Эффективное обучение персонала – это один из основных факторов, который определяет конкурентное преимущество организации. Важным инструментом, позволяющим достигать стратегические цели организации является своевременное и качественное обучение персонала. В статье рассмотрены особенности формирования системы обучения персонала, выявлены этапы модели обучения персонала организации. Также в работе дано сравнение основных критериев современных методов обучения персонала. Что, в свою очередь, позволило сделать вывод о том, что каждый из рассмотренных методов имеет свои преимущества и недостатки, бесспорно, влияющие на их выбор организацией, учитывая определенные ранее цели и задачи обучения. One of the main factors determining the competitiveness of organizations is effective staff training. High-quality and timely staff training is one of the main tools for achieving the organization's strategic goals. The article discusses the features of the formation of a personnel training system, identifies the stages of the organization's personnel training model. The analysis of the comparative characteristics of modern methods of personnel training allows us to conclude that each of the presented methods has its advantages and disadvantages, which undoubtedly affects their choice by the organization, taking into account the previously defined goals and objectives of training.

The main purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of teacher candidates about teaching basic concepts in teaching principles and methods with porphyrios tree-based applications. The study group of the research using the phenomenon science pattern, consists of 60 teacher candidates studying in the 2nd grade of the Faculty of Education at Siirt University in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the research, semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used as data collection tool. In addition, through document analysis, excerpts from the teacher candidates' activities regarding porphyrios tree-based applications were made. The data obtained were subjected to content analysis. As a result of the research, it was seen that teacher candidates define the teaching principles and methods course as a course that organizes teaching-learning processes and offers different perspectives to the individual. In this course, they emphasized that they have readiness for strategy, method and technique concepts. Teacher candidates stated that they had an misconceptions about basic concepts in teaching principles and methods lesson, that similar and different aspects of the concepts were explained with porphyrios tree-based applications. It was concluded that the concepts learned in the teaching principles and methods course contributed more to their cognitive aspect. Based on the results of the research, some suggestions are presented.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to identify the basic concepts of the formation of public diplomacy. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of the modern theory of international economic relations, scientific works of scientists. In the process of research, general scientific and special methods were used, in particular: dialectical, monographic and systemic analysis – to substantiate the essence of the functioning of modern diplomacy; analysis and synthesis – for studying the object and subject of research; abstract and logical – during the formation of theoretical generalizations, assumptions, conclusions. Findings. Distinctive features of modern diplomacy, new forms and methods of conduct are considered. The historical development of public diplomacy is defined. It is emphasized that in the information age, public diplomacy acquires a new character and covers wider areas. It is substantiated that the European integration vector of Ukraine's foreign policy forces more active use of public diplomacy tools. The peculiarities of the formation of the image and reputation of the country, including with the help of tools of public diplomacy, are revealed. The strategic aspect of the development of Ukraine's public diplomacy through countering the threats that are growing in war conditions is argued. Originality. The theoretical concepts of public diplomacy and the peculiarities of the implementation of its tools are revealed. The theoretical and methodological approaches to uncovering the essence of public diplomacy on the basis of the generalization of existing scientific approaches, the involvement of soft power in the implementation of public diplomacy projects have gained further development. The strategic vectors of Ukraine's public diplomacy through countering modern threats are substantiated. Practical value. The obtained results of the research can be used for further scientific developments on improving the theoretical basis of public diplomacy and increasing its role in international relations. In this article, we present the underlying physics and the present status of high gradient and high-energy plasma accelerators. With the development of compact short pulse high-brightness lasers and electron and positron beams, new areas of studies for laser/particle beam–matter interactions is opening up. A number of methods are being pursued vigorously to achieve ultra-high-acceleration gradients. These include the plasma beat wave accelerator (PBWA) mechanism which uses conventional long pulse (∼100 ps) modest intensity lasers ( I ∼10 14 –10 16 W cm −2 ), the laser wakefield accelerator (LWFA) which uses the new breed of compact high-brightness lasers (<1 ps) and intensities >10 18 W cm −2 , self-modulated laser wakefield accelerator (SMLWFA) concept which combines elements of stimulated Raman forward scattering (SRFS) and electron acceleration by nonlinear plasma waves excited by relativistic electron and positron bunches the plasma wakefield accelerator. In the ultra-high intensity regime, laser/particle beam–plasma interactions are highly nonlinear and relativistic, leading to new phenomenon such as the plasma wakefield excitation for particle acceleration, relativistic self-focusing and guiding of laser beams, high-harmonic generation, acceleration of electrons, positrons, protons and photons. Fields greater than 1 GV cm −1 have been generated with monoenergetic particle beams accelerated to about 100 MeV in millimetre distances recorded. Plasma wakefields driven by both electron and positron beams at the Stanford linear accelerator centre (SLAC) facility have accelerated the tail of the beams.

Анотація:
The revelation of misconceptions contributes to better education, especially when that information is described in a specific field of science. Additionally, genetics is one of very problematic topics, and misconceptions appear there frequently as there are difficult interconnections among them. The main aim of the study was to explore high school students´ misconceptions about basic genetics concepts. Moreover the influence of gender was also examined. Respondents were 102 Czech high school students of two high schools. Research tool was test containing 15 two tier questions concerning about basic genetics concepts like chromosome, DNA, allele and gene. Reliability was determined with the use of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The result of Kolmogor-Smirnov test allowed to use parametric statistical methods. The data were analysed by the using of descriptive statistical methods (mean score) and inferential statistical methods (ANOVA). Concept ‘DNA’ was determined as the most problematic one for students, contrarily concept ‘allele’ was the simplest one. It was found that high school students do not understand selected basic genetic concepts. In addition, students do not interconnect genetic concepts within one complex system of knowledge, they also do not realise structure and hierarchy of these concepts. The basic concepts of the modern higher school of graphic drawing for a long time have been a central issue in the training of academic drawing. This article discusses two lines: Russian and Western European art pedagogy of the turn of XIX– XX century. A number of common features can be noted, which are peculiar for these artists. Nation-building is closely connected with the development of state-building. The protection of important dimensions of nation-building is not only the responsibility of the state but also the civic duty and responsibility of all members of society. Nation-building is one of the most pressing issues in the context of globalization. Therefore, the problem of nation-building and identity preservation is very relevant in the context of globalization. The article analyzes the essence and basic concepts of nation-building. The purpose of the article is to systematize the conclusions related to the concept of nation-building. In the work, in which the theoretical analysis of the problem was carried out, the methods of bibliographic, descriptive, systemic, comparative, and conceptual analysis were used. Particular attention was paid to the keyword «Nation-building in Kazakhstan». The article reveals the connection of nation-building with other concepts, such as nationality, identity, and film production. Thanks to the lessons given by history and ideology, the importance of developing nation-building has been proven by the author.

Joint models for longitudinal and survival data are particularly relevant to many cancer clinical trials and observational studies in which longitudinal biomarkers (eg, circulating tumor cells, immune response to a vaccine, and quality-of-life measurements) may be highly associated with time to event, such as relapse-free survival or overall survival. In this article, we give an introductory overview on joint modeling and present a general discussion of a broad range of issues that arise in the design and analysis of clinical trials using joint models. To demonstrate our points throughout, we present an analysis from the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group trial E1193, as well as examine some operating characteristics of joint models through simulation studies.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution and current state of institutional economics, to clarify its subject area, and to identify relevant problems. As a result, it was shown that modern institutional economics is one of the most productive and contradictory scientific fields. On the one hand, by combining the methods of various social sciences, it has offered effective tools for the solution of certain problems, has extended the economic approach to many spheres of life, has promoted the coordination of contradictory economic interests. It took into account the achievements of normative, ethical, informational, evolutionary, game, transactional, contractual and organizational approaches. On the other hand, due to the increased availability of data and the use of computational methods, institutional economics has been enriched by results in the areas of institutional diversity, institutional change, the study of the impact of institutional quality on inequality problems, and the role of individual economic actors. However, the degree of rationality of individual behavior, the impact of economic institutions on increasing imbalances in the distribution of wealth and power, the implementation of mechanisms of institutional change, and the transplantation of effective economic institutions remain debatable.

Various classifications of investment projects are considered, their features are revealed. The stages of implementation and management of investment projects are outlined. The article also describes the life cycle of an investment project, starting from the pre-investment to the liquidation stages. The methods of project management in the organization were studied.

Solving the problems of students associated with strengthening the scientific worldview has a long history and is still relevant. The article discusses the forms and methods of formation of primary astronomical concepts in basic school (grades 7-9). Interdisciplinary communication allows you to create a holistic astronomical picture of the world in accordance with the provisions of the Federal State Educational Standard. It is shown that the organization of purposeful independent actions of schoolchildren in physics lessons is accompanied by an increase in interest in the study of astronomy.

The basic concepts in the field of software quality testing and evaluation are defined. In particular, the concepts of verification, validation and software lifecycle and their role in the testing process are considered. The concept of an artifact in the software lifecycle is considered. The Russian and international standards in the field of software quality assessment are taken into account. The existing methods of software verification are regarded: expertise, static analysis, formal methods, dynamic and synthetic methods.An overview of software quality assessment methods used in software development and testing cycles is presented. Functional and administrative factors affecting software quality are also considered. The article lists modern testing automation tools that can be used today. The review material of the article will be useful for software developers, novice testers and related specialists.

Formation of concepts and their correlation with mental activity has been an object of con-cern for philosophers, psychologists and educators. Selecting the most efficient way of con-cept formation, knowledge of various methods, their advantages and disadvantages, condi-tions of their successful application, peculiarities of the comprehension process is necessary. This article deals with the didactical principles of concept formation in physics. The main stages of formation and development concepts of physics have been analysed: a definite sensual perception, distinction of basic general features of the observed objects of a class, abstraction of a concept, specification and consolidation of basic features of concept, defini-tion of relations with other concepts, application of a concept, generalisation and specifica-tion. It has been stated in this article, that the quality of concept formation depends on the ways how the basic features of a concept are detailed and consolidated, relations with other concepts are revealed, how the concept is applied solving tasks of various types, i.e., how the process of concept expansion has been organised. Concept comprehension is not a single act of the definition memorisation but a long-term process. Aiming at pupils’ conscious compre-hension of scientific concepts, their ability to apply them in definite situations it is essential to organise the process of their formation in the right way and to manage it. Teachers should realise, that definition memorising does not mean concept formation, quality of concept comprehension mainly depends on the ways its basic features are being detailed and consoli-dated, correlation with other concepts is being disclosed, the concept is being applied solving the tasks of various character, i.e. how the process of concept expansion is being organised. The authors outline that the main trend in modern education, both in Russia and in the world as a whole, is the digitalization and informatization of the educational process. This leads to disagreements in understanding the potential of this phenomenon, as the main factor, affecting the comprehensive and systematic development and self-development of a modern student’s personality. In turn, this is due to the diverse interpretations of the terms, included in this area of the knowledge, by other sciences without taking into account the specifics of the educational process, which prompted the authors to undertake the study. The purpose of the article is to review the basic concepts, related to the informatization of modern education in Russia, as well as to describe the trends in the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process, their role in the formation of the information and educational environment of an educational institution. Methods. The main research method is the analysis of literary sources and regulations, related to the field of information technologies application in education, on the basis of which the authors consider and generalize different concepts. Results. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the importance of information and communication technologies and the information and educational environment as the main factors in the modernization of the educational process. However, the importance of combining the traditional teaching methods with methods, based on the use of innovative technologies without a fundamental change in the educational paradigm was emphasized.

The article considers the main provisions of modern urban concepts. The purpose of this article is to systematize and analyze them, as well as to identify universal models and strategies for the development and modernization of cities for modern global society. The authors explore the very concept of urbanization and the basic principles, concepts of modern urbanism to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of modern urban concepts and their systematization. The main aspects of the manifestation of the globality of urbanization at the present stage, philosophical and ideological, problematic and spatial (geographical), are studied. The main provisions of urban planning developed within the framework of the concept of New Urbanism are also given. After analyzing the main provisions considered, it is concluded that this concept is aimed at creating comfortable environmentally, ergonomically and socially balanced conditions for human habitation and for nature conservation. When studying the basic concepts of urbanization, a set of the following methods of economic research was used: monographic, program-target, logical. In the work on the study, such theoretical research methods as comparisons and generalizations, scientific abstraction and synthesis were also used.

The article is devoted to the drama of Bertolt Brecht (1898–1956), the peculiarities of its genre palette and analysis of the main factors of the playwright's artistic method. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: descriptive; matching method; literary analysis and synthesis. The Brecht Theater is represented by genre varieties of theatrical forms: expressionist drama, musical, opera, operetta, Lehrstück, epic and dialectic theater. The article proves that dialectics is the ideological soil and the conceptual core of the Brecht Theater. The dialectic poetics of a playwright should be understood as the method of analysis and argumentation presented by the Hegelian triad: thesis – antithesis – synthesis. In accordance with the dialectical concept, the Brecht theater puts in the center primarily the principle of contradiction, aimed at a multifaceted understanding of phenomena, overcoming a frozen, ossified way of thinking. The study defines the key concepts and principles of creating the drama of Bertolt Brecht, namely the «alienation effect» (Verfremdungseffekt) and assemblage (composition). The principle of the «alienation effect» is that a familiar phenomenon appears in the theater from an unexpected perspective, and therefore requires awareness of the viewer’s novelty. The means of this is the constant violation of theatrical illusion, the reality of what is happening on stage. The assemblage stipulates that the theatrical action is not a homogeneous system, but is a «made», «constructed» plane of various heterogeneous «materials»: dialogical discourse is interrupted by lyro-epic components (songs); in the musical plan, which is designed in the same style, jazz elements are suddenly «mounted», actors exchange roles during the performance, elements of the cinema «penetrate» the event plane, the causal course of the events depicted is interrupted by the demonstration of banners or posters with provocative appeals. The prospects for further research are the literary analysis of post-Brecht theater, that is, drama, which appeared as an imitation or negation of the dramatic principles of Brecht's theater.
