The Handsome Barber is one of the barbershop businesses in Langsa City which was founded by Mr. Musliadi, in 2020 The Handsome Barber was established and had only been running for about 1 year, having its address at Jalan Ahmad Yani. The problems experienced by The Handsome Barber are the ups and downs of the number of customers using The Handsome Barber services every month and the planned targets are not being achieved. The aim of this research is to identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses in The Ganteng Barber and create marketing strategies to improve the marketing system. The method used is SWOT and AHP. The results and discussion show that the company's internal and external factors identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with a weighted score of Strengths 0.240, Weaknesses 0.208 Opportunities 0.315, and Threats 0.237. The marketing strategy in improving the marketing system at The Ganteng Barber is the S-O (Strength-Opportunity) Strategy to maintain a quality workforce, the W-O (Weakness-Opportunity) Strategy to maintain quality and good relationships with customers, the S-T (Strength-Threat) Strategy to empower a skilled workforce Experienced and W-T (Weakness-Threat) Strategy Increasing prices must be matched with quality. The conclusion of this study is based on the SWOT analysis Cartesius diagram, The Handsome Barber is in quadrant (I) where the quadrant is a good situation for the company to take advantage of its strengths to exploit existing opportunities.

Even today, this radical collection of plywood furniture is manufactured and used. The main reason is of course the names associated with it: Jack Pritchard, Wells Coates, Marcel Breuer, Walter Gropius, László Moholy-Nagy and – more recently – Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby. The genius little Isokon Penguin Donkey, first designed by the Austrian émigré architect Egon Riss in 1939 and marketed by publisher Allen Lane’s then new imprint Penguin Books, is particularly popular with younger generations of design students.

Moving from the formation of the New Zealand Company in the 1830s to the Hokianga Dog Tax Uprising at the close of the nineteenth century, this book reveals the inextricability of finance and colonialism. In this forum, Arama Rata, Jane Kelsey, and Simon Barber offer their thoughts on Comyn’s book and use it as a prompt to think about the legacies and ongoing ruptures of financial colonisation. The forum concludes with Comyn’s response to their readings of the book.

Google search data has received considerable attention for its predictive ability in various social and economic outcomes. In the arena of investments, a surge in online searches indicates an enhanced interest of investors, particularly retail, in that company. In this article, we have examined the association between Google search and stock prices in a sample of Indian companies. The results suggest that an increase in Google search is positively related to future excess stock returns, liquidity and volatility. The positive influence of Google search on stock prices, however, is temporary and reverses in the next week. We further show that the market sentiment moderates the interconnection between Google searches and future excess stock returns. The findings are in consonance with the ‘price pressure hypothesis’ of Barber and Odean (2008, Review of Financial Studies, 21(2), 785–818).

The triple anniversary in 2020 of Thomas Becket’s birth, death and translation has been an occasion to review and revisit many of the artefacts associated with the saint and his cult in England and across Europe. Many of these are items directly associated with his veneration in churches or in private devotions, but one object which served in neither capacity is an instrument case currently in the collection of the Worshipful Company of Barbers in London. This unusual object has been studied for its fine silver work, and possible royal associations, but little academic attention has so far been paid to the some of the iconography, particularly that of the scene of the murder of Thomas Becket depicted on the back of the box, the side to be worn against the body. In this article, we show how seemingly unusual elements in the iconography draw on particularly Flemish representations of Becket’s murder that, to date, have received little attention in Anglophone scholarship. From this, we discuss this scene and its significance in understanding the role the iconography may have been intended to serve, and the interplay between the decorative schema and what the surgeon thought about his own role with regard to the use of the case and its tools.

The licensing of provincial surgeons and physicians in the post-Restoration period has proved an awkward subject for medical historians. It has divided writers between those who regard the possession of a local licence as a mark of professionalism or proficiency, those who see the existence of diocesan licences as a mark of an essentially unregulated and decentralized trade, and those who discount the distinction of licensing in assessing medical expertise availability in a given region. Such a diversity of interpretations has meant that the very descriptors by which practitioners were known to their contemporaries (and are referred to by historians) have become fragmented and difficult to use without a specific context. As David Harley has pointed out in his study of licensed physicians in the north-west of England, “historians often define eighteenth-century physicians as men with medical degrees, thus ignoring … the many licensed physicians throughout the country”. One could similarly draw attention to the inadequacy of the word “surgeon” to cover licensed and unlicensed practitioners, barber-surgeons, Company members in towns, self-taught practitioners using surgical manuals, and procedural specialists whose work came under the umbrella of surgery, such as bonesetters, midwives and phlebotomists. Although such fragmentation of meaning reflects a diversity of practices carried on under the same occupational descriptors in early modern England, the result is an imprecise historical literature in which the importance of licensing, and especially local licensing, is either ignored as a delimiter or viewed as an inaccurate gauge of medical proficiency.

For many, the death of Joan Littlewood on 20 September 2002 at the age of 87 marked the end of a theatrical era – though in practice she had lived an increasingly reclusive life following her move to France and the death of her partner Gerry Raffles in 1975, interrupted only in 1994 by the publication of an autobiography, Joan's Book. Clive Barker, Co-Editor of NTQ, became a member of Littlewood's Theatre Workshop company in 1955, shortly after the change from a touring policy to a building-based company at the Theatre Royal, Stratford, had led to the departure of Ewan MacColl and others of the original group, and subsequently to the displacement of other members as critical success led to West End transfers. What follows is not a dutiful obituary but a highly personal memoir of the years that followed, and provides an ironic contrast between Joan's own published recollections and the experience of one of her ‘slags’ – liable to be called on to do anything and everything. Joan's own recollection of Clive Barker was that ‘You could only do three things. Catatonics, menace, and I forget what the third was.’ Here, with fearful glances over his shoulder for an apparition at the window, Clive Barker reminds her, and adds a few other corrigenda to Joan's Book.

Abstract CANCollaborate is a groundbreaking initiative focused on revolutionizing rare cancer research through global cooperation and was founded upon the realization that collective action is crucial for effectively addressing the myriad rare forms of cancer. Rare cancers typically have outdated treatment guidelines, a lack of targeted therapy options due to insufficient research into their biology, and consequently, a failure to keep pace with the advancements in survival outcomes seen in more common cancers over the past few decades. The initiative is rooted in five core premises: the shared goal of all stakeholders to improve rare cancer care, the prevalence of rare cancers constituting a substantial global burden, the scattered nature of rare cancer researchers and resources, existing disincentives hindering collaboration, and the untapped potential of coordinated efforts. CANCollaborate addresses these challenges by fostering open communication, encouraging cooperation, and creating collaborations among researchers, institutions, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, patient advocacy groups, financiers, and regulators. The first focus is on appendiceal cancer (AC). AC is exceedingly rare, affecting 1 to 2 people per million, but incidence has been increasing with one study seeing a 232% increase in the U.S. between 2000 and 2016. For some subtypes of AC, management is extrapolated from colorectal cancer (CRC) guidelines, even though it was established that AC is molecularly distinct from CRC. Coordinated collaboration is essential in advancing the field, given that many physicians involved in treating and researching appendiceal cancer often have it as a secondary focus, rather than being their primary area of concentration. In our brief existence, we've successfully facilitated collaborations for appendiceal organoid generation and testing by connecting a leading organoid scientist with a physician who sees AC patients. Additionally, we have established collaborations with a biotech company with an ex-vivo drug testing platform to surgical oncologists for commencing AC susceptibility testing to potential therapeutics. Key components of CANCollaborate include regular communication, frequent workshops, promoting transparency, and sharing research developments, challenges, and results. By forming collaborations among diverse stakeholders, CANCollaborate seeks to diversify and de-risk rare cancer research by eliminating existing disincentives by rewarding collaborative efforts and fostering new forms of incentives, transforming high-risk, low-return efforts into high-return, low-risk endeavors. CANCollaborate invites all stakeholders in the field of cancer research to join by working together, sharing knowledge, and creating a global network. Howard Barker was the last playwright to be interviewed in the original Theatre Quarterly – in TQ40 (1981) – and a subsequent interview was included in NTQ8 (1986). Yet he has also been accused of encouraging a credo of ‘engagement but confusion’ which serves the cult of Thatcherism which it claims to oppose: and certainly he is unique among his generation of British dramatists in having achieved both a large cult following, and a considerable body of opposition to his theoretical position. Robert Shaughnessy, who teaches in the Roehampton Institute, here analyzes not so much Barker's work as the Barker phenomenon – the process by which a self-effacing writer has been packaged into a personality, to the extent that, with the creation of The Wrestling School, he even has a theatre company devoted exclusively to the production of his work. Shaughnessy concludes that – as Barker perhaps fore-shadows in The Last Supper – it may now be necessary for the cult-figure to ‘die’ if the writer is to survive and flourish.

In his major work on Theatre Games (Methuen, 1977), Clive Barker provided both a practical textbook on the uses of game-playing for actors, and some theoretical background to its value. There, he largely stressed the function of games as a means to an end – the development of acting skills, and the enrichment of the rehearsal process. But, partly as a result of the book's appearance, he has also conducted many one-off ‘game workshops’, often for groups whose concerns are not primarily or professionally theatrical: and in the following article he discusses the value that game-playing still seems to have for such groups, by close analogy with the function of the ‘kissing-games’ of his own childhood and adolescence – as a means of breaking down inhibitions within a context that is both socially acceptable and controlled. Clive Barker, whose career in the professional theatre began with Joan Littlewoods's Theatre Workshop company, is co-editor of New Theatre Quarterly, and now teaches in the Joint School of Theatre Studies at the University of Warwick.

Buying things is an activity that has been done since the first age of humanity. People buy things to fulfill living needs, may it be primary, secondary, or tertiary needs. At first humans used barter system, where people trade an item for another things, such as service or goods. Nowadays human uses money for buying things, and today, Indonesia economic power is rising among the globe. Based on that increase, people get more income, and upgrade their lifestyle. One of the things to buy for such need is property. When it comes to property, like other things, people will look into promotion and selling price, thus the two variables has been used for this research. The goal of this research is to understand whether those two variables has impact or not to selling volume. The data used for making this research is from a property company based in Lampung. The data was taken from the company annual yearly monetary report from year 2015 to 2018. One factor to take note is that the selling price was controlled by government since the company was selling government subsidiary backed houses, therefore the only variable that the company can fully control was the promotion cost. The conclusion was that the price doesn’t affect much of the selling volume, therefore the company should focus on better promotion programs.

Na-ion batteries based on non-aqueous electrolytes represent an inexpensive and sustainable alternative to their Li-ion counterparts [1,2]. The cost advantage is particularly apparent at the present time as the prices of battery grade Li and Co precursor salts have spiraled upwards in the last 18 months. Faradion Limited is a UK-based company, founded in 2011 and from December 2021, part of Reliance Industries Limited of India*. It is commercializing its Na-ion battery technology in a number of large format applications. It has identified and developed a wide range of inexpensive and proprietary active materials and non-aqueous electrolyte systems which offer low manufacturing costs as well as outstanding electrochemical performance and intrinsic safety. Over the past 10 years the company has incorporated these materials into full-scale Na-ion cells to a point where battery performance characteristics such as energy density, rate capability and cycle life are competitive with commercial Li-ion technologies. The Faradion Na-ion prototype cells demonstrate low-capacity fade on cycling, coupled to low polarization and excellent columbic and energy (round-trip) efficiency and may be configured for both energy and power applications. The use of Al for both current collectors serves as an additional and significant cost and safety benefit and allows the cells to be stored and transported at 0 V (i.e. physically shorted) [3]. The Faradion Na-ion cells are manufactured on commercial Li-ion production lines using proven battery designs [4,5]. Pouch, cylindrical and prismatic cell designs have all been demonstrated successfully [6]. Faradion has worked with its commercial partners to scale-up its Na-ion cell chemistry to the 40 Wh and 90 Wh pouch cell level – see for example, figure 1. These cells deliver a cell level specific energy of over 150 Wh/kg and have been incorporated into a range of demonstrator energy storage applications, including E-bike, residential, renewables, telecoms and automotive [6]. Faradion’s technology roadmap indicates that a specific energy in excess of 190 Wh/kg will be accessible in the near future. In his major work on Theatre Games (Methuen, 1987), Clive Barker provided both a practical textbook on the uses of game-playing for actors, and some theoretical background to its value. There, he largely stressed the function of games as a means to an end - the development of acting skills through the enrichment of the rehearsal process. In NTQ14 (1988). he described how he came to develop ‘games workshops’ for non-theatrical purposes, and considered the value of games-playing for adults by analogy with the function of the ‘kissing games’ of his own childhood and adolescence. In this article (based on a paper presented in November 1988 at the conference on theatre and education in Mohammédia, Morocco), he considers our changing perception of the relationship between the two senses of ‘play’, and the way in which ‘games’ have been institutionalized to avoid their inherent threat to an organized, work-disciplined society-a trend still being reinforced, as the improvisatory element of drama in schools becomes subject to the rigours of evaluation and examination. Clive Barker, whose career in the professional theatre began with Joan Littlewood's Theatre Workshop company, is co-editor of New Theatre Quarterly, and now teaches in the Joint School of Theatre Studies at the University of Warwick.

Significant changes in the financial system are prompted by the growth of the national economy, particularly as a form of payment. The means evolved from barter to things or commodities to metal and paper as the base materials for money before arriving at barter. With such significant changes, there is also a need for a transformation in the world of education in order to welcome technological advancements and one way to survive the changes in the increasingly rapid digital era. As the economic need increases, trade transaction methods shift from traditional to internet-based. One of the necessary international online payment options is bitcoin. For many applications where payments are modest and instantaneous approval is required, Bitcoin is inappropriate because of the high transaction fees and long confirmation periods. As a result, despite the introduction of numerous rival cryptocurrencies to address these problems, the Bitcoin network continues to be the most extensively used payment method. Unquestionably, new finding of this research that effectively address the problems of high transaction costs and transaction verification times are needed if the company is to benefit from its user network. The Lightning Network (LN), which makes use of off-chain bidirectional payment channels between participants, is one of the most recent payment network concepts to be proposed.

For the first time, the article introduces Fyodor Khitruk’s report about his business trip to the USA in the autumn of 1975. In this document from RGALI, a well-known Soviet director tells in detail about his work on the jury of the 3rd New York Animation Festival (among the winners of the festival was Yuri Norstein’s animated film, The Heron and the Crane), as well as visiting the studios — Walt Disney Productions and Hanna-Barbera. A significant part of the document is devoted to the analysis of a production organization — this issue was of particular interest to Soviet animators, who at that time were actively looking for ways to reform his largest studio. By the 1970s, at Soyuzmultfilm they often worked in a group method — a small film crew works independently with minimal involvement of production departments. A group method helped to achieve a high artistic result, but disrupted the rhythm of production. Based on the American experience, Khitruk formulates proposals on how to correct the shortcomings. In particular, the film crew of “The Rescuers” (Walt Disney Productions) shows what successes an improved group method could achieve. Hanna-Barbera is an example of a production company that runs like clockwork.

Within the framework of the Auralization of acoustic heritage sites using Augmented and Virtual Reality (AURA) project, the task was to develop the business models for potential products that would use the developed auralized 3D model. Accordingly, the purpose of the article is to analyze typical business models for the specified products with an auralized 3D model, which can further be adapted to each specific use case (marketing scenario). In the most general terms, a business model is a method of doing business that allows a company to sustain itself, i.e. generate income and revenue. Therefore, the development of a business model is relevant to calculate the possible income or expenses of a future product. The article analyzes existing business models and determines which ones are most suitable for the task at hand. It is proposed to use the following business models: "Canvas", "Barter" and "Joint Ownership". The "Canvas" business model is described by the following structure: consumer segment, value proposition, sales channels, customer relationships, product revenues, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure. In addition, this business model proposes the E-commerce, Affiliations, and Additional Opportunities business processes. The "Barter" business model is based on the use of a social media platform to promote products and services. And in the Shared Ownership business model, investors do not buy the entire asset, but only a part of it. For these business models, the Barter and Shared Ownership business processes are presented. Based on the business processes the structure of the simulation model was proposed. The study can be extended and adapted to other products. In further research, scenario modeling will be conducted using system dynamics approaches.

‘Deadly British productions of Chekhov remain all too common.’ Or so suggests David Allen, who finds in the Chekhov productions of Mike Alfreds a refreshing recognition of the distinctively ‘Russian’ qualities of the plays, and an ability to render these in terms of the choices available to British actors. Mike Alfreds founded the Shared Experience company in 1975, and in Theatre Quarterly No. 39 (1981). Clive Barker interviewed him and members of the company on the processes of collective creation through which most of their productions then evolved: the present feature thus in part reflects Alfreds's own developing interest in working on ‘fixed’ scripts, both with Shared Experience, for whom he directed Three Sisters earlier this year, and in his work as guest director of The Cherry Orchard, first for Oxford Playhouse in 1982, and subsequently for the National Theatre at the Cottesloe, in 1985. The collaborative “antiopera” El gallo: Ópera para actores (The Cock: An Opera for Actors), which was produced from 2007 to 2009 by Mexican theatre company Teatro de Ciertos Habitantes (hereafter referred to as Ciertos Habitantes) and British composer Paul Alan Barker, toured for three years to dozens of venues in Mexico and abroad, garnering numerous awards and accruing more than a hundred performances. Performed in speech/song gibberish, El gallo mingles physical theatre and butoh techniques. The piece chronicles the making of an opera, from auditions through rehearsals and performance, alongside the emotional, physical, and vocal breakdowns of the five main characters and their beleaguered director. El gallo enacts an allegory of conflict-ridden community formation through the device of a play within a play.

While the dialogical relationship between the early twentieth-century British theatre and the rise of socialism is well documented, analysis has tended to focus on the role of the playwright in the dissemination of socialist ideas. As a contrast, in this article Philippa Burt examines the directorial work of Harley Granville Barker, arguing that his plans for a permanent ensemble company were rooted in his position as a member of the Fabian Society. With reference to Pierre Bourdieu's concept of habitus and Maria Shevtsova's development of it in reference to the theatre, this article identifies a correlation between Barker's political and artistic approaches through extrapolating the central tenets of his theory on ensemble theatre and analyzing them alongside the central tenets of Fabianism. Philippa Burt is currently completing her PhD in the Department of Theatre and Performance at Goldsmiths, University of London. This article is developed from a paper presented at the conference on ‘Politics, Performance, and Popular Culture in Nineteenth-Century Britain’ at the University of Lancaster in July 2011.

IntroductionPostoperative delirium (POD) is seen in approximately 15% of elderly patients and is related to poorer outcomes. In 2017, the Federal Joint Committee (Gemeinsamer Bundesausschuss) introduced a ‘quality contract’ (QC) as a new instrument to improve healthcare in Germany. One of the four areas for improvement of in-patient care is the ‘Prevention of POD in the care of elderly patients’ (QC-POD), as a means to reduce the risk of developing POD and its complications.The Institute for Quality Assurance and Transparency in Health Care identified gaps in the in-patient care of elderly patients related to the prevention, screening and treatment of POD, as required by consensus-based and evidence-based delirium guidelines. This paper introduces the QC-POD protocol, which aims to implement these guidelines into the clinical routine. There is an urgent need for well-structured, standardised and interdisciplinary pathways that enable the reliable screening and treatment of POD. Along with effective preventive measures, these concepts have a considerable potential to improve the care of elderly patients.Methods and analysisThe QC-POD study is a non-randomised, pre–post, monocentric, prospective trial with an interventional concept following a baseline control period. The QC-POD trial was initiated on 1 April 2020 between Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the German health insurance company BARMER and will end on 30 June 2023. Inclusion criteria: patients 70 years of age or older that are scheduled for a surgical procedure requiring anaesthesia and insurance with the QC partner (BARMER). Exclusion criteria included patients with a language barrier, moribund patients and those unwilling or unable to provide informed consent. The QC-POD protocol provides perioperative intervention at least two times per day, with delirium screening and non-pharmacological preventive measures.Ethics and disseminationThis protocol was approved by the ethics committee of the Charité-Universitätsmedizin, Berlin, Germany (EA1/054/20). The results will be published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal and presented at national and international conferences.Trial registration numberNCT04355195.

The purpose of this study is to understand PR activities at Favehotel Malang. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection methods through in-depth interviews with Human Resource Development sources at Favehotel Tlogomas, Rivi Maria Alfons, Sales Marketing Manager, Hendry Seli, and Sales Executive Uswatun Khasanah. The results showed that the PR strategy used by Favehotel was to increase Favehotel's marketing with joint events and become a sponsor in a media activity in the form of barter vouchers in the form of room vouchers or food and drink vouchers at Lime Resto. By carrying out activities that involve establishing relationships with the mass media, namely, media relations, media visits, and media gatherings. The evaluation stage is done by reading and seeing how much influence the news displayed in the mass media has. The economic and political transition of the old Soviet Union into Putin's Russia has been given plenty of attention over the past few years, with emphasis on free markets and democratic choice much in evidence. In this essay Gregory Sporton discusses the less often considered difficulties of the social transition towards a New Russia. The role of ballet in the culture of the Soviet Union occasionally leads to some embarrassment for those who think the arts represent freedom; and here the symbolic power of the nation's most political theatre, the Bolshoi, is examined at the point of its renovation. How the company has adapted to the new political realities, to the challenge of attracting audiences, and to its own complicity with the old regime is observed against the backdrop of May Day celebrations in 2004. Gregory Sporton is Director of the Visualisation Research Unit in the Department of Art at the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design. Since 2004 he has been a frequent visitor to Russia, studying a range of aspects of Russian culture under the Soviets from ballet to architecture, education and the visual arts. His study trip in 2004 was funded by the Elisabeth Barker Fund from the British Academy.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various tourism sectors in Bali. The drastic decline in the number of visitors and changes in the target market from foreign tourists to local and domestic tourists was experienced by Bali Zoo. Bali Zoo should adapt to various aspects of the company, including the promotion strategy. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Celebrity Endorsement strategy carried out by Bali Zoo in an effort to get brand awareness during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the selection procedure and content presentation in the Celebrity Endorsement strategy. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Celebrity Endorsement strategy can be an effective promotional strategy during the pandemic which is carried out by barter collaboration. The success of implementing this strategy can be seen from the level of social media engagement of Bali Zoo. The procedure for selecting celebrity endorsers at Bali Zoo goes through several stages, namely: searching, screening, inviting, negotiation, arrival of celebrity endorsers, and content uploaded by celebrity endorsers. Content presentation is carried out by celebrity endorsers usually include photos or videos, tag Bali Zoo accounts and locations, include caption and hashtag.

The breakwater construction usually founded in coastal area with many public or company facilities. It is very useful to break the ocean waves so it can not reach the shore line. Furthermore, the breakwater construction is also applied as a barier for a port for ship docked. One of the type of breakwaters is tube column filled with compacted sand reinforced by sheet file and tie beam. This research will discuss about the sheet pile displacement in static and dynamic condition. Plaxis is applied as the main tool to built the 2-D model based on given data from field observation. The input parameter for this model is applied in soil stratigraphy, compacted sand column, sheet pile, tie beam, pseudostatic wave force, sea level and earthquake acceleration. The running of this model divided in three condition. There are static condition, static condition with pseudostatic wave force, and dynamic condition. The results show different displacement between the conditions. The sheet pile displacement in static condition is 3.35 cm at harbor side and 1.91 cm at open sea. The sheet pile displacement in static condition with pseudostatic wave force is 12.14 cm at harbor side and 12.08 cm at open sea. The sheet pile displacement in dynamic condition has 5 cm peak both harbor side and open sea.

The presented work contains the comparison of a different photovoltaic system approach, in terms of monthly energy production profiles, with detailed user needs profiles. Two types of investors were taken into account—a company where the yearly energy consumption exceeded 50 MWh and a standard household where the yearly energy consumption was around 6 MWh. Moreover, two different scenarios were considered; the first one was focused on the maximization of the energy production during a year by choosing optimal azimuth and tilt angles, whereas the second PV system was based on the East–West azimuth angles, which usually enables one to have better energy self-consumption, which leads to sustainable energy usage. Energy production profiles, along with users’ energy needs profiles, were analyzed in terms of sustainability, investment payback time, and energy loss in the face of the new Polish Renewable Energy Law. Recent changes in the Renewable Energy Law in Poland, which came into force on the 1 April 2022, have changed the way many investors are thinking about investing in photovoltaic systems. The main difference is how the Energy Distributor is obliged to trade the photovoltaic electrical energy injected into the grid by Prosumers. The so-called “net metering”, which is kind of a barter deal, was changed to “net billing”—selling energy at a wholesale price. Net billing is believed to be less profitable than net metering due to a significant price difference between the bought and sold energy.

CV. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces nails and barbed wire. Thedestruction of nail making machines or (nail making machines), resulting in clock stops (downtime and delay) in the production process which results in machine performance becoming less effective and efficient. Effectiveness in the production process needs to be supported by maintenance and maintenance management on the machine for that effective steps are needed in machine maintenance to be able to overcome and prevent these problems. This study conducted a literature study using books on Care Management, RCM Method, FMEA Method, LTA Method, and journals related to care management and also RCM Method. Maintenance intervals of critical components or components damaged 6 times a year with a maintenance time interval of 281 hours. While the side shaft components are damaged 4 times in one year with a maintenance time interval of 282 hours. Maintenance activities that need to be carried out to reduce failures in crank shaft components with the type of damage to the exhausted bearing lubricant need to be carried out schedule restoration task maintenance, the type of loose bearing damage needs to be carried out schedule discard task maintenance, and the type of loose or broken arm connection damage needs to be done schedule discard task. In side shaft components with broken types of metal handlebar connection damage, it is necessary to carry out schedule discard task maintenance, for damage to worn wire feeder loads, it is necessary to carry out schedule restoration task maintenance, and for loose metal wing damage, schedule restoration task activities need to be carried out.

Silver coming through the Hanseatic trade routes to Livonia and further to Russia, was a constructively significant element of the Russian-Hanseatic system of exchange of goods. As a merchandise — “currency”, it replenished the volume of Hanseatic goods entering the Russian market, insufficient for trading on the barter basis, and provided loans and advance payments for trade transactions in the context of the development of trade cooperation. The restoration of the Hanseatic office in Novgorod (German yard) in 1514 was used by Revel in order to establish its own control over the supply of silver to Novgorod and for the transformation of the German yard into a kind of depository or “money place” (Geldstelle), the existence of which was provided for by the order of Hanseatic trade if credit transactions have taken place. This German yard function explains Hanseatic perseverance in the preservation of their Novgorod office.Revel's strategy was aimed to gain leadership in Russian trade and therefore assumed the suspension of Danzig, closely tied with the Fuggers, from the supply of silver to Russia, blocking the Riga- Dorpat-Pskov channel, as well as the management of the company for the unification of its purity standards and the establishment of standard labeling, which facilitated the use of silver as a merchandise — “currency”. Since the beginning of the 1520s, silver inflow to Novgorod has significantly decreased due to the monetary reform carried out by the Livonian Landsgerrs and the introduction of the restrictions (since 1537 — prohibition) on the export of silver from Livonia.The consequence was the destruction of the traditional order of trade between Novgorod and Hansa through mediation by the Livonian cities, led by Revel who controlled the German yard, and creation of a new system based on Lubeck.
