Повний текст джерелаThe Wits High Performance Academic Sports Research Centre will be located on Wits educational campus Johannesburg. Its aims are to act as a centre for teaching, learning, research development as well as giving back to the community. The centre will host a variety of users including students, staff, lectures, researchers local and international as well has high performance athletes. Doctors and patients from the Nelson Mandela children’s hospital will also have access to some of the facilities and equipment to help with medical treatment. The Sydney Brenner research institute and the Wits Sports clinic who have their facilities next to the site will also interact and have a symbiotic relationship with the Performance centre sharing their knowledge and expertise. As their expertise lie in the human body and cellular research and would be a small adaptation to researching sports research still focusing on a cellular level, however now looking at factors that could affect sports performance. The aim is for the centre to be internationally recognized putting Wits in the spotlight of the sports research. This combination and in depth facility in sports research does not exist as one entity in any facility across the world. There are universities in the states which are starting to make the connection between scientifi c sports research and performance. This centre will be purely a research and assessment centre and will not be a training centre, Its concept is to have athletes coming in from all over the world, stay for two weeks and take the knowledge they acquired and apply it to their training in their home city. The centre will host international exhibitions and conferences on sports research. Income from these events will help offset operating costs and alleviate pressure from the funding sponsors. Along with these functions the centre will house permanent staff who do testing assessments on athletes as well as house a Restaurant and accommodation for traveling athletes and researchers which will provide a more constant fl ow of income. The centre will be heavily teaching based with lectures taking place within the centre as well as students being actively involved as the centre is part of Wits University. It is important to understand that the Centre is not a training facility for athletes. Athletes are examined on multiple levels over the course of a few days. Their results are analysied and recommendations are made to how they can increase their performance. The public will have access to the Performance Centre and it is designed in a way that the public can view the athletes being assessed without invading their privacy. It is important to understand the diverse uses of this centre along with all who shall use it. The Performance on the Performance of Raining Storage in Building Site In order to slow down the high-temperature effect of urban climate, reduce the frequency of urban flood and improve the ecology environment of urban area, the issue of "the raining storage of building site" is introduced in this thesis .This research provides a equation of raining storage with four factors, which are infiltration by original soil, infiltration by pavements, infiltration by artificial -aided facility and storage by the soil of garden .The equation serves as a tool to analyze and increase the performance of raining storage of building site in a scientifically reasonable way. This research also provides infiltration factor data by experiment. In adeition, the research provides a suggested standard of performance of raioing storage as a reference of governmental legislation and non-governmental practice. At last, it provides the standard section of pavement and helps the designers to improve the performance of raining storage. If the outcome of this research can be well popularized, not only can it reduce surface runoff, lessen the capacity of public drainage system, slower the frequencies of urban flood, but provide more living space for human beings and microorganisms, as well as to improve the ecology environment of urban areas. This research stands for an important purpose to stimulate everlasting development among urban areas in our country.

Повний текст джерелаThis practice led research explores masculine identity construction among young Bakgatla men. The research consists of a process-orientated performance intervention and a written component. I worked with a small group of young men of the Bakgatla tribe in the village of Mochudi, Botswana. Together we explored Masculine Identity, rites of passage and what it means to be a man within their community. This report begins within an introduction that frames the study. Then it proceeds in episodes until the overall conclusion. The first episode gives further context of the study by explaining the problem statement and rationale. Then the second episode goes on to give the aims of the study and how it was originally planned before commencement. In the third episode I discuss the theory relevant to my field of study. The following episode then goes into the pragmatics of the research and the analysis of key findings. The last episode I foreground my findings and the limitations of my study and suggest a possible way forward. The method of research used is practise-based research and the problemsthe study addresses are those of ethics versus aesthetics when applying theatre to a community setting and also the issue of the young men of the Bakgatla tribe being marginalised when it comes to dealing with issues about them. The practice led research demonstrated how a facilitator can use heightened performance effectively as a way of mirroring and deepening community-based interventions. Evidence was found that such a method could be more effective in finding a balance between ethics and aesthetics, resolving an on-going problem in other applied theatre methods that use performance processes of personal narratives to assist individuals and groups. This study also foregrounds knowledge about young men of the Bakgatla tribe and conclude that they should be given a space, similar to the kgotla, to confront and dialogue problems that face men in a contemporary Botswana.

The policy of green fencing for building construction was started from “Taipei international flora expo.” in year 2011 and implemented through “Taipei Beautiful” series plan. However, the meanings of green fencing for building construct should not only beautify environment but also explore the effect it brings on in the aspect of academic research, example for the relationship between cost & green coverage and so on. This study is the research on current condition of green fencing for building construction in Taipei City and also discusses organization method and plating for green fencing of building construct, and focused on structure and planting about green (The calculation of the Green coverage should be based on premise: After the demolishing process and remove the plants into the place with sufficient soils). Integrate and organize the combination of structure system, and calculate the plant area and Green coverage depending on the category of plants. By then, through the evaluation, we could study and find the contribution of green benefit and the value of cost load. The conclusions about current condition and related data on the green fencing for build construct is as below: 1、Law amendments of the specification The laws are from” the traffic and public safety improvements of Taipei building constructions”, and this is for the local normative acts. The The specifications of the range is used the limit of the hardware , The law of the restricted content did not direct at the category of plant, the calculations for green coverage, the contribution of green benefit, and the value of cost load. 2、The benefit of the beautifying the environment is much stronger than the Greening. Even under the implement of government policy, we still have to clarify the real core value of the Construction Green Fencing. The government would understand the effects and relations between the green coverage and cost through considering green benefit when they hold the activities to beautify the environment. 3、Effectiveness of green construction fence valuation By the 4th chapter-benefit of evaluations of green and cost, the benefit of green is between 0.48 g-CO2/dollar ~1.72 g-CO2/dollar, it shows tht green fencing of building construct and benefit green are very small; In the aspect of cost loading, every form will be $NTD 581/ kg-CO2~$NTD 2,103/ kg-CO2, it means that the cost is very expensive, if it provides the green coverage for kg-CO2. So the implentemt for green fencing for building still have sense for beautifying the envornment, but it sets on the destroyment side. If the cost is high, but the effect can’t achieve the target, this study hope gonvenment can stop impletmenitng this policy, and don’t provide more CO2 from beatifying the environment. 4、The cost for Construction Green Fencing in Taipei City By the evaluations for green coverage and cost, the cost for the green fencing of building construct on current condition is around $NTD 3,000~$NTD 12,000 , the cost is at least $NTD 41,000,000 , it excludes the demolishing cost and the cost for following processes.

Industrial Revolution in the eighteenth century did not only influence civilization and technology but also created prosperous economy and human life by shortening the distance of the world. However, wealthy life of human beings caused the destruction of earth. Being aware of the environmental crisis, people have begun to pursue human-based health and sustainable development through promoting the environmental protection activities, such as biodiversity, amount of green, soil water content, daily energy saving, CO2 reduction, waste reduction, quality of indoor environment, water resources, waste water and other garbage; besides, the goals to achieve ecology, energy saving, waste reduction, and health had been set. Owing to the rising awareness of environmental protection, the potential of environmental protection related industry can be expected. It is a great market decision to enter environmental protection or other related industries. In addition, this business model has not yet been used widely on the domestic market of green building materials industry. Therefore, according to the raised awareness of environmental protection, this study aimed to investigate the acceptance and future development of business model in green building materials with efficient performance. The results are revealed as followings: First, since the construction market did not recover as expected, it is getting more difficult and requires more concerns for construction industry to expand the market share of green building materials with efficient performance. Second, applying marketing strategy, market segmentation, brand positioning, product performance, logistics, access, quality and service business model strategy, can allow consumers to comprehend the characteristics of green building materials with efficient performance, as well as improve the perspective of consumer for green building materials with efficient performance through developing strong R&D products. Third, the effect of high cost and the weakness of higher selling price via developing R&D product should be considered while setting the marketing strategy of business model in the internal organization. Four, the enterprises of green building materials with efficient performance should focus on enhancing the characteristic of products and functions, in order to lower the effect of threats and increase the loyalty of consumers to the green building materials with efficient performance. Thus, the goal of profit growth could be achieved.

Face to the variety and high - level demand of out society, it gradually tends to the specialization of the technique of the architecture and the equipment. And in order to make a good construction; we mainly discuss about the administration of the quality of the area of the architectural equipment. At present, the internal constructors'' study of the quality of the architectural project mainly focus on the aspect of the structure. But refer to the quality of the architectural equipment, such as the works of the air-conditioners, drain, electric equipment, etc, they only pay attention to the systemic aspect, not penetrate deeply into the realities. For this reason, this study will mainly analyze and examine the quality of the architectural equipment which existing now in our society and establish the administrative document of the quality which under the construction of the architectural equipment. Besides, under the performance evaluation model of the quality which under the construction of the architectural equipment of the supervisory institution or directive organization, we will establish a series of the evaluated procedure of the quality of it to suit the internal operation.

Evacuation safety was always an abstract concept before. This kind of abstract concept to analysis cannot be used to evaluate the life safety of buildings designed based on prescriptive-based codes. In order to overcome the issue of the uncertainty for evacuation safety, many experts and scholars try to apply the period of time to evaluate whenever people can leave building before the fire can kill them. During the development of fire protection engineering, it becomes popular to adopt the performance-based codes for evacuation safety. The performance-based approach includes setting up the goals of evacuation safety, functional statements and verifying models. However, the evaluation method is the important portion, which cannot be neglected. The main function of the evaluation method for evacuation safety performance is to create a safer building with the same budget or to reduce money invested for the same level of life safety. With these kinds of reasons, this paper tried to research the theories of the performance-based approach and the important document of evaluation methods. Then we tried to compare the differences of the evaluation methods used in England, USA, Japan, New Zealand, Australia as well as building EXODUS computer model. We also researched the reasonableness of various evaluation methods for evacuation safety according to the uncertainty of factors, the quantification of parameters and the logicality of hypothesis. We also analyzed the effectiveness of the performance-based design through its advocacy difficulties and its cost-effectiveness. Finally the verification methods in Japanese New Building Code and building EXODUS computer model were used to evaluate the evacuation safety of a thirty-floor structure, the East Science Building, in the Chichi City. Some comparisons of the reasonability and feasibility of these methods were proposed. The conclusion of this paper can be a foundation research of establishing performance-based design system in Taiwan.

Through out the study of relative articles, this paper analyzes the behaviors of the housing producers and the housing buyers in the very first. The second, it presents the housing issues about sustainability, product demand, marketing method, developer’s responsibility, and the energy saving in recent urban developmental history. Combining the housing sustainable performance of projects and factors in this twenty-first century , first by interviewing the experts architects to view the house in Taipei district in recent years, sustainable development performance in the design and implementation of the current situation, to confirm sustainable residential properties with the correct items. The second, the residence of the Taipei district conducts a random sample survey, the performance factor by sustainable housing residence currently living in Taipei district of satisfaction for residential properties and homes in the ideal of great importance to sustainable development performance with the desired degree to provide twenty-first century sustainable residential design, planning and development decision-making reference. That will investigate the background conditions of the sample data analysis, to understand the basic characteristics of the sample, followed by analysis and evaluation of its background conditions, the results obtained important conclusions are as follows: 1. The current performance of the sustainable residential housing are less than satisfied with performance in mind the importance of sustainable residential or expected level of obvious buyers of residential housing on the current improvement and enhancement, it still has space for expected improvement. 2. Buyers of residential properties in mind the importance of sustainable housing or the high level of expectations, and are willing to pay a higher price to buy, housing producers can meet the market demand for residential buyers expected launch of the product. 3. The whole summary by studying the articles of sustainable housing in twenty-first century should have 34 performance factors, the survey results via factor analysis reduce to 29 performance factors, and in accordance with results divide into "fire safety performance of convenience", "comfortable and quiet performance of health" and "ecological performance of energy-saving water," "light minus the carbon performance of water" and "smart environmental performance of waste reduction" and other dimensions of five factors, the performance of the project. Department of the entire existing residential products, market conditions, the development industry to provide a reference for competitive strategy formulation.

Recently, the new buildings have been in general introduced the saving water sanitary facilities due to the national building regulation, as well as in the existing residential and office buildings. The result of initiating the saving water policy could already be seen. However, the use of lower volume water closets to save water in the existing buildings might have other difficulties. As an example, the lower flush volume might influence the ordure-transferring performance in a drainage system. Thus, in order to explore and understand the difficulties of using the lower volume water closet in the existing buildings, this research firstly focused on gathering the saving water system related methodologies and standards, as well as on investigating its development and current condition of the usage. The result would be the basic information for setting up the ordure-transferring forecast formula of the lower volume closet. Moreover, there were required experiments completed using domestic lower volume water closets for studying its effects on the existing drainage systems and verifying the prediction model. The outcome of the study provides a chance for the designers and users to test their products by applying the prediction model. After the low volume water closets were introduced, the study was a start to concern the issue of balancing between saving water and ensuring the performance of the drainage systems.

The green building in Taiwan is recently advocated by governmental agencies. The major parts used in green building are the floor paving materials, which include wood, stone and composite boards. The best-known existing green buildings in Taiwan are Peitou Library in Taipei City and Main Stadium in the World Games 2009 Kaohsiung. This research consists of the development of the green building in Taiwan, Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability LOHAS, energy-saving policies to reduce carbon dioxide, future technology for building materials, green construction technical specifications and the cases of green buildings both in Taiwan and all over the world. Finally the data and analysis of the questionnaire of the Green Building floor are presented, providing some useful information concerning the performance/price ratio and market share of the Green Building floor materials. According to the results of questionnaire, not many interior designers of non-governmental organizations use green building materials due to the economic considerations. The range of the unit price of mostly used green building floor materials is between NT$1815 Yuan /m2 to NT$2722 Yuan /m2, and most users are interior designers for the sake of having a health environment according to outcome of the survey. Besides, many other items are also concluded in the green building materials such as air clean paint , wood plastic composite(WPC) and the energy-saving coatings insulation。Suitable using these materials may magnify their effects to produce a greener environment for the people on earth.

Monument restoration of the period of Japanese rule ,the „wall‟ is an important part of avery large and repair coverage to the wall is constructed, in addition to the important role of the factor structure of the substrate wall, painted stucco wall is also quite important element,but it was not enough for fire performance discussion, so this study “wooden slats plaster wall” of fire performance for further understanding. For fire performance design firewall, in addition to technical specifications type specification within the rules, the rest should be in accordance with the performance test report before assessing its aging fire wall construction requirements for fire performance requirements in recent years have, for reference only fire resistant construction , construction and specification, the relative lack of relevant literature, and the aging of the wood for the fire to explore lath plaster walls constructed walls, it is a lack of relevant literature; therefore investigate the correlation structure of the proposed law, the lath plaster wall against wall fire performance as a consolidation and analysis. 1. Design approach brings together wood lath plaster wall constructed section of the wall,lath plaster wall finishing wall construction method, analyze experimental factors, develop test plans, conduct fire resistance test, record the wood lath plaster wall structure wall temperature changes in the positions of the internal components of the case when the fire damage. 2. Different ways of fabric constructed of wood lath plaster wall fire resistance test conducted to explore the fabric of the wall fire resistance and thermal conductivity properties,and by record temperature changes inside the wall, the wall in a different fabric analysis conditions the next fire damage by high temperature carbonization impact on the internal components. 3. Experimental study on construction of the wall through the elaboration of lath plaster wall wooden structure painted stucco wall of the inner layer and the wooden structure destroyed by fire damage behavior patterns and strength loss situations, explore different wall coating paint layer and the inner layer of the wood structure structural factors affecting wood for wall plaster lath walls constructed of fire-resistant properties, as a basis for improving the fire resistance. 4. Estimated by calculating the formula of the "wooden wood charcoals," "water test""impact test", "heat transfer test" data to compare the measured data to understand the difference between the measured data and forecast data, as a wall of fire resistance design reference.

Researcher is engaged in glass fiber reinforced plastic construction materials promotion work for more than ten years which provide the motivation for the study of “Promoting the green building, high performance construction materials” and “Promoting the glass fiber reinforced plastic window”. The foundation of the study is Engel-Kollat-Blackwell Model, the consumers evaluate the green product by using themselves’ criterions. However, the relative selection of these criterions will be different among the variety of consumer characteristic factors. The researcher integrates the several variables including product characteristic and degree of satisfaction of glass fiber reinforced plastic door and window made by high performance green construction materials to develop the models and carry out the study of population variable to consumers'' purchase decision-making and the enterprise’s marketing strategy on green products. The questionnaire of investigation in acknowledgement of the green building and green construction material and the consumer behavior in glass fiber reinforced plastic door and window market was sampled distributed to Central Taiwan inhabitants, this paper studies a total of 150 questionnaires were issued, recovering the returned 140 questionnaires, in which 8 questionnaires were invalid. 132 questionnaires are valid with the effective rate of return at 86.7%. The questionnaires result was summarized and carried on statistical analysis, the variation analysis, the factor analysis, the regression analysis by using SPSS statistics software, knows the results as followed: 1. This study demonstrated 87.8% questionnaire participants support the idea of green construction building and 84.5% questionnaire participants assist to establish the green construction building mark. However, only half of the questionnaire participants indicate they understand the idea or have seen the green construction building, green construction material, and green mark. It reflects the consumers’ supportiveness in green construction building mark has gradually popularized, and still has room for improvement. 2. The use of glass fiber reinforced plastic window accounts of 62.22% in self-purchased institutional building and 82.17% in self-purchased residential building. Therefore, the promoting of green construction should primarily focus on self-purchased institutional building and self-purchased residential building. 3. Consumer not only recognizes the high performance green construction material in glass fiber reinforced plastic window, but also takes care of the artistic of vision and the safety of use and the effectiveness of deafening and service life . Thus, the green construction materials related products should possess abovementioned characteristic to be convictive for general use. 4. As the selling price of green construction building materials price is relatively higher than general building materials, the questionnaires result indicates the green construction materials has higher acceptability in higher income individual or family and vice versa. If the government can provide the subsidy policy in promoting the green consumption development, the better result can be seen in short period. 5. In which, 35.87% questionnaire participants obtain the understanding of high performance green construction material’s glass fiber reinforced plastic window from the journalism and also respect to professional perspectives (32.07%). The green construction material manufacturer could use those channels to promote green product to deliver the product information to customers effectively and quickly. 6. Low degree of consumer satisfaction for post-sale service﹙the degree of satisfaction is 3.4736﹚was indicated, the enterprise should attach the importance to consumer satisfaction and further improve the post-sale service for perpetual operation.

The main purpose of this research is to clarify the decision-making framework and to evaluate the performance of drainage system in high-rise building through the empirical observation and basic understanding of stack fluid mechanism. This paper concluded a schematic structure of drainage system in high-rise building, meanwhile, deliberated intention to search the supporting factors and flow path for decision-making and assessment tool for performance evaluation of high-rise building drainage system. The evaluation method had been verified and proved to be practicable. These results can support the decision-making and be assessment tool for current design of high-rise building drainage system. The design of high-rise building is complex and high integration work including various professional cooperation. The successful accomplish of such landmark is also seen as technical achievement of a country. Nonetheless, the importance of building drainage, which is a humble but very substantial issue, might not be ignored. Owing to the increasing of potential energy of height, inappropriate design of drainage system is facile to cause the sanitary problems in high-rise building and inconvenient utility. Particularly, people recognize the importance of healthy environment through the impact of SARS disease. The main purpose of this research is to clarify the decision-making framework and to evaluate the performance of drainage system in high-rise building through the empirical observation and basic understanding of stack fluid mechanism. Firstly, we investigated the existing high-rise buildings with 52 cases and summarize the design methodology from interviews of designer and plumbing engineers. Through the observations and interviews, we deconstructed the existing drainage system and found the crucial components of drainage construction. According to the deconstruction analysis, we concluded a schematic structure of drainage system in high-rise building. Finally, this study deliberated intention to search the supporting factors and flow path for decision-making and assessment tool for performance evaluation of high-rise building drainage system. The results of this research would contribute to the domestic building technology and improve the design of drainage system in high-rise building.

Recently, the usage of stud-type damper (SD) devices in the structural systems have been increasingly adopted in constructing projects. However, the related academic literatures on SD devices are rather limited, the seismic performance of the systems using SDs (SDFs) are still uncertain among current practices, as well as the method of designing a SD device itself and the beam-to-column interface, thus a difficulty in confirming the efficiency of its energy dissipation has arisen in such situation. In the light of these concerns, the purposes of this research were to investigate the seismic performance of different SDF systems and clarify the influences of several hysteresis characteristics (so-called design parameters) of SDs on it. This research also aimed to develop and examine a composite stud-column-type damper (CSD) device as well, leading the overall structure systems to generate optimal seismic performance. The method to carry out this research was conducting a comprehensive study, including nonlinear time history analysis and full-scale component experiments. Several full-scale CSD specimens were designed, based on previous analysis results, which is a set of proposal design pararmeters combination of the SD. The main experimental variables were section dimensions of two types of steels and whether the flange of specimen have been cut. Furthermore, this research established a fundamental physical model of the CSD, equations to estimate the stiffness, post-yielding stiffenss and yield strength of it was also proposed. Results indicate that the SD with the characteristics of early yielding, large initial stiffness and large post-yielding stiffness produces optimal seismic performance throughout all hazard-level earthquakes. In terms of cumulative hysteresis energy, it turns out to perform best when the outer and inner segments each have same dimension (specimen RF20); in terms of cumulative plastic deformation (CPD), when one side of the outer segments have more propotion of all than the inner segment (specimen RF15), it turns out to have the best ductility and ability of deformation; in terms of the hysteresis behavior, one side of the outer segments have less propotion of all than the inner segment (specimen RF25), results show that the overall strength do not weaken after occurring local buckling, presenting the stablility of its response. Moreover, the results indicate that the equations for estimating the stiffness and yield strength of the CSD, on the average, can be appropriately used for both theoretical and practical references.

With the continued break troughs of construction technology and the increase of high-rising, compound buildings with large scale space, the existing regulations have been not be able to meet the requirements of modern buildings, and even the worse, the norm of regulations could limit the development of building. Therefore, many countries in the world have developing functional regulations to overcome the obstacles made by existing regulations for the development of modern construction technology. In Taiwan, the authorities have implemented functional regulations to respond since 1984. The parts of fire separation of construction technology rules are even better to break through limits and expand the scope of fire separation by the functional regulations. This research aims to break through the limits of regulation in expanding the scope of fire separation to satisfy the demand for greater space from large shopping malls and shopping centers by designing the sense of space that the lofty part of building wants to express and increasing freedom of design. Secondly, the assessment of practical cases, Fire burning by a variety of experimental literature measured data(Such as temperature, flame height, heat radiation) , With the FDS computer simulation software and fire spread between theoretical analysis of the formula, Factor of the difference, Terms of the presence of simulated radiation , Explore the theoretical formula by comparing the difference with the simulation software Factor to simulate the results of calculation of factors, Parameters of the simulation results and adjust the fire burning again with a comparative analysis of experiments, From the analysis results show that Fixed fraction of thermal radiation from lower in the theory of the radiation formula, Then consider the heat release rate curve, Heat release rate will be fixed to the maximum , Discussion to the limit of heat radiation, The simulation results with the theoretical formula of heat radiation from the relatively close.

A procedure is the design of fire refuge performance design is based on the office. In the past few years, the interior decoration of fire refuge performance design has been more and more. The interior decoration is often diversified in the design stage, ignoring the limitations of the original design, and during the construction period. It is only treated in general decoration, so that such buildings will have a certain degree of difficulty in interior decoration. If the subsequent management and maintenance are slack after construction, it is easy to flow into the old buildings. After many years of use, the defects are lost and the original building design is lost. Design the fire prevention and evacuation performance to protect the concept of building fire prevention. This study explores the process, purpose, and follow-up management of interior decoration through literature collection, actual case analysis, and questionnaire survey, and analyzes and compares cases to study the differences in interior decoration review, construction, inspection, and follow-up management mechanisms. Then carry out statistical analysis by means of questionnaires to understand how such buildings can be recognized in the process of interior decoration, and propose improvement measures; this study period can be achieved by integrating the results of research evaluation methods. It is more efficient in the future implementation of the room decoration review, which in turn reduces the cost of designing the interior decoration, and promotes the construction of such buildings in Taiwan.

Facing the situation of climate change and energy crisis, buildings have adaptability to respond to the complex and dynamic environmental changes, which has become an important issue in the development of modern Smart buildings. On the other hand, with the development of building information modeling (BIM) and visual programming technology, architectural design is moving towards intelligent integrated generation. Under the intelligent building and BIM platform technical support, “ The Research of Adaptive Building Facade Strategy and Prototype Based on Daylight Performance Simulation ” are purpose to discuss the necessary ability of modern Adaptive Building Facade. Through the reviewing of the literature to sort the dimension of composition and required conditions of the adaptive building facade archetypes and to discuss the difficulties. In this research, we will use first Optimization strategy validation, second script-based automatic control, as an integrated frame, to discuss the dilemma between the design phase and the management phase. as well as to propose a method of pre-connect between the design phase and the management phase of the whole building lifecycle. Then we will test the operation status and collect the measured field data for the feedback evaluation. And actual build an adaptive facade model. The specific method is from the perspective of the prototype design to use daylight as the main environmental factor. The implementation is divided into "BIM platform modeling and simulation", and "solid model construction" two stages. By the cooperation between the two stage to verify the feasibility of its theory. This research concludes the design strategy and the field simulation, providing valuable reference for designers and managers. In the design strategy, we can propose more optimization recommendations based on the performance analysis results early in the building design stage. In the field simulation, it can provide the actual operation of the state simulation. Therefor , it can achieve and extend the ideal building lifecyclen in BIM.

In order to promote the firm’s financial performance, increase the value of the company and shareholder, and avoid financial crisis, numerous companies voluntarily establish independent directors and supervisors. Taiwan Securities Trading Counter and Securities Market enforce that initial public offerings must set up at least two inde-pendent directors, one independent supervisor since February, 2002. The purpose of the paper is trying to find if old Public-listed company voluntarily establish or Initial public offerings compulsorily establish independent director and su-pervisor can prove firm’s performance. Besides, the paper also wants to find what kind of measurement index can exhibit directors and supervisor’s effect on performance to enterprises. The finding suggests: 1. Non-accounting measurement index is better than accounting measurement in-dex on exhibiting independent director or supervisor’s effect on company''s financial performance. 2. The influence on firm’s performance of the companies voluntarily establishing independent director or supervisor is stronger than the companies compulsorily estab-lishing independent director or supervisor. 3. The companies voluntarily establishing independent director or supervisor have positive relation with firm’s performance but not significance. 4. The companies compulsorily establishing independent director or supervisor have negative relation with firm’s performance but not significant.

This research aims at building a new model of hybrid MCDM approaches which measuring performance of industrial clusters, meanwhile, through implement empirical analysis for industrial parks in Taiwan to affirm the validation of this new model. The complete process of this research is established on the basis of BSC framework, afterward, use DEMATEL approach to analyze mutual effect and causal relationship among BSC perspectives; AHP analysis is also an important process to obtain BSC perspectives weights for aggregating whole efficiency value before applying DEA method to analyze DMUs quantitative information. As a result, all DMUs performance that integrated by AHP and DEA is realized. The findings in this research are: the first, it can clarify the ranking problem for all DMUs and solve paradoxical DEA methodology when this new model is used to explore and evaluate performance; second, the BSC perspectives affection between AHP and DEMATEL is on opposition after analyzing AHP and DEMATEL separately; third, the correlation between the crosswise causal relationship and length wise subordinate relationship is positive when linked D.B.A. approach with DEMATEL. Hence, the proposed new model, integrated DEA, BSC, AHP and DEMATEL, will to be a comprehensive and up-to-date model and can be successful and pinpoint measuring performance on different research areas.

With the changes of overall social environment and urban areas continuing to expand, in order to include more population in limited land resources, the buildings have been developed toward large area, large scale and high-rise type and the functions of use also tend to complex and multi-functional. But once such large public buildings catch fire, it will lead to significant casualties and damages. After several serious public disasters, the government began to pay more attention to the security of building and worked out many policies and measures. Article 77 of Construction Law stipulates: "Building owners, users should safeguard the legitimate use of the building and its construction and equipment. ...". In 1996, the Ministry of the Interior published “Building Public Security Check Certificate and Reporting Measures". Both showed the importance of building security maintenance after use. Usually during the design of such a large building space, the using behaviors and functional needs are often limited by the listing regulations that would lead to the lack of flexibility and freedom in design, and therefore results in potentially hindering the architectural design from further development. Therefore, in 2004, the Ministry of the Interior issued "Key Points for Approving the Application of Building Fire Prevention and Evacuation Performance Design" and began to implement functional regulations as a supplementary regulation to the listing regulations to ensure the security in the use of buildings. In 2008, “National Urban Planning and Construction Management Meeting” concluded: “After function design and approved by assessment agencies for building fire prevention performance, part of fire prevention and evacuation facilities of large multi-purpose buildings may be relaxed. So the general public security inspection should not apply to the multi-purpose buildings. Therefore, we understand that the existing public security inspection systems cannot implement the checks of asylum facilities of the fire prevention and shelter performance – designed buildings that certainly threaten the safety and security of public buildings. So it is necessary to explore and study the regulations of public security inspection mechanism for the shelter facilities of fire prevention and shelter performance – designed buildings. Based pm the assessment methods for fire prevention and shelter performance verification approved by the authorities in central government, the research analyzes discusses the factors that may affect building fire prevention and shelter calculations iii for the part of regulations that exempts the performance – designed from application. Coupled with practical experiences, cases and data that will be substituted into the calculations for analyses as evidences, the paper discusses and analyzes how to adjust the factors that may affect fire prevention and shelter calculations for performance – designed buildings that are exempted from the applications of some part of Building Code and Regulations, to reach a balance that may ensure the building fire prevention and shelter security. In the final part, in addition to the performance verification calculation, the researcher evaluates external factors and consider whether include them into control conditions. Based on above-mentioned discussions and the results of analyses, the paper maps out a public security checklist for the shelter facilities of fire prevention and shelter performance – designed buildings for authorities’ reference in modifying the public security checklist for the fire-prevention and shelter performance – designed buildings in future.
