This study aims to determine the contribution of learning motivation, pedagogic competence and learning facilities to the competency test of students of class XII OTKP SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo academic year 2019/2020. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach. The study population was 130 students as well as the sample. Using a questionnaire method / questionnaire. The prerequisite test analysis used the linearity and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis is presented in descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing is carried out by simple and multiple regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect on student learning motivation, pedagogic competence and learning facilities on the results of competency tests in class XII OTKP students of SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo Academic Year 2019/2020, either individually or collectively. The learning motivation towards the student competency test gave an effective contribution of 30.93% and a relative contribution of 37.22%. Pedagogic competence on student competency test effective contribution of 40.84% and relative contribution of 49.14%. The learning facilities for the student competency test had an effective contribution of 11.33% and a relative contribution of 13.64%. There is a significant positive effect of learning motivation, pedagogic competence and learning facilities together on the competency test of vocational students, the effective contribution is 83.10%.

The experience of implementing the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) for Elementary School Teacher Program so far shows that the graduation rate for PPG participants has only reached an average of 70% for the entire class. This condition is undoubtedly a reflection material for managers to improve their performance to achieve more optimal results in the future. This study aimed to analyze PPG student competence, student competence, and differences in student competence based on SRL and low. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with the comparative correlational method. Techniques and instruments used are student competency document analysis techniques and SRL Measurement Instruments. The sample in this study was 34 PPG students. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical techniques, linear regression analysis and t-test. The results of the study found that the average student SRL level score reached 88.76; the average competency score of PPG students reached 90.44; the contribution of SRL to student competence is 15.8%; and students who have SRL significantly in their learning competence. It can be said that all student SRL levels can be said to be very high.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the competence of vocational teachers needed in implementing the independent learning policy based on the opinions of teachers and lecturers. The research method uses quantitative methods on 356 teachers and lecturers. The results showed the priority of vocational teacher competency indicators from pedagogical competence, social competence, personality competence, and professional competence. The pedagogic competency indicator that is needed by vocational teachers is the ability to motivate students. An indicator of social competence that is needed by vocational teachers is having a polite and polite attitude. Personality competency indicators that are needed by vocational teachers are having an honest personality, and indicators of professional competence that are needed by vocational teachers are the ability to transfer knowledge and technology. This study aims to identify the practice of the learning organization in improving teachers competence. The learning organization run as a guideline for teachers in order to enhance the teachers' spirit in learning. The model used in this learning organization is the Fifth Discipline. It is consist of personal skills, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and system thinking. The Fifth Discipline was developed as a model that can provide a new input for the teachers so that they can learning continue to improve their competency. The method used in this study was mixed methode between quantitative and qualitative methods. This study was conducted at the Junior High School district Sidenreng Rappang South Sulawesi with a total of 500 teachers as samples. The findings of the analysis performed by using SPSS 18.0 indicates that there is a significant correlation (r = .341, p <.05) between the practice of the learning organization and the teachers competency. This analysis indicates that the null hypothesis (Ho) in this study was rejected. This shows that the independent variables of learning organization (X) and the dependent variable of teachers competency (Y) has a positive relationship to improve teacher competence at the Junior High School district Sidenreng Rappang South Sulawesi Indonesia.

Competency-based Language Teaching (CBLT) causes character education issue and its competence in facing a complex social circumstance which is quite conspicuous when implementing in national scale. Content-based Instruction (CBI) covers students and teacher proficiency that is considered not effective if the implementation does not take material and students’ different competence into account. Cooperative Language Learning (CLL) weakness shows a feasible challenging with the classroom discussion dynamics and the allotted time. The weakness shows one leads to a broad scale, the other one causes teacher and students and the last costs the practical implementation.

In order to quantitatively evaluate the competence of primary and secondary school teachers, a competency model of primary and secondary school teachers based on an improved machine learning algorithm is proposed. The fitting parameter analysis model of primary and secondary school teachers’ competency is constructed, and the fitting benefit degree parameter of primary and secondary school teachers’ competency is extracted based on the analysis results of reliability index parameters. The improved machine learning algorithm is used to carry out quantitative analysis and characteristic element analysis in the process of primary and secondary school teachers’ competency evaluation and determine the competency elements of the model. According to the machine learning model, the competency elements are conceptualized and classified, and the theoretical parameter analysis model of online teaching competency of primary and secondary school teachers is constructed to realize the assessment and quantitative analysis of primary and secondary school teachers’ competency. Factor analysis and reliability tests were performed using the KMO test and Bartlett test. The empirical simulation analysis results show that the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers’ competence by this method are good, and the level of credibility is high.

Construction and Property Business Skills Competencies. SMK Negeri 1 Jenang Ponorogo, to identify and analyze the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Skills Competency of SMK Negeri 1 Jenang Ponorogo and to find out and analyze the influence of school climate on student learning outcomes. Ponorogo, as well as to identify and analyze the effect of teacher competence, school facilities, school climate simultaneously on student learning outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Skills Competency at SMK Negeri 1 Jenang Ponorogo. The population in this study were 206 students of competence in construction and property business skills at SMK Negeri 1 Jenang Ponorogo, while the sample used was 103 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the competence of teachers, school facilities, school climate had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on student learning outcomes. Construction and Property Business Skills Competency at SMK Negeri 1 Jenang Ponorogo, the condition of teacher competence, school facilities, school climate had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on student learning outcomes. Teachers’ competency of SMP Negeri 5 Jujuhan in doing learning from home along Covid-19 Pandemy are still dissapointed. Of course, It influenced to the students’ ability. So, this research is meant to explain the applying of Conditioning, Organizing, Viewing, Interpreting, Deciding (covid) method in improving the teachers’ competency. This is School Action Research because all the teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Jujuhan roled as the research’s subject. The research was designed in two cycles. Each of them has the same phases : planning, doing, observing and reflecting. It used observation sheets and field note as the instrumen in collecting data. The results of the study show that (1) the principal must continue to provide a forum for developing teacher competence in order to maximize student competence. (2) The application of the COVID method is able to improve teacher competence in carrying out quality learning. (3) The application of the COVID method not only improves the professional competence of teachers but also improves motivation and learning behavior.

Assessment of competency in schools is carried out by teachers using conventional tests, consists of multiple choice tests, essay tests, and skills tests using open scoring competency tests based on the teacher's principle of "being in charge" in scoring. Therefore, a assessment of competency tool is needed that measures the real competence of students. The research objective was to diagnose students' skills in automotive body vocational learning through a dichotomy scoring competency test. The research method used is pre experimental design (non designs) one shot case study. The research was conducted in January-March 2020. The research location was in a state vocational high school in Bandung. The research sample used simple random sampling of 32 students. Data collection used a dichotomy scoring skill test. Data analysis using percentages. The results showed that: (1) 84% of the students were not competent in the competence of automotive bodies in making mini cars when using the dichotomy scoring competency assessment; (2) only 16% of students were able to complete the competency test by producing work products that match dimensions and on time.

The paper deals with competency-based education. Both the development of the category “competence” and application of competences in educational sphere were considered. The purpose is to examine the development of competency-based approach to teaching and learning from the standpoint of modern educational paradigm. The methods of the investigation are analysis and syntheses of the associated researches used to collect and present the findings and draw the conclusion. The results revealed that competency-based education appeared under the influence of the term “competence”; in its development three main stages may be distinguished: 1) 1960-1970 (introduction of the category “competence” in the theory and practice of language learning); 2) 1970-1990 (extension of the studied phenomenon to the field of management and leadership); 3) since the 1990s to the present (comprehensive consideration and analysis of the stated category; finding the blocks of competencies, the principles of systematization; studying the structure of competencies). The conclusion is that in modern educational system competency-based approach is one of the central as existence of the system of competences contributes in description of academic and professional profiles, levels and results of higher education at the international level. Moreover, due to the application of the system of competencies, the process of expanding academic and professional recognition and mobility, as well as increasing the comparability and compatibility of diplomas and qualifications has become possible.

Teacher pedagogic competence has an important role in the quality of learning. Every teacher must be able to master the indicators that exist in pedagogical competence, to achieve the quality of learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of implementing teacher pedagogical competency assessment standards and their impact on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers at State Senior High School 1 Tapa. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Research shows that: 1) the implementation of pedagogical competency assessment standards for Islamic Religious Education teachers has not been carried out by existing indicators. The mismatch was found between the observations of learning and the value of each indicator obtained. Every value from each learning indicator should be an implementation of each learning indicator. 2) there is an overlap in every indicator that exists in other aspects of pedagogical competence, it should be related to each indicator in each aspect. 3) every indicator of pedagogical competence has not been maximally implemented. 4) the impact of the implementation of pedagogical competency assessment standards on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers has positive and negative effects both for teachers, students, and schools.

The competency-based education program is a flagship program launched by a Madrasah Aliyah (or, MA; Islamic based senior high school) in Sumedang to produce graduates who are competent and skillful, especially in the automotive, culinary, fashion, and technology. Students are expected to be able to compete in the professional fields. In this article, the implementation of the program is discussed, which is seriously trying to increase the competence of graduates. The method used in this present study is a mixed method with the techniques of documentation, observation studies and questionnaires to determine the students' number of inputs, their interest in the competency program in that school, and the existing programs. The results show that 100% of the students chose and followed the competency program according to their desires and talents, and because of willingness to get better opportunities after graduating. Moreover, it was found that the four competences offered have increased students’ participation in learning. Future recommendations are provided in this article.

The quality of education in a school, one of which can be seen from the learning outcomes of its students. Student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember can be measured from four factors, such as: learning environment, teacher competency, learning method and student absorption in receiving lessons. Based on the explanation above, the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the influence of the learning environment, teacher competency, learning methods and student absorption in receiving lessons on student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of /the learning environment, teacher competence, learning methods and student absorption in receiving lessons on student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember. The population of this study were students of SMKN 5 Jember 2017/2018 academic year. In this study, researchers will use accidental sampling. Accidental sampling is a chance-based sample determination technique, that anyone who happens to meet with a researcher can be used as a sample, if it is seen by someone who happens to be a suitable data source. In this study, researchers took a sample of 30 respondents, because this study uses multiple linear regression analysis SPSS version 16 application. Based on data analysis shows that the learning environment has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember. Whereas teacher competency, learning method and student absorption in accepting lessons do not give effect to student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember.

The purpose of this study is to depict the competency trap in E-Government Gateway Application and its reactions during the COVID-19 Pandemic. A case study with the Delphi method is carried out to examine Turkish E-Government Gateway Application during COVID-19 Pandemic as Extraordinary Condition. The major finding of the study is, as a virtual organization, Turkish E-Government Gateway Application has dapperly adapted itself without falling into the competency trap during the transition from routine to the time in COVID-19. In the wake of gathering, synthesizing, and summarizing the ideas on the digital interactions from specialists among citizens, government and other government agencies, employees, and businesses/commerces comprehensive, detailed reactions are identified according to governmental agencies' and institutions course of action during routine and time in COVID- 19. This is the first study that unfolding e-governmental solutions without a competency trap within the unexpected, extraordinary condition.

This study aims to compile a syllabus of the European Profiling Grid (EPG) based teaching competency development course to improve the teaching competence of students to become Arabic teachers with character and competitiveness. The method used in this study is a research and development approach by Richey and Klein’s model with the steps of planning, production, and evaluation. This study identified that some of the EPG aspects had been contained in several other subjects, such as Planning of Arabic Learning, Methodology of Arabic Learning, and Learning Media Arabic. However, there are still several aspects of the EPG that have not yet become a concern in several courses, such as intercultural competence. Thus, several aspects of the EPG such as intercultural competence, professional behavior, administration need to be integrated as a syllabus model for the EPG-based Arabic teaching competence development. The EPG-based teaching competency development syllabus needs to be accompanied by appropriate teaching materials and research instruments. Therefore, research on the development of the next model needs to be done so that the development of teaching competency syllabus based on the EPG can be applied in learning.

Objectives It was to confirm how project-based learning methods work on the learning goal achievement competency of nursing graduate students and how the students perceive the learning experiences. Methods Quantitative and qualitative researches were conducted on literature review, class design, questionnaire development, survey, and learners' perception survey and result analysis in sequence for graduate students who took the “Nursing Education Methodology” class applied with the project-based learning method. For quantitative data analysis, normality test and paired t-test were performed, and qualitative data were analyzed based on inductive content analysis. Results First, the learning goal achievement capability of learners was statistically significant. Second, in the survey of perceptions of learning experiences, 1) Participation class, understanding various teaching and learning methods, new experiences, information technology acquisition, collaborating learning, and task solving within class hours were derived from the satisfaction factors of the experiences of health education classes. On the other hand, difficult lesson program and inhibition of team activity were derived from dissatisfaction factors. 2) the results of the study were planned to apply to the clinical field, self-directed learning model, new and in-service nurse education. 3) 7 self-images changed to new nursing educator were derived. 4). 6 kinds of necessary competence for professional nursing educator were derived. 5) 3 learning subjects and contents needed for strengthening effective field-based health education were derived. 6) A total 5 categories of competence improved by the learning class were derived. Conclusions The project-based learning method was confirmed to be effective teaching and learning method for nursing graduate students to enhance their professionalism as nurse educators. In addition, the importance of establishing curriculum and applying teaching and learning methods to strengthen the educational professionalism of nurses is also confirmed. Based on the results of this study, It is recommended that follow-up studies on how nursing graduate students who have learned educational expertise apply it in the clinical fields and how it is effective will be conducted.

In relation to assessment, minimum competency assessment is the first aspect to be deliberated. It made the society is not prepared and get incomprehensible. Considering teachers take essential role in the implementation of the new regulation, investigation on teachers’ competence on designing minimum competency assessment task comes into concern. In analyzing teachers’ competence, qualitative method was prepared by combining documentation and questionnaire. The documentation is minimum competency assessment tasks designed by teachers. The tasks designed were analyzed by using components of AKM. Based on the data analysis, the tasks designed were fulfilled and completed the components of AKM that teachers’ competence on designing AKM tasks is accomplished. In finding teachers’ sketch, questionnaire was then distributed. The questionnaire confirms teachers’ motivation in AKM implementation. By referring to the questionnaire, suggestion for further research related to minimum competency assessment is recommended for the sake of society’s conception on succeeding learning quality as well as assessment matter supplemented that support their perplexing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pendekatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi terhadap kemampuan praktek making bed dalam pembelajaran room section di SMK akomodasi perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Sampel yang digunakan sampel purvosive sebanyak 35 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian tentang gambaran pengaruh pendekatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi terhadap kemampuan praktek making bed berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil pendekatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan praktek making bed dalam pembelajaran room section di SMK akomodasi perhotelan.Kata kunci: Pendekatan Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi, Praktek Making Bed, Pembelajaran Room Section. This study aims to determine the influence of competency based training approach to the practice of making beds in the ability of the learning room section at the vocational high school hospitality accommodation. This study used a descriptive a nalytic method. Samples used purvosive sample as many as 35 students. Objectives: This study was conducted to confirm the applicability of role paly as a learning method to improve dental hygiene communication competency. Methods: A quantitative survey was conducted by filling out a questionnaire to evaluate the role play as a learning tool. Qualitative analysis was performed on the students' role-play learning experiences using a reflection journal. Statistical significance was at p<0.05 level. Results: It was found that there was positive correlation(Rs=0.585) between role play class recognition and learning competency achievement (p<0.001). Conclusions: The role play class can be effectively used as a learning method for strengthening communication competency in dental hygiene.

The leading methods of research were the generalization and analysis of pedagogical experience and the processing of quantitative data on the dynamics of indicators of the effectiveness of using methods of organizing competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training. Results of the study: the advantages of using competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training are highlighted; types of competency-oriented classes with students of pedagogical areas of training; the receptions of the organization of lecture, seminar and practical competency-oriented classes were singled out; the interactive methods promoting the formation of the components of the professional competence of the students of pedagogical areas of training in competency-oriented classes; the types of activity for inclusion in the rating indicators. Importance of the research: the materials of the article can be useful for heads of educational structures at various levels, teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers of schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, parents.

National examination for skills competency at vocational high schools is held annually by the central government. The implementation of the national examination is one of the determinants of graduation apart. This activity's target and output is the development of skills to work on skills competency National Examination questions, which are skills. The method is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). The trial of the research instrument was carried out on students of SMK 1 Katapang as many as 60 students of class XII Industrial Electronics Expertise Program. The results of this study are competence, work motivation, the internship experience, and work practice experience has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness, and competency, work motivation, experience of internship and learning facilities together have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of vocational graduates these four variables together affect work readiness.

Learning outcomes are measurable statements that articulate educational aims in terms of what knowledge, skills, and other competences students possess after successfully completing a given learning experience. This paper presents an analysis of the disparity between the claimed and formulated learning outcomes categorized in knowledge, skills, and social responsibility competency classes as it is postulated in the European Qualification Framework. We employed machine learning classification algorithms to detect and reveal main errors in their formulation that result in incorrect classification using generally available syllabus data from 22 universities. The proposed method was employed in two stages: preprocessing (creating a Python dataframe structure) and classification (by performing tokenization with the term frequency–inverse document frequency method). The obtained results demonstrated high effectiveness in correct classification for a number of machine learning algorithms. The obtained sensitivity and specificity reached 0.8 for most cases with acceptable positive predictive values for social responsibility competency classes and relatively high negative predictive values greater than 0.8 for all classes. Hence, the presented methodology and results may be a prelude to conducting further studies associated with identifying learning outcomes.

Distance learning (DL) based on information and communication technologies is gaining importance due to its convenience and cost savings. However, there is not enough evidence to identify the effect of DL on students requiring a high level of self-regulated learning (SRL). Therefore, this study aims to compare the effects of the use of augmented reality (AR) as an innovative learning method and the use of a textbook as a conventional learning method. Both methods were based on SRL strategies. In this pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT), SRL using an AR group (n = 31) and a textbook group (n = 31) was performed. Perceived learning (PL) competency, knowledge, SRL competency, academic stress, and learning flow were measured to evaluate the effect of intervention. Although, there was not significant interaction between the effects of time and the intervention in PL competency, knowledge, academic stress, and learning flow. In the subdomains of SRL competency, environmental structuring, task strategies, time management, help seeking, and self-evaluation were significantly improved after intervention. SRL using innovative methods is more important after COVID 19. Therefore, well-designed larger RCTs are required to identify the effect of SRL strategy using innovative method.

This study aims to determine the pattern of skill management at the Community Learning Activity Center in increasing the competence of graduate learning citizens so that the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the community in an effort to improve the quality of human resources who are competing for people who have not completed formal education up to the school level. Senior High (SMA). This study uses qualitative methods to explore individual behavior in groups and understand the meaning of social problems. The data collection technique was carried out by the method of observation and semistructured interviews on research subjects consisting of PKBM managers, PKBM tutors, and PKBM learning citizens. The data analysis technique used the miles and Huberman model. The results showed: the management of the skills program at PKBM Aykos Nusa Ilmu was carried out by planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating stages. With the achievement level of competency skills, 80% of graduates meet competency standards, and as many as 20% of graduates show abilities in skills that exceed graduate competency standards.

There are 3 aspects of competency that must be achieved by students of computer programs in Elite English school of Ponorogo. The 3 aspects include knowledge, skills and attitudes. In Web Design class of computer programs the average student only excels at one aspect of competency. The unachievement is due to the lack of direct observation by the instructor which causes students to not follow the practice in full. The instructor has difficulty if they have to accompany each student directly because of the limited time and many students in the class. This study aims to apply the rekam layar method so that students are able to achieve all three aspects of competence. The screen recording method is a method that aims to make observations of students using computer software. This study uses the method of direct observation and interviews which lasted for two months. Rekam Layar learning method has been proven to be able to help students personally observe the process effectively. Student competency can be increased using the Rekam Layar learning method.

However, in practice, when applying this teaching method, teachers only focus on designing tasks that fulfill the goal of knowledge and skills without paying attention to developing problemsolving capabilities through collaborative learning. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the learning method through competency based training designed according to the results of the competency gap can improve managerial competencies in cooperation and communication of executing office holders and managerial competencies in self and others development as well as decision-making of the supervisory office holders. The research was conducted in Jakarta in one of government agencies by taking the executing and supervisory officials as research target. The research method used in this study is the method of action research, which among its aims is to find solutions to problems that exist in a particular study area. The results of the study showed that (1) there are significant differences between before and after holding competency based training for executing officials. The average Post-CBT value for executing positions was 3.45 which is higher than the average Pre-CBT value of 1.75. It illustrates that the learning method through competency based training designed according to the results of competency gaps can improve managerial competencies in cooperation and communication of executing office holders, and (2) there are significant differences between before and after holding competency based training for supervisory office holders. The average Post-CBT value for supervisory positions was 3.60 which is higher than the average Pre-CBT value of 1.80 which illustrates that the learning method through competency based training designed based on the results of competency gaps can improve managerial competencies in self and others development as well as decision-making for supervisory office holders.

Certification means to improve the quality of teacher competence. Certification allowances still raise questions about low teacher competency and student learning achievement. Based on this, a study was conducted on the effect of certification (x) benefits on teacher competency (y) and their implications for student learning achievement (z). The research aims: 1) Effect of certification benefits on teacher competence. 2) Effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement. 3) Efforts need to be made to improve teacher competency and student learning achievement. Research uses descriptive methods with quantitative approache. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The sample consisted of 33 teachers. Samples were selected with nonprobability sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and student test results. Validity test using product moment formula, and reliability testing using the alpha coefficient formula. Data analysis techniques used product moment correlation, path analysis and t test with SPSS version 21. Research results: 1) Teacher certification allowance (x) has a positive effect on teacher competence (y). This is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.586 and the strength of the influence of 0.443. 2) Teacher competency (y) has a positive effect on student learning achievement (z). This is proven by the results of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.708 and the power of influence is 0.501

PurposeStandardised Training of Paediatric Resident (STPR) plays an essential role in training qualified paediatricians. Until now, China had no paediatric resident competency index system to effectively guide and evaluate the competence of paediatric residents. This study aimed to establish a competency index system for paediatric residents in China to provide a reference for improving the training system and quality of STPR.Study design and settingThis study conducted two rounds of Delphi expert consultation survey among paediatric medical experts (n=16), followed by screening, revising and supplementing indicators using the boundary value method. Next, the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of indicators and finally establish a competency index system for paediatric residents.ResultsThe results of the statistical analysis revealed a positive coefficient of 100% for both rounds of expert consultation. The expert authority coefficient values were 0.82 and 0.83, and the expert coordination coefficient test was p<0.01. After referring to experts’ opinions, a competency index system for paediatric residents with 5 primary indicators, 14 secondary indicators and 73 tertiary indicators was finally formed and the weight of each indicator was calculated. The five primary indicators were professional quality (0.3187), knowledge and skills (0.2734), communication and cooperation (0.1986), lifelong learning (0.1302), and teaching ability (0.0791).ConclusionsIn this study, a competency index system for paediatric residents was constructed following the characteristics and quality requirements for paediatric residents in China and is expected to significantly improve the overall level of paediatricians’ medical service quality and supply.

Title of the research is the effect of teaching-learning assignment of civic lecture for elementary school on students’ pedagogic competency. This research is aimed at finding out the effect of teaching-learning assignment method of civic lecture for elementary school on students’ pedagogic competency. The research was conducted on students of PGSD Semester 4th academic year 2018-2019 with total sample of 130. Survey method with causality approach is used in this research. Data analysis technique used in this research is correlation statistic test, simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done under significance standard of 0,05. The result of the research concluded that teaching-learning assignment on civic teaching for elementary school gives effect on pedagogic competency. It can be seen through correlation coefficient (rxy) between assignment (X) and pedagogic competency (Y) which resulted in score of r = 0,656. Casual coefficient is consulted through interpretation table of pearson product moment correlation (r) which is at strong effect. Regression equation for significance regression test is Fcount = 0,9842 with Ftabel(0,05) = 1,60 and Ftabel(0,01) = 1,93 with dkpembilang = 27 and dkdeterminer = 101. So that Fcount &#60; Ftabel(0,05) &#60; Ftabel(0,01) = 0,9842 &#60;1,60 &#60; 1,93 therefore it can be concluded that Fcount &#60; Ftabel it means linear hypothesis is accepted, it that case data from pedagogic competency (Y) and assignment (X) have linear sphere relationship. The result of the research shows that pedagogic competency can be affected by teaching-learning assignment method during teaching-learning process of civic material in elementary school.

Анотація:
IMPROVING TEACHER INNOVATIVITY THROUGH STRENGTHENING PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCIES AND LEARNING ORGANIZATIONSThis study is intended to determine how teachers’ innovativeness can be improved by examining the relationship between teacher innovativeness with pedagogical competency variables and learning organizations The study was conducted using correlational statistical methods to determine whether pedagogical competency variables and learning organization have a positive relationship with teacher innovation. Based on these results, an analysis is then performed using the Sitorem Method to derive recommendations and determining the order of priority improvements that need to be implemented. The study was conducted to the government official teachers of State Vocational School located in Bogor Regency where the total study population was 184 and the sample taken was 126 teachers. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between pedagogical competence and teacher innovativeness where the relationship strength ry1 = 0.7655 and there was a positive relationship between learning organization and teacher innovativeness where the relationship strength ry2 = 0.2671. This proved that teacher innovation might be improved through strengthening the pedagogical competencies and learning organizations.

The equality program as an alternative in solving school problems In addition to economic factors, besides the economic factors, one of the factors that influence the dropout rate is about the low learning motivation of students who are the target group of equality programs. This study aims to reveal: 1) the level of learning satisfaction related to teacher competence in the learning process, 2) the level of learning satisfaction of the learning population towards teacher competence in the application of learning methods. This research is an ex-post facto research using correlational techniques. The research population was 176 people that studying in the equivalency learning group of package C guided by the non-formal education unit of the Sawerigading Study Program in Makassar. Sampling through the stratified random sampling technique which was subsequently determined was 88 people. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the level of learning satisfaction is calculated with the ability of the tutor to understand the students in the learning process by 47%. 2) learning satisfaction related to the application of learning methods by tutors by 71%. Thus, it can be denied that learning satisfaction related to Andragogical Tutor's competency is still in the fairly temporary category in applying the learning method that already in the Good category.

Constructing the learning outcomes and designing the optimal learning environment are valuable practices in teaching and learning endeavors. Doing so for intercultural learning requires a deft balance of learner inputs and instructional acumen. Assessment of intercultural competence is an essential component since it offers learners and instructors insights on where students are, where they wish to grow, and the success of treatment outcomes. In this study of practice, we examine three years of pre-post mixed-method intercultural assessment data, along with teaching and learning practices and outcomes, to gain insights into how this work of instructional design for intercultural competence can succeed. We also provide suggestions for improvements. The learners were 203 MBA students from the U.S. Pacific Northwest who were enrolled in either a short-term study abroad program or a “glocal” learning experience course. Learners were assessed using the Inter cultural Effectiveness Scale (IES) and the AAC&U VALUE Rubric on Intercultural Knowledge and Competency (IKAC). Results support the criticality of intentional instructional course design based on intercultural assessment data for improved intercultural competency development.

This study focuses only on the readiness of teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) in planning, implementing and conducting assessments in the learning process. This study aims to determine the strategy of learning planning, preparation of learning materials, methods of implementation and evaluation techniques by teachers of Islamic Education at SMAN in Pangkalpinang City. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results showed that PAI teachers at SMAN had done the planning by containing competency standards, basic competencies, indicators, learning objectives, subject matter, approaches, strategies and learning methods, learning activities, tools / learning resources and assessment. While the method of palembang is more dominant using lectures, discussions, assignments and practices. While the means of assessment use in writing, oral and observation.

This article aims to describe the results of the competency analysis of SKI teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan in implementing the 2013 curriculum learning based on the Semester Credit System. The method used is a qualitative research method with a naturalistic analysis approach using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While the data validity techniques are credibility (trust), transferability (transferability), dependability (dependence), and confirmability (certainty). The results showed that: (1) The competence of SKI teachers in analyzing the characteristics of students was considered quite good, with indicators of understanding the physical, moral, spiritual, social, cultural, emotional and intellectual aspects of students. (2) The competence of SKI teachers in mastering learning theory and learning principles is quite good, with indicators of deep learning theory of constructivism, behaviorism, and cognitivism learning theory. While the learning principle uses the PAIKEM approach. (3) The competency of SKI teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum based on credits is quite good, namely the implementation of learning using the 5 M approach, namely Associating, Asking, Observing, Creating networks, and Conducting trials. (4) The competence of SKI teachers in utilizing information and communication technology is in a good category, involving TV, films, VCD/DVD/VCR and the internet. (5) The competence of SKI teachers in using process evaluation and learning outcomes is quite good, with indicators of conducting an assessment taking into account the principles of continuity and authenticity including knowledge, attitudes and skills.

International experiences in social work education have become more common in the last few decades. The literature has shown these experiences to improve students’ cultural competency, intercultural communication, and work habits. The literature focuses on diffused learning experiences, where students visit and hear from local agencies. This article offers a consulting model as an alternative experiential learning method. Master’s level students at the Boston College School of Social Work report improved cultural competence and also the development of hard skills, such as collaboration, that will transfer to future social work employment.

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, education in Indonesia has shifted from face-to-face learning to online learning via the internet and digital technology. Therefore, digital literacy is a skill needed by vocational students and teachers today. This study aimed to identify and analyze digital literacy competency indicators to improve the quality of learning in high vocational education. This research employed a systematic review method, especially a qualitative meta-ethnographic approach, by reviewing various studies related to digital literacy competencies from various journal articles and conferences to then carry out the synthesis process. Meta-ethnography as part of the systematic review method integrates data across studies to obtain new theories and concepts with a deeper and more thorough understanding. The results showed four competency factors and 28 indicators to improve digital literacy competence. This research can be the basis of creating a digital literacy assessment model for high vocational education in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine: 1) The leadership of the school principal, organizational communication, teacher competencies, and the quality of learning. 2) The influence of the principal's leadership on the competence of teachers, 3) The effect of organizational communication on the competence of teachers, 4) The influence of school principlas leadership and organizational communication together on the competence, and 5) the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in state high schools in Majalengka Regency. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that the principal's leadership, organizational communication, teacher competence and learning quality are in the good category. The results of the verification study prove that leadership and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on teacher competency either partially or simultaneously. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning

Education is an important factor in the development and progress of a nation. The development of the current education sector is marked by the many businesses that are engaged in the field of educational support services (Private Tutoring Institutions). This study aims to find out how the influence of tutor competency, course price level and learning achievement on customer loyalty through satisfaction in the Private Tutoring Institution “Master Privat”. The object of the study was the students and parents of Master Private’ students as many as 100 respondents. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Then the data is analyzed using Path Analysis techniques with software Lisrel version 8.80 and SPSS version 22. The results showed that tutors' competency, price and learning achievement, each had a partial and significant direct effect on satisfaction. Tutor competency, price and learning achievement have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction. And the final result is the competence of the tutor, price and learning achievement influence on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable

This study aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial competency, learning orientation, and entrepreneurial motivation on SME performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative method with a sample of 200 SMEs from food and beverage industries have been established for more than 3 years and where chosen classified random sampling. The results show that entrepreneurial competency, learning orientation, and entrepreneurial motivation affect SMEs performance. In this research, entrepreneurial motivation shows the strongest influence on SME performance compared to entrepreneurial competency and learning orientation. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The instruments used were observation sheets, interview guides, audio and video recording devices and teacher administrative documents. For data testing, data triangulation techniques are used. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the following steps data collection; data reduction; data display, and verification and conclusion. The results showed that 1) the pedagogical competence of the teacher in managing the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih was classified as good; 2) the obstacles faced by teachers in managing the learning process are teachers' lack of understanding of the 2013 curriculum; scoring system; teachers only rely on textbooks or teacher handbooks in delivering learning materials without trying to find other relevant learning sources; lack of use of learning media; and teachers' inadequate ICT skills; 3) there has been no real effort made by the majority of teachers in overcoming obstacles faced in the management of the learning process.

Given the rapid development of desruptive technology era, the development of human resources competency, especially ASN in this case, must also take advantage of the growing information technology. E-learning that has been done by many agencies of ASN competence development development at this time, still need many adjustments. This is because the implementation of e-learning is still there are things that need to be adjusted include the assessment of results that are not objective in learning with e-learning method. To minimize it, can use new learning method that is real time conference method. This method is a method like classical face-to-face method, but this method uses good technological media so that it can be done at once in some classes / space competence development.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the impacts of self-leadership, self-directed learning competency, and clinical competency on the career adaptability of nursing college students. This study also was conducted to explore the mediating effects of self-directed learning competency and clinical competency on the relationship between self-leadership and career adaptability among nursing college students.Methods: Participants were 150 nursing college students. Data were collected from November 1 to November 30, 2020 using self-report questionnaires and were analyzed using frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny’s method for mediation with IBM SPSS 22.0.Results: The regression model explained 64.0% variance of nursing college students’ career adaptability (F = 63.94, p< 0.001). Significant factors were clinical competency (β= 0.40, p< 0.001), self-directed learning competency (β= 0.36, p< 0.001), self-leadership (β= 0.18, p= 0.011), and application motivation (β= 0.11, p= 0.035). Moreover, self-directed learning competency showed partial mediating effects on self-leadership and career adaptability. Clinical competency also showed partial mediating effects on self-leadership and career adaptability.Conclusions: The results suggest that nursing college students’ career adaptability can be increased through strategies aimed at increasing self-leadership, self-directed learning competency, and clinical competency.

Abstract Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of competency-oriented clinical laboratory teaching combined with case-based learning (CBL) and improve the examination of students’ competence of laboratory medicine. Methods A total of 107 medical laboratory medicine interns at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2017 to July 2019 volunteered to participate in the study and were randomly assigned into a control group with training of the traditional teacher-centered method, and an experimental group under a CBL teaching program. Student basic theory tests and skill assessment were designed to evaluate what the students gained from their internship when they completed their studies at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University. Results Compared to students in the control group taught with the teacher-centered method, those in the CBL teaching program had significantly higher theory test scores and skill assessment scores on average. Competencies with particularly significant improvement included identification and processing of instrument alarm information, analysis of test results, identification and solution of the problem, as well as identification and reporting of the critical value and clinical communication. Conclusions The competency-oriented teaching method combined with CBL is an effective method for improving students’ professional knowledge, increasing language expression, and enhancing interpersonal relationship and teamwork, which is worthy of being promoted in laboratory medicine teaching.

This study seeks to explain the competence of teaching staff/educators in Islamic education, the Khoirul Ummah School, Malang. The benchmark of change and strengthening teaching skills within the scope of Islamic educational institutions is using the competency analysis. The significance of the research lies in the analysis of the integration of modern science and the Islamic one. It used a descriptive qualitative survey research method with a documentary observation pattern and inquiry-based source tracking method. The findings reveal 1) aspects of personality competence, which characterized by moral and moral indicators, leadership and educational figures. In this competency, educators are highly qualified. The reason is that educators have a social competence enlightened by the kiai or cleric 2) aspects of professional competence. Here, family educators get a small scale. Educators master more the subject matter, compared to methods or learning concepts that are appropriate to the goals of the institution. In this aspect, 70% of educators do not understand concepts and methods, especially digital-based methods. 3) Aspects of social competence. In this aspect, educators become a good one if they can communicate and interact with students, guardians and surrounding communities. 60 % of educators are active in social activities and establish friendships with students’ guardians.
