Повний текст джерелаDebido a la creciente tasa de producción de cobre en Chile junto a una tendencia a la baja de ley del mineral, la producción se traduce en mayores toneladas de material procesado implicando mayores consumos de agua en la industria. Por otra parte, las faenas mineras, que habitualmente se emplazan en zonas áridas del país, se enfrentan a estrictos estándares medioambientales que buscan un mayor control y regulación del uso de agua fresca para propósitos industriales; lo que fomenta el uso de nuevas estrategias y/o tecnologías orientadas a reducir el consumo de agua fresca. El presente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo evaluar posibles mejoras en la recuperación de agua para la gran minería chilena del cobre asociadas a la elección de distintas secuencias de operación de un tranque de relaves convencional dividido en celdas interiores. Este trabajo explora estrategias para la reducción de las pérdidas de agua en la cubeta de los tranques de relaves, de forma de incrementar la recuperación de agua desde la misma. Las pérdidas en la cubeta, que disminuyen la recirculación de aguas, se asocian principalmente al atrapamiento de agua en los poros del relave depositado y la evaporación; fenómenos asociados a la sedimentación, consolidación, secado y resaturación de relaves, y que en este trabajo se evalúan a partir de datos de ensayo de laboratorio de un relave de cobre típico de gran minería Chilena, la modelación en diferencias finitas mediante CONDES0 del fenómeno de consolidación y la modelación en elementos finitos mediante SEEP/W de la etapa de secado y resaturación. La evaluación del caudal potencial a ser recuperado desde la laguna de aguas claras se estudia para un tranque de relaves de 10 km2 dividido en seis celdas de 1.66 km2 para tres secuencias operacionales de depositación que corresponden a una depositación de siete días por celda, 14 días por celda y 28 días por celda para una producción de 100.000 ktpd de relaves durante un periodo de un año. Los resultados obtenidos indican que una operación de depositación con mayor cantidad de días por celda se transforma en una alternativa que permite generar un mayor caudal de recuperación mientras que el agua atrapada se mantiene alrededor del 50% para todos los planes operacionales. Sin embargo, una mayor cantidad de días de depositación por celda requiere una celda más alta y con mayor volumen de obras de contención lo que puede estar asociado a mayores problemas de estabilidad.

Повний текст джерелаEl principal problema ambiental generado por los depósitos de relaves es la contaminación de las napas subterráneas debido a la infiltración en el subsuelo con aguas de proceso. La metodología de depositación de relaves TTD (Thickened Tailings Disposal), implica someter al relave a un proceso de espesamiento, incrementando las concentraciones de sólido en comparación al relave convencional. Este estudio presenta una comparación experimental del potencial de infiltración de relaves convencionales en comparación a relaves espesados con metodología TTD. Para ello se midió empíricamente en una columna de flujo de una dimensión, la infiltración en un suelo natural producida por la depositación sobre el mismo de capas sucesivas de relave de diferentes concentraciones de sólidos, buscando simular el crecimiento de un depósito de relaves. Se implementó una instalación experimental consistente en una probeta cilíndrica de acrílico de 20 cm de diámetro x 100 cm de altura en la que se dispuso en su parte inferior 50 cm de suelo natural compactado, instrumentado con sensores de humedad y un tensiómetro. Luego en forma sucesiva, se depositaron capas de relave, instrumentadas con medidores de humedad, tensiómetro y medidor de temperatura. El programa de ensayos consideró: 2 muestras de relave y 1 muestra de suelo de fundación. Se ejecutaron cuatro ensayos, dos por tipo de relave a dos distintas concentraciones de sólidos. Para el Relave 1 (cobre), tanto el relave convencional como el espesado con metodología TTD, infiltraron el total de la muestra de suelo. Es necesario mencionar que la masa de relave espesado TTD corresponde a 1,85 veces la masa de relave convencional depositado y que en la probeta con relave convencional, en su parte inferior, se acumuló un exceso de agua que permitiría alcanzar una infiltración extra de 12%. Para el Relave 2 (oro y plata), la infiltración alcanzada en la prueba con relave espesado TTD alcanzó aproximadamente el 50% de la muestra de suelo, mientras que durante la prueba con relave convencional, se infiltró el total de la muestra de suelo. La razón entre la masa de relave espesado y la masa del relave convencional equivale a 1,36. En base al análisis y resultados de los ensayos experimentales realizados se ha logrado concluir que la profundidad que alcanza la infiltración dentro del suelo de fundación es una función que depende de la cantidad de agua liberada por el relave hacia el subsuelo y de la curva de retención de agua del suelo, específicamente de su capacidad de campo.

The dissertation is devoted to development of new ultrasonic electromagnetic-acoustic transducers with a source of pulsed polarizing magnetic field, methods of sensitive testing and diagnostics of metalware with the use of transducers of this type. Analytical review and analysis of modern means and methods of testing and diagnostics via electromagnetic-acoustic method [1-3] of ferromagnetic and electrically conductive or strictly electrically conductive products under conditions of impact of constant and pulse polarizing magnetic fields taking into account the presence of coherent interferences of different types, technical level of modern electromagnetic circuits, means of their power supply, reception of ultrasonic pulses from metalware and their processing, determination of known advantages and disadvantages, and opportunities of their use in research and development. The direction of the research is defined and justified: development of electromagnetic-acoustic transducer in the form of a simplified single-wind coil model [4] of a source of a magnetic polarizing field with a ferromagnetic core and a high-frequency coil, which is located between the core and the sample; by modeling [5] the distribution of induction of polarizing magnetic field at the end face of the core of the magnetic field source and in the surface layer of both ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic metallurgy the features of the location of the high frequency coil of inductance under the magnetic field source are effectively determined for the effective excitation of shear ultrasonic pulses (near the peripheral end of the ferromagnetic core) [6]. The increase in number of winds of magnetization coil in presence of a ferromagnetic core leads to a significant increase in time of transients during the process of powering of a pulsed source of a polarizing magnetic field and during its switching off. As a result, the duration of the power pulse increases to 1 ms or more, which leads to an increase in the force of attraction of EMAP to the ferromagnetic product, additional losses of electricity, deterioration of temperature conditions of the transducer. To reduce the duration of powering pulse of magnetic field it is necessary to reduce the number of winds of the magnetizing coil, but this leads to a decrease in magnetic induction magnitude, even in presence of a ferromagnetic core. As a result of rational choice of the design of the magnetic field source, the flat coil of magnetization must be made with a two-window three-wind and made of high-conductive high-heat-conducting material [7-9]. The core should be placed in the windows of the magnet coil only by the ends. As a result, the action time of the magnetization pulse is reduced to 200 μs, which is sufficient for testing of samples up to 300 mm thick. The high-frequency inductor coil is made of two linear working sections that are located under the windows of the coil [9]. In opposite directions of high-frequency current in these working areas, in-phase powerful pulses of shear ultrasonic waves are excited in the surface layer of the product. The ratio of the excited amplitudes of the shear and longitudinal pulses exceeds 30 dB. That is, the coherent pulses of longitudinal waves in the testing of the moon by the method will practically not affect the results of the diagnosis of ferromagnetic products. Design variants of electromagnetic-acoustic transducers with one-wind [7], two-wind [8] and three-wind magnetization coils [9] of a source of a pulsed polarizing magnetic field are developed. With a single-coil [7], the transients are minimal when the power pulse is winded on. However, it is necessary to excite in the coil a current of several kA, which complicates the temperature conditions of the transducer and power equipment. With a three-coil [9] magnetization, the amplitude of the bottom pulses in relation to the amplitude of the interference exceeds 24 dB, which allows for testing and diagnostics of large variety of samples. When using the charge core [9], the ratio of amplitudes increased to 38 dB, which makes it possible to monitor the echo by the method. The method [10] of ultrasonic electromagnetic - acoustic testing of ferromagnetic products is developed. vectors of intensity with duration of several periods of high filling frequency, n and this excitation of the pulses of the electromagnetic field is performed at a time equal to the time of transients to establish the operating value of the induction of the polarizing magnetic field, and the reception of ultrasonic pulses reflected from the product is performed in the time period tпр, which is determined by the expression T – t1 – t2 – t3 < tпр = t1 + t2 + t3 + 2H/C, where T is the duration of the magnetization pulse; t1 is the time of transients to establish the working value of the induction of a polarizing magnetic field; t2 - time of packet pulse of electromagnetic field; t3 is the time of damping oscillations in the flat high frequency inductor; H is the thickness of the product or the distance in volume of the product to be ultrasound; C is the velocity of propagation of shear ultrasonic waves in the material of the product. It is established [9] that the interferences in the ferromagnetic core caused by the Barkhausen effect and magnetostrictive transformation of electromagnetic energy into ultrasound are practically excluded by production of the core blended, usage of the material of the core plates which has a low coefficient of magnetostrictive conversion, perpendicular core plates orientation in relation to the conductors of the working areas of the flat high-frequency inductor, as well as filling of the gaps between the plates with a high density fluid, such as glycerol. It is shown that the sensitivity of direct EMA transducers with pulse magnetization when powered by a batch high frequency probe pulse generator [11] and when receiving via a low noise amplifier [12] provide detection of flat-bottomed reflectors with a diameter of 3 mm or more, probe frequency of 40 Hz, peak high-frequency current of 120A, shear linearly polarized ultrasonic oscillations of 2.3 MHz, high frequency packet pulse duration 6…7 filling frequency periods, magnetization pulse duration 200 μs, magnetization current density of 600 A / mm2 and at the gap between the EMAP and the product of 0.2 mm [9]. The amplitude of the echo momentum reflected from the flaw in relation to the noise amplitude reaches 20 dB. The EMATs developed are protected with 2 utility model patents.

A relevant scientific – practical problem on development of new types of EMAP for effective ultrasonic control of metal products is solved in the dissertation. Computer simulation of EMAT magnetic fields distribution in pulse magnetization of ferromagnetic and non-magnetic products is performed. Ways to build transducers with maximum sensitivity are established. The method of excitation of pulsed batch ultrasonic pulses due to the sequential formation of pulsed magnetic and electromagnetic fields is developed. Technical solutions for suppression of coherent interference in the core and in the product have been developed. The geometrical and structural parameters of pulsed magnetic field source were determined, which made it possible to excite powerful in-phase packet pulses of high-frequency shear oscillations in a sample. It is shown that the sensitivity of direct EMA transducers with pulse magnetization provide detection of flat-bottom reflectors with a diameter of 3 mm and more at a probing frequency of 40 Hz, a frequency of shear linearly polarized ultrasonic oscillations of 2.3 MHz, a peak current of high-frequency packet pulses of 120 A, duration of batch high frequency current pulses in 6 periods of filling frequency, magnetization pulse duration of 200 μs, magnetization current of 600 A and at the gap between EMAP and product of 0.2 mm.

Existem evid?ncias que a estimula??o colin?rgica central aumenta a dissipa??o de calor em ratos normotensos como consequ?ncia de altera??es cardiovasculares via modula??o da atividade barorreflexa. No entanto, n?o h? dados publicados sobre o envolvimento do sistema colin?rgico central nestas respostas em modelo experimental que apresenta altera??o da sensibilidade dos barorreceptores e d?ficit termorregulat?rio. Assim, o objetivo do presente estudo foi verificar o envolvimento do sistema colin?rgico central na modula??o das repostas cardiovasculares e termorregulat?rias durante o repouso e exerc?cio f?sico em ratos espontaneamente hipertensos (SHR). Ratos Wistar machos (n = 33) e SHR (n = 33) foram implantados com uma c?nula intracerebroventricular (icv) para inje??es de 2 ?L de fisostigmina (fis) ou solu??o salina (sal). Temperaturas da cauda (Tcauda) e corporal interna (Tint), press?o arterial sist?lica (PAS), frequ?ncia card?aca (FC) e taxa metab?lica foram registradas durante os 60 minutos em que os ratos permaneceram em repouso, bem como durante o exerc?cio f?sico at? a fadiga ap?s inje??es icv randomizadas. Na situa??o repouso, o tratamento com fis iniciou uma sucess?o de respostas cardiovasculares e termorregulat?rias que resultaram em aumento da PAS, redu??o da FC e aumento de Tcauda nos grupos Wistar e SHR. A magnitude da ativa??o desses mecanismos foi mais intensa no SHR, afetando a Tint e melhorando a dissipa??o de calor. Durante o exerc?cio f?sico, o tratamento com fis foi capaz de modular as repostas cardiovasculares promovendo aumento significativo da PAS, seguido de bradicardia reflexa em ratos SHR e Wistar. Estas respostas foram mais intensas nos ratos Wistar. N?o houve diferen?a significativa para a Tcauda e Tint no grupo SHR fis em rela??o ao grupo sal. Entretanto, fis impactou positivamente no desempenho f?sico. Em conjunto, esses resultados fornecem evid?ncias que, durante a situa??o de repouso, a estimula??o colin?rgica central modula as repostas termorregulat?rias por meio de mudan?as no sistema cardiovascular de ratos Wistar e SHR, sendo que essas respostas s?o mais acentuadas em ratos SHR impactando na dissipa??o de calor. Durante o exerc?cio f?sico, a administra??o central de fis promove altera??es no sistema cardiovascular de ratos normotensos e hipertensos. Apesar dessas altera??es n?o terem sido suficientes para ajustar as respostas termorregulat?rias em ratos SHR, impactaram positivamente no desempenho f?sico.

There is evidence that central cholinergic stimulation increases heat dissipation in normotensive rats through changes on the cardiovascular system via modulation of baroreceptors function. However, there is no published data regarding the involvement of the central cholinergic system in cardiovascular and thermoregulatory responses in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR), which are animals that possess altered baroreceptor sensitivity and thermoregulatory deficit. Therefore, the aim of this study was to verify the involvement of the central cholinergic system in cardiovascular and thermoregulatory adjustments in SHR. Male Wistar (n = 33) and SHR (n = 33) rats were implanted with an intracerebroventricular (icv) cannula for injections of 2 ?L of physostigmine (phy) or saline (sal) solution. Tail (Ttail) and internal body temperatures (Tint), systolic arterial pressure (SAP), heart rate (HR) and metabolic rate were registered during 60 minutes while the animals remained at rest and during exercise until fatigue after randomly receiving the injections. Phy treatment started a succession of cardiovascular and thermoregulatory responses that resulted in increased SAP, reduced HR and increased Ttail in both Wistar and SHR groups. The magnitude of the activation of these mechanisms seems to be more intense in SHR, even affecting the Tint, and improve heat dissipation. During physical exercise, the phy treatment was able to modulate the cardiovascular responses promoting a significant increase of SAP, followed by reflex bradycardia in SHR and Wistar rats. These responses were more intense in Wistar rats. There was no significant difference for Ttail and Tint in the SHR group, however, phy positively impacted the physical performance. Taken together, these results provide evidence that at rest the central cholinergic stimulation modulates thermoregulatory responses through changes in the cardiovascular system of Wistar and SHR rats, and SHR rats presented greater cardiovascular and thermoregulatory responses than normotensive rats after central cholinergic stimulation. During physical exercise the central administration of phy promotes adjustments in the cardiovascular system of normotensive and hypertensive rats. Although these adjustments were not sufficient to pair the thermoregulatory responses in SHR rats, they had a positive impact on physical performance.

In the dissertation work the problems of creation of multiphysical models used in the research and designing of medium voltage vacuum switching devices are considered. The object of the study is transient electromagnetic processes in a heterogeneous, nonlinear, moving medium conducting electric current and including high-coercive permanent magnets; processes related to the theory of elasticity, solid state mechanics, phenomena in non-stationary thermal fields, and the theory of continuum mechanics. Subject of research – vacuum switching devices with bistable polarized actuators; dynamics of actuators; static and dynamic deformation of the contact system of the circuit breaker and the mechanism under the influence of the actuator; the ability of the circuit breaker to switch on and the thermal stability of the circuit breaker under the influence of emergency overvoltage's; liquid dampers; electromagnetic actuator’s control circuit. Research methods – the investigations of electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal processes and fluid flow processes are based on analytical and numerical mathematical models that take into account the most significant linear and nonlinear interconnections between phenomena. Numerical solutions of partial differential equations are carried out using special application software packages, the reliability of which is repeatedly confirmed and does not cause doubts, as well as codes written by the applicant. The following scientific results have been obtained in the work. For the first time a model of dynamics of a polarized bistable actuator with permanent magnets has been developed based on calculations of transient electromagnetic field in a nonlinear non-uniform medium conducting electric current and containing permanent magnets taking into account the motion of parts of the actuator in conjunction with nonlinear equations of electric circuit and motion. The parameters of forced switching on of actuators are calculated and recommendations on the design and parameters of actuators are given. The multiphysical models of studying the influence of actuator parameters on static and dynamic mechanical stresses in a vacuum chamber bellows have been developed, recommendations have been obtained for choosing the optimal structure of a bellows and its durability, its fatigue endurance is calculated. A model of the influence of actuator parameters on dynamic mechanical stresses in the contact system and the switching mechanism based on the theory of elasticity was developed, due to which the geometry of the drive shaft was calculated and its material was chosen. For the first time, multiphysical models have been developed to determine the effect of the actuator's dynamic characteristics on the ability of the circuit breaker to activate the emergency overloads: shock dynamics and contact vibration time are defined; the Stefan thermal problem solved, the heat of phase transitions is taken into account, and the possible strength of contact welding is determined; recommendations for reducing the contact collision rate due to the use of a liquid damper based on the Navies-Stokes equation and dynamics of the actuator are given; the model of heating and deformation of the contact surface was developed and on its basis recommendations were given regarding calculations of the required force of contact pressure and the geometry of the contacts in the conditions of thermal stability. The original models of circuits connecting actuator coils to different sources of electric energy have been investigated and analyzed, and recommendations on their practical implementation have been given. The results of the study were checked on layouts, prototypes and used in the development of vacuum circuit breakers, tests of which models were confirmed by the obtained recommendations and conclusions. Implementation of the main scientific and practical results of the dissertation work was reflected: in agreement with «ABM Ampere», Kremenchk agreement No. 33/98-12 between NTU «KhPI» and «ABM Ampere» LLC «Influence of the parameters of a bistable polarized vacuum actuator of the circuit breaker on its ability to switch on», research and development work performed by order of Ukrenergokompleks-2 LLC, Kharkov «Bistable actuators in control plants and distribution of liquid flows», the acts of implementation are added.

In the dissertation work the problems of creation of multiphysical models used in the research and designing of medium voltage vacuum switching devices are considered. The object of the study is transient electromagnetic processes in a heterogeneous, nonlinear, moving medium conducting electric current and including high-coercive permanent magnets; processes related to the theory of elasticity, solid state mechanics, phenomena in non-stationary thermal fields, and the theory of continuum mechanics. Subject of research – vacuum switching devices with bistable polarized actuators; dynamics of actuators; static and dynamic deformation of the contact system of the circuit breaker and the mechanism under the influence of the actuator; the ability of the circuit breaker to switch on and the thermal stability of the circuit breaker under the influence of emergency overvoltage's; liquid dampers; electromagnetic actuator’s control circuit. Research methods – the investigations of electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal processes and fluid flow processes are based on analytical and numerical mathematical models that take into account the most significant linear and nonlinear interconnections between phenomena. Numerical solutions of partial differential equations are carried out using special application software packages, the reliability of which is repeatedly confirmed and does not cause doubts, as well as codes written by the applicant. The following scientific results have been obtained in the work. For the first time a model of dynamics of a polarized bistable actuator with permanent magnets has been developed based on calculations of transient electromagnetic field in a nonlinear non-uniform medium conducting electric current and containing permanent magnets taking into account the motion of parts of the actuator in conjunction with nonlinear equations of electric circuit and motion. The parameters of forced switching on of actuators are calculated and recommendations on the design and parameters of actuators are given. The multiphysical models of studying the influence of actuator parameters on static and dynamic mechanical stresses in a vacuum chamber bellows have been developed, recommendations have been obtained for choosing the optimal structure of a bellows and its durability, its fatigue endurance is calculated. A model of the influence of actuator parameters on dynamic mechanical stresses in the contact system and the switching mechanism based on the theory of elasticity was developed, due to which the geometry of the drive shaft was calculated and its material was chosen. For the first time, multiphysical models have been developed to determine the effect of the actuator's dynamic characteristics on the ability of the circuit breaker to activate the emergency overloads: shock dynamics and contact vibration time are defined; the Stefan thermal problem solved, the heat of phase transitions is taken into account, and the possible strength of contact welding is determined; recommendations for reducing the contact collision rate due to the use of a liquid damper based on the Navies-Stokes equation and dynamics of the actuator are given; the model of heating and deformation of the contact surface was developed and on its basis recommendations were given regarding calculations of the required force of contact pressure and the geometry of the contacts in the conditions of thermal stability. Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this work was to assemble an experimental apparatus PVT skilled labor in obtaining phase equilibria at high pressures and determining efficient methodology. Tests were performed mounting apparatus in order to develop methodology. During these tests, the data bubble point of pure carbon dioxide were determined at temperatures of 25, 26, 27 and 28 Â C and compared with data obtained for similar equipment, providing average deviation of 0.4 Bar, 0.6% on the extent being of the same order of magnitude compared to similar equipment. For testing systems in which one liquid component is introduced at ambient pressure in the analysis phase equilibrium torque was analyzed ethanol-CO2 at 40 Â C, and also compared with the literature data. The results obtained in steps preliminary analyzes showed that the system was capable of developing new data phase equilibrium. The study continued with the application development methodology for systems of viscera from fish oil + carbon dioxide oil, fish viscera + carbon dioxide + ethanol, corn oil + carbon dioxide and corn oil + ethanol + carbon dioxide at temperatures of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 110 Â C for systems without ethanol at temperatures of 40, 60, 80 and 110 Â C, for others. The phase diagrams obtained for all systems studied were of type IV according to the classification of Von Konynen and Scott, which is similar to that found in literature phase diagrams for systems consisting of triglycerides and carbon dioxide, showing the ability development of new data for the set-apparatus developed methodology.
O objetivo desta dissertaÃÃo foi montar um aparato experimental PVT hÃbil ao trabalho na obtenÃÃo de equilÃbrio de fases em altas pressÃes e a determinaÃÃo de metodologia eficiente. Testes de montagem no aparato foram realizados com o intuito de desenvolver a metodologia. Durantes estes testes, dados do ponto de bolha do diÃxido de carbono puro foram determinados em temperaturas de 25, 26, 27 e 28 ÂC e comparados com dados obtidos para equipamentos similares, fornecendo desvio mÃdio de 0,4 Bar, 0,6 % relativo à medida, sendo da mesma ordem de grandeza em relaÃÃo a equipamentos similares. Para testes de sistemas em que um componente lÃquido à pressÃo ambiente fosse introduzido nas anÃlises de equilÃbrio de fases o binÃrio etanol-CO2 foi analisado a 40 ÂC, e tambÃm comparado com dados da literatura. Os resultados obtidos nas etapas de anÃlises preliminares mostraram que o sistema estava apto a desenvolver novos dados de equilÃbrio de fases. Os estudos prosseguiram com o desenvolvimento da aplicaÃÃo da metodologia para os sistemas de Ãleo de vÃscera de peixe + diÃxido de carbono, Ãleo de vÃscera de peixe + etanol + diÃxido de carbono, Ãleo de milho + diÃxido de carbono e Ãleo de milho + etanol + diÃxido de carbono nas temperaturas de 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 e 110 ÂC para os sistemas sem etanol e nas temperaturas de 40, 60, 80 e 110 ÂC, para os demais. Os diagramas de fases obtidos para todos os sistemas estudados foram do tipo IV de acordo com a classificaÃÃo de Von Konynen e Scott, o que se assemelha ao encontrado na literatura de diagramas de fase para sistemas constituÃdos de triglicerÃdeos e diÃxido de carbono, mostrando a capacidade de desenvolvimento de novos dados para o conjunto metodologia-aparato desenvolvido.

To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: – to analyze the structures and areas of use of linear pulse electromechanical converters of induction, electrodynamics and electromagnetic types as shockpower and accelerating devices; – to implement in the COMSOL Multiphysics software environment a mathematical model of a linear pulse electromechanical converter of multi-core configuration, which takes into account the interconnected electrical, magnetic, mechanical and thermal processes and nonlinear magnetic and thermophysical dependences; – to analyze the electromechanical characteristics of linear pulse electromechanical converters of multicore configurations and to evaluate their efficiency with the help of a complex criterion; – to establish the influence of the shape of the excitation current on the efficiency of linear pulse electromechanical transducers of multicore configurations; – to conduct experimental studies of linear pulse electromechanical transducers, to propose and test models of electromagnetic catapult for unmanned aerial vehicle, magnetic pulse press for ceramic powder materials, electromechanical device for discharging ice and snow deposits from the transmission line wire and transmission line. Object of research – electromechanical processes and indicators of linear pulse electromechanical converters of multicore configurations. Subject of research – linear pulse electromechanical converters of multicore configurations of power and speed purpose. Research methods. Mathematical modeling of electromagnetic, mechanical and thermophysical processes in linear pulse electromechanical converters of pulse action was used to solve the tasks to analyze the electromechanical characteristics and establish the influence of the shape of the excitation current on the efficiency of the converters. Experimental studies of linear pulse electromechanical transducers of multicore configuration were performed on experimental stands, which allowed to test device models. The following scientific results are obtained in the work: – the classification of linear pulse electromechanical converters of multicore configurations, which include ferromagnetic, coil and continuous conductive armature, was further developed; – the mathematical model of the linear pulse electromechanical converter due to inclusion of the ferromagnetic, coil and continuous electrically conductive anchors which interact with a mobile anchor is improved. The mathematical model, which is implemented in the COMSOL Multiphysics software environment, contains interconnected electrical, magnetic, mechanical and thermal processes and takes into account magnetic and thermophysical nonlinear dependencies; – for the first time the peculiarities of the course of electromagnetic processes are established and the electrical, magnetic and power indicators of linear pulse electromechanical converters of multi-core configurations of power purpose are determined. It is shown that almost all converters of multi-arc configurations provide an increase in the amplitude and magnitude of the pulse of electrodynamics forces in comparison with the converter, which has one continuous conductive armature; – for the first time the influence of geometrical parameters of movable and fixed electrically conductive armatures that interact with the movable inductor was established, which allowed to increase the speed indicators of the linear pulse electromechanical converter; – for the first time it is established that when excited by oscillatingattenuating, aperiodic and aperiodic with feeding forms of current in converters of multicore configurations the magnitude of the electrodynamics force pulse increases in comparison with the converter having one continuous electrically conductive armature. The dissertation work was performed at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and is part of the research work of the Department of General Electrical Engineering. The peculiarities of the course of electromagnetic processes are established and the electrical, magnetic and power indicators of electromechanical converters of multi-core configurations are determined. A complex criterion for evaluating the efficiency is proposed, by means of which a comparative analysis of electromechanical converters of multicore configurations with electromechanical converters having one anchor is carried out. The influence of the form of excitation current on the efficiency of electromechanical converters of multicore configurations is established. The method is developed and experimental researches of electromechanical converters of power and speed appointment with simultaneous measurement of electric, mechanical and thermal parameters are carried out. On the basis of electromechanical converters multi-core configurations, original designs of electromagnetic catapult models for UAVs, magnetic-pulse press for ceramic powder materials and electromechanical device for discharge of ice and snow deposits from the power line wire were developed and tested.

The point of departure for this analysis is the semantic-functional category ofaspectuality which can be expressed in Spanish by diverse linguistic means likegrammatical aspect, Aktionsarten, adverbs, verbal periphrases, etc. By consideringimperfectivity as a semantic-functional category, which comprises all the possiblelinguistic means to express semantic indeterminacy like the Spanish imperfecto(cantaba), presente (canta), ESTAR+GERUNDIO, etc., a semantic relation to othercategories such as temporality, modality and evidentiality can be made. Thesecategories interplay with the speaker’s stance in expressing an utterance, which isassociated with subjectivity. For example, an imperfective verb form (cantaba) maybe chosen in contexts where the perfective verb form (cantó) is expected to appear:El valor total […] ascendía a unos 5.950 euros (‘The total value […] rose (imperfecto)to some 5.950 euros’).Although in some contexts the use of the imperfective verb form isgrammatically motivated, there are other contexts where this is not the case, e.g. injournalistic texts. The thesis is devoted to the improvement of the mathematical model of magnetic field of DC electromagnets of spacecraft control systems considering the heterogeneity of the magnetization of the cores of cylindrical and complex shape. The integral equation with respect to the surface density of fictitious magnetic charges was transformed on the basis of almost uniform distribution of magnetization in the cross sections of the core and by means of the averages of the volume of each element of the core of magnetic permeabilities, which allows to calculate the magnetic field of electromagnets of spacecraft control systems taking into account the edge effects and the magnetization curve. The influence of the magnetic field intensity generated by the coil, the relative length of the cores of cylindrical and complex shape made of permalloy 50N, as well as the sizes and positions of the pole pieces on the magnetic moment of the electromagnet is studied and recommendations are made to ensure its maximum effective specific magnetic moment. The validity of the theoretical results is confirmed by measuring the mean values of the magnetic field induction in the cross sections of a cylindrical core, comparing it with the published calculated values of the magnetic moment of cylindrical cores, and testing the mathematical model using analytical solutions of similar electrostatic problems.

With the advance of the investigation we have discovered that characteristics of the sensationalist press are still used in the publications of digital newspapers, especially the newspaper analyzed in the investigation that is the "Trome". We can see how the titles are loaded with qualifiers that appeal to the feelings of the readers causing rejection or support, depending on the type of news. Likewise, use is made of the color and size of the letter, appearing in bold and in a much larger size than the content. Images loaded with sensationalism are also used. For this study, data collection techniques such as interviews and analysis of observation guides were used to study the publications made by the newspaper. A data crossing was also made to corroborate the studies of specialists such as foreigners and Peruvians. At the end, a data crossing was performed to obtain the final conclusions.

Un determinado porcentaje de pacientes intervenidos de cirugía cardíaca presentan durante el periodo postoperatorio un síndrome de vasoplejia (Síndrome clínico de Respuesta Inflamatoria Sistémica- SIRSc), llegando incluso a desarrollar algunos de ellos un cuadro de shock distributivo (SIRSc-Grave). Cambios en los valores de la presión coloidosmótica plasmática podrían jugar un papel importante en el desarrollo de estas entidades. El objetivo general del presente estudio es analizar la relación entre los valores de presión coloidosmótica plasmática y la aparición de SIRSc y SIRSc-Grave en pacientes tratados con una cirugía cardíaca. Material y métodos. Se efectuó un estudio prospectivo en 214 pacientes consecutivos intervenidos de cirugía cardíaca en nuestro centro durante el periodo de junio a diciembre de 2018. Se efectuó una monitorización de los valores de presión coloidosmótica plasmática durante los tres primeros días del periodo postoperatorio utilizando las fórmulas propuestas por Landis-Pappenheimer, Nematbakhsh-Moradi y el Índice de Briones. Se analizó la relación existente entre los niveles de presión coloidosmótica plasmática y la aparición del síndrome de vasoplejia postoperatoria (SIRSc), y el cuadro de shock distributivo (SIRSc-Grave). Resultados. En el postoperatorio inmediato de los pacientes tratados con una cirugía cardíaca se produjo una reducción significativa de los valores de presión coloidosmótica, que se mantuvieron disminuidos de forma estable a lo largo de los tres primeros días de periodo postoperatorio. Un 77,5% de los pacientes evaluados desarrollaron un síndrome de vasoplejia postoperatoria (SIRSc) durante los tres primeros días del postoperatorio, sin que apareciera una relación significativa entre los valores de la presión coloidosmótica y el cuadro de SIRSc. El porcentaje de pacientes que presentaron un shock distributivo (SIRSc-Grave) a lo largo del periodo postoperatorio fue del 12,1%. Pudimos apreciar una relación significativa entre los valores de presión coloidosmótica plasmática y el riesgo de aparición de SIRSc-Grave. Los pacientes con unos valores de presión coloidosmótica inferiores a los 18,5 mmHg contaron con un riesgo significativamente superior de sufrir un SIRSc-Grave. El porcentaje de SIRSc- Grave en los pacientes con valores de presión coloidosmótica plasmática superiores a 18,5 mmHg durante el primer día postoperatorio (n=155, 72,4%) fue del 5,2%, en tanto que en los pacientes con unos valores inferiores a 18,5 mmHg (n=69, 27,6%) éste fue del 27,6%. Se pudo apreciar una relación significativa entre el diagnóstico de SIRSc-Grave y la aparición de complicaciones postoperatorias, un incremento en la duración del ingreso en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos post-Cirugía Cardíaca, así como un incremento en la duración del periodo de ingreso hospitalario. Los pacientes que presentaron valores de presión coloidosmótica plasmática inferiores a 18,5 mmHg durante el periodo postoperatorio inmediato tuvieron un riesgo 4,5 veces superior de sufrir la aparición de complicaciones postoperatorias.Conclusiones. En los pacientes intervenidos de cirugía cardíaca se produjo un descenso significativo en los valores de presión coloidosmótica plasmática en las primeras 72h del postoperatorio. Existe una relación significativa entre niveles de presión coloidosmótica plasmática inferiores a 18,5 mmHg a lo largo de este y la aparición de un shock distributivo y de complicaciones postoperatorias.
Introduction. During the postoperative period, a certain percentage of patients undergoing cardiac surgery have vasoplegia syndrome (Clinical Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome- SIRSc), some of them even developing a distributional shock chart (Severe-SIRSc. Changes in plasma colloid osmotic pressure values could play an important role in the development of these entities. The general objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between plasma colloid osmotic pressure values and the appearance of SIRSc and Severe-SIRSc in patients treated with cardiac surgery. Material and methods. A prospective study was carried out in 214 consecutive patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our center during the period from June to December 2018. Monitoring of plasma colloid osmotic pressure values was carried out during the first three days of the postoperative period using the formulas proposed by Landis-Pappenheimer, Nematbakhsh-Moradi and the Briones Index. The relationship between the levels of plasma colloid osmotic pressure and the appearance of postoperative vasoplegia syndrome (SIRSc), and the distributional shock chart (Severe-SIRSc) was analyzed. Results. In the immediate postoperative period of the patients treated with cardiac surgery, there was a significant reduction in the colloid osmotic pressure values, which remained stable in the first three days of the postoperative period. 77.5% of the evaluated patients developed a postoperative vasoplegia syndrome (SIRSc) during the first three postoperative days, without showing a significant relationship between the colloid osmotic pressure values and the SIRSc chart. The percentage of patients who presented a distributional shock (Severe- SIRSc) throughout the postoperative period was 12.1%. We were able to appreciate a significant relationship between plasma colloid osmotic pressure values and the risk of developing Severe- SIRSc. Patients with colloid osmotic pressure values less than 18.5 mmHg had a significantly higher risk of suffering a Severe-SIRSc. The percentage of Severe-SIRSc in patients with plasma colloid osmotic pressure values greater than 18.5 mmHg during the first postoperative day (n = 155, 72.4%) was 5.2%, whereas in patients with values below 18.5 mmHg (n = 69, 27.6%) this was 27.6%. A significant relationship between the diagnosis of Severe-SIRSc and the appearance of postoperative complications, an increase in the duration of the Intensive Care Unit stay after Cardiac Surgery, as well as an increase in the duration of the hospital stay, could be seen. Patients who presented plasma colloid osmotic pressure values below 18.5 mmHg during the immediate postoperative period had a 4.5 times higher risk of developing postoperative complications. Conclusions. In patients undergoing cardiac surgery, there was a significant decrease in plasma colloid osmotic pressure values in the first 72 hours postoperatively. There is a significant relationship between plasma colloid osmotic pressure levels below 18.5 mmHg throughout this and the appearance of distributional shock and postoperative complications.

Повний текст джерелаThesis for the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences (Ph.D.) in specialty 05.09.05 «Theoretical electrical engineering». – State Institution «Institute of Technical Problems of Magnetism of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine», National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», Kharkiv, 2019. The thesis is devoted to the improvement of the mathematical model of magnetic field of DC electromagnets of spacecraft control systems considering the heterogeneity of the magnetization of the cores of cylindrical and complex shape. Due to scarcity of resources, while in the Earth's space, they are increasingly switching to passive spacecraft control systems, including magnetic control systems. The advantage of passive over active control systems is the lack of working body, which is a key factor in the long-term location of the spacecraft in the Earth's space. In the case of the use of magnetic control systems, which also include magnetic executive bodies, the problem arises to achieve the required control torque while limiting the dimensions of the spacecraft. Since the control moment of the spacecraft's control point is the magnetic moment, the need to reach its specified level while reducing mass, energy, and dimensions is one of the main tasks in the design of magnetic executive bodies. One of the types of magnetic executive bodies is the DC electromagnets. In the most common case, they consist of a cylindrical core of high magnetic permeability material and coaxial magnetizing coil. To increase the magnetic moment of the electromagnet pole pieces are used, which are located near the ends of the cylindrical core. The calculation of the magnetic moment of the electromagnet is quite complex scientific problems. This is due to the need to consider the nonlinear properties of the core material when determining its magnetic moment as the main part of the magnetic moment of the electromagnet. A critical analysis of the known methods of calculating the magnetic field and the magnetic moment of the cores of electromagnets is carried out. It is established that the methods based on the application of demagnetizing factors and integral equations do not consider the heterogeneity and nonlinearity of the magnetization of the cores of cylindrical and complex shape, as well as the inhomogeneity of the magnetic field generated by the coil. It is shown that the use of electrostatic analogy for the calculation of the magnetostatic field in inhomogeneous magnetizing media is correct on the basis of the dipole magnetization model, but in the formulas of the potential field, the correct use of magnetization by molecular currents is possible. The integral equation with respect to the surface density of fictitious magnetic charges was transformed on the basis of almost uniform distribution of magnetization in the cross sections of the core and by means of the averages of the volume of each element of the core of magnetic permeabilities, which allows to calculate the magnetic field of electromagnets of spacecraft control systems taking into account the edge effects and the magnetization curve. The influence of the magnetic field intensity generated by the coil, the relative length of the cores of cylindrical and complex shape made of permalloy 50N, as well as the sizes and positions of the pole pieces on the magnetic moment of the electromagnet is studied and found that cylindrical cores having a relative length b/R=16, 33, 66 at the level of the magnetic field, generated by the coil,H0=1647÷9888 A/m is provide the magnetic moment ranges of the electromagnets Mem=0,4÷2,3; 2,2÷12,2; 12,3÷28,8 A·m2 and the pole pieces of the cylindrical cores increase the magnetic moment of the electromagnet depending on their size and distance from the ends at b/R=16 to 50 %, at b/R=33 to 32 % and at b/R=66 to 11 %. Based on these studies, the following recommendations have been developed to ensure the maximum effective specific magnetic moment of the electromagnet. The coil of the electromagnet with the cores of cylindrical and complex shape should provide such levels of an external magnetic field at which the resultant magnetic field strength on the vast majority of the core is outside the saturation zone of the magnetization curve and corresponds to greater magnetization. Under these conditions, the growth of Mem can be achieved by increasing the b/R, the outer radius Rw, and the thickness hw of the pole pieces. The use of cylindrical cores made of permalloy 50N at b/R=16 is inefficient, and the pole pieces increase the efficiency of cores with b/R=16 at H0=6587 A/m. To ensure the maximum effective specific magnetic moment of electromagnets with cores of cylindrical and complex shape made of permalloy 50N with b/R=33 the magnetic field level of the coil H0=6587 A/m is recommended, and for cores with b/R=66 the magnetic field H0=3293 A/m is recommended. The pole pieces must be at the ends of the core and have the following dimensions: for b/R=16 and 33 is Rw=11 mm, hw=1÷4 mm and hw=6÷12 mm, for b/R=66 is Rw=8 mm, hw=8÷32 mm. The validity of the theoretical results is confirmed by measuring the mean values of the magnetic field induction in the cross sections of a cylindrical core, comparing it with the published calculated values of the magnetic moment of cylindrical cores, and testing the mathematical model using analytical solutions of similar electrostatic problems. In the work the author obtained the following new scientific results. The use of electrostatic analogy was further developed, which made it possible to formulate an integral equation with respect to the surface density of fictitious magnetic charges to calculate a plane-meridian magnetostatic field in a piecewise homogeneous magnetized medium and to test its numerical solution. For the first time, on the basis of a virtually uniform distribution of magnetization in the cross sections of the core, the original integral equation was transformed to calculate the magnetic field of electromagnets, which allowed to reduce the order of the approximating system of algebraic equations by 10÷12 times. For the first time, to calculate the nonlinear properties of the core material in the numerical solution of the integral equation, the average volume of the core elements of the magnetic permeability was used to calculate the magnetic field of the electromagnets, which reduced the size of the area of the integral equation solution by 6÷9 times. The results obtained by the author are of considerable practical importance. The mathematical model of the magnetic field of the electromagnets of the spacecraft control systems, as well as the recommendations regarding the shape, dimensions of the cores, the level of the magnetic field created by the coil, can be applied in the design of electromagnets that provide a given magnetic moment. The main results of the thesis have been used in the State Institution “Institute of Technical Problems of Magnetism of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” when conducting research on budget topics.

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of UHPH on cream milk and their inclusion as ingredient in the elaboration of reduced-fat cheeses. For this purpose, a preliminary study of the effect of the incorporation of creams treated by UHPH in the skimmed milk was carried out in order to determine the properties of enzymatic coagulation, potential cheese yield and microstructure of gels. Four types of milk were elaborated from pasteurized skimmed milk and pasteurized cream at 65 ºC for 30 min (LP), homogenised-pasteurized cream at 15 MPa, 65 ºC for 30 min (LPH), cream treated by UHPH at 300 MPa and inlet temperature (Ti) = 40 °C (LUH) and cream added with 1,5% sodium caseinate and treated by UHPH at 300 MPa and Ti = 40 °C (LUHC). The homogenisation treatments modified the enzymatic coagulation properties of milk, reducing the micellar aggregation rate and the gel firmness, in comparison to milk added with pasteurized cream. The UHPH treatment of creams improved the potential cheese yield of milks compare to conventional homogenisation. This yield was higher in cream treated by UHPH added with 1.5% of sodium caseinate, reaching similar yields to those obtained with whole milk. The next phase was to evaluate the effect of the incorporation of creams treated by UHPH in cheese milk on the physicochemical, microbiological, sensory, colour and texture characteristics of reduced-fat fresh cheeses, compared to cheeses made with creams treated by conventional methods (conventional homogenisation and/or pasteurization) during 7 days of storage at 4 ºC. Five different types of fresh cheeses were elaborated from milks at 1,5% of fat, LP, LPH, LUH and LUHC to obtained cheeses reduced in fat QPf, QPHf, QUHf and QUHC, respectively. A cheese with milk at 3,2% of fat was also made by the addition of pasteurized cream (QEf). The homogenisation treatments (conventional and UHPH) of cream produced fresh cheese with a compact protein matrix. However, the addition of sodium caseinate before UHPH treatment produced reduced-fat cheeses (QUHCf) with textural properties and sensorial characteristics similar to whole milk cheeses, compared to cheese made from treated cream by conventional homogenisation, which was described by the panellist as hardest and with granular texture. Likewise, lipolysis and lipid oxidation was lower in the QUHCf compared to the QPHf. From the previous study, the best treatments applied in the preparation of fresh cheeses were selected, and a trial of incorporation of cream treated by UHPH in cheese milk was carried out studying the physicochemical, biochemical, sensory, colour and texture characteristics of reduced-fat ripened cheeses, compared to cheese made from pasteurized cream during 60 days of ripening. Three different types of ripened cheeses were elaborated: cheese with milk at 3,2% of fat with NP (QEm) and two reduced-fat cheeses made with LP (QPm) and LUHC (QUHCm), respectively. The reduction of fat content in cheese-making milk produced a decrease in cheese yield, increasing pH and moisture of ripened cheeses compared to those made with whole milk. All matured cheese showed similar lipid oxidation and secondary proteolysis. Cheeses made with cream treated by UHPH more caseinate showed lower levels of lipolysis and volatile compounds and greater hardness and luminosity compared to those made with pasteurization treatment. These results are in accordance with the described by the panellist as cheeses with less aroma and greater hardness and whiteness.

Повний текст джерелаLas ulceras por presión (UPP) suponen un problema de salud que afecta a todos los niveles asistenciales y que adquiere una especial relevancia en las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos donde encontramos niveles de prevalencia muy altos. Históricamente el término “úlcera por presión” ha sido el empleado para denominar tanto a aquellas lesiones cuyo mecanismo causal es la presión, como a aquellas que responden a etiologías distintas. Agrupar bajo un único nombre (UPP) a lesiones cuyo origen es en ocasiones muy distinto a la presión, puede entorpecer la labor preventiva orientada a contrarrestar los efectos de los diferentes mecanismos causales. Esto llevó a García-Fernández et al. al desarrollo de una teoría enfermera que incluía la construcción de un nuevo modelo que explica, no sólo el mecanismo de producción de las UPP, sino el de hasta siete tipos de lesiones distintas a las que denominaron Lesiones relacionadas con la dependencia (LRD). La valoración integral del paciente se plantea como el elemento primordial en la prevención de las UPP y otras LRD e incluye entre otros, la valoración del riesgo mediante una escala validada. Puesto que todas las escalas fueron elaboradas para pronosticar UPP y no otro tipo de lesiones, este estudio de carácter cuantitativo y diseñado en dos fases bien diferenciadas, se plantea como objetivo analizar y comparar la validez y capacidad predictiva de tres escalas (EMINA, EVARUCI y Braden) para pronosticar LRD en una población de pacientes críticos. En definitiva, pretende acercar la teoría a la práctica en busca del mejor conocimiento enfermero que conduzca a una mejora en la seguridad del paciente.
Pressure ulcers (PU) are a health problemthat affects to all care levels and acquires special relevant in Intensive Care Units where we find very high prevalence levels. Historically, the term “pressure ulcers” has been used to name those injuries caused by pressure as well as those related to different etiologies. Enclosing under a unique name (PU) theinjuries which origin is very different to the pressure can hinder the preventive labour oriented to counteract the effects of the different causal mechanisms. This led to García-fernández et al. to the development of a nursing theory that included the construction of a new model that explains, not only the pathophysiology of the PU, but up to seven different lesions that were named Lesions related with the dependency (DRL). The comprehensive evaluation of the patient is proposed as the main element in the prevention of PU and other DRL and includes, among others, the evaluation of the risk through a validated scale. Because all the scales were created to diagnose PU rather than other types of DRL, this quantitative study and designed in two differentiated phases, aims to analyse and compare the validity and predictive capacity of three scales (EMINA, EVARUCI and Braden) to diagnose DRL in critically ill patients. In conclusion, it aims to approach the theory to the clinical practice in the search of the best nursing knowledge that enhances an improvement in patient safety.

Повний текст джерелаThis study was carried out in the context of a Ph.D thesis. It is based both on field work (surveys, studies of amphorae collected during surveys and during archaeological excavations) and on documentary research. First, the analyse of ancient sources, written and iconographic, attest to the importance of oil and wine as surplus commodities in this Mediterranean province. Investigated press elements furnish insight to the place of Cilician viticulture during Antiquity. The substantial number of these elements reinforce the assertions of ancient sources that wine was a signficant surplus commodity of this region. During our survey we identified several Roman-era kiln-sites in the region. Their presence demonstrates that Cilician transport amphorae, or maritime shipping containers, were produced to accomodate this trade. Analysis of amphora remains collected at the kiln sites and nearby excavations enabled us to construct a chrono-typology of six amphorae that were produced locally. Last, we compared our results with those of materials published at excavations conducted throughout the Mediterranean and beyond. This enabled us to trace the distribution patterns and commercial networks of Cilician surplus commodities. These data become crucial to our understanding of the place of Cilician wine trade in the wider Roman Mediterranean economy

Повний текст джерелаEn este trabajo se estudió el efecto de los tratamientos UVC (Ultravioleta C) en continuo, utilizando un reactor UVC con unas características intrínsecas específicas (Patente nº 2 965 766 B2), en la supervivencia de Bacillus subtilis y otros microorganismos inoculados en distintas matrices alimentarias líquidas de pH neutro con diferente coeficiente de absorción (254 nm). Además, se combinaron los tratamientos de UVC con tratamientos de UHPH (Ultra Alta Homogeneización por Presión) a diferentes presiones (100 y/o 200 MPa) y temperaturas (20 y/o 60 ºC) para poder evaluar el posible efecto sinérgico, aditivo o complementario de ambas tecnologías (UHPH-UVC). Se aplicaron tres tratamientos UVC (T1, T2 y T3) que diferían en el número de entradas en el reactor (valor NET), aunque las dosis UVC aplicadas fueron las mismas (entre 10 y 160 J/mL). En las esporas de B. subtilis inoculadas en leche entera, leche desnatada, licuado de soja y té verde los mejores resultados se obtuvieron en el tratamiento con mayor valor NET (T3) y a la mayor dosis (160 J/mL), con una letalidad en todos los casos igual o superior de 5 log. Sin embargo, la mayor eficacia (p < 0,05) se obtuvo en la matriz de menor coeficiente el té verde, no apreciándose diferencias en la letalidad en función de la temperatura del reactor (4, 20 y 55 ºC) . En el té verde y el licuado de soja inoculadas además de B. subtilis, con conidiosporas de Aspergillus niger, Escherichia coli y Listeria monocytogenes el microorganismo más resistente a los tratamientos UVC fue A. niger, cuya letalidad incluso con el tratamiento T3 y a la máxima dosis (160 J/mL) no se llegó a reducir 5 log. Las formas vegetativas de E. coli y especialmente L. monocytogenes mostraron una mayor sensibilidad. En el licuado de soja, se alcanzó una reducción de 5 log en el tratamiento T3 ya dosis de 120 y 80 J/mL, respectivamente. Mientras que en el té verde, la dosis necesaria con el tratamiento T3 fue de sólo10 J/mL y en los tratamientos T1 y T2 de 80 J/mL sobre E. coli. En el caso de L. monocytogenes el té mostró per se mostró actividad antilisteria. En los tratamientos UHPH de 100 y/o 200 MPa a 20 y/o 60 ºC la letalidad obtenida en la esporas de B. subtilis inoculadas en leche entera y desnatada y licuado de soja fue muy reducida, sin embargo, en el caso de las conidiosporas de A. niger en licuado de soja tratado a 200 MPa a 20 ºC y a 60 ºC se consiguió una reducción completa. Considerando el efecto de la UVC en B. subtilis y de la UHPH en A. niger, se aplicaron de forma combinada tratamientos UHPH y UVC. Tanto para las conidiosporas de A. niger inoculadas en licuado de soja como las esporas de B. subtilis inoculadas en licuado de soja, leche entera y leche desnatada no se observó efecto sinérgico o aditivo, siendo la letalidad obtenida similar a los tratamientos UVC en el caso del licuado de soja y leche entera y en el caso de la leche desnatada fue inferior. Solo se obtuvo una letalidad mayor en la combinación UHPH y UVC en los tratamientos T1 de la leche entera, sin embargo la letalidad obtenidas fue inferior a 2 log. En las matrices con elevado coeficiente de absorción es difícil conseguir una esterilización comercial ya que la dosis UVC estimadas en los modelos fueron muy elevadas, aunque sí que sería factible en el té verde, especialmente si se combinara con UHPH.
In this work we studied the effect of UVC (Ultraviolet C) treatments in continuous, using a UVC reactor with specific intrinsic characteristics (Patent No. 2 965 766 B2), on the survival of Bacillus subtilis and other microorganisms inoculated in different food matrices with pH neutral liquids over different absorption coefficient (254 nm). In addition, UVC treatments were combined with UHPH (Ultra High Pressure Homogenization) treatments at different pressures (100 and / or 200 MPa) and temperatures (20 and / or 60 ° C) in order to evaluate the possible synergistic, additive or complementary effect of both technologies (UHPH-UVC). Three UVC treatments (T1, T2 and T3) were applied that differed in the number of entries in the reactor (NET value), although the UVC doses applied were the same (between 10 and 160 J / mL). In B. subtilis spores inoculated in whole milk, skim milk, soy smoothie and green tea the best results were obtained in the treatment with the highest NET value (T3) and at the highest dose (160 J / mL), with lethality in all cases equal to or greater than 5 log. However, the highest efficacy (p <0.05) was obtained in the lowest coefficient matrix of green tea, with no differences in lethality depending on the reactor temperature (4, 20 and 55 ° C). In green tea and soy smoothie inoculated in addition to B. subtilis, with conidiospores of Aspergillus niger, Escherichia coli and Listeria monocytogenes the microorganism most resistant to UVC treatments was A. niger, whose lethality even with T3 treatment and maximum dose (160 J / mL) 5 log was not reduced. Vegetative forms of E. coli and especially L. monocytogenes showed greater sensitivity. In the soy smoothie, a reduction of 5 log was achieved in the T3 treatment and at doses of 120 and 80 J / mL, respectively. While in green tea, the necessary dose with the T3 treatment was only 10 J / mL and in the T1 and T2 treatments 80 J / mL on E. coli. In the case of L. monocytogenes, tea showed per se antilisteria activity. In the UHPH treatments of 100 and / or 200 MPa at 20 and / or 60 ° C the lethality obtained in the B. subtilis spores inoculated in whole and skimmed milk and soy liquefied was very reduced, however, in the case of A. niger conidiospores in soybean smoothie treated at 200 MPa at 20 ° C and at 60 ° C a complete reduction was achieved. Considering the effect of UVC in B. subtilis and UHPH in A. niger, UHPH and UVC treatments were applied in combination. For both A. niger conidiospores inoculated in soybean smoothie and B. subtilis spores inoculated in soybean smoothie, whole milk and skim milk no synergistic or additive effect was observed. The lethality obtained was similar to UVC treatments in the case of soy and whole milk smoothie and in the case of skim milk it was lower. Only a higher lethality was obtained in the UHPH and UVC combination in the T1 treatments of whole milk, however the lethality obtained was less than 2 log. In matrices with high absorption coefficient it is difficult to achieve commercial sterilization since the UVC doses estimated in the models were very high, although it would be feasible in green tea, especially if combined with UHPH.

En el caso de estudio el trabajo se basó en personas con necesidades especiales, que por sus limitaciones pasan gran parte del día sentados, y por eso con el tiempo sufren de úlceras por presión. De la metodología de investigación resultó un enfoque que en una primera etapa relaciona la adquisición y procesamiento de datos psicofísicos en una aproximación a la semiótica partiendo de sistemas de información.
