Анотація:
Creation of complex technical objects (CTO, such as science-intensive engineering objects, which are characterized by the number of elements and connections equal to 106 and more) – a process containing long subprocesses, complex objects, models, and based on available standards and information technology (IT). It is known from practice that CTO models are created with the help of information systems - components of CALS and PLM-solutions. This process have the following shortcomings: models at different stages of creation of CTO are not completely interconnected; CTO modeling takes place using different components of IT CALS and PLM-solutions, which creates constant difficulties in data conversion and leads to partial or complete loss of model data; there is no automated communication with other CTO models. A generalized model of complex technical objects is proposed, which based on using the theoretical-multiple approach allows to establish an information connection between the models of the process of creating complex technical objects. The information system of creation of the generalized model of difficult technical objects that allowed automating process of processing and construction of models is developed; to supplement the technology of parallel PLM design and components of information technologies CALS and PLM-solutions for the task of creating models of complex technical objects.

The ways of implementing the basic principles of «lean production» at certain stages of shipbuilding production and throughout the entire life cycle of shipbuilding products are considered. The article describes the main losses that occur at the production stage, as well as ways to improve shipbuilding production and directions for solving some problems of minimizing losses in relation to enterprises in the shipbuilding industry. The authors present an example of using CALS technologies in the process of production management, designing marine engineering facilities, communication between individual design organizations and the shipbuilding enterprise when creating complex projects; as well as ways to implement this task as the most promising in the world practice. The main purpose of using CALS in shipbuilding at all stages of the life cycle of a shipbuilding product is to create a unified information model, standardize the main methods for obtaining, storing and interpreting information, protect, certify and license the information used at all stages of the life cycle of shipbuilding products using computer-aided design systems. The article describes the main goals and directions of implementing CALS technologies as one of the stages of improving processes within the framework of the lean production concept. The ways of minimizing production losses in the development of planning and technological documentation and design and technological production preparation, production of working design documentation are considered. The purpose of creating a 3D ship model using volumetric scanning technology as a means of supporting the life cycle of marine equipment products at the stages of maintenance, repair and modernization is shown. The authors list the main ways to implement the assigned tasks at the shipbuilding enterprise, considering them from the point of view of implementing «lean production»; and the essential condition for its effective functioning is the joint use of CALS technologies at the enterprises of the shipbuilding industry, contractors and design organizations. The task of training and retraining specialists for the shipbuilding industry with appropriate professional competencies is outlined.

With the development of data processing technology, complex network theory has been widely applied in many areas. Meanwhile, as one of the essential parts of network science, community detection is becoming more and more important for analyzing and visualizing the real world. Specially, signed network is a kind of graph which can more truly and efficiently reflect the reality, however, the study of community detection on signed network is still rare. In this paper, we propose a new agglomerative algorithm based on the modularity optimization for community detection on signed networks. The proposed model utilizes a new data structure called community adjacency list in signed (CALS) networks to improve the efficiency. Successive modularity computations make the connections between node changes so that the process time leads to substantial savings. Experiments on both real and artificial networks verify the accuracy and efficiency of this method, which is suitable for the application on large-scale networks.

The article is devoted to the development of systematic approaches for the construction of a distributed information system (DIS) of aviation gas turbine engines (GTE). It is determined that the use of CALS-technologies (Continuous Acquisition and Life-Cycle Support), which should ensure the competitiveness of products on the world market, is essential for the integration of the aircraft engine industry into the world community of developers and manufacturers. The relevance of the use of CALS-technologies is due to the fact that today, in accordance with market requirements, the world's leading companies have set deadlines for the creation of a new design of the civil aviation engine of the fifth and sixth generations. The block-modular principle of engine construction - mathematical models and software - with the satisfaction of the criteria of divergence, transformation, and convergence has been considered. For a simplified search of the optimal technology for building a distributed information system of an aviation engine, the use of a fuzzy clustering approach is proposed, which is a design method with finding new knowledge about the gas turbine engine with highly efficient performance. By identifying methods of knowledge analysis and basic methods of clustering, that are K-means, graph clustering algorithms, algorithms of the FOREL family, hierarchical clustering, Kohonen neural network, algorithms of the KRAB family, fuzzy mean algorithms, subtractive, the application clustering in distributed information systems of aviation engines have been determined. For the convenient implementation of the defined method, a set of data objects of the GTE information system, which are contained in the experimental files, are considered. According to the results of the fuzzy clustering procedure, the coordinates of the class centers, the belonging of each data set to the classes, the values of the objective function, which have an approximate character, and are used for preliminary structuring of the data, are fixed. After research, it was determined that the integration of clustering algorithms should help build a more accurate model of the gas turbine engine and increase its speed.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) predisposes to juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) via loss of function of the NF1 tumor suppressor gene and consecutive deregulation of Ras signal transduction. Affected individuals usually carry one defective NF1 allele in the germline; somatic inactivation of the second NF1 allele in hematopoietic cells is associated with transformation to leukemia. We previously demonstrated that a major mechanism for biallelic loss of NF1 function in patients with JMML/NF-1 is mitotic recombination leading to uniparental disomy (UPD) of the 17q chromosome arm (Flotho, 2007; Steinemann, 2010). Using contemporary resequencing and microarray technology, we have now revisited the genetics of NF1 inactivation in JMML. Specifically, we addressed two questions: 1) Are genetic findings in leukemic cells of JMML/NF-1 patients consistent with the clinical diagnosis and the two-hit concept? 2) Does the quintuple-negative (QN) group of JMML (patients without clinical evidence of NF-1 and negative for mutations in PTPN11, KRAS, NRAS, or CBL) contain unrecognized cases likely driven by NF1? We investigated 156 children with JMML registered in studies EWOG-MDS 98 or 2006 and tested for mutations in PTPN11, KRAS, NRAS, and CBL. Twenty-five children (16%) were clinically diagnosed as NF-1 based on >=6 café-au-lait spots (CALS) or family history plus CALS. Family history was positive in 9 JMML/NF-1 patients; >=6, 4, and 1 CALS were described in 23, 1, and 1 patients, respectively. The median age at diagnosis of JMML in the NF-1 group was 35.9 months (range, 4.2 to 71.4). Sixteen children (10%) were grouped as JMML-QN. Granulocyte DNA from bone marrow or peripheral blood collected at time of diagnosis was used for next-generation sequencing of the entire NF1 coding sequence (custom Ampliseq enrichment and Miseq, Illumina). Pathogenicity of NF1 variants was assessed according to ACMG criteria. Affymetrix Cytoscan HD array analysis was applied to detect segmental deletions or copy number-neutral loss of heterozygosity (LOH). Among 25 JMML/NF-1 cases, 8 exhibited an NF1 loss-of-function mutation at near-100% variant allelic frequency (VAF) in combination with UPD involving almost the entire 17q arm, suggesting single mitotic recombination as the leukemic driver. One case had an NF1 mutation at near-100% VAF and segmental 17q UPD, suggesting the unusual occurrence of double mitotic recombination. Nine cases carried two independent pathogenic NF1 mutations at near-50% VAF each; here, germline and somatic events could not be distinguished due to unavailability of non-hematopoietic or parental DNA. Four cases exhibited an NF1 microdeletion in combination with a pathogenic NF1 mutation at near-100% VAF; non-hematopoietic tissue available in 2 of these 4 cases failed to display the mutation, indicating the microdeletion as the constitutional event. A deleterious mutation at 71% VAF but no LOH was revealed in one sample. Only monoallelic evidence of NF1 deficiency was found in 2 cases. In the JMML-QN group, 9/16 cases had previously unrecognized NF1 alterations. Compound-heterozygous pathogenic NF1 mutations were found in 2 and homozygous pathogenic NF1 mutations combined with focal LOH in 3 patients, strongly suggesting NF1 as the JMML driver. In the absence of clinical NF-1 features, the findings in these 5 children may be explained by postzygotic NF1 mosaicism, onset of JMML before clinical manifestation of NF-1, or double somatic NF1 hits in the hematopoietic lineage. Four cases carried monoallelic pathogenic or likely pathogenic NF1 mutations with VAF at ~50% or less, providing inconclusive evidence of driver function as it is also possible that these are secondary hits in a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) driven by an unidentified event. There was no genetic evidence of NF1 involvement in the remaining 7 JMML-QN cases. Several important conclusions can be drawn from our study: The clinical diagnosis is reliable in children with JMML/NF-1; we propose that it can be made on the basis of CALS and JMML alone as the patients are generally too young to display the conventional spectrum of NF-1 features. Children without features of NF-1 should only be assigned to JMML-QN after genetic work-up of NF1 because this will unmask involvement of NF1 in a significant number of cases. In suspected JMML-QN without identifiable NF1 lesion, other forms of MPN should be considered. The article presents the results of research and analytical reviews to determine the possibilities of using digital technologies in the disposal of decommissioned agricultural equipment. The rationale for the use of digital technology in the formation of a resource-saving eco-friendly system for the disposal of agricultural machinery. Until recently, technical support for equipment manufacturers ended with the operation phase. The requirements of regulatory documents on the need to dispose of decommissioned equipment in design, operational and repair regulatory documents were purely declarative in nature and have not been (and are not yet implemented in Russia) by its manufacturers. he use of CALS (IPI) — technologies for the formation of a system for utilization of agricultural machinery will create a common database that will be based on the fi nal state of parts and their variable properties. Also, their application will make it possible to provide logistic support for all components of the material fl ows of equipment throughout the life cycle. In addition, the use of common software aimed at performing these functions will create the necessary conditions for the operation and maintenance of the functionality of the system. The most optimal option is to create VET utilization systems taking into account the national peculiarities of Russia on the basis of existing foreign developments both for creating operational and repair documents in digital format, and for developing technologies for utilization of equipment that take into account the requirements of resource conservation and the environment.

The article presents the results of studying the problems of fulfilling a comprehensive project on transforming a defense enterprise business model, mastering modern approaches to build production systems, including the concepts of lean manufacturing, “6 sigma”, CALS technology, and others. The ongoing reduction of the government defense contracts to the level ensuring the planned renewal of the army and navy armament requires an increase in manufacturing civilian products by defense enterprises to load the released capacity. The President of the Russian Federation has set the task of bringing the share of such products to 30% by 2025 and to 50% by 2030. However, the entry of these enterprises into the competitive market is not adequately prepared due to their lack of market competencies, the mastery of which requires significant changes in the organization of production, labor and management, or otherwise - transformation of the business model being implemented. The business model in the study refers to the conditional representation of the enterprise’s business, which allows us to understand the composition and interconnections of its elements, ensuring the creation and delivery of value to the consumer. In turn, the value approach focused on maximum customer satisfaction is contrasted with a conservative product approach to building production systems based on the priority of the capabilities of the existing production apparatus. The application of the modern concepts provisions for production and business modeling made it possible to identify features and to justify organizing the project for transforming the business model of a defense enterprise, mastering modern methods of constructing production systems, the composition and tasks of its participants, as well as the mechanism for consolidating the results of changes in the regulatory and methodological framework enterprises. Thus, based on the recommendations of the study, organizational prerequisites are formed for the successful diversification of defense enterprises, as well as the institutionalization of transformations of the production system in the practice of their work.

Magnesium compounds are common in nature as solid rocks and solutions in waters. The article has been analyzed variety of technologies and methods of use of various kinds of raw magnesium compounds, scientific and technological achievements, the state of magnesium production and tech-nology. Magnesium and its oxide and hydroxide are the most important for industrial use of magnesi-um compounds used in the production of steel, heat-resistant ceramics and structures, in the produc-tion of rubber products, plastics with special fire-resistant properties, as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical industries, in medicine, in the production of optics, phosphors, single crystals, heed for magnesium compounds, important for new industries, caused the emergence of new studies and technologies. Important in the purification technologies of raw materials and technical solutions of magnesium chloride is the possibility of using magnesium hydroxide as effective sorbent and develop-ing conditions for separating the sediment in a wide range of concentrations. The processes of alka-line hydrolysis of magnesium chloride and the formation of the precipitate of its hydroxide in a wide range of concentrations were studied. The kinetics of the process and the features of separating such a sorbent from the purified solution of magnesium salt are studied. It is shown that the use of the princi-ple of homogeneous precipitation of magnesium hydroxide, performed in the proposed technology, is a fairly efficient and simple solution compared to those known. The conditions and mathematical regu-larities for obtaining the precipitate of magnesium hydroxide with a high filtration coefficient have been determined, which makes it possible to program the properties of the precipitate of magnesium hydroxide, to optimize the production of high-purity solutions of magnesium chloride, its hydroxide and oxide from it. The results of studies may use in medicine, in the production of new pharmaceuti-cals, standard samples, matrix collectors-sorbents and standards for metrological support in re-search.

The rational design of technological processes of parts manufacturing in single and small-scale production is inefficient without wide introduction of modern tools of part manufacturing automation with modern computer-based equipment and software. It is desirable to carry out of automated synthesis of single route technological processes with minimal influence of the operator on the technological environment. The technology of computer-aided design of technological processes is used to develop effective algorithms of functioning of adapted systems for control of technological processes and their implementation when taking into account interrelations with the technological environment. Automated development of technological environments of a given level of design concerning a dedicated technical system is possible on the basis of their rational functional models, created by means of CALS-technologies. The rational use of the SADT methodology with application of the principle of decomposition and development of the SADT-diagrams allows to solve the given technical problems. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop and study the vibrational-centrifugal surface strengthening at the finishing and hardening technological operation to provide the required quality parameters and operational characteristics of the parts. The object of this research is a finishing and hardening technological operation. The subject of this research is method and parameters of vibrational-centrifugal surface strengthening to provide the required quality parameters and operational characteristics of the parts. The development of SADT diagrams allows to divide the technological process to technological operations, cutter–setting positions, technological steps, main machining steps etc. In this paper the principles of control of technological operation for vibration-centrifugal strengthening of surfaces of parts are suggested. The experimental device for machining of inner surfaces of parts is described. The initial and detailed model of the operation of the vibrational-centrifugal strengthening is offered. Statistical and structural analysis of technological process made it possible to establish the influence of the parameters of the vibrational-centrifugal strengthening on the geometric and physical-mechanical parameters of the surface quality and associated operational characteristics. Further research in that field will be related on the development of practical recommendations for using of the vibrational-centrifugal surface treatment for improving of the geometric and physical and mechanical parameters of parts surfaces.

The subject of the work is the process of creating Earth remote sensing spacecraft (ERS SC) within the framework of solving the problem of obtaining a high-resolution optical system by achieving high temperature dimensional stability (TDS) while retaining the strength of load-bearing structures (LBSs) during SC operation in orbit. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the block diagram of a package of SC strength measures that has been developed and is being implemented at Yuzhnoye SDO in the process of creating ERS SC containing laminar composite materials in their load-bearing structures, in particular using in their LBSs laminar polymer composite materials (PCMs) with special patterns of reinforcing carbon fibers. Objectives of the work: to analyze the use of layered structures with a resulting coefficient of temperature linear elongation close to zero, including negative in the direction of developing a long-term satellite remote sensing; to consider options for compensating for the weakening of the stiffness and strength characteristics of nanocrystals for TRS layered structures, taking into account the properties of PCM, significantly different from the properties of metals and alloys in the direction of increasing the reliability of spacecraft at various stages of development; to evaluate the compensation for the high cost of spacecraft for remote sensing with the duration of the period of active work in orbit based on modern information technologies.The results consist in that the article formulates features of a package of measures directly linked with ensuring the strength, stiffness, durability, and operating life of LBSs in ERS SC. This package of the measures Yuzhnoye SDO has developed and been implementing in the last years has its first priority to attain the TDS of LBSs and covers the whole life cycle of SC: design, manufacture (technology), testing and service. The service includes storage, transportation, prelaunch tests, injection into orbit and operation in orbit. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that the package takes into account all possible technological processes, tests on several versions of mockups and models with maximally full imitation of standard service conditions according to the scheme: onboard equipment ® onboard systems ® SC in whole. Problems are solved using CALS-class information technologies, for the complete realization of which a super computer has been put into operation with a peak speed of 300 teraflops. This enables to continuously improve ERS SC using PCMs for the TDS of LBSs.

With growing knowledge about the effectiveness of collaborative or team-based learning in developing important skill sets among students, the development of collaborative and active learning space (CALS) classrooms has gained increasing momentum in recent years. However, there currently exists a paucity of research evaluating the impact of these CALS projects, especially from the perspective of the staff within the institutions that implement them. In view of this gap, this study, using secondary data, reports an institutional evaluation of a CALS project from the teachers’ perspectives. Both quantitative and qualitative results suggest that overall, the CALS project was positively viewed by the teachers. Nonetheless, challenges were also revealed such as, classroom settings, digital infrastructure, and technical support. The findings suggest that instead of viewing digital technology as a panacea, the implementation of a CALS project should be regarded as a systematic project, which involves stakeholders across an educational institution, including administrative staff, teaching staff, support staff, and students.

The aim of the work is to form the conceptual components of the reengineering of financial business processes in an organization. Analyzing, systematizing and summarizing the scientific works of many scientists, it should be noted that in order to successfully manage financial flows and their nodes, it is necessary to improve or create effective methods and tools in the organization. One of the methods for managing financial flows is management based on the reengineering of financial business processes. It has been substantiated that financial business processes are a set of one or more interconnected financial procedures / operations (functions) that jointly implement the financial business task of an organization within its organizational structure that describes functional roles and relationships. The paper defines and systematizes the main financial business processes. It is substantiated that the reengineering of financial business processes covers all aspects of financial activity, taking into account the goals of the organization and in accordance with the sensitivity of the market, and the process of its implementation in the organization is also recommended, where at each stage the head of the organization's division decides on the implementation of the next stage. Criteria are formulated (duration of the process; completeness, timeliness of obtaining and reliability of information; laboriousness of the process), advantages (transparency, responsibility, efficiency) and errors of reengineering of financial business processes.The paper substantiates that when reengineering financial business processes, it is effective to use CALS technologies that provide for the organization of a single information space and integrate automated systems designed to effectively solve engineering tasks and plan and manage production and organization resources. The characteristic properties of the CALS technology are determined and it is indicated that the use of CALS technologies allows the organization to improve processes during the business process or product cycle, reduce the timing of the business process and reduce the cost of the business process.

Introduction: Recent advances of CT technology have made it possible to obtain clear coronary artery lesion (CAL) image. However, high dose radiation exposure is inevitable. Also it becomes difficult to obtain adequate images when patient’s heart rate is high. Recently 320row area detector CT (ADCT) has been introduced. Using this device, clear coronary artery images are obtainable with low dose radiation exposure. Also it provides adequate image for high heart rate patients. However, there is few report which describe its utility for infantile patients. Aim: To evaluate the feasibility of 320row area detector CT for evaluation of CAL for infantile KD patients. Subjects and methods: Nine infants who have CAL due to KD have been evaluated. Mean age at examination was 30.5+/-22.0 (mean+/-SD) months, weight was 13.6+/-6.5 kg and mean time elapse from diagnosis of KD was 18.7+/-16.0 months. Patients were evaluated using ADCT and findings obtained were compared with either coronary angiography (CAG) or echocardiography. Radiation exposure dose were also explored. Results: All patients have accomplished examination and adequate images were obtained. Mean heart rate at examination was 105+/-27 bpm. Examinations were conducted to two patients with breath holding and others with spontaneous breathing. Compared with CAG and echocardiography, similar results were obtained. Mean effective radiation dose was 6.14+/-2.22 mSv. Conclusion: Infantile KD patient’s CALs were able to be evaluated by ADCT with relatively low dose radiation exposure, without breath holding. ADCT have contributed to reduce the need for repeated invasive CAG.

Purpose of the study. Substantiation of the methodology of a systematic approach to assessing the performance of a tractor at the stages of its life cycle. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: - explore the possibility of applying a systematic approach to assessing the performance of tractors; - to investigate the mechanism of applying a systematic approach to assessing the performance of tractors at the stages of their life cycle. Research methods. CALS-technology, which ensures the implementation of the strategy of organizing the production of new products based on new engineering technology, and is based on the electronic model of the product. The results of the study. The systematization of the functional indicators of the tractor, which form the basis of a systematic approach to assessing its performance at the stages of the life cycle, is carried out. The necessity of assessing the traction and energy indicators of the tractor by its dynamic and traction characteristics has been proved. The life cycle of a tractor is a set of interconnected processes of its creation and sequential change in state from the formation of initial data to the end of operation. At the same time, an effective system analysis of the life cycle of a tractor by a target criterion, for example, by its operability, which is characterized by the ability of the tractor to perform the specified functions established by regulatory requirements. The basis for the formation of the limiting values of the functional indicators of the developed tractor are the characteristics of the basic samples and analogues, the requirements of national and international standards, technical conditions, materials of research and development work, customer reviews, and others. The functional indicators of the tractor determine its technical level, which can be assessed using well-known methods. Conclusions. As a result of the study, the dependence of the tractor's performance on its movement speed, stability of the direction of movement and braking was substantiated; the basics of ensuring the operability of a tractor at all stages of its life cycle are considered: creation, production, circulation, operation, disposal. The scientific value of the study lies in the substantiation of the methodology of a systematic approach to assessing the performance of a tractor at the stages of its life cycle. The practical value of the study lies in the ability to predict the performance of a tractor at any stage of its life cycle, starting with design and analyzing the state of the tractor during its disposal, in order to improve performance in future design. The research results can be applied in the design, manufacture and testing of tractors, as well as in the field of their operation to assess the possible resource. Further research is required to predict the performance of tractors at the test stage.
