role of dakwah bil hal (preaching by action) compared to oral preaching by preachers, preachers in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that collect data by observation, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). From the research conducted, it was found that dakwah bil hal must be done in a balanced manner and in tandem with oral preaching, does not need to be dichotomized between the two. Both methods of da'wah must go hand in hand. Dakwah bil hal the case especially in the economic field increases the ability and independence of Muslims. Henceforth will increase the human resources of Muslims, away from backwardness. This has relevance to the theory of uses and gratification theory proposed by Elihu Katz, Jay G. Blumler and Michael Gurevitch. More serious and systematic efforts are needed by Muslim leaders, Muslim organizations in carrying out preaching activities. So that there is no gap between the lives of Muslim leaders, administrators of Islamic organizations and Muslims generallyPersoalan yang terjadi pada kaum muslim di dunia termasuk Indonesia terbilang komplek. Kaum muslim masih berada di dalam lingkaran kemiskinan. Pada saat yang sama ada jarak antara kehidupan elit, tokoh muslim dengan nasib sebagian besar kaum muslim. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa penting peran dakwah bil hal dibandingkan dengan dakwah bil lisan oleh para dai, pelaku dakwah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mengumpulkan data dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion (FGD). Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa dakwah bil hal harus dilakukan secara seimbang dan beriringan dengan dakwah bil lisan, tidak perlu didikotomikan antara keduanya. Kedua metode dakwah tersebut harus seiring sejalan. Dakwah bil hal khususnya di bidang ekonomi meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemandirian kaum muslim. Untuk selanjutnya akan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia kaum muslim, menjauh dari ketertinggalan. Hal ini memiliki relevansi dengan teori penggunaan dan kepuasan (uses and gratification theory) yang dikemukakan oleh Elihu Katz, Jay G. Blumler dan Michael Gurevitch. Diperlukan upaya lebih serius dan sistematis yang dilakukan oleh tokoh muslim, organisasi muslim di dalam melakukan kegiatan dakwah bil hal. Sehingga tidak ada jurang (gap) antara kehidupan tokoh muslim, pengurus organisasi Islam dengan kaum muslim secara umum.

Berangkat dari fenomena gerakan dakwah anak muda Kota Pekanbaru yang semakin meningkat, penelitian ini mengangkat tentang aktivitas dakwah di komunitas Forum Silaturrahim Remaja Masjid dan Mahasiswa (FSRMM). pertanyaan utama yang akan dijawab di dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aktivitas dakwah yang dilakukan FSRMM di kalangan anak muda Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa aktivitas dakwah yang dilakukan FSRMM meliputi tiga hal yaitu: Pertama, Dakwah Bil-Lisan. Dakwah bil-lisan yang dilakukan FSRMM meliputi Halaqoh dan Tahsin, Tabligh Akbar, dakwah melalui Youtube dan video instagram. Kedua, Dakwah Bil-Qolam. dakwah bil-qolam yang dilakukan oleh FSRMM yaitu melalui poster dakwah. Ketiga, Dakwah Bil-Hal. dakwah bil-hal yang dilakukan FSRMM melalui aksi-aksi sosial seperti memberikan samtunan kepada Anak Yatim, pemberian sembako, masker dan lainnya. Dari ketiga metode dakwah di atas, metode yang sangat berperan penting di FSRMM yaitu metode dakwah Bil-lisan yaitu berfokus di media sosial salah satu nya Youtube dan Video Instagram.

The concept of da'wah, especially da'wah bil-hal is basically one of the effective methods for conveying and preaching Islam to mankind, but the reality is as if a question arises whether or not there is a relationship between da'wah bil-hal and an increase in amaliyah worship. So that such problems provide their own views, to find gaps between preaching and worship. This type of research is quantitative research, which is a population of 400 Bangka students in Palembang, taken as many as 40 students (10%), with a porposive sample technique. The correlation coefficient of da'wah bil-hal with an increase in amaliyah worship is 0.182, at a significance level of 5% (r-table = 0.320). There is a relationship between the two variables, but the relationship level is weak. The causative factor is that many of the two variables are invalid and of the many respondents in this study are not pure students from Islamic universities

Abstract. Da'wah bil-hal is a da'wah that is carried out with real actions, This researcher tries to reveal the problem regarding Bil Da'wah in Bengkayang District, namely bil-hal da'wah carried out by the Gerakan Infaq Beras Movement. Gerakan Infaq Beras is a program of the Pasukan Amal Sholeh community. The choice of rice to be distributed is because rice is a staple for Indonesian society, the beneficiaries of this are Islamic boarding schools and orphanages. However, it is different in Bengkayang with the number of Muslim minorities, which is only 36.39% of the 32,141 people. With a minority number making it difficult to preach, this movement emerged as the beginning of the Islamic movement. After the existence of this movement, the effectiveness of this movement will be seen to introduce Islam. This research method is qualitative with descriptive analytical research and descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using field observations, interviews, documentation to be further described in the form of reports. The results of his research are: (1) Da'wah activities in Bengkayang are not enough, especially for da'wah bil-hal (2) Invitation from Gerakan Infaq Beras to join by socializing directly to the place and through social media. (3) Da'wah bil-things done by the Infaq Movement rice is effective because it can achieve the desired goal. Keywords: Effectiveness, Da'wah bil-hal Infaq. Abstrak. Peneliti berusaha untuk mengungkapkan Tema mengenai “Efektifitas Dakwah Bil-hal melalui Gerakan Infaq Beras Bengkayang di Kecamatan Bengkayang”. yang dilakukan oleh Gerakan Infaq Beras Bengkayang. Gerakan Infaq Beras ini merupakan program dari komunitas Pasukan Amal Sholeh. Pemilihan beras untuk dibagikan, kepada Pesantren dan panti asuhan. Namun, di Bengkayang jumlah muslim minoritas, yaitu hanya 36,39 % di Kecamatan Bengkayang. Dengan jumlah minoritas membuat kesulitan untuk berdakwah, maka munculah gerakan ini. Melalui gerakan pembagian beras terlihat efektifitasnya untuk mengenalkan Islam. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, dengan teori Efektifitas. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi di lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi.. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Kegiatan dakwah di Bengkayang belum cukup banyak terutama untuk dakwah bil-hal (2) Ajakan dari Gerakan Infaq beras untuk bergabung dengan cara mensosialisasikan langsung ke tempat dan melalui media sosial. (3) Dakwah bil-hal yang dilakukan oleh Gerakan Infaq beras adalah efektiv karena dapat mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Dakwah bil-hal, Infaq.

Secara umum dakwah dibagi menjadi bil lisan, bil qalam, dan bil hal. Saat ini, perkembangan dakwah bil qalam jauh tertinggal dari dakwah bil lisan. Referensi-referensi penulisan dakwah yang bersifat terapan juga sangat sedikit, terutama yang berbasis argumentasi. Selama ini penulisan dakwah identik dengan penulisan persuasi karena makna dakwah adalah seruan, mirip dengan pengertian persuasi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memperkaya dan sekaligus sebagai panduan dalam penulisan dakwah yang argumentatif berbasis pada teori Argumentasi Stephen Toulmin. Kajian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil Kajian menghasilkan kesimpulan, tahapan langkah penulisan dakwah yang argumentatif adalah: 1) Menggali spirit pesan dakwah, 2) Mengumpulkan data, 3) Merumuskan struktur argumentasi, 4) Menyusun kerangka tulisan, 5) Mengembangkan kerangka. Tahapan langkah ini bisa menjadi panduan bagi pengembangan dakwah bil qalam.

This thesis focuses on the implementation of participatory development between 1978 and 1993 in the Pesantren Annuqayah of Madura and the Pesantren Maslakul Huda of Central Java during which they collaborated with LP3ES (Lembaga Penelitian, Pendidikan, dan Penerangan Ekonomi dan Sosial, the Institute for Social and Economic Research, Education and Information) and P3M (Perhimpunan Pengembangan Pesantren and Masyarakat, the Indonesian Society for Pesantren and Community Development). This study examines the effectiveness of the pesantren in accommodating bottom-up development as an alternative to the top-down development model of the New Order government. This study demonstrates that while both pesantren strengthened local people to participate more fully in their own development, in both cases the pesantren utilised participatory development to maintain their dominance over local society.

Objectives / Scope During summer 2017, EIFFAGE GENIE CIVIL MARINE was invited by BP to bid for the construction of a concrete caisson breakwater protecting an offshore LNG liquefaction floating terminal which will be located 10 km west from Saint Louis, at 33 m water depth on the Mauritanian / Senegalese maritime border. Methods, Procedures, Process The basic design as originally proposed by BP was composed of 18 rectangular concrete caissons laying on an underwater rumble-mound foundation. Dimensions of the concrete boxes were approximatively 63,5 meters long, 32 meters wide and 30 meters high, on a design consisting of multi rectangular cells (128 units/caisson) EIFFAGE GENIE CIVIL MARINE answered to the ITB by proposing under an EPC basis an alternate caisson shape optimizing drastically the concrete quantities. Results, Observations, Conclusions Alternate caisson dimensions were 54,5 m long, 28 m width, 35m height including a 3 m high crest wall at the top against extreme waves overtopping. The geometry of the caisson has been changed to a 10 lobes caisson. The weight of each caisson is around 16 000 tons. As a result of the subsequent FEED studies performed from April 2018 to February 2019, including 3D model testing in basin, Eiffage was able to reduce the amount of concrete required by 40 % compared to the first design, leading to 124 200 cum of concrete and both financial as well as environmental benefits. Novel/Additive Information Execution plan involving Mauritania and Senegal This infrastructure offers key local content components for this gas field development in each country, something Eiffage had key experience with thanks to an historical presence in the the region : Eiffage started its activities in Senegal more than 100 years ago. The original execution plan as proposed by Eiffage for the EPC phase signed in February 2019 was to build the 21 concrete caissons in Dakar -Senegal. A dedicated yard of 15 hectares has been reclaimed besides the actual port of Dakar providing a safe direct access to the sea and the required water depth for the caissons towing. As a result, at peak more than 600 jobs will be created in Senegal, with the reclaimed land for the fabrication yard left as a legacy for the port area. The underwater rumble mound requires 2 million tons of quarry material. EIFFAGE's proposal was to produce, transport and load from Mauritania those materials. A specific logistics scheme between the quarry and vessels loading point has been developed including a bypass road around Nouakchott. The transport of the quarry materials requires the mobilization of 170 trucks. A special safety mitigation plan including dedicated training is being implemented in order to reduce identified risks linked to road transportation.
