Writing from prison during the Marian persecution, Nicholas Ridley praised the elderly Dr Edward Crome to his friend John Hooper, who was incarcerated with Crome. Ridley had heard of Crome's ‘most godly and fatherly constancy in confessing the truth of the gospel’, and declared, ‘For the integrity and uprightness, the gravity and innocency of that man, all England, I think, hath known long ago.’ Ridley also wrote to John Bradford in 1555 that Crome was a ‘fatherly example of patience and constancy, and all manner of true godliness’.

Abstract The following study analyses the use of modern 3D printing technology in dentistry with its necessary manufacturing and machining processes. Fitting of the manufactured metal structures is examined depending on their use, in terms of conventional adhesion-based denture designs and screw-fixed dentures on implants. Influencing factors and effects of the required post-processing steps are examined. Aspects such as sand-blasting, heat treatment, equipment and tools required for cutting are analyzed. The aim of this study is to create a manufacturing process that enables the required precision fitting of the created frame structure types.

There are several advantages to creating multimedia item types and applying computer-based adaptive testing in education. First is the capability to motivate learning by making the learners feel more engaged and in an interactive environment. Second is a better concept representation, which is not possible in conventional multiple-choice tests. Third is the advantage of individualized curriculum design, rather than a curriculum designed for an average student. Fourth is a good choice of the next question, associated with the appropriate difficulty level based on a student's response to the current question. However, many issues need to be addressed when achieving these goals, including: (a) the large number of item types required to represent the current multiple-choice questions in multimedia formats, (b) the criterion used to determine the difficulty level of a multimedia question item, and (c) the methodology applied to the question selection process for individual students. In this paper, we propose a multimedia item shell design that not only reduces the number of item types required, but also computes difficulty level of an item automatically. The concept of question seed is introduced to make content creation more cost-effective. The proposed item shell framework facilitates efficient communication between user responses at the client, and the scoring agents integrated with a student ability assessor at the server. We also describe approaches for automatically estimating difficulty level of questions, and discuss preliminary evaluation of multimedia item types by students.

Cardiovascular implantable electronic devices have revolutionized the management of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. New device generations tend to be launched every few years, with incremental improvements in performance and safety and with an expectation that these will improve patient management and outcomes while remaining cost-effective. As a result, today’s cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and implantable cardioverter defibrillator devices are quite different from the pioneering but often bulky devices of the late 20th century. This review discusses new and improved features developed to target specific needs in managing heart failure patients, some of which are especially pertinent to the current worldwide healthcare situation, with focus on the latest generation of CRTs with defibrillator (CRT-Ds) and implantable cardioverter defibrillators from Medtronic.

У статті проаналізовано експресивно марковані контексти з інверсією та їх роль у творенні образно-стилістичної канви англійського художнього тексту, шляхи їх адекватного відтворення цільовою мовою та збереження індивідуально-авторських рис художнього стилю О. Гаслі. Інверсія як граматично-стилістична категорія є вагомим засобом, який використовують задля досягнення належного естетичного ефекту. У поєднанні з іншими засобами різних мовних рівнів, а також через використання інших тропів інверсивне зміщення виконує ряд функцій у тексті оригіналу: (а) наголошення семантично й концептуально значущих і часто стилістично маркованих компонентів висловлювання. У певних контекстах ці елементи створюють ефект антитези; (б) емфаза певного елементу речення, що «консолідує» наративну структуру наведеного уривку, сприяє змістовому розкриттю та емоційно-оцінній характеристиці персонажів; (в) подання художньої деталі; (г) передання динамічності дії, яка вказує і на емоційне напруження героя твору, і на складний характер зображуваної у контексті ситуації; (д) засіб передання настрою та афективного стану персонажа. Емотивний колорит перекладного дискурсу твориться завдяки збереженню у його структурі експресивно маркованих засобів різних мовних рівнів, а також завдяки розкриттю асоціативної конотації мовних одиниць, що у поєднанні творять образну канву цільового тексту. The problem of dual diagnosis described as the first in Poland Lehmann in 1993. He noticed that for people with dual diagnosis is needed different diagnostic and therapeutic-specific approach and that social services (Lehman, 2000; Le hman 1993; Lehman, Myers 1994). Clinical experience suggests the need for a clear separation of this group of patients from both patients and the mentally ill odwykowo. T HAT approach allows to carry out homogeneous diagnostic psychiatric patients. Such ayodrębnienie It is dictated by the difficulties of diagnostic and therapeutic (Siegfried 1998; Sciacca 1991; Lehman, 1998). One clinical term for such a diverse group of patients do not permit a homogeneous diagnostic tests and determine the needs, problems and medical treatment and social services. Interest in this group of patients is not only due to cognitive reasons, but also due to the increasing number of people with dual diagnosis, more effective treatment and social assistance. Another reason is the rapidly growing number of people with PD. This group represents a challenge for physicians, social workers (Crome, Myton 2004; Lehman 2000; Alaja, Sepia1998).Clinical studies confirm the phenomenon of interactivity in which a mentally ill person is at high risk of developing mood-dependent dependence, particularly alcohol and those who are at high risk for mental illness (Lehman 2000).Dual diagnosis is the term defining the clinical coexistence in the same person from one side of a mental disorder, and disorders related to psychoactive substances, mostly drugs and / or alcohol (Abel-Saleh 2004; Crome, Myton 2004). The population of patients with dual diagnosis is large and varies widely in type and severity of the mental illness, the type of psychoactive agents and specific disorders resulting from the adoption of psychoactive substances, psychological and social skills which is obtained support and other factors (Lehman 1996; Ridgely 1987), such as schizophrenia. Severe mental illness (severe mental illness) as a concept which takes into account the clinical diagnosis (diagnosis) the degree of impairment of (disability) and duration of disorder (duration). This criterion includes serious mental breakdowns such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, depression. These disorders seriously impair people-to-people contact, self-care. Treatment of people with dual diagnosis is a problem because it results from the combination of two extremely different ways of dealing with mental illness and addiction.

As the opioid epidemic unrelentingly places profound weight on pharmacists, youth, parents, and the nation at large, innovative interventions are critical to prevent potential misuse and untimely death. Adolescents are especially vulnerable to misuse behaviors due to knowledge, attitudinal, and social influences. To best resonate with adolescents, appropriate tools and technologies must be developed and deployed. Few educational tools are more ubiquitous to adolescents than video games. Video games, specifically serious games, have the potential to connect with adolescents and impart critical knowledge related to opioid safety. Engaging youth, parents, and pharmacists in the design, refinement, and evaluation of a serious game is novel and necessary for building a robust, efficacious game. This commentary describes the conceptualization, inception, development, and evaluation of a novel opioid medication safety intervention, MedSMA℞T Families. This two-part intervention is comprised of an adolescent-tailored serious game entitled MedSMA℞T: Adventures in PharmaCity, and a family-focused tool named the personalized Family Medication Safety Plan. This intervention is the first theory-based, family-focused opioid medication safety toolkit co-designed by an interdisciplinary team of researchers, game developers, behavioral health scientists, pharmacists, student pharmacists, addiction medicine physician, adolescent health physician, parents, and teens. Responses from key stakeholders (pharmacists, parents, and teens) have demonstrated positive attitudes and impressions towards both components of the MedSMA℞T Families intervention. Empirical evidence of efficacy from two separate studies denotes improvement in key concepts related to safe behavior in adolescents. Findings to date support the widespread use, implementation, and dissemination of this efficacious intervention to supporting safe opioid prescription practices in families with adolescents. In this paper, we outline and summarize our process of intervention development and use of longitudinal data to validate each step of our process. Future directions include mobile compatibility, refinement based on key stakeholder feedback, and dissemination in various clinical settings where opioid medications are prescribed and dispensed such as emergency departments, pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.

E-Banking is an online service from banking that is operated using internet technology which is accessed through browsers, crome and others, with the aim of making it easier for customers to make transactions. Total use of e-banking at Pt. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Blangpidie Kuta Tuha in 2020 is 14 percent, while in 2021 it will increase by 49 percent due to the transition from Conventional Banks to Sharia Banks (BSI). Then in 2022 the number of customer transactions temporarily decreased by 38 percent because it was only recorded from January to June. While the number of customer transactions in 2020 is Rp. 120,000,000, then in 2021 the number of customer transactions has increased by Rp. 600,000,000. And in 2022 temporarily decreased by Rp. 400,000,000. The method used in this article is a qualitative method, the data used is secondary data regarding the use of e-banking on customer transactions at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Blangpidie Kuta Tuha for the period 2020-2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of use of e-banking on customer transactions at Pt. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Blangpidie Kuta Tuha.

Salah satu faktornya karena ketidaktahuan orang tua dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran bagi anak yang menarik dan memotivasi anak untuk bisa mengeksplorasi pengetahuan lebih luas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada orang tua mengenai penggunaan Augmented Reality di Google Chrome Android sebagai media pengenalan binatang pada Anak Usia Dini (AUD). Metode yang dilakukan dalam sosialisasi ini secara online melalui grup WhatsApp. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Maret 2021 dengan 5 orang tua sebagai partisipan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi terdiri dari pembuatan grup, pengiriman video, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelaksnaaan banyak aspek yang dikembangkan untuk AUD seperti aspek moral dan agama, kognitif, dan bahasa. Selain itu, orang tua juga terlihat antuasias ketika memberikan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality melalui Google Crome pada anaknya. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua dapat menggunakan Augmented Reality di Google Chrome Android sebagai media pembelajaran dalam pengenalan macam-macam binatang.

Mosses (Bryophyta), particularly species of the genus Sphagnum, which have been used for centuries for the treatment of skin diseases and damage, are still not explored enough in terms of their use in cosmetics. The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidant properties of water–ethanol extracts from four selected species of the genus Sphagnum (S. girgenshonii Russow, S. magellanicum Brid., S. palustre L., and S. squarrosum Crome) and their impact on the expression of genes encoding key enzymes for the functioning of the skin. In this study, the effects of Sphagnum extracts on the expression of genes encoding tyrosinase, collagenase, elastase, hyaluronidase and hyaluronic acid synthase in human dermal fibroblasts were determined for the first time in vitro. The extracts inhibited tyrosinase gene expression and showed antioxidant activity. The experiment showed an increase in the expression of some genes encoding collagenase (MMP1) or hyaluronidase (HYAL2, HYAL3 and HYAL4) and a decrease in the hyaluronan synthase (HAS1, HAS2 and HAS3) genes expression by the tested extracts. The obtained results suggest that using extracts from the tested Sphagnum species in anti-aging cosmetics does not seem beneficial. Further studies are needed to clarify their impact on the skin.

Kerentanan terjadi karena Banyak aplikasi web dirancang dari awal tanpa memperhitungkan masalah keamanan. Biasanya, aplikasi dirancang oleh orang yang tidak berpengalaman dalam bidang keamanan web.sehingga memungkinkan banyak celah keamanan dalam website mereka. Metode vulnerability assessment ini adalah cara terbaik saat ini untuk membantu pihak-pihak tertentu dalam menjaga keamanan aplikasi web mereka. Dengan melakukan vulneribility assessment dapat mengidentifikasi macam-macam celah yang memungkinkan masuknya serangan. Metode ini dapat membantu pihak-pihak tertentu untuk mengambil tindakan pencegahan terhadap serangan atau suatu kerusakan akibat kejahatan dunia maya. Network mapping atau dikenal dengan Nmap dapat membantu para master web untuk melakukan vulnerability assessment. Nmap bekerja optimal di system operasi linux. Banyak sekali fitur-fitur yang ditawarkan oleh Nmap yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh master web. Dengan menggunakan Nmap dapat dilakukan pengecekan kerentanan pada otentikasi pengguna, kerentanan dari serangan denial of service, form upload dan mengecek bug.

INTRODUCTION: Research has highlighted the significant impact that jet lag can have upon performance, health, and safety. International business travelers have an important role in economic growth; however, there is a lack of research investigating jet lag and jet-lag management in international business travelers. This study aimed to investigate international business travelers use of jet-lag countermeasures. METHODS: International business travelers from Australia (N = 107) participated in a survey examining use of jet-lag countermeasures (pharmacological and nonpharmacological). Chi-squared tests were conducted examining the association between duration of stay and traveling experience on jet-lag countermeasure use. RESULTS: Most subjects had traveled for business for less than 15 yr and 57% reported taking between 14 trips annually. Durations of stay averaged 10 d (SD 13 d). Nonpharmacological countermeasure use was high. Pharmacological countermeasure use was less common. There were no significant associations between duration of stay and countermeasure implementation. Travel experience was only associated with nonpharmacological countermeasures after arrival home. CONCLUSION: Education programs delivered through businesses would be beneficial for providing information on jet lag, its implications, and recommended countermeasures to travelers. The article is focused on the emotional contexts of the biography of Lady Ottoline Morrell (1873–1938), written by the distinguished author Miranda Seymour. One of the main emotional attitudes of the biographer is sorrow and sadness. The reason for this is the distorted image of Lady Ottoline in memoirs and fiction; she was portrayed in several novels in an unfair and satirical manner. Literary representations of her can be found in Crome Yellow by Aldous Huxley, Women in Love by D. H. Lawrence, Between the Acts by Virginia Woolf and several other contemporary works of fiction. Special attention is paid to the relationship between Virginia Woolf and Lady Ottoline Morrell, the difference in their characters and their attitudes to dress. Lady Ottoline is judged in terms of “integrity” (the concept of George Moore) but her character does not fit into the philosophical schemes. This case study includes analysis of Lady Ottoline’s vestimentary habits, her bohemian style. Another important emotion of the biographer arises from the difficulty of discovering the truth, since Lady Ottoline’s memoirs and diaries were selectively censored, cut and edited upon publication. With access to documentary sources in the archive, the author reconstructs the full scope of lady Ottoline Morrell’s biography. Besides sorrow, Miranda Seymour demonstrates genuine admiration and compassion for her heroine and always defends her against unfair representations.

Blumcke и соавт., на долю ФКД приходится 14,1% случаев среди всех оперированных с эпилепсией. Впервые наличие аномальных дисморфных нейронов в коре головного мозга было описано L.D. Crome в 1957 г. Позднее, в1971 г., Taylor D.C. описал, помимо дисморфных нейронов, гигантские (в том числе «баллонные») нейроны, после чего впервые начал употребляться термин «фокальная кортикальная дисплазия». В 2004 г. Palmini et al. разработали классификацию, согласно которой аномалии строения коры головного мозга были разделены на малые мальформации и ФКД. По мере накопления данных в 2011 г. с целью патоморфологического разделения подтипов ФКД, имеющих различные клинические, электроэнцефалографические, радиологические, молекулярно-генетические характеристики и прогноз, Международная противоэпилептическая лига опубликовала свой первый международный консенсус по классификации ФКД. Согласно данному консенсусу все ФКД были разделены на 3 типа: изолированные (ФКД типа I и ФКД типа II) и дисплазии, ассоциированные с иной структурной патологией мозга (ФКД типа III). В 2018 г. американский морфолог I.M. Najm и соавт. подытожили более чем 740 печатных работ, выполненных на основе классификации ФКД 2011 г. Сделаны выводы, что к 2018 г. были получены новые молекулярно-генетические характеристики ФКД II типа, включая множественные мутации в генах mTOR-пути, уточнен клинико-диагностический фенотип и исход хирургического лечения для ФКД II типа (особенно IIВ). Вместе с тем по-прежнему отсутствуют исчерпывающие описания клинических фенотипов, данных нейровизуализации и специфические молекулярно-генетические биомаркеры для ФКД I типа, а публикации, посвященные ФКД III типа, являются редкими. Последние годы активно ведутся исследования вотношении генетических биомаркеров ФКД. Результаты исследований продемонстрировали, что ФКД I типа / малые мальформации коркового развития и ФКД II типа / гемимегалэнцефалия имеют различную генетическую основу. Focal cortical dysplasia (FСD) is the most common cause of drug-resistant epilepsy. According to I. Blumcke et al., among all those operated on for epilepsy, 14.1% of cases are FСD. The presence of abnormal dysmorphic neurons in the cerebral cortex was first described by L.D. Crome in 1957. Later in 1971, Taylor D.C. described (in addition to dysmorphic neurons) the giant (including “balloon”) neurons, after which the term “focal cortical dysplasia” was first used. In 2004, Palmini et al. developed the classification, according to which the anomalies in the structure of the cerebral cortex were divided into minor malformations and FCD. In 2011, the International League Against Epilepsy published its first international consensus on the classification of FCD. According to this consensus, all FCD were divided into 3 types: isolated (FCD type I and FCD type II) and dysplasia associated with other structural brain pathology (FCD type III). In 2018, the American morphologist I.M. Najm et al. summarized more than 740 publications completed since 2011. It was concluded that by 2018, new molecular genetic characteristics of the FCD type II, including multiple mutations in the genes of the mTOR pathway, were obtained, the clinical diagnostic phenotype and the outcome of surgical treatment for FCD type II (especially IIB) were clarified. At the same time, there are still no comprehensive descriptions of clinical phenotypes, neuroimaging data, and specific molecular genetic biomarkers for the FCD type I, and publications devoted to FCD type III are rare. In recent years, the research has been actively carried out on the genetic biomarkers of FCD. The results of the studies demonstrated that FCD type I / minor malformations of cortical development and FCD type II/ hemimegalencephaly have a different genetic basis. It is expected that the next classification of FCD will be based on the molecular genetic characteristics of cortical dysplasia.

Sistem pakar penerapan metode case based reasoning untuk penentuan alur penyelesaian permasalahan siswa merupakan sistem yang dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman php dan html dimana akan di hasilkan suatu sistem yang bermanfaat bagi guru BK dan wali siswa dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang permasalahan ketertiban yang siswa alami. Hasil pengujian dari sistem yang telah dibangun yaitu sistem pakar penerapan metode case based reasoning untuk identifikasi permasalahan siswa berbasis web menyatakan bahwa hasil dari program yang telah dibuat memiliki hasil yang cukup sesuai, itu di buktikan dengan hasil pengujian terhadap cara kerja program dengan menggunakan simililarity dan perhitungan manual tidak adanya selisih perhitungan menandakan bahwa sistem yang dibuat telah berjalan 100% dan pengujian fungsional sistem dengan akses sebagai admin, user sesuai dengan fungsinya pada browser. Pada tahap pengujian aplikasi dengan menggunakan 2 browser yaitu Mozilla Firefox dan Google Crome Semua fungsi dari sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang di inginkan.

A paper on the herms needs no excuse. There is no proper treatment in English of the origins of the herm or of the erection of herms by Hipparkhos. The Eion herm monument has been well studied by Jacoby and Harrison, but the recent treatment by Clairmont demands their reconsideration. The scholarly literature on the mutilation has been very narrowly focused on the questions of who mutilated the herms and why. These questions are clearly closely inter-related, and yet the attempts to answer the question ‘why?’ have been singularly unsatisfactory. Some have arbitrarily chosen to emphasise a single feature of the herm, and with little evidence have made wild claims: thus Farnell could write that ‘the mutilation of the phallic Hermai of Athens produced… in the Athenians the despondent sense that the luck of the state was gone and the divine power of fertilisation impaired’, Crome that ‘with this mutilation must be connected the religious world of the phallus cult of the old native population which had certainly always been strange to the oligarchs’. Others have ignored the fact that it was specifically herms that were mutilated and have reduced the activity of the hermokopidai to a massive act of general impiety, as Dover does when he argues that the mutilation was politically significant because as an act of impiety it would seem to bring down the wrath of the gods on the whole community, as a conspicuous act of vandalism it would make the number of people involved seem large, and as an offence against nomos it would prompt concern for the fact that a body of men had set themselves beyond the law.

Cultural studies cover the genesis and development of culture as a specific human lifestyle. Its universals are representations of human cultural experience, including humans, their life and death. The meaning of human life, death, and immortality became the main objects for consideration and research at all stages of Aldous Huxley’s literary activity.The analysis of his early philosophical novels and novels that offer an anti-utopian model of culture shows his tendency to destroy his characters in order to defend their personalities, a refusal to accept the patterns of ordinary being, when the man’s will is aimed only at self-preservation and reproduction. To identify this tendency, we studied the novels Crome Yellow, Antic Hay, Point Counter Point, Eyeless in Gaza, After Many a Summer, Time Must Have a Stop, Brave New World, Ape and Essence. At this stage of spiritual search, A. Huxley justifies suicide as a way of self-realization.Having reached the level of the philosophical outlook, A. Huxley proposes and promotes the spiritual ideals of self-improvement, love for neighbour as for ‘another one’, the attitude to death as an existential, which is a certain stage of human existence, not tragic but natural. It is reflected in the novel Island. Thanatology is one of the main subjects at school. The yoga of death is promoted: it treats life and death as a single entity, as a kind of art, which should result in Paranirvana.The article proves that A. Huxley’s stance on the problems of purpose of life, death, and immortality had been changing along with the evolution of his outlook. It is shown how this genesis is reflected in A. Huxley’s literary works. Death in A. Huxley’s works is interpreted via meta-anthropological approach as the existential transcendent being of man.

A taxonomically diverse suite of fungi interacts with bryophytes as pathogens, parasites, saprobes, and commensals. Necrotrophic pathogens such as Tephrocybe palustris (Peck) Donk and Nectria mnii Döbbeler form patches of moribund gametophytes in otherwise healthy mats of mosses. These pathogens exhibit different methods of host cell disruption; N. mnii appears to displace the host cell protoplast with intracellular hyphae, while T. palustris causes host protoplast degeneration. Host responses to infection by bryopathogens are also variable. Host–pathogen relationships can be highly evolved, as in Bryophytomyces sphagni (Navashin) Cif., in which fungal propagules replace the bryophyte spores, and exploit the explosive dispersal mechanisms of the Sphagnum host. Bryophilous parasites tend to exhibit high tissue or cellular specificity with varying host specificity. For example, Octospora similis (Kirchstein) Benkert infects the rhizoids of species of Bryum, and Discinella schimperi (Navashin) Redhead specifically colonizes the mucilage producing cells of stems of Sphagnum squarrosum Crome. Eocronartium muscicola (Pers.) Fitzp. demonstrates a highly evolved host–parasite relationship in which the basidiocarp displaces the sporophyte and is fed directly by the gametophyte through specialized transfer tissues. Fungi such as Oidiodendron maius Barron are capable of decomposing moss cell walls that are generally resistant to decomposition because of their polyphenolic component. Mycorrhizal fungi, including Glomus, Suillus, and Endogone, have not been observed to form functional, nutrient-exchanging mycorrhizal interfaces with bryophytes, rather, they function as saprobes on moribund and senescent gametophytes. Finally, endophytic fungi may provide bryophyte hosts with greater tolerance to extreme pH or promote vegetative growth. In vivo observation of bryophyte–fungus interactions has provided insight into the types of interactions that occur; however to further understand the physiology, anatomy, and etiology of these interactions, it is necessary to culture bryophilous fungi in vitro and create artificial axenic systems for study.

Simpang Sulfat selatan no 30 Malang. Praktik Mandiri bidan ini memiliki berbagai jenis pelayanan yaitu, periksa hamil, keluarga berencana, periksa anak balita, nifas, persalinan, dan imunisasi. Praktik Mandiri Bidan ini dirancang untuk menyediakan pelayanan yang bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak dan untuk merangkul masyarakat agar dapat membangun budaya hidup sehat dan kepedulian terhadap dirinya sendiri. Pada Praktik Mandiri Bidan Yeni Sustrawati ini terdapat beberapa resiko kehamilan seperti kehamilan resiko rendah, resiko kehamilan tinggi, dan resiko kehamilan sangat tinggi, untuk penentuan resiko tersebut dapat ditentukan dari beberapa kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan seperti, usia ibu hamil, hamil keberapa, total anak hidup, total anak yang berat badan di atas 2500 gr, dan kspr, Kartu Skor Poedji Rochjati (KSPR) adalah kartu skor yang digunaka untuk menemukan nilai resiko ibu hamil dan untuk mempermudah pengecekan kondisi agar bisa mencegah terjadinya komplikasi obstetrik saat persalinan. Nilai dari resiko kehamilan tersebut dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk penentuan penolong seperti jika memiliki resiko kehamilan rendah maka penolongnya adalah Bidan, resiko kehamilan tinggi maka penolongnya adalah Bidan / Dokter, dan jika resiko kehamilan sangat tinggi maka penolongnya wajib dilakukan oleh Dokter. Hasil pengujian dari sistem yang telah dibangun yaitu sistem K-means clustering untuk pengelompokkan resiko ibu hamil untuk pengelompokkan status resiko ibu hamil dan juga pengelompokkan data menyatakan bahwa hasil dari program yang telah dibuat memiliki hasil yang cukup sesuai, itu di buktikan dengan hasil pengujian terhadap cara kerja program dengan menggunakan simililarity dan pengujian fungsional sistem dengan akses sebagai admin, user sesuai dengan fungsinya pada browser. Pada tahap pengujian aplikasi dengan menggunakan 2 browser yaitu Mozilla Firefox dan Google Crome Semua fungsi dari sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang di inginkan

Abstract Cytotoxic cells are major effectors in adoptive cell transfer (ACT) cancer therapies. Although autologous conventional T cells are commonly used in ACT therapies, other types of cells, such as invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells, have become attractive for the design of off-the-shelf ACT therapies. Unlike conventional T cells, iNKT cells react to glycolipid antigens presented by CD1d, a non-polymorphic MHC I-like molecule. Based on their cytokine profile and transcription factor expression, three main helper iNKT subsets have been described in mice: iNKT1, iNKT2, and iNKT17. In addition, the cytotoxic response of iNKT cells has been reported, but this function is less characterized. In a previous transcriptomic study, we have shown that the iNKT1 subset is heterogeneous and it comprises two main clusters: iNKT1b, enriched in genes related to T helper 1, and iNKT1c, characterized by a cytotoxic gene profile. Here, we demonstrated that iNKT1c cells exhibit higher in vitro specific killing activity against EL4 tumor cells compared to iNKT1b cells. We identified IL-15 as one of the factors that boosts the cytotoxic functions of iNKT1c cells. Moreover, adoptive cell transfer of iNKT1c cells in mice previously injected with B16F10 melanoma cells resulted in reduced metastatic lung nodules. We also explored the presence of a distinct cytotoxic iNKT cell subset in humans by spectral flow cytometry and clustering analysis. From PBMCs of healthy donors, we identified a population of CD57+Tbethi iNKT cells that show a cytotoxic profile. Interestingly, this population can also be found infiltrating tumors in lung cancer patients. This study unraveled bona fide cytotoxic iNKT cells and provides insights for the design of future cancer therapies.
