ABSTRAKBibliografi sangat penting bagi peneliti khususnya peneliti di Pusat Penelitian Sosial Ekonomi Kelautan dan Perikanan. Tujuan penulisan makalah memberikan gambaran pentingnya bibliografi dalam mendukung tugas peneliti. Makalah ini menguraikan tentang pengertian dan definisi bibliografi jenis-jenis bibliografi, serta peranan bibliografi bagi peneliti. Peneliti perlu memahami biliografi ini untuk menunjukkan tentang kegiatan-kegiatan penelitian yang telah dan akan dilakukan oleh peneliti lain. Fungsi lain dari bibliografi adalah sebagai bagian dari jasa pelayanan perpustakaan kepada pemustaka. Dengan menerbitkan suatu bibliografi, pustakawan dapat menawarkan koleksinya kepada pemakai tanpa harus mengeluarkan seluruh koleksi yang dimilikinya, serta dapat menjangkau pemustaka yang tinggal jauh dari perpustakaan. Dengan demikian maka, bibliografi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan rujukan terhadap koleksi perpustakaan. Selain itu diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola perpustakaan yang lainnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pemustaka khususnya peneliti.ABSTRACTThe Bibliography is very important for researchers in particular those at the Marine and Fisheries for Socio-Economic Research Center. The purpose of writing this paper is to give an illustration of the importance of the bibliography to support the task of researchers. It describes the definition of bibliogra-phy, the types of bibliographic, as well as the role of bibliography for researchers. Researchers need to understand bibliography in order to show other researchers the research activities that have been and will be conducted. Another function of the bibliography is as a part of the library services to the patrons/users. By publishing a bibliography, librarians can offer their collection to the users without having to displaytheir entire collection, and they can also reach those who are in remote places away from the library. Therefore, the bibliography can be used as a reference material to the library collection as well as a reference for other library managers in improving the quality of their service to the patrons especially researchers

The main directions of the development of the national bibliogra-phy in the modern world, the problems of the formation of the system of the national bibliography in Russia, issues related to the current national bibliogra-phy, retrospective national bibliography are presented. The activity of the IFLA Bibliography Section on the regulation of the activity of national bibliographic agencies and the creation of national bibliographic resources is covered. The article describes the activity of the National Bibliographic Agency in Russia (Russian Book Chamber), the National Library of Russia and their role in the creation of a national bibliography in the digital age.

Bibliography instruction pertama kali digagas oleh Raymond C. Davis pada tahun 1881. Sejak dilaksanakan pada tahun 1881 bibliography instruction masih tetap dilakukan, meskipun kemudian diperbaharui dengan konsep yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Raymond C. Davis sendiri merupakan pustakawan di University of Michigan. Davis dianggap sebagai pionir dalam bibliography instruction meskipun ia bukanlah orang pertama yang mencetuskan konsep bibliography instruction. Hal ini dikarenakan Davis adalah orang pertama yang melaksanakan bibliography instruction secara formal dan sistematis. Pada perkembangannya muncul banyak istilah terkait bibliography instruction, seperti library instruction, user education, pendidikan pemakai atau library literacy. Gagasan Davis dalam menjalankan bibliography instruction masih digunakan sampai sekarang, hampir semua perpustakaan memberikan pelatihan kepada penggunanya tentang bagaimana cara memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di perpustakaan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya internet membawa pengaruh juga pada pengajaran bibliography instruction. Paul Zurkowski menjadikan konsep instruksi bibliografi sebagai dasar untuk konsep literasi informasi di tahun 1974. Bibliography instruction oleh Zurkowski dianggap tidak terbatas hanya pengenalan sumber daya di perpustakaan saja, tetapi juga sumber daya informasi di luar perpustakaan. Konsep inilah yang pada akhirnya melahirkan literasi informasi.

Permasalahan yang dibahas pada penelitian ini mengenai klasifikasi bibliografi. Klasifikasi dilakukan dengan memproses data-data dari berbagai sumber referensi yang diberikan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengklasifikasian adalah C4.5 dengan sebelumnya dilakukan beberapa tahap preprocessing. C4.5 yang digunakan untuk proses text mining karena memiliki akurasi dan kecepatan yang sangat tinggi dengan algoritma yang sederhana. Digunakan pula Information Gain untuk evaluasi atribut yang dipilih dalam mengklasifikasikan dokumen.Kata Kunci: Text mining, C.45, bibliography, feature selection, Information Gain

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Pengaruh Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Keuangan Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah buku-buku dan jurnal yang relevan. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan jurnal-jurnal yang terdapat pada Google Cendekia atau Google Scholar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis anotasi bibliografi (annotated bibliography) yang artinya suatu kesimpulan sederhana dari suatu artikel, buku, jurnal, atau beberapa sumber tulisan lain. Sedangkan bibliografi diartikan sebagai suatu daftar sumber dari suatu topik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Apabila pelaksanaan akuntabilitas dilakukan dengan baik, maka tingkat akuntabilitas sekolah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak yang bertanggungjawab akan meningkat, sehingga mendorong para guru lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Disimpulkan bahwa transparansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah tersebut tidak terlalu berdampak secara signifikan bagi guru dalam melaksanakan kinerjanya sebagai pendidik.

Cilj ovoga rada jeste kraći historijski osvrt na izradu bh. tekuće nacionalne bi-bliografije, od prve “Bosanskohercegovačke bibliografije knjiga i brošura 1945–1951” autora Đorđa Pejano-vića iz 1953. pa sve do 2017. godine, kada su štampane “Bosanskohercegovačka bibliografija monografskih publikacija. NIZ A za 2013. godinu” i “Bosanskohercegovačka bibliografija priloga u serijskim publikacijama. NIZ C, God. 14, sv. 14”. Ujedno je i podsjećanje na bibliotekare i bibliografe koji su stvarali te bibliografije i ostavili ih nama u naslijeđe. Nacionalna bibliografija ima informativni, edukativni, naučni i kulturni značaj. = The National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a central, state library that creates and publishes the current national bibliography of books, serial publications and supplements in serial publications, based on a legal deposit. The aim of this paper is a shorter historical review of the current national bibliography production in Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the first “Bosanskohercegovačka bibliografija knjiga i brošura 1945–1951” (Bosnian-Herzego-vinian bibliography of books and brochures 1945–1951), by Đorđe Pejanović in 1953, until the year 2017, when Bosanskohercegovačka bibliografija monografskih publikacija. Kebutuhan Nutrisi bagi atlet penting sebagai suplemen untuk menghasilkan energi, pertumbuhan, performa maupun proses dalam pemulihan (recovery) Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan aspek apa saja yang harus diperhatikan dalam memenuhi nutrisi bagi atlet remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitan kepustakaan (library research). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi (literasi). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis anotasi bibliografi (annotated bibliography). Remaja memiliki tingkat kebutuhan nutrisi yang berbeda dari anak-anak maupun orang dewasa. Sehingga untuk atlet remaja kebutuhan Nutrisi yang tepat pada usia remaja perlu diperhatikan aspek kebutuhan nutrisi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pemenuhan nutrisi bagi remaja perlu memperhatikan Aspek antara lain kebutuhan kalori (calorie needs), makro nutrient (macro nutrient), hidrasi (hydration), waktu (timing), dan suplemen (supplementation).An athlete is someone who has a higher level of energy needs than an ordinary person. athletes really need more nutrition than ordinary people. Nutrition Needs for athletes is important as a supplement to produce energy, growth, performance, and recovery processes. This article aims to explain what aspects must be considered in fulfilling nutrition for young athletes. This type of research is library research. The data collection method uses the documentation (literacy) method. Analysis of the data used in this research is an annotation bibliography analysis (annotated bibliography). Teenagers have different levels of nutritional needs for children and adults. Proper nutrition for adolescents needs to be considered. It can be concluded in fulfilling nutrition to consider aspects such as calorie requirements, macro nutritional needs (macronutrients), hydration (hydration), time (time), and supplements (supplementation).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan upaya untuk menjaga eksistensi wayang suket sebagai identitas budaya Kota Satria. Penulisan ini dilakukan melalui studi pustaka. Obyek penelitian ini adalah wayang suket dan identitas budaya. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan penelusuran jurnal-jurnal yang terdapat pada beberapa media elektronik seperti digital library, internet, dengan melalui Google Cendekia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis anotasi bibliografi (annotated bibliography). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: upaya untuk menjaga eksistensi wayang suket sebagai identitas budaya Kota Satria melalui pelestarian budaya dalam bentuk permainan ular tangga dengan tema wayang, gantungan kunci dibuat dari kulit seperti ingin membuat wayang, tetapi ukurannya lebih kecil, penayangan wayang suket di bioskop, dan peran pemerintah adalah mendukung penayangan wayang dengan membantu menyuplai dana dan membantu sosialisasi kepada masyarakat.

Prevalensi infeksi intimate Partner Violence (IPV) dan HIV di kalangan perempuan bervariasi secara global, jumlah perempuan yang terinfeksi HIV meningkat setiap tahunnya. Laki-laki melakukan hubungan seksual tak aman atau beresiko terkena HIV maka perempuan pasangan seksualnya tertular. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ntuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan antara kekerasan terhadap perempuan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan intim dan risiko infeksi HIV. Metode yang menggunakan survei literatur terhadap delapan jurnal diantaranya empat jurnal dalam negeri, dan empat jurnal internasional sebagai data yang akan dianalisis. Analisis data menggunakan analisis anotasi bibliografi (annotated bibliography). Angka kejadian HIV/AIDS yang dialami perempuan masih cukup tinggi, meliputi masalah ekonomi, kekerasan fisik, masalah seksual, masalah psikis, diskriminasi akibat stigma HIV, sterilisasi paksa, serta aborsi yang mengancam nyawa. Kekerasan ekonomi (30,2%) merupakan porsi kekerasan terbesar, dibandingkan kekerasan lainnya. Kemungkinan hubungan antara gangguan stres pasca trauma terkait kekerasan dan depresi komorbiditas terhadap kekebalan terhadap penularan HIV dan perkembangan penyakit HIV memerlukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Perempuan berperilaku risiko tertular infeksi HIV/AIDS sebaiknya menjalani pemeriksaan test ELISA paling lambat 6 bulan sekali di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan

IntisariPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeroleh data bibliografis tentang kesenian musik di Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian berjenis kualitatif-deskriptif ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (literature research), dilakukan selama tiga bulan dari Maret hingga Mei 2017. Sumber data berupa bahan pustaka tentang musik di Kalimantan Selatan diperoleh dari berbagai perpustakaan di Kota Banjarmasin. Selain itu, dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti juga melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen terkait subjek penelitian ini. Keabsahan data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti, ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, diskusi sejawat/pakar, serta dengan kecukupan referensial. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah tersusunnya sebuah bibliografi kesenian musik di Kalimantan Selatan dengan beberapa catatan berikut. Dalam kurun waktu hampir 40 tahun (1978—2017), tercatat sebanyak 17 terbitan dengan subjek musik di Kalimantan Selatan. Dari 15 terbitan yang dapat ditelusuri, diketahui bahwa sebagian besar masih menggarap khazanah musik tradisional di Kalimantan Selatan, seperti musik Gamelan, Panting, Kintung, dan lain-lain. Terbitan-terbitan lain yang membahas musik modern-populer belum banyak dilakukan. Selain itu, jumlah 17 terbitan dalam kurun waktu empat dasawarsa dapat dikatakan masih belum mencerminkan kondisi yang ideal dalam perkembangan ilmu musik di daerah Kalimantan Selatan. Kata kunci: bibliografi musik, musik Kalimantan, musik Kalimantan Selatan AbstractThis study aims to obtain bibliographic data about music art in South Kalimantan. This descriptive qualitative research uses literature research method, conducted for three months from March to May 2017. Sources of data in the form of library materials about music in South Kalimantan obtained from various libraries in the city of Banjarmasin. In addition, in data collection, researchers also conducted observations, interviews and document studies related to this research subject. The validity of this research data is obtained through extension of researcher's participation, observational persistence, triangulation, peer/expert discussion, and with referential adequacy. The result of the research is the compilation of a bibliography of music art in South Kalimantan with the following notes. In the period of nearly 40 years (1978-2017), there were 17 publications with the subject of music in South Kalimantan. Of the 15 publications that can be traced, it is known that most are still working on the treasures of traditional music in South Kalimantan, such as Gamelan music, Panting, Kintung, and others. Other publications that discuss modern-popular music have not been widely practiced. In addition, the number of 17 publications within a period of four decades can be said still does not reflect the ideal conditions in the development of music science in the area of South Kalimantan.Keywords: music bibliography, Kalimantan music, South Kalimantan music

ujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pembelajaran daring dalam motivasi belajar dan tingkat stres akademik selama pandemi covid-19. Sejalan dengan metode yang dipakai, maka teknik pengumpulan data yang tepat digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumenter artinya data dikumpulkan melalui dokumen-dokumen seperti yang dimaksud sebagai bahan pustaka. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perpustakaan elektronik, seperti internet, dan google scholar. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang bersifat tekstual yakni berupa pandangan dan pemikiran yang berada dalam bahan pustaka yang dimaksud. Obyek penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran daring, motivasi belajar dan stress siswa. Subyek pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis anotasi bibliografi (annotated bibliography). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan internet dan teknologi multimedia mampu merombak pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam kelas. Ketika siswa belajar daring adalah menggunakan laptop dan android dalam mengakses ruang belajar dan link penugasan terkesan monoton dan membosankan karena membuat jenuh siswa saat belajar dari rumah. Hal inilah memunculkan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah. Efek dari penugasan dan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa ini pada akhirnya muncul pada stress akademik siswa. Stres akademik berkaitan dengan kegagalan dalam akademik.

The paper presents a short history of the National Retrospective Bibliography of the Romanian book, highlighting its role and evolution from its establishment to the present. Thus, are mentioned aspects related to the foundation of the National Retrospective Bibliography, a fundamental work for the culture of the Romanian people, as part of Ioan Bianu’s plan, conceived and approved in 1895 by the Romanian Academy. Next, Bianu’s plan is presented in few details, specifying the periods in which the work was divided, as follows: Old Romanian Bibliography: 1508–1830, Modern Romanian Bibliography: 1831–1918 and Retrospective Romanian Bibliography: 1919–1952. A short presentation of Ioan Bianu’s career is made also. The National Retrospective Bibliography is an expression of the Romanian cultural heritage, having a significant role in fulfilling a historical mission: through the printed word it brought to the consciousness of the Romanians the idea of fulfilment of the greatest goal of December 1, 1918 – the unification of Transilvania, Basarabia, and Bucovina with the Romanian Kingdom. Basis data dari <em>dimensions</em> digunakan dalam mengumpulkan publikasi terkait AR dalam Pendidikan matematika dan divisualisasikan dengan <em>VOSviewer</em>, kemudian dianalisis dan dievaluasi berdasarkan pasangan bibliografi negara, pasangan bibliografi Lembaga, pasangan bibliografi jurnal, pasangan bibliografi publikasi, pasangan bibliografi penulis, dan kemunculan bersama kata kunci penulis. Sebanyak 332 publikasi dipilih mengikuti kriteria penelitian dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2012-2021). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara Indonesia (berdasarkan pasangan bibliografi negara), <em>Journal of Physics Conference Series</em> (berdasarkan pasangan bibliografi jurnal), publikasi Ibáñez (2018) (berdasarkan pasangan bibliografi publikasi), dan Salinas, patricia (Inggris) (berdasarkan pasangan bibliografi penulis) menjadi yang paling berpengaruh pada bidang <em>Augmented Reality</em> dalam Pendidikan matematika. The Russian State Library has made significant contribution to the development of Russian bibliographic thought, starting from the period of the Great Patriotic War (holding scientific conferences, defending PhD theses on bibliography topics by library employees). The major achievement is the development of problems of recommendatory bibliography: the works by B.A. Smirnova of the 1940s through 1960s, major collective studies conducted in 1967—1989 under supervision of the V.I. Lenin State Library of the USSR on the problems of “Effectiveness of recommendatory bibliography in reading guidance” and “Recommendatory bibliography as means of promoting books and reading guidance”. In 1976—1989, the sector of bibliography theory played the significant role in the development of Russian bibliography (since 1983 — the sector of general problems of theory, methodology and organization of bibliography). The release of the serial collection of scientific works “Voprosy bibliografovedeniya” [Questions of bibliography science] (1976—1990) was of great theoretical and organizing value. In the 1990s, when there were no divisions on bibliography science, a number of monographs and dissertations on bibliographic topics were created by individual Library employees. In the Scientific research department of bibliography, established in 1999, there was organized the bibliography science sector (existed until 2015), where famous bibliographic scholars V.A. Fokeev and B.A. Semenovker worked. Within the framework of the sector, G.L. Levin researched on the problems of the national bibliography of Russia. Studies in bibliography science were also created by the other employees of the Department (S.P. Bavin, A.V. Teplitskaya). In 2001, there were resumed publication of the collection “Voprosy bibliografovedeniya” and the activity of the Dissertation Council, where seven dissertations on bibliographic topics were defended by the RSL employees. At present, both researchers and bibliographers of the Scientific Research Department of Bibliography carry out scientific research in parallel with the compilation activities. The authors of bibliographic publications are also employees of other scientific and library divisions of the Russian State Library. Of great importance is the activity of the Scientific Research Department of Bibliography on the information support of bibliographic science, such as creation of indexes of bibliographic literature and bibliographic production of libraries.

The experience of compiling a bibliography of American Jewish liturgy from the establishment of the press through 1925 is discussed. The parameters of the bibliography are detailed as well as its contents. The present lack of complete or systematic documentation of American Jewish liturgy in Judaica libraries is noted. Also discussed is the significance of liturgy for the study of American Jews, their religious and cultural identity, as well as their demographics. This paper details the experience of compiling a bibliography of American Jewish liturgy through 1925, and describes some of the parameters and contents of the bibliography. This bibliography was published by Hebrew Union College Press in late 1997 under the title American Jewish Liturgies: A Bibliography of American Jewish Liturgy from the Establishment of the Press in the Colonies through 1925.

Abstract There is an Open Source Library Management Application called SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System), developed by SDC (Senayan Developers Community). SLiMS is one of the library automation systems that can perform library management processing activities such as OPAC/Online Public Access Catalog, Bibliography, Circulation services, Membership Management, Reporting and Control of serial publications automatically. Citra Bangsa University is one of the universities in Province East Nusa Tenggara which is growing towards a Digital Campus. The use of information systems is emphasized in several education managements, including library management. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method which in this study reviews the use of SliMS as an E-library at Citra Bangsa University. Abstrak Terdapat sebuah aplikasi Open Source Manajemen Perpustakaan yang dinamakan SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System), dikembangkan oleh SDC (Senayan Developers Community). Aplikasi SLiMS ini merupakan salah satu sistem automasi perpustakaan yang dapat melakukan kegiatan pengolahan manajemen perpustakaan seperti penelusuran OPAC/ Online Public Accses Catalog, bibliografi, layanan sirkulasi, manajemen keanggotaan, pelaporan dan kendali terbitan berseri secara otomatisasi. Universitas Citra Bangsa adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang semakin berkembang menuju Kampus Digital. Penggunaan sistem informasi ditekankan dalam beberapa manajemen perguruan tinggi termasuk di dalamnya adalah manajemen perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dimana dalam penelitian ini mengulas tentang pemanfaatan SliMS sebagai E-library di Universitas Citra Bangsa.

The provision of bibliographic resources for individual branches of science and / or practical activity is traditional and now it is one of the most developed areas of bibliography. The library and information sphere, including library, bibliographic and scientific information activities and the scientific disciplines that study them needs (library and information sciences) it as well. These areas are characterized by the proximity and significant concurrency of goals, objects, processes, methods, and results of activities. At present, their further integration, transformation of traditional libraries (first of all, scientific ones) into library and information centers is underway.The bibliography of library and information science and practice includes: 1) bibliography of literature on history, theory, methodology, organization, methodology and technology of these activities, 2) bibliography of publications and electronic resources of library and information institutions; for bibliography as such bibliography of bibliography is also of particular importance, 3) bio-bibliography of branch leaders (polybiobibliographic and monobibiographic (personal) resources).Since the 1940s the Russian State Library is the main center of the current bibliographic registration of literature on librarianship and bibliography (until 2015 – the release of current indexes, since 1989 – the formation of a thematic abstract bibliographic database). The library prepared many printed retrospective indexes and lists on the problems of library and bibliographic science and practice, which creation not only its bibliographic, but also research, methodical and production structural units took active part in.In the XXI century, the Library activities in the field of retrospective branch bibliography are limited to the creation of a series of indexes “Bibliography. Bibliographic science”, reflecting the scientifically significant array of native bibliographic literature in Russian since 1959. The main attention is paid to bibliographic registration of publications and electronic resources of the Library and about it, as well as works of its staff.Electronic catalogs and bibliographic indexes are being created that take into account the products of libraries of the Russian Federation, as well as countries – the former Soviet republics. Polybiobibliographic and personal indexes are being prepared.

Makalah ini berisi pembahasan tentang Pembuatan Bibliografi Beranotasi Koleksi Karya Umum Perpustakaan Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dan Daerah. Tujuan pembahasan makalah ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan bibliografi beranotasi koleksi karya umum di perpustakaan jurusan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dan daerah untuk membantu pemustaka dan juga pustakawan dalam melakukan temu kembali informasi menggunakan alat telusur bibliografi. Penulis mendeskripsikan pembuatan bibliografi beranotasi koleksi karya umum perpustakaan jurusan bahasa dan sastra indonesia dan daerah. Penulisan makalah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dan infomasi didapat melalui pengumpulan secara langsung, yaitu mencari bentuk fisik koleksi di perpustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pengamatan langsung, jumlah judul koleksi karya umum di perpustakaan jurusan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dan daeah berjumlah 160 judul. Berdasarkan penganalisisan data,bahwa pembuatan bibliografi beranotasimelalui bebeapa tahapan. (1) penentuan judul bibliografi; (2) pengumpulan bahan pustaka atau penelusuran informasi yang dilakukan dengan cara penelusuran langsung; (3) seleksi bahan pustaka, yang bertujuan untuk menentukan tema buku atau koleksi yang akan dibuatkan bibliografinya; (4) pengelompokkan atau pengklasifikasian, yang mana bibliografi tersebut bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pokok permasalahan dalam buku tersebut; (5) pembuatan kata kunci, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pokok pemasalahan dalam buku atau koleksi tersebut. (6) penyusunan indeks, indeks yang saya buat adalah indeks judul dan indeks kata kunci; (7) pembuatan atau pengetikkan naskah bibliografi, berupa memeriksa tulisan-tulisan untuk menghindari kesalahan ejaan, kesalahan tanda baca, penyingkatan, serta pembalikan nama pengarang yang di sesuaikan.

History of Science Bibliography at the Institute for the History of Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences The article presents the history of preparing the history of science bibliography at the Institute for the History of Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The purpose of creating such a bibliography is to facilitate scholars’ access to publications in this field of knowledge. The beginnings of this bibliography date back to 1966, but the official date of its creation should be 1971. The article recalls its authors and describes the thematic scope from its inception to 2008 when the publication was discontinued for financial reasons. In 2018, the publishing of the history of science bibliography was resumed.

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum dan sebagai penghantar untuk memahami lebih lanjut mengenai analisis pasangan bibliografi dan ko-sitasi, sebagai salah satu teknikpenelitian bidang kepustaka-wanan, khususnya untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara satu dokumen dengan dokumen lainnya berdasarkan kedekatan atau keeratan subyeknya. Pembahasan dalam makalah ini akan difokuskan pada beberapa aspek dasar yang meliputi pengertian, prosedur pengumpulan data, dan analisis data, dan manfaat analisis pasangan bibliografi dan ko-sitasi. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Analisis pasangan bibliografi dan ko-sitasi bermanfaat untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian subyek diantara beberapa dokumen yang disitir dengan dokumen yang menyitir. Semakin tinggi frekuensi/kekuatan pasangan bibliografi dan ko-sitasinya, maka semakin dekat pula kesesuaian/kesamaan subyek beberapa dokumen yang menyitir dokumen yang sama. 2) Dalam hubungannya dengan proses pengindeksan dan penelusuran informasi, maka analisis pasangan bibliografi (bibliographic coupling) dan ko-sitasi (co-citation) sangat bermanfaat untuk pembuatan indeks sitasi. 3) Pasangan bibliografi dan ko-sitasi dapat digunakan untuk memetakan dokumen-dokumen berdasarkan ukuran kedekatan satu dokumen dengan dokumen lain.

Author-provided keywords as the basis of bibliographical description in the iSybislaw bibliographyA bibliographer primarily relies on the abstract and keywords provided by the author of the original article. However the author-provided abstract and keywords are rarely sufficient. The bibliographer’s task is to ascertain that they correspond to the content of the article itself, as well as to find the closest equivalents in the language of the bibliography, Polish in our case. Additional confounding factors in determining the keywords corresponding most accurately to the submission in question include terminological inconsistencies within the works by certain authors, terminological inconsistencies within each of the languages as well as possible inconsistencies due to different theoretical backgrounds. This article deals with all of these issues on the basis of two pairs of examples. The first is the Polish term frazeologizm ‘idiom, phrase’ and the Croatian term frazem ‘idiom, phrase’. The second pair is the Polish term dialekt ‘dialect’ and the Croatian terms dijalekt/narječje ‘dialect/vernacular’. The complication inherent in the work of the bibliographer is due to, inter alia, the fact that the bibliographer’s strategy in prepairing the bibliographic description should enable the user to achieve the best possible effectiveness and efficiency in his/her search. Słowa kluczowe podawane przez autora publikacji jako podstawa opisu bibliograficznego w iSybislawieStreszczenie/abstrakt i słowa kluczowe podane przez autora w oryginalnym artykule są podstawą opracowania bibliograficznego, nie stanowią jednak wystarczającego źródła pracy bibliografa. Jego zadaniem jest przede wszystkim sprawdzenie, czy streszczenie/abstrakt i słowa kluczowe odpowiadają treści samego artykułu. Kolejne zadanie polega na odnalezieniu w języku bibliografii (w naszym przypadku jest to język polski) najbliższych ekwiwalentów słów kluczowych. Czynniki utrudniające dobór odpowiednich słów kluczowych z istniejącej bazy to brak ujednolicenia terminologicznego w pracach niektórych autorów, zróżnicowanie terminologiczne między językami, a także różnice terminologiczne związane z różnymi teoriami lingwistycznymi. W niniejszym artykule rozpatrywane są wszystkie te problemy na podstawie dwu przykładów. Pierwszy z nich stanowi para: polski termin frazeologizm i chorwacki termin frazem. Drugi reprezentowany jest przez polski termin dialekt i chorwackie terminy dijalekt/narječje. Problemy w pracy bibliografa wiążą się z opracowywaniem przez niego opisu bibliograficznego, który powinien zapewnić użytkownikowi jak największą skuteczność wyszukiwania informacji.

It comprises an annotated guide to general source material dating from around 1970, and a select bibliography of other works dating from around 1993. It includes a guide to useful sites on the Internet. As well as introducing and identifying publications in English, this bibliography aims to make more accessible some of the material increasingly available in other Western languages. It also includes the growing volume of writing on Japanese law emanating from Commonwealth countries.
