Se diseña una tarima de cimbra alternativa, con material reciclado, para contrarrestar el uso indiscriminado de madera en la construcción del concreto armado. Se presenta esta problemática en el estado de México y se relaciona con el consumo de madera talada clandestinamente. Se grafica el ciclo de vida de la tarima para cimbra de construcción y se comparan parámetros y desempeños de nuestra propuesta, a la que llamamos tarima híbrida y la tarima convencional. Se sugiere contrarrestar el mal uso del recurso madera asociado a la factura in situ del concreto armado mediante el uso de este nuevo diseño.

Kajian ini tujuannya yakni guna memahami dampak citra merek, kualitas barang serta harga kepada keputusan pembelian Cimory Yogurt di Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sebanyak 100 responden yang berada di Surakarta. Penggunaan metode analisis data yakni PLS-SEM. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan software PLS-SEM versi 3.3.9 diperoleh hasil perhitungan nilai R2 sebesar 0,551 dan Q2 sebesar 0,418. Hasil hipotesis memperlihatkan bahwa citra merek mempunyai hubungan baik tetapi tidak signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk serta harga memperoleh hasil hubungan baik dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian Cimory Yogurt di Surakarta. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Yoghurt Cimory harus meningkatkan citra merek, apabila citra merek dapat diperkenalkan dengan baik selanjutnya pelanggan akan lebih terpikat guna melakukan pembelian. Selain itu, instansi Cimory harus mempertahankan kualitas dan harga barang agar konsumen tetap memilih Yoghurt Cimory sebagai pilihan utama

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and loyalty on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, and the research was conducted directly at the PT. Cimory factory in the Sentul industrial area. This research is a descriPT.ive study with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The research subjects used were employees of PT. Cimory as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses the classical assum PT.ion test, multiple regression with the model feasibility test, namely the t test and f test. The results showed that from 100 respondents it was known that by means of the t test (partial), the variable of work motivation on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees obtained a significant influence, with a value of t count 4.021 1.660 t table. As for the job loyalty variable partially there is no significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a value of t count 0.462 1.660 t table. While the f test (simultaneous) work motivation and job loyalty have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a calculated f value of 8.108 3.09.

[11C]Cimbi-36, a 5-HT2A receptor agonist PET radioligand, contains three methoxy groups amenable to [11C]-labeling. In pigs, [11C]Cimbi-36 yields a polar (M1) and a less polar (M2) radiometabolite fraction, while changing the labeling to [11C]Cimbi-36_5 yields only the M1 fraction. We investigate whether changing the labeling position of [11C]Cimbi-36 eliminates M2 in humans, and if this changes the signal-to-background ratio. Six healthy volunteers each underwent two dynamic PET scans; after injection of [11C]Cimbi-36, both the M1 and M2 fraction appeared in plasma, whereas only the M1 appeared after [11C]Cimbi-36_5 injection. [11C]Cimbi-36_5 generated higher uptake than [11C]Cimbi-36 in both neocortex and cerebellum. With the simplified reference tissue model mean neocortical non-displaceable binding potential for [11C]Cimbi-36 was 1.38 ± 0.07, whereas for [11C]Cimbi-36_5, it was 1.18 ± 0.14. This significant difference can be explained by higher non-displaceable binding caused by demethylation products in the M1 fraction such as [11C]formaldehyde and/or [11C]carbon dioxide/bicarbonate. Although often considered without any impact on binding measures, we show that small polar radiometabolites can substantially decrease the signal-to-background ratio of PET radioligands for neuroimaging. Further, we find that [11C]Cimbi-36 has a better signal-to-background ratio than [11C]Cimbi-36_5, and thus will be more sensitive to changes in 5-HT2A receptor levels in the brain.

Cimory berusaha menciptakan brand association positif secara unik dengan memasangkan produk susu mereka dengan taman (edukasi) hiburan dan restoran. Menimbang produk susu, termasuk yogurt, dianggap oleh banyak orang sebagai produk yang sehat, peneliti tertarik untuk mempelajari pikiran konsumen tentang pengaruh brand association dan nutrition label terhadap perilaku pasca pembelian Cimory Yogurt. Data berasal dari 126 konsumen Cimory Yogurt yang tinggal di Jakarta dan Surabaya. Menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, peneliti kemudian menyertakan efek moderasi psikografis family orientation ke dalam model. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa brand association berpengaruh positif baik terhadap minat beli kembali maupun minat untuk merekomendasikan. Lebih jauh, pengaruh brand association tersebut semakin kuat jika konsumen berasal dari segmen family-oriented. Pengaruh yang demikian tidak terjadi pada nutrition label. Ini menunjukkan bahwa bahkan pada produk makanan sehat, peran nutrition label belum menjadi hal penting untuk membentuk perilaku pasca pembelian yang positif, setidaknya dalam kasus Cimory Yogurt.

Background : The hardness of nanohybrid composite resin can decrease due to the acidic condition of the oral cavity. The acidic condition of the oral cavity can cause continuous degradation in composite resin. Fermented milk is a beverage that is widely sold in the market and is good for consumption however this beverage has the acid potential of hydrogen (pH) which can reduce the composite resin toughness. Aim : To determine the acidity effect of fermented milk on the hardness of nanohybrid composite resin. Method: Experimental study with a post test control group design. There were 27 samples of nanohybrid composite resin. One time immersion for three seconds in each group of beverages namely Milk, Cimory, and Yakult. After 15 days, a composite resin hardness test was performed using a Micro Vickers Hardness Tester with a load of 100 grams for 10 seconds. Statistical tests using One Way ANOVA. Results: The nanohybrid composite resin exhibited significant reduction in hardness between three beverage groups. Post hoc LSD test showed that there were significant differences between Milk with Yakult (p = 0.006) and Cimory with Yakult (p = 0.008) while Milk with Cimory (p = 0.907) did not have significant. Conclusions : There is a effect of fermented milk influences the hardness. There is a significant difference between Milk and Yakult and between Cimory and Yakult and there is no significant difference between Milk and Cimory.

Статья посвящена одному событию в древней истории, которое много раз исследовалось и комментировалось, когда германские племена кимвры и тевтоны осуществили многолетнее перемещение в пространстве Центральной Европы, которое можно назвать «первым переселением народов». Они были разгромлены Римом, но это событие вызвало мощное движение других племен, особенно в сторону Восточной Европы, где образовалось много новых археологических культур. Среди них особое значение имеет зарубинецкая культура и её роль в истории Восточной Европы. The article is devoted to an event in ancient history, which has been studied and commented on many times, when the Germanic tribes of the Cimbri and Teutons carried out a long-term movement in the space of Central Europe, which can be called the “first migration of peoples”. They were defeated by Rome, but this event caused a powerful movement of other tribes, especially towards Eastern Europe, where many new archaeological cultures were formed. Among them, a special place is occupied by the Zarubinets culture and its place in the history of Eastern Europe.

 Desa Cimara adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cimara merupakan desa yang terletak di daerah perbatasan antara Kabupaten Cirebon dengan Kabupaten Kuningan. Mayoritas penduduk Kabupaten Cirebon menggunakan Bahasa Jawa sebagai bahasa ibu, sedangkan mayoritas penduduk atau masyarakat Kabupaten Kuningan menggunakan Bahasa Sunda sebagai bahasa ibu mereka. Hal ini tentu saja amat menarik dijadikan suatu obyek penelitian yang berkaitan dengan studi sosiolinguistik, yaitu gejala alih kode dan gejala campur kode. Penelitian ini mengupas masalah bentuk dan makna alih kode bahasa masyarakat tutur Desa Cimara Kabupaten Kuningan.Dalam komunikasi sehari-hari, masyarakat tutur Desa Cimara sering melakukan alih kode, baik  dari Bahasa Sunda beralih ke Bahasa Indonesia ataupun sebaliknya dari Bahasa Indonesia beralih ke Bahasa Sunda, baik berupa alih kode sementara maupun alih kode permanen. Hal ini disebabkan situasi kedwibahasaan pada masyarakat Desa Cimara.Makna ( motif ) dari alih kode bahasa masyarakat tutur Desa Cimara beraneka ragam. Namun semuanya masih dalam tatanan atau norma etika berbahasa. Makna ( motif ) alih kode Bahasa Sunda ke Bahasa Indonesia dari masyarakat Desa Cimara, meliputi: Perubahan situasi atau suasana pembicaraan, mitra bicara (lawan bicara ) lebih muda, ingin dianggap terpelajar ( berpendidikan ), ingin memperlebar atau menjauhkan jarak, terpengaruh atau mengikuti lawan bicara yang beralih ke Bahasa Indonesia, menghindari penggunaan atau pemakaian bentuk halus atau bentuk kasar pada Bahasa Sunda.  Adapun makna ( motif ) alih kode dari Bahasa Indonesia ke Bahasa Sunda, meliputi: ingin mendekatkan (merapatkan ) jarak, ingin beradab-adab berbahasa Sunda halus, ataupun berakrab-akrab berbahasa Sunda kasar, ingin menunjukkan bahwa Bahasa Sunda adalah bahasa ibunya, terbawa pengaruh lawan bicara ( mitra bicara ) yang berbahasa Sunda, merasa janggal tidak memakai bahasa Sunda dengan orang sekampung. Kata Kunci: Desa Cimara, alih kode,kedwibahasaan, peristiwa tutur, bentuk dan  makna ( motif ) alih kode.

UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang besar untuk perekonomian negara Indonesia, akan tetapi UMKM masih memiliki kelemahan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi pada UMKM di desa Cimara diketahui bahwa mayoritas UMKM belum memiliki kemasan yang berkualitas serta tidak memiliki SPP-IRT, permasalahan tersebut diduga karena masih kurangnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang berkualitas dan SPP-IRT. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai strategi pengemasan produk yang baik serta prosedur pengurusan SPP-IRT. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Desa Cimara, Kecamatan Pasawahan Kabupaten Kuningan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2020. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah ceramah. Jumlah peserta yang hadir 25 orang. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini peserta mendapatkan informasi mengenai strategi pengemasan produk yang baik serta informasi mengenai tahapan dan persyaratan mendapatkan SPP-IRT. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya adalah melakukan pendataan UMKM yang memiliki potensi bisnis yang baik, selanjutnya melakukan pendampingan secara intensif mengenai perbaikan kemasan serta melaksanakan pengurusan SPP-IRT secara kolektif di desa Cimara dengan melakukan kerja sama antara pihak UMKM, aparat desa Cimara, Akademisi serta Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuningan.

Nowadays, with social media, promoting and marketing product is fairly easy, especially for tourism products and activities. The social media currently popular among the public is Instagram. With Instagram we can provide information about tourism in the form of photos and videos. Instagram has many features that can facilitate promotion and marketing so that the products we market can be reached even to the world community. However, all of that requires a strategy that is maximal enough so that the information we provide is precise and maximal. Based on this, researchers are interested in researching how the marketing strategy at tourist attractions in Cimory On The Valley through their Instagram social media. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and conducted interviews with Instagram managers and tourists from Cimory On The Valley for data collection. This study aims to determine marketing and promotion strategies in Cimory On The Valley through social media Instagram, and also to provide empirical evidence that marketing and promotion strategies through Instagram social media have an effect on Cimory On The Valley. After knowing the strategies and results of the strategies that have been carried out by Cimory On The Valley in marketing through its Instagram, the researchers also provided several strategic recommendations that could be done to maximize marketing, such as content consistency, interaction with followers, content with prizes, and many more.

The Natural Laboratory of Peat Swamp Forest Area known as the Center For International Co-operation in Management of Trofical Peatland (CIMTROP) University of Palangka Raya has been set as specific research area of tropical peat swamps since 1993 and has a 50.000 hectares total area. Natural Laboratory of Peat Swamp Forest Area – CIMTROP University of Palangka Raya is peat and sandy land and as a catchment water area, that is crucial to preserve and protect its ecosystem. This research used remote sensing and GIS technology for land cover monitoring utilize Sentinel-2 images. The purpose of this research was to determine (1) land cover changes in the Natural Laboratory/CIMTROP UPR in 2016 and 2021, (2) The rate of land cover change in the Natural Laboratory/CIMTROP UPR and (3) the causes of land cover change in the Natural Laboratory/CIMTROP UPR. Land cover analysis by interpreting Sentinel-2 images in 2016 and 2021 used Supervised Classification Technique. Based on results of the analysis, there were five land cover classes: forest, shurbs, brush, swamp grass and open land. The accuracy testing process performed uses a confusion matrix method to produce mapping accuracy values for each land cover class. Between 2016 to 2021, the change in forest class decreased from 31.809,40 hectares (67,37%) to 29.888,10 hectares (63,30%). Contrary to the shrub class, there was and increase of 1.762,30 hectares (3,73%) to 2.585,20 hectares (5,47%). The increase in shrub area was due to forest reforestation, degradation and deforestation from the forest and land fires which occurred in previors years.

[ 11 C]Cimbi-36 was recently developed as a selective serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor agonist radioligand for positron emission tomography (PET) brain imaging. Such an agonist PET radioligand may provide a novel, and more functional, measure of the serotonergic system and agonist binding is more likely than antagonist binding to reflect 5-HT levels in vivo. Here, we show data from a first-in-human clinical trial with [ 11 C]Cimbi-36. In 29 healthy volunteers, we found high brain uptake and distribution according to 5-HT2A receptors with [ 11 C]Cimbi-36 PET. The two-tissue compartment model using arterial input measurements provided the most optimal quantification of cerebral [ 11 C]Cimbi-36 binding. Reference tissue modeling was feasible as it induced a negative but predictable bias in [ 11 C]Cimbi-36 PET outcome measures. In five subjects, pretreatment with the 5-HT2A receptor antagonist ketanserin before a second PET scan significantly decreased [ 11 C]Cimbi-36 binding in all cortical regions with no effects in cerebellum. These results confirm that [ 11 C]Cimbi-36 binding is selective for 5-HT2A receptors in the cerebral cortex and that cerebellum is an appropriate reference tissue for quantification of 5-HT2A receptors in the human brain. Thus, we here describe [ 11 C]Cimbi-36 as the first agonist PET radioligand to successfully image and quantify 5-HT2A receptors in the human brain.

Zooplankton aggregation, hydrographic and remote sensing data were employed to relate the spatial dynamics of neustonic communities with chlorophyll a (Chl a) and suspended organic matter (SOM) at a spatial mesoscale (10 to 1000 km) in the southern Chilean fjords system along Magellan Strait, Chile (CIMAR 16: October/November 2010 and CIMAR 25; September/October 2019) in order to identify oceanographic process producing aggregation of neuston. Preliminary evidence of CIMAR 25 shows significant concentrations of Chl a and SOM around Dawson Island (DI), Magellan Strait. During CIMAR 16 important aggregation of specific neustonic taxa (copepodites of Microsetella rosea, larvae of the polychaete Polygordius sp and cyphonautes of the bryozoan Membranipora isabelleana) was observed around DI, Magellan Strait. Satelital images in the area of CIMAR 16 provide evidence of important aggregation of chlorophyll a/SOM around DI. CIMAR Cimar 25 showed that the Chl a and SOM aggregation around DI is recurrent and could to explain the high concentration of neuston around this island to spite of mesotrophic conditions. Remote sensing in this study area provides a tool to understanding oceanographic and topographic factors that potentially regulate the abundance and spatial distribution of surface zooplankton to spatial meso-scale along Magellan Strait.

The sample was 100 respondents selected based on the predetermined criteria under probability sampling technique of cluster (area) random sampling. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. Data analysis with multiple linear regression was processed using the SPSS. The results indicate that product quality, brand image, and price have a significant positive effect on purchase decisions partially and simultaneously.

Cimory is a well-known yogurt brand in Indonesia, consumed by various groups, making this yogurt brand the main choice when consuming yogurt. This is evidenced by the Top Brand Award Indonesia 2020 in the fermented milk category, Cimory brand ranks first with an index of 69.6%, followed by Heavenly Blush brand in second place with an index of 13.9%, and 10.4% for Nutriboost. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on Cimory yogurt purchasing decisions by applying 4 dimensions of brand image, namely brand identity, brand personality, brand association, and brand benefit and competence. The population in this study was 266 families in the coverage area at Alfamart Mekar Wangi and the sample was taken based on calculations using the slovin formula, namely, 73 respondents answered a questionnaire with 21 questions. The results of the study prove that the brand image variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value on hypothesis testing of 14.621 > t table 1.994. Output R Square of 75.1% (0.751) the data shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image while the remaining 24.9% is on other variables not tested in this study.

Pretende-se, assim, compreender os fluxos e caminhos trilhados pelos indígenas de Cimbres para a reelaboração de sua identidade, bem como propor uma perspectiva sobre a História do Brasil imperial que leve em consideração diferentes sujeitos históricos.

Background: The hemodialysis process that takes 4 to 5 hours may lead to various problems, including arms' fatigue on the forearm with attached Cimino access. A technique is required to overcome this fatigue.Technique: By using a supportive hand pillow made by adjusting the position of the elbow and the length of the arm. The pillow is placed under the patient's forearm with Cimino access. Trial usage of this pillow was conducted on two persons for two cycles of hemodialysis. Both stated that arm fatigue was reduced and more comfortable.Conclusion: Using hand pillows for hemodialysis patients is favorably beneficial to reduce forearm fatigue during the Intradialytic phase.

The occurrence of Funchalia woodwardi is reported for the first time for the Southeast Pacific region off the Chilean coast. Two specimens were collected during the program of scientific cruises to remote areas (CIMAR). The first specimen was collected in 1999 for the cruise CIMAR 5 station 21 (27°00'08"S-94°05'49"W) and the second specimen was collected in 2015 for the cruise CIMAR 21 station 11 (27°00'07"S-79°05'05"W) to oceanic Chilean island and represent the first record of this genus in the Pacific waters of America. With this new record the distribution of the species is pan tropical.

Positron emission tomography (PET) can, when used with appropriate radioligands, non-invasively generate temporal and spatial information about acute changes in brain neurotransmitter systems. We for the first time evaluate the novel 5-HT2A receptor agonist PET radioligand, [11C]Cimbi-36, for its sensitivity to detect changes in endogenous cerebral 5-HT levels, as induced by different pharmacological challenges. To enable a direct translation of PET imaging data to changes in brain 5-HT levels, we calibrated the [11C]Cimbi-36 PET signal in the pig brain by simultaneous measurements of extracellular 5-HT levels with microdialysis and [11C]Cimbi-36 PET after various acute interventions (saline, citalopram, citalopram + pindolol, fenfluramine). In a subset of pigs, para-chlorophenylalanine pretreatment was given to deplete cerebral 5-HT. The interventions increased the cerebral extracellular 5-HT levels to 2–11 times baseline, with fenfluramine being the most potent pharmacological enhancer of 5-HT release, and induced a varying degree of decline in [11C]Cimbi-36 binding in the brain, consistent with the occupancy competition model. The observed correlation between changes in the extracellular 5-HT level in the pig brain and the 5-HT2A receptor occupancy indicates that [11C]Cimbi-36 binding is sensitive to changes in endogenous 5-HT levels, although only detectable with PET when the 5-HT release is sufficiently high.

Purpose: 5-HT2AR exists in high and low affinity states. Agonist PET tracers measure binding to the active high affinity site and thus provide a functionally relevant measure of the receptor. Limited in vivo data have been reported so far for a comparison of agonist versus antagonist tracers for 5-HT2AR used as a proof of principle for measurement of high and low affinity states of this receptor. We compared the in vivo binding of [11C]CIMBI-5, a 5-HT2AR agonist, and of the antagonist [11C]M100907, in monkeys and baboons. Methods: [11C]CIMBI-5 and [11C]M100907 baseline PET scans were performed in anesthetized male baboons (n=2) and male vervet monkeys (n=2) with an ECAT EXACT HR+ and GE 64-slice PET/CT Discovery VCT scanners. Blocking studies were performed in vervet monkeys by pretreatment with MDL100907 (0.5 mg/kg, i.v.) 60 minutes prior to the scan. Regional distribution volumes and binding potentials were calculated for each ROI using the likelihood estimation in graphical analysis and Logan plot, with either plasma input function or reference region as input, and simplified reference tissue model approaches. Results: PET imaging of [11C]CIMBI-5 in baboons and monkeys showed the highest binding in 5-HT2AR-rich cortical regions, while the lowest binding was observed in cerebellum, consistent with the expected distribution of 5-HT2AR. Very low free fractions and rapid metabolism were observed for [11C]CIMBI-5 in baboon plasma. Binding potential values for [11C]CIMBI-5 were 25-33% lower than those for [11C]MDL100907 in the considered brain regions. Conclusion: The lower binding potential of [11C]CIMBI-5 in comparison to [11C]MDL100907 is likely due to the preferential binding of the former to the high affinity site in vivo in contrast to the antagonist, [11C]MDL100907, which binds to both high and low affinity sites.

Tendani (Goniothalamus macrophyllus) pada tingkatan semai, pancang dan tiang ditemukan pada kawasan hutan Gunung Tilu, Goniothalamus merupakan hasil hutan yang mempunyai potensi sebagai tumbuhan obat yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Masyarakat Desa Cimara belum sepenuhnya mengetahui dan memahami mengenai manfaat dari Tendani sebagai tumbuhan berkhasiat obat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap Tendani sebagai sumberdaya alam berkhasiat obat. Pengetahuan mengenai Tendani (Goniothalamus macrophyllus) belum banyak didapat, sehingga sosialisasi ini merupakan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai kekayaan sumberdaya alam yang ada disekitar kawasan hutan Gunung Tilu.

Many clinical studies and epidemiological investigations have clearly demonstrated that women are twice as likely to develop cholesterol gallstones as men, and oral contraceptives and other estrogen therapies dramatically increase that risk. Further, animal studies have revealed that estrogen promotes cholesterol gallstone formation through the estrogen receptor (ER) α, but not ERβ, pathway. More importantly, some genetic and pathophysiological studies have found that G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) 1 is a new gallstone gene, Lith18, on chromosome 5 in mice and produces additional lithogenic actions, working independently of ERα, to markedly increase cholelithogenesis in female mice. Based on computational modeling of GPER, a novel series of GPER-selective antagonists were designed, synthesized, and subsequently assessed for their therapeutic effects via calcium mobilization, cAMP, and ERα and ERβ fluorescence polarization binding assays. From this series of compounds, one new compound, 2-cyclohexyl-4-isopropyl-N-(4-methoxybenzyl)aniline (CIMBA), exhibits superior antagonism and selectivity exclusively for GPER. Furthermore, CIMBA reduces the formation of 17β-estradiol-induced gallstones in a dose-dependent manner in ovariectomized mice fed a lithogenic diet for 8 weeks. At 32 μg/day/kg CIMBA, no gallstones are found, even in ovariectomized ERα (−/−) mice treated with 6 μg/day 17β-estradiol and fed the lithogenic diet for 8 weeks. In conclusion, CIMBA treatment protects against the formation of estrogen-induced cholesterol gallstones by inhibiting the GPER signaling pathway in female mice. CIMBA may thus be a new agent for effectively treating cholesterol gallstone disease in women.

Central Anatolia is one of the regions of Western Asia, where the most significant concentration of archaeological materials connected with the Eurasian nomads of the Early Scythian period is recorded. The flat plains of Central Anatolia had good pastures and served as a space where different cultures communicated with each other since ancient times. In the 7th—6th centuries BC this territory was located between Western Anatolia with Lydia and the eastern Greek centers and Eastern Anatolia, which was the zone of interest of Urartu and Assyria. Small local «principalities» were localized here. These «principalities» were probably controlled by well-armed and mobile nomads, who used this territory as a base for raids on neighboring as well as more distant regions. Finds of nomadic types from Central Anatolia include weapons (bronze arrowheads of various types, iron sword and axe, bimetallic pickaxe), horse equipment (bits with stirrup-shaped loops on the ends, three-looped cheekpieces, harness fittings), and objects made in the traditions of Scythian animal art style. Most numerous category of nomad inventory coming from the region is constituted by socketed arrows found in burials in the province of Amasya, Imirler, Gordion and on the local settlements (Boğazköy, Kaman-Kalehöyük, Kerkenes Dağ). The article introduces their typology and provides analogies coming from the Eurasian monuments of the 7th—6th centuries BC. The study of early nomadic complexes from Anatolia shows their syncretic nature, which is influenced by artifacts of Cimmerian, Scythian, and Сentral Asian origin as well as the local Near Eastern items. It highlights the complex ethnic composition of the nomadic groups located here in the 7th—6th centuries BC that does not allow attributing all these materials to a single group, for example, the Cimmerians.

The objectives of this study were to evaluate whether age, sex, underlying renal disease, or the performing surgeon is of prognostic relevance to the patency of the vascular access. In a routine clinical setting, 139 first and 144 further fistula operations were done in 139 patients during 5 yr and were analyzed in retrospect. Within a group of 108 patients with first Cimino-Brescia fistulae, Cox multivariate regression analysis revealed the surgeon to be the only determinant with a continuous, significant effect on fistula patency throughout the observation period (P(out) < 0.1). The patency rates of the seven surgeons at 1, 2, and 3 yr differed from 34 to 69, 13 to 62, and 13 to 62%, respectively. Hazard ratios among the surgeons varied from 0.65 to 2.21. Additionally, age (P < 0.004) and diabetes mellitus (P < 0.02) were disclosed to be significant risk factors for impaired patency, but later in the course of disease (time dependent). Sex had no influence. After the failure of the first fistula, revisions of or new Cimino-Brescia fistulae (N = 56) were superior to polytetrafluoroethylene grafts (N = 61). The mean patency of the former amounted to 320 +/- 377 versus 156 +/- 281 days in polytetrafluoroethylene grafts (P < 0.05). It was concluded that increasing age and diabetes mellitus are time-dependent risk factors for the shortened patency of arteriovenous fistulae. The operating surgeon, however, seems to be the major determinant for the continuous patency of Cimino-Brescia fistulae.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Service Excellence, Servicescape dan Handling Complaint Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada pelayanan Restoran Cimory Riverside. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen (Service Excellence, Servicescape dan Handling Complaint) dan variabel dependen (Kepuasan Pelanggan).
Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 Responden diambil dari pengunjung Restoran Cimory Riverside sebagai pengunjung restoran Cimory Riverside menggunakan Non-probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan kriteria tertentu yang telah ditetapkan terlebih dahulu oleh peneliti. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus Roscoe. Data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi berganda, uji T dan uji F. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 22.
Dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara parsial (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Service Excellence dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Servicescape dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan. (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan namun tidak signifikan antara Handling Complaint dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dan secara simultan, (4) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Service Excellence dan Servicescape dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan. (5) terdapat hubungan positif namun tidak signifikan antara Service Excellence dan Handling Complaint dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan. (6) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Servicescape dan Handling Complaint dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan. (7) Service Excellence, Servicescape, Handling Complaint secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan

Bibliometrics play a significant role in evaluating the scientific production of journals and research units such as universities and research centers. The present study aimed to analyze the scientific production of CIMAR (Center for Research in Marine Science and Limnology) from its foundation in 1979 to 2015. We analyzed exclusively articles published in journals and selected those with at least one author affiliated to CIMAR. For the analysis, each article was classified according to the geographical study area, the topic of the investigation, ecosystem, and taxonomic group. We analyzed the following variables: year of publication, language, journal name, and authors. In this study, we analyzed the Bradford distribution, citations, the impact factor, and the quartiles of the journals where papers were published. During the study period, CIMAR produced a total of 791 publications: 624 articles, 90 book chapters or books, 48 booklets, and 34 special issues of the journal Revista de Biología Tropical (RBT). The number of publications showed an increasing trend during the study period, and most articles were written in English (58.3 %) and Spanish (41.7 %). A total of 128 journals were selected to publish CIMAR’s contributions. According to the Bradford method, the journal RBT is in Zone I (major productivity or concentration), with 49.8 % of the total scientific production. In relation to authorship, 22 authors with 12 articles or more are registered, and 80 % of the articles have been published by authors with a low (42 authors) and medium productivity level (44 authors). CIMAR published 81.6 % regarding marine topics and 18.4 % about limnology. Most of the articles (51.9 %) dealt with the Pacific of Costa Rica, 13.5 % with the Caribbean and 34.7 % referred to other study locations. The publications of CIMAR were mainly about ecology (33.3 %), taxonomy (24.5 %) and oceanography/meteorology (12.7 %). CIMAR has a highly trained and specialized staff that has gained experience and is contributing to the implementation and evaluation of Costa Rica’s science, technology and innovation policies through both interdisciplinary research and the development of institutional as well as professional capacities in a framework of dialogue and public-private agreements.

En este artículo se presenta una hipótesis del proceso constructivo seguido en el Cimorro de la Catedral de Ávila, durante las tres etapas de su construcción, correspondientes a los siglos XII, XIII y XIV, respectivamente. Las hipótesis propuestas se han verificado mediante análisis de estabilidad, en concreto, del Análisis Límite para Estructuras de Fábrica. Después de comprobar la estabilidad estructural para cada una de las etapas constructivas se realizan las siguientes afirmaciones: La bóveda central se construyó y cerró en el siglo XII, careciendo durante un breve periodo de tiempo de sistema de contrarresto alguno, hasta la colocación de la tribuna. En el siglo XIII se aumentó la fortificación mediante la barbacana y dos adarves. En la centuria siguiente, siglo XIV, se desmontó la tribuna para dotar al Cimorro del sistema de contrarresto con estribo y dos arbotantes, que podemos ver actualmente.

Next to his signature, Viennese painter Johann Ignaz Cimbal often added a peculiar sign in his frescoes and oils. It is a combination of letters, appearing in a different form in each of the studied cases (Zalaegerszeg, Oberlaa, Zwettl, Peremarton, Tornyiszentmiklós, Nagykároly [ Carei]), which – and the poor state of the works – make the identification of the letters difficult. In most cases the sign reads VSG, so it is not the initials of the painter.In some Cimbal works the three letters also appear with iconographic meaning. On the picture of the King Saint Stephen side altar in the parish church of Tornyiszentmiklós the letters shining in the halo around the Holy Cross were identified as VSG earlier and decoded as “Vera Sacra Crux”. However, it is more likely that this abbreviation hides the same meaning as the monograms next to Cimbal’s signatures.Guidance to the elucidation of the monogram was provided by the ceiling fresco in the southern vestry-room of Székesfehérvár cathedral. The clearly readable VSG abbreviation appears in the corners of the triangle symbolizing the Holy Trinity, which leaves no doubt that it is in connection of the Holy Trinity. The most obvious explanation is the letters being the initials of the German words for the three divine entities, Vater, Sohn and [Heiliger] Geist.The attribution of the picture (Maria Immaculata) on the high altar of the parish church of Sárospatak to Cimbal was suggested on the basis of this motif, here in three corners of a triangular aureole around the Ark of Covenant. The attribution is also confirmed by style critical analyses. (Analogous are Cimbal’s Immaculata figures in Zalaeregszeg, Tornyiszentmiklós and Székesfehérvár.)The abbreviation alluding to the Holy Trinity, which is perfectly embedded in the iconographic fabric of some paintings, was also used by Cimbal independently of the theme, attached to his name. Inserting a sign referring to the Holy Trinity above his name must have been a religious gesture. Having completed a picture, the painter crossed himself, as it were, offering his work to God. He sealed his offering with the mysterious sign of God “in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost”. (A similar religious gesture must underlie the signature 70 of an early Cimbal work, the Saint Anne altar picture in Vienna’s Barmherzigenkirche. The abbreviation “Zimbal i. VR” is traditionally interpreted as “In veneratione” with the explanation that the painter made the picture as a votive offering.) Cimbal always created a new composition out of the three letters, so it cannot have been his aim to make a recognizable constant “trade-mark”. (For this purpose he used his name with the customary addition “invenit et pinxit”.) The linking of the three letters is not just a customary formal solution as in monograms, but it has a meaning: it symbolizes the unity of the three divine persons, just as the circle in the triangle in Székesfehérvár.An extremely expressive iconographic solution needs special mention, applied almost to each of his depictions of the Holy Trinity in Hungary. It is the sceptre held by the three coeternal persons (hence it has extreme length). As it occurs so frequently, it cannot be part of an occasional client’s wish but much rather it is the painter’s invention. Perhaps a comprehensive examination of the entire oeuvre will discover further examples in support of the author’s hypothesis that the Holy Trinity was a particularly favourite theme of Cimbal. It was again his personal devotion that led him to use the Holy Trinity monogram.The motivation behind commissions for religious art works in the period was first of all the client’s personal religiosity. The religious motifs of the artists can usually only be inferred from indirect data and in connection with few works. One such sign is that for the duration of painting the frescoes Franz Anton Maulbertsch joined the Scapular Confraternity of Székesfehérvár, while the group portrait on the organ loft of Sümeg permits the assumption that he took part in the devotions of the Angelic Society founded by bishop Márton Padányi Biró. His pupil Johannes Pöckel who settled in Sümeg was a member of the local Confraternity of the Cord. Unfortunately, no information to this effect is known about Cimbal.His signature and Holy Trinity monogram testify that not only the client but also the painter offered his work to God.

Justo Arosemena es considerado en la actualidad, como el más profundo ideólogo del nacionalismo panameño, porque a través de su pensamiento se sustentan las razones históricas, políticas, geográficas y sociológicas, que le dieron sentido y coherencia al ser nacional, como quedó demostrado, en su obra cumbre: “El Estado Federal de Panamá”. Nos proponemos en estas páginas destacar algunos aspectos relacionados con su vida y obra la cual está íntimamente ligada a la historia de Panamá en el siglo XIX.

Aqui tem gente de toda qualidade, dizem os moradores da Vila de Cimbres, aldeia Xukuru do Ororubá, localizada entre o agreste e o sertão pernambucano: católicos, evangélicos, catimbozeiros, médiuns, índios, caboclos, entidades, encantos, espíritos, finados, defuntos, santos. Mas nem todas essas qualidades existem do mesmo modo ou são igualmente desejáveis. Nesse trabalho, exploro etnograficamente estes muitos modos que a pessoa pode assumir na Vila de Cimbres através das noções de qualidade e tempo. Aqui, tempo e qualidades são noções que funcionam como inflexões da diferença que, pretérita ou presente, não deixa de se perpetuar, alargando as possibilidades de ser e estar no mundo. Assim, busco mostrar como o mundo Xukuru aparece ora como misturas, ora como purificações instáveis destas qualidades-tempos que em alguns momentos se sobrepõem, em outros apenas se tocam e, em outros ainda, se repelem. Ao mesmo tempo, busco me valer dos usos que os Xukuru fazem de termos comumente apartados em especialidades da antropologia, e explorar os efeitos desse encontro para o fazer antropológico.

The objectives of this research were to determine the consumer characteristics of fermented milk products, analysis market share of several packaged fermented milk brands at this time until next five years ahead and determine the long-term market balance at Udayana University. The data used in the study was primary data collected through a questionnaire, for analysis this research was using the markov chain method by software QM 5.3. The result of the characteristics consumers of fermented milk were dominated by women with an average age 21-25 years old and mostly profession are students, with an average spending money for snacks/drinks was Rp 100,000-300,000/month with an average consumption of fermented milk 2-3 times/week. The reason of respondents consuming fermented milk was because of the taste was so special and respondents also get the information from advertisements on television, respondents usually buy the products from supermarkets on their own initiative by planning them first. The result of the research market share analysis was Yakult brand always leads market share, in the 2019 the Yakult brand was 55%, Cimory 30%, Calpico 8%, Vitacharm 4% and other brands 3%. in 2020 there was an increase for Yakult to 56%, a decrease for Cimory 29.5%, Calpico 7.5%, Vitacharm 3.9% and other brands rising to 3.1%. In 2021 only for Yakult change to 56.1% and Vitacharm 3.8%. In 2022 all brands were still in the same percentage but in 2023 Yakult change to 56.2% and Vitacharm 3.7%. The market share will reach stable conditions where the market share of each brand was Calpico 7.0%, Cimory 25.7%, Vitacharm 3.4% and Yakult 60.6% and other brands 3.3%.

Introduction: Intraoral repair has been suggested as a treatment option to repair the chipping or fracture of veneered zirconia; the success of the procedure is mainly determined by the bonding between zirconia and composite resin. The present study aimed to investigate and compare the shear bond strength (SBS) of two intraoral repair systems to zirconia ceramic treated with a laser or air-abrasion surface modification. Methods: Ninety tube-shaped samples (diameter of 10 mm and height of 4 mm) were divided into three main groups: Group I (zirconia 100%, n=30); Group II (veneer ceramic 100% n=30); Group III (zirconia with a veneer ceramic n=30). Each main group was subdivided into two subgroups (n=15): Subgroup A: samples repaired with Ceramic Repair N; Subgroup B: samples repaired with the Cimara Repair System. The subgroup samples were further subdivided based on the treated surface (n=5 samples): Control (no surface modification), Er,Cr:YSGG laser surface modification, and air-abrasion surface modification. The SBS was employed using a universal testing machine. The mode of failure was observed using a stereomicroscope. Results: Significant differences were observed in the mean SBS values between the different surface modifications (P˂0.05). Tukey’s post hoc test showed that the air-abrasion surface modification of the veneer ceramic repaired with the Ceramic repair N system had the highest mean value (13.74 MPa) among the different groups, while no surface modification of zirconia repaired with the Cimara repair system had the lowest mean value (2.84 MPa). The control group (no surface modification) had the lowest mean value among all the treated groups. Conclusion: The SBS is surface modification-dependent, and higher SBS is obtained by air-abrasion than Er, Cr:YSGG laser surface modifications with the selected parameters. The Ceramic repair N system had significantly higher SBS for all surface-treated substrates than the Cimara repair system.
