Повний текст джерелаReal-time embedded systems, despite their limited resources, are evolving very quickly. For such systems, it is not enough to ensure that all jobs do not miss their deadlines, it is also mandatory to ensure the good quality of the data being transmitted from tasks to tasks. Speaking of the data quality constraints, they are expressed by the maintenance of a set of properties that a data sample must exhibit to be considered as relevant. It is mandatory to find trade-offs between the system scheduling constraints and those applied to the data. To ensure such properties, we consider the wait-free mechanism. The size of each communication buffer is based on the lifetime bound method. Access to the shared resources follows the single writer, many readers. To contain all the communication particularities brought by the uORB communication mechanism we modeled the interactions between the tasks by a bipartite graph that we called communication graph which is comprised of sets of so-called domain messages. To enhance the predictability of inter-task communication, we extend Liu and Layland model with the parameter communication state used to control writing/reading points.We considered two types of data constraints: data local constraints and data global constraints. To verify the data local constraints, we rely on the sub-sampling mechanism meant to verify data local constraints. Regarding the data global constraints, we introduced two new mechanism: the last reader tags mechanism and the scroll or overwrite mechanism. These 2 mechanisms are to some extent complementary. The first one works at the beginning of the spindle while the second one works at the end of the spindle

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this thesis is to show that compatibility paradigm is different from deductive paradigm, but is not a new one in the area of syllogistic reasoning. Formal reasoning emerging from 11-12 to 15 years old, resolution of compatibility paradigm depends on constructions of the representational systems - analogical vs propositional. Young children will fail to the deductive process in compatibility paradigm but can give a judgement like older ones. The two kinds of mechanisms have to be specified. Because in relational children, deductive process is a serial schematic organisation fact, deductive problem will be facilitated. The genetic hypothesis implies the precision of semantic facts in categorical syllogisms that underly their comprehension. We hypothetize the coordination mechanism, but erroneous responses in compatibility paradigm. Simple judgement methodology is replaced by verbalisation and analysis of relational elimination. 3 experiences are done using linear and categorical syllogisms with 2 conditions in each one. In the first one, subjects resolve deductive items then compatibility one, the second one reverses this order. 80 children (9-10 and 12-13) participated to the first experience with concret objects in linear syllogisms, 80 students to the second one in linear syllogisms but with abstract content, 60 schoolers (15-16 and 19-20) to the third one with categorical syllogisms. As expected, in experience 1, 9-10 years old children rejected the information in compatibility paradigm, coordination mechanisms was the 12-13 years olds' ability. Young children fail to the undecidability items (40 and 63%). The second experience confirms the facility of deduction for specific problems: 97 % in deductive paradigm and 90% in compatibility. Experience 3 showed that 45 % of the 15-16 fail to the coordination process, the older ones composed premises but made a lot of bias. These results reveal methodological bias. An alternative approach (Bideaud and Houdé 1991, Houdé 1995) which focuses on inhibitory control of attention can explain the results. Hence, younger children who rejected premises in compatibility paradigm control in memory one premise only (activation and empirical knowledge) while older ones control 2 (inhibition of empirical knowledge) but fail to inhibit pragmatic knowledge parallely activated

Повний текст джерелаFollowing recent discoveries about the several roles of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), there is now great interest in identifying these molecules. Numerous techniques have been developed to localize these RNAs in genomic sequences. We use here an approach which supposes the knowledge of a set of structural elements called signature that discriminate an ncRNA family. In this work, we combine several pattern-matching techniques with the weighted constraint satisfaction problem framework. Together, they make it possible to model our biological problem, to describe accurately the signatures and to give the solutions a cost. We conceived filtering techniques as well as novel pattern-matching algorithms. Furthermore, we designed a software called DARN! that implements our approach and another tool that automatically creates signatures. These tools make it possible to localize efficiently new ncRNAs

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this work is to obtain a better understanding of the degradation mechanisms, as a function of exposition time in an aggressive environment, of commercial coatings (epoxy-polyaminoamide waterborne paint) used in aeronautical industry for corrosion protection of 2024 aluminium alloy by global and local impedance techniques. The coatings formulated with either strontium chromate (SrCrO4) or Cr(VI)-free pigments were compared. The behavior of dry coatings (in contact with Hg) was close to that of an ideal capacitor and could be accurately modelled with the power-law model corresponding to a CPE (Constant Phase Element). Upon immersion in NaCl solution, the behavior of the wet coatings became progressively less ideal, i.e. farther from a capacitive behavior. The impedance data was analyzed with the Young model that take into account the exponential variation of the coating resistivity along its thickness. This analysis confirmed that penetration of water and ions occurs on different time scales. The former process is faster and affects permittivity more strongly than resistivity; the latter is slower and affects almost exclusively resistivity. The models allows to explain not only the CPE or pseudo-CPE behaviors observed on impedance diagrams but also to determine the coatings water uptake during the test which is in good agreement with gravimetric measurements. Then, the self-healing properties of artificially damaged coatings were studied by local electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (LEIS). The local diagrams and the mappings (2D or 3D) allowed self-healing processes for the chromated system or corrosion developments for the unchromated system to be observed. The present work proposed a methodology to develop and to characterize coatings containing environmentally friendly inhibitors, and particularly the self-healing process
