Faivre-Faucompré, Rémi. "Le droit de superficie : des glossateurs aux premiers commentateurs du Code civil de 1804 (XIIe-XIXe siècle)." Thesis, Paris 2, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018PA020043.
Following the juridical renaissance of the 12th century, the rediscovery of roman superficies rules initiates a doctrinal reflection about this form of legal dissociation between building and ground. Glossators, followed by commentators and a part of the modern doctrine, differentiate the superficiary’s power over the building and the ground owner’s power over the entire land by describing the first one as a beneficial ownership and the second one as a direct ownership. For these authors, the superficiary’s ownership contains his procedural and substantive rights. Some of them compete ground owner’s rights. By rejecting the concept of dual ownership, humanistic jurists don’t question the scope of the superficiary’s power. However, at the end of Modern Area, Wolff changes the concept of right of superficies by identifying it as an exclusive and absolute ownership. In the 19th century, an identical conception is found in the first commentators of the Napoleonic Code’s doctrine. Indeed, the concept of superficies is used by these jurists to characterize several practices of dissociation between building rights and ground rights which are initially based on Ancien Régime customs

Social media has given rise to a novel landscape where certain users, commonly known as influencers, can connect with a vast audience and earn compensation for their content through influencer marketing. However, the followers of these influencers primarily value their genuine passion and non-commercial approach. Consequently, collaborations between these opinion leaders and brands often give rise to tensions concerning the preservation of perceived authenticity, which may undermine their credibility with their audience.Although researchers have shown interest in this subject, a more comprehensive investigation is required to gain a deeper understanding of this phenomenon. Therefore, this research aims to bridge this gap in the existing literature by examining the influencers' impact on consumer behavior, specifically in the primary goods sector. This work comprises multiple cross-sectoral studies, all directly linked to this phenomenon and applied to primary goods.By the conclusion of this research, we delve into the theoretical and managerial implications of these findings. Understanding how influencers impact consumer behavior and how brands can collaborate with them authentically is essential to gain trust and credibility with their audience. We aspire to provide practical insights that can guide marketing decisions and the management of influencer relationships within the realm of primary goods

On the eve of the french revolution, the church owns 7,5 % of the land of the "departement" and 3 500 buildings. This property is unevenly distributed and varies according to the parishes and according to the clergymen themselves. The sale by auction of the property of first origin (church, crown) lasts for 40 years, but 50 % are sold as early as 1791. Despite the large number of purchasers (7 500), the sale mostly benefits to the urban bourgeoisie ans to the peasantry, through the nobility takes its part in it too. The sale of the property of second origin ("emigres", condemned persons, deportee priest) takes place later and doesn't last as long. Less property (23 000 ha and 1 000 buildings) is involved and the purchasers are only 2 000. The nobility is the main victim, whereas the bourgeoisie dominates more clearly the peasantry. All in all, 68 200 ha and 3 700 buildings have been sold to the highest profit of speculators and of the urban bourgoisie (people from paris and rouen among others) but not to the profit of the nation
Wang, Zhiwei. "Les plus grands facteurs premiers d’entiers consécutifs." Thesis, Université de Lorraine, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018LORR0022/document.
In this thesis, we study the largest prime factors of consecutive integers. Denote by $P^+(n)$ (resp. $P^-(n)$) the largest (resp. the smallest) prime factors of the integer $n\geq 1$ with the convention $P^+(1)=1$ (resp. $P^-(1)=\infty$). In the first chapter, we consider the largest prime factors of consecutive integers in short intervals. We prove that there exists a positive proportion of integers $n$ for $n\in\, (x,\, x+y]$ with $y=x^{\theta}, \tfrac{7}{12}<\theta\leq 1$ such that $P^+(n)P^+(n+1)$. In the second chapter, we consider the function $P_y^+(n)$, where $P_y^+(n)=\max\{p|n:\, p\leq y\}$ and $2\leq y\leq x$. We prove that there exists a positive proportion of integers $n$ such that $P_y^+(n)P^+(n)P^+(n+1)$ occur for a positive proportion of integers $n$ respectively, by the well adapted system of weights that we have developed in the second chapter. With the same method, we derive a more general result for $k$ consecutive integers, $k\in \mathbb{Z}, k\geq 3$. In the fourth chapter, we study the largest prime factors of consecutive integers with one of which without small prime factor. Firstly we show that under the Elliott-Halberstam conjecture, the proportion of the pattern $P^+(p-1)x^{\beta}$ with $0<\beta<\frac{1}{3}$

Robert, Jean-Christophe. "Fructus belli ac victoriae : les profits de guerre et de conquête à Rome (de la première guerre punique à la mort de Trajan, 264 av. J.-C. - 117 n. è.)." Perpignan, 2002. http://www.theses.fr/2002PERP0422.
From the first Punic war to the last conquests of Trajan in ancient Rome (264 B. C. - A. D. 117), military victory was supposed to ensure gain. As far as had been legally declared, the enemy himself, his property and territory, were booty of Roman people. Some other charges, paid in kind or in money by the Beaten, were fixed when peace was brought back and effective conquest organized. Until the last century of the Republic, Roman State kept control on fructus belli ac victoriae despite unlawful magistrates attempts at grabbing. Wealth from conquered countries flocked massively to the Treasury, to city gods, and to commanding officers who grew richer in bello. Businessmen in the provinces, army and even urban plebs, increasingly claiming since Gracchean time, had a share of the imperialism profits too. But when came the first century a. C. General crisis, great imperatores used war profit to lay their political and personal power. "Evergésies" and populism opened up imperial monocracy. The emperors will rule a still extending empire, channelling his manpower, material and financial resources to secure as well their own glory as this of Rome

The dutch disease is that phenomenon whereby a boom in one tradable sector of the economy cause distress in other tradable sectors as both output and factor incomes fall. The purpose of this thesis was first to study if all tradables were in fact affected by the same manner : must a boom necessarily create a contraction in all other traditional tradables? The answer is no if one consider the interindustry flows in the booming economy. Some empirical results on the Nigerian experience tend to confirm the main characteristics of our model. The second purpose of this thesis was to analyse the consequences from the welfare point of view of some particular distorsions (real wage rigidity, increasing returns to scale. . . ) In a small open economy affected by a boom. It appears that the so-called dutch disease may be a matter of concern only in the presence of distorsions. This study is also an attempt to join the analysis of the dutch disease to those of immiserising growth

Becoming a parent is a major life event that is often associated with feelings of happiness but can also cause psychological distress. The context in which parental adjustment takes place is defined by the characteristics of the parent, the child and the socio-cultural environment in which the parent lives and which influences his state of health and well-being. The context of the first year is particularly marked by the many challenges and adjustments related to the development and specific needs of young children. In addition, the birth of a chronically ill child complicates parental adjustment and can cause stress. To carry out this adjustment, it is necessary for the parent to have resources on which to rely, such as social support and parental self-efficacy (PSE). This thesis work consists of four studies. The first study validates a French adaptation of the Karitane Parental Confidence Scale (KPCS) which measures PSE among parents of children under one year of age. The second study presents a literature review on the relationship between PSE and parental psychological well-being. The third study highlights the mediating effect of PSE on the relationship between social support and parental psychological well-being. Finally, the fourth study proposes a grounded theory that accounts for early parental adjustment in the case of rare abdominal-thoracic disease in children. The results highlight the need to take into account the characteristics of the context in which parents must adjust in order to support them and promote their health and well-being.Keywords: parenthood, parental self-efficacy, social support, health, well-being, parental adjustment, pediatrics, grounded theory
Enache, Andreea. "Structural Econometrics for Game Theoretical Models." Paris, EHESS, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015EHES0126.
This thesis consists of four essays articulated around the topic of inverse problems in games of incomplete information. The objective of the dissertation is to study the identification and the estimation of a functional parameter in a context of unobserved variables, situation often encountered in the presence of asymmetric information. We recover the distribution of primitives in auctions and contract-theory models using the data and the concept of Bayesian Nash Equilibrium. All chapters use a quantile approach both in terms of identification and estimation methodology. Another common feature is that all the economic issues are studied in a fully nonparametric setting. In spite of that, for a class of problems that turn out to be well-posed inverse problems, we find parametric speed of convergence for our estimators. Usually, many game-theoretical models belong to a class of ill-posed inverse problems. Nevertheless, the two first papers (the third-price auction model and the pure adverse selection model) of this thesis treat models that belong in fact to a class of well-posed inverse problems. The third essay generalizes the results of the first two articles by considering a general form for the strategy function of the game and introduces a new class of well-posed games called "hazard-rate game models". The last chapter of the dissertation studies the first-price auction model using the quantile approach which, by contrast with the existing literature, leads to a closed-form solution for the quantiles of the latent variables
Redon, Margaux. "L'assurance santé privée à l'épreuve des objets connectés." Electronic Thesis or Diss., Rennes 1, 2021. http://www.theses.fr/2021REN1G017.
The development of connected objects in the health/wellness sector has the potential to revolutionize private health insurance, just like other sectors of the economy that have been impacted by digitalization. Indeed, connected objects technically offer various opportunities to health insurers: individualizing risks, segmenting them more acutely, profiling, resulting in a predictive logic, and even modulating premiums based on anticipated disbursements relying on information reflecting the behavior or even the health of their users. However, this technical potential cannot be exploited to change the "software" of the insurance business, due to French regulations. Thus, the deployment of connected objects in the private health insurance business is impeded in a market that is too constrained to appeal Gafa. Therefore, private health insurers have sought to enhance the use of connected objects in their relationship with policyholders. In the United States, as part of the so-called “healthism” movement, the accountability of policyholders has led to behavioral prescriptions controlled by connected health/wellness objects whose reliability and security are still imperfect. In France, this logic of quantified self, which can lead to compliance with prescriptions as a condition of coverage, is open to criticism with regard to health determinants and social inequalities in health. It is only very rarely explored by insurers because of a different legal environment from that of the United States, where one of the objectives is to protect individuals against any form of discrimination on the basis of their health status

Downer cow syndrome (DCS) is observed in dairy cattle and is an emergency condition that progresses rapidly and whose prognosis is reserved to poor. The only available complementary tests require the services of a commercial laboratory. The presence of local and/or systemic hypoperfusion, along with the presence of cardiac lesions at necropsy renders the dosage of lactatemia (LAC) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in the blood potentially interesting. These two biomarkers being measurable through the analysis of portable equipment, the present study objective was to evaluate the prognostic value of measuring LAC and cTnl directly at the side of the dairy cow affected by DCS. The percentage of negative outcome (death or euthanasia; NO) seven days following the study inclusion (d7) was 63.1%. LAC was not associated with the prognosis of the animal suffering from DCS. However, a blood cTnl value of ˃0.7ng/mL was associated with a NO before d7 (sensitivity, positive and negative predictive values of 54.1, 78.4, 82.0, and 48.3%, respectively). The use of a logistic multivariable model demonstrated that hypertroponinemia was associated with a NO risk 5.5 greater (95%CI: 2.1-14.6) by d7 than animals presented with a blood cTnl value of ≤ 0,07ng/mL. The animals presenting a HR > 100BPM were 3.7 times more at risk (95%CI: 1.5-10.2) of exiting the herd by d7 than the animals with a HR of ≤ 100BPM.
