Повний текст джерелаDuring those recent years, we have witnessed profound economic changes that involved a change in organizational boundaries. It is found that the mode of inter-organizational functioning is increasingly relevant, it is presented as the appropriate scope of implementation of new forms of governance for innovation. The research conducted as part of this thesis are part of that context and relate to clusters, as well as collaborative projects related thereto. Working in collaborative mode involves the multiplicity and the discovery of new modes of operation of each other. The inter-organizational collaboration engages a multitude of different actors, working with rhythms as diverse and varied, different corporate cultures, of different and complementary skills, etc.. The clusters assume that members are in a posture of cooperation. The networking of companies and organizations adhering to the poles requires to work together and collaborate on assignments and projects. However, the human resource management within a cluster is not simple: we stated above, the populations in the presence of status and have very different cultures (researchers, entrepreneurs, employees, etc.. ), most people on the poles are neither technically nor paid by the latter, the organization of work on projects of collaborative R & D is specific. Each structure has specific adherent and different challenges. What then of collaboration in a cluster? HRM can observe how does one? It promotes Does collaboration between members?

Повний текст джерелаWhile the scientific literature concludes that collaborative innovation is not a new concept, definitions are often contradictory and its implementation remains enigmatic. Therefore, this thesis in management aimed to address the issue by stating its main question as follows: "How do we capitalize on the new forms of work organization targeting collaborative innovation in regions supporting smart specialization strategies? The case of coworking spaces". As a consequence, the following research objectives have been formulated: 1. To analyze the collaborative dimension of the organization of work in order to detect its innovative potential; 2. To identify management processes that foster collaborative innovation using the case of coworking spaces; 3. To conjugate these processes at the level of a territory in order to propose an integrative management model capable of enhancing the potential of collaborative innovation. The thesis was articulated around three levels of analysis: conceptual, conjunctural and territorial. Empirical research has focused on several case studies: 11 coworking spaces in France and 6 coworking spaces in the United States. The triangulation of the data from semi - structured interviews, documentary analysis and empirical observation helped produce quality results. The conceptual analysis permitted to clarify the notion of "novelty" associated with the new forms of work organization, as well as their innovative potential; thus, this level of analysis aimed to outline the collaborative innovation analysis grid, the conceptual schema of the thesis. The conjunctural level of the analysis proposed an enriched conceptual diagram by integrating the elements of the fieldwork. Finally, the territorial analysis provided an integrative model of the territorial management of collaborative innovation. On the one hand, these results are meant to raise awareness of the new implications of collaborative work and its potential, particularly collaborative innovation; on the other hand, they emphasize the importance of space and the importance of the three types of communication - communication for coordination, communication for information, and communication for inspiration - in the management of collaborative innovation. Thus, they underline multiple opportunities to define new (public) policies for the management of (territorial) collaborative innovation

Le modèle définit un système de gestion permettant le stockage, la visualisation, l’organisation, la recherche et l’annotation de ces documents. De plus, sachant que le processus d’annotation est long et laborieux (par exemple, lire une page d’un ancien manuscrit peut prendre plusieurs heures), nous proposons comme solution de publier ces documents sur Internet et d’offrir un outil d’annotation simple, afin de permettre à un grand nombre d’utilisateur de créer des annotations. L’assistant intégré est basé sur la technique du raisonnement à partir de cas. Повний текст джерелаRemote collaborative situations in industry involve new constraints for workers. In the context of using immersive virtual environments to collaborate, we set up a series of experiments focusing on the mutual comprehension, and more specifically on the process of sharing spatial information. Results of the first experiment showed the influence of one collaborator’s role on spatial statements. Guides and manipulators both used statements preferentially centered on manipulator’s action, which supports the least collaborative effort principle. Results of two experiments about spatial statements production allowed to point out that mental workload is modulated by the target position relative to the addressee. According to the target location, the speaker must operate or not cognitively costly mental transformations to take the addressee perspective. However this workload could be lowered by means of visual cues. The last experiment focused on the understanding of spatial statements. It showed that statements centered on the addressee are the easiest to understand when the task is also centered on the addressee. Some exocentered statements could also induce a lower mental workload but only in some conditions. Results are discussed in relation to the least collaborative effort principle and the spatial frames of reference theory. This work opens new leads to facilitate remote collaboration through virtual environments

The study shows that the students are organizing their works in complete autonomy calling on collaboration and cooperation. It also shows that the two categories are connected by a cause and effect relationship. Furthermore this study explains the three coordination types that the students are calling on to achieve their project. The mediation of the teacher is only aimed to support, guide, encourage and assess the two learners all along the learning process. The design and implementation project is considered as a way of stimulating the learners to reinvest previously acquired knowledge and at the same time to build up new theoretical knowledge during the project development. This construction is carried out jointly with the creation of new technical and professional skills. All this acquired knowledge are inter-acting each other to build student’s competences. Those competences are used and assessed during the trainee period in the company

Повний текст джерелаMerger-acquisition is the most widespread mode of external development for dealing with the changing environment of business (Jacob and Poitras, 2015). The main objective of a merger-acquisition is most often seeking for synergies. However, in order to achieve the objectives of the new entity, individuals must work together to create collective efficiency that adds value to the work they realize (Morin, 2015). Nevertheless, we find no studies in the scientific literature on how to promote effective inter-individual collaboration after a merger-acquisition.This PhD proposes a research model integrating the various determinants of collaboration and pays particular attention to the extent of the influence of trust and culture that play, according to the existing literature, an important role in the effectiveness of inter-individual collaboration. The results of a qualitative study, based on 44 interviews, and a quantitative study, based on 301 questionnaires, that are both realized at Air France-KLM, allow us to see that trust and culture have an important and indirect influence on the effectiveness of collaboration.Our study confirms firstly the importance of studying inter-individual collaboration by showing that its effectiveness determines 68% of the realization of the objectives of the organization. Secondly, we observe that trust is essential for good communication and strong social cohesion, which in turn account for 58% of the effectiveness of collaboration. Thus, we remark that interpersonal trust influences the effectiveness of collaboration indirectly. This is also the case for culture. Power distances in corporate culture and avoidance of uncertainty in national culture have a negative impact on trust and social cohesion. Since social cohesion and communication determine the effectiveness of collaboration, we could conclude that cultural aspects influence the effectiveness of collaboration indirectly

Повний текст джерелаThis master’s thesis presents an engagement strategy using mixed media (Web site, social media, crowdsourcing) in a collaborative planning process taking place in summer 2013 as part of the research-action project Changements climatiques et transformations urbaines. Using the crowdsourcing platform Crowdbrite, the case study tested and compared different engagement strategies (Web collaboration and face-to-face consensus building) to involve citizens and experts in a hybrid collaborative planning process and evaluated its potentials and limits according to the concept of usability. One clear outcome emerged from this experience: collaborative Web strategies hold much potential to increase both orchestrators’ and participants’ capacities when applied to phases of the process like mobilisation, information and data collection. However, the simultaneous presence of stakeholders remains essential to tackle complex and ‘wicked’ urban problems, and to attain interaction levels that promote collaboration between participants. Повний текст джерелаThe most common tools of internet, such as electronic mail, chat and forum, are being rapidly incorporated in daily school activities. In a especial way, it also happens in institutions that make use of management courses systems, which offer a collaborative learning environment, in order to provoke a better integration between the students and a more qualified apprenticeship. The objective of this paper was to identify what communication technologies in a collaborative learning environment have being utilized and the value aggregated to the students background. Some data were collected from 102 students of school subjects in the first semester in the year of 2004. These students answered questions concerning the domain of technology, the importance given to the tools that collaborates on teaching the subject, the identification of technologies features for their background. It was also elaborated a study starting from interviews with professors of an upper teaching institution (college). The most utilized tools were the e-mail and forum. The chat wasn\'t considered a very utilized tool, although it has been considered important for the \"group sense\". The videoconference, considered impracticable by its high functional cost, was rarely utilized, although its characteristics to simulate the classroom have been highlighted. Some recommendations were made in relation to the training of instructors and of the future researches considering the professors point of view.

Повний текст джерелаL’apprentissage de l’écriture dans les écoles primaires soulève des inquiétudes fréquemment renouvelées tant dans la société francophone que dans la communauté éducative et dans les milieux de recherche. Aux questions que soulèvent la conceptualisation de la complexité de l’apprentissage de l’écriture littéraire et la conception d’activités didactico-pédagogiques concernant son enseignement dans les écoles primaires, s’ajoute celle de la relation qu’entretiennent chercheurs et enseignants à cet égard. Situant ma recherche dans le contexte d’un tournant actionnel et mobilisant principalement les cadres théoriques de l’interactionnisme symbolique et de la Théorie de l’action conjointe en didactique, je me suis intéressée aux interactions entre une enseignante et une chercheure à propos de l’enseignement de l’écriture littéraire à l’école primaire. J’ai envisagé l’écriture littéraire comme une activité complexe nécessitant, d’une part, que l’enfant mobilise un grand nombre de savoirs sur la langue et qu’il fasse preuve de créativité littéraire et, d’autre part, que l’enseignant lui apporte un soutien ajusté à ses besoins tout au long de la démarche d’écriture en adoptant à la fois le rôle de coauteur, de lecteur et de guide. Ma recherche doctorale s’est déroulée dans le contexte d’une étude longitudinale de type Recherche-Action-Formation et elle visait à comprendre comment les interactions entre enseignante et chercheure pouvaient, dans ce contexte de recherche, soutenir l’appropriation par une enseignante d’une approche didactico-pédagogique de l’enseignement de l’écriture littéraire. M’appuyant sur un paradigme constructiviste, j’ai fait le choix méthodologique d’une étude de cas. J’ai travaillé avec une enseignante durant une année scolaire, alternant les moments de coenseignement de l’écriture dans sa classe et les rencontres de travail permettant une réflexion commune concernant les interventions à déployer auprès de ses élèves. Les analyses que j’ai réalisées ont permis de comprendre, dans le cadre d’une collaboration enseignante-chercheure, la dynamique d’appropriation d’une approche didactico-pédagogique de l’enseignement de l’écriture littéraire. Le premier registre d’analyse m’a permis de documenter le déroulement des interactions enseignante-chercheure en situation de collaboration et les interventions de l’enseignante auprès des enfants lors d’activités d’écriture littéraire. Le second registre m’a quant à lui permis de documenter, au fil des interactions et de l’alternance des moments de formation et d’action, la transformation des regards portés par l’enseignante et la chercheure sur les objets de savoir placés au coeur de la relation didactique. Les résultats de ces analyses ont ainsi permis de comprendre que pour que les interactions enseignante-chercheure favorisent une négociation de l’approche didactico-pédagogique, il importait que les objets de savoirs placés au coeur des interactions répondent à un besoin de formation de l’enseignante. Comme chercheure, je pouvais toutefois contribuer à la construction de ce besoin en amenant l’enseignante à vivre des situations de déséquilibre ancrées dans ses expériences d’enseignement. Ma recherche a également conduit à dégager des niveaux de transaction enseignante-chercheure décrivant les significations graduellement négociées au fil des rencontres de travail ainsi que la dynamique des interactions ayant contribué à l’évolution des négociations de sens. Elle a ainsi montré qu’en ce qui concerne l’analyse des compétences des enfants, les significations ont pu être négociées dans le contexte d’ajustements mutuels. En ce qui concerne la négociation des pistes d’intervention auprès des enfants, l’analyse m’a permis de relever que les propositions didactico-pédagogiques avaient dû faire l’objet de débats d’expertes dans le cadre desquels enseignante et chercheure pouvaient croiser leurs points de vue et leurs expertises acquises dans leurs milieux respectifs. Enfin, ma recherche a contribué à comprendre que pour favoriser l’appropriation d’une approche didactico-pédagogique de l’écriture par une enseignante, il importait, d’une part, de construire une relation de confiance entre enseignante et chercheure et, d’autre part, d’offrir l’occasion d’alterner les moments de formation et d’action se déroulant dans la classe de l’enseignante.

Повний текст джерелаInterprofessional collaboration (IPC) is an innovating concept which emerges in organization and management theory and which is mostly applied to the health sector. As a response to the evidence found in the literature as to the lack of precise definitions of IPC and to the existence of many underlying concepts which renders its applicability difficult, we propose a generic definition and three contextualized definitions of IPC based on the empirical study conducted in three wards of a pediatric unit of a teaching hospital in Lebanon. The case study approach used in this research allows us to compare between the three units, to propose models of IPC which take into consideration the specific environment of each unit and to develop a generic model of IPC. The unique interview grid on which is based this work limits bias from the researcher and subjectivity of the actors. This tool allows us to highlight the perception of actors of the IPC, the potential situations of IPC, forms of IPC, prerequisites of IPC, facilitating and restrictive factors of IPC and the outcomes

Повний текст джерелаThis qualitative research study explores online social interaction in the context of an undergraduate university course. Eight students were interviewed. Their testimonies were analysed from five criticals incidents : the difficulty to get peers’ collaboration ; the difficulty to understand expectations associated with the tasks to be performed ; the difficulty to co-construct a text while using a wiki (an Internet technology) ; the obligation to give a feedback on peers’ productions and the textual form of this feedback. The results are compared to a review of the literature according to three perspectives of online social interaction associated with collaborative learning tasks : 1) studies on obstacles to participation ; 2) studies on limits associated with computer mediated communication (CMC) ; studies on virtual teams performances. This study highlights the presence of relational stakes of reciprocity and trust among peers that could be increased by CMC. From the limits of the present study we suggest a few questions for futures investigations.

Повний текст джерелаThis thesis is part of a project to design a learning platform funded by STDI, a company specialized in the development of digital applications for teaching purposes. This project took place at the CERV (European Center for Virtual Reality) with the aim of relying on technologies related to virtual reality.In continuity with several works previously carried out at the CERV, our scientific approach has focused on introducing the analysis of human activity into a real training situation in the design loops of a collaborative training platform. This work of analysis was carried out in collaboration with the SDIS 56 in the framework of the practical training of chiefs in a fire brigade. This work was based on three research subjects, each of which raised specific scientific issues : studying the complexity of the decision-making activity of the operators in the situation of intervention ; the coordination of the crew in intervention ; and the activity of trainers in situations of risk training.By making methodological choices inspired by the naturalistic approach, our different levels of analysis have revealed several results. The individual analysis emphasizes the decision-making alternation between analysis of the situation and implementation of the intervention, as well as the importance of the anticipation and planning processes. The collective analysis reveals the articulation during the intervention of the individual sense-making activities according to the personal objectives and the spatial and functional configuration of the team. Finally, the analysis of the activity of trainers make it possible to specify their role as simulations managers and that of facilitators during the debriefings allowing a construction of knowledge a posteriori.Taking into account our different results, we have considered the global nature of the virtual training environment and developed some ideas for the improvement of existing teaching tools

From a theoretical point of view, the analysis of the state of art combined with the analysis of specific industrial contexts, leads to focus on this critical step, and consequently to develop a collaborative problem-driven requirements engineering approach.A DSS, first and foremost, is a problem solving support system. It implies that developing such an artefact cannot be performed without an adequate upstream identification of end-users’ decision problems, prior to defining the decision makers’ requirements and the appropriate type of DSS.Characterized by the reversal of the implicit primacy of technical solution versus the typology of decision problems, this approach has been elaborated and implemented to design an Analytics Application. As a result, it allowed to reach the expected objective: An effective system that meets the different end-users’ expectations from a technical, functional and ergonomic standpoint

Through a qualitative and longitudinal approach, this thesis examines the evolution of collaboration between the indigenous Nehirowisiwok (Atikamekw Nation) and Quebec’ industrial and governmental actors in forest planning on Nitaskinan during the period 1990 to 2013. It aims to better understand the factors and conditions that influenced the evolution of collaborative forest governance. This thesis also aims to identify and characterize interrelations between the collaboration processes analyzed and others processes to determine how these relationships have influenced the development of collaborative efforts in time and space. During the study period, the Nehirowisiwok engaged in a myriad of approaches and initiatives related to forest planning. This study examines three distinct processes that took place at key stages during the period, analysing critical dimensions of each process. The results show that collaborative efforts were greatly influenced by a changing environment, particularly the revision of the forestry regime in the late 1990s, the Haïda and Taku River judgements in 2004 and the adoption of a new forestry regime in 2010. Importantly, although collaborative processes are distinct, the dimensions of these processes are intertwined. Changes in, or caused by, one process can have a “domino effect” on dimensions of the other collaborative processes. Finally, although most previous authors agree that collaboration is an emergent and dynamic process in time, the results indicate that these changes may be partial, rather than complete. This research highlights the interactions between the conditions for collaboration and the effects of this collaboration in the context of forest planning. Indeed, without the learning arising from previous collaborations, collaboration tends to deliver unsatisfactory results. This mostly happens when actors do not have a prior history of collaboration. Consequently, in order to obtain satisfactory and immediate benefits for all stakeholders (including the Nehirowisiwok), the actors had to develop new skills, learn the forestry vocabulary, become familiar with the concerns of the Other and refine and develop new tools and instruments. Particularly importantly, they need to build a new common approach in which they can trust each other. In short, the actors do not collaborate overnight; they must first learn to cooperate before they can collaborate effectively. The results also helped develop an empirical classification of links between collaborative processes. Five general sets of interrelations were observed: genealogical, duplication, opposition, complementarity and influence. These links show that collaborative process does not exist in isolation and can have significant effects on their environment and other processes. Moreover, they demonstrate that collaborative processes do not simply add to, supplement or replace existing processes, as is often portrayed in the literature. Finally, based on the findings of this study, new questions arise. Have other First Nations in Quebec experienced an evolution in collaborative forest planning, in the same way as the Nehirowisiwok? What are the factors and conditions that explain the differences and similarities observed? It would also be interesting to examine how collaboration has evolved in other areas of forest governance, such as the allocation of timber supply, the development of new forest policy, land use planning, or forest fire management. Finally, it seems more relevant than ever to consider how and when it is still possible to articulate collaboration to other governance mechanisms in order to take full advantage of its potential for sustainable and equitable governance of Nitaskinan.

Повний текст джерелаIn a context of "hyper" competition, the capacity of adaptation to a constantly changing economic environment, determines the future of companies. The necessity of innovating and of mobilizing knowledge is a constant challenge for the continued existence of organizations. Various types of company networks are an answer to this situation because, in order to innovate, it is necessary to cooperate and to master the economy through networks. Managers, little prepared for a "Knowledge" management which would mobilize the firm's expertise, must be prepared towards a new shape of management which does not just take direct costs into consideration. The collective knowledge of a company, its immaterial capital, is in reality, only assessed in posteriori at the end of the innovation process. Furthermore, the construction of a real collective intelligence based on sharing expertise comes up against resistance on behalf of the collaborators. This resistance is mainly due to a lack of trust towards the partners inside and outside a network. A change in communication skills and becoming more transparent and more open, is a possible means of developing human potential and social capital, and of improving socio-economic performance. The implementation of a communication platform piloted and coordinated by a Community manager, based on new media, can serve as tool of change towards collaboration. A company introducing new technology without mutual trust evolving from dialogue and coordination with users will most certainly require the services of an outside expert to accompany the collaborative project

Les quatre parties du travail constituent une suite logique d’étapes contribuant chacune à valider la thèse: la partie I porte sur la synthèse des principaux courants de la littérature scientifique sur les accords de collaboration et leur relation avec l’évolution des industries. Le but poursuivi dans la partie II est de décrire les changements intervenus dans l’industrie informatique au cours des années 90 et de formuler l’hypothèse d’une relation entre ces changements et la stratégie des firmes dans le domaine des accords de collaboration. Cette hypothèse est vérifiée empiriquement dans les parties III et IV à l’aide d’une banque de données sur les accords de collaboration. La partie III du travail présente les résultats descriptifs et la partie IV les résultats analytiques permettant de valider l’hypothèse.

In this thesis, we study how this places- which we call corporate collaborative innovation spaces (CIS)- contribute to the exploration of new business models.A lengthwise ethnographic case study within Altran company explores CIS’s place in the organisation, their real activities around customers and the use of artifacts/equipments made available to users.The results show the managerial innovation dimension- result of the organisational ambidextrous nature-of these CIS, decipher the micro processes leading to the emergence of a new value proposition / customer relationship and situate the demonstrators’ role in the construction of a discourse offering a new customer experience to visitors.We thus foster an understanding of CIS’s functioning and contribute to the enrichment of Business Model’s innovation theories, particularly in their multidimensional and systemic perspectives. We conclude by proposing ways to optimize the use of CIS through better appropriation by internal resources, particularly the sales force

Within digitized societies, they promise efficiency, innovation, and well-being at work. However, these competences are not put forward in profesionnal organisations, and they are lacking from adult training courses.Based on this observation, this thesis aims at identifying the competences to be developed to work more easily with others. Bringing light on the abilities to act, convienently called “collaborative competences”, and on the way which they can be developed through training are the objects of this study.Thoroughly analysing the context of a hybrid training is carried out based on the study of the profesionnal trainingcourse “Animacoop: animating a collaborative project” which concerned 200 interns from 2010 to 2014. In this study, collaborative competences are analysed in link with profesionnal experiences and collaborative projects.Falling within an empirical approach, the research methodology connects a few data collecting tools (questionaires, interviews, observations) and on a conceptual level mobilises the Activity Theory and the notion of Training System .This research offers a model of key competences to lead a collaborative project. It analyzes the training system as a strong internally coherent ecosystem, open to development, prone to creativity, which favors collaborate competences development

Повний текст джерелаThis descriptive, exploratory research explores the notion of Dialogue as proposed by the physicist/ philosopher David Bohm. Central to Bohm's thesis is the notion of fragmentation in relation to how we acquire, produce and utilize knowledge. The goal is a greater understanding of reality in all its complexity, focusing more on relationships and complete entities rather than parts and particulars. However, elaborating what constitutes systemic thinking is not, in itself, sufficient for Bohm. Instead of linking fragmentation to bounded enactments of disciplinary knowledge construction, Bohm proposes fragmentation as a pervasive and prevalent mental attitude, one that systematically re-enacts absolutist and definitive distinctions. In other words, fragmentation is rooted in the functioning of the mind itself. Bohm invites us to give serious attention to these thought processes and to resist fragmentation by becoming aware of its invasive presence via the practice of Dialogue. The assumption being that by becoming more aware of the prevalence of fragmentation our abilities to resist it or create alternative modus operandi will be enhanced. This practice of inquiring into our mental models is considered a powerful approach to re-frame our mindsets. Yet, the practice of Bohm's Dialogue is complex, often confusing and sometimes difficult. This research focuses on the appropriation of Bohm's Dialogue, to denote the difficulties of living “the Dialogue according to Bohm”. The study is action research based. Dialogue sessions composed of 25 participants took place over 8 month period. Analysis shows that the very difficulties and/or hindrances evoked by the Dialogue process often served as the essential elements necessary for in-depth exploration of both individual and collective thinking processes. Such findings will certainly be of interest to participant-practitioners of Bohm's Dialogue. In addition, such findings may also be of interest to those who wish to initiate themselves to this innovative practice. This study aims to contribute to research efforts pertaining to Bohm's Dialogue which are presently in their early stages of development.

At the outcome of this research, it appears that environmental community education seeks to (re) build the community relationship with the environment through a process that induces the building or consolidation of the communities themselves. Повний текст джерелаCette thèse de doctorat traite de l’entrepreneuriat scolaire à des stades précoces de la scolarisation des élèves, soit plus précisément au niveau primaire pour la recherche ici concernée. Après un tour d’horizon des enjeux et défis liés à l’introduction de l’entrepreneuriat en éducation, la thèse aborde les finalités distinctes d’éducation entrepreneuriale, à savoir : 1) développer des connaissances en lien avec l’entrepreneuriat; 2) développer des habiletés de création et de gestion d’entreprise dans le but de former de futurs entrepreneurs et 3) développer des individus plus entreprenants dans la vie en général. Cette dernière finalité constitue le cœur de la thèse et conduit à la question centrale de l’investigation doctorale, soit : qu’est-ce qu’apprendre à s’entreprendre en milieu scolaire? Pour répondre à ce questionnement, la thèse propose, à l’appui de la philosophie de l’expérience de John Dewey, une nouvelle définition de ce que signifie s’entreprendre en termes processuels, de même qu’une représentation théorique d’apprendre à s’entreprendre. Cette représentation met en relation étroite l’action et la réflexion au sein de toute activité entrepreneuriale vécue en salle de classe. Méthodologiquement, cette thèse emprunte à l’étude de cas. Pour collecter des données, un groupe d’élèves de deuxième année du primaire a été suivi sur une année scolaire complète, dans la création puis la gestion d’un magasin de fournitures scolaires dans leur école. Un conseil d’élèves a par ailleurs été accolé à cette activité entrepreneuriale. L’analyse des données montre que systématiser la réflexion des élèves sur l’action vécue dans le magasin permet de replacer l’apprentissage au cœur de l’activité entrepreneuriale. En effet, les élèves sont amenés à déployer ce que Dewey appelle des processus d’enquête leur permettant de résoudre des problèmes générés par l’activité même de « faire exister », puis de « faire tourner » le magasin scolaire dans leur école. Plus généralement, la thèse laisse voir que si le projet d’action constitue certes le véhicule pour s’entreprendre, apprendre à s’entreprendre appelle, pour sa part, une pédagogie de la problématisation afin de tirer parti de la valeur éducative de l’action vécue dans l’activité entrepreneuriale.
This doctoral dissertation deals with enterprise education at basic levels of schooling (K-12), and more specifically at the primary level concerning this research. Starting with an overview of the issues and challenges related to the introduction of entrepreneurship in education, the dissertation then differentiates three educational purposes: 1) conveying knowledge about entrepreneurship to students; 2) developing students’ business creation and management skills in order to train future entrepreneurs and 3) developing more enterprising individuals in everyday life. This latter finality is at the core of the dissertation and leads to its central issue: what does it mean to learn to be enterprising at school? To answer this question, the dissertation proposes a new definition, in processual terms, of being enterprising based on John Dewey’s philosophy of experience and sets a related model of learning to be enterprising. This model simultaneously takes into account action and reflection in any classroom entrepreneurial experience. From a methodological point of view, this dissertation is based upon case study research. Data collection took place in a classroom of second year of primary education (seven-year old pupils), during an entire school year, to document the process of creating and running a shop of school supplies within the school. A pupil council was also adjoined to this entrepreneurial activity. The analysis of the data shows that systematically encouraging pupils to reflect on action, through the pupil council, allows to add educational value to the entrepreneurial activity. Pupils are indeed led to undertake what Dewey calls inquiry processes in order to solve problems created by the activity of « turning into reality » and then « running » the store at school. If the action-based project is indeed the vehicle to be enterprising, this research more generally shows that learning to be enterprising needs a problem-based pedagogy to take advantage of the educational value of action in the entrepreneurial activity.

Повний текст джерелаOver the last decade, forms of voluntary consumer work have emerged in different areas (transport, accommodation, repair, etc.). They lead to a shift from a consumer "served" by the market to an "auto-produced" consumer.This Phd thesis is based on the study of a form of organization part of this movement, through the realization of a longitudinal study of the creation and launch of a cooperative and participatory supermarket, La Louve. This non-profit project proposes to offer quality food products at low cost. The work of its members is at the heart of the organizational and economic model of the cooperative, each consumer member having to provide 3 hours of work per month.Through this research, the acceptance of consumer participation in marketing, of working consumers (Dujarier, 2010), of voluntary work and of alternative are shaken. The thesis identifies a new form of work carried out by consumer-volunteers who self-assign the demands of professionals. It highlights the emergence of an organizational form supported by an alternative and responsible discourse, but whose management practices remain anchored in a pragmatic and non-militant approach. This collective of consumers reveals a utopian and pragmatist approach, the cooperators agreeing to provide free work by reproducing the salaried model of the companies and put into practice their skills to first meet their own needs.From this research, a new register of meaning emerges, that of a consumer working in a voluntary way characterized by his commitment without militancy and limited by a contract of voluntary work

Повний текст джерелаThe purpose of this thesis is to understand what makes the continuity of a collective innovation process. It is based upon three theorical fields : the innovation process theories (like the Actor Network Theory, the CK Design theory), theories that describe innovators aggregations (seen as networks or as communities) and Process Analysis, recently developed in the LEST laboratory, which proposes a set of concepts that can be used to describe and understand the temporal developing of social processes. Our research is empirically grounded in the case study of a European collaborative project in the electronic field. This case was followed during a participative observation during four years. Then, the collective data was coded for an explanatory interpretation. This work allows us to propose the following thesis : what explains the temporal continuity of an innovation process, its remanence to change, its ability to overcome obstacles, is the existence of a vehicle that holds the process. This vehicle is an assembling of social ingredients. These ingredients are of various types : individuals, organisations, technical tools, inscriptions, etc. This vehicle is changing due to motors effects. It allows a reasoning deployment because it's temporal coupling with past. We illustrate this theory using the metaphor of the Chistopher Colombus explanatory voyage. Finally, this thesis brings new proposals to existing theories describing collective innovation process, due to the fact that the vehicle theory restores the dialogue between the cognitive and the social sides of the innovation process. It also allows us to propose managerial recommendations dedicated to the innovation practitioners and to institutions in charge of implementing supportive policies for innovation

Повний текст джерелаNowadays, several research works are interested in the free software industry (or Open Source). Most of them have addressed the issue of developers’ motivation in a dynamic collective creation of value. Our work therefore comes as a result of the heavy industrialization of this activity, which attracts software developers primarily guided by the desire of creating economic value, in a context of low levels of ownership value, as property rights are prohibited for Open Source software. This disrupts the basic principles and identity of Open Source projects and therefore questions the sustainability of business models (BM).Our study highlights the BM, not as a tool, but as a series of steps in which sustainability should be analyzed and anticipated. We’ve also emphasized on the need to analyze the sustainability in Open Source in four dimensions or levels (the sustainability of open source software, sustainability of companies creating such freeware, Open Source communities and data’ sustainability). Subsequently, through our qualitative approach based on three case studies and 52 semi-structured interviews, we were able to identify some points of tension and highlighted their impact on the sustainability of Open Source BM during their phases of creation, capturing and sharing of value. Thus it has emerged some risks such as, the diversion of value and the free rider behavior developed by actors who try to strengthen appropriateness of value. This requires on one hand some knowledge retention efforts and on the other hand, the need to maintain internal intellectual capacity primarily held by developers. This creates dilemmas between opening and closing; retention and release. Finally we explain in this work element that stands out as critical to the sustainability of Open Source BM

Повний текст джерелаFaced with increasingly complex and globalized Supply Chains (SC), organizations rely on industry 4.0 technologies to support these challenges. Inter-organizational information systems (IOIS), which enable SC integration with information sharing and better collaboration between the various partners, are evolving according to these new technologies in order to improve SC performance. Thus, alongside Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), which concerns a majority of existing research, more collaborative IOIS, better adapted to networked SC, have been introduced. Often available with a cloud computing technology, they can be developed as an industry standard. In this thesis, we focus on the procurement process in the SC and chose to study supplier portals. The adoption of these portals in a SC has often encountered difficulties or even failed, sometimes turning an ambitious industry standard project into a poorly used tool. Indeed, the adoption and implementation of such portals raises issues about system interoperability, process coordination and collaboration among the various partners. Thus, addressing these issues through a multi-level analysis, we raise our research question: how does the implementation of a supplier portal in a SC affect the SC integration and collaboration capabilities? Our methodological approach is based on two longitudinal case studies taking into account the duration of the project. The first case, exploratory in nature, identifies two types of facilitating mechanisms - technological and relational - which, when combined, create an integration-collaboration dynamic between a customer and its suppliers during the implementation of a specific portal. The second case, explanatory in nature, is related to the supplier portal of the European aerospace industry. It presents three levels of analysis (organisational, interorganisational, industry) combining 14 mechanisms which can explain the adoption of an industry portal. Thus, our research makes it possible to characterize the ecosystem favorable to the adoption and success of a supplier portal project, enhancing the SC integration and collaboration capabilities
